About Salmon
Salmon is a technology-driven financial services group, founded in July 2022 with the vision of building the best credit-led, technology-centric bank in Southeast Asia. We chose the Philippines as our first market and are now a licensed bank — Salmon Bank (Rural Bank) Inc. — and a consumer-lending group.
Salmon was founded by three co-founders who built and held senior leadership positions at Tinkoff, a highly successful tech-enabled bank that reached a market capitalization of more than US$20B. We're backed by world-class investors including the International Finance Corporation (a member of the World Bank Group), Lunate (an investment vehicle affiliated with Abu Dhabi's sovereign wealth fund), and other prominent technology investors from the US, Europe, and the Philippines.
About the role
- You'll join Group Finance, working across fundraising, investor relations, financial modeling, and corporate development projects.
- You'll operate at the center of how Salmon tells its financial story — to shareholders, prospective investors, and internal stakeholders.
- This role matters because Salmon is scaling fast, and the quality of our financial modeling and reporting directly shapes the decisions investors and leadership make about our next stage of growth.
What you'll do
- Support fundraising, corporate development, and ad-hoc projects, including corporate structuring, commercial partnerships, and M&A.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc business statistics and financial performance reports for shareholders, prospective investors, and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain financial models covering business forecasting, valuation, and unit economics analysis.
- Conduct and maintain macro market research and competitor analysis.
- Support and help oversee special projects as they arise.
What we need
- A degree in Finance, Business Management, or Accounting.
- At least 3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or private equity — or financial advisory at a professional services firm, or a similar capacity in a corporate environment.
- Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical ability.
- Ability to turn complex financial information into clear, effective PowerPoint presentations.
- Solid grounding in finance and accounting principles.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with good judgment under ambiguity.
- High precision and attention to detail.
- Collaborative, with a strong appetite for growth and rigorous self-review.
- Fluent in English.
Good to have
- Experience working with or within a technology company.
- Knowledge of SQL.
- CFA designation or progress toward one.
- Financial modeling certification or specialized training.
What we offer
You'll work at the center of Salmon's growth story, with direct visibility into how the business is funded, valued, and scaled. You'll be backed by a global team of finance and technology professionals and work alongside leadership on the decisions that shape Salmon's next stage. We follow a hybrid-first working arrangement.

ICEYE owns the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system.

- Lead the integration of RF hardware (comms, SAR payload) with satellite subsystems (avionics, power, thermal), ensuring seamless interoperability

- Contribute to and improve AIT documentation including RF test procedures, integration plans, and configuration records
- Interface with Global AIT, RF/Comms/SAR Payload Engineering, and Mission Operations teams to ensure alignment on product standards and lessons learned

We are seeking an experienced
Executive Assistant
to join our CEO Office and serve as a critical operational partner to the CEO, Chief of Staff, and senior leadership while owning the day-to-day workplace operations of our San Jose headquarters.
This is not a typical Executive Assistant position. You will be embedded within our CEO Office, working directly with the CEO and Chief of Staff as a critical operational partner in a high-velocity environment. You'll manage a diverse portfolio spanning executive support, office operations, product review logistics, and cross-functional coordination. This role requires someone who thrives in ambiguity, exercises impeccable judgment, and can shift seamlessly between strategic projects and hands-on execution.
You will be embedded within the CEO Office and serve as an operational backbone that keeps both executive priorities and the San Jose workplace running smoothly. On any given day, you might manage a complex executive calendar across global time zones, coordinate an international trip, prepare for a CEO product review, resolve an office issue with WeWork, manage an insurance renewal, oversee assets inventory, or execute a company offsite partnering with People team.
This role is ideal for someone who combines the judgment, responsiveness, and anticipation of an exceptional Executive Assistant with the ownership and operational mindset of a Workplace Manager. You are comfortable shifting between highly confidential executive matters and hands-on operational execution, and you naturally create structure, systems, and order wherever they are needed.
Given the nature of this role, you will have access to highly confidential and sensitive company information.
Discretion, sound judgment, and professionalism are non-negotiable.

Coordinate product review meetings, including agendas, pre-meeting materials, attendees, and follow-up actions
Maintain robust tracking systems for CEO Office requests, action items, decisions, and follow-ups, ensuring clear ownership, status visibility, and timely closure
Provide flexible, responsive support in a fast-paced environment with variable hours
Workplace Administration
Serve as the on-site office administration point of contact for the San Jose office, including supporting executive workspace needs and on-site meetings
Serve as day-to-day liaison with WeWork community management for facilities, access, and general office needs
Manage office supplies, mail, and general workplace administration
Support logistics for CEO Office events and external meetings (venue/vendor sourcing, agenda and presentation coordination), partnering with People on company-wide events and employee experience programming

- Experience securing CI/CD and software supply chains, including GitHub Actions or similar systems, build runners, workload federation, artifacts, and production deployment paths.
- Experience writing and reviewing infrastructure as code using Pulumi, Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar tools.
- Ability to write production-quality code or automation in a language such as TypeScript, Python, Go, or Rust.
- High agency and ownership. You can take an ambiguous platform-security problem from initial investigation through implementation and verified remediation.
- Clear communication and a strong track record of partnering with infrastructure and engineering teams while maintaining a high security bar.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience with AWS Nitro Enclaves or other trusted execution environments, including attestation, isolation boundaries, secure key handling, and operational lifecycle management.

About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role
We’re looking for a Software Engineer to join our Platform team. You will build the observability systems that give Vercel visibility into how we build, ship, and operate our systems. Core Platform owns Vercel’s reliability, resilience, and engineering velocity. We’re looking for engineers to create observability for everything from cost attribution to deployment velocity, alongside the logs, metrics, and traces necessary to optimize how Vercel builds its systems. This is a role with a wide breadth where we quickly develop critical systems and improve the entire Vercel code base. You will report to Eric Larson, Engineering Manager, Platform and will be located onsite, hybrid, or remote.
If you’re based within a pre-determined commuting distance of one of our offices (SF, NY, London, or Berlin), the role includes in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday, even if the role is listed as remote. For location-specific details, please connect with our recruiting team.
What you'll do
Design and build high-scale, internal observability systems (metrics, logs, and traces) that give engineering and the business visibility into Vercel's own infrastructure.
Build cost attribution and chargeback tooling so spend can be accurately mapped to the parts of the business driving it, reducing reliance on third-party tools like Datadog.
Partner with Backend and Platform teams to instrument services for compliance, auditing, and record-keeping requirements.
Evaluate, integrate, and help operate observability infrastructure across our existing vendors and the CNCF ecosystem.
Ship pragmatic, high-leverage visibility quickly that drives improvement in how we build, deploy, and operate our systems.
Work closely with Backend and Platform engineers to scale observability infrastructure to the throughput and cardinality of Vercel's full production traffic.
What you need
Proficient in TypeScript, with backend/infrastructure experience.
Hands-on experience with Go, Rust, or Zig in production systems.
Experience with distributed computing systems at scale.
Experience with cloud infrastructure, including object storage.
Familiarity with observability tooling and concepts (Datadog, Grafana, New Relic, Splunk, or CNCF-based stacks such as Prometheus-compatible backends).
Bonus if you
Have contributed to or worked closely with CNCF observability projects.
Built, scaled, and improved internal developer platforms.
Benefits & Compensation:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.
The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $208,000-$312,000. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. The total compensation package may include benefits, equity-based compensation, and eligibility for a company bonus or variable pay program depending on the role. ABOUT US:
AI NEEDS A NEW INFRASTRUCTURE LAYER. WE'RE BUILDING IT AT MODAL.
Every era of computing brought new workloads that previous infrastructure couldn't support: mainframes, databases, and the cloud. Each time, the company that rebuilt the layer underneath defined the decade. AI is no different, except it touches everything instead of one slice, and the window to build the layer underneath it is open right now.
Our customers include category-defining companies like Ramp https://modal.com/blog/how-ramp-built-a-full-context-background-coding-agent-on-modal, Cognition, DoorDash, and Suno. They rely on Modal for instant GPU access, sub-second container starts, and native storage, so it's simple to serve low-latency inference, fine-tune models, and access production-ready sandboxes at scale.
We've passed $1B in annualized run rate, up 15x from a year ago. In October 2026 we raised a $750M Series D led by Accel at a $15.75B valuation.
Our team includes creators of popular open-source projects (e.g.,Seaborn https://github.com/mwaskom/seaborn,Luigi https://github.com/spotify/luigi), academic researchers, international olympiad medalists, and experienced engineering and product leaders with decades of experience.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We're hiring the first Account Managers at Modal. You'll report to the Regional Director of Account Management and be a founding member of the team.
This function does not exist yet. There is no playbook, no territory map, no established motion. You'll own a book of business from day one and build the motion at the same time — from fast-moving AI startups to large enterprise teams running critical infrastructure on Modal.
This is a commercial role with a revenue target. You'll be measured on retention and expansion across your accounts. While you won't be delivering the technical recommendations and implementation, the work is technical by nature. Our customers are engineers running GPU workloads, inference, and batch jobs in production, and you need to hold your own in those conversations.
The profile we're hiring is a technical account manager. You've worked at companies that are deeply technical and consumption in nature. You bring the commercial instincts to grow revenue from an existing base and enough technical depth to know which conversation actually matters. And you can credibly work with a CxO all the way down to a Developer.
WHAT THE ROLE IS:
- A founding seat. You're helping build the AM function with us, not joining one that already runs. The account plans, expansion motions, and customer cadence you and the rest of the founding team figure out are what we scale to every AM we hire after you.
- A technical customer-facing role. You'll work directly with Developers and ML teams on what they're building and how Modal fits. You translate and triage the deeper technical work to FDEs and Product when it's needed.
- A book of business. You’ll own a set of accounts and be responsible for the revenue that comes from them. Expect to be meeting with customers in your first few days because the best playbooks are built from real experiences.
WHAT THE ROLE IS NOT:
- A traditional post-sales role. You're measured on revenue, not health scores.
- An on-call support function. You're not fixing bugs or triaging tickets. You're driving growth.
- A technical delivery role. You're not implementing for the customer. You know where the technical work goes and you pull in the right people.
- An inherited motion. Nothing is handed to you. If you identify gaps in process, tooling, or a playbook — you help build it.
- A single-lane job. Our priorities go customer → company → team → me. We focus on delivering maximum impact vs. "this is my job".
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Build Modal's account management function and iterate on it as we scale the business
- Own and deliver on a revenue target across your book of accounts
- Grow an account's first use case, expand into a second, and drive standardization across the Modal platform
- Get fluent enough in Modal to hold your own with engineering teams on their workloads, and know when to pull in FDEs, Support, or Product
- Work with Sales, Solutions Architects, FDEs, Support, and Product to grow accounts and feed customer signal back into the roadmap
- Travel to customers as needed to support key accounts and drive expansion opportunities
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Customer-facing experience. You've owned a revenue target or supported a revenue target in a highly technical, consumption business.
- Technical depth. You work autonomously with Developers through CxOs and understand the core parts of the developer tech stack.
- AI builder. You're hands on building with AI tools — not just consuming workflows that were built for you.
- Ownership. You run your book of business and projects like you're the CEO of it. You're highly organized bringing stability, predictability, and pace to your work. You take action vs. waiting for direction.
- Learning velocity. You operate with the mindset of what I can do today vs. let me pick this up tomorrow. You move fast, take the learnings, and iterate on it.
- Cross-functional partner. Low ego, easy to work with, and highly accountable. You ask for feedback, you act on it, and you'd rather be corrected early than right late. Internal teams love working with you.
NICE-TO-HAVE:
- Experience as a Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or similar type role
- Certification as an engineer (ex. Computer Science Degree, Professional Bootcamps)
- Early GTM hire experience at a fast-growing startup
- You've sat close to GPU spend, model training, or inference workloads
Responsibilities:
— Develop high-quality features and improvements in React and TypeScript, focusing on maintainability and readability.
— Own features end-to-end across the UI, BFF, and async jobs, integrating with Java backend services.
— Integrate UI with backend services, consuming and shaping their APIs.
— Participate in design discussions and contribute to UI architecture, state boundaries, and API contracts.
— Build and maintain BFF endpoints using Node.js and Fastify for UI-specific data shaping.
— Design async flows for long-running analyses using BullMQ, ensuring retry-safe, idempotent jobs with clear UI status.
— Optimize data-heavy reporting views with virtualization, pagination, and backend aggregation.
— Use AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude CLI / Claude Code) efficiently, applying good judgment.
— Evaluate trade-offs considering simplicity, cost, stability, and performance.
— Collaborate with the team to break down work, estimate tasks, and deliver incrementally.
— Work closely with backend, product, and data teams for smooth feature integration.
— Engage actively in code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
— Keep up with industry trends and suggest practical improvements.
Qualifications:
— 7+ years of hands-on frontend development experience with strong React and TypeScript skills.
— Experience owning frontend features end-to-end in production with clear separation of concerns and safe typing across API boundaries.
— Solid understanding of frontend performance and scalability including re-render costs, virtualization, pagination, and progressive loading.
— Comfortable working across frontend/backend boundaries, integrating with backend services and designing API contracts.
— Proficient with AI-assisted development tools, able to decompose complex tasks, supervise workflows, review generated code critically, and ensure correctness, security, testing, and maintainability.
— Experience with Vite (build configuration, code-splitting, developer experience) is a plus.
— Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
What we offer:
— Referral Program to help grow the team.
— Premium IT Equipment such as MacBook Pro or hardware of choice.
— Excellent work-life balance with flexible hours and full remote possible.
— Competitive compensation and benefits package.
— Opportunity to work alongside top experts worldwide contributing to the Java ecosystem.

About inKind
inKind is transforming the way restaurants access growth capital and build relationships with their guests. Sitting at the intersection of hospitality, fintech, consumer technology, and loyalty, our platform helps restaurant operators grow while giving consumers a better way to discover, experience, and engage with restaurants.
We are entering our next stage of growth, and our ambition is significant: to establish inKind as the market-leading brand in dining and become one of the most recognized and relevant consumer brands in hospitality.
We're looking for a VP of Marketing who has experienced hyper-scale before - someone who understands what it takes to take a rapidly growing company and turn it into a category-defining, nationally recognized brand.
Role Summary
The VP of Marketing will own the strategy, execution, and continuous optimization of inKind's marketing function across growth, brand, lifecycle, acquisition, retention, content, partnerships, and product marketing.
This is a critical leadership role for the next stage of inKind's growth. We want someone who has seen and helped lead hyper-scale firsthand and understands how the marketing strategy, organization, channels, brand, technology, and operating model need to evolve as a company moves from high growth to true market leadership.
Your mandate is bigger than generating leads or running campaigns. You will help turn inKind into a market-leading consumer brand, creating the awareness, affinity, customer growth, and engagement required to make inKind synonymous with discovering and experiencing great restaurants.
This is not a role for someone who wants to operate purely at the strategy level. You will set the vision while remaining deeply involved in execution - understanding how channels perform, how consumers behave, where the funnel can improve, what the brand stands for, and where we should place our next bet.
You will combine brand building with commercial performance, ensuring every marketing investment contributes to sustainable growth and long-term brand equity.
What You'll Own
Hyper-Scale Growth
Build the marketing strategy required to drive inKind through its next paradigm of rapid growth.
Bring firsthand experience of what changes when a business moves from growth into hyper-growth - from channels and organizational structure to processes, technology, measurement, and brand investment.
Identify the growth engines capable of taking inKind from today's scale to the next order of magnitude.
Build repeatable, scalable acquisition and engagement models rather than relying on isolated campaigns.
Anticipate the capabilities, talent, systems, and infrastructure Marketing will need before growth creates the requirement.
Balance aggressive growth with disciplined economics and sustainable customer value.
Growth & Customer Acquisition
Own the overall strategy for consumer growth, acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.
Build and continuously optimize a diversified acquisition strategy across paid, organic, referral, partnership, local, and emerging channels.
Establish clear performance expectations across the marketing funnel and identify opportunities to improve conversion at every stage.
Own key growth metrics including CAC, conversion, activation, retention, repeat behavior, frequency, and LTV.
Develop scalable growth loops that leverage inKind's restaurant network, consumers, partners, and product.
Test aggressively, learn quickly, and scale what works.
Build a Market-Leading Brand
Own the ambition of transforming inKind from a rapidly growing company into a nationally recognized, market-leading consumer brand.
Define and evolve the inKind brand strategy, positioning, voice, and creative direction.
Establish a clear point of view on what inKind should stand for in the minds of consumers.
Build awareness, consideration, preference, and affinity at scale.
Develop breakthrough campaigns and brand moments capable of expanding inKind beyond its existing audience.
Build a brand that consumers actively recognize, trust, talk about, and want to engage with.
Ensure brand investment and growth marketing work together rather than operating as separate disciplines.
Identify opportunities for inKind to define and lead its category.
Establish consistent and distinctive brand experiences across product, digital, social, restaurant, partnership, experiential, and corporate touchpoints.
Lifecycle, CRM & Retention
Own lifecycle marketing across the complete customer journey.
Develop sophisticated segmentation and personalization strategies based on customer behavior and data.
Improve onboarding, activation, engagement, frequency, reactivation, and retention.
Drive continuous experimentation across messaging, offers, timing, channels, and customer segments.
Partner with Product and Data to identify behavioral signals and turn them into actionable marketing programs.
Ensure lifecycle marketing becomes a meaningful driver of customer LTV and sustainable growth.
Optimization & Analytics
Build a marketing organization where data drives decisions.
Establish clear dashboards and KPIs across channels, campaigns, customer segments, brand health, and the overall marketing funnel.
Regularly analyze performance and identify where resources should be increased, reduced, or redirected.
Develop a rigorous testing framework across creative, audience, channel, offer, landing page, and customer experience.
Understand not simply what happened, but why it happened and what we should do next.
Translate marketing performance and consumer behavior into clear recommendations for Executive Leadership.
Create the measurement frameworks necessary to understand both short-term performance marketing and long-term brand impact.
Product & Partner Marketing
Partner closely with Product to ensure customer insights influence the product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
Develop positioning and go-to-market plans for new products, capabilities, markets, and strategic partnerships.
Create programs that simultaneously drive value for
consumers, restaurant partners, and inKind
.
Ensure major launches have clear audiences, messaging, distribution strategies, and measurable success criteria.
Identify opportunities where product capabilities themselves can become powerful acquisition, engagement, and brand-building mechanisms.
Marketing Leadership & Execution
Set the overall marketing strategy while remaining close to the work.
Build, lead, coach, and scale a high-performing marketing organization capable of operating in a hyper-growth environment.
Determine what the marketing organization needs to look like at 2x, 5x, and 10x today's scale.
Establish clear ownership, priorities, goals, and accountability across the team.
Evaluate the existing marketing organization, capabilities, agencies, technology, processes, and investment strategy and determine what needs to evolve.
Manage marketing investment with a strong focus on incremental impact, scalability, and ROI.
Move comfortably between executive-level strategy and detailed campaign, creative, channel, or performance discussions.
Create a culture of experimentation, urgency, creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Who You Are
You've seen hyper-scale:
You have operated inside a company during a period of exceptional growth and understand what needs to change as the organization scales.
You've built brands, not just campaigns:
You understand how a growing company becomes a recognizable, differentiated, market-leading brand.
Strategic and hands-on:
You can build a multi-year marketing strategy and dive into campaign performance the same day.
Commercially minded:
You think about marketing through the lens of revenue, growth, customer behavior, market share, and enterprise value.
Brand + Growth:
You believe exceptional brand building and measurable performance should reinforce each other.
Data-driven:
You're comfortable interrogating dashboards, funnels, cohorts, CAC, LTV, retention, conversion, and channel performance.
Customer obsessed:
You have a deep curiosity about why consumers behave the way they do and what creates genuine brand affinity.
Highly experimental:
You naturally think in hypotheses, tests, results, and iteration.
Builder mentality:
You're energized by building the organization and capabilities required for the next stage rather than simply managing what already exists.
High agency:
When you identify an opportunity or problem, you take ownership and move quickly.
Qualifications
10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including significant senior leadership responsibility.
Firsthand experience operating through hyper-growth or hyper-scale, ideally within a business that achieved significant national consumer adoption.
Demonstrated experience helping transform a growing company into a market-leading or category-defining brand.
Experience within a high-growth consumer, marketplace, fintech, hospitality, loyalty, e-commerce, or technology business.
Demonstrated success scaling consumer acquisition and retention.
Strong experience across growth marketing, brand, lifecycle/CRM, customer segmentation, and performance optimization.
Proven ability to build and scale high-performing marketing organizations.
Strong analytical capabilities and experience using customer and performance data to drive decisions.
Experience managing significant marketing investments and evaluating channel-level ROI.
Strong executive communication and cross-functional leadership skills.

Established a clear strategy for taking inKind from high growth toward true market leadership.
Significantly increased awareness and consideration of the inKind brand.
Created a clear and differentiated position for inKind within the market.
Built scalable acquisition engines capable of supporting the company's next stage of growth.
Improved customer acquisition efficiency and funnel conversion.
Increased customer activation, engagement, frequency, retention, and LTV.
Strengthened lifecycle, personalization, and customer segmentation capabilities.
Established clear marketing and brand dashboards, experimentation frameworks, and performance accountability.
Built the team, systems, processes, and capabilities required to support hyper-scale.
Created stronger integration between Marketing, Product, Data, and commercial teams.
Put inKind firmly on the path to becoming the market-leading consumer brand in its category.
Why inKind
This is an opportunity to join inKind at an inflection point.
The foundations have been built. The business is scaling rapidly. The opportunity now is to take that momentum and build a brand with national awareness, significant consumer relevance, and category leadership.
We're looking for someone who has experienced that journey before and wants to help do it again—this time with the opportunity to shape the strategy, organization, brand, and growth engine behind it.
You'll have the opportunity to build a marketing organization and brand capable of defining the next stage of inKind's growth - and ultimately help make inKind synonymous with how people discover and experience restaurants.
