🌏 Located EMEA Remote/London: Ideally London. Otherwise Europe (hub-based preferred).

DESIGN AT SYNTHESIA
Design at Synthesia exists to clarify, build trust, and make the work memorable. We care about fundamentals (typography, layout, systems thinking) and default to simple, clear communication.
We run with low process and high ownership. Designers are trusted to lead end-to-end, collaborate closely with partners, and ship work that holds up outside of Figma.
For Experiential, that means strong concepts and production discipline: systems, specs, file hygiene, and a high bar for what shows up on-site.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Translate and expand Synthesia’s brand into physical and experiential environments globally
- Evolve the visual design of our event presence — across trade shows, conferences, and owned customer events
- Design booths, spatial environments, signage systems, print assets, and merchandise from design to production
- Develop cohesive event identities across physical and digital touchpoints (presentations, environments, social media posts, events web)
- Design for digital experiential moments (webinars, virtual events, launches)
- Storyboard and design motion and screen-based content for events and keynotes
- Partner closely with Field Marketing and cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life and raise the bar on how we show up
- Provide art direction and guidance to external vendors, agencies, and fabricators
- Own production quality: manage print setup, supplier-ready files, and on-site execution standards
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 6+ years of experience in brand design, visual design, or experiential design, with strong hands-on events experience
- Multidisciplinary designer with a wide skill set and comfortable working across different mediums and crafts; excited about experimenting with new technologies
- Proven experience designing physical environments and real-world brand experiences
Strong visual craft across typography, layout, and physical-to-digital brand translation
- Deep knowledge of print production and large-format design (this is a must)
- Fluent in Figma, with the ability to translate work into production-ready files in Adobe Illustrator
- Experience working across multiple mediums: physical, digital, and motion
- A strong sense of ownership — comfortable leading projects end-to-end in a low-process environment
- A proactive, organised, and ownership-driven mindset — you’re comfortable working autonomously in a small senior team
- A producer mindset: able to balance creative ambition with feasibility, timelines, and budgets
- Comfortable collaborating with and directing external partners, vendors, and agencies
- Strong communication skills and confidence presenting and defending design decisions to stakeholders
- Systems thinker, able to create scalable approaches for global execution
- Comfortable working across different types of projects while keeping experiential as a core focus
- Experience in B2B or tech environments

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data. Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on. Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions. During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the Role
We’re looking for a strategic player coach – a Lead Product Designer who’s ready to tackle complex UX challenges and elevate our product to new heights. If you’re excited to dive deep into intricate design problems, raise the bar for design quality, and design and build a complex interface to data.
You’ll shape the workflows that empower technical users to seamlessly explore and understand their data. You’ll dig into user needs, collaborate closely with product and engineering on product strategy, and help foster a culture where design is seen as crucial to our success.
You will largely own both the design and much of the implementation of a cloud hosted offering. Experience in data interfaces, especially business intelligence, SQL and data exploration interfaces is a giant plus.
We value curiosity, humility, ambition, and designers who understand the technical underpinnings of data, and can even implement their own designs. If this sounds like you, send us a hello with a link to your portfolio. We’d love to see how you think, how you work, and the impact you’ve made!
This is a full-time, hybrid position based out of our Oakland, CA office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.
What You’ll Do
Own the end-to-end design strategy and execution for key areas of our product. Deliver creative solutions while proactively identifying and proposing future improvements and features. Collaborate closely with your stakeholders to shape roadmaps and product direction, align design strategy with business goals, and champion user-centered projects from concept to release.
Act as a vocal and opinionated champion for the user experience. Advocate for user-centered design principles within the organization. Confidently challenge and influence cross-functional partners to embed user considerations in product decisions and ensure the user voice and UX vision remain at the forefront of our product strategy.
Leverage strong communication and compelling storytelling skills to inspire trust, clearly articulate design rationale in terms of business value and technical feasibility, and effectively align teams around your cohesive design strategy. Champion user-centric ideas with your stakeholders and ensure daily design work actively supports strategic business objectives.
Promote design excellence by leading, mentoring, and inspiring your team with your expert guidance, actionable feedback, and championing of best practices. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages experimentation, creativity, and continuous improvement. Actively explore new tools, methods, and approaches to elevate the design process and raise the bar for UX quality across teams.
Conduct and utilize user research to deeply understand our technical users. Proactively identifying user needs, pain points, and opportunities. Inform design decisions with insights from your research and validate your concepts through testing and feedback.
Deliver with grit and urgency and drive impactful results in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrate resilience in navigating ambiguity, proactively unblock challenges, maintain momentum, and ensure high-quality design outcomes in a dynamic environment.
Skills We’re Looking For
8+ years of experience in end-to-end Product Design with significant experience designing for data-heavy, complex, technical or developer-oriented SaaS/B2B products.
Extensive AI tool and development experience
Proven track record of leading major design initiatives.

OKX will be prioritising applicants who have a current right to work in Hong Kong, and do not require OKX's sponsorship of a visa.
Who We Are
At OKX, we believe that the future will be reshaped by crypto, and ultimately contribute to every individual's freedom.
OKX is a leading crypto exchange, and the developer of OKX Wallet, giving millions access to crypto trading and decentralized crypto applications (dApps). OKX is also a trusted brand by hundreds of large institutions seeking access to crypto markets. We are safe and reliable, backed by our Proof of Reserves.
Across our multiple offices globally, we are united by our core principles:
We Before Me
,
Do the Right Thing
, and
Get Things Done
. These shared values drive our culture, shape our processes, and foster a friendly, rewarding, and diverse environment for every OK-er.
About The Opportunity
OKX is building local exchange businesses from the ground up across multiple emerging and high-growth markets. We are looking for a product leader who has driven a complete 0-to-1 cycle in a priority overseas market — someone who will own the product strategy and local growth playbook for a specific region or country, and be directly accountable for product competitiveness and business growth outcomes in that market.
This role sits at the intersection of the Local business team and Global product and engineering. You'll go deep into the local market — translating user profiles, regulatory landscapes, and competitive dynamics into product and growth strategies — while driving Global product and engineering resources to deliver locally, ensuring the product experience and competitiveness actually take off on the ground.
We are not prescriptive about which specific region you've built in previously — LatAm, Southeast Asia, Turkey, MENA, or others are all relevant. What matters is that you have personally built a business in an emerging market, closed the growth loop, and can transfer that methodology to OKX's priority regions.
This is a product leadership role, not a country general manager role — but you need to operate with near business-owner accountability: responsible for the region's core growth metrics and product competitiveness, not just shipping features.
What You’ll Be Doing
Regional Product Strategy & Local Growth Planning
Own product strategy and local growth planning for a specific region or country, working across the Local business team and Global product and engineering to be directly accountable for local product competitiveness and business growth outcomes.
Develop a deep understanding of local user profiles, legal and regulatory frameworks, competitive landscapes, and cultural nuances, and translate these into a comprehensive product competition strategy and channel growth strategy with clear prioritization.
Continuously track the local crypto and fintech ecosystem — with a focus on global players and regional leaders across exchanges and fintech — as well as macro factors such as inflation, currency depreciation, and cross-border remittance demand that shape user trading behavior.
Local Product Experience & Competitiveness
Own the end-to-end local product experience and competitiveness, covering onboarding, fiat deposit, market analysis, trading, and earn — the core stages of the user journey.
Build a comprehensive local product feedback loop — from user behavior data and funnel analysis, to local user feedback collection — to identify key bottlenecks and high-leverage opportunities in conversion, retention, and engagement, and drive iterative improvement.
Adapt to local market characteristics (inflation-driven demand, competitor switching costs, payment method preferences, etc.) to reduce drop-off from registration to first trade and shorten time-to-first-trade.
Channel Growth & Cross-team Collaboration
Work with local teams to identify effective user acquisition channels; lead the discovery, introduction, integration, and scaling of high-impact channels.
Leverage your local network — KOLs, fintech partners, payment providers, regulatory contacts — to accelerate market entry and growth.
Collaborate closely with regional BD, Marketing, Operations, and Global product and engineering to ensure product initiatives align with local growth objectives.
What We Look For In You
0-to-1 business building and growth experience in an emerging market
(e.g., LatAm, Southeast Asia, Turkey, MENA, or similar) — you can clearly articulate the regional metrics you owned and the business outcomes you delivered. You held a product, strategy, or growth role during the early stage of an international expansion at a tech company or at a high-growth local champion in the region.
Comprehensive business growth and user growth methodology
— you have fully owned a user funnel (acquisition → activation → retention) and can speak to results with data: CAC, activation rates, D7/D30 retention, LTV, reactivation. Your work was growth experimentation and product intervention, not just media buying.
Strong product management capability
— you can define product strategy and success metrics, prioritize a roadmap, drive A/B testing, and collaborate with product and engineering to deliver. This is a product leadership role, not a GM or pure growth marketing role.
Proven cross-functional collaboration
— able to drive alignment across teams (design, engineering, data, commercial), manage external partnerships, and navigate regulatory conversations. Effective at aligning resources between Local and Global organizations.
Deep local market knowledge and an established local network
— you understand local user behaviors, payment ecosystems (e.g., PIX, SPEI, Mercado Pago, UPI, GCash, DANA, M-Pesa, depending on region), regulatory environments, and competitive dynamics. You have partners, KOLs, and industry relationships in the region that you can activate.
Consumer product management experience
in fintech, crypto, or trading preferred. Candidates with experience managing or mentoring product teams will be considered for the Senior Product Director level.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficiency in Mandarin is a strong plus for effective collaboration with HQ teams.
Nice-To-Haves
Proficiency in a local language relevant to the target region (Spanish, Portuguese, Bahasa Indonesia, Arabic, Turkish, etc.).
Crypto exchange product experience — spot/derivatives trading, order types, fee structures, token listings, and fiat on/off-ramp flows.
Familiarity with local payment rails and fiat-to-crypto conversion flows in emerging markets.
Hands-on trading experience in FX, equities, or crypto.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
More that we love to tell you along the process!
Please note that Hong Kong is a group-level service hub, and OKX does not carry on a business of operating a virtual asset trading platform in Hong Kong.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
Join our growing Ops Engineering team and help build internal tooling and infrastructure that empowers operators at Ramp. As an internal-facing team, you'll work directly with our operations teams to design, implement, and scale tools and systems that enable them to serve our customers more efficiently and effectively. Our ideal candidate has a strong sense of ownership and enjoys owning projects from inception to scaling them in production. We value people who take pride in their work, and show an aptitude for learning quickly whether they're familiar with our stack or not. You'll be working with a nimble team of committed and talented engineers and having a large, long-term impact on technical design and engineering culture. We are intentionally pushing to use AI to automate workflows end-to-end, reducing manual toil and standardizing patterns across Retool, Zendesk, and our internal APIs.
What You'll Do
- Design and build full-stack internal applications and tools that empower operations teams to work more efficiently and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Develop robust backend services and APIs that power internal tooling, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance
- Build integrations with third-party platforms like Retool, Zendesk, and other operational systems to create seamless workflows
- Leverage AI tooling and capabilities to build intelligent automation, enhance operator productivity, and improve decision-making within internal tools
- Create data-driven features and analytics that provide operations teams with actionable insights and improved visibility
- Collaborate closely with operations stakeholders to understand pain points, gather requirements, and iterate on solutions that solve real business problems
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following software engineering best practices
- Participate in code reviews, mentor team members, and contribute to the growth of engineering culture
- Own features end-to-end from design through deployment, monitoring, and iteration based on user feedback
- Participate in an On Call rotation to resolve critical issues impacting internal users
What You'll Need
- 5+ years of software engineering experience building and shipping production applications
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, TypeScript/Node.js, or similar
- Experience building full-stack applications with modern frameworks (React, Next.js, or similar for frontend)
- Solid understanding of backend architecture, API design, and database systems (PostgreSQL, Redis, etc.)
- Demonstrated aptitude for working with AI technologies, including experience integrating LLMs, building AI-powered features, or applying AI to solve business problems
- Experience building internal tools or working closely with non-technical stakeholders to understand and solve their problems
- Strong product sense and user empathy, with ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) and modern DevOps practices
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with operations, product, and engineering teams
- Strong sense of ownership and bias toward action, with ability to move quickly and iterate based on feedback

As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact. During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the Role
Fivetran needs an engineer-architect who can make the AI analyst experience real, dependable, and extensible. This role owns the architecture behind the analyst AI system, including metadata contracts, tool interfaces, context assembly, prompt and skill orchestration, evaluation loops, and the operational patterns that make agents useful in real workflows instead of isolated demos.
This is a systems role as much as an AI role. The challenge is not just getting an LLM to do something impressive once. The challenge is building a product-quality analyst system that can reason over schema and business context, use tools correctly, recover from ambiguity, and improve through disciplined evaluation and iteration.
This is a full-time, hybrid position based at our Oakland, CA office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.
What You'll Do
Define the architecture for the analyst AI stack across prompts, tools, metadata, memory and context strategies, evaluation, and runtime safety.
Build the abstractions and interfaces that allow product teams to add new agent capabilities without creating brittle prompt sprawl.
Design retrieval and context strategies that give the model the right information at the right time with strong cost, latency, and quality tradeoffs.
Establish evaluation loops, benchmark suites, and review processes so model behavior can be measured, debugged, and improved systematically.
Partner with product, engineering, and analyst-domain experts to translate real analytical workflows into robust AI-assisted product capabilities.
Drive quality standards around correctness, trust, transparency, and failure handling in analyst-facing AI experiences.
What We're Looking For
Deep experience building AI-enabled product systems, not just running experiments.
Strong software architecture skills, especially around APIs, contracts, orchestration, and system boundaries.
Practical understanding of LLM prompting, tool use, retrieval, structured outputs, and evaluation methods.
Ability to work fluently across backend engineering, product constraints, and user workflow design.
Clear judgment about where agent systems should be flexible and where they should be constrained.
Comfort working in ambiguous environments where patterns are still being invented.
Why This Role Matters
The quality of the AI analyst experience will shape how differentiated Fivetran feels. This role determines whether the system is merely novel or actually reliable enough to become part of an analyst's day-to-day workflow. Strong architecture here reduces product risk and creates leverage for the rest of the team.
