We’re looking for
an analyst
for
Order Experience
– the area responsible for the user experience from the moment an order is placed: payment and the user’s journey in the app after purchase.
Here, analytics directly affects both the user experience and the business economics: how easy it is to pay for a purchase, how quickly a customer’s issue gets resolved, and how much that resolution costs the company.
You’ll work with the Product, Payments, Billing, and Support teams: together with managers, engineers, support specialists, and the finance team, you’ll identify opportunities for improvement, test hypotheses, and see them through to implementation. To do this, we have a mature internal A/B testing platform, a set of MCP tools and AI agents for analytical tasks, high-quality data in BigQuery and Spark, and transparent data preparation processes built on Airflow and dbt.
This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys proactively proposing changes, taking part in setting priorities, and seeing the results of their work in the product and in business metrics.
Responsibilities
Improving checkout and the post-purchase experience.
Identifying the reasons that prevent users from completing payment, and testing hypotheses that make this journey simpler
Developing AI support.
Working with the team to improve AI Chat: finding scenarios for automation, and assessing the quality of user problem resolution and the impact on the business
Improving the support contact experience.
Researching the user journey from ticket creation to problem resolution, agent performance, and refund decision-making
Increasing operational efficiency.
Forecasting support workload, improving the automatic refund model, and finding opportunities to reduce costs while maintaining service quality
Designing and analyzing A/B tests.
Helping teams choose metrics and experiment designs, interpret results, and automate analysis.
Developing the metrics system.
Making payments, billing, and support metrics clear and useful for decision-making, and investigating changes and anomalies
Influencing team priorities.
Identifying growth opportunities, estimating the potential impact of initiatives, and helping decide where it’s worth investing time
Enabling teams to work with data independently.
Preparing data for AI tools and automating repetitive analysis so that colleagues can answer basic questions on their own
Requirements
Strong SQL and Python skills for data analysis and automation
A solid understanding of mathematical statistics and hands-on experience with A/B testing – from forming a hypothesis to drawing conclusions and making recommendations
Experience applying AI in analytical work: the ability to integrate it into everyday tasks, verify its outputs, and find new opportunities for automation
Independence and an interest in the business: the ability to dig into a problem, propose hypotheses, and connect analysis results to a specific decision
The ability to explain complex topics clearly to colleagues with different backgrounds — from engineers to support, finance, and legal specialists
The ability to manage work for multiple stakeholders: making priorities transparent, agreeing on scope and timelines, and justifiably deprioritizing less important tasks
Preferred
Experience in e-commerce, payments, support, or operations automation
Building your own AI tools and agents for data analysis
We offer
Compensation package: base salary and performance-based bonuses
Office-first: flexible hours with a possibility to work remotely 52 days per year
Care & Wellbeing: health insurance (including dental care) for employees and their children, daily meal allowance, and 100% paid sick leave
Relocation Support: full assistance for a smooth relocation for the employees and their family
AI-first approach: licenses and access to a wide range of AI tools
Team & Growth: collaboration with colleagues across Portugal, Brazil, Latvia and China, with opportunities for promotions, professional trainings, and English & Portuguese courses
Community & Engagement: annual team building activities, knowledge-sharing workshops, and a strong sense of team work

The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.

- Drive cross-functional execution: Align stakeholders from different teams around clear priorities and goals.
- Own feedback loops: Work with customers and turn feedback into product and go-to-market changes.
- Build for scale: Identify resource needs, create repeatable processes, and transition mature work to the appropriate long-term teams.

- 5–10+ years in highly analytical, business‑driving roles
- A self-starter who will run through walls to get things done
- Exceptional analytical skills and command of data
- A systems thinker who understands how to build things that scale

As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you'll take over DRS: a production ML product that scores our whole client base daily and drives our quarantine, alert suppression, and soon our credit decisions. This is genuine end-to-end ownership on a small team - you'll deploy, serve, monitor, and improve the system rather than inherit a finished one. If you're the kind of engineer who quietly keeps production models honest and wants their decisions to actually reach live traffic, this is your seat.
What You Will Be Doing
Full-stack ML model development (binary classification and regression) for the detection and prevention of financial crime during transaction processing and client onboarding: gathering requirements, prototyping, and deployment in a production environment.
Own and evolve the Dynamic Risk Score (DRS) across all markets — daily scoring of the full client base that feeds decisioning across the client lifecycle.
Handle a portfolio of transaction rules with ML-driven detection inside, optimizing their performance and the number of generated alerts.
Set up continuous monitoring of model and rule performance in production, and develop the champion-challenger framework so the best-performing model is always the one live in production.
Participate in infrastructure development for ML model operationalization and inter-service interactions, so models of varying complexity can be served and inferred.
Who You Are
At least 5 years as a Machine Learning Engineer or Full-stack Data Scientist, with production deployment experience (incl. API services like FastAPI).
Strong in SQL and Python, and with cloud data platforms (e.g. Databricks).
Strong architectural skills — able to design and improve infrastructure that serves models of varying complexity.
Experience with model monitoring and champion-challenger / A-B evaluation in production. Exposure to graph modeling or foundation models/embeddings is a plus.
Critical, analytical thinker — proactive, result-driven, comfortable working with little supervision in a start-up setting.
A quantitative education (math, engineering, economics, or CS) and full working proficiency in English.

ABOUT US
Scorewarrior is a game developer and publisher based in Limassol, Cyprus.
We are working on Total Battle — a cross-platform MMO 4X strategy game with a deep social system and extensive player interaction. We have 2 million monthly active players and are continuing to grow, with the goal of becoming the #1 game in the genre.
Our team consists of 200+ passionate, talented, self-driven, and continually developing professionals who love making high-quality games.
ABOUT THE ROLE
At Scorewarrior, we're making a long-term investment in Building Blocks — a new generation of self-service internal products with clear interfaces, contracts, and documentation that game teams can adopt independently.
Localization Hub is the first Building Block.
Today, Localization Hub, together with Crowdin, powers localization workflows across Scorewarrior — from translation tracking, analytics, and reporting to automated translation quality checks and an AI-powered localization assistant.
Our next goal is to transform Localization Hub into the first fully self-service Building Block, enabling content teams to localize standard features independently while the lead focuses on high-level decisions.
The engineering team behind Localization Hub will establish the architecture, engineering standards, and practices that future Building Blocks will build upon.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for a Staff Frontend Engineer to design and build the portal's micro-frontend platform and a shared component library. Localization Hub will be the first module.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Design the micro-frontend platform architecture and defend the solution
- Develop the portal Core and the module contract
- Set up module delivery: template, CI/CD, documentation
- Migrate the current Localization Hub as the first module of the portal
- Build a shared component library based on Atomic Design and Storybook, contributing to its visual design as well
- Set standards for module teams and help them onboard to the portal
- Maintain high code quality through testing, code reviews and documentation
- Own portal performance: loading time, bundle size budgets and rendering speed across modules
- Investigate and resolve frontend production issues, including layout bugs, interaction quirks and degraded performance
- Collaborate with backend engineers, module teams and product to align on APIs, requirements and platform priorities
- Take part in planning and scoping the platform roadmap, and drive upgrades of shared dependencies across modules
- Mentor engineers and help improve team practices in frontend architecture, testing and performance tuning
WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE
- 5+ years of commercial frontend development experience
- Deep knowledge of React and TypeScript
- Strong HTML and modern CSS skills, and the ability to build well-structured, reusable and responsive components
- Experience building a micro-frontend platform in production with React, TypeScript, Vite and React Router: Module Federation, Next.js Multi-Zones, import maps or similar, and independently versioned npm modules
- Frontend CI/CD experience: environment-based rollouts, CDN, versioned releases and rollbacks
- Experience creating or evolving a design system and Storybook
- Experience writing unit, integration and end-to-end tests (Vitest or Jest, Playwright)
- Understanding of performance, accessibility and web security
- Ability to justify decisions in writing (design documents, ADRs)
NICE TO HAVE
- Interest in design and basic Figma skills
- Experience migrating an existing application to micro-frontends without disrupting users
- Experience with Next.js
- Experience with state and data management in React: Zustand, Redux Toolkit, TanStack Query
- Frontend observability: Sentry, per-module metrics
- GitLab CI, Docker, Kubernetes
WHAT WE OFFER
- An excellent remuneration package, including a 13th salary
- Full relocation coverage for you and your family to Cyprus (Limassol)
- A modern, sunny office close to the sea
- Private health insurance for you and your family members
- A monthly pre-school, school, and university allowance for employees' children
- Lunch compensation
- A sports and fitness allowance
- Company-funded personal development opportunities (professional and language courses, books, etc.)
- Bonuses for outstanding results, years of service, marriage, and childbirth
- Friendly monthly office parties and epic annual offsite company birthday and Christmas celebrations
