About the role
As the Senior Marketing Analyst for CRM, you will be the
single analytics owner
of CRM - the person marketers come to as a partner. You will own how campaigns are measured, how the communication data is built and trusted, and how insights turn into decisions: what to stop, scale, or fix.
You will work closely with CRM marketers, Product, and the data platform team. You define what data you need and accept its quality; you do not build the pipelines yourself.
What you will be doing
Be the analytics partner to CRM marketers and Product on every initiative. Work with them on how to improve results.
Answer "how do we correctly measure CRM activity" questions: choosing the right measurement design for a campaign type (always-on journeys vs one-off blasts vs product launches), defining what "delivered" means per channel, and defending the methodology to stakeholders
Explain the technical side in plain language: how an experiment works, what a holdout is for, why a number can or cannot be trusted, so marketers make decisions they actually understand
Own how CRM performance is measured: control groups, holdouts, A/B tests
Own the CRM analytics data in dbt on BigQuery: who gets which message, on which channel, for which product, and how often
Be the customer of the data platform team: say what data you need from the CRM and attribution tools, agree on timelines, and sign off on quality. You own what the numbers mean; they build the pipelines.
Build Tableau dashboards that earn their place: visualisations stakeholders can open to check a hypothesis, answer their own question, or spot an insight in minutes.
Keep the self-serve AI analytics assistant up to date, so non-technical colleagues can get answers to simple questions and run their own ad-hoc analysis without waiting for an analyst
Work with a data science team, ask the right questions about a recommendation or propensity model, spot when it is not doing its job, and drive the test that proves it
What you will need
3+ years of experience as a data/marketing/CRM analyst, with exposure to CRM, lifecycle, or retention analytics
Strong SQL and hands-on dbt experience (we run dbt on BigQuery); experience designing and maintaining data models, not just querying
Experience with CRM engagement platforms:
Customer.io
, MoEngage, Braze, Iterable or similar: you understand journeys, events, profile attributes, and delivery semantics
Solid experience with marketing experimentation: holdout design, global static control groups, control group integrity, A/B tests, incrementality vs attribution
Proficiency in Python
Proficiency in Tableau (or similar BI tool)
Proactive ownership:
you find problems in data and processes before stakeholders do, audit your domain independently, and bring your own agenda and ideas on how to achieve business goals.
Thinking partnership:
stakeholders should be able to brainstorm with you, not just hand you tasks.
First-time-right quality:
numbers you ship are trusted without a second verification pass;
Nice-to-have
You now how Uplift modeling and causal ML works and can create MVP version
Propensity / churn / LTV modeling
Benefits:
Locations
We hire candidates based within
four hours of Dubai time

What you can expect

About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
About the Team
Our Infrastructure teams build the foundation that engineers at Wolt, Deliveroo, and DoorDash build on: the compute, cloud, and networking capabilities that enable Engineering teams to develop, deploy, and run services at global scale. The EU Compute team has a specific focus on provisioning, scaling, and the efficient operation of GPU infrastructure for AI and ML workloads. This is an emerging space with plenty of greenfield opportunities.
We're looking for a Staff Engineer to be a hands-on technical leader for this infrastructure work that crosses team and brand boundaries. You'll set direction for the platform, turn complex problems into deliverable plans, write and review production code, and help other engineers make sound decisions. It's an exciting time to join: we're building a global platform and the choices made now will shape how engineers across the company ship for years.
What you’ll be doing
You'll own some of the hardest infrastructure problems in the company and make the platform easier to operate and safer to build on. We’re determined to build great platform products and user experiences, and you’ll be pivotal in making this reality.
Day-to-day in this role you’ll:
Set technical direction for shared AWS and Kubernetes infrastructure, balancing reliability, security, developer experience, and cost.
Lead substantial initiatives from design through rollout and operation, coordinating dependencies and decisions across Wolt, Deliveroo and DoorDash, focusing on workloads targeting GPUs.
Evolve Kubernetes clusters, cloud networking, identity, and infrastructure provisioning to support growing and varied workloads.
Build reusable Terraform patterns and self-service tooling that help teams provision infrastructure safely and consistently.
Improve deployment and operational practices, including GitOps, observability, capacity planning, incident response and recovery.
Use production signals and developer feedback to find platform friction, choose where to invest and measure whether changes actually help.
Assist with supporting the platform, with deep focus on GPU infrastructure, as well as broad focus on compute in general.
Gracefully sunset legacy infrastructure and tooling, and create strategies to reduce toil.
Mentor engineers through design reviews, implementation and incidents, raising the quality of infrastructure work across teams.
Our humble expectations
Deep experience building and operating Kubernetes and AWS infrastructure in production. Familiarity with GPU workloads and orchestration is a plus.
Strong software engineering skills: you use Go, Python or a similar language to build maintainable tools and automation.
Experience with infrastructure as code (we use Terraform) and with designing systems that other engineering teams depend on.
A track record of leading complex technical work across teams, including architectural decisions, delivery, and operational follow-through. You have the breadth to collaborate and design across team and domain boundaries, and the depth to have hands-on impact.
Strong judgment on trade-offs in distributed systems, networking, security, reliability, and cloud cost.
Clear communication, and the ability to bring people together around a practical technical direction.
What we offer
Scope and influence.
Shape infrastructure used globally, while staying close to the engineering. Your work will help product teams ship services with greater ease and confidence.
Real problems at global scale.
Multi-cluster Kubernetes, AI / ML workloads, cloud networking, GitOps, and progressive delivery across a global company.
Autonomy and ownership.
Set direction and see it through from design to operation, with the backing of a global engineering organisation spanning Europe and the US.
Growth.
Room to expand your scope, whether through deeper technical leadership or broader cross-domain influence.
Great people.
Work with talented engineers and leaders in a diverse, international environment, mentoring and learning from others.
Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion
We’re committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That’s why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that true innovation happens when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel.

Founded in 2016, we are a remote-first team of over 1,000 people building a top Y-Combinator company https://www.ycombinator.com/topcompanies/ and have been profitable since 2022. We’re the leader in Long-Term Care staffing and are rapidly expanding into Home Health, Hospitals, and more, meaning we have more work to do than people to do it, and are growing our team to support millions more people and their communities.
OVERVIEW
Our largest customers run complex operations, and when something isn’t working, the problem rarely sits neatly within one team. A customer may be implementing a new product, dealing with a complicated integration, or facing an operational issue with no obvious owner or solution. That’s where you come in!
We’re looking for a Strategic Fixer who wants exposure to a wide range of problems and is ready to own outcomes. You will take ambiguous problems, structure them, dig into the details, align senior stakeholders, and drive execution across teams that don’t report to you.
This isn’t a role where you make a recommendation and hand it off. One week you might be diagnosing a failing payroll integration, the next coordinating an engineering fix, and the next working with a customer’s VP of Operations to get an implementation back on track. The problems might vary, but your job stays the same: figure it out, get the right people moving, and own the problem until it’s solved. This role opens doors to a range of growth paths across Clipboard!
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Analyze operational data to spot trends and bottlenecks, and turn your findings into clear recommendations that guide business decisions.
- Research and evaluate new tools, including AI, automation, and internal systems, and drive their adoption to make operations more effective.
- Design processes, workflows, and operating procedures that improve efficiency, quality, and customer experience
- Lead cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives from planning through execution, partnering with Operations, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and other teams.

- 2–6 years of experience in a problem-solving role, such as strategy or management consulting, operations, strategy & operations, implementation, customer strategy, or program management.
- Experience solving operational problems by improving processes, designing workflows, or building scalable systems, while juggling multiple priorities in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- Strong analytical skills, with comfort using data (e.g., SQL, Python) to diagnose problems and support decisions.
- Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain complex problems simply and align stakeholders across teams, from frontline operators to senior leaders.
- A high level of ownership. You don’t stop at the recommendation; you stay with the problem until it’s solved.
- A deep curiosity that drives you to reason from first principles and dig until you find the root cause.
- A habit of going to the source: testing the feature, listening to the agent call, calling the customer, or running the workflow.
WHY JOIN CLIPBOARD?
- We are remote-first, giving you the flexibility to work with us from many places.
- Fast-paced startup environment. Join a company that values curiosity, independence, and growth.
- A hiring process that rewards skills, not just experience. Every applicant gets a fair shot, our selection is based on real-world problem-solving ability, not just credentials.
- Opportunity to make a significant impact with our customers on both sides of the marketplace.
THE INTERVIEW PROCESS
At Clipboard, we don't believe proxies are a reliable way to measure ability. We prefer to evaluate candidates by having them do work that closely resembles the actual job. We are hiring for several teams through this one posting, so the process also helps us find the team where you’ll fit best. Here is how it works:
1. Application Review
2. Case Study
3. Case Study Interview

Job Summary
The Bugcrowd RL and Reasoning Team focuses on pushing the boundaries of autonomous cybersecurity by building authentic, verifiable reinforcement learning environments for world-leading foundational AI companies. As a Reinforcement Learning Engineer specializing in Reinforcement Learning from Verifiable Rewards (RLVR), you will design and scale automated verification pipelines that transform real-world software vulnerabilities into deterministic reward functions. In this role, you will bridge the gap between low-level security analysis and modern LLM reasoning models, engineering environments where AI agents learn to discover, exploit, and remediate software vulnerabilities with mathematical certainty. Instead of relying on subjective human feedback, your work directly powers the rigorous, verifiable reward signals that teach next-generation frontier AI models how to master complex cybersecurity domain logic. You will work at the intersection of fuzzing, dynamic program analysis, system exploitation, and scalable ML infrastructure to shape the safety and offensive/defensive capabilities of future artificial intelligence.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Design, build, and deploy high-throughput RLVR (Reinforcement Learning from Verifiable Rewards) environments that evaluate LLM action sequences against deterministic execution outcomes.
Develop automated test harnesses, sandboxes, and verification engines that convert complex vulnerability research (e.g., memory corruption, web security, logic bugs) into binary pass/fail reward signals.
Integrate Bugcrowd’s Mayhem automated analysis platform and real-world vulnerability feeds into continuous, scalable RL environment generation pipelines.
Architect safe, isolated, and highly reproducible execution environments (using Docker, BuildKit, or Nix) capable of running thousands of simultaneous agent-driven exploitation and patching trajectories.
Collaborate directly with researchers at frontier AI labs including Anthropic, OpenAI, and Cohere to define standard benchmark formats, observation spaces, and verifiable evaluation metrics for cybersecurity tasks.
Implement precise telemetry, ground-truth verification algorithms, and trajectory logging to analyze agent reasoning paths and prevent reward hacking or false positives.
Build low-level instrumentation and debugging tools to monitor memory states, process executions, and network behaviors during agent interaction cycles.
Optimize infrastructure performance and environment reset latency to support massive-scale parallel sampling and distributed RL training workflows.
Benchmark and evaluate frontier AI model performance across diverse offensive and defensive security challenges, such as automated fuzzing, exploit payload generation, and patch validation.
Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Understanding of RL training workflows used by modern LLM systems, specifically execution-based feedback or Reinforcement Learning from Verifiable Rewards (RLVR).
Proficiency developing applications in Python and low-level systems programming in C, with Rust experience being a strong plus.
Solid understanding of software vulnerabilities, binary exploitation, fuzzing methodologies, or program analysis.
Experience with DevOps pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions), reproducible builds (Docker, BuildKit, Nix), and comfort working with Linux systems and low-level debugging.
Experience working with or building benchmark environments (e.g., CTFs, SWE-bench, security challenges, or execution sandboxes).
Preferred Experience
Experience designing custom reward functions, ground-truth verifiers, or automated grading engines for AI safety and reasoning models.
Background in low-level program analysis tools, sanitizers (e.g., ASan/MSan), compiler instrumentation, or automated exploit generation tools.
Proven track record of participating in or developing competitive cybersecurity benchmarks, CTFs, or open-source AI evaluation frameworks.
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
Sitting and / or standing - Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
Carrying and / or lifting - Must be able to carry / move laptop as needed throughout the work day.
Environment - remote, work-from-home 100% of the time.
