HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.

That's what the Alan Clinic is for. 120 health professionals (and one AI) work behind the scenes to answer all our member's questions, consult in video, redirect you to the nearest hospital, interpret your lab results. And while it feels effortless for members, the logistics behind it are next level. We plan to grow the clinic further in the best medical suite of tools for both members and doctors.

Role Overview:
At Cargoo, we are building supply chain products around complex, real-world logistics operations.
It is understanding the actual problem, turning complexity into clear product decisions, and helping a development team deliver the right solution.
We are looking for a Product Owner / Senior Business Analyst who can connect business needs, customer problems, and technology - and take ownership of turning them into working products.
Problem space:
Logistics product development means dealing with:
• complex and evolving business rules
• multiple stakeholders with different priorities
• fragmented operational processes
• incomplete requirements and changing assumptions
• legacy + new system coexistence
• customer needs vs. platform strategy
• technical constraints
• constant pressure to deliver value
You will work in the middle of this complexity.
Your job is to bring clarity, make decisions, and keep the team focused on what matters most.
What you’ll own:
• product vision and direction together with key stakeholders
• translating real customer and business problems into product solutions
• product scope, priorities, and delivery decisions
• the Product Backlog and its continuous refinement
• Use Cases, Requirements, and Business Rules
• User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
• balancing customer value, technical feasibility, business priorities, and timelines
• keeping the development team aligned throughout the product lifecycle
• ensuring delivered solutions support the wider Cargoo platform and business architecture
How you’ll work:
You will work closely with stakeholders, customers, subject matter experts, and the development team.
You will:
• ask questions until the actual problem is understood
• challenge assumptions and unclear requirements
• turn complex business processes into clear product logic
• make decisions when priorities or requirements conflict
• ensure the team always works on the highest-value opportunities
• manage the balance between new functionality, maintenance, and product lifecycle needs
• continuously improve how the team discovers, defines, and delivers products
This is not a role where requirements are simply handed over to development.
We expect you to understand the problem, own the decisions, and stay involved until value is delivered.
What we expect from you:
• 5+ years of experience in software or web product development, preferably in a Product Owner role
• strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• ability to navigate ambiguity and create structure from complexity
• confidence making decisions and taking ownership of product outcomes
• experience leading and working closely with software development teams
• strong understanding of Agile values and principles, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean
• ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences - from developers and subject matter experts to customers and executives
• ability to manage competing priorities and delivery pressure
• fluent English, both written and spoken
• Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Informatics, or a related field
Experience with logistics or supply chain solutions is a strong plus.
What you won’t find here:
• requirements written only for the sake of documentation
• backlog management without product ownership
• decisions endlessly escalated instead of made
• process for the sake of process
• a perfectly defined problem waiting for you
What matters to us:
• clarity over complexity
• outcomes over output
• ownership over handovers
• customer problems over feature requests
• decisions over endless alignment
• continuous improvement over perfect processes
If this sounds like the kind of product environment where you do your best work - let’s talk.

We are actively expanding our presence in France, and as part of our broader strategy to grow our product offering, we are exploring the launch of new regulated financial services in the French market, including a digital banking offering. To support this, we are strengthening our compliance team and looking for an experienced MLCO to build and lead the AML/CFT function for this new area of our business.
This is a unique opportunity to join at an early stage and directly shape the compliance infrastructure from the ground up.
Design and implement AML/CFT policies and procedures in line with ACPR, TRACFIN and EU regulatory requirements (AMLD5/6);
Build and oversee the KYC/KYB framework, including customer due diligence (CDD/EDD);
Monitor transactions, identify suspicious activity, and prepare TRACFIN filings;
Conduct risk assessments across products, customers, geographies and channels;
Act as the primary point of contact with regulators (ACPR, TRACFIN, AMF);
Train staff on AML/CFT, sanctions compliance and fraud prevention;
Report to senior management on compliance risks and controls.
Requirements
7+ years of experience in AML/CFT compliance within a bank, payment institution (PSP/EMI), or fintech company;
Strong knowledge of French and EU regulatory frameworks (Code monétaire et financier, LCB-FT, AMLD);
Proven hands-on experience directly engaging with regulators (ACPR, TRACFIN) — correspondence, inspections, reporting;
Experience independently building a compliance function or processes from scratch, not just operating within an already established system;
Comfortable working in a startup environment: high ambiguity, few pre-built processes, and the ability to make decisions independently;
Understanding of digital financial and/or payment services and related risks;
Fluent in French and English;
ACAMS certification is a plus.
Benefits

is a well-established multi-regulated broker, founded in Australia, offering traders access to CFD trading on Forex, Indices, Commodities, Stocks and Cryptocurrencies. We are growing and looking to recruit a
Full-time Senior AQA Engineer (Fullstack) in the Cyprus office - a certified Great Place to Work®.
We are developing a social trading platform and are looking for a strong automation engineer who will build end-to-end test coverage across all product layers, with a primary focus on native mobile applications (iOS / Android) and web. This is a role with real autonomy — you will not be "just another QA in the team," but the person who defines quality standards and gradually builds a process where code physically cannot be pushed to production without passing tests.
Currently, there are no automated tests for the mobile applications at all — you will be responsible for building automation from scratch and establishing the surrounding processes.
Reporting to:
QA Lead
Responsibilities:
Design and develop a mobile automation framework from scratch for native iOS and Android applications
Develop and maintain the backend automation framework (API testing)
Cover critical social trading user scenarios: trade copying, deposits/withdrawals, trading account operations
Extend test coverage at the web and API levels
Integrate tests into CI/CD: execution on every commit, pipelines, reporting
Establish pre-commit quality gates using Git hooks (husky / pre-commit) — mandatory test execution before code reaches the repository
Execute tests on real devices, emulators/simulators, and cloud device farms
Drive automation culture: introduce stabilization/automation iterations to prevent coverage degradation over time
Candidate profile:
Mobile
Experience building mobile automation frameworks from scratch for iOS and Android
Native drivers: XCUITest (iOS) and Espresso / UiAutomator2 (Android)
Appium 2.x/3.x as a cross-platform tool for native / hybrid / mobile web
Strong hands-on experience with Android Studio (ADB, emulators) and Xcode / Simulator
Experience running tests on real devices and cloud farms (BrowserStack)
Understanding of mobile app architecture, locator strategies, gestures, and testing under different network conditions
Understanding that mobile tests are more logically maintained within the application repository rather than as a separate project in another language
Languages and Frameworks
Strong Java skills (modern versions); solid understanding of OOP
Kotlin and Swift knowledge is a plus
Test runners and assertions: JUnit 5, test data generation with Instancio / JavaFaker
Web / API
UI automation with Playwright (Java), Page Object Model, stable locators
API automation: REST Assured, REST API and authorization handling
Understanding of flaky tests and retry strategies

ABOUT VOODOO
Founded in 2013, Voodoo is a tech company that creates mobile games and apps with a mission to entertain the world. Gathering 1,000 employees, 7 billion downloads, $1b+ revenues and over 200 million active users, Voodoo is the #3 mobile publisher worldwide in terms of downloads after Google and Meta. Our portfolio includes chart-topping games like Mob Control and Block Jam, alongside popular apps such as BeReal and Wizz.
ROLE
You will work directly with Voodoo's CEO as a force multiplier on the company's highest-stakes topics. This is an operating role, not a support role: you own outcomes on strategic projects, incubate new ventures, keep the company's operating rhythm sharp, and lead a small team of Special Project Managers who act as Voodoo's internal consulting force.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Run strategic projects with the CEO — frame the problem, drive the analysis, align leaders, and push to execution on topics spanning M&A, market expansion, monetization, and organization.
- Explore and launch new ventures — assess opportunities beyond the current portfolio, build the business case, assemble a founding team, and get v1 to market.
- Manage company routines — own the operating cadence: leadership meetings, business reviews, OKR/goal cycles, board preparation; make sure decisions get made and followed through.
- Drive the SPM team — recruit, staff, and coach a team of internal consultants deployed on the company's most pressing operational problems; own prioritization of their portfolio.
- Be the CEO's proxy — represent him in meetings, unblock cross-functional issues, and surface what he needs to know before it becomes urgent.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 6–10 years of experience combining top-tier strategy consulting (Engagement Manager / Project Leader level at MBB), or M&A/PE, and operating experience in a hypergrowth tech company (BizOps, strategy, GM, or founder).
- Track record of leading cross-functional projects at C-level with measurable business impact.
- Entrepreneurial: has built something from scratch (venture, business line, market launch).
- Strong analytical and financial fluency — comfortable with a P&L, unit economics, and data.
- Exceptional communication: crisp, top-down, comfortable challenging senior leaders.
- Low ego, absolute discretion, and stamina for a fast pace; obsessive about follow-through.
- Top-tier academic background
- Fluent English (French is a plus); Gaming/consumer-app affinity a plus.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Daily exposure to the CEO and leadership of the world's #3 mobile publisher.
- A launchpad role: previous holders of comparable seats typically move into GM/VP/founder roles.
- Competitive package.
BENEFITS
- Swile Lunch voucher
- Gymlib (100% borne by Voodoo)
- Premium healthcare coverage SideCare, for your family 100% borne by Voodoo
- Wellness activities in our Paris office
Location: Almaty, Kazakhstan
Workplace: OnSite
WHY WORK AT HIGGSFIELD AI?
Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $500M in annual revenue run rate, 25M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands.
We're building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn't just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Break new features before they ship: agentic systems, MCP servers, code-generating agents, user-deployed apps, generative models for image, video, and voice, and enterprise features (SSO, org and team management, roles). It's new ground, and you'll help define how we secure it. You go first.
What you'll do:
- Pentest new features and products pre-release: web, APIs, admin surfaces.
- Work out the attack surface of each new feature yourself.
- Hunt authorization flaws across our multi-tenant APIs and retest fixes.
- Join design and code reviews early, so flaws die before they're built.
- Turn recurring findings into guardrails — paved-road standards and automated checks — so a bug class dies once instead of resurfacing every release.
- Bring a working repro to the team that owns the code and see the fix through.
Requirements
- A track record of finding real vulnerabilities in real systems — appsec work, bug bounty, or research.
- The ability to read modern codebases, trace a bug to root cause, and discuss the fix with the engineers who wrote it.
- A threat-modeling instinct for spotting the weak spots in a design or architecture before a line is written.
- Enough cloud and container fundamentals to follow a bug into the infrastructure it runs on.
- High agency.
- Working English.
Nice to have
- LLM/agent security research, public research or CVEs, OSWE/CWEE or equivalent hands-on certificates.
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Competitive base salary in USD
- Equity: participation in the company’s stock option program, giving you the opportunity to share in the company’s long-term growth.
- On-site role in our Almaty office (we will relocate you from anywhere).
What you'll get to do
Develop and execute SEO strategies for English-speaking markets
Analyze niche markets and competitors to identify growth opportunities
Generate and test hypotheses to increase traffic and improve conversion rates
Manage content production, set deadlines, and ensure quality delivery
Oversee and optimize link-building processes

Understanding of SEO for large-scale websites with templated or similar-type pages
Experience in product or service companies, or full-cycle projects at digital agencies
Ability to set up workflows and manage projects independently
Strong skills in hypothesis generation, decision justification, and presenting results
What we offer
Confirmed employment from day one
Remote work from anywhere in the world or at our office
Flexible work schedule
Corporate events and team-building activities
A personalized approach to professional growth and development within the company
A team of professionals ready to mentor and share their knowledge and experience
