About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
This is a critical leadership role responsible for building and scaling Anthropic's consulting, GSIs and AI-native boutique partners in France.
You will be working closely with the sales team to make sure customers are adopting AI through our partners.
This is a builder role, not a manager role.
Given Anthropic's stage, we need someone who has proven they can take partnerships from zero to scaled revenue engines — someone who has built these relationships from the ground up, not just inherited and managed existing ones.
Responsibilities:
Partnerships and execution:
You will engage closely with the sales team to understand how partners can support customer Claude adoption
You will guide partners in creating repeatable customer solutions that address specific use cases across industries including financial services, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, public sector, and professional services.
Performance and KPI ownership:
Own and drive key performance indicators, partner-influenced revenue, partner delivery, consultants trained and certified
Every deal influenced through your partner portfolio must be architected for customer success and long-term value expansion. You will establish success criteria for joint accounts, ensure proper implementation and adoption support, and create feedback loops that drive continuous improvement.
Report on partnership health, progress, and commercial outcomes with data-driven insights
Market Development & Brand Building
Amplify the Anthropic brand in France strategic partner relationships
Develop and execute market-specific GTM strategies adapted to local business practices and cultural nuances
Navigate local regulatory, compliance, and data sovereignty considerations
Create competitive differentiation through unique partner capabilities and joint value propositions
You may be a good fit if you have:
Builder mentality — comfortable starting from zero and creating scaled partnerships
Fluent in English and French
8+ years of experience in enterprise technology partnerships, ideally within cloud, AI/ML, or platform businesses
Data-driven mindset with focus on measurable outcomes and KPI attainment. Track record of driving incremental revenues through partnerships in the region
History of delivering exceptional customer success and brand protection through partner channels
Competitive drive — obsessed with winning and creating differentiation
Collaborative approach with ability to work cross-functionally across sales, product, marketing, and regional teams
Passion for AI and alignment with Anthropic's mission of beneficial AI development
Working Relationships
You will formally report to the International Partnerships leader, while your day-to-day work will be led by our South EMEA Partnerships lead. You will also partner closely with Anthropic's regional sales leader and their Account Executives, as well as the in-region Customer Success and Applied AI teams.
Location and Travel
This role will be based in Paris, France with travel expected to engage with partners and customers externally.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
€220.000
—
€260.000 EUR
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
For roles performing work in California:
We will consider for employment all qualified applicants, including those with arrest or conviction records or criminal histories, in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable state and local laws, including the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, the City of Los Angeles’ Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance, the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers, and the California Fair Chance Act.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit
anthropic.com/careers
directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Analyst to help launch and scale inDrive’s new loyalty program, a cross-business-unit initiative designed to increase engagement, retention, and lifetime value across our services. As one of the first analysts on the project, you’ll shape it from the ground up. You’ll partner closely with Product, Marketing, Finance, and business unit teams, using data and experimentation to design the program, prove its incremental impact, and make sure rewards create lasting value for users and the business.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end program performance and economics: define and monitor core metrics (enrollment, active members, frequency, retention, cross-service adoption, incremental revenue, reward cost, ROI), forecast program costs and liabilities, and drive financial planning with Finance

Co-pilot product and launch strategy with Product, Marketing, and business unit teams, including experimentation, initiative prioritization, and roadmap validation from MVP to scale
Build data foundations from scratch: define the metrics hierarchy, design data marts and dashboards, and partner with engineering on event logging, member data, and segmentation (CDP) for personalized offers

Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end Couriers business performance and P&L drivers: monitor core metrics (orders, GMV, revenue, take rate, contribution margin, incentive spend, courier supply), forecast volumes and budgets, validate targets, and drive financial planning for the business unit
Lead executive-level reporting and insights (e.g., MBRs), turning complex data into clear narratives and actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders
Drive revenue growth by identifying, sizing, and prioritizing high-impact commercial opportunities across pricing and commissions, B2B and merchant partnerships, new markets, and use cases

ABOUT SUPABASE
Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to be the primary technical partner for our Team & customers after the sale, helping them adopt, operate, and get long-term value from Supabase.
At Supabase, TAMs are the technical owners of their assigned accounts, working closely with our most valuable customers to:
- Understand each customer’s architecture, use cases, constraints, and goals.
- Validate deployments and guide customers through onboarding and early success.
- Proactively surface risks and optimization opportunities before they become incidents.
- Coordinate internal teams on complex escalations and drive root cause analysis.
- Align Supabase capabilities with the customer’s roadmap.
Successful TAMs are proactive, technically credible, and customer-first. TAM is a relationship, not a response channel: you’ll act as an extension of your customers’ teams and advocate on their behalf within Supabase.
You’ll be joining our Success team, where you will be expected to lead and innovate around the following areas of responsibility:
Technical Ownership & Onboarding
Act as the technical owner for your assigned accounts, documenting environments, mapping dependencies, and tracking technical risks.
Validate architecture and deployment plans after the sale, guide initial configuration and best practices, and make sure customers understand platform capabilities and limitations.
Help customers reach early success milestones to shorten time to value and reduce early friction.
Proactive Technical Guidance
Regularly review customer environments and usage patterns to identify scalability, performance, reliability, security, and compliance risks and opportunities.
Plan upgrades and lifecycle events, and run architecture reviews for upcoming initiatives, including capacity and growth planning, feature readiness, and early identification of technical blockers.
Escalation & Collaboration
Coordinate across Support and Engineering on complex or high-impact issues. TAMs are not frontline support, but provide the context, prioritization, and follow-through that drive resolution, root cause analysis, and preventative action.
Serve as the voice of the customer to Engineering and Product, sharing specific, reproducible feedback on recurring pain points and taking part in beta and early access programs.
Partner with Sales and Customer Success on account health and retention, with technical input on renewals, expansions, and evaluations, and early flags on risks to satisfaction.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
6+ years of relevant work experience in engineering, SRE, technical consulting, or similar, including operating production systems under real constraints.
Strong technical depth across database internals, scalability, security posture, and infrastructure tradeoffs. You understand a customer’s architecture as well as they do, without escalating every question.
A proactive mindset: you spot risks and optimization opportunities before the customer does, and you treat your accounts like a personal portfolio.
Sound escalation judgment: you know when to escalate, when to resolve internally, and how to communicate clearly under pressure without creating noise.
Very strong communication skills. TAMs explain complex issues to non-technical executives and root causes to senior engineers, often in the same day.
Awareness of how TAM performance shows up in retention and NRR, including surfacing expansion signals and renewal risks early.
Experience working in async or globally distributed teams.
WHAT WE OFFER

We hire globally. We believe you can do your best work from anywhere. There are no Supabase offices, but we provide a WeWork membership or co-working allowance you can use anywhere in the world.

About the Team
OKX Internal Audit is the organization's independent third line of defense, reporting to the Board and the Group Audit and Risk Committee on the design and effectiveness of governance, risk management, and internal controls across a global, multi-entity crypto exchange. The function executes a risk-based annual audit plan covering financial, operational, technology, security, and regulatory risk, and operates with full, unrestricted access to systems, records, and personnel.
Within Internal Audit, the Platform & Infrastructure team sits inside the Global Platform & Engineering (GP&E) team and owns assurance over the technology foundation that keeps the exchange running: network administration, cloud infrastructure and infrastructure-as-code, containerization and orchestration, middleware services, site reliability and disaster recovery, and the data pipelines feeding OKX's financial and operational systems. Reflecting a multi-cloud environment (AWS, Alibaba Cloud, GCP) supporting live trading, custody, and customer-facing operations on a global scale.
About the Role
As Senior Manager, Platform & Infrastructure Audit, you'll be a hands-on, deeply technical individual-contributor auditor who owns critical assurance projects spanning the cloud infrastructure and DevOps lifecycle, from platform build and configuration through CI/CD pipelines and hands-on ITGC validation. You'll bring subject matter expertise to both dimensions of AI in scope: auditing AI (assessing how OKX's AI/ML systems are built, governed, and monitored) and auditing with AI (applying AI tools to your own scoping, testing, and reporting) while also flexing into adjacent domains such as cloud security and identity, resilience engineering, secure SDLC, and data engineering. You'll help shape the risk-based audit plan by identifying emerging infrastructure risks, and partner closely with Engineering, SRE, and Security stakeholders to deliver findings and recommendations that hold up in a fast-moving, high-technology crypto environment.
What You'll be Doing
Cloud Infrastructure & Platform Engineering Audit (SME):
Deep, hands-on expertise auditing cloud platforms (Alibaba Cloud, AWS), containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Helm).
AI Use, Adoption & Governance:
Two dimensions, both required.
Auditing AI:
Assessing how AI/ML systems are built, deployed, and monitored — model and data lineage, training-data provenance and quality, access to models and prompts, human-in-the-loop and approval controls, evaluation and drift monitoring, and alignment to emerging AI governance and regulatory expectations.
Auditing with AI:
A demonstrated bias toward using AI in your own audit work — scoping, evidence review, control testing, script generation, and reporting — and an interest in helping the function build reusable AI-enabled audit tooling.
What We Look For in You
Crypto & Blockchain Acumen:
Prior experience at a crypto exchange or with a crypto product is preferred.
Critical Thinking for Complex Environments:
A proven capacity to analyze novel technical and control environments unique to crypto, identify intricate root causes, and propose effective, context-specific remediation that engineering teams will actually adopt.
Breadth Across Adjacent Platform Domains:
Demonstrable experience auditing control design and operating effectiveness in several of the following:
Cloud security and identity — IAM, network segmentation, secrets management, encryption and key management
Site reliability and resilience — observability, incident and problem management, capacity, backup and disaster recovery
Software development lifecycle — code review, branch protection, artifact integrity, secure SDLC, third-party and open-source dependency risk
Data engineering and analytics — integrity and quality of data pipelines and ETL processes
AI/ML platform and MLOps — model registries, feature stores, inference infrastructure, and the data feeding them
Nice to Haves
Cloud or Security Certifications:
AWS or GCP professional-level certification, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), CISA, CISSP, or CCSK/CCSP.
Crypto and blockchain literacy:
regulated financial-services, fintech, or crypto experience.
Mandarin speaking

Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development

Provectus is an AI consultancy founded in 2010 and led by its founders. As an AWS Premier Partner and an Anthropic Preferred Partner, we help Financial Services & Insurance and Healthcare & Life Sciences companies design, build, and operate production AI systems. With offices across North America, LATAM, and EMEA, we work with clients worldwide.
We are hiring an Account Executive to turn incoming enterprise leads into signed consulting engagements. Clients buy multi-month consulting engagements. You won't build pipeline from scratch. Anthropic and AWS share qualified enterprise leads with us.
Your job has four parts:
Qualify those leads quickly.
Run discovery with buyers at banks, insurers and life sciences companies.
Scope the work with our architects.
Close.
What you'll do:
Pick up new leads as they arrive, decide which to pursue, and be able to explain why.
Run discovery calls with business and technology leaders. Map their process, data, regulatory constraints, budget and decision path.
Work with delivery leads and architects to scope proposals and SOWs that we can deliver. You are selling consulting engagements, not software licenses.
Negotiate and close to a signed SOW, with the Chief Commercial Officer joining larger deals.
Run the full sales cycle: discovery, solution scoping, proposal, negotiation, close.
Translate Anthropic's product roadmap and partnership incentives into the client propositions.
Keep Anthropic and AWS partner reps informed on the leads they share, and take part in joint pipeline reviews.
Keep the CRM current and forecast your deals accurately.
Bring buyer objections and patterns from each industry back to leadership and marketing.
Travel for client meetings, up to 30% of your time.
What You Need to Succeed:
2–4 years in a client-facing commercial role in a consulting or IT services firm where you closed deals yourself, such as account executive, account manager, or consultant who owned client sales. Be ready to share the specifics: what you closed, at what size, and how long each deal took.
OR experience with banks, insurers, or pharma/biotech companies in one of these roles: selling services or technology to them (including smaller deals you closed yourself or larger deals where you supported the lead); working on client projects at a consulting firm, including proposals or scoping; or working inside one of these companies on projects where you helped evaluate and select outside vendors.
Working knowledge of Financial Services (banking, insurance, capital markets) or Life Sciences (pharma, biotech). You have worked in the industry or sold into it, and you can discuss a buyer's process and regulatory constraints in their terms.
Experience selling services engagements or complex B2B deals with several stakeholders.
Clear written and spoken communication with director-, VP- and C-level buyers.
Comfort handling a steady volume of leads and choosing where to spend your time.
Strong plus
Experience selling AI/ML, data or cloud services.
Experience working partner-referred leads from Anthropic, AWS, GCP or Azure.
About Provectus:
Provectus is an Artificial Intelligence consultancy and solutions provider, helping businesses achieve their objectives through AI and data-driven innovation organization-wide in such industries as Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Retail & CPG, Media & Entertainment, and Manufacturing.
We are recognized by industry analysts as a leading provider of AI solutions across key business domains.
At Provectus, we value innovation, ownership, and collaboration — and we are looking for people who want to grow with us and make an impact.
Why Join Us:
Leads arrive every day, so your time goes into closing rather than prospecting.
You learn enterprise AI consulting sales in two regulated industries.
You close with support: our architects scope the work with you, and the Chief Commercial Officer joins larger negotiations.
The delivery team can execute what you sell: 350+ people, 150+ certified architects, and 100+ customers in production.
Work at the intersection of two AI partnerships: Anthropic and AWS.
High-impact role with direct visibility to leadership.
Compensation and benefits
Base $90–120K + commission, OTE range $140–170K. The salary range is determined through interviews and a review of the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, and alignment with market data.
B2B contract model or full-time model.
Unlimited vacation policy.
Generous health, vision, and dental insurance, and life insurance.
401(k) matching plan.

Fin
, now part of Salesforce, is on a mission to help businesses provide perfect customer experiences.
Our AI Agent Fin is the highest-performing AI Customer Agent on the market today, enabling businesses to deliver impeccable, always-on customer support across the customer journey, from service, to sales, to ecommerce. Powered by our own AI models, Fin resolves complex customer issues end-to-end across every channel, with minimal set-up and integration. Fin can also be combined with our natively integrated Intercom help desk, giving modern support teams one single system.
Together with Salesforce, the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success, we're building the future of customer experience. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword, it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing, and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI.
Ready to level up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place. Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
What's the opportunity?
Implementation is an activity every Fin customer experiences, whether they're buying Fin for the first time, expanding Fin to a new team, or adopting new features. More and more of those deployments are delivered by our partners, including the Salesforce partner community now ramping up on Fin. A partner-led deployment is only as good as the partner delivering it.
As a Partner Services Manager focused on Enablement, you'll own how our partners get certified and stay current. Your work runs from a partner's first day with Fin, through to the moment they're ready to lead customer deployments, and then every product release after that. Your primary responsibility is making sure every partner who works with a Fin customer has the knowledge, skills and readiness to deliver real value.
Partner Services Managers have an outsized impact on the company. If you want to help make business personal for our customers and you want to work with an ever growing and changing team, you're in the right place!
What will I be doing?
You will own partner enablement end to end: how partners get certified, and how they stay current as Fin evolves
You will onboard new partners with structured onboarding plans that take them from signed agreement to first deployment, covering Fin's product, our deployment methodology and our delivery standards
You will run partner certification, including bootcamps, assessments and scenario-based testing. You'll certify named consultants individually, not just partner firms
You will run Fin Deployment Partner Bootcamps, both in person and virtually, including joint bootcamps with Salesforce for its partner community
You will build and maintain enablement content, including curricula, online courses, playbooks, hands-on labs and demo environments, and keep it up to date as new features ship
You will check partner readiness before partners are assigned customer work. That means running readiness assessments, organising shadow and reverse-shadow on live deployments, and confirming that a partner has certified people and capacity in place
You will track each partner's progress from enabled (delivering under Fin's oversight) to certified (delivering independently), and keep partner and consultant certification records accurate
You will keep partners current through recertification, release briefings and regular partner office hours
You will use delivery data, such as Partner CSAT, Fin outcomes, escalations and QA findings, to spot skill gaps and turn them into targeted enablement
You will own enablement KPIs, including time to certification, certification pass rate, time to first deployment and post-certification delivery quality
You will work closely with the rest of the Deployment Services team, especially fellow Partner Services Managers and AI Deployment Consultants, to turn lessons from the field into better enablement
You'll collaborate with our Product, R&D and Education teams to get early access to new features and enable partners on them ahead of launch
You will cover enablement progress, certification status and skill gaps in each partner's Quarterly Business Review
What skills do I need?
4+ years of work experience, with 2+ years in implementation, partner enablement or technical training roles
Enablement Design: experience building training or certification programmes, ideally for partners, consultants or other technical audiences
Facilitation: confident leading workshops and multi-day bootcamps for technical audiences, both in person and virtually
Content Creation: the ability to turn complex product and deployment practices into clear courses, guides and hands-on exercises
Assessment: the judgement to tell whether someone can actually do the work, not just pass a quiz, and the confidence to give direct feedback
Technical Fluency: comfortable with core SaaS and AI concepts (APIs, integrations, LLM basics, automation logic), enough to speak credibly with technical partner teams
Programme Management: organised and detail-oriented, able to run several partner cohorts and certification tracks at once
Positivity and Engagement: a genuine interest in the work you do and a positive attitude!
Curiosity: a passion for learning, for technology and for solving problems
Adaptability: change is constant, and the Deployment Services Team values experimentation to find the best processes and solutions
Demonstrate the Fin Values: Customer Obsessed, Success First, Incredibly High Standards, Open Mindedness, Resilience, Impatience, Positive and Optimistic
Bonus skills & attributes
Experience running a partner enablement or certification programme at a SaaS company or systems integrator
Experience with learning management systems and course authoring tools
Experience with the Salesforce partner ecosystem
Experience training on SaaS products or, specifically, experience with Fin
Experience with AI Agents and / or Large Language Models
Hands-on experience delivering SaaS implementations yourself, as a consultant or implementation manager
Great examples of self-started projects with measurable success
Experience with RESTful API Integrations

Agentic & AI Engineering
Design, build, and operate production-quality agentic applications using agentic SDKs/harnesses — including multi-agent orchestration, subagent delegation, tool integration, and lifecycle hooks.
Design Model Context Protocol (MCP) tool and resource interfaces that give coding agents/harnesses safe, reliable access to backend systems and enterprise data.
Engineer prompts for reliable structured output (JSON schemas, few-shot examples, validation/retry loops) and build evaluation frameworks to measure and improve output quality.
Manage context effectively across long documents, multi-turn conversations, and multi-agent handoffs; design escalation and human-in-the-loop patterns for production reliability.
Developer Productivity
Configure and extend Codex/Claude Code for team-wide use:
AGENTS.md/CLAUDE.md
hierarchies, custom slash commands, Agent Skills, path-specific rules, and plan mode.

Technical Leadership
Provide hands-on technical leadership through architecture discussions, code reviews, and troubleshooting of agentic systems.
Mentor engineers on agentic design patterns, prompt engineering, and agent-native development practices.
Communicate tradeoffs, risks, and results clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Contribute to engineering standards, reusable patterns, and documentation that help other teams build effectively with agentic development tools.
Requirements
6+ years of professional software engineering experience, including significant hands-on work building and operating AI/LLM-powered or agentic applications.
Strong programming skills (Java, Python, Go, Rust, or C++) and solid engineering fundamentals — API design, testing, debugging, code review, maintainable code.
Practical, production-grade experience with agentic SDKs/harnesses, MCP, and LLMs — tool use, orchestration, RAG, context management, structured output, and evaluation.
Experience designing MCP tool/resource interfaces and reasoning about tool selection, error handling, and reliability in multi-agent systems.
Demonstrated experience integrating AI into CI/CD and developer workflows.
Ability to work in ambiguous problem spaces, evaluate tradeoffs, and make pragmatic engineering decisions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience mentoring and leading through influence.
Build and maintain an engineering knowledge base for agentic workflows, including content ingestion, organization, updates, and retrieval. Connect it to agents through RAG and MCP so they can use trusted, current information with source citations.
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise across agentic architecture, MCP integration, Codex/Claude Code configuration, prompt engineering, and context management.
Experience building multi-agent research or customer support systems, or structured data extraction pipelines.
Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and GitOps in support of AI/agentic infrastructure.
Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and AI evaluation frameworks.
Contributions to open-source projects involving AI, agentic systems, or developer tooling.
Strong systems thinking — understands how models, agents, tools, context, APIs, data, and infrastructure fit together as production systems, and can reason about dependencies and tradeoffs across the stack.
A track record of adapting quickly to new AI tools, models, and frameworks as the space evolves.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp builds software that moves real money, from bill payments and corporate cards to reimbursements, accounting integrations, and travel. Our customers rely on us to keep their operations running: invoices get paid, books get closed, and finance leaders can trust the data behind every decision.
In this role, you will be the person who spots where customers are getting stuck and drives issues to a clear resolution. You will learn a complex product deeply enough to troubleshoot across payments, bank linking, accounting syncs, and card programs, then partner with teams across Engineering, Risk, Product, and Partnerships to get problems solved. This is not script-based support. You will triage, investigate, and make high-signal judgment calls throughout the day.
You will thrive in this role if you are a systems thinker and deeply customer obsessed. Support is the baseline. How you think about improving processes, tools, and outcomes is what sets you apart.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Be the voice of Ramp's Customer Support. You'll spend your day engaging with customers, primarily via live calls, email, and chat.
- Diagnose across a broad product surface. Ramp isn't one product — it's payments, cards, travel, accounting integrations, and more. You'll need to understand how they connect and where they break.
- Operate with an ownership mindset, managing escalations end-to-end. You take full accountability for every ticket you handle. When an issue crosses team boundaries — risk, engineering, product, partnerships — you route it correctly, follow up, and make sure the customer isn't left waiting. You'll work across Zendesk, internal tooling, and Slack-based escalation workflows.
- Build and shape AI tools, not just use them. Ramp is building AI into CX operations. You'll use AI-powered research tools and proprietary tools like Glass daily, provide direct feedback on what's working, and play an active role in how these tools evolve. You're not just a user — you're a builder. We are all builders at Ramp.
- Ship improvements, not just flag them. When you notice a process gap, a missing SOP, or a knowledge base article that's sending associates down the wrong path, you don't just raise it — you have the autonomy to roll up your sleeves and fix it. Leverage AI to solve problems, build automations, and improve the systems around you. The best people in this role make the whole team better.
- Communicate with precision and empathy. Our customers are financially sophisticated. You need to explain what's happening, what you're doing about it, and what they should expect — clearly and without filler.
WHAT YOU NEED
- You're a systems thinker: you don't just solve the ticket in front of you, you ask why the problem exists and how to prevent it from happening again.
- You actively use AI tools — Claude, Notion AI, research and workflow tools — and can demonstrate how you've applied them to get real work done. This is a hard requirement.
- You're fast-moving while holding yourself to a high bar for execution: you balance speed, accuracy, and thoroughness in every interaction.
- You can hold a technical conversation about how systems connect (APIs, bank integrations, accounting software) even if you're not writing code.
- You manage competing priorities without dropping things. When you have 15 open issues across 4 internal teams, nothing falls through.
- You write clearly and concisely. You can explain a payment reconciliation issue to a CFO without jargon.
- You're comfortable on the phone. Many interactions start there.
- You have a demonstrated track record of exceeding key performance standards, including CSAT, QA, and speed-of-service metrics.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience building workflows or automations using AI tools, not just prompting
- Familiarity with accounting workflows (AP/AR, GL, reconciliation) or ERP integrations (NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage)
- Background in payments infrastructure (ACH, wire transfers, card networks)
- Track record of working somewhere that shipped product fast and expected CX to keep up
WHY BE A CX ASSOCIATE AT RAMP
- Cross-functional exposure from day one. You work directly with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams — not siloed into a support queue.
- AI tools and unlimited access. Unlimited tokens, proprietary AI tools like Glass, and a culture that expects you to use them to move faster and build smarter.
- Career growth that you own. Grow within CX, explore other functions internally, or carve out a path that doesn't exist yet. If you're invested, we're invested.
- Culture that's different from a call center. Team events, in-person offsites, and a genuine commitment to building a team people want to be part of.
