We've raised $116M from some of the world's best investors: GV (Google Ventures), Redpoint, Balderton, Point Nine, and 01A.
We hire builders who thrive on complex technical challenges, hold themselves to a high bar, and genuinely care about delighting the people who use what they build. The team here brings sharp judgement, real craft, and the drive to do exceptional work. We're obsessed about the details and energized by the frontier.
If you want to do the best work of your career, this is the right place.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Engineering team tackles the toughest challenges, so our users never have to. Real-time infrastructure, AI-native architecture, and a frontend that feels effortless - all powered by a team that moves fast, thinks rigorously, and holds an exceptionally high bar for quality.
We’re looking for Staff Product Engineers that can solve our hardest technical problems, both individually and through technical leadership. You’ll design and build software that creates delightful, groundbreaking user experiences. You’ll play a key role in growing the talent in our engineering organization through mentoring, coaching and hiring, and you’ll resolve our most tricky product issues through an understanding of what’s important to our users and business.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Provide technical leadership for a critical part of Attio’s engineering organization. You’ll work across teams to design significant parts of our infrastructure, aligning with Attio’s overall technical strategy. You’ll hold a high bar for the output of the teams you work with, ensuring that Attio executes both quickly and with quality.
- Raise the bar on how we build and operate software. You’ll be part of a technical leadership group that sets standards for how we build and operate software at Attio, ensuring that we strive to build robust and maintainable systems that are reliable, scalable and secure.
- Grow our engineering talent. You’ll mentor and coach the engineers you work with, and help ensure we hire the best talent for Attio. You’ll share your knowledge and growth mindset with the team, and be open to new approaches and experiments as software engineering evolves in the age of AI.
- Deliver for the business. You’ll always look to optimize for Attio’s business, ensuring that we make the right trade-offs between delivery and perfection. You’ll strive to understand our customers and users so you can deliver the experiences which are uniquely valuable to them.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- First-class technical skills. First and foremost, you’ll be an excellent technical executor, with an ability to think in systems, not just crank out code. You’ll understand the world of distributed, cloud-native systems, and intuitively create the right interfaces to allow teams to innovate in parallel.
- Proven technical leadership credentials. You’ll have a track record of not just personal execution, but of delivering projects through others. You’ll be able to break down large, complex problems into smaller, independent goals that others can own. You’ll understand how technical architecture impacts ability to deliver, and to maintain systems for the long term, and be sensitive to the need to pick the right compromise.
- A growth mindset. Software engineering is changing rapidly in the age of AI, and you’ll understand the need to be open-minded and to experiment. You’ll be keen to teach, and to learn from the experience of others. You’ll relish the challenge of working in an area that’s new to you, and enjoy the discomfort that leads to personal growth.
- A passion for growing the skills of others. As you deliver projects through your technical leadership, you’ll be keen to grow the next generation of technical leaders. You’ll have demonstrated impact through mentoring and coaching, and be able to flex your style depending on the needs of your colleagues. Who We Are
At OKX, we believe that the future will be reshaped by crypto, and ultimately contribute to every individual's freedom.
OKX is a leading crypto exchange, and the developer of OKX Wallet, giving millions access to crypto trading and decentralized crypto applications (dApps). OKX is also a trusted brand by hundreds of large institutions seeking access to crypto markets. We are safe and reliable, backed by our Proof of Reserves.
Across our multiple offices globally, we are united by our core principles:
We Before Me
,
Do the Right Thing
, and
Get Things Done
. These shared values drive our culture, shape our processes, and foster a friendly, rewarding, and diverse environment for every OK-er.
About the Opportunity
We are seeking a VP of AI Strategy & Transformation — a hands-on technical leader who combines deep AI expertise with the strategic vision and executive influence to drive AI adoption across every business unit. This is not a research role or a traditional engineering management position. We need someone who has personally built and shipped production AI systems, understands the frontier of foundation models and agentic AI, and can translate that expertise into company-wide transformation.
The ideal candidate is, first and foremost, a deeply technical AI practitioner — someone who has architected and deployed AI systems at scale, and who can channel that credibility into driving AI adoption across every function of the organization. Not a theorist, not a people-manager-only — a builder-leader who ships and who makes others ship.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Company AI Strategy & Transformation
Own the company’s AI roadmap end-to-end — from foundation model selection to business-unit-specific deployment plans:
Define and continuously refine the enterprise AI strategy, aligning it to revenue goals, product differentiation, and operational efficiency targets.
Conduct rigorous build-vs-buy-vs-partner analysis for foundation models, AI tooling, inference infrastructure, and data platforms.
Establish an AI governance framework covering model risk, data privacy, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance across jurisdictions.
Serve as the primary AI advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team; translate frontier AI developments into actionable business implications.
Build and maintain a rolling 6/12/24-month AI transformation roadmap with clear milestones, investment thresholds, and go/no-go decision points.
Identify and evaluate strategic AI acquisition, investment, and partnership opportunities.
2. System Building & Technical Execution
Architect and deliver production-grade AI systems that create measurable business impact — not just prototypes:
Lead the architecture of LLM-powered applications including RAG systems, agentic workflows, fine-tuning pipelines, and prompt engineering frameworks at enterprise scale.
Design and implement AI-native infrastructure: model serving, automated evaluation, A/B testing frameworks, version control for prompts and models, and continuous monitoring for quality and drift.
Build and optimize AI agent systems, multi-model orchestration, tool-use chains, and autonomous workflow engines that solve real business problems end-to-end.
Build robust evaluation and benchmarking systems for AI outputs — measuring hallucination rates, task completion accuracy, latency, safety, and end-user satisfaction.
Personally prototype and review critical AI system designs; maintain hands-on technical credibility with the engineering team.
3. Organizational AI Enablement & Adoption
Drive AI adoption across every business unit — making AI a core competency for the entire organization, not just the engineering team:
Design and execute a company-wide AI literacy program segmented by role: executive leadership, product managers, engineers, operations, customer-facing teams, and support functions.
Create internal AI tooling, templates, and playbooks that make it radically easy for every business unit to leverage AI capabilities (prompt libraries, no-code/low-code AI interfaces, internal copilots, AI-assisted workflows).
Establish an AI Center of Excellence that serves as the hub for best practices, reusable components, and cross-functional AI project incubation.
Implement a structured AI use-case intake and prioritization process: partner with each business unit to identify high-ROI AI opportunities, scope them properly, and execute with embedded AI support.
Build an AI talent strategy: define hiring profiles for AI engineers and applied AI roles, design technical interview processes, and develop retention programs for top AI talent.
Foster a culture of responsible AI experimentation: psychological safety to try and fail fast, coupled with rigorous post-mortems and knowledge sharing across BUs.
What We Look For In You
10+ years in AI / deep learning, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (Director+ or equivalent at a top-tier tech company, high-growth startup, or leading AI lab).
Demonstrated track record of shipping production AI systems that directly impacted business outcomes at scale (revenue, engagement, efficiency).
Deep expertise across the modern AI stack: large language models, transformer architectures, RAG, fine-tuning, RLHF/DPO, prompt engineering, and agentic AI frameworks.
Strong publication record, open-source contributions, or recognized thought leadership in the AI community (conference talks, technical blog posts, courses, or widely-adopted tools).
Exceptional communication skills: ability to present complex technical concepts to board-level audiences and translate business needs into technical specifications.
Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
Nice to Haves
Experience in fintech, crypto/blockchain, or regulated industries with complex compliance requirements.
Hands-on experience building AI-native products in consumer-facing, high-throughput environments (millions of daily active users).
Track record of driving company-wide AI adoption initiatives — not just team-level, but organization-wide cultural and process transformation.
Experience building or contributing to open-source AI tools, frameworks, or educational content adopted by the broader community.
Familiarity with AI regulatory landscapes across multiple jurisdictions (US, EU AI Act, APAC frameworks).
Published author or recognized educator in AI (books, widely-read technical blogs, MOOCs, or workshops).

About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
Wolt’s AdTech & Promotions team is building the systems that power how restaurants and brands grow on our platform. From campaign creation to optimization and forecasting, we develop tools that help advertisers make smarter decisions and drive measurable results. As we expand our offering, we are investing in new capabilities that combine real-time data, scalable systems, and intuitive user experiences to unlock the next phase of growth.
We’re looking for a
Staff Engineer
to join the Wolt AdTech & Promotions organization, who can drive technical direction across this space and help us build reliable, scalable systems that directly impact revenue and advertiser success.
What you’ll be doing
Drive the technical vision and architecture for Wolt’s AdTech and Promotions platforms, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and high-performing.
Provide technical leadership across multiple teams and projects, bringing architectural consistency to complex, large-scale systems.
Work across the
end-to-end domain
, contributing to backend services, data pipelines, and advertiser-facing tools.
Design and evolve systems that support
campaign execution, targeting, ranking, allocation, and reporting
in real-time or near real-time environments.
Partner with engineering, product, and data stakeholders to align priorities, improve campaign performance, and manage trade-offs in a revenue-driven environment.
Lead large cross-team projects, guiding them from concept to rollout across multiple regions and time zones.
Ensure strong operational excellence, including observability, reliability, and incident readiness for revenue-critical systems.
Promote best engineering practices, mentor engineers across teams, and support their growth in scalability and system design.
Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical colleagues, ensuring clarity and alignment across functions.
Contribute to the technical roadmaps of AdTech and Promotions platforms by collaborating with other senior engineers.
This position is based in
London
Our humble expectations
Technical Expertise
Proven track record designing and scaling
large distributed systems in production environments
.
Strong understanding of system architecture, scalability, reliability, and performance optimization.
Experience working with
data-intensive and real-time or near real-time systems
.
Familiarity with AdTech concepts such as
targeting, ranking, attribution, or experimentation
is a strong plus.
Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and languages; while many of our services are written in Kotlin and Go, we are looking for someone language-agnostic.
Ability to dive quickly into new domains and navigate complex system interactions.
Familiarity with modern cloud-native tools and data systems (e.g., Kubernetes, Kafka, MongoDB).
Communication & Influence
Strong communicator with the ability to influence, align, and build consensus across diverse teams and stakeholders.
Comfortable working in a global environment across
US and international teams
.
Skilled at translating complex technical decisions into clear direction for technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience mentoring and coaching engineers, helping raise the technical bar across teams.
Strong sense of ownership combined with a collaborative mindset
, able to work effectively across team boundaries to deliver shared outcomes.
Proactive in identifying opportunities and gaps across teams
, and driving alignment to solve problems holistically rather than locally.
What we offer
At Wolt, this role provides a rare opportunity to work on
challenging AdTech problems at scale
, where technical decisions directly impact revenue and user experience.
Our compensation follows a
total compensation model
, combining a competitive base salary with DoorDash RSUs.
You will play a key role in
building and evolving the next generation of advertisement tools and platforms
, shaping how advertisers create, manage, and optimize campaigns across Wolt. This is not just about maintaining systems, but about
defining and scaling new capabilities in a fast-growing domain
.
As a Staff Engineer, you will have

This role also offers strong opportunities for
career growth and scope expansion
, whether through deep technical leadership, cross-domain influence, or progression toward more senior individual contributor roles.
Alongside the technical challenge, you’ll work with talented engineers and leaders in a
diverse and international environment
, shaping both our systems and engineering culture while mentoring and learning from others.
Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion
We’re committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. Scorewarrior is a game developer and publisher based in Limassol, Cyprus.
The company focuses on the 4X strategy genre, with an ambitious goal of growing our game, Total Battle, into the No. 1 strategy game in the world.
Our team consists of 200+ passionate, talented, self-driven, and continually developing professionals who love making high-quality games.
Our mission: to unite and excite people all over the world.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Client Developer for the Core Team to work on key game project functionalities. We strive for simplicity, scalability, maintainability, and excellent quality in our solutions. Our team's main goal and challenge is to deliver outstanding technical design while ensuring quality, flexibility, and ease of development for game features.
In this role you will develop our system – its architecture, APIs, contracts, and reusable modules, and as well implement and generalize specific game mechanics, turning successful solutions into new “building blocks” for the entire company.
Tasks to be solved
- Creating and supporting core modules
Moving code (e.g., map logic, metagameplay) to the core area of responsibility through auditing, refactoring, and separation into modules.
- Redesign and refactoring
Developing universal mechanisms for in-game special offers, promotions, buffs, and effects – allowing feature teams to configure specific cases without having to make core edits.
Refining the HotReload system (which allows us to seamlessly update configurations and functionality in different environments).
Designing an "instances" system (separate locations/scenes/subsystems) with special game rules.
- Accelerating the integration of new mechanics
Identifying typical scenarios and migrating repetitive code into reusable core components.
Creating a convenient API and clear documentation (guides, FAQs, and examples).
- Maintaining core code quality
Decomposition, reviewing code, and refactoring large fragments without the need for huge disruptive changes.
To succeed, you will need
- 6+ years of commercial development,
- Knowledge of C++ or willingness to transition to this programming language.
- Experience with 2D/3D game engines (e.g., Cocos2d-x, Unity, or their equivalents).
- Experience in creating or supporting complex game projects (strategy, MMORPG, and/or open world) or large mobile titles with continuous server sync.
- Experience developing reusable client-side logic / shared modules.
- The ability to navigate engine architecture and enhance/expand basic modules as needed.
- Experience in developing core libraries or tools for developer teams (internal framework, plugins, and scripts).
- Knowledge of patterns and design principles (SOLID, GOF, KISS, and YAGNI) and the ability to properly decompose tasks and extract reusable components.
- The ability to work with profilers, templates, memory, and multithreading in practice.
- An understanding of key components (render, layers/scenes, animations/timelines, and Prefab).
- Performance optimization: profiling, render tracing, and memory handling.
- The ability to write testable code (unit tests, integration tests, and automation tests).
- A basic understanding of build pipelines (iOS/Android) and mobile app lifecycles.
- English - B1 or higher, Russian - B2 or higher.
The following would be to your advantage
- Experience in writing or running performance tests (load and stress tests).
- Experience in developing with C# (2–3 years). The ability to read others' code and modify modules in Unity as needed.
- Extensive knowledge of game development tools and libraries (Spine/DragonBones, UI solutions, analytics SDK, etc.).
- Experience with software architectures: MVC, MVP, MVVM, ECS.
What we offer
- A Great Place to Work. 99% employee satisfaction, low turnover, and colleagues who genuinely enjoy collaborating.
- Live and work in sunny Cyprus. We’re an office-first team in Limassol with a modern seaside workspace, and full relocation and visa support for you and your family.
- Shape a global hit. We’re the only European studio with a 4X strategy title in the world’s top-10. Our top-50 mobile game has grown 25x in revenue and audience in the last five years.

- Work where ideas win. Flat structure, collective decision-making, and honest feedback create full transparency and help you grow fast.
- Earn industry-leading rewards. High salaries, a 13th month, performance bonuses, and extra rewards for long service, marriage, or welcoming a child, and lunch every day.

At JetBrains, code is our passion. Ever since we started, back in 2000, we have strived to make the strongest, most effective developer tools on earth. By automating routine checks and corrections, our tools speed up production, freeing developers to grow, discover, and create.
We are looking for a product designer to work on
Air
, the company's new agentic development environment. Air is a new kind of developer tool: a workspace where multiple AI agents run tasks in parallel while the developer stays in control. The product includes a native desktop app and a web-based experience, with cloud execution and collaborative workflows in the works. AI is fundamentally changing how software is built, and our goal is to design an environment that makes this shift feel natural, for both solo developers and entire engineering teams.
We’re looking for someone who can lead design initiatives, own key product areas, and bring clarity and usability to complex technical workflows. Design plays a critical role in these products by helping developers stay in flow, reduce their cognitive load, and work more confidently across tools.
In this role, you will:
Design and deliver high-quality user interfaces by creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
Lead large-scale initiatives from vision and strategy to execution.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and researchers to define problems, align on goals, and ensure design solutions meet user and business needs.
Communicate design concepts and decisions to the team to promote alignment and comprehension.
Collaborate with the UX Research and Analytics team to validate ideas and create design solutions grounded in real user needs and behavioral data.
Work closely with the development team to implement and review your UI/UX solutions.
Improve design processes together with the UX team, helping with the development of our design system to maintain visual and functional consistency across the product while enabling flexibility and scale.
We will be happy to have you on our team if you have:
At least 5 years of experience in UI/UX design.
Comfort working in a fast-moving environment where the product, technology, and priorities evolve quickly.
Experience designing complex functional interfaces.
A willingness to dive into complex topics related to programming.
The ability to prototype, verify, present, and provide reasoning for your UI/UX solutions.
Diligence and attention to detail.
Spoken and written English at a level sufficient for everyday communication and writing documentation.
Proactivity, independence, and strong time-management skills.
The ability to work in a team and seek feedback to improve your solutions and processes.
We would be especially thrilled if you have experience:
Designing for developer-focused products or technical environments.
Designing complex functional interfaces.
Programming and working with AI.
