An overview of this role
At GitLab, People technology never stands still, and as a People Systems Engineer, you’ll build what keeps it moving. Reporting to the Senior Director, People Technology, and working alongside our Lead People Systems Engineer, you’ll design, build and maintain the automations, integrations and AI-powered workflows that connect Workday, Greenhouse, Slack and the tools that power our global workforce. You’ll own features from request through tested code, deployment and ongoing reliability across Workato, Google Cloud and Claude. With an AI-forward mindset, you’ll rethink how People work gets done, eliminating manual effort and creating streamlined, delightful experiences for team members. If you think like a software engineer, love solving puzzles and want to grow your career at the intersection of people systems, AI and automation in an all-remote, async-first environment, this is your role.
What You’ll Do
Build, test and maintain People system automations and integrations across Workato, Google Cloud Platform, Claude, Workday, Greenhouse and GitLab, owning your features from design through deployment.
Develop integrations between Workday, Greenhouse, Slack and internal tools using Workday Web Services (WWS) and Slack’s API and Bot SDK, and build Slack apps and bots that turn manual steps into simple, automated workflows for team members around the world.
Write clean, readable automation code in Ruby or a comparable scripting language, stored and versioned in GitLab, with clear documentation and peer code reviews.
Keep pace with a high-growth company by monitoring integration health, troubleshooting failures quickly and fixing root causes so our automations stay reliable at scale.
Ship changes safely through GitLab CI/CD pipelines, following testing, change-management and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) IT general controls (ITGC) standards with care.
Lead with AI: use AI tools, large language models (LLMs) and Model Context Protocol (MCP) frameworks, including Claude, every day to accelerate development, prototype AI agents and reimagine how People work gets done, then share what you learn so the whole team moves faster.
Look past the surface of a request to find the real problem, then recommend and build solutions that are durable, scalable and easy to support. Partner with People Technology Analysts on configuration, testing and releases, and with Information Security, IT and AI Engineering on security and standards.
Raise the bar for how automations are architected, documented and maintained, learning from and contributing alongside our Lead People Systems Engineer.
What You’ll Bring
Hands-on experience building automations or integrations, ideally with human resources or business systems.
Experience writing and maintaining code in Ruby or a comparable scripting language, such as Python or JavaScript, and a willingness to learn Ruby if you haven’t already.
Hands-on experience with Workato or a comparable integration platform as a service (iPaaS) in a production environment.
Experience working with APIs and web services, including REST and SOAP, and an understanding of how data moves between systems.
Proficiency with Git for version control and code review; you treat automation code like production software.
A forward-thinking, AI-forward mindset: you use AI tools every day to automate tasks, speed up development and improve processes, and you’re energized by what AI makes possible next.
The ability to work independently, solve problems with curiosity, come with options and a recommendation, and collaborate openly. You protect highly confidential information and take ownership of code quality, reliable outcomes and the end user’s experience.
Additional relevant experience includes Workday integrations (WWS, Reporting as a Service or Workday Studio), Slack apps or bots, CI/CD pipelines, Google Cloud Platform or Amazon Web Services, Docker or Kubernetes, building with LLMs, AI agents or MCP frameworks, SOX ITGC controls, Greenhouse, Serval, Google Workspace, or all-remote and asynchronous work. A related computing degree or equivalent experience is also welcome; none of these is required.

With $125M raised at Series B from IVP, Sequoia, Benchmark, CapitalG, and Sapphire Ventures, we’re at a stage where we’re continuing to develop new products, growth is accelerating, and all team members have meaningful impact on what we build and how we work together. LangChain is a place where your contributions can shape how this technology shows up in the real world.
ABOUT THE TEAM
The LangChain Deployed Engineering - Federal team works directly with U.S. Government customers — including the Department of Defense (DoD), Civilian Agencies, and the Intelligence Community (IC) — who are building and operating AI agents in mission-critical environments.
This is a hands-on, highly technical team that partners closely with government engineers, technical program managers, and system integrators across the full lifecycle — from pre-award technical shaping and evaluations to post-deployment advisory work in secure environments. The focus is on achieving the technical win, architecting secure and compliant agent systems, and enabling agencies to operate AI agents reliably at scale using the LangChain suite.
Deployed Engineers sit at the intersection of engineering, product, security, and go-to-market. You will shape how LangChain is adopted across classified and unclassified environments, ensuring alignment with federal compliance requirements while feeding mission-driven insights back into the platform.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Deployed Engineer, you’ll work on some of the hardest problems in applied AI — not demos or experimental research, but production systems supporting real-world missions.
You’ll help defense, civilian, and intelligence customers design, deploy, and operate AI agents in secure, regulated, and high-stakes environments. The feedback loop is fast, the mission impact is tangible, and your work directly influences how AI agents are deployed across the federal landscape.
You will operate in environments that demand security, reliability, compliance (FedRAMP, IL levels, etc.), and operational rigor.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Co-architect and co-build production AI agents with federal engineering teams and system integrators
- Own the technical win in federal pre-sales engagements by designing secure POCs, supporting RFI/RFP technical responses, and guiding technical evaluations
- Design architectures that meet federal security and compliance requirements (FedRAMP, DoD IL2–IL6, NIST, etc.)
- Help agencies deploy and operate agent-based applications such as mission support copilots, intelligence analysis agents, research automation systems, and multi-step operational workflows
- Advise customers post-award on architecture, scalability, observability, evaluation, and long-term roadmap decisions
- Deliver technical demos, workshops, and enablement sessions tailored to government developer and operator audiences
- Partner with security teams to navigate ATO processes and accreditation pathways
- Surface field feedback from federal use cases and contribute reusable patterns, secure deployment guides, and example code that scale across agencies
- Occasionally contribute code upstream when it meaningfully improves federal customer outcomes
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Must have zctive or prior U.S. security clearance (Secret, TS/SCI)
- 3+ years in a relevant technical role (software engineering, customer engineering, solutions engineering, product engineering), ideally supporting federal or regulated customers
- Experience working with DoD, Civilian Agencies, Intelligence Community, or federal system integrators
- Strong Python and JavaScript fundamentals, with deep systems thinking
- Experience designing agent-based or LLM-powered systems beyond simple API calls, including multi-step workflows, orchestration, guardrails, and failure handling
- Familiarity with secure cloud environments (AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, etc.)
- Comfort operating in regulated environments with security, compliance, and documentation requirements
- Experience supporting technical evaluations, architecture reviews, and competitive down-select processes
- Ability to clearly explain technical tradeoffs to government stakeholders and build trust across engineering and program leadership
- Ownership mindset — you take responsibility for mission outcomes, not just recommendations
- Bias toward action and comfort operating in ambiguity
- Excitement about running AI agents in real-world, production federal environments — not just building demos
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience deploying AI systems in classified or air-gapped environments
- Familiarity with FedRAMP authorization processes or DoD Impact Levels (IL2–IL6)
- Experience with LLM evaluation, observability, red-teaming, or guardrails in high-assurance settings
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, containers, Kubernetes, and secure networking architectures
- Experience working alongside federal system integrators (Booz Allen, SAIC, Leidos, etc.)
- Production experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar agent frameworks

An overview of this role
At GitLab, People technology never stands still, and this role will be at the center of it. Reporting to the Senior Director, People Technology, you’ll work alongside senior team members and partner closely with People Operations, People Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to keep our People systems running at the speed of a fast-moving, innovative tech company. No two days will look the same. One day you’re running recurring processes and answering questions from teams across the organization, the next you’re preparing Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) audit evidence, building reports, writing test cases or delivering quarterly and annual changes and system upgrades. Using cycle-time analysis, best-practice research and AI tools, you’ll find better ways to operate and create streamlined, delightful experiences for the people using our systems, while growing your career in an all-remote, async-first environment.
What You’ll Do
Keep pace with the daily rhythm of a high-growth company by owning recurring processes, monitoring system health, resolving issues quickly and serving as a go-to resource for teams across the organization, especially People Operations, People Business Partners and Talent Acquisition.
Protect data integrity by administering system security, assigning and maintaining security roles, and running regular system and security audits.
Configure, test and deploy day-to-day enhancements as well as quarterly and annual changes, including annual People programs, so every update lands cleanly and on schedule. Support upgrades and releases by reviewing new features, running regression tests and helping stakeholders get ready for what’s changing.
Write and run test cases, and keep clear documentation of configurations, business processes, and reporting and integration schedules. Load mass datasets and distribute policies and documents with confidence and thorough testing.
Prepare and maintain SOX information technology general controls (ITGC) audit evidence and internal controls documentation, following access, security and change-management standards with care.
Build and maintain reports and dashboards that help stakeholders make decisions. Use cycle times and process data to find friction, then recommend and make configuration changes and measure their impact.
Help team members get the most out of their tools through training and enablement. Research best practices and new capabilities, and use AI every day to automate manual tasks, speed up analysis and share what you learn.
Support senior team members on cross-team projects and implementations, owning your workstreams and delivering quality results on time.
What You’ll Bring
Hands-on HR technology experience, including exposure to Workday configuration, testing or system support.
Exposure to public company operating procedures, such as SOX ITGC controls, audit evidence and change management.
A curious, puzzle-loving approach to problem-solving, backed by experience investigating issues, analyzing process data and finding the “why” behind a problem.
An AI-forward mindset, with experience using AI tools in your daily work to automate tasks, speed up analysis and improve processes.
Experience validating system changes and documenting findings clearly, along with close attention to detail and sound discretion with highly confidential information.
Independence and an ownership mindset: you take accountability for outcomes, move work forward with confidence and follow through on commitments.
A collaborative, customer-focused approach. You partner openly, design with the end user’s experience in mind, and bring polished options and a recommendation when you raise a problem.
A love for turning complex processes into simple, delightful experiences that let people focus on their best work.
Helpful but not required: experience with Serval, Greenhouse, Slack or Google Workspace; building reports and dashboards; supporting implementations, upgrades or releases, including regression testing; or working in a fast-paced, all-remote or async-first tech environment.

Arcadia is the most trusted healthcare platform powering outcomes. We transform complex healthcare data into trusted intelligence, helping providers, payers, and life sciences organizations act with clarity, make confident decisions, and achieve measurable clinical, operational, and financial outcomes.
Built on a comprehensive data foundation spanning tens of millions of patient lives, Arcadia combines advanced analytics and responsible AI to surface meaningful insights, coordinate action, and improve performance at scale. Our approach to AI and automation is governed and transparent — designed to strengthen human expertise, not replace judgment or obscure responsibility.
Hundreds of organizations rely on Arcadia to improve cost, quality, and outcomes. Backed by Nordic Capital, we continue to invest in our platform, AI capabilities, and people as we pursue our purpose: helping healthcare deliver better outcomes for every person, every community, and every generation.
What You'll Be Doing
Medicaid policy analysis
Interpret state and federal Medicaid program rules, eligibility and aid-code structures, benefit and coverage design, and program guidance — translating them into precise, testable analytic logic (cohort definitions, code sets, exclusions, stratification criteria) and documenting the interpretation so decisions are auditable
Advise senior customer leadership on what the data can and cannot support — whether a proposed definition is measurable, what the volumes look like, what a threshold does to caseload, cost, or provider capacity — and anticipate how policy changes (fee-for-service transitions, waivers, provider network rules) affect the data and the questions ahead
Technical analytical delivery
Turn ambiguous policy and operational questions into member and provider data marts, cohort and stratification logic, and registry extracts — in SQL (and Python where needed) on Foundry and Redshift/Athena
Deliver them in the format the customer needs — dashboards, recurring reports, Excel, and leadership decks
Root-cause data-quality issues — reconcile counts across sources, trace bad fields to the source, and agree definitions for undocumented fields and codes with the customer's data staff
Customer presence and engagement
Serve as the senior analytic voice for state program leadership, policy and data staff, prime contractors, and vendor partners — participating in recurring working sessions and translating between policy, operational, and technical audiences
Set priorities, scope, and timelines with Customer Management, and hold real authority to push back on what is and isn't feasible or worth building
Create client-facing materials — leadership summaries, detailed methodology decks, decision memos, technical explainers — tailored to audiences from highly technical data counterparts to policy and executive stakeholders
What You'll Need To Have
Working knowledge of how health programs and managed care plans work, and the ability to turn policy documents and program rules into analytic logic. Direct Medicaid or managed care plan experience is a plus
Clinical code and claims fluency — ICD-10, CPT/HCPCS, and revenue codes to build clinical cohorts; claims, eligibility, and provider/NPI data (NPPES, enrollment files); and judgment about claims timing and completeness
Hands-on, demonstrable fluency with AI coding and analysis tools (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar) as the core of how you work. Picking these tools up quickly and using them heavily is central to how you will onboard and how much you can deliver in this role. Be ready to show us what you have built with AI assistance, how fast you turn work around, and how you review and validate it
Advanced SQL (CTEs, window functions, performance on large claims and eligibility tables) and data modeling, to a real engineering standard
Hands-on experience building dashboards and reports in a BI tool (QuickSight, Power BI, Tableau) and Excel, plus executive-ready decks
Direct customer-facing experience with senior stakeholders — comfortable scoping ambiguous requests, navigating competing priorities, and exercising sound analytical judgment about what to build and what the data can support, on short timelines and without close oversight
A track record of leading an analytic program end to end for senior customer or executive audiences — setting your own priorities, and operating without a project manager or close direction
Sound judgment with sensitive data and PHI
What “Principal” means here
This is the most senior analytic role on the Customer Insights team. It is expected that you can:
Set your own priorities and make the call with incomplete information
Act as the senior analytic voice with agency and partner leadership
Raise the bar for the analysts around you — through standards, review, and example
Don't need a project manager or close direction
We are hiring for the combination of policy fluency, customer presence, and technical skill — we understand candidates may be strongest in one or two of these areas and will build the rest quickly, and speed of ramp matters more to us than any one credential. Tell us where you are strongest and how you have ramped before.
Would Love For You To Have
Direct experience with a state Medicaid agency, a Medicaid-serving prime contractor or consultancy, or a Medicaid managed care plan — California Medi-Cal experience is a real plus
Familiarity with population health concepts: risk stratification, registries, care management, network adequacy, and access and equity analysis
Experience with Python and dbt; familiarity with the AWS ecosystem and its analytics tools (e.g., Athena, Redshift, QuickSight); comfort with orchestration tooling, Jira, Confluence, and GitHub-based workflows
Experience mentoring less experienced analysts
Note: this list spans skills relevant to several facets of the role — we don't expect any given candidate to have all of them. Bring what you have; we'll talk through the rest during the interview process.
What You'll Get
Become a member of the talented, energized, diverse and purpose-driven Arcadian Community with decades of collective experience in population health, product development, and data science
Employee driven programs and initiatives for personal and professional development
A flexible, remote-friendly company with personality and heart
Competitive Compensation, Amazing Benefits including Unlimited FTO
The opportunity to:
Be the senior analytic and policy voice on a high-visibility state Medicaid program serving millions of members, at a pivotal moment for the program
Build the practice — the methodology standards, playbooks, and data assets a growing team will inherit — on problems where analytic choices directly shape which members get reached and how care is delivered and funded
Protect Yourself
If you have concerns about the authenticity of a job offer or recruitment-related communication claiming to be from Arcadia, verify it by calling us directly at (781) 202-3600 and selecting option 3. You can find more information at Arcadia Careers.
In this role, you are responsible for following all security policies and procedures to protect all PHI under Arcadia's custodianship, as well as Arcadia intellectual property. For security-specific roles, the hiring manager defines any additional responsibilities.
Arcadia does not discriminate based on race, color, sex (including pregnancy and related conditions, sexual orientation, or transgender status), national origin, religion, age (40 and older), equal pay, disability or genetic information (including family medical history or genetic tests or services), and retaliation for filing a charge, reasonably opposing discrimination, or participating in a discrimination lawsuit, investigation, or proceeding.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
AI is changing what security teams can do. Claude can find and help fix vulnerabilities in code at a pace that wasn't possible a year ago, and we want defenders to have that advantage first. As a Cybersecurity Sales Specialist, you'll own Anthropic's security business across the accounts in one of our business units, such as financial services, healthcare and life sciences, or technology. You'll lead the security strategy with CISOs, partnering with the Account Executives who own the accounts in your industry to drive opportunities and put Claude to work on their hardest security problems.
You'll help decide how we sell security, what we learn from customers, and how that shapes our products. The work matters to our mission: a safe transition through transformative AI depends on the people who defend critical systems being able to use it well.
Key responsibilities
Build and close security business, from the first conversation with a CISO's team through contract and expansion, working with the Account Executive who owns each relationship
Create security pipeline with the Account Executives in your industry, from their existing accounts and through outbound to security leaders, events and joint work with partners
Lead with the customer's problem: finding and fixing vulnerabilities, application security, security operations, and deploying AI agents securely
Partner with your Applied AI engineers on discovery, proofs of concept and architecture, and know when to bring them in
Guide customers through security reviews, verification for security use cases, and procurement
Teach the Account Executives in your business unit to spot and qualify security opportunities
Bring what you hear from security teams back to our product, safeguards and marketing teams
Minimum qualifications
Experience selling or supporting the sale of cybersecurity products or services to enterprise customers
Deep experience in at least one security domain, such as application security, vulnerability management, security operations, cloud, data, identity or endpoint security
Ability to hold credible conversations with a CISO, an application security lead and a security engineer about how their work gets done
A consultative approach to selling: you understand the problem before you propose anything, and you're honest about what a product can't do
A commitment to making AI systems safe and beneficial
Preferred qualifications
5 or more years in sales or other customer-facing roles, including 3 or more years selling or supporting cybersecurity products or services for enterprise customers
Experience closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals where the security organization was the buyer or the deciding approver
Experience as a specialist alongside account teams while carrying your own number, and the ability to say exactly what you did to win the deal
Experience building pipeline where there's no playbook yet, through outbound and partners rather than inherited accounts
A record of leading through influence, not authority: Account Executives bring you into their accounts because you help them win
Experience selling security in one of the industries we cover, and an understanding of how security is bought and regulated there
Experience selling AI, developer or data platform products to technical buyers
Hands-on experience as a security practitioner or sales engineer before moving into sales
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$380,000
—
$450,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
For roles performing work in California:
We will consider for employment all qualified applicants, including those with arrest or conviction records or criminal histories, in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable state and local laws, including the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, the City of Los Angeles’ Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance, the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers, and the California Fair Chance Act.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit

directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Our platform ingests, processes, and distributes hundreds of thousands of events per second with low latency and high reliability. We are creating a system that makes it easy for Sentry engineers to deploy and run Streaming Applications at scale by simplifying the complexity of Kafka, scaling consumers automatically, and managing state so product teams can focus on building great experiences for developers.
As part of this team, you will work on challenges at the intersection of distributed systems, real-time data processing, and developer experience. You will help us create a self-service streaming platform that improves stability, accelerates time to production, and reduces operational overhead.
This role is based in Toronto, with three days per week in the office to work closely with engineering teams.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Design, build, and operate components of our Streaming Platform, including Kafka, the streaming runtime, high-level APIs, and developer-facing abstractions.
- Implement resilient, high-throughput stream processing systems that handle unbounded datasets with strong correctness guarantees (delivery, checkpointing, watermarking, and more).
- Build scalable automation and control plane for Kafka fleet management and improve efficiency.
- Partner with product engineers to ensure our abstractions enable fast, reliable, and consistent ingestion pipelines.
- Improve observability, monitoring, and failover for mission-critical real-time systems.
YOU’LL LOVE THIS JOB IF YOU
- You enjoy working on distributed systems at scale and care about reliability and performance.
- You like building abstractions that make complex infrastructure easier for others to use.
- You are motivated by designing systems that balance flexibility for developers with best practices for stability.
- You are excited to shape how Sentry handles near real-time ingestion and analytics at scale.
- You value being part of a collaborative team where your contributions make a broad impact across the company.
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 2-3 years of software engineering experience, with background in distributed systems, data infrastructure, or real-time streaming.
- Proficiency in a programming language such as Python, Rust, Go, or Java (we primarily use Python and Rust, but experience in similar languages is valuable).
- Experience building and operating systems in cloud environments such as Kubernetes, AWS, or GCP.
- Nice to have: experience with streaming technologies such as Kafka, Flink, Spark Streaming, or similar tools.
The base salary range that Sentry reasonably expects to pay for this position is $163,000 to $200,000 CAD. A successful candidate’s actual base salary amount will be determined by a variety of relevant factors including, without limitation, the candidate’s work location, education, work and other relevant experience, skills, and job-related knowledge. A successful candidate will be eligible to participate in Sentry’s employee benefit plans/programs applicable to the candidate’s position (including incentive compensation, equity grants, paid time off, and group health insurance coverage). See Sentry Benefits https://sentry.io/careers/ for more details about the Company’s benefit plans/programs.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY AT SENTRY
Sentry is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to its employees and candidates for employment regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity, veteran status, or other legally-protected characteristic. This commitment includes the provision of reasonable accommodations to employees and candidates for employment with physical or mental disabilities who require such accommodations in order to (a) perform the essential functions of their jobs, or (b) seek employment with Sentry. We strive to build a diverse team, with an inclusive culture where every teammate can thrive. Sentry is an open-source company because we believe that everyone, everywhere, should have the ability and tools to make great software. Software should be accessible. That starts with making our industry accessible.
If you need assistance or an accommodation due to a disability, you may contact us at accommodations@sentry.io.

About Alchemy
Alchemy is the Web3 infrastructure and developer platform that powers millions of users and the world’s most innovative blockchain applications. From enabling $1+ trillion in financial transactions worldwide to scaling L2s and enabling DeFi, Alchemy provides the infrastructure and tools developers need to build reliable, scalable, and accessible experiences.
Trusted by companies like JPMorgan, Stripe, Visa, Franklin Templeton, Nike, and backed by a16z, Coatue, Silver Lake, Lightspeed, and Stanford University, Alchemy is building the foundational layer for a decentralized and AI-enabled Web3 ecosystem. For more information, visit alchemy.com http://alchemy.com.
THE ROLE
We are hiring a software engineer on the Developer Experience team. You will own projects from the first problem statement through production, and measure whether they worked.
The team owns how developers discover, adopt, and operate Alchemy: the dashboard, APIs, SDKs, CLI, and MCP server that sit between our infrastructure and the people building on it. A growing share of those users are coding agents, so we design for both.
Recent work spans enterprise controls, management APIs, developer observability, onboarding, and self-serve growth. Ahead of us is the shift to agents that discover tools, write code, pay for services with x402, and operate onchain infrastructure on their own.
Our stack: TypeScript, Node.js, React, PostgreSQL, Temporal, Kafka, AWS, and Kubernetes.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
- Agent-native developer tools: our CLI, SDKs, MCP server, x402 payments, and Agent Wallets.
- Enterprise capabilities for teams running production traffic: organizations, roles, SSO, key management, audit history, and spend controls.
- Public and management APIs for usage, billing, apps, and teams, used by developers, internal tools, and coding agents.
- Developer observability and product quality: usage analytics, request logs, alerts, and the reliability of the surfaces developers use every day.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Own projects from problem definition through design, launch, measurement, and on-call.
- Design APIs with clear versioning, error handling, safe defaults, and backwards compatibility.
- Build data models and services that stay correct and reliable as traffic and customer needs grow, with security built in for users, agents, and services.
- Build the user-facing side of your features across our dashboard, CLI, and SDKs, so developers and coding agents can discover and use them safely.
- Instrument what you ship. Use activation, adoption, and conversion data, plus direct developer feedback, to decide what to build next.
- Write design docs, runbooks, and developer-facing documentation. Review code and technical designs to keep quality high.
- Work with Product, Billing, Security, Growth, and other engineering teams.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
At six months, you have:
- Execution: Scoped, designed and shipped a project across our APIs, backend services, and dashboard or CLI, and paying customers use it in production.
- Ownership: Joined on-call and handled incidents in your area without escalating. Your launches ship with alerts, a runbook and a rollback plan.
- Impact: Moved a number you can name, such as feature adoption, free-to-paid upgrades, time to first API call, or support tickets.
- Team: Earned the team’s trust by making sound technical decisions, collaborating across functions, and improving code and design quality.
- Direction: Proposed what the team should build next, backed by usage data and conversations with developers.
HELPFUL EXPERIENCE
- Blockchain experience is helpful, not required.
- Developer platforms, API products, cloud consoles, or enterprise developer tools, including SDKs, CLIs, MCP servers, agent tools, or machine-readable documentation.
- Billing, metering, or pricing systems.
- Temporal or another workflow orchestration system, plus caching and analytical data systems.
- Observability, incident response, and performance optimization.
- Blockchain products or developer tools, or agent payment and identity standards such as x402.
- Open source contributions, talks, or technical writing.

We are looking for a hands-on, proactive Warehouse Inbound & Returns Supervisor to lead our morning-shift team. In this role, you won't just oversee standard receiving; you will also manage our high-volume returns processing operations.
You will lead a dedicated team of 15 to 17 associates across both departments, ensuring we meet our commitments to top active lifestyle brands. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment, love building up a team, and have a sharp eye for process improvements, we want to hear from you!
What You Will Do:
Lead the Floor:
Directly supervise 5–7 receiving associates and roughly 10 returns processing team members.
Manage Inbound Flows:
Ensure all incoming shipments are unloaded, checked, and put away in racking quickly according to our strict deadlines.
Oversee Returns & Repackaging:
Direct the team sorting through customer returns. Decide what is damaged and what can be safely repackaged for future customer orders.
Plan Labor:
Review upcoming shipment loads and coordinate with internal client service teams to ensure you have the right headcount scheduled daily.
Train & Coach:
Build a multi-skilled team through continuous on-the-floor training, performance feedback, and cross-training.
Keep It Safe:
Drive a culture of safety across your assigned zone, identifying hazards and ensuring your team follows warehouse safety compliance.
What You Bring:
Experience:
3+ years of experience leading a logistics team, specifically within receiving, inbound, or returns processing.
Tech Literacy:
Strong experience working daily with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Microsoft Outlook.
Physical Ability:
Able to stand and walk on the concrete floor for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and climb warehouse ladders or stairs.
Communication:
Strong verbal communication skills. Being bilingual in Spanish and English is a massive plus, but not required.
Education:
A high school diploma is required; a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain is a plus.
2. "Why Apply?" Candidate Pitch
Double Exposure Leadership:
This isn’t a one-dimensional receiving role. You get to dual-manage standard inbound freight and e-commerce returns, significantly building your operational resume.
Real Career Growth:
The local footprint is expanding fast. A brand-new facility is opening locally in Q1, meaning plenty of room for upward mobility and future leadership paths as operations grow.
Work-Life Balance Culture:
Unlike third-party logistics (3PL) providers that force mandatory 70-hour weeks for months at a time, this company values labor management. Peak season operations are carefully managed to prevent leadership burnout.
Premium Clients:
You get to work directly with high-demand products from major companies in the active lifestyle space.

We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

adjoe builds the technologies behind mobile apps growth and monetization. With our core product Playtime Arcade, we've become the global leader in rewarded advertising, an ad unit built on a simple premise: users earn real in-app rewards for engaging with new apps. The result is one of the most effective value exchanges in adtech, connecting advertisers and publishers with over 770 million users annually.
Investigating 770 Million User Interactions Across a 100TB Data Lake
When a platform serves 770 million users, every optimization from reward mechanics to SDK integrations needs to be grounded in data. The Rewarded Analytics team builds the internal dashboards, alerting systems, and data pipelines that monitor the user funnel, traffic engagement, and reward consistency.
SQL and Python power deep-dive investigations and automated 100 terabyte-sized data analyses queried through Trino. Using Tableau as the main visualization tool, stakeholders have access to real-time insights on the product performance. Airflow orchestrates the pipelines that keep everything up to date. This team provides the data that turns questions into answers: every A/B experiment the product team runs, every anomaly a publisher flags, and every new SDK integration. These answers guide all the business decisions.
Your Mission & Who We Are Looking For:
- Data analyst with a strong technical foundation. You have 5+ years as a Data Analyst and work fluently in both SQL and Python, writing complex queries, big data optimizations, and analysis pipelines to support product and growth initiatives.
- Master of experimentation and A/B testing. You have deep experience designing experiments, calculating sample sizes, managing variance reduction techniques, and analyzing A/B/n tests to ensure statistically sound business decisions.
- Statistically grounded. You can reason confidently about core statistical concepts—hypothesis testing, confidence intervals, p-values, power analysis, and Bayesian vs. Frequentist approaches—and apply them to real-world product decisions.
- Not a stranger to anomaly detection. You have experience working with anomaly detection algorithms and approaches like distribution analysis and cross-population comparison to monitor test guardrail metrics and identify unexpected shifts in experiment data.
- You own the systems, not just your slice. You understand the end-to-end telemetry and feature flagging systems that power experimentation. You can speak to data flows, event tracking pipelines, architecture tradeoffs, and why things were built the way they were.
- Automation-minded across the stack. You think beyond one-off test analyses and build automated experiment reporting dashboards, reusable analytical frameworks, and data visibility solutions. Experience with dbt, Airflow, or experiment platforms (e.g., Optimizely, GrowthBook) is a strong plus.
- Collaborative and business-aware. You work closely with product managers, engineers, and growth leads to translate complex statistical results into clear, actionable recommendations that drive executive decision-making.
🌎 We welcome applications from talent worldwide and provide relocation support to Hamburg, Germany for those ready to join our team.
What’s in It for You?
At adjoe, you’re not here to just close JIRA tickets, you’re helping build the infrastructure behind one of the most impactful platforms in adtech. The systems you work on will reach hundreds of millions of users and power billions of decisions every day.
- Go Big. Own projects with impact on 770M users and push adtech boundaries.
- Move Fast. Ship solutions multiple times a day, learn from results, and keep momentum.

Joining our Internal Audit team means stepping beyond traditional compliance to drive strategic impact, business resilience, and operational excellence across a fast-paced tech ecosystem.
About the job
As a Senior Internal Auditor, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and elevating our internal control environment and drive key pillars of our global SOX compliance program. You will lead and own end-to-end business process testing—from risk assessment and control design to operating effectiveness, deficiency evaluations, and status reporting while acting as a key technical resource. In this role, you’ll serve as a critical liaison collaborating cross-functionally across global business units and partnering directly with external auditors to ensure seamless compliance.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
End-to-End SOX Planning and Execution: Drive end-to-end SOX compliance activities—from initial scoping, materiality analysis, and risk-based audit planning to walkthrough execution and operating effectiveness testing across core SOX processes.
Deficiency Assessments: Document control gaps, evaluate quantitative/qualitative impacts, partner with process owners on remediation and monitor remediation progress.
Quality Standards: Apply quality control standards to all audit documentation
External Audit Liaison
:
Serve as the primary liaison to external auditors to coordinate reliance, reduce redundant testing, and streamline the annual audit process.
Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner with business teams to identify control gaps, optimize workflows, and build scalable processes aligned with industry best practices.
Operational Audits: Support in the end-to-end execution of operational and compliance audits from risk identification, scoping, fieldwork execution, and reporting. Document process flows and testing workpapers with limited supervision.
Audit Innovation: Drive the adoption of AI and automation tools to streamline audit workflows, boost efficiency, and deliver actionable business insight
