About Osano
Osano is an innovative B-Corporation built around a simple belief: privacy is a fundamental right. Since day one, we’ve been focused on giving modern enterprises the ability to innovate quickly, stay competitive, and earn customer trust by respecting data privacy and complying with consent guidelines. Our products help organizations operate confidently in a rapidly evolving regulatory and technological landscape.
About the Role
Osano is looking for a
Demand Generation Manager
to help build and execute programs that create awareness, generate qualified pipeline, and ultimately drive revenue growth.
This is a
hands-on individual contributor role
for someone who enjoys both the strategic and executional sides of demand generation. You'll own campaigns from idea through execution and measurement, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Content, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations to reach the right audiences with the right message at the right time.
We're looking for someone who is comfortable digging into performance data, experimenting with new approaches, and continuously improving how we generate and convert demand. You'll have meaningful ownership over your programs without direct people-management responsibilities.
What You'll Do
Develop and execute integrated demand generation campaigns and programs end to end to drive qualified pipeline against Osano's revenue goals.
Build multi-channel programs across email, paid media, content syndication, sponsorships, webinars and events, content, organic channels, and account-based marketing.
Own Osano's in-house paid media program across core and emerging channels like Google/Bing search, LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, and ChatGPT
Partner closely with Sales to ensure campaigns align with target accounts, pipeline priorities, and the needs of the go-to-market organization.
Collaborate with Product Marketing and Content to develop compelling campaign messaging, offers, and assets for key audiences and stages of the buyer journey.
Work with Revenue Operations to ensure campaigns, lead flows, attribution, and reporting are set up accurately within our marketing and CRM systems.
Monitor campaign performance and pipeline contribution, using data to identify what's working, what isn't, and where we should invest next.
Analyze funnel performance across lead generation, conversion, pipeline creation, and revenue to identify opportunities for improvement.
Develop audience segments and targeted programs based on industry, persona, account characteristics, intent, and buyer behavior.
Test and optimize messaging, channels, creative, audiences, and conversion paths to continually improve campaign performance.
Help develop and refine Osano's account-based marketing strategy and execute programs targeting high-value accounts.
Manage campaign budgets and make recommendations on how to allocate spend based on performance and business priorities.
Partner with Marketing Operations to maintain strong campaign tracking, reporting, and attribution.
Stay current on demand generation trends, channels, and tools, bringing new ideas and experiments to the team.
Share campaign insights and results with Marketing, Sales, and other stakeholders, translating performance data into clear recommendations and next steps.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, integrated marketing, or a related B2B marketing role, preferably within SaaS or technology.
Demonstrated experience building and executing integrated campaigns that contribute to pipeline and revenue.
Strong understanding of the B2B buyer journey and how marketing programs influence prospects from initial awareness through opportunity creation.
Experience working across multiple demand generation channels, including email, paid media, content, webinars/events, and ABM.
Hands-on experience running paid search and LinkedIn campaigns in the platforms yourself, not through an agency, with a track record of scaling spend efficiently.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign and funnel data and turn insights into action.
Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot and Salesforce.
Familiarity with campaign attribution, funnel metrics, lead management, and pipeline reporting.
Comfortable owning projects independently and moving between strategy and hands-on execution.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, stakeholders, deadlines, and priorities at once.
Collaborative mindset and experience partnering closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, Product Marketing, and Content.
Curious and experimental approach—you enjoy testing ideas, learning from the results, and continuously improving performance.
Clear communicator who can explain both campaign strategy and performance to stakeholders across the organization.
What Success Looks Like
In this role, success isn't measured simply by the number of campaigns launched or leads generated. You'll help Osano build a demand generation engine that consistently reaches the right audiences and translates marketing investment into meaningful business results.
You'll be successful when you're:
Generating qualified pipeline that supports company revenue goals.
Improving conversion throughout the marketing and sales funnel.
Building repeatable, scalable campaigns rather than relying on one-off tactics.
Giving the team clear visibility into campaign and channel performance.
Using data and experimentation to continually improve marketing effectiveness.
Building strong alignment between Marketing and Sales around audiences, campaigns, and pipeline.
Who You Are
You're equal parts
marketer, operator, and problem solver
. You can zoom out to think about campaign strategy and the buyer journey, then zoom in to build, launch, analyze, and optimize the program yourself.
You're comfortable with numbers but don't lose sight of the people behind them. You understand that great demand generation isn't just about producing more leads—it's about creating the right engagement with the right buyers and turning that engagement into sustainable pipeline and revenue.
Most importantly, you're someone who likes to own your work. You don't need a large team beneath you to make an impact; you're energized by rolling up your sleeves, collaborating across the business, and seeing your ideas translate into measurable results.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Hardware is becoming critical to how AI gets built, and the legal questions are as new as the technology. We're hiring a Commercial Counsel, Hardware to help Anthropic's product teams move fast, build safely, and get the legal calls right.
In this role, you'll negotiate a high volume of fast-moving deals for hardware, components, software, and emerging technology procurement needs. This role will also lead multifaceted technology, data, and partnership deals, many of them the first of their kind at Anthropic.
You'll be the legal and risk partner that technical and business leaders turn to when they need a fast, practical read on a deal or purchase. You'll clear low risk transactions quickly, spot the ones that deserve a closer look, and build scalable solutions as new complexities come up, all while working alongside Procurement and Finance and Legal colleagues in areas like privacy, IP, and trade. Along the way, you'll also support partnerships with major tech companies, universities, and media organizations, which gives you a view across much of the business.
Key responsibilities
Negotiate and close a high volume of agreements for hardware and components, including review of embedded firmware and companion software licenses
Structure and negotiate complex technology, data, and partnership agreements
Track legal and regulatory changes that affect hardware products and components, such as product safety rules and restrictions on foreign-made components, and explain what they mean for our plans
Identify trade, export control, sanctions, and supply chain concerns in cross-border sourcing, and work with our national security and compliance teams to resolve them
Build and maintain self-serve guidance, templates, and AI-assisted review tools so routine purchases don't wait on Legal
Manage outside counsel for specialist questions and overflow volume
Cover other technology or hardware transactions on the Legal team as needed
Minimum qualifications
JD and active membership in at least one U.S. state bar (California preferred)
Hands-on experience buying hardware and firmware, components, and software in high volume, fast-paced environments
Deep experience leading complex deals, such as technology or data licensing, joint development, or supply partnerships
Working knowledge of international supply chains and how sourcing choices (and their associated risks) show up in contracts (lead times, single-source risk, warranties, country of origin, higher risk jurisdictions)
Working knowledge of trade and regulatory compliance for hardware, including export controls, sanctions, tariffs and customs
Clear, plain communication with scientists, engineers, and operators, so legal risk turns into a decision they can act on
A low-ego, "doer" attitude and real interest in taking on work outside your core practice area
Intense curiosity about AI and emerging hardware, and a commitment to responsible AI development
Preferred qualifications
At least 8 years of legal experience in hardware or a closely related technical space, with the judgment to run risk assessments and deals on your own from day one
In-house time at a hardware-intensive technology company (such as electronics, industrial automation, or complex devices) while it was scaling quickly
Experience supporting product or engineering teams as a dedicated counsel
Experience with facilities or on-site vendor services, including the insurance and safety questions
An engineering, product, or other technical background
Experience using AI tools to speed up your own legal work

We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About the job
We are seeking an Event Design Coordinator to manage the intake, production, and quality assurance of event-related creative requests coming from a wide range of teams across the business. This is a builder-and-gatekeeper role: you'll work hand-in-hand with designers to turn varied, often fast-turnaround requests into flawless deliverables, including booth graphics, signage, decks, digital assets, swag, and invites, while proactively spotting risks (timeline, brand, print spec, or logistical) before they become problems.
We are not looking for someone who simply routes tickets. We're looking for someone who understands both the creative process and the operational realities of live events well enough to catch a misaligned bleed line, a missing dieline, or a vendor deadline that's about to slip, and to fix it before anyone else notices.
Responsibilities
Request Intake & Triage
Serve as the primary point of contact for event-related creative requests coming from varied teams across Tether.
Scope each request clearly: deliverable type, format (print vs. digital), quantity, deadline, dimension, venue/vendor constraints, and brand requirements.
Flag conflicting timelines, unrealistic turnarounds, or missing information immediately, and propose a workable plan rather than waiting to be asked.
Design Collaboration & Project Management
Brief designers with complete, unambiguous specs so work is right the first time.
Manage multiple concurrent event workstreams across different teams and deadlines without dropping details.
Track status across all active requests and proactively surface bottlenecks before they affect the event date.
Quality Assurance (Print & Digital)
Review every designer deliverable before it goes back to the requesting team, checking brand consistency, copy accuracy, resolution, color mode (CMYK vs. RGB), bleed/trim/safe zones, file formats, and platform specs (e.g., booth panel dimensions, social crop ratios, slide aspect ratios).
Catch errors that would be costly or embarrassing to fix on-site or post-launch (typos, wrong sizing, low-res exports, broken links, outdated logos).
Maintain a QA checklist/process that scales across event types and gets sharper over time.
Event Documentation & Knowledge Management
Document and file all assets, briefs, and final deliverables for each event in a shared drive, using a clear, consistent structure.
Organize files so the wider team can easily find past work, reuse assets, and cross-reference specs, timelines, or creative direction from previous events.
Keep a running record of vendor details, production specs, and lessons learned per event to speed up planning for future ones.
Risk & Logistics Ownership
Anticipate what can go wrong, such as vendor lead times, print production windows, last-minute scope changes, and shipping delays, and build buffer and contingency plans into every project timeline.
Coordinate with vendors and print/production partners as needed to confirm specs and delivery windows.
Keep stakeholders across requesting teams and design aligned with clear, proactive status updates rather than reactive fire drills.
Cross-Team Partnership
Act as a trusted liaison between business requesters and the design team, protecting designers' time from ambiguous briefs while protecting requesters from missed deadlines.
Continuously improve the intake and review process based on what goes wrong (or almost goes wrong) on each event.
5+ years of experience in event marketing, event production, creative operations, or project management with a strong events component.
Proven experience managing print and digital production processes; you know what a dieline is, what "safe area" means, and why RGB assets can't go straight to print.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills: demonstrated ability to manage several concurrent, cross-functional requests with competing deadlines.
Sharp attention to detail, comfortable being the last line of defense before a deliverable ships.
Experience reviewing and giving actionable feedback on creative work from designers, without needing to be a designer yourself.
A proactive, risk-first mindset: you naturally ask "what could go wrong here?" and build a plan around the answer.
Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable managing stakeholders across different teams with different priorities.
Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Monday, or similar) and design review tools like Figma
Experience setting up shared drive structures or asset libraries for teams.
Fluent in English and Spanish / Italian is a plus.

The Project Management Office (PMO) Project Manager (Growth, Development, Power) is the PMO's embedded project management partner to the Growth, Development, and Power functions, providing the cross-functional coordination and execution structure required to move sites and related initiatives through the broader organization. Growth, Development, and Power sits at the intersection of numerous internal and external stakeholders.
Progress may depend on Pre-Construction, Construction, Operations, Technology, Finance, Finance, Procurement, Legal, Community Relations, Government Relations, consultants, and external agencies. While Growth, Development, and Power leadership and subject matter experts retain ownership of technical and development decisions, the PM ensures that the work surrounding those decisions is coordinated across the business.
The role creates visibility into what needs to happen, by whom, and when; identifies downstream impacts and dependencies early; and ensures other departments are engaged before gaps become schedule, resource, or business risks. This allows Growth, Development, and Power leaders to focus on development strategy and technical execution while the PM ensures that cross-functional commitments, dependencies, decisions, and business processes remain aligned and moving forward.
What You’ll Do:
Partner with Growth, Development, and Power leadership to understand the development pipeline, departmental priorities, upcoming milestones, constraints, and cross-functional requirements.
Break complex initiatives into clear workstreams, milestones, tasks, dependencies, owners, and decision points.
Maintain portfolio-level visibility into Growth, Development, and Power activities and ensure key initiatives are accurately represented in the PMO project management systems.
Identify and manage dependencies between Site Development and Pre-Construction, Construction, Operations, Technology, Finance, Procurement, Legal, Community Relations, Government Relations, and other stakeholders.
Engage impacted departments early when Growth, Development, and Power activities have downstream implications for scope, timing, resources, cost, or execution.
Establish and facilitate cross-functional meetings needed to resolve dependencies, align plans, make decisions, and maintain progress.
Track commitments and action items across departments and ensure accountability for agreed deliverables.
Identify emerging risks, constraints, stalled activities, resource conflicts, or unclear ownership and facilitate resolution.
Escalate issues to Growth, Development, and Power leadership, the Head of PMO, or broader business leadership when appropriate.
Support prioritization and sequencing across sites and initiatives by maintaining visibility into dependencies, capacity, timing, and competing demands.
Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, Legal, and other support functions to ensure required business processes are understood, planned for, and initiated at the appropriate stage.
Support Growth, Development, and Power leadership with capacity and resourcing discussions by providing visibility into the volume and complexity of current and upcoming work.
Improve communication and handoffs between Growth, Development and downstream teams, particularly Pre-Construction and EHS.

Help confirm that pricing changes are operationally ready before launch, including impacts to Sales, Deal Desk, Order Operations, Billing, Revenue, and marketplace workflows.
Partner with the Senior Pricing Operations Manager to prioritize pricing-related test cases, identify gaps in business requirements, and document expected system behavior.
Help maintain documentation for pricing- and order-related system configurations, known dependencies, and release-readiness criteria.
UAT & Testing
Participate as a Pricing and Order Operations subject-matter expert in UAT project-managed by Technical Program Management (TPM) and executed under RevOps coordination, ensuring relevant business scenarios and expected outcomes are represented.
Execute assigned Pricing and Order Operations test cases and collaborate with the GTM subject-matter experts identified by RevOps.
Partner with RevOps and relevant subject-matter experts to develop and maintain Pricing and Order Operations test cases, including scenarios for quoting, approvals, signature packets, bookings, marketplace offers, billing, and order management.
Document test results and defects with clear traceability from business requirement to test outcome, and provide domain-specific readiness input through the established UAT sign-off process.
Maintain the Pricing and Order Operations portion of the regression test suite for recurring QTC changes.
Order Operations
Operate under defined business requirements for order operations rules within the QTC flow, validating execution across signature packet generation and e-signature routing, booking rules, marketplace offer configuration—including AWS, Azure, GCP, and Snowflake—and the booking-to-order management handoff.
Partner with IT’s business systems team and the Proposal-to-Order Lead to keep order operations rules aligned with upstream pricing and quoting logic and downstream billing and revenue systems.
Ensure signature packets and marketplace offers accurately reflect the underlying order and pricing terms before execution.
Identify and troubleshoot order operations issues across bookings, signature packets, and marketplace offers, escalating systemic problems to the appropriate system owner.
Skills We’re Looking For
2–3 years of experience in pricing operations, order operations, business systems analysis, or quality assurance within an agile environment, ideally involving quote-to-cash processes.
Working knowledge of Salesforce CPQ and order management or billing systems, with the ability to read and understand configuration logic without necessarily building it directly.
Strong attention to detail and comfort performing structured, repeatable testing work.
Comfort using conversational AI tools—such as Claude, ChatGPT, or internal chatbots—to support daily and project work, combined with sound judgment about when human review or decision-making is necessary.
Clear written communication skills, with the ability to document test cases, defects, and sign-off criteria for technical and business audiences.
A proactive, organized approach, with the ability to work across IT, Pricing and Order Operations, and Sales and Deal Desk with minimal oversight.
Bonus Skills
Exposure to Revenue Recognition or Professional Services systems and processes.

Location: Berlin
Workplace: Hybrid
OUR STORY:
Every year millions of people are either filing their taxes in fear or giving up on their tax refund altogether. We're working on fixing that. Our intuitive app enables anyone, regardless of education or background, to file their taxes with newfound confidence.
Spread across Germany, Spain and the UK, the team at Taxfix Group with its brands Taxfix and Steuerbot, is a compassionate group of solution-finders. We speak our minds openly, and with over 400 professionals, including tax experts, developers, and IT security experts, we're rich in ideas and voices. The group has facilitated more than 3.5 billion euros in tax refunds for its customers since its founding in 2016.
YOUR CHALLENGE
At Taxfix, we have democratized tax filing for millions of people. Now, we are building our next major growth engines.
As an Entrepreneur in Residence, you will work directly with our C-level leadership and Management Team to identify, validate, and build new business opportunities. You will take ideas from zero to one and help scale proven businesses from one to one hundred.
This role is designed for an ambitious recent graduate or early-career strategy consultant who wants to move from advising businesses to building them. You will operate with high autonomy, turn ambiguous opportunities into clear choices, and help launch ventures that can become meaningful parts of Taxfix’s future.
YOUR TEAM
You will join our New Ventures function and work closely with Taxfix’s C-level leadership and Management Team.
Depending on the opportunity, you will collaborate with colleagues across Product, Commercial, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Tax. You will bring the right people together, create clarity in uncertain situations, and drive initiatives from the first hypothesis through validation, launch, and scale.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify attractive customer problems and market opportunities through research, customer interviews, competitor analysis, and rapid experimentation.
- Design and run tests to validate customer demand, willingness to pay, commercial viability, and operational feasibility.
- Develop compelling propositions, business models, pricing strategies, unit economics, operating models, and go-to-market plans.
- Move beyond presentations by building prototypes, coordinating pilots, acquiring initial customers, and establishing the foundations for launch.
- Turn validated ventures into scalable businesses by developing repeatable growth engines, robust operating models, strong teams, and performance management systems.
- Translate complex analysis into concise, decision-ready recommendations for the C-level team, Leadership Team, and Board.
- Mobilise colleagues across Product, Commercial, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Tax to move ventures forward.
YOUR PROFILE
- You have a hands-on builder mentality and do not wait for perfect resources or specialist support.
- You use AI-native tools and vibe coding to rapidly build prototypes, automate workflows, analyse data, and turn ideas into tangible products and experiments—even if you are not a software engineer by training.
- You are a recent graduate from a leading university or business school, such as WHU, HHL, HSG, HEC, ESADE, or a comparable institution; alternatively, you have up to two or three years of experience at a leading strategy consultancy such as McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or a comparable firm.
- You want to build companies, products, or business lines and may aspire to become a founder in the future.
- You can break ambiguous questions down into hypotheses, analyses, experiments, and clear decisions.
- You combine strategic depth with a strong bias for action. You are willing to speak with customers, build a model, test a landing page, or solve an operational bottleneck yourself.
- You understand what creates customer value and can connect it to pricing, unit economics, distribution, and scalable operations.
- You communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
- You act with pace, resilience, sound judgement, high ownership, and low ego.
- You are fluent in German and English.
WHY TAXFIX?
- A chance to do meaningful, people-centric work with an international team of passionate professionals.
- Holistic well-being with free mental health coaching sessions.
- A monthly allowance to spend on an extensive range of services that you can use and roll over as flexibly as you like.
- Employee stock options for all employees—because everyone deserves to benefit from the success they help to create.
- 30 annual vacation days and flexible working hours.
- A generous learning budget to support your personal and professional development and guidance from our internal L&D experts.
- Work from abroad for up to six weeks every year. Just align with your team, and then enjoy your trip.
- Plenty of opportunities to socialise as a team. In addition to internal meetups, our international team hosts regular get-togethers—virtually and in person when possible.
- Free tax declaration filing, of course, through the Taxfix app—and internal support for all personal tax-related questions.
- Have a four-legged friend in your life? We’re happy to have dogs join us in the office.

What the Role Is
As the CS Enablement Program Manager, you’ll be the business owner of the systems that make both our human agents and AI agents effective, starting with the quality and integrity of the knowledge they rely on. As a highly autonomous, high-judgment IC, you’ll build and continuously improve the knowledge base, SOPs, training, and AI-powered workflows that underpin Customer Support across Babylist and Babylist Health. You’ll bring deep operational rigor and a strong understanding of how AI is changing customer support—using the technology in your own work while designing systems that make it more effective across the organization. This is a greenfield opportunity to build the CS Enablement function at a tech-first consumer company: identifying where knowledge, policies, and workflows break down, and partnering across CS, BizOps Tech, Product, and Analytics to build a support system that gets smarter and more reliable as we scale.
Who You Are
Deep expertise in Support Operations, Enablement, or Knowledge Management
: you've owned documentation, workflows, and operational strategy in high-volume environments.
Can build and manage a knowledge base from scratch
(Zendesk, Gladly, Help Scout, Notion, Guru, or similar), organizing content and maintaining accuracy at scale so both humans and AI systems can use it effectively.
Can design for a hybrid AI-agent and human-agent support organization
: structuring content for AI consumption, writing effective prompts, evaluating output quality, and calling the line between what's automated and what stays human-owned.
Can write clear, usable SOPs
for complex, multi-step, or edge-case scenarios, and know when to automate them instead.
Can build and deliver training that actually changes how people work
: onboarding, process rollouts, tool adoption, AI workflow enablement.
Strong analytical instincts
: you can read support data (ticket trends, contact drivers, resolution times) and turn it into decisions about what to fix, automate, or rebuild.
Comfortable being the first person to do this job.
This space doesn't have an established playbook in customer support yet, you'll be creating it.
Effective cross-functional partner
who can work with BizOps, Product, Analytics, and engineering-adjacent teams to drive real change, not just executing within your own lane.
Demonstrated track record of using AI to do your own work better
. At Babylist every team uses AI daily. You're already using it daily to move faster and improve your output, and have real opinions about when it works and when it doesn't.
How You Will Make An Impact
Build the CS Enablement program from the ground up: create the systems that keep agents (human and AI) current on knowledge base, training, and copilot content as product changes accelerate.
Move support operations from AI-assisted to AI-native: rebuild workflows, documentation, and training so AI is the default operating model.
Build and maintain the knowledge base that serves as the source of truth for both AI systems and human agents, structured for AI consumption and kept accurate as products and policies evolve.
Close existing content gaps and continuously identify how to reduce unnecessary escalations and drive meaningful improvement in chatbot coverage and resolution rate.
Lead the implementation of an AI copilot and bring usage to 90%+ of agent interactions by making the copilot genuinely useful (better source material, better prompt design).
Build agent confidence through scalable training that teaches people when to trust AI, when to override it, and how to give feedback that improves it.
Create SOPs for complex scenarios so cases get handled consistently, audit and streamline fragmented workflows, and design new processes with AI built in from the start.
Partner with the CS Analyst to identify top contact drivers and documentation gaps, then act on them.
Establish feedback loops with frontline agents so the system keeps improving instead of just when someone notices a problem.
Why This Role
You'd be defining a role that doesn't have a template yet.
"AI-native CS enablement" isn't an established discipline in customer support. You won't be applying someone else's playbook, you'll be writing it.
The foundation is still forming, and that's the opportunity.
Most of the knowledge base, SOPs, and AI workflows don't exist yet, so the systems you build become how the org operates for years.
You'll have real influence on the roadmap, not just execution against it.
You're setting the agenda with BizOps Tech, Product, and Analytics on what gets fixed, automated, and rebuilt next.
Your success is directly visible in the numbers that matter to the business
: chatbot deflection, copilot adoption, CSAT. This isn't a support role in the background, it's core to how CS scales.
About Compensation
We use a market-based approach to compensation. The starting salary range for this role is:
$140,000 to $170,000
Your starting salary will be based on your location, experience, and qualifications, with increases over time tied to performance, role growth, and internal pay equity.
