By connecting partner needs with the right Xero features—including online bill pay, payroll, analytics, and AI-powered capabilities—you will uncover expansion opportunities, improve subscription attach rates, and secure long-term retention. Your work directly strengthens partner practices while helping small businesses thrive.
The team & how they connect
You will join a dedicated post-sales team working side-by-side with Solutions Consultants to deepen partner engagement and support account growth. Together, you will collaborate closely across Customer Experience, Marketing, Sales Operations, and Finance to deliver joined-up support for accounting and bookkeeping firms. By acting as trusted strategic advisors, the team ensures our partners have everything they need to scale their practices effectively.
Initially, you will focus on

- Conducting structured business reviews and success planning sessions to align commercial goals with platform capabilities.
- Championing full platform adoption across core features, including payroll, online bill pay, analytics, and AI-driven tools.
- Identifying churn risks early and implementing proactive retention and subscription optimisation strategies.

This role offers flexible working arrangements, including hybrid and remote options depending on your location. You will also travel regularly for industry events and on-site partner meetings, with access to collaborative office spaces for team connection days and shared focus time.
Here are some of the things we are looking for
- A background in account management, partner success, or sales within a fast-paced SaaS or technology environment.

- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and data insights to manage pipeline, forecasting, and account health.
- Expertise in positioning broader platform products such as payroll, analytics, or automated workflow tools.
- A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills to work seamlessly with technical consultants and cross-functional teams.
Compensation & Total Rewards
At Xero, we value the impact and skills you bring to the team. We don’t just hire for a role; we invest in people. We believe in a Total Package philosophy - which means your value isn't just a single number on a paycheck. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
We’re seeking an Intermediate Developer with a full-stack or backend-focused background to join our Enterprise Tenants and Policies team,
This team focuses on the B2B side of our Enterprise Password Manager. We build features that help large organizations manage 1Password at scale. Our team focuses on multi-tenancy and linked accounts, policies that give businesses control over how 1Password operates across their organizations, and intuitive admin experiences for managing groups, teams, and other configurations. As we continue moving from a monolithic application toward a microservice architecture, you’ll help evolve our policy services and build enterprise features that work across multiple services and codebases.
How we’re using AI today
Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What we're looking for:
- You have 2+ years of experience in software development
- Experience with a modern backend language (e.g. Go, Node.js, Ruby, or Python)
- A drive for and proven experience in software development best practices and coding standards
- You enjoy solving moderately complex problems and have demonstrated an ability to propose effective solutions
- You enjoy communicating and collaborating, with experience working effectively across teams and explaining technical concepts to non-technical cross-functional partners
- You’re passionate about testing methodologies and debugging techniques that ensure high-quality code
- You’re comfortable working across multiple services and collaborating with other teams to deliver complete, impactful solutions
Bonus points for:
- Experience with DevOps practices while also contributing to application development
- Experience working with Kubernetes and infrastructure configuration
- Experience working with microservices or distributed systems
- Experience building frontends with TypeScript and React
- Exposure to security, enterprise, or admin-focused products
What you can expect:
- Code, test, debug, deliver, and maintain production software systems for new and existing enterprise features
- Build features that support multi-tenancy, linked accounts, policy management, and the admin console experience
- Contribute to the team’s transition from a monolithic application toward a microservice architecture
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders throughout the development cycle to ensure smooth releases
- Coordinate with partner teams working in areas such as authentication and authorization, insights, and managed service providers
- Work with your teammates and project manager to communicate technical requirements to stakeholders and solve technical problems in a scalable and realistic way
- Contribute to design and architecture documents, helping ensure solutions are thoughtfully planned and deliver their intended impact
- Mentor junior and new team members by helping them understand team expectations, providing technical guidance, sharing knowledge, and engaging in pair programming sessions
- Participate in planning by identifying major tasks and breaking down, estimating, and planning work
- Write comprehensive tests during various stages of the development cycle, ensuring code functions as expected
- Review code for others to maintain high code quality, share knowledge within the team, and support a safe environment for giving and receiving feedback
- Generate and review documentation on code and development processes to ensure scalability
- Stay informed about the latest industry trends, technologies, and development best practices
- Be available for on-call rotational work to ensure uninterrupted support and resolve emergencies

How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others.

And innovation isn't a buzzword, it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing, and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI.
Ready to level up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place. Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
What’s the opportunity?
The Research, Analytics & Data Science (RAD) team at Intercom uses data and insights to drive evidence-based decision-making. We're a team of data scientists and product researchers who use data - both big and small - to unlock actionable insights about our customers, our products and our business. We generate insights that build customer empathy, drive product strategy and shape products that deliver real value to our customers.
We’re now seeing strong demand for data scientists who can apply their expertise directly with our most strategic customers. As a Forward Deployed Data Scientist, you’ll embed with customers to build Enterprise-grade Fin deployments. You’ll play a pivotal role in transforming how our most strategic customers scale customer support — working closely with them and our go-to-market teams to design, build, and implement data-driven solutions that unlock measurable impact. You’ll also feed insights from these frontline deployments back into Intercom’s product and strategy — helping shape the future of AI customer service.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives in ambiguous environments, is energized by solving complex, real-world problems with data, and is motivated by seeing their work translate into both customer impact and product evolution.
What will I be doing?
Drive the adoption of Fin by helping customers automate and scale their support operations.
Embed with strategic customers to understand their support workflows, data, and business challenges — to identify and implement opportunities where AI can deliver measurable impact.
Steer customers toward best practices in measurement and AI adoption to realize the full value of Fin.
Partner closely with Sales, Success, and Product to deliver seamless customer experiences and successful deployments, and to create feedback loops that shape product development.
Use AI to prototype, test, and scale data-driven solutions, building tools that make us faster and more effective in driving Fin adoption and customer impact.
What skills do I need?
Proven ability to apply data science in real-world business contexts to drive measurable outcomes.
Strong collaboration mindset; skilled at working across Sales, Success, Product, and Engineering.
High adaptability and ownership: able to shift between deep technical analysis and high-level strategic framing.
Excellent communication skills, both technical and non-technical.
Rapid prototyping with systems thinking: you know when a customer needs a fast, bespoke answer, and when to build something others will keep using.
Excellent SQL and production-aware Python, you write code other people can run, not just code that runs once and are experienced applying analytical and statistical methods to real business problems.
Experience with AI/ML evaluation, LLM-driven applications, or conversational AI.
Willing to travel and work on-site with customers to build deep relationships and uncover insights firsthand.
Bonus skills and attributes
Experience in technical consulting, customer-facing analytics, or SaaS product data science.
Experience reframing the problem, not just solving it, you've spotted when the question you were handed wasn't the right one, and changed what got worked on.
Experience applying AI to scale the data science workflow.

Wrike is the most powerful work management platform. Built for teams and organizations looking to collaborate, create, and exceed every day, Wrike brings everyone and all work into a single place to remove complexity, increase productivity, and free people up to focus on their most purposeful work.
Wrike is our people, not a place. As a distributed team, we own our growth, stay globally connected, and rely on the product we build to deliver impactful work alongside brilliant minds. You'll have real ownership over meaningful work, a global team that has your back, and the flexibility to do your best work your way. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
Our vision:
A world where everyone is free to focus on their most purposeful work, together.
About the Role:
You'll work alongside diverse, cross-border teams and supportive colleagues who share knowledge and want to see you succeed. Salesforce, Marketo, Salesloft, and a growing web of integrated SaaS tools run large parts of Wrike's business. As that footprint grows, we're hiring a dedicated analyst to bring stronger visibility, governance, and risk understanding to this business systems estate — partnering closely with the teams who own and use these tools.
Your Impact:
Own security for Wrike's business systems SaaS tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Salesloft, and the integrations that connect them, covering permissions, sharing rules, connected apps, OAuth scopes, and integrations.
Build and maintain clear visibility into what data lives in these systems, why it's there, and how it flows between integrated tools.
Partner with RevOps, Marketing, Legal and others to embed security into how these platforms are configured, extended, and connected to third-party services.
Translate security and business-continuity issues into clear, actionable terms for non-technical stakeholders.
Ensure business systems handling personal data hold up against privacy frameworks including GDPR and CCPA, in close collaboration with Legal and Compliance.
Chase data-flow and permission questions to ground truth which means following through until the answer and its implications are genuinely clear.
Your Qualifications:
Your primary expertise is in Salesforce administration and business systems security. Everything else listed here is context you'll operate in. Depth in the primary domain matters more than breadth across all of them.
Salesforce administration experience with a strong security lens. This means permissions, sharing rules, connected apps, and integration patterns.
Solid understanding of how business systems interconnect and why that matters for data exposure and business continuity.
Able to communicate issues precisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Working knowledge of privacy frameworks such as GDPR and CCPA at minimum.
You don't need to tick every box! We're looking for depth in business systems security and the drive to grow across the rest.
Standout Qualities:
Certified Salesforce Administrator credential.
Security+, ISC2 CC, or an equivalent security certification.
Experience auditing or governing SaaS-to-SaaS integrations
Exposure to data security posture management (DSPM) or data classification in SaaS environments.
You use AI as a force multiplier — to move faster, think wider, and go deeper — but your security instincts and judgement are your own. You don't outsource thinking to a tool.
Demonstrated tenacity in chasing complex data flows and access permissions across multi-tool integrations to a definitive answer.
Team Dynamics:
You will be joining Wrike's 15-member global Security team led by Maksim Pekuryn, Director of Security. You will report directly to Swen Groeneveld, Head of Security Operations, whose 8-person sub-team includes Security Engineers, Application Security, and SOC specialists. You'll also work closely with cross-functional partners in RevOps, Marketing, and Legal.
Our Work Style:
Tech stack: Salesforce, Marketo, Salesloft, OAuth integrations, connected apps, and related business SaaS tooling.
Collaborative environment working closely with RevOps, Legal, and Marketing teams.
Hybrid mode.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
As a member of the Applied AI team at Anthropic, you will be a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) who embeds directly with our most strategic customers to drive transformational AI adoption. You will collaborate closely with customer teams to ship advanced AI applications that solve real world business problems. Our FDEs engage with customers to accelerate the adoption of existing products and create new applications built on our models.
Working closely with our Post-Sales, Product, and Engineering teams, you'll combine engineering expertise, an understanding of frontier AI applications, and customer-facing skills to understand customer workflows and develop innovative solutions that address complex business challenges while maintaining our high standards for safety and reliability.
You will sit at the frontier of enterprise AI deployments and serve as one of our founding FDEs who helps to shape our forward-deployed motion. We expect our FDEs to operate autonomously, thrive under ambiguity, and represent Anthropic at the highest level in customer environments. This is a significant responsibility: you’ll play a key role in championing our mission in the enterprise.
Responsibilities
Work within customer systems to build production applications with Claude models, ensuring that these products meet customer requirements.
Deliver technical artifacts for customers like MCP servers, sub-agents, and agent skills that will be used in production workflows.
Provide white glove deployment support for Anthropic products in enterprise environments.
Identify and codify repeatable deployment patterns and contribute insights back to our Product and Engineering teams.
Maintain strong knowledge of the latest developments in LLM capabilities, implementation patterns, and AI product development stacks.
Build long term relationships with customers and proactively identify new opportunities for AI deployment throughout the lifecycle of an engagement.
Travel frequently (25-50%) to customer sites to build in person with customers.
Be a champion for Anthropic’s mission in the field.
You May Be a Good Fit If You Have
4+ years of experience in a technical, customer facing role such as Forward Deployed Engineer, or as a Software Engineer with consulting or product experience. Former technical founders are also encouraged to apply.
Production experience with LLMs including advanced prompt engineering, agent development, evaluation frameworks, and deployment at scale.
Strong programming skills with proficiency in Python (and ideally in one or more additional languages like TypeScript, Java, etc) and experience shipping production applications
High agency with an ability to navigate ambiguity present in complex organizations.
High cooperation mindset for cross-organizational collaboration, balancing competing priorities with integrity.
Passion for advancing safe, beneficial AI systems through creative technical applications.
Strong communication skills to conduct discovery with customers and to convey technical concepts to diverse stakeholders while maintaining a low ego and collaborative approach.
A background in financial services, healthcare/life sciences, or another enterprise vertical is a plus.
Experience with enterprise IT systems and/or AI deployment patterns is a plus.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
£225,000
—
£255,000 GBP
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Canonical is a leading provider of open source software and operating systems to the global enterprise and technology markets. Our platform, Ubuntu, is very widely used in breakthrough enterprise initiatives such as public cloud, data science, AI, engineering innovation and IoT. Our customers include the world's leading public cloud and silicon providers, and industry leaders in many sectors. The company is a pioneer of global distributed collaboration, with 1200+ colleagues in 75+ countries and very few office based roles. Teams meet two to four times yearly in person, in interesting locations around the world, to align on strategy and execution.
The company is founder led, profitable and growing.
Product marketers at Canonical sit between product and the market. They take deeply technical open source products and decide what they mean to a user and a buyer; which problem they solve, who should care, why we win, and what it should cost. That work shows up as positioning and messaging, launch plans, competitive intelligence, global campaigns, and the enablement that helps sales tell a coherent story.
This is a role for someone who wants ownership rather than a brief. You will pick up a portfolio area, form your own point of view on the market, and defend it with evidence. We expect product marketers to talk to customers and community members directly, and to bring opinions to product and sales rather than waiting to be told what to say.
We have a bias for action, focus effort on the most impactful activities, and take ownership of our results. We work across long buying cycles, balance storytelling with data, design experiments, track outcomes, and iterate rapidly to find what works.
Location: This role is remote for anyone based in EMEA.
The role entails
You will own product marketing for one of our product areas, from the market thesis through to the assets that sales and campaigns run on. You will be accountable for whether the story lands, whether launches convert, and whether the sales team can repeat the message without you in the room.
You will:
Own positioning, messaging, and the narrative hierarchy for your product area, and keep it consistent from the website through to the sales deck
Lead product launches end to end with tiering, timeline, cross-functional plan, assets, and post-launch reporting
Build and maintain the competitive picture for your area: who we lose to, why, and what we say about it
Support building the enablement that sales actually uses: battlecards, discovery questions, objection handling, demo narratives
Run structured customer and community research, including win-loss, to keep the messaging grounded in real language rather than internal assumptions
Partner with demand generation, content, web, and events to turn positioning into campaigns that move pipeline
Raise the standard of the craft around you through review, mentoring, and shared frameworks
What we are looking for in you
Strong written and verbal communication in English
An exceptional academic track record from high school and university
Proven product marketing experience in B2B software, SaaS, or open source
A track record of owning positioning and messaging for a product or portfolio, not just executing someone else's
Evidence of launches you led that changed a business outcome such as adoption, pipeline, or win rate
The technical curiosity to hold your own with product managers and engineers and to understand the product beyond the datasheet
Comfort using data to test a hypothesis, evaluate a campaign, and change your mind
Ability to influence and align stakeholders across product, sales, and marketing without formal authority
Excellent storytelling skills applied to technical solutions, for both developer and executive audiences
Skill at managing complex, cross-functional projects with several dependencies and a fixed date
Fast adaptation to change and to new technology in marketing
Proactive, outcome-driven, and confident operating independently at a global scale
Nice-to-have skills
Experience marketing to developers, or in infrastructure, security, or IoT categories
Familiarity with open source communities and commercial open source business models
Experience across both product-led and sales-led motions, and with the handover between them
Public speaking, webinars, or conference presence in a technical field
Experience mentoring or leading other product marketers
What we offer you
Your base pay will depend on various factors including your geographical location, level of experience, knowledge and skills. In addition to the benefits above, certain roles are also eligible for additional benefits and rewards including annual bonuses and sales incentives based on revenue or utilization. Our compensation philosophy is to ensure equity right across our global workforce.
In addition to a competitive base pay, we provide all team members with additional benefits, which reflect our values and ideals. Please note that additional benefits may apply depending on the work location and, for more information on these, please ask your Talent Partner.

About the role
🤓
We’re looking for a
Senior Product Builder
who wants to own product problems, not just engineering tasks.
You’ll work across the full lifecycle of B2B initiatives:
understand → shape → build → ship → measure → iterate
This is not a frontend or backend-specific role. Our main stack is Ruby on Rails and React, but we care more about strong engineering fundamentals, product judgment and the ability to work across the stack when needed.
You won’t receive a perfectly specified backlog. You’ll be expected to help create the work: understand merchants and the business, challenge assumptions, work through ambiguity and decide with the team what is worth building.
How we build at seQura
🤖
AI-assisted development is how our engineers work every day. We use AI agents to think through problems, write, review and iterate on code, and we're looking for engineers who already work this way, or are actively making the shift.
What matters to us isn't whether you know the syntax and idioms of your preferred programming language or tech stack by heart. It's whether you understand the problem you're solving, can explain the business logic behind it, and own every line you ship, no matter who (or what) wrote it first.
AI helps you move faster, challenge assumptions, explore different approaches and improve your solutions. But knowing which questions to ask, making sound technical and product decisions, and taking responsibility for the outcome is always up to you.
Our technical interviews reflect this approach: you'll use your own AI tools, and we'll ask you to walk us through your solution, both the business reasoning and the code.
If you're only interested in technical challenges without engaging in the product decisions behind them, or you'd rather not work with AI, this probably isn't the right role for you.
About the Merchant Experience team
🧩
We build the B2B product experiences that help merchants manage and grow their business with seQura.
The team owns merchant-facing products and the platform behind them, including order management, analytics, self-service capabilities, growth initiatives and platform features used by other B2B teams.
We are a small team of senior Product Engineers and a Product Designer, with
no dedicated Product Manager by design
.
Engineers are expected to contribute beyond implementation: understanding problems, shaping opportunities, making product and technical decisions, shipping solutions and checking their outcomes.
Initiatives are led by engineers who take ownership of a problem, gather context, define the hypothesis and success criteria, shape the work, drive delivery and follow up after launch.
AI-assisted development is part of our daily workflow. As implementation gets faster, we expect engineers to spend more of their judgment on
what to build, why it matters and what we learn from it
.
What challenges you'll be solving 🚀
Own product initiatives end-to-end, from problem understanding to outcome validation.
Act as Champion for initiatives: gather context, define hypotheses and success criteria, shape the work and drive it forward.
Work directly with merchants, business stakeholders, Product Design and other engineering teams when needed.
Build and operate production software across backend and frontend.
Make pragmatic product and technical decisions with incomplete information.
Use data, feedback and experiments to decide whether to iterate, change direction or stop.
Contribute to evolving Merchant Portal into a platform other B2B teams can build on.
Use AI throughout your workflow, including exploration, implementation, testing, debugging and learning unfamiliar systems.
What to expect in the next 90 days
🏁
Month 1
Learn the B2B domain, Merchant Portal, codebase and current initiatives. Shadow a Champion, meet key stakeholders and start contributing.
Month 2
Own a small initiative with support from the team, from understanding the problem to shipping it.
Month 3
Act as Champion for an initiative: frame the problem, define the hypothesis and success criteria, ship a solution and check the outcome.
What you’ll need 🤝
Must have:
7+ years of experience building production software.
Strong software engineering fundamentals.
Experience owning work beyond implementation.
Comfortable working across backend and frontend when needed.
Comfortable working with ambiguity and incomplete information.
Strong product and customer curiosity.
High autonomy, ownership and accountability.
Comfortable working directly with stakeholders and other teams.
Experience using AI meaningfully in your software development workflow.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Nice to have:
Experience with Ruby on Rails and/or React.
Strong full-stack experience.
Experience building platforms or capabilities used by other teams.
Experience with product discovery, experimentation or success metrics.
Spanish fluency.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
