Location: San Francisco, CA Workplace: OnSite ABOUT US At LangChain, our mission is to make intelligent agents ubiquitous. We build the foundation for agent engineering in the real world, helping developers move from prototypes to production-ready AI agents that teams can rely on. We began as widely adopted open-source tools and have grown to also offer a platform for building, evaluating, deploying, and operating agents at scale. With $125M raised at Series B from IVP, Sequoia, Benchmark, CapitalG, and Sapphire Ventures, we’re at a stage where we’re continuing to develop new products, growth is accelerating, and all team members have meaningful impact on what we build and how we work together. LangChain is a place where your contributions can shape how this technology shows up in the real world. Today, our platform includes LangSmith (Observability, Evaluation, Deployment, Fleet, and Sandboxes), our open source frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, and Deep Agents), and the newly launched LangSmith Engine for autonomous agent improvement. We have 100M+ monthly open source downloads, 6,000+ active LangSmith customers, and 5 of the Fortune 10 use LangSmith in production (+ 35% of the Fortune 500 overall), including teams at Klarna, Clay, Coinbase, Workday, Lyft, Cloudflare, Harvey, Rippling, Vanta, LinkedIn, Monday.com, Nvidia, and Bridgewater. ABOUT THE ROLE We're hiring an experienced Performance Marketer to own and scale paid search and emerging AI advertising channels at LangChain, starting with Google Ads, Bing (Microsoft Advertising), and ChatGPT. You'll own the entire paid acquisition experience, from developing channel strategy and building campaigns to optimizing landing pages, improving conversion rates, and driving qualified pipeline. This is a highly hands-on role. You'll be the person building campaigns, analyzing performance, testing creative, improving landing pages, and identifying new opportunities to scale. We're looking for someone who combines deep paid search expertise with a willingness to experiment with emerging advertising platforms. You should be comfortable managing significant budgets, making data-driven investment decisions, and connecting advertising performance to downstream pipeline rather than just clicks, leads, or conversions. WHAT YOU'LL OWN PAID ACQUISITION STRATEGY AND PIPELINE - Own the strategy across Google Ads, Bing, and ChatGPT advertising, with the opportunity to expand into additional AI-native advertising channels. - Develop channel-specific strategies based on audience intent, available targeting capabilities, and expected pipeline contribution. - Own budget allocation, forecasting, and performance against pipeline targets. - Balance investment across branded, non-branded, competitor, and product-specific campaigns, along with emerging AI advertising opportunities. - Identify opportunities to scale high-performing campaigns and build repeatable playbooks for new channels. - Develop testing roadmaps across audiences, messaging, bidding, conversion experiences, and new advertising formats. END-TO-END CAMPAIGN EXECUTION You'll own campaign execution across all three channels: - Google Ads: Build, launch, and manage campaigns across branded, non-branded, competitor, and product search, including keyword research, match types, negative keywords, bidding, and budget optimization. - Bing / Microsoft Advertising: Develop and manage campaigns tailored to Microsoft's search audience, identifying opportunities to extend reach and capture incremental high-intent demand. - ChatGPT advertising: Develop and execute an early advertising strategy, testing available placements, audience approaches, messaging, and conversion experiences as the platform evolves. - Creative and messaging: Write and test ad copy in partnership with Product Marketing, adapting messaging to each channel and its user intent. - Experimentation: Run structured tests to improve acquisition efficiency, traffic quality, and pipeline conversion. - Campaign operations: Own campaign setup, tracking validation, launch readiness, troubleshooting, and day-to-day optimization. PAID CONVERSION EXPERIENCE AND WEBSITE OPTIMIZATION - Own the website conversion experience for traffic acquired through Google, Bing, and ChatGPT. - Build and optimize dedicated landing pages for paid acquisition campaigns using Webflow or similar tools. - Develop and execute A/B tests across landing page messaging, layouts, CTAs, and forms. - Identify friction across the full user journey, from ad interaction to product sign-up, demo request, or meeting booking. - Optimize conversion paths for both developers exploring LangSmith and enterprise buyers evaluating commercial solutions. - Partner with Marketing Operations to improve form conversion, qualification, routing, and meeting booking. - Ensure landing page experiences reflect the user's intent and context across different advertising channels. MEASUREMENT, REPORTING, AND OPTIMIZATION - Own performance reporting across spend, traffic, conversions, qualified leads, meetings, opportunities, and pipeline. - Develop channel-specific measurement frameworks for Google Ads, Bing, and ChatGPT based on their available reporting and conversion capabilities. - Partner with Marketing Operations to connect advertising conversion signals with HubSpot and Salesforce data. - Optimize established search channels toward downstream pipeline signals, including offline conversion tracking where supported. - Establish a testing and measurement approach for emerging channels where attribution and optimization capabilities may be less mature. - Analyze performance across channels, audiences, campaigns, and landing pages to identify where to invest, optimize, or reduce spend. CROSS-FUNCTIONAL PARTNERSHIP - Partner with Product Marketing to translate positioning into search campaigns, AI advertising messaging, and landing page experiences. - Work closely with Web and Design on landing page development and conversion experimentation. - Collaborate with Marketing Operations on tracking, attribution, CRM integrations, and reporting accuracy. - Align with Demand Generation on product launches, campaign priorities, budget allocation, and pipeline targets. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - 5–11 years in performance marketing, paid search, or B2B growth marketing, ideally in developer tools, infrastructure, or technical SaaS. - Deep hands-on expertise in Google Ads and experience managing Microsoft Advertising. - Proven experience personally building, launching, and optimizing paid search campaigns. - Strong understanding of campaign architecture, keyword intent, bidding strategies, negative keywords, and search budget optimization. - Experience testing new advertising platforms or emerging acquisition channels. Curiosity about AI-native search and advertising is important. - Strong experience with conversion rate optimization, landing page development, and A/B testing. - Experience managing meaningful budgets and optimizing toward qualified pipeline and revenue outcomes. - Strong analytical skills and fluency in CPC, CVR, CPL, cost per opportunity, pipeline contribution, and attribution. - Working knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, GA4, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, Salesforce, and Flint/Webflow. - Comfortable with technical products and developer audiences. - A strong experimentation mindset and willingness to build new programs without an established playbook. - Comfortable with ambiguity and true ownership. As Escalation Manager, you'll own complex, executive, and commercial escalations where customer trust and the relationship are at stake, alongside or independently of a technical issue. Partner with the Head of IM/EM to develop playbooks, communication templates, and process improvements based on patterns from escalations. What you'll bring Experience in enterprise technical support, customer success, or incident and escalation management at a business-to-business software-as-a-service or enterprise software company. The ability to coordinate Engineering, Support, Product, Customer Success, and Sales under pressure without formal authority over those teams. Calm, structured decision-making with incomplete information and the ability to provide a steadying presence in high-stress customer situations. Availability for on-call coverage supporting executive escalations as part of a globally distributed team. Nice to have: Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundation or equivalent certification; customer-facing experience with GitLab, development, security, and operations (DevSecOps), continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD), or cloud-native products; experience with formal escalation or incident command frameworks; or AI-assisted support tools for triage, sentiment analysis, or resolution drafting. We're hiring a Growth GTM Engineer to build the systems that turn product usage into revenue and turn self-serve usage into enterprise pipeline. You'll turn first-party Computer and Enterprise usage into account-level signals. You'll ship the in-product paths that capture sales intent, and build and validate those signals with data science. Alongside product engineers, you ship production code, instrument the product and run experiments. Publish them as trusted models that sales use for scoring and routing. - Own the in-product paths from self-serve to sales, like contact-sales entry points, high-intent upsells and meeting booking, across web and app. Decide who sees them, when and with what context, and measure them end to end, from surface to booked meeting to pipeline. - Lead experiments end to end on sales-assist surfaces and targeting, from hypothesis and instrumentation through analysis and rollout. Partner with Data Science to measure meetings and qualified opportunities, not just clicks. - Build the internal tools and automation Growth and GTM teams run on - Partner closely with Sales, Sales Systems, Data Science, Marketing and Product to turn product signals into pipeline. Be upstream partner to sales systems that own Salesforce, CPQ and routing QUALIFICATIONS - 2+ years as a growth, GTM, data or full-stack engineer, shipping production code (TypeScript/React, Python). - Strong SQL and comfort building data models in a warehouse (Snowflake, dbt-style). - Experience instrumenting product events and running A/B experiments end to end. - Commercial instinct: you start from a revenue problem ("trial-to-enterprise conversion won't move") and work back to the signal or surface that fixes it. - Comfort with REST APIs, webhooks and integrating third-party GTM tools. - Operator mindset: you talk to customers directly, ship fixes, and don't need a PM to translate requests. How we're different We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills. The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences. Come work with us! Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues. Our mission is to help people find great jobs, wherever they are. About Our Client Our client is a fast-growing e-commerce brand in the action sports and camera-mounting space. Its products help riders and athletes capture footage across motorcycle, motocross, mountain biking, cycling, snow sports, automotive, and other action sports. Paid social is a major driver of the brand’s growth, and creative is one of its biggest opportunities to improve performance. About Our Client We’re looking for a Performance Creative Strategist to own the strategy behind paid social creative across Meta and other performance channels. You’ll use performance data, customer research, and clear hypotheses to decide what the team should produce next—and why. You’ll build a steady pipeline of new concepts, turn insights into actionable briefs, and help the team identify and scale winning creative. This role focuses on performance creative strategy. It does not involve managing social media or buying media, and it goes beyond making content look good. Responsibilities Own the creative strategy for paid social across Meta and other performance channels. Maintain a consistent pipeline of new concepts and variations for testing. Review creative performance to identify winning hooks, formats, angles, products, audiences, and offers—and translate those findings into clear next steps. Write detailed briefs for video ads, static ads, UGC, founder-led content, and product demos. Develop hooks, scripts, headlines, calls to action, and messaging angles. Collaborate with creators, video editors, designers, media buyers, and the founder to bring concepts to life. Research customers, reviews, support conversations, competitors, trends, and adjacent markets to uncover creative insights. Structure tests so the team can clearly understand what changed, why it changed, and what was learned. Monitor creative fatigue and plan replacements before performance declines. Adapt winning concepts across products, formats, audiences, and markets. Keep concepts accurate to the products and on brand while moving the creative roadmap forward. Requirements Experience developing creative strategy for a performance-driven e-commerce brand or agency. This is the core requirement. Strong understanding of Meta advertising and direct-response creative. Ability to interpret ad performance data and use it to make creative decisions, not just produce reports. Understanding of hooks, awareness levels, customer objections, offers, positioning, and purchase motivation. Ability to distinguish a genuinely new concept from a minor visual variation. Experience writing briefs, hooks, scripts, and ad concepts, and collaborating with creators, editors, designers, or media buyers. Comfort giving clear, specific feedback and receiving direct feedback in return. Strong organization across multiple products, audiences, and tests. Strong written and spoken English. Experience in action sports, motorcycles, cycling, cameras, or enthusiast products is a plus, but not required. What Success Looks Like The creative team knows what to produce next and why. New concepts are ready before the pipeline runs dry, and briefs are clear enough to execute without unnecessary back-and-forth. Creative decisions are backed by data, customer research, or a clear hypothesis. Winning concepts are identified, analysed, and expanded quickly. Failed tests still provide useful insights. The number of profitable, scalable creatives increases over time. Products are represented accurately, without misleading claims. Creative output becomes more consistent without losing quality. Benefits Competitive salary (USD) Work From Home Flexible hours

The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving. We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
