Role highlights:
- Business Development Manager, Missions - Portugal
- Location: Portugal
- Department: Mission Sales
- Reports to: VP Missions Sales Spain & Portugal, dotted line to CEO Portugal
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Hybrid (Lisbon office)
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. Portuguese national security clearance and SUPO, where required)
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:
As Business Development Manager, Missions – Portugal, you’ll help accelerate ICEYE’s sovereign satellite and ISR mission growth in Portugal.
This is a hands-on commercial role for someone who enjoys turning strategy into action: engaging customers, following up opportunities, building pipeline, keeping Salesforce accurate, supporting bid activity, and helping ICEYE show up strongly in the regional defence, space, and dual-use government ecosystem. It is also a thinking role: you define the Portugal go-to-market strategy together with the ICEYE Portugal CEO, ground it in analysis, and execute it with discipline. We are looking for someone analytical and paranoid about disciplined sales execution: every opportunity qualified, every follow-up on time, every record accurate.
You will work closely with the VP, Missions Sales Spain & Portugal as a trusted partner in day-to-day commercial execution, with dotted-line collaboration with the ICEYE Portugal CEO to ensure strong local alignment. By helping manage customer engagement, regional opportunities, events, and cross-functional collaboration, you will directly support ICEYE’s ambition to become the global provider of turnkey ISR infrastructure to allied nations. While Missions is your line of business, you represent ICEYE as a single company: you quickly identify opportunities outside Missions – satellite data, analytics solutions – follow up on them, and connect them to the right ICEYE teams.
WHO WE ARE
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world’s largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system.
ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.
Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Co-develop the Portugal go-to-market strategy together with the ICEYE Portugal CEO and VP Missions Sales, and translate it into campaign plans, target accounts, and a disciplined execution rhythm.
- Develop and qualify commercial opportunities in Portugal, supporting the growth of ICEYE’s Missions pipeline.
- Engage with government, defence, space, and industry dual-use stakeholders, end-users, including ministries of defence, space agencies, ESA-related stakeholders, primes, associations, and commercial partners.
- Support the VP, Missions Sales Spain & Portugal with customer follow-up, meeting preparation, opportunity tracking, and regional account activity.
- Maintain accurate and timely Campaign plans and Salesforce records, including pipeline updates, meeting notes, next steps, and opportunity status. Run a disciplined execution cadence: no stale opportunities, no missed follow-ups.
- Quickly identify and follow up on opportunities outside the Missions line of business (e.g., satellite data and analytics solutions), and bring in the right ICEYE teams so nothing is dropped – ensuring customers always experience ICEYE as one company.
- Work closely with Sales Engineering and other internal experts to support bids, proposals, customer presentations, and technical-commercial responses.
- Help coordinate ICEYE’s Portugal commercial presence at regional events, sectorial associations, regional or local exhibitions, industry forums, and customer-facing activities.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Data, Missions, and other teams to ensure joined-up customer engagement and strong regional positioning.
- Share market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor insights to support regional planning and prioritisation.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Must haves:
- Experience in business development, sales, account management, or capture within defence, aerospace, space, ISR, NATO, or other high-technology environments.
- Experience working with both government/public-sector customers and commercial or industry partners.
- Familiarity with the defence and space ecosystem in Portugal, including relevant government bodies, agencies, primes, integrators, or industry associations.
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems to manage opportunities in a structured way, including lead qualification, stakeholder mapping, follow-up, pipeline tracking, and cross-functional coordination.
- Analytical by default: you build the territory and account case with data, qualify rigorously, and are paranoid about disciplined sales execution.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across commercial, technical, marketing, and leadership teams.
- Professional fluency in Portuguese and English.
- Willingness to travel regularly across Portugal, Finland or other ICEYE locations.
- Experience supporting bids, tenders, capture plans, gate reviews, or proposal development.
Nice to haves:
- Previous military, government, or defence-sector experience.
- Exposure to earth observation, satellite systems, or defence intelligence solutions.
- Existing network across ministries of defence, space agencies, ESA-related stakeholders, local primes, or defence and space associations.
- Experience applying GenAI or AI-enabled tooling to business development, sales, market intelligence, CRM hygiene, proposal preparation, stakeholder mapping, or other commercial workflows.
- Sales training in Miller Heiman, Korn Ferry, Shipley or similar.

The role
OLX is launching a new Motors and Real Estate platform in Ukraine and is looking for an experienced and hands-on
Senior Head of Business Development
to be the first on-the-ground commercial leader to build it. The launch will be seeded with OLX's existing classifieds inventory in a market that already has more than 330,000 vehicle listings and 130,000 real estate listings, and there is no existing team or playbook to inherit; you'll build both.
You'll build the supply and customer relationships that underpin the new marketplace (starting with large dealers, real estate agencies, semi-professional sellers, and importers) and create the local team needed to run and grow the business. You'll operate with significant autonomy, working closely with vertical leaders of Real Estate and Motors within a broader OLX Group ecosystem globally, while drawing on local market knowledge, relationships, and the existing OLX Ukraine business where appropriate.
This is a full-time role based on the ground in
Kyiv, Ukraine
.
Responsibilities
Build and own relationships with
large dealers, semi-professional sellers, vehicle importers, and real estate agencies
, converting them into active supply partners for the new marketplaces.
Recruit, structure, and lead a
new local commercial team
from the ground up, defining roles, processes, and ways of working where none exist today. All in line with global OLX policies and culture.
Own delivery of the
stage-one marketplace launch
, built as a product seeded with existing OLX Ukraine listings.
Drive
supply-side growth and listing volume
as the top priority through the first quarter after launch.
Partner with a future sales team to design and roll out a
premium-visibility (monetization) offer
for sellers once supply scale is established.
Track the competitive landscape — classifieds players, other two-sided marketplaces, and large dealer and real estate groups — to inform positioning and prioritization.
Cooperate closely with global Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams, providing customer insights and market information to steer the vision and roll out of products and features
.
Key skills and experience
Based in
Ukraine
, or a Ukrainian national currently abroad who is willing and able to relocate back. Being on the ground is a non-negotiable requirement for this role.
Proven experience in a marketplace or classifieds business, ideally with exposure to "flywheel" dynamics (supply driving demand driving further supply). This matters more than sector-specific sales experience or prior automotive or real estate expertise.
Alternatively, strong commercial leadership, business development, or sales experience from sectors where supply-partner cooperation is central and the consumer is at the heart of the business model — for example, payments, telecom, mobility, food delivery, or other two-sided platform environments.
Strong communicator with a demonstrated track record of
building relationships
with local business owners, dealers, and partners.
Comfortable
building from zero
: energized by defining process, hiring a team, and creating structure in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment.
Experience in the automotive or real estate sector, prior experience in a
founder, country-launch, or “zero-to-one”
commercial role will be a plus.
Someone with an entrepreneurial mindset and a "desire to win".

What is Restaurant Software?
Restaurants and other merchants use various software systems such as Point of Sale (POS), Reservations, Kitchen Display Systems (KDS), Payments, Inventory, Staffing, and the list goes on. These systems all need to speak to each other which they frequently don’t. It’s a mess, and we are fixing it.
From buying a croissant at a cafe to having dinner with friends, it’s a €4 Trillion+ global market and a critical part of everyday life in today's economy.
How we use AI at Tebi
We use AI the way our merchants use Tebi, to cut out the friction and get to what matters faster. We believe in a world where AI increases quality, efficiency and speed.
At Tebi, AI isn't a policy or a checkbox, it's just part of how we work. It helps us write, analyse, build, and improve but doesn’t make the last call. If there's a smarter way to do something, we want to find it.

Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
About the Role..
As a Wolt Market Supply Chain Manager, you will play a key role in managing and continuously improving the supply chain for Wolt Market in Finland.
You will take ownership of a broad portfolio of Supply Chain responsibilities, including inventory and availability management, demand forecasting, supplier performance and operational supplier management. You will use data and strong commercial judgement to balance availability, inventory, shrinkage, and profitability, ensuring that Supply Chain decisions support both our customers and the overall performance of the business.
The role requires a high degree of independence and ownership. You will identify opportunities and challenges, translate analysis into actions, and drive complex Supply Chain initiatives from problem definition through implementation and follow-up with limited guidance.
You will work particularly closely with the Finland Supply Chain Analyst and act as an experienced sparring partner to the Finland Category and Store Operations teams. You will also collaborate closely with colleagues across the regional Supply Chain team and the wider Wolt Market Supply Chain community, sharing knowledge, contributing to common initiatives and supporting the continuous development of our Supply Chain capabilities.
Key tasks and responsibilities of the role
Own and drive core Supply Chain responsibilities for Wolt Market Finland together with the local Supply Chain team.
Manage and continuously improve inventory availability, stock levels and inventory health while balancing availability, shrinkage, capacity and profitability.
Analyse demand, inventory, availability, shrinkage and supplier performance and translate insights into clear recommendations and actions.
Own and continuously improve demand forecasting and replenishment processes, including forecasting around promotions, seasonal events and other changes in demand.
Monitor Supply Chain KPIs, identify performance gaps and root causes, and independently develop and execute actions to improve performance.
Work closely with Category to evaluate the Supply Chain implications of supplier, assortment, promotion and commercial decisions and provide constructive challenge where required.
Partner closely with Store Operations to identify and solve Supply Chain-related operational challenges and ensure processes work effectively from supplier through to store.
Manage operational relationships with suppliers and collaborate on topics including ordering, delivery performance, lead times, order conditions, availability and Supply Chain improvements.
Identify structural supplier or assortment-related Supply Chain challenges and develop commercially sound solutions together with relevant stakeholders.
Own complex projects and larger workstreams from analysis and problem definition through implementation, stakeholder alignment and measurement of results.
Contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of Supply Chain tools, systems, automation and processes.
Use data, analytical tools and AI to diagnose complex problems where multiple factors need to be considered and exercise sound judgement in determining the appropriate solution.
Proactively identify new business needs and improvement opportunities and develop proposals for how Supply Chain can address them.
Work closely with the Finland Supply Chain Analyst, sharing expertise, providing guidance and supporting development through informal mentoring and collaboration.
Collaborate with the regional Supply Chain team and wider Supply Chain community, contributing to cross-country projects, exchanging best practices and helping develop scalable ways of working.
Communicate clearly and proactively with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Category, Store Operations, Finance, Product and other relevant functions.
Manage several priorities and initiatives simultaneously in a fast-moving environment while maintaining a high level of quality and follow-through.
Take a hands-on approach and be willing to move between strategic analysis, problem solving and operational execution as required.
Demonstrate excellent business judgement and a practical, solution-oriented approach to getting things done.
Contribute positively to Wolt's culture and ways of working and be an active member of both the local and regional team.
Qualifications for the role
Strong experience in Supply Chain, inventory management, replenishment, demand planning or a closely related field, ideally within grocery, retail, e-commerce or another fast-moving environment.
Strong understanding of inventory and replenishment principles and the trade-offs between availability, stock levels, shrinkage and profitability.
Demonstrated ability to independently solve complex Supply Chain and business problems using data, structured analysis and commercial judgement.
Experience working with demand forecasting and translating forecasts into inventory and replenishment decisions.
Strong commercial understanding and the ability to assess Supply Chain decisions in the context of broader business performance and profitability.
Experience collaborating with commercial or Category teams and confidence in constructively challenging decisions based on data and Supply Chain expertise.
Experience working with suppliers and analysing and improving supplier performance.
Ability to take ownership of complex projects and workstreams and drive them from problem identification to implementation with limited guidance.
High level of autonomy and the ability to determine the appropriate methods and approach when faced with new or ambiguous assignments.
Strong stakeholder-management skills and the ability to build credible working relationships across different functions and levels of the organisation.
Ability and willingness to share expertise, provide guidance and informally mentor less experienced colleagues without formal people-management responsibility.
Highly analytical, structured and detail-oriented while maintaining a strong understanding of the bigger commercial picture.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with several competing priorities.
Advanced skills in analytical and productivity tools such as Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel; experience with BI and Supply Chain systems is an advantage.
Passion for analytical excellence, continuous improvement and using data to make better decisions.
Fluency in English. Finnish language skills are an advantage.

About the Role
We are a large-scale consumer marketplace building AI-native product experiences across multiple markets. Trust and Safety is not a defensive function here - it is a strategic growth lever. A platform users trust converts better, retains longer, and earns stronger word of mouth. Fraud, abuse, and bad actors actively destroy the value we create; eliminating them is product work at its core.
We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to own the Trust & Safety product agenda end-to-end. You will define the strategy for how we detect and prevent fraud, protect user integrity, and keep our marketplace safe - while building systems that are intelligent, proportionate, and do not create friction for the millions of legitimate users who rely on us every day. AI is central to how you will do this: not as an add-on, but as the foundation of a new generation of proactive, signal-driven safety infrastructure.
This role can be based in Spain, Portugal or Poland.
What you will do:
Own the Trust & Safety product strategy and roadmap translating business risk and user insight into a clear, prioritised plan.
Shift the function from reactive incident response to proactive, intelligence-driven fraud prevention: build the Risk Engine, data signals intelligence, anomaly detection, and investigation tooling that make this possible.
Ship AI-native T&S product experiences: partner with Data Science and Engineering to design, prototype, and productionise real-time detection and decisioning systems using ML models, LLMs, and behavioural signals.
Balance fraud mitigation with growth protection—ensuring T&S interventions do not unnecessarily create friction for legitimate users or throttle marketplace supply/demand. Make hard, evidence-based trade-off decisions.
Define and track the right T&S success metrics: fraud loss rates, false positive/negative rates, time-to-resolution, user trust scores, and financial exposure. Communicate impact in business terms to senior leadership.
Partner closely with Engineering leads, Data Science, Legal, Compliance, and Operations—holding shared accountability for outcomes and navigating competing priorities.
Build long-term instrumentation, monitoring, and evaluation capabilities to measure fraud rates, detection model performance, and contributor/user impact at scale.
Establish business cases quantifying fraud losses and ROI of prevention investments; secure resources and drive prioritisation grounded in data.
Ensure products and strategies meet local and regional compliance, legal, and security requirements across all markets.
Apply AI to how you operate as a PM: faster threat analysis, synthetic user research on abuse patterns, AI-assisted spec writing, automated experimentation pipelines—whatever moves the needle on velocity.
Represent Trust & Safety at the leadership level, presenting strategy, risk posture, and results clearly to executive audiences.
What we are looking for:
Significant product management experience in the digital sector: consumer facing platform, marketplace, mobility, e-commerce, classifieds, fintech, or similar high scale environment.
Proven experience owning trust related products or problem spaces such as Trust & Safety, Fraud Prevention, Risk, Identity & Verification, Marketplace Integrity, Account Security, Abuse Prevention, Payments Risk, or Compliance Technology.
Track record of building scalable systems that proactively detect, prevent, and mitigate abuse, fraud, risk, or other trust related issues, rather than relying solely on manual or operational processes.
Strong analytical and data driven mindset, with experience defining success metrics, evaluating impact, and making prioritization decisions based on evidence and measurable outcomes.
Experience partnering closely with Engineering, Data Science, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and other cross-functional stakeholders to deliver complex products in regulated or high-risk environments. Experience in vendor management and collaboration.
Experience building, deploying, or working closely with machine learning, AI, risk scoring, decisioning, detection, recommendation, or automation systems. Hands-on experience with AI-powered trust or fraud products is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to balance user experience, marketplace growth, operational efficiency, and risk mitigation, making thoughtful trade offs that protect both users and the business.
Comfortable operating in ambiguity, taking ownership of complex problem spaces, influencing senior stakeholders, and driving strategy and execution across multiple teams.
Strong core product muscle that transfers across fraud domains—you've stepped into unfamiliar threat vectors, oriented fast, and delivered. Domain specificity matters; rigid domain lock-in does not.
Well versed in building, iterating core Data (Science) products at scale
Nice to Have:
Experience building trust, risk, fraud, or safety products across
multiple international markets
and regulatory environments.
Familiarity with
emerging regulations
and industry trends affecting online platforms, digital marketplaces, payments, AI, and consumer trust.
If you're excited by the opportunity to solve complex trust challenges at scale and build products that make a meaningful difference to millions of users, we'd love to hear from you. This is a role for someone who enjoys tackling ambiguous problems, partnering across disciplines, and shaping the future of trust in a modern, AI-powered marketplace.

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.
Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact.
During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
