Position Summary:
The Sr. Director, HR Technology and AI Enablement, delivers PointClickCare's HR technology roadmap and leads the shift to an AI-first, agent-enabled model of HR service delivery. Reporting to the VP Total Rewards, the role executes the platform and AI strategy the pillar sets, redesigns HR workflows and AI-human handoffs ahead of the SAP SuccessFactors-to-Workday migration, and operationalizes the data governance and responsible-AI controls that make automation safe in a healthcare context. Partnering closely with the Sr. Director, HR COEs, SDO, Procurement and OCIO, the role leads a team through significant platform and ways-of-working change, turning pillar strategy into a working technology capability for PCC.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Technology Roadmap Execution & Platform Sequencing
Co-develop with the Workforce Intelligence and HR Technology Leader and execute the multi-year HR technology roadmap Evaluate, select, and sequence platforms and agentic AI across the ecosystem (Workday, Moveworks, ServiceNow Now Assist, Payfactors, Power BI, Qualtrics) against business outcomes
Operating-Model & Workflow Redesign (ahead of Workday configuration)
Partner with the HR COEs and the four-zone workflow classification to redesign HR workflows and AI–human handoffs before Workday is configured, so Zone 1 and Zone 2 automation is built natively pre-go-live rather than retrofitted. This sequencing is the highest-leverage lever for FY27 and prevents PCC from hardcoding today’s inefficiency into the system for years.
Platform Migration, AI Agent & Automation Delivery (SuccessFactors → Workday)
Lead end-to-end delivery of the Workday migration and the deployment of conversational and agentic AI (Moveworks, Now Assist), owning project plans, configuration, testing, cutover, and hypercare. Define which workflows are automated versus human-led, monitor agent performance and quality, and manage vendors and budget. Close partnership & collaboration with Procurement, OCIO & SDO through all phases required. Final budget and contract decisions made with partners and Sr. Director
Data Governance, Privacy & Responsible AI
Build and safeguard the data foundation for AI.": an HR data quality audit ahead of migration, operationalizing the data governance policy that defines what AI systems can access, and Workday as the single source of truth. Advance People Analytics maturity and the skills taxonomy that underpins workforce planning.
Team Leadership, Adoption & Employee Experience
Lead and develop the HR technology team, reskilling it as work shifts from configuration to AI orchestration. Apply product and user-experience thinking, and drive adoption and change management so employees and managers experience HR technology as fast, intuitive, and trusted.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
10+ years of progressive HR technology / HRIS experience, including 5+ years leading and developing teams, and prior experience operating at a leader level or equivalent scope.
Demonstrated experience leading an enterprise HCM platform implementation or migration (e.g., Workday and/or SAP SuccessFactors).
Experience redesigning HR processes and workflows for automation — mapping current state, eliminating waste, and designing AI–human handoffs ahead of system configuration.
Hands-on experience deploying or operating enterprise AI and automation tools — conversational and agentic AI and AI-enabled service management (e.g., ServiceNow / Now Assist, Moveworks).
Strong AI literacy: a working understanding of large language models, AI agents, prompt design, and responsible/ethical AI, data governance, privacy, and security.
People analytics and data fluency — able to turn HR data into insight and design trusted reporting and dashboards.
Proven project and change management skills, delivering across cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors on time and on budget.
Demonstrated experience owning technology vendor relationships and negotiating contracts at a half million threshold or above
Product- and outcome-oriented mindset — frames technology investments in terms of business and employee-experience outcomes.
Preferred Experience:
Workday certification(s) and/or ServiceNow HR Service Delivery experience.
Experience in a high-growth SaaS or technology company.
Experience establishing AI governance, human-in-the-loop frameworks, or classifying workflows by AI impact.
Experience with integration architecture (APIs, iPaaS) and enterprise HR data governance.
Experience with data privacy and security in a regulated or healthcare environment (e.g., PHI / HIPAA).
Experience leading and developing a technical HR / HRIS team.
Familiarity with UX and service-design methods applied to employee-facing technology.
Relevant certifications (PMP, Prosci / change management, HRIP, CHRP / SHRM).

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic is seeking a partnerships leader to own the tri-party motion for systems integrator partnerships selling through AWS. Global systems integrators and specialist SIs are how Claude reaches enterprise customers at scale, and AWS is the surface most of that work runs on. You will own the intersection of those two ecosystems.
In this role, you will build the go-to-market motion that turns partner interest into joint pipeline and closed revenue, working across AWS's partner organization and the AWS practices inside the world's largest integrators. You will define how Claude is positioned inside AWS partner programs, design the commercial mechanics that let partners transact and get rewarded, and build the joint plays that partners take to their customers.
This is a build role. The partner ecosystem is early, the programs are still being designed, and you will be operating across three organizations whose incentives on any given deal don’t always line up. You will help shape how frontier AI technology reaches the enterprise through the services ecosystem.
You will report directly to the Head of AWS GTM Partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the GTM strategy for our systems integrator partnerships through AWS, including co-selling motions, joint business plans, events and segment-specific plays
Own forecasting, pipeline development, and revenue targets for partner-sourced and partner-influenced business
Design the commercial mechanics that make the partner motion work, including deal registration, marketplace program structure, and incentives
Build and maintain executive-level relationships across AWS's partner organization and across partner AWS practice leadership
Work with partners to develop repeatable, industry-specific solutions built on Claude, and help them build the delivery capability to take those solutions to market
Partner cross-functionally with Anthropic's alliances, sales, partner marketing, and regional cloud teams to keep the motion consistent globally while regions execute locally
Create and implement scalable processes for partnership operations, including escalation management, business reviews, and reporting
Provide strategic market intelligence and competitive insights on the partner ecosystem to inform product and commercial strategy
Identify where to concentrate investment across the partner portfolio and make the case to stop investing where returns are not there
Minimum qualifications
12+ years of enterprise partnerships, alliances, or business development experience, with meaningful time spent on partner ecosystems
Proven track record of building and scaling partnerships with systems integrators, consultancies, or channel partners
Experience building a co-sell or channel motion from the ground up, including the commercial mechanics behind it
Deep understanding of how cloud and partner field organizations operate, and the incentives that drive seller and partner behavior
Track record of carrying and hitting a partner-sourced or partner-influenced revenue number, with credible forecasting behind it
Strong executive presence and demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders where you have no formal authority
Excellence in strategic planning, business operations, and program management
Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution, and a willingness to concentrate effort rather than spread thin
Experience working with technical products and translating complex capabilities into business value
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
Preferred qualifications
Previous experience working with AWS or another hyperscaler partner organization
Working knowledge of systems integrator operating models, including practice structures, delivery economics, and how services revenue drives partner decisions
Background in AI/ML technologies or with developer-focused platforms and their partner ecosystems
Experience scaling partner programs at a company moving from early traction to significant partner-driven revenue
Management consulting experience earlier in your career
Deadline to apply:
None. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$365,000

Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience

Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Global Services is the centre of expertise at Chainalysis — the team that translates our platform, data, and investigative capabilities into real-world impact for customers across law enforcement, national security, financial institutions, and the broader crypto ecosystem.
Chainalysis is seeking a Deployment Strategist to join Global Services as a core technical practitioner. This is not a traditional services or solutions engineering role. Deployment Strategists are embedded technical experts who own the full lifecycle of customer value — from problem discovery and investigation through solution design, deployment, and customer enablement.
The role sits at the intersection of blockchain investigation, data analytics, domain expertise, and customer partnership. You will work directly with customers to understand their mission, conduct investigations, build tailored solutions, and enable customer teams to operationalise Chainalysis independently. Success requires deep investigative capability, genuine domain expertise, technical skill, and the ability to build trusted relationships through credibility — not just communication.
This is the role that makes Chainalysis essential to how our customers operate.
In this role, you’ll:
- Own end-to-end customer engagements — from discovery through investigation, solution design, deployment, enablement, and ongoing value delivery
- Conduct blockchain investigations across the Chainalysis platform, applying tracing, OSINT, and analytical techniques to real customer problems
- Partner directly with customers to understand investigative, intelligence, compliance, or operational objectives and translate them into actionable outcomes
- Design, build, and maintain custom workflows, notebooks, dashboards, queries, and data models using Chainalysis data and products
- Enable customers to operate solutions independently — building their capability so that Chainalysis becomes embedded in their operational infrastructure
- Act as the primary technical and domain advisor for your customers, building trusted relationships through hands-on expertise and credibility
- Deliver live training, demos, investigative walkthroughs, and technical briefings to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Support pre-sales technical engagement for complex and strategic deals — helping customers understand what's possible and how to get there
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Global Intel, and Sales to influence roadmap and improve offerings based on field intelligence
- Develop and share domain expertise, investigative techniques, and best practices that raise the capability of the wider GS team
We’re looking for candidates who have:
- Conducted or directly supported cryptocurrency investigations, blockchain intelligence work, or financial crime analysis in an operational environment
- Deep familiarity with blockchain ecosystems (BTC, ETH, stablecoins, DeFi) and how on-chain data is used in investigations, compliance, or intelligence workflows
- Delivered customer-facing technical solutions — whether investigative outputs, data products, or analytical workflows — in complex, real-world environments
- Worked directly with customers in law enforcement, national security, intelligence, compliance, financial crime, or security-focused domains
- Built insights from large or complex datasets and communicated findings to varied audiences — from analysts to executives
- Operated successfully in fast-paced, ambiguous environments requiring ownership, adaptability, and sound judgment
Required Skills:
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis, transformation, and solution development
- Experience building notebooks, dashboards, and analytical workflows
- Solid understanding of data modelling, querying, and working with large datasets
- Ability to quickly develop deep expertise in Chainalysis data structures, schemas, and products
Domain Expertise
- Substantive knowledge of at least one domain: financial and cyber crime investigations, sanctions and compliance, fraud, national security, DeFi/protocol security, tax, or private sector risk
- Understanding of how customers in your domain operate — their workflows, regulatory environment, and what success looks like for them
- Ability to apply domain knowledge to shape investigation approach, solution design, and customer advisory
Customer & Communication Skills
- Proven ability to build trusted, long-term customer relationships through technical and domain credibility
- Excellent communication skills — can explain complex investigative and data concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable leading customer sessions, workshops, training, and technical working groups
- Experience enabling and upskilling customer teams — not just delivering outputs, but building customer capability
Day-to-Day Activities
- Conduct investigations and analytical work using Chainalysis tools (Reactor, KYT, Data Solutions) in response to customer needs
- Develop and maintain technical artifacts — Python notebooks, SQL queries, dashboards, investigative reports — tailored to customer use cases
- Work side-by-side with customers to design workflows that operationalise Chainalysis data in their environment
- Enable customer teams through hands-on training, walkthroughs, and knowledge transfer — so they can operate independently
- Deliver live demos, investigative briefings, and solution presentations
- Support pre-sales activity — technical discovery, proof-of-value sessions, and solution scoping for prospective customers
- Gather feedback from customers and translate it into actionable recommendations for Product, Engineering, and Global Intel
- Contribute to live training delivery in your domain of expertise
- Support multiple customers concurrently while maintaining quality and responsiveness
- Develop your domain specialism through continuous learning, case work, and engagement with the broader investigations and intelligence community
Personal Attributes
- Highly curious and continuously learning about blockchain technology, investigations, and emerging threats.
- Strong customer focus with a genuine desire to help customers succeed in their mission.
- Self-starter who thrives in ambiguous environments and takes ownership of outcomes.
- Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable operating across teams and functions.
- Deeply curious about blockchain technology, crypto crime, investigations, and the evolving threat landscape
- Strong customer focus with a genuine desire to help customers succeed in their mission — whether that's making an arrest, filing a SAR, or building a compliance programme
- Credibility-driven — earns trust through expertise and delivery, not just presentation
- Self-starter who thrives in ambiguous environments and takes ownership of outcomes
- Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable operating across teams and functions
- Committed to developing deep domain expertise — not satisfied with surface-level knowledge
Nice to have experience:
- Direct experience with Chainalysis products
- Background in law enforcement, intelligence, or military investigations
- Experience providing expert evidence or supporting legal proceedings
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks (BSA/AML, sanctions screening, MiCA, Travel Rule)
- Experience with data engineering tools and platforms (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, cloud-based analytics)
- Published research, intelligence products, or thought leadership in blockchain analytics or financial crime
AI at Chainalysis
AI is not a feature at Chainalysis - it is a new way of working. One that turns instructions into work done, and helps us move faster than the threats we're built to counter, and we expect our employees to take ownership of the output and ensure quality. As the world's most trusted blockchain analytics platform, Chainalysis sits at a rare intersection of proprietary data, regulatory relationships and crypto expertise that makes it uniquely placed to shape and lead the next era of AI-driven intelligence - and we expect everyone here, regardless of role, to be an active part of it.
AI fluency is tied directly to how we measure performance and how we plan to win. There is no substitute for your own curiosity. We provide the tools, workflows, and space to experiment - but the expectation is that you develop these capabilities yourself, bring ideas, and collaborate across teams to reinvent the way work gets done. We are not using AI to do less. We are using it to do what was never possible before.
About Chainalysis

Leveraging your experience with Databricks and Spark across both streaming and batch workloads, dbt or a similar transformation framework, cloud infrastructure, and custom solutions in Python, you'll work closely with our data analysts and engineering teams to turn data into a strategic asset for our company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Data Lake Management: Oversee the data lake and lakehouse layers, ensuring efficient storage, effective partitioning, high data quality, and monitoring and alerting that surfaces issues early.
- Integration and Customisation: Integrate Databricks with a wide range of data sources, including change data capture from operational databases, third-party APIs and blockchain data, and adapt data flows to specific business needs.
- Performance, Scalability and Cost: Optimise pipelines and storage for performance, reliability and cost efficiency at scale.
- Data Governance and Security: Apply best practices for governance, security and compliance in cloud and Databricks environments, including access control, encryption and monitoring.
- Collaboration and Documentation: Work closely with platform engineers, data analysts and other stakeholders to understand data requirements, and document infrastructure, models and best practices.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in Data Engineering: 3+ years as a Data Engineer, with hands-on ownership of production pipelines and lakehouse or data warehouse architecture.
- Databricks and Spark: Strong practical experience with Databricks, Delta Lake and Spark, including both streaming and batch processing, and the judgement to choose between them.
- Data Modelling: Solid understanding of dimensional modelling, slowly changing dimensions and data warehouse design, with the ability to define and defend the grain of the models you build.
- Transformation Frameworks: Experience with dbt or an equivalent framework for managing transformations, testing and lineage.
- Cloud Proficiency: Strong cloud fundamentals, including identity and access management, object storage, networking and infrastructure as code. We run on AWS; deep experience with Azure or GCP transfers well.

Are you ready to join our digital revolution journey?
At Aleph, we’re not just part of the digital advertising landscape—we’re shaping its future. Representing the world’s leading platforms, including TikTok, Amazon, Google, and nearly 55 others, we operate in 130+ markets across new and existing geographies.
Our mission is to empower advertisers and brands to unlock the full potential of these platforms' advertising capabilities. By fostering long-lasting partnerships, we create limitless opportunities for people and businesses to advertise effectively at both local and global levels.
With a presence spanning continents, Aleph offers you the chance to be part of a fast-growing, innovative team where your work makes a direct impact. If you’re ambitious, forward-thinking, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, global environment, Aleph is the perfect place to build your career.
We're building something from the ground up: a high-growth China export advertising business with real ambition and an open runway. We're looking for a driven commercial leader — with strong GCR (Greater China Region) agency market knowledge — who's ready to own the strategy, build agency relationships, and grow a business in one of the most exciting cross-border digital advertising markets today.
This isn't a role for someone who wants to maintain the status quo. It's for someone who wants ownership, enjoys building from zero to one, and is excited by the opportunity to create something with lasting impact.
You'll be shaping the go-to-market from scratch and translating China outbound advertising ambitions into measurable results across global platforms. If you want to build rather than manage, this is the role.
What You Will Do
Lead the Business
Own the China Export agency strategy, manage pipeline, forecast with precision, and close gaps fast.
Communicate progress clearly to regional and global stakeholders with structured, data-informed updates.
Drive Agency Relationships
Serve as the primary senior point of contact for GCR holding companies and export-focused agencies.
Build senior relationships with Investment Directors, Business Directors, and Group Heads. Align on joint business plans and drive partner accountability.
Develop acquisition, activation, and retention programs for agencies and clients.
Lead executive business reviews, agency roadshows, and education sessions to embed the platform into agency planning cycles.
Develop the Market
Define and execute a go-to-market strategy targeting China outbound advertisers across travel, luxury, consumer electronics, gaming, and e-commerce.
Identify whitespace within agency holding groups, activating new teams, trading desks, and specialist export units.
Drive pipeline through advertiser-specific proposals, audience strategies, and campaign frameworks for international markets.
Represent the business at local marketing and partner events; translate market intelligence into strategic decisions.
What We Are Looking For
7–10 years in digital media sales, agency partnerships, or sales leadership, with a track record of building revenue rather than just managing it.
Deep fluency in the GCR agency landscape: how China export budgets are planned, allocated, and traded through holding groups.
Proven senior-level relationship management experience. Comfortable in the boardroom and effective at working level.
Data-driven and operationally sharp: uses analytics to set goals, diagnose problems, and prioritize action.
Experience leading or coaching teams, setting high standards and bringing people along.
Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken).
Familiar with programmatic advertising, trading desks, and agency investment processes.
A self-starter who sets their own bar, thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and doesn't wait for permission.
Comfortable with regular travel across Hong Kong and mainland China.
Nice to Have
Experience with audio, streaming, or entertainment advertising platforms.
Familiarity with cross-border or multi-market campaigns for China-origin advertisers.
Proficiency with Salesforce, or similar sales productivity/CRM tools.
Where You'll Be
Based in Hong Kong, with regular travel across Hong Kong and mainland China, and periodic collaboration with global teams. Hybrid working model.
Why Join Aleph?
Build, don't just manage:
This is a true zero-to-one mandate — you'll design the go-to-market strategy and sales motion for one of the fastest-growing corridors in cross-border digital advertising.
High-visibility impact:
Your work will directly shape how global platforms capture China outbound ad spend, with direct exposure to senior stakeholders across GCR agency holding groups and Aleph's global leadership.
Ownership culture:
Aleph gives commercial leaders real autonomy — you set the strategy, own the roadmap, and are trusted to move fast.
Growth market, growth career:
China's outbound advertising ecosystem across travel, luxury, gaming, and e-commerce is expanding rapidly — this role offers a front-row seat and a path to scale a business as it grows.
Global platform, local expertise:
You'll operate at the intersection of world-class advertising platforms and deep GCR market knowledge, working alongside a team that values data-driven thinking and hands-on relationship building.
Why Join Us?
Aleph is a place of many cultures, perspectives, and talents. We support each other, creating an environment of giving and receiving. We value partnership and communication because we believe it takes a group of people to achieve great things. We are energized by our ever-changing industry, our curiosity keeps us learning and seeking out new opportunities.
We stay flexible and adaptable, and believe in moving with the speed of change. We encourage everyone to strive for more, providing our internal talent with growth opportunities and the ability to learn together.

About Teleport
Don't wait for the future of infrastructure. Be part of it.
Teleport is the AI Infrastructure Identity Company. We're solving one of the hardest problems in security: giving every human, machine, workload, and AI agent a cryptographically secured identity, improving engineering velocity while maintaining security. We make trusted computing simple. This gives you the freedom, power, and autonomy to build and innovate with confidence.
Remote-first and globally distributed, we work with companies like Nasdaq, DoorDash, and Elastic to secure infrastructure for an AI world.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As Senior Partner Marketing Manager, you'll own the strategy and execution of Teleport's partner marketing programs — building the co-marketing campaigns, partner enablement materials, and joint events that drive pipeline through our channel, cloud, and technology alliances. You'll serve as the connective tissue between Marketing and our Channel and Alliance teams, ensuring partner messaging ladders into Teleport's core narrative and that every marketing dollar spent in the ecosystem is tied to measurable pipeline impact. This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution, and who knows how to turn partner relationships into revenue.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Enable the Ecosystem: Create "To-Partner" toolkits, playbooks, and sales enablement materials that empower partner sales teams to effectively pitch Teleport to their customers.
- Strategic Sales Alignment: Serve as the marketing lead for our Channel and Alliance managers, aligning marketing spend with territory goals to accelerate late-stage deals through partner influence.
- Design & Execute Co-Marketing Programs: Lead the strategy and execution of "With-Partner" marketing campaigns, including joint webinars, co-branded content, and digital demand generation designed to drive pipeline for both Teleport and our partners.
- Strategize and Execute Partner Events: Identify and execute partner events and activations. This includes securing speaking slots in partner theaters, organizing high-touch networking events, and managing joint sponsorships.
- Campaign Integration: Collaborate with the Global Campaigns and Product Marketing teams to ensure partner messaging is woven into our core narrative, specifically targeting the "Developer to Decision-Maker" journey.
- Lifecycle Partner Marketing: Collaborate on the end-to-end partner journey, from onboarding new technology partners to optimizing long-term co-marketing ROI.
- Measurement & Optimization: Track, analyze, and report on the impact of partner programs. You will own the metrics for partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, iterating on tactics based on data-driven insights.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in partner marketing within the B2B SaaS space.
- Ecosystem Knowledge: Proven track record of working with channel partners/resellers and major cloud providers like (AWS, GCP, Azure) or security/infrastructure technology partners.
- Background: In cybersecurity and knowledge of industry.
- The "Tradeshow" Mindset: You understand that events are about density and trust. You have experience managing logistics and high-stakes networking environments.
- Project Management: Exceptional ability to manage multiple stakeholders (internal and external) and meet deadlines.
- Tech Stack: Hands-on proficiency with Salesforce and marketing automation (HubSpot/Marketo). Experience with PRM (Partner Relationship Management) tools is a plus.
- Communication: You can translate deep technical concepts into value-driven stories for both business and technical audiences.
- Travel: Willingness to travel (up to 30%) to key partner hubs and major industry events.
HOW WE HIRE
Our process is designed to be straightforward and respectful of your time. We skip performative rounds and focus on what matters: understanding how you think and what you can do.

ABOUT SENTRY
Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building.
Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future.
ABOUT THIS ROLE
At Sentry, our Mobile team builds the next generation of observability tools for developers worldwide — processing over a billion events every single day. We're looking for a technical Senior Product Manager, Mobile to bring clarity and context to the team and help us create a delightful Sentry experience for mobile developers across the globe.
At Sentry, product managers, engineers, and engineering managers work together to help shape the roadmap and decide what to build next – with the engineering manager ultimately owning the decision. Your role will be to make sure the team deeply understands its users, the market, and how the product performs in the real world, including where it delights and where it creates friction, so the right decisions happen naturally. This position reports to the Director of Engineering..
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Turn scattered signal into clear context: Build and run a system that continuously gathers insight from everywhere it lives — users, customers, GitHub, our own product data, and the wider market (competitors, ecosystem trends, and industry shifts) — and turn it into well-framed problems, opportunities, and tradeoffs that inform the Mobile roadmap and guide prioritization. Draw out the people closest to customers (Sales, Support, Solutions) who are often acutely aware of the features we're missing, especially the ones about to cause customer churn
- Be the developer's voice: Talk to developers and engineering leaders on a steady cadence, represent them when internal decisions get made, test ideas quickly and cheaply before committing engineering, and use what you learn to keep us aligned on the top priorities for this persona
- Elevate the end-to-end mobile developer experience: Together with the Engineering Manager & Mobile engineers you will influence and improve the full user journey, from catching and surfacing a mobile issue in Sentry to resolving it automatically — across native (iOS, Android) and cross-platform (React Native, Flutter, KMP) developers alike
- Connect the dots and build trust: Partner closely not just with the engineering team, but also various internal stakeholders across the company — earning trust over time by delivering on your commitments and communicating clearly with people inside and outside the company
- Use AI to go faster and deeper: Apply strong judgment about where AI adds real leverage in discovery, synthesis, and analysis, and build it into repeatable systems rather than one-off prompts
- Measure outcomes, not output: Commit to measurable objectives tied to real customer and business value, track the metrics that matter across usage and revenue, and turn what you see into hypotheses and action
YOU’LL LOVE THIS JOB IF YOU
- Are relentlessly curious about users: you love talking to developers and customers, digging into data, structuring what you learn, and turning it into sharp hypotheses, problems, and bets
- Genuinely care about developer experience: you love mobile platforms and sweat the details of a great end-to-end UX
- Are technical enough to earn developers' trust: you know how software gets built, because you built or still build mobile applications yourself
- Are a high-agency self-starter who organizes their own work: you don't wait to be told what to do — you find the problems that matter and bring them to a solution
- Lead through context & collaboration, not control: energized by making a team smarter and letting them own priorities, rather than dictating the roadmap yourself
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years experience as a Mobile developer — you don’t solely rely on empathy when representing this persona, but speak from your own experience as well
- 5+ years as a Product Manager, ideally with B2B SaaS and observability products for mobile platforms — backed by a background in mobile software engineering (Apple, Android, React Native, Flutter, etc.)
- Experience talking to customers directly and running continuous product discovery — you let evidence, not opinion, shape decisions
- Strong business and product judgment with an affinity for data and metrics — you turn signals into clear hypotheses and actions
- Excellent written and spoken communication, and a track record of driving outcomes through influence rather than authority — building alignment with engineering teams and business stakeholders through evidence and a clear narrative
- Fluent with AI in your daily workflow — you use it to work faster and sharper across your PM craft, and know where it doesn't help
- You live in the Vienna area or are willing to relocate
Not sure if you meet 100% of the qualifications? We encourage you to apply anyway. We're interested in people who are excited about this opportunity and eager to grow.
We are obliged by law to quote the minimum wage of EUR €64,554,-- gross per year for this position, in accordance with the respective collective agreement (IT-KV).
A successful candidate will be eligible to participate in Sentry’s employee benefit plans/programs applicable to the candidate’s position (including incentive compensation, equity grants, paid time off, and group health insurance coverage). See Sentry Benefits https://sentry.io/careers/ for more details about the Company’s benefit plans/programs.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY AT SENTRY
Sentry is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to its employees and candidates for employment regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity, veteran status, or other legally-protected characteristic. This commitment includes the provision of reasonable accommodations to employees and candidates for employment with physical or mental disabilities who require such accommodations in order to (a) perform the essential functions of their jobs, or (b) seek employment with Sentry. We strive to build a diverse team, with an inclusive culture where every teammate can thrive. Sentry is an open-source company because we believe that everyone, everywhere, should have the ability and tools to make great software. Software should be accessible. That starts with making our industry accessible.

Japan is one of the most sophisticated enterprise technology markets in the world, and one where partners, not vendors, typically own the customer relationship. The Head of Partnerships, Japan will build and lead the team that makes Anthropic's partner ecosystem the primary route to Japanese enterprise.
You will set the partner strategy for Japan, develop the team that executes it, and own the partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, revenue and attach rate for the country. You will personally lead our most strategic partner relationships at the executive level while coaching your team to do the same across the GSI, regional SI, and reseller landscape.
This is a player-coach role for an experienced partner leader who has built and scaled partner businesses in Japan before, ideally for a US technology company entering or growing in the market. You will work day to day with the Japan sales leadership and the in-region Applied AI team, represent Japan within Anthropic's International Partnerships organisation, and carry the voice of Japanese partners and customers into our global product and go-to-market decisions.
Key responsibilities
Lead and build the team
Hire, develop and retain a high-performing Japan partner team spanning GSI, regional SI and reseller coverage, sized and structured to the market opportunity
Set clear goals, territories and partner portfolios for each team member, and hold the team accountable to pipeline, revenue and attach-rate outcomes
Establish the team's operating cadence: one-on-ones, weekly pipeline reviews, deal inspection, partner QBRs and quarterly business planning
Coach the team on executive engagement, joint business planning and co-selling in Japanese enterprise accounts, and model those behaviours personally
Set and own the Japan partner strategy
Define which partner segments, partners and motions Anthropic prioritises in Japan, and in what sequence, based on revenue potential, customer reach and strategic fit
Design the partner coverage model across our partner landscape (NTT DATA, Fujitsu, NEC, Hitachi, Accenture and others), and where we go deep vs. broad.
Localise Anthropic's global partner program for Japan, including tiers, incentives, enablement paths and rules of engagement, and feed Japan requirements back into the global program design
Own the annual and quarterly partner business plan for Japan and report on it to International Partnerships leadership
Lead our most strategic partnerships
Own the executive relationships with Anthropic's most consequential partners in Japan, from joint business planning through to board-level sponsorship on both sides
Negotiate and structure partnership agreements, including resale, co-development and revenue-sharing constructs, working with Legal, Finance and Deal Desk
Lead the creation of joint solutions and industry offerings with partner practices in manufacturing, financial services, retail, telecommunications, life sciences and the public sector
Own partner pipeline, revenue and attach rate
Carry the Japan partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue targets, and the partner attach-rate target, for the team
Run a disciplined forecast with the team and with Japan sales leadership, ensuring partner deals are registered, progressed and closed with predictability
Decide where to deploy partner investments (market development funds, enablement, co-marketing, headcount) for the highest return
Build the reporting and systems hygiene that gives International Partnerships and Anthropic leadership a clear, trusted view of the Japan partner business
Represent Japan and drive cross-functional execution
Act as the single point of accountability for the partner business in Japan with Japan sales leadership, the Applied AI organisation, Marketing, Legal and Product
Ensure Japanese partner and customer requirements, including language, data residency, security and sovereignty needs, are understood and prioritised by global product and engineering teams
Partner with the Japan sales leader to embed partners into account planning and co-selling for the country's priority accounts
Resolve channel conflict between direct sales, SIs and resellers, and set the rules of engagement that keep the ecosystem healthy as it grows
Be the face of Anthropic's partner ecosystem in Japan
Represent Anthropic at partner executive forums, industry conferences and analyst engagements related to the partner ecosystem
Sponsor the development of Japanese customer success stories, delivered with partners, that resonate with Japanese enterprise buyers
Build Anthropic's reputation as the partner-first AI company in Japan through the way your team shows up every day
Minimum qualifications
Experience in enterprise technology, with a substantial portion leading partner, alliances or channel businesses in Japan
People leadership experience over partner or alliance teams, with a track record of hiring, developing and retaining strong performers
