SaaS Revenue & Financial Analyst — Flosum (Pune, India)
About Flosum
Flosum is a Salesforce-native platform company delivering enterprise-grade DevOps, data protection, and security solutions to some of the world's largest organizations. Our product portfolio spans Cloud DevOps, Data Migrator, Data Masking, Data Backup, Org Security, Cloud Trust Center, and Sandbox Synchronization — all built natively on the Salesforce platform. We serve enterprise customers across technology, energy, financial services, healthcare, and federal government. Flosum is a growth-stage company operating with the intensity and speed of a startup backed by the discipline of a mature operator.
The Role
We're hiring a SaaS Revenue & Financial Analyst who will own the measurement layer of our entire business. You will be the person who knows every number — ARR, net retention, expansion, churn, pipeline conversion, cost of acquisition, gross margin by product line, services margin, cash flow, and everything in between. You'll work across Salesforce (our CRM and billing system of record) and QuickBooks (our financial system) to build a unified, always-current picture of company performance.
This is not a reporting role. This is an analytical role where you connect revenue operations data to financial outcomes and surface the insights that drive decisions at the CEO level.
What You'll Own
You will build and maintain our SaaS metrics infrastructure — ARR waterfall, cohort retention analysis, revenue recognition schedules, deferred revenue tracking, and unit economics by segment. You will reconcile Salesforce bookings data against QuickBooks revenue entries and ensure we have a single source of truth across both systems. You will produce monthly and quarterly financial and revenue packages for leadership, including variance analysis against plan. You will model scenarios for pricing changes, product bundling, geographic expansion, and headcount investment. You will monitor pipeline health and translate pipeline data into revenue forecasts with documented assumptions. You will own the data integrity between our CRM and accounting systems, flagging discrepancies before they compound. You will support board-level and investor-level reporting with clean, defensible metrics.
What We're Looking For
You have three-plus years of experience in SaaS financial analysis, revenue operations, or FP&A at a B2B software company. You are deeply proficient in Salesforce — not as a user, but as someone who understands opportunity objects, product schedules, contract structures, and reporting at a data level. You are equally proficient in QuickBooks Online, including chart of accounts design, revenue categorization, journal entries, and reconciliation workflows. You understand ASC 606 revenue recognition principles and can apply them to a multi-product SaaS business with annual and multi-year contracts. You can build financial models from scratch in Excel or Google Sheets — not from templates, from logic. You think in terms of cohorts, not just totals. You understand the difference between bookings, billings, and revenue, and you can explain why each matters. You are precise, skeptical of your own numbers, and obsessive about data integrity.
Preferred
Experience at a company with a mix of subscription revenue and professional services. Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ or native Salesforce quoting and contract objects. Exposure to investor or board reporting at a growth-stage company. Experience with Marketo or HubSpot data as it relates to CAC and attribution modeling.
Location
This role is based in Pune, India. You will work overlap hours with US Pacific Time for key syncs and will operate with significant autonomy outside those windows.
Why Flosum
You'll report directly into the CEO's operating rhythm. Your work will not sit in a queue — it will shape hiring plans, product investment, and go-to-market strategy in real time. Flosum is building the definitive platform for Salesforce lifecycle management, and we need someone who can measure every dimension of that growth with precision.

At JetBrains, code is our passion. Ever since we started, back in 2000, we have been striving to make the strongest, most effective developer tools on earth. Over 15.9 million developers already use our products, and 88 Fortune Global Top 100 companies are JetBrains customers.
About the role
We are looking for a Customer Success Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will work to maintain close relationships with our existing customers in China and help grow the business in the region.
As part of our team, you will:
Work closely with JetBrains account executives and support engineers to ensure a smooth pre-sales process and post-sales product adoption.
Manage existing large accounts, proactively preserve and develop them, and keep customers up to date on product developments.
Hold regular discovery calls with existing customers to identify and resolve issues early, understand how they use the product, relay important feedback to the product team, and help optimize their workflows by suggesting new features or improvements.
Handle customer escalations and help manage expectations with both the internal product team and the customer.
Provide technical guidance and assistance to existing customers.
Develop key sales, demo, and technical documentation for customers and adapt existing demos for specific use cases.
Visit customer offices and meet onsite at conferences and other events when necessary.
We’ll be happy to have you on our team if you:
Have strong pre-sales experience with the ability to demo and pitch a product’s key value.
Have technical competence combined with a business-oriented approach and a focus on customer needs.
Are proficient in software development tools, ideally with hands-on experience in programming, QA, system administration, release automation, or a related field.
Possess problem-solving and analytical skills across technical, product, and business areas, with the ability to grasp customer needs and suggest suitable solutions.
Have at least five years of customer-facing experience in sales engineering, solutions engineering, customer success engineering, or a similar customer-facing field.
Possess strong interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written – you will need to speak and write English fluently, as it is the preferred language of communication with our customers and partners, as well as within the team.
Have experience in driving discussions with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Are comfortable giving both in-person and remote presentations, holding Q&A sessions, discussing product roadmaps, and delivering product demos.
Can work efficiently and successfully without direct supervision in a distributed team.
Have a proven track record of building and developing B2B relationships.
Speak Chinese at a native level.
Are willing and able to travel internationally up to 20% of the time.
Why join us?
This is a rare opportunity to shape JetBrains’ presence in China at an important stage. You’ll work closely with global leadership while maintaining the autonomy to drive results locally. We’re looking for someone who can take real ownership of the office, lead with clarity, navigate complexity responsibly, and build a sustainable environment where our teams can do their best work.

About The Role
We're looking for a Growth PM who can own the next chapter of how Alchemy grows. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role at the intersection of product, engineering, and go-to-market — and the surface area is expanding fast. Our AI agent platform lets autonomous software create wallets, pay for API access in real time, and operate fully on-chain, opening up an entirely new category of user to acquire, activate, and retain. You'll bring structure to ambiguity, move fast, and build something that compounds.
You'll have full end-to-end ownership of the growth motion — strategy, experimentation, and the number. You'll have a direct line to leadership, high visibility across the org, and the resources to move fast and make a real dent.
What You'll Do
- Own the full growth funnel — set the strategy, define the metrics, and drive acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion across our developer platform
- Identify and build the compounding loops that turn great developer experience into organic growth — referrals, word of mouth, community, virality
- Deeply instrument the product to understand where developers convert, where they drop off, and what moves the needle
- Run a high-velocity experimentation program — rapid A/B tests, sharp hypotheses, and a relentless focus on finding what works
- Unlock new growth channels: SEO, lifecycle, partnerships, PLG motions — and figure out which bets compound fastest at our scale
- Open up an entirely new growth surface: AI agents are becoming first-class users of developer platforms, and nobody has cracked how to acquire, activate, and retain them yet
What we're looking for
- 4+ years in product, 2–3+ with true end-to-end ownership of growth — you've moved a metric that mattered and can show your work
- Deep growth craft — funnel analysis, cohort modeling, experimentation design, channel strategy. You think in loops, not campaigns
- Experience with developer-facing or API-first products — Web2 (Stripe, Twilio, Vercel) or Web3, fluency in either translates
- Analytical and decisive — you build models fast, pressure-test assumptions, and act on signal
- Strong enough to align engineering, marketing, and sales around a growth motion without direct authority

💪 Gym Reimbursement
🖥️ Home Office Build-out Budget
🥙 In-Office Group Meals
🧘♂️ Wellbeing & Mental Health Perks
📚 Learning & Development Stipend

Now, Morpho is scaling its team of contributors to establish itself as the open credit network, not just of DeFi, but of the world.
WHY MORPHO EXISTS
Everyone has the potential to build something great for the world. But fulfilling that ambition almost always requires more: people willing to trust you with their capital. Yet access to capital still depends on where you live, who you know, and which institutions are willing to trust you. Even when capital is available, it sits fragmented across disconnected networks and hidden behind intermediaries. The result is a system that fails most of the people it should serve. Borrowers overpay. Lenders earn less than they should. Many are shut out entirely, not because they are unworthy of credit, but because today's infrastructure was never built to connect them. Morpho exists to solve this. Full article here https://morpho.org/blog/why-morpho-exists/.

HOW WE WORK
We move fast on hard problems in a nascent market with no set playbook: navigating uncertainty is part of the job. You'll be challenged: anyone can question work and decisions must be justified. We keep a high bar and match it with high support: we help each other unblock and share context openly, with low ego. More about our values: morpho.org/jobs http://morpho.org/jobs.
ROLE
The mission of this role is to build and own the backend systems that power Morpho's consumer-facing products: reliable, performant APIs and data pipelines that serve accurate financial data to users at scale.

About the role
The Anthropic Platform Org’s mission is to help builders build. Our vision is to be the premier platform for businesses to transform themselves and their products with AI. This org is responsible for our APIs, self-serve developer experience, multi-cloud integrations, and agentic infrastructure. We serve a wide array of users from startups to large scale enterprises.

Responsibilities:
Customer Understanding & Advocacy
Deeply engage with enterprise developers and technical leaders to understand their integration needs and pain points

Collaborate with platform teams on API architecture and scalability
Engage with marketing to develop enterprise API positioning and technical materials
Minimum Qualifications
You may be a good fit if you:
Have built or shipped products
with
a hyperscaler as a partner — you know how to align goals and deliver impact across that boundary.
Have owned a revenue number, a margin target, or a channel P&L — not just a product roadmap.
Operate with high autonomy in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
Are an excellent written communicator and able to drive clarity out of complexity.
Excel at cross-company stakeholder management and can build trusted relationships at every layer of an organization.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong candidates may also have:
Have 10+ years of experience in high-scale, high-reliability developer-facing software.
Have 5+ years of product management experience.
Experience as a founder, GM, or early-stage operator where you owned commercial outcomes, not just product outputs.
Direct experience as a PM at AWS, GCP, or Azure — or at an ISV that ships through one of their marketplaces.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$305,000
—
$460,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience

Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

You transform a customer's thorniest, highest-stakes problems into agents that measurably move their business.
- Own the Agent Development Life Cycle https://sierra.ai/blog/agent-development-life-cycle. Take agents from initial scope through conversation design, tooling, and evaluation, to launch and continuous iteration in production — translating business goals into an agent that outperforms, and tuning relentlessly until it's the best version of itself in the real world. You'll have real ownership and autonomy over the outcome.
- Be the trusted strategic advisor to enterprise leaders. Sit shoulder-to-shoulder with our customers' executives, understand what success actually means to their business, and shape the AI strategy that gets them there.
- Partner with the customer's working teams day to day. Run working sessions, troubleshoot the agent as issues come up, and make the calls that keep the build on track for launch.
- Directly impact product. Surface unmet needs from your customer work, and feed them back to research and platform to shape where Sierra goes next.
EXAMPLE PROJECTS
These are the kinds of projects that strategists on our team have worked on recently:
- Scope and launch a subscription-retention agent for a large telecommunications or media company that consistently outperforms human agents at saving at-risk customers.
- Stand up an agent for a commerce customer that troubleshoots a broken device end-to-end and personalizes product recommendations in the same conversation.
- Redesign the conversation flows for a financial services agent so it can handle complex, regulated interactions — and convert a pilot into a multi-team production deployment. See our financial services blog https://sierra.ai/blog/five-ways-to-use-ai-agents-financial-services for examples.
- Partner with product on a net-new capability — a new agent architecture or self-service tooling — using a live customer as the design partner.
- Define the evaluation and quality bar for a new agent, then use those metrics to drive a measurable lift in outcome https://sierra.ai/blog/outcome-based-pricing-for-ai-agents week over week.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Customer obsession. Genuine energy being in front of customers — understanding their business and needs, thriving in complex organizations, and building trusted relationships.
- Communication. Clear, direct, and persuasive across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strategic problem-solving in ambiguity. Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to break down complex problems, spot risks early, and adapt as things change fast.
- Technical aptitude. Comfortable engaging directly with technical concepts - reading API documentation, understanding data models and system architecture, and following engineering tradeoffs in a design discussion.
- Ownership and delivery. A track record of running multiple complex, high-visibility projects at once and driving them to outcomes.
EVEN BETTER...
- Experience building or deploying AI/LLM agents in production — hands-on with the tools behind them (eval frameworks, agent tooling, RAG, prompt engineering) — working closely with technical counterparts.
- You've been a founder, founding team member, or operator — you know how to balance craft, ownership, and speed.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience — and/or an MBA or comparable experience at the intersection of technology and business.
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
