Are you ready to join our digital revolution journey?
At Aleph, we’re not just part of the digital advertising landscape—we’re shaping its future. Representing the world’s leading platforms, including TikTok, Amazon, Google, and nearly 55 others, we operate in 130+ markets across new and existing geographies.
Our mission is to empower advertisers and brands to unlock the full potential of these platforms' advertising capabilities. By fostering long-lasting partnerships, we create limitless opportunities for people and businesses to advertise effectively at both local and global levels.
With a presence spanning continents, Aleph offers you the chance to be part of a fast-growing, innovative team where your work makes a direct impact. If you’re ambitious, forward-thinking, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, global environment, Aleph is the perfect place to build your career.
We’re looking for Senior Product Manager & Product Sales Lead in Madrid!
This is a rare mandate: full product ownership and commercial ownership and sales leadership of a global card issuing, working capital and embedded finance solution — with P&L accountability and a clear path to scale from Europe into the Middle East, APAC and beyond. You won't just build the roadmap; you'll own the revenue outcome and lead how it's sold into two very different buyer worlds: Treasury & Finance, and Media & Marketing.
If you want a senior PM seat where product strategy and commercial performance are the same job, not two separate ones, this is built for that.
What is AlephPay?
AlephPay is the business card built for digital advertising and designed to become your primary card for all business spend. It combines flexible credit, reliable payments, spend control, and rewards in one solution, covering everything from media spend to everyday expenses, so your campaigns keep running without interruption.
You can create dedicated virtual cards for clients, campaigns, teams, or other business needs while keeping full visibility and control over company spending. AlephPay also simplifies expense management and reconciliation, making it easier for finance teams to manage all business spend in one place.
And because it's built around advertising, AlephPay rewards the way you already spend: eligible ad spend earns media rewards you can reinvest into your campaigns, while everyday business purchases unlock additional benefits that help your business grow.
What You’ll Do
Strategy & Expansion
Own product strategy, roadmap, value proposition and lifecycle
Shape expansion strategy and evaluate build, partner or hybrid models by capability, market and region
Develop card-based embedded finance propositions across spend management, T&E, corporate spend, working capital and financing
Lead international expansion across Europe, Middle East, APAC and other priority markets
P&L & Commercial
Own product P&L, business cases, revenue targets and commercial performance
Define and optimise pricing, revenue streams and product economics
Lead the Product Sales Specialist team and align product revenue execution with Media Sales
Monitor key performance drivers and act to improve revenue and margin
Sales & GTM
Act as senior SME for card issuing and embedded finance in strategic account discussions with Treasury, Finance, Media and Marketing stakeholders
Develop sales toolkits, value propositions, use cases and competitive positioning
Lead GTM coordination across Sales, Marketing, Treasury, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Technology and external partners
Own strategic relationships with issuers, processors and embedded finance partners
What You Need For This Role
Strong experience in card issuing, commercial cards and/or embedded finance.
Product management and commercialisation of payment or financial products with P&L responsibility.
Experience with working capital or financing solutions linked to B2B payments.
Strong knowledge of issuing ecosystems, payment flows, pricing, interchange, FX and corporate payment processes.
International market expansion and complex partner management experience.
Experience in digital media, advertising, adtech or media buying is a strong plus.
What Will Make Us Really Love You
You bring a track record of success in a similar role, with hands-on experience.
You’re not afraid to challenge the status quo and bring fresh, out-of-the-box ideas to the table.
You anticipate challenges before they arise and take initiative to find effective solutions.
You have an eye for detail.
You thrive on teamwork but also bring a driven, goal-oriented spirit.
You’re genuinely enthusiastic about advertising, ad-tech, and staying ahead of industry trends.
You have the ability to engage and communicate with internal and external stakeholders in a positive and approachable way.
What You’ll Love About Us
We care about your individuality by giving you freedom to grow and create within the company, regardless of your position
Learn from the best: Our state of the art workshops guarantee the latest insights into digital advertising
Be part of a company with a truly global footprint, working with leading brands, platforms, and publishers across 90+ markets.
We foster a dynamic environment where creativity, collaboration, and bold ideas are encouraged and celebrated.
Join a diverse, multicultural team that values and embraces different perspectives, experiences, and talents.
At Aleph, your work directly contributes to connecting brands and consumers in meaningful ways, shaping the future of digital advertising.
In line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive, we are committed to fair and open compensation practices. For this role, the minimum gross annual base salary is EUR 72,000. In addition to base salary, this role includes a variable component, paid annually. The final offer will reflect your experience, skills, and the scope of the role.

What You May Work On
This is a broad hiring track rather than a single fixed role. Your responsibilities will be matched to your strengths, experience, and interests, and may include one or more of the following:
Design, build, and evolve onchain data infrastructure, data services, or business systems, taking ownership of the quality and outcomes of critical modules.
Build multi-chain ingestion, real-time and batch computation, data governance, search, storage, and serving capabilities, continuously improving data accuracy, completeness, and freshness.

You do not wait for instructions when facing a problem; you proactively understand the context, identify solutions, and drive execution.
You go beyond completing assigned tasks and continue to ask about outcomes, user value, and opportunities for improvement.
Cognition — Cognitive Ability and Judgment
You can quickly understand complex technical and business problems, build a structured mental model, and identify the core issue and key trade-offs.
When information is incomplete or the situation is uncertain, you can form sound judgments based on facts and logical reasoning.
You can compare the value, cost, risk, and long-term impact of different options, clearly explain your rationale, and turn decisions into executable plans and results.
What We Are Looking For
Strong computer science fundamentals and coding ability in at least one mainstream programming language, such as Java, Go, Python, or C++.
Clear logical thinking and strong problem decomposition skills, with the ability to independently solve complex technical or business problems.
Hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas:
Backend and distributed systems;
Real-time or batch data processing, data platforms, search, and storage;
High-concurrency, high-availability systems, and reliability engineering;
Risk control, security, strategy, or data analysis;
AI agents, LLM applications, or engineering productivity.
A strong sense of ownership and accountability, with the ability to drive initiatives through to measurable outcomes.
Open, direct, and effective communication, with a willingness to solve problems across teams.
Strong learning ability and growth potential. We value solid engineering fundamentals, but do not use mastery of one specific framework or middleware stack as the sole hiring criterion.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Web3, public blockchains, onchain data, wallets, DEXs, blockchain explorers, or smart contracts.
Familiarity with one or more blockchain technology models, such as EVM, UTXO, or Move.
Experience with large-scale data processing, stream processing, databases, messaging systems, caching, or search systems.
Experience in fintech, risk control, security, e-commerce, advertising, recommendation systems, or other complex internet businesses.
Proven examples of using AI tools to solve real problems and turning solutions into engineered or scalable capabilities.
Ability to work in English, or experience building global and multi-region systems.
Demonstrated technical judgment, business impact, or zero-to-one ownership in previous projects.
The Kind of Candidate We Hope to Meet
You can clearly explain the most complex problem you have solved, how you formed your judgment, and how you drove the solution to completion.
You have one or more clear strengths. We do not expect experience in every area, but we value meaningful depth or exceptional potential in at least one direction.
You are willing to understand users and business context instead of passively receiving requirements.
You are open to unfamiliar domains and can use AI and team collaboration to close knowledge gaps quickly.
You remain constructive in changing or uncertain environments and can keep moving work forward.
Why Join Us

About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role
We are looking for a Product Manager to own the Vercel Dashboard, the control plane for every Vercel user, defining how developers and teams interact with Vercel from first login through daily use, across both individual accounts and enterprise organizations. You will lead the shift from what is a project listing page today to a personalized, agent-powered surface that proactively helps users ship and discover value. You will report to the Product Lead and will be located in San Francisco, CA (hybrid).
If you're based within a pre-determined commuting distance of one of our offices (SF, NY, London, or Berlin), the role includes in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday, even if the role is listed as remote. For location-specific details, please connect with our recruiting team.
What you'll do
Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Vercel Dashboard, the primary surface through which all Vercel customers interact with the platform
Define how agents operate within the Dashboard, from surfacing errors and suggesting fixes to updating code and config on behalf of users
Shift the Dashboard from a passive "pull" experience to a proactive "push" experience, surfacing insights, notifications, and recommended actions
Define the information architecture and design patterns that product area teams build within, and partner with those teams (Billing, CI/CD, Observability) to keep their experiences consistent and high-quality within the Dashboard shell
Collaborate with Engineering to hold an uncompromising performance bar. The Dashboard must be the fastest, most delightful surface at Vercel
Run experiments and measure onboarding funnel performance, feature adoption, and engagement across user segments
What you need
You've built and shipped developer-facing products
You have experience with control planes, dashboards, or console products at infrastructure, cloud, or developer tools companies
You have strong opinions on information architecture and how to organize complex products so they feel simple
You think about the product from both a human and an agent perspective. You use AI tools in your own workflow and have a point of view on how agents should interact with product surfaces
You have experience running experiments and working with product analytics to drive roadmap decisions
Bonus if you
Have worked on platform or horizontal product teams where you set patterns that other teams adopt
Have an engineering background or have built software yourself
Have worked on onboarding, activation, or growth loops in a product-led growth context
Have experience with personalization frameworks or systems that adapt to user segments and lifecycle stages
Benefits:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.
The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $172,000 - $258,000. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. The total compensation package may include benefits, equity-based compensation, and eligibility for a company bonus or variable pay program depending on the role. ABOUT THE COMPANY
Rain is the global stablecoin payments platform for enterprises, neobanks, platforms, developers, and AI agents. Our technology allows partners to move, store, and use stablecoins instantly and compliantly through global payment cards, rewards, on/offramps, wallets, and cross-border rails. As both a Visa and Mastercard Principal Member, Rain issues cards that work at more than 175 million merchant locations in over 220 countries and territories. Built natively for stablecoins and trusted by more than 100 organizations worldwide, Rain delivers secure, scalable infrastructure that makes money move freely and instantly around the world.
You will have the opportunity to deliver massive impact at a hypergrowth company backed by some of the top investors in fintech, crypto, and SaaS. In January 2026, we closed a $250M Series C led by ICONIQ, valuing Rain at $1.95B, with Sapphire Ventures, Dragonfly, Bessemer Venture Partners, Galaxy Ventures, FirstMark, Lightspeed, Norwest, and Endeavor Catalyst also participating. If you're curious, bold, and excited to help shape a borderless financial future, we'd love to talk.
OUR ETHOS
We believe in an open and flat structure. You will be able to grow into the role that most aligns with your goals. Our team members at all levels have the freedom to explore ideas and impact the roadmap and vision of our company.
About the Role
AI agents are already booking travel, subscribing to software, running procurement end to end, and moving money on behalf of users — much of it through Rain. Our Agent Control Layer is the governing surface for that activity: it enforces approved counterparties, amounts, merchants, and task scope at initiation, before a transaction ever occurs, rather than reconciling damage after the fact.
We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to own that platform. This is a 0-to-1 role inside a category being defined in real time. You will own the developer-facing surface — APIs, SDKs, controls, docs — that teams building agents use to give them spending power safely. McKinsey projects $3–$5 trillion in global agentic commerce by 2030. The primitives that make it trustworthy have not been built yet. You will build them.
You will report to the Head of Product and work daily with engineering, risk and compliance, network partnerships, and the developers shipping on us.
What you'll do
• Define the primitives for agent authority: spend scopes, merchant and counterparty allowlists, velocity and amount ceilings, task-bound credentials, human-in-the-loop approvals, and clean revocation.
• Own scoped virtual cards for agents — cards provisioned for a single merchant, amount, and task, retired the moment the task completes.
• Extend the rest of Rain's stack (wallets, virtual accounts, onramps, offramps, cross-border payments) to agent initiators within the parameters our customers define.
• Treat the API as the product. Own endpoint design, error semantics, idempotency, webhooks, sandbox and simulation tooling, SDKs, and reference agents.
• Own documentation and the onboarding path with the same rigor as the product itself. Time-to-first-authorized-agent-transaction is your metric.
• Run a tight design-partner loop with agent builders — read their integration code, sit in their debugging sessions, ship against what you find.
• Build the roadmap from first principles: form a thesis on where agentic commerce goes next, sequence bets accordingly, and kill what isn't working quickly.
• Partner with risk and compliance on Know Your Agent — agent identity, attestation, delegated authority, auditability, and dispute handling in a world where the cardholder wasn't the one who clicked.
• Represent Rain's technical point of view in Agentic Payments Alliance working groups and with Visa, Mastercard, and stablecoin partners as standards take shape.
• Write the specs, launch posts, and positioning that teach the market what controlled agentic payments actually means.
You’ll likely succeed if you have
• 8+ years in product management, with meaningful time on a developer-facing platform, API, or infrastructure product. You have shipped something engineers chose to build on.
• Technical depth. You read API diffs, write your own queries, prototype against your own endpoints, and hold your own in an architecture review. You don't need to have been an engineer; you do need engineers to take you seriously.
• 0-to-1 instincts. You have taken a product from a blank page to real usage in an ambiguous market, and you're comfortable with a roadmap that changes because the ground moved.
• Payments or fintech fluency, or the obvious appetite to acquire it fast. Authorization flows, issuing, interchange, chargebacks, settlement, KYC/KYB - you know these, or you'll learn them in weeks rather than quarters.
• Judgment under risk. Every control you design trades capability against loss. You can reason about that tradeoff explicitly and defend where you landed.
• Strong writing. At Rain, specs, docs, and launch narratives are the job, not overhead.
• Bias for motion. You would rather ship a narrow thing this month and learn from it than scope a broad thing for two quarters.
Bonus attributes
• Hands-on experience building or deploying AI agents - tool use, orchestration frameworks, MCP, evals.
• Stablecoin or onchain payments background: settlement, custody, treasury operations, or wallet infrastructure.
• Experience working directly with card networks, issuing processors, or sponsor banks.
• Time at an early-stage company during a period of fast scaling.

Senior Software Engineer - Session Replay
The Opportunity:
The Session Replay squad is building a new Grafana Cloud product that helps our customers to understand what users actually experienced when something goes wrong.
Session Replay
connects frontend signals (errors, performance, synthetic checks) to concrete session-level evidence, enabling faster and more confident investigation of production issues.
This team works at the intersection of:
frontend observability,
backend data processing and storage at scale,
debugging workflows across products,
privacy and access control,

is still early, which means you’ll help shape both what we build and how it fits into Grafana Cloud. A key part of our next phase is evolving the backend architecture of capturing sessions, including a migration toward columnar/analytical solution as a primary storage and query engine for high-volume session data.
As a company we are remote-first and global, we embrace people of different experiences and backgrounds to build diverse teams where every person brings a new perspective to the software. We are looking for Senior Software Engineers who are passionate about working with data and providing seamless experiences for our customers to join our growing team! Our stack is Golang, Typescript and React, but we build tools for people using many other stacks.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will operate as a technical leader and systems thinker, driving both product direction and architectural evolution, specifically, you will:
Own end-to-end technical direction for Session Replay,
spanning frontend, backend, and data systems
Drive the evolution of our backend architecture, including:
Designing systems around columnar/analytical data storage for large-scale session data
Defining data models, ingestion pipelines, and query patterns
Lead the design of investigation workflows,
connecting replay with logs, metrics, traces and other telemetry across Grafana Cloud
Make high-leverage architectural decisions
that impact multiple teams and products
Partner with teams across Grafana (Frontend Observability, Synthetic Monitoring, Core Grafana) to build
cohesive cross-product experiences
Engage directly with customers
- joining calls, gathering structured feedback, and helping customers instrument and adopt Session Replay successfully.
Improve engineering standards, patterns, and operational practices within the team

Compliance is an intentional product surface at Rain. Every card we issue, every wallet we open, and every dollar that moves across our rails depends on controls that are correct, auditable, and fast enough not to be felt. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to own that surface end to end.
You will own the compliance product area across four connected domains: financial crime (KYC/KYB, sanctions, transaction monitoring), licensing and regulatory readiness, card network and issuing-bank obligations, and the compliance tooling our enterprise partners use to run their own programs. As Rain continues to expand its product suite, you will ensure our compliance product serves our customers’ needs with these new products as well.
You will work daily with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Engineering, and Partnerships, and you will be in the room with bank partners, network representatives, and our largest customers' compliance teams. This is an individual contributor role with real scope to grow.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Own the KYC and KYB onboarding experience for consumers and businesses in every market we operate in, tracking and optimizing metrics such as conversion, accuracy, and cost per verified user are all yours.
• Build and tune sanctions screening, PEP and adverse media checks, and transaction monitoring, including blockchain analytics for wallet screening and source-of-funds signals.
• Drive down false positives and analyst review time without weakening detection, and define the metrics that prove it.
• Ship the case management, escalation, and SAR/STR workflows our compliance analysts live in every day.
• Translate obligations - state money transmission licensing, EMI and MiCA in the EU, VASP regimes, stablecoin-issuer requirements, Travel Rule, and local equivalents - into requirements engineers can build against.
• Partner with Legal and Compliance to make new-market launches a repeatable motion instead of a one-off scramble: jurisdictional configuration, disclosures, data residency, and reporting.
• Run regulatory change management as a product process, so a rule change becomes a tracked roadmap item rather than a fire drill.
• Own conformance with Visa and Mastercard rules across the programs we run and sponsor - BIN controls, MCC and merchant restrictions, program registration, and network reporting.
• Build the controls, evidence, and attestation tooling our issuing banks and BIN sponsors require, and make audits boring.
• Partner with Risk on disputes, chargebacks, fraud rules, and authorization-time controls where compliance and fraud overlap.
• Turn internal compliance capability into products our partners can use: APIs, dashboards, configurable rule sets, audit logs, and reporting they can hand to their own regulators.
• Serve as the product voice in partner compliance diligence, security reviews, and bank onboarding - and feed what you learn there back into the roadmap.
• Define how much control a partner gets and where Rain holds the line, clearly enough that sales can sell it and engineers can build it.
• Write the strategy and roadmap for compliance product, and defend the sequencing to the exec team.
• Specify precisely. In this domain, an ambiguous requirement is a regulatory finding waiting to happen.
• Instrument everything - pass rates, decision latency, alert volume, review throughput, escalation outcomes - and use it to make the case for what comes next.
You’ll likely succeed if you have
• 8+ years in product management, including at least three years owning compliance, risk, identity, or payments products in a regulated environment.
• Working fluency in AML/CFT: you can hold your own on KYC and KYB standards, sanctions screening logic, monitoring typologies, and SAR workflows without needing a translator.
• Direct experience with card issuing, payments infrastructure, or banking-as-a-service - you understand what an issuing bank, a BIN sponsor, and a network each expect from a program.
• A track record of shipping systems where correctness matters more than a fast demo, and the technical depth to design data models and APIs with engineers rather than around them.
• Comfort with genuine ambiguity. The regulatory picture for stablecoins is still being written, and you will often decide with incomplete information.
• Clear, precise writing. Most of your leverage here comes from documents other people can act on.
Bonus Attributes
• Experience with stablecoins, digital assets, or onchain settlement, including blockchain analytics tools.
• Multi-jurisdiction launch experience across LATAM, APAC, EU, or EMEA.
• Time spent inside a compliance, financial crime, or regulatory function — or a hands-on partnership with one.
• Familiarity with SOC 2, PCI DSS, or similar control and audit frameworks.

This team works at the intersection of:
frontend observability,
backend data processing and storage at scale,
debugging workflows across products,
privacy and access control,
performance and cost constraints at scale.
Session Replay
is still early, which means you’ll help shape both what we build and how it fits into Grafana Cloud.
Mentor engineers and help grow technical leadership within the team
Technologies you'll work with:
Go (backend services and APIs)
Columnar/Analytical data storage (core data storage and querying)
Object storage (S3, GCS, Azure Blob Storage) and MySQL
TypeScript / React (user-facing workflows)
Grafana ecosystem (Mimir, Loki, Tempo, etc.)
We invest heavily in developer productivity. You can use modern AI coding assistants as part of your daily workflow (your choice of tools, within security guidelines), backed by a company-funded usage budget so you can iterate quickly without unnecessary friction. We encourage pragmatic AI-assisted development: faster prototyping, test generation, refactors, documentation, and incident follow-ups—always with strong code review and quality standards. You'll also have access to the latest frontier models from OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
You are
comfortable working in a remote-first company
; communication is key.
For us, working together means being
collaborative, friendly, kind, and respectful
. We operate by consensus. You can contribute to a discussion, disagree constructively, and commit to the team’s decision. You are able to communicate design decisions clearly in written and spoken English.
Ability to reason about data-intensive systems
(ingestion, storage, querying, cost trade-offs)
You are
comfortable owning features in ambiguous problem spaces
. We are a small team, working remotely, on a product that will be used by engineers all over the world – the ability to work on your own is crucial.

This role is hands-on. You'll think strategically about each partner relationship while running the campaigns, events and enablement yourself. Our scaled programs team supports the rest of the partner network. You'll focus on the partners where hands-on marketing moves the most business, and use those scaled programs where they fit.
Key responsibilities

Work with Partner Account Managers and the Alliances team to identify priority accounts and build account-based plays that leverage partner relationships
Lead joint announcements from first draft through approvals, holding partner copy to Anthropic's messaging and brand standards
Spot RSIs gaining traction and help them grow into higher tiers
Content, Proof & Enablement
Build joint value propositions, messaging, and enablement materials (pitch decks, solution briefs, case studies) that help partners position Claude with their enterprise clients
Turn partner deliveries into proof: capture wins for sellers, and work with Customer Marketing to produce partner-led customer stories that meet each partner's tier requirements
Get your partners carrying Anthropic's priority messages and launches, and build them into Anthropic's own campaigns with the Campaigns team
Put the team's co-marketing guidelines, campaign kits and self-serve assets to work across your partners
Program Management & Measurement
Lead end-to-end execution with your partners, coordinating across product marketing, demand generation, field marketing, events and agencies
Manage partner funding (MDF/co-op) for your partners and track ROI on joint investments
Track and report partner-sourced and influenced pipeline, story output, and campaign ROI, with 30/60/90-day pipeline tracking on every activation
Represent Anthropic at partner events, executive briefings, and industry conferences as needed
Feed what works back into playbooks the scaled programs team can run across the wider partner network
Minimum qualifications
Have built and run partner marketing programs with Global System Integrators, major consulting firms, or regional systems integrators, and can shift between large firms and smaller, faster-moving ones
Understand enterprise buyer journeys and can create marketing programs that resonate with C-level executives
Are skilled at developing joint value propositions that articulate clear business outcomes for enterprise customers
Build trusted relationships with partner marketing and sales teams, and can move a partner on priorities you don't control
Can own a partner portfolio end to end within a team strategy, and know when to escalate
Are highly organized and detail-oriented, and can run multiple partner plans at once without dropping quality
Write clearly and precisely, with experience creating executive-level content and holding partner copy to a high bar
Are data-driven and comfortable tracking marketing metrics, analyzing performance, and optimizing programs based on results

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
