You’ll work closely with the Financial Controller and FP&A Lead, and partner with our dedicated Supply Chain and Procurement teams to ensure purchasing activity flows into finance accurately and efficiently. SUPPORT REPORTING AND COMPLIANCE - Provide accurate, timely finance data to support reporting on actuals, cash, burn, vendor spend and other operating costs. - Maintain clear visibility over cost centres, contracts, recurring expenses and supplier commitments. - Prepare documentation and data for audit, statutory filings and compliance reporting. - Maintain supporting reconciliations and schedules, and coordinate information requests with external auditors and advisers. - Support VAT, and indirect tax obligations globally. - Work with FP&A to reconcile actual results against budgets and forecasts and investigate material differences.
