About the job
We are seeking an Event Design Coordinator to manage the intake, production, and quality assurance of event-related creative requests coming from a wide range of teams across the business. This is a builder-and-gatekeeper role: you'll work hand-in-hand with designers to turn varied, often fast-turnaround requests into flawless deliverables, including booth graphics, signage, decks, digital assets, swag, and invites, while proactively spotting risks (timeline, brand, print spec, or logistical) before they become problems.
We are not looking for someone who simply routes tickets. We're looking for someone who understands both the creative process and the operational realities of live events well enough to catch a misaligned bleed line, a missing dieline, or a vendor deadline that's about to slip, and to fix it before anyone else notices.
Responsibilities
Request Intake & Triage
Serve as the primary point of contact for event-related creative requests coming from varied teams across Tether.
Scope each request clearly: deliverable type, format (print vs. digital), quantity, deadline, dimension, venue/vendor constraints, and brand requirements.
Flag conflicting timelines, unrealistic turnarounds, or missing information immediately, and propose a workable plan rather than waiting to be asked.
Design Collaboration & Project Management
Brief designers with complete, unambiguous specs so work is right the first time.
Manage multiple concurrent event workstreams across different teams and deadlines without dropping details.
Track status across all active requests and proactively surface bottlenecks before they affect the event date.
Quality Assurance (Print & Digital)
Review every designer deliverable before it goes back to the requesting team, checking brand consistency, copy accuracy, resolution, color mode (CMYK vs. RGB), bleed/trim/safe zones, file formats, and platform specs (e.g., booth panel dimensions, social crop ratios, slide aspect ratios).
Catch errors that would be costly or embarrassing to fix on-site or post-launch (typos, wrong sizing, low-res exports, broken links, outdated logos).
Maintain a QA checklist/process that scales across event types and gets sharper over time.
Event Documentation & Knowledge Management
Document and file all assets, briefs, and final deliverables for each event in a shared drive, using a clear, consistent structure.
Organize files so the wider team can easily find past work, reuse assets, and cross-reference specs, timelines, or creative direction from previous events.
Keep a running record of vendor details, production specs, and lessons learned per event to speed up planning for future ones.
Risk & Logistics Ownership
Anticipate what can go wrong, such as vendor lead times, print production windows, last-minute scope changes, and shipping delays, and build buffer and contingency plans into every project timeline.
Coordinate with vendors and print/production partners as needed to confirm specs and delivery windows.
Keep stakeholders across requesting teams and design aligned with clear, proactive status updates rather than reactive fire drills.
Cross-Team Partnership
Act as a trusted liaison between business requesters and the design team, protecting designers' time from ambiguous briefs while protecting requesters from missed deadlines.
Continuously improve the intake and review process based on what goes wrong (or almost goes wrong) on each event.
5+ years of experience in event marketing, event production, creative operations, or project management with a strong events component.
Proven experience managing print and digital production processes; you know what a dieline is, what "safe area" means, and why RGB assets can't go straight to print.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills: demonstrated ability to manage several concurrent, cross-functional requests with competing deadlines.
Sharp attention to detail, comfortable being the last line of defense before a deliverable ships.
Experience reviewing and giving actionable feedback on creative work from designers, without needing to be a designer yourself.
A proactive, risk-first mindset: you naturally ask "what could go wrong here?" and build a plan around the answer.
Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable managing stakeholders across different teams with different priorities.
Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Monday, or similar) and design review tools like Figma
Experience setting up shared drive structures or asset libraries for teams.
Fluent in English and Spanish / Italian is a plus.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Build the iOS platform that helps engineers ship confidently. As Notion’s mobile team grows, we’re turning the first generation of mobile foundations into a durable platform: clearer architecture, ergonomic testing, dependable observability, and faster CI/CD. This role is broad—you’ll shape the iOS stack end to end, from shared frameworks and build systems to release quality, with opportunities to work across our shared Rust layer and AI infrastructure for mobile development. You’ll pair with mobile AI and core product engineers to understand friction, evaluate new iOS capabilities, and decide what should become part of the platform.
This role can be based in either San Francisco or New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE
- Make the iOS platform agent-ready: Give engineers and agents dependable ways to build, run, test, screenshot, and iterate through the app so mobile teams can move faster without lowering the quality bar.
- By the end of your first year, define how iOS features are built: establish architecture and ship developer tools, then partner with product engineers to adopt them.
- Raise the bar for iOS reliability and release quality: Improve the systems that catch regressions, prevent incidents, and help engineers understand issues quickly across builds, tests, observability, and CI/CD.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING
- Deep iOS engineering experience at scale: You’ve helped build and deploy mobile applications used by millions, and understand the reliability, performance, and operational practices required at that scale.
- Platform or infrastructure experience: You’ve worked below the product-feature layer on mobile CI/CD, testing platforms, build systems, developer tooling, or shared frameworks—and can turn recurring friction into durable systems.
- Strong architectural judgment: You’re familiar with multiple approaches to iOS architecture and can explain the trade-offs clearly, choosing patterns that make features easier to build, test, and maintain.
- Cross-functional influence: You can partner closely with product engineers, understand their pain points, and earn adoption for new platform APIs, workflows, and standards without relying on authority.
- AI-native engineering practice: You use AI tools and agents as real collaborators, framing tasks clearly, reviewing generated changes, testing behavior, and designing workflows that make the broader team more effective.
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco or New York City, the estimated base salary range for this role is $150,000 - $168,000 per year.
By clicking “Submit Application”, I understand and agree that Notion and its affiliates and subsidiaries will collect and process my information in accordance with Notion’s Global Recruiting Privacy Policy https://notion.notion.site/Notion-Global-Recruiting-Privacy-Policy-fc3eb4e829354a26a2bb6fd5e289b550?pvs=74 and NYLL 144 https://notion.notion.site/Ashby-AI-Bias-Audit-2b0efdeead05803bbbfae159ec86c528.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY & ACCOMMODATIONS
We hire talented people from a wide range of backgrounds. If you’re excited about this role but don’t meet every bullet, we still encourage you to apply. Notion is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected characteristic. Consistent with applicable law, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records. Notion provides reasonable accommodations during the application process; if you need one, please let your recruiter know.

- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Hybrid, 3 days a week at the office in Berlin or Espoo
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO)
Why this role matters
As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you'll own key parts of the cloud platform that keeps ICEYE's satellites talking to Earth. You'll shape how our AWS and Kubernetes environments are designed, secured and operated across ground stations, test environments and end-user platforms. You'll make infrastructure decisions that decide whether engineering ships fast and whether satellite operations stay connected when it matters most.
Who We Are
ICEYE delivers space-based intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities to governments and allied nations. This includes sovereign and turnkey ISR missions leveraging ICEYE's world-leading synthetic aperture radar (SAR) satellite technology, as well as access to data from the world's largest SAR satellite constellation. These capabilities enable partners to detect and respond to critical changes anywhere on Earth with unprecedented speed and accuracy, day or night and in any weather, supported by ultra high-resolution imagery and high-frequency revisits.
As a trusted partner for defense, intelligence, security, and maritime domain awareness, ICEYE's near real-time data creates a tactical advantage for mission-critical operations. Designed for dual use, the platform also serves civil protection and commercial users for natural-catastrophe intelligence, insurance, maritime monitoring including oil-spill detection, and finance, contributing to global security and community resilience.
ICEYE is headquartered in Finland and operates globally across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific. We have more than 900 employees, united by a shared vision: improving life on Earth by becoming the global source of truth in Earth Observation.
Your day-to-day responsibilities
- Own key parts of the AWS and Kubernetes platform behind our ground station and connectivity systems, working alongside another senior DevOps engineer and making explicit architecture trade-offs between reliability, cost and delivery speed
- Drive infrastructure initiatives in your areas from design to delivery, including the dependencies on software teams and ground station vendors
- Evolve our Terraform and deployment setup with reusable patterns that prevent whole classes of configuration and release issues
- Design and harden the network between our cloud environments and ground station sites
- Turn loosely defined operational problems into clear technical plans and working solutions
- Drive platform incidents to resolution, find the root cause, and turn what you learn into lasting reliability improvements
- Share your expertise through reviews, pairing and technical guidance, and help raise the bar on how we build and run infrastructure
What we're looking for
Must haves:
- Experience owning a platform or critical infrastructure area end to end, including its architecture decisions and trade-offs
- Extensive hands-on experience designing and operating production environments on AWS, including IAM, cost management, and security practices such as least privilege and secrets management
- Strong cloud networking skills: VPC design, DNS, routing, security groups, and debugging connectivity across cloud and on-prem environments
- Deep Terraform experience, including designing modules and managing infrastructure at scale
- Experience running Kubernetes in production, including deployments, Helm and troubleshooting
- A track record of resolving production incidents and driving lasting reliability improvements
- Experience designing CI/CD pipelines with tools such as GitHub Actions
Nice to haves:
- Hybrid cloud and on-prem experience
- Scripting or software engineering experience with Python, Bash or Go
- Observability practices, including logging, metrics, alerting and tools such as Grafana
- Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, RDS or MongoDB
- Experience in regulated, defence or security-sensitive environments
Application Process
- Talent Attraction Partner Screen Call
- Hiring Manager interview
- Technical interview
- Values & Fit interview

Operating across Germany, Spain, and the UK, Taxfix Group (Taxfix and Steuerbot) is a team of over 400 professionals—tax experts, developers, and IT specialists—committed to solutions. Since 2016, we’ve enabled over 3.5 billion euros in tax refunds for our customers.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Taxfix is creating expert-assisted digital tax services, blending software, AI, and licensed human expertise for easier filings. We're hiring a Business Unit Leader, Expert-Assisted Services to drive and scale this business area as a key growth engine.
This senior role requires commercial and general management skills—defining customer segments, service design, pricing, demand generation, conversion, retention, and efficient scaling without compromising trust or quality. You’ll balance growth, margin, capacity, costs, and outcomes, working closely with peers across Product, Operations, Marketing/Growth, Data, and Finance, and aligning teams to business and commercial goals.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Business leadership: Set ambition, priorities, and execution plans, owning revenue, margin, conversion, retention, and outcomes.
- Customer strategy: Identify high-value segments and craft differentiated propositions and journeys.
- Pricing and packaging: Build offers addressing diverse needs, complexity, and willingness to pay, ensuring revenue quality and margin.
- Growth engine: Boost acquisition, booking, retention, and renewal through disciplined experimentation.
- Service model: Balance demand, expert capacity, quality, handling time, and cost; determine where automation or human expertise adds value.
- Product, commercial, and ops: Collaborate to translate insights into scalable roadmaps and workflows.
- AI integration: Apply AI to enhance customer guidance, personalization, delivery, QA, and workflows, maintaining quality and trust.
- Performance discipline: Create KPIs, forecasts, dashboards, and reviews to drive focus and accountability.
- Organization building: Define capabilities and ownership, prioritize hiring, and improve cross-functional execution.
