ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
Baseten has emerging co-sell relationships with multiple strategic marketplaces and clouds, including OpenAI https://www.baseten.co/talk-to-us/openai/?utm_source=google&utm_medium=paid_search&utm_campaign=acquisition_ICA-OpenAI-Partnership_2026-09-30&utm_term=baseten%20openai&utm_campaign=Search+-+Models&utm_source=adwords&utm_medium=ppc&utm_id=24316507588&hsa_acc=9990356727&hsa_cam=24316507588&hsa_grp=199416272086&hsa_ad=826599669780&hsa_src=g&hsa_tgt=kwd-2504168645905&hsa_kw=baseten%20openai&hsa_mt=e&hsa_net=adwords&hsa_ver=3&gad_source=1&gad_campaignid=24316507588&gbraid=0AAAAAqCKh1tZ-ESp-CbtgHnyoj6pkRZGL&gclid=CjwKCAjw56zWBhB0EiwAdPOQOTzW3Bhx_UxkJI6XA8gB1rqClDpNVWFQtTzWlO0RBCV5Xx_yB54yDxoCcd4QAvD_BwE, NVIDIA and other Hyperscalers, Model Labs, and Data Platforms. The task at hand is to enable and activate partner sellers and to ensure that our internal field teams are well-supported to work successful with partner teams.
As Baseten’s Partner Enablement Lead, you'll turn each partnership into a repeatable field motion. You'll work out why a partner account executive should care about Baseten, which of their customers are a fit, and what joint execution looks like. Then you'll co-build what it takes for sellers on both sides to run that play: the value proposition, the account mapping, the talk tracks, the training, and the relationships with partner field leaders.
As always, the work starts with earning partner attention. This is a strategic, hands-on role for an ecosystem GTM operator who peaks in enablement. Your work will include deep cross-functional collaboration, instructional design, content development, and training delivery. You won't own partner-sourced pipeline directly, but you will make those who do much more effective.
Our partnerships span Hyperscalers, Model Labs, Semiconductors, Consulting and Systems Integrators, and Data Platforms. While much of what partner enablement looks will be in your hands to define, it will include getting in front of field sellers, developing co-sell opportunities, and driving adoption of marketplace incentives for customers to buy Baseten against the commitments they already have.
You'll report to the Head of GTM Enablement & Productivity and work closely with our Partnerships, Sales, FDE, Marketing, and RevOps teams.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Design the joint go-to-market motion with strategic partners
- Build a working picture of each partner's field: seller roles, how they're paid and measured, what makes them bring in a third party, and what gets in the way.
- Define joint value propositions, customer triggers, and target segments in partnership with our alliance leads and sales & revops leadership.
- Turn those into co-sell plays with clear entry points, owners, and next steps for both sides.
- Run account mapping with partner teams so the plays land on specific accounts, not just slides.
Activate partner field teams
- Activate partner sellers and their managers to be aware of Baseten, confident in when to pull us in, and motivated to do so.
- Build relationships with partner field leaders, partner development managers, and ISV teams so enablement reaches the sellers who matter.
- Plan and run activations by region and segment: field briefings, account planning sessions, joint office hours, and events alongside our partnerships team.
- Teach both sides how marketplace and co-sell mechanics work, so those programs make deals simpler and faster to execute.
Enable Baseten's own sellers on partner motions
- Make sure our AEs, SAs, and FDEs know how to work a partner-sourced or co-sell deal: how to engage the partner rep, how attribution and credit work, and which plays to run.
- Build or collate the playbooks, demos, and certifications our team needs, and keep them current as each partnership changes.
- Bring partner content into our onboarding and GTM Academy so new hires learn the partner motion from day one.
Measure and evolve programs
- Define how we measure activation: trained and engaged partner sellers, joint account plans, co-sell opportunities registered, and partner-influenced pipeline.
- Work with RevOps on the operational side of partner programs, including deal registration, marketplace private offers, and POC and MDF requests.
- Report monthly to GTM leadership on what's working, what isn't, and advise on where to invest next.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years in partner or alliance GTM, partner enablement, or field GTM at a cloud, data, AI, or infrastructure company.
- Hands-on experience activating co-sell with at least one hyperscaler or major platform partner (Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, NVIDIA, or similar).
- You think in pipeline and seller behavior as well as in curriculum. You can explain a joint motion end to end, from partner incentives to the first customer meeting.
- Enough technical depth to be credible with SAs and engineers on both sides. You don't need to be an ML engineer, but you should be comfortable learning inference, model serving, and GPU and token economics quickly.
- You want to build: the play, the deck, the training, the measurement plan. You don't stop at the framework.
- Comfortable working across teams you don't control, inside Baseten and inside partner organizations much larger than ours.
Strong candidates may come from a mix of backgrounds such as:
- Cloud alliances or partner GTM at a data or infrastructure ISV that co-sells with the hyperscalers.
- ISV, partner development, or marketplace roles inside a hyperscaler or NVIDIA.
- Partner enablement leadership at a technical company, with a track record tied to pipeline rather than training volume.
- A partner-facing SA or SE who moved into enablement or GTM strategy.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with Microsoft co-sell programs, Azure Marketplace, or NVIDIA's partner and ISV programs.
- Experience at an AI infrastructure, model provider, or developer platform company.
- Built a partner function or partner enablement program from scratch at a growth-stage company.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on. Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions. As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact. During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the Role
Fivetran and dbt Labs are now one company. Together we build the data movement and transformation tools that data teams around the world rely on. Our Analytics team runs on those same tools every day, so you'll work on a modern data stack and help set best practices for the industry. As a Senior Product Analyst, you'll help product leaders understand how customers adopt, use, and stay with our core Fivetran data movement and dbt platform products as well as new product releases spanning AI, BI, and compute. You'll be a "full-stack" analyst. You'll build the data models, define the metrics, create the dashboards, run the analysis, and turn it all into recommendations that shape what we build next. AI is part of how we work. We expect analysts to use AI tools thoughtfully to accelerate analysis and increase efficiency, while applying their own judgment and validating the results. This is a full-time, flexible hybrid position based in Oakland, CA. Our hybrid work model offers remote flexibility and in-person collaboration; there is no fixed number of required office days, and we encourage teams to meet in person regularly.
Why This Role Is Exciting
Two product portfolios just came together.
Many questions about how customers use Fivetran and dbt together have never been asked. You'll be one of the first people to answer them.
Your work drives leadership decisions.
You'll focus on adoption, engagement, and retention, the metrics product leaders use to decide where to invest.
You own the work end to end,
from raw data to the decision it informs.
You'll analyze products built for people like you.
Our customers are data teams.
Technologies You’ll Use
SQL (BigQuery / Snowflake)
dbt / dbt State
Looker / LookML / Omni
Hex / Sigma / Google Sheets
Claude Code / Codex
What You’ll Do
Partner with product managers and product line leaders to understand problems and potential solutions with data. Deliver regular analysis and insight on product adoption, engagement, and retention.
Proactively investigate trends in user behavior and product usage. Find issues and growth opportunities before anyone asks, and use them to shape product and growth strategy.
Define, measure, and monitor the KPIs that show whether our products are healthy and whether the company is on track.
Size the potential impact of new product initiatives and recommend how to prioritize them.
Analyze product launches and experiments, and recommend what to do next.
Find and reduce friction in the funnels users go through to sign up, activate, and adopt our products.
Tackle questions where product data meets broader business data, such as revenue, sales, and support.
Build and maintain the data models, metrics, and dashboards behind your work.
Help new hires, colleagues, and partners understand our data and use it well, so data-informed decisions become the norm.
Skills We’re Looking For
5+ years in analytics, mostly in product analytics, ideally at a high-growth B2B or SaaS company.
Advanced SQL. You can turn messy, raw data into clean, trustworthy datasets, and write, debug, and explain SQL yourself.
Comfort using AI tools in analytics workflows to explore data, draft or improve SQL, automate repetitive work, and synthesize findings. You can evaluate and validate AI-generated output.
Hands-on experience building data models, ideally with dbt, creating dashboards in a BI tool such as Looker, Omni, or Tableau, and performing funnel, cohort, and segmentation analysis.
A track record of using analysis to drive product or business decisions, not just report on them. You can take an open-ended question with little direction and turn it into a clear analysis and recommendation.
Strong attention to detail and prioritization. Clear written and verbal communication, including the ability to explain findings to executives and technical tradeoffs to engineers.
Experience influencing cross-functional, distributed teams, both asynchronously and in real time.
Bonus Skills
Experience designing and analyzing experiments (A/B/n tests), including test design, sample size, significance, and turning results into launch decisions.
Deep knowledge of the SaaS customer lifecycle and business metrics, such as ARR (annual recurring revenue), retention, and expansion.
Experience defining product events and helping teams self-serve in product analytics tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Heap.
Experience developing and scaling a large dbt project.
Python or R for analysis.

THE ROLE
Container runtimes were designed for general-purpose software workloads. AI inference is not a general-purpose workload.
Running large models at production scale exposes cracks in every layer of the container stack: runtimes unaware of GPU memory constraints, images that take minutes to pull when a model needs to scale to thousands of replicas, and isolation mechanisms that weren’t designed for the multi-tenant serving environments that production AI requires. The tools the industry has relied on for a decade weren’t built for this, and patching around those limitations at higher layers only goes so far.
Baseten owns the entire pipeline, from the moment a developer pushes a model to the moment a request gets a response. That vertical ownership means we can fix these problems at the root. The Runtime Fabric team is doing exactly that: purpose-building the container runtime and storage layers for AI inference workloads, led by some of the world’s top containerd maintainers.
As Engineering Manager for Storage Products on the Runtime Fabric team, you will lead the engineers who build and run the storage products behind that stack: the Baseten Delivery Network (BDN), which sits in the cold start path of every model on the platform, the snapshotters and filesystems that expose model weights and container images to a running container, and the storage that model deployment and training need next. The team is advancing the next generation of caching for inference workloads, from the origin tier to the GPU host. You will own reliability for the area as a measured outcome, report to the head of Runtime Fabric, and stay close to the code through design and code review. If you’ve managed systems engineers and have hands-on experience with caching, content-addressable storage, or distributed filesystems, we’d love to talk.
EXAMPLE INITIATIVES
- How the Baseten Delivery Network (BDN) makes cold starts fast https://www.baseten.co/blog/how-the-baseten-delivery-network-bdn-makes-cold-starts-fast/
- Extending BDN from model weights to container image layers, training checkpoints, and deployment artifacts
- Lazy-loading snapshotters and block-level delivery (EROFS, FUSE, ublk) so a container can start before the full image or model has arrived
RESPONSIBILITIES
Team Leadership and Culture
- Hire and grow a team of 5 to 10 systems engineers with storage, caching, and Linux expertise
- Run the team’s planning and delivery: scope work against the Runtime Fabric roadmap, set priorities, and ship on a predictable cadence
- Provide regular coaching, feedback, and career development support to your direct reports
- Own on-call health for the team’s services, including escalation paths and follow-through on incidents
Technical Direction
- Guide the architecture and evolution of the Baseten Delivery Network: the tiered caching and weight delivery product that makes cold starts 2-3x faster and eliminates thundering herd failures during burst scaling events
- Shape storage products tailored to Baseten’s workloads: extend BDN from model weights to container images, training checkpoints, and deployment artifacts, and define the interfaces that model deployment, training, and customers use to reach them
- Oversee the on-host side of delivery: lazy-loading snapshotters, EROFS and overlayfs layouts, and block-level delivery (FUSE, ublk) for multi-gigabyte files
- Own reliability of the delivery path as a measured outcome: end-to-end instrumentation from snapshotter initialization to first inference request, targets for cold start and cache behavior, tolerance for failing upstream registries and object stores, and safe rollout of changes to a path every customer depends on
- Make the delivery path work across heterogeneous clusters and cloud providers, each with its own object store and network
- Review designs and code across the area, and take on hands-on work where it unblocks the team
- Champion the team’s contributions back to containerd and the snapshotter ecosystem alongside the maintainers on the Runtime Fabric team
Cross-Functional Partnership
- Act as the point of contact for storage across Baseten, ensuring model deployment, training, and platform teams have the integration support they need
- Optimize requirements for the underlying storage platforms with the infrastructure team: object storage, local NVMe and block storage, and network bandwidth per cluster, so that capacity and provider decisions account for what the delivery path needs
- Manage the team’s dependencies in both directions: sequence work that model deployment, training, and infrastructure teams block on, and negotiate interfaces and timelines with the teams and upstream projects the storage path depends on
- Work with the head of Runtime Fabric and product stakeholders to prioritize storage investments based on customer impact and infrastructure reliability
- Communicate team progress, technical trade-offs, and incidents clearly to the team and to leadership
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience managing a team of engineers in a systems, infrastructure, or storage context, including hiring and performance management [TODO: confirm whether a tech lead stepping into management qualifies]
- Hands-on background in distributed storage systems, content-addressable storage, or large-scale caching infrastructure
- Strong systems programming background in Go, Rust, and/or C/C++, with the ability to engage credibly in code reviews and architectural discussions
- Working knowledge of the Linux storage stack: filesystems, the page cache, block devices, and mounts
- Understanding of how container images are structured, stored, and delivered at scale
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority across teams
NICE TO HAVE
- Contributions to containerd/containerd, snapshotter projects (stargz, soci, nydus, overlaybd), distribution/distribution, or closely related open-source projects
- Familiarity with lazy-loading snapshotters or peer-to-peer image distribution
- Experience with EROFS, FUSE, ublk, or io_uring
- Experience building or operating CDN, object storage, or large-scale caching infrastructure
- Experience running storage services on Kubernetes
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp is hiring its first dedicated Physical Security Lead to build and run the program that protects our people, our leaders, our events, and our offices. Our footprint now spans a multi-floor New York headquarters, Ramp-managed offices, and a growing set of hubs across North America and Europe. Our leaders are increasingly visible on public stages.
You'll own three areas in roughly equal measure: executive protection, event security, and office security (access control, cameras, guards, and building security). Your job is to turn a set of strong vendors and partner teams into one measurable, risk-based program.
This is a high-ownership IC role on the Corporate Security team. It reports to the Director of IT & Corporate Security and is based at our NYC HQ. This is a physical security role; cybersecurity and information security are owned by other Ramp security teams. We aren't looking for a guard supervisor or a box-checker. We want someone who makes it safe for Ramp to move fast, host great events, and keep our leaders accessible.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and run Ramp's executive protection program:
- Protective risk assessments and residential security reviews.
- Domestic and international travel security.
- Advance work for high-visibility appearances.
- Selecting, standing up, and managing our executive protection provider.
- Turn threat intelligence into protective action. Partner with Detection & Response to move from online threat and exposure monitoring to threat assessments, personal-information exposure reduction, and clear escalation playbooks.
- Own security for internal and external events, from all-hands and offsites to conferences, customer events, and executive dinners:
- Risk-tiered intake and written security plans.
- Coordination with venues and vendors.
- On-site leadership for the highest-risk events.
- After-action reviews.
- Set Ramp's global physical security standards for access control, video surveillance, intercoms, visitor management, and alarm monitoring. Tier them for headquarters, Ramp-managed offices, and flexible or serviced hub spaces.
- Build security into every new office, move, and expansion:
- Write the security design requirements and review drawings.
- Manage integrators through installation and acceptance testing.
- Partner with IT on network and identity integration.
- Manage the guard program and security vendors end to end: scope, post orders, SLAs and KPIs, budget, and quarterly business reviews. Own the security relationship with landlords and building management.
- Lead emergency preparedness and physical incident response:
- Emergency notifications, evacuation and shelter-in-place plans, and drills.
- Liaison with local law enforcement.
- Workplace-violence prevention, in partnership with People and Legal.
- Run physical access governance with IT. Tie access to joiner/mover/leaver events, run regular access reviews, and keep audit-ready evidence for physical security controls.
- Measure and report program health to leadership. Use AI and automation to scale the program without scaling headcount.
WHAT YOU NEED
- 6+ years in corporate or physical security, including 3+ years owning a security program or major workstream at a multi-site company. Executing someone else's program doesn't count toward this.
- Hands-on depth in at least two of the three areas (executive protection, event security, physical security systems such as access control and cameras) and solid working knowledge of the third.
- Experience administering or deploying enterprise access control and video platforms (e.g., Avigilon Alta/Openpath, Verkada, Genetec, LenelS2), and partnering with IT on networking and SSO.
- A track record of managing security vendors (guard, protection, integrator, event staffing) through contracts, SLAs, budgets, and performance reviews.
- Strong risk judgment. You size controls to the actual threat, explain the tradeoffs, and lead with "here's how we do this safely" rather than "no."
- Excellent writing. You can produce a crisp SOP, an event security plan, and a one-page executive brief.
- Willingness to work from our NYC office 4 days a week, travel 10–15%, support occasional evening and weekend events, and serve as primary on-call for physical security incidents (with the Director as backup and guard and vendor partners as on-site first response).
- Real, day-to-day use of AI tools in your work.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- ASIS CPP or PSP; formal executive protection training; first aid or Stop the Bleed certification.
- Experience at a high-growth tech, fintech, or financial services company with a high-profile founder or CEO.
- Experience writing security design standards for office buildouts and reading architectural or low-voltage drawings.
- Familiarity with physical and environmental control requirements in SOC 2, PCI DSS, or FedRAMP.
- A government protective, law enforcement, or military background, combined with corporate program ownership.
- An established network of protection, event security, and integrator vendors in NYC, SF, and internationally.
FAIR WARNING
- This is a builder role. Parts of the program exist today (vendors, a responsibility matrix, some SOPs). You'll turn them into a system.
- You're an IC who directs vendors and partner teams, not a manager of a security staff. You'll need to influence Workplace, Events, IT, Executive Assistants, People, and Legal without formal authority.
- Security at Ramp enables the business. Events still happen, offices stay welcoming, and executives stay accessible. Your job is to make that safe.
- Evenings, weekends, and travel come with the territory, especially around major events.
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
- Weekly coffee stipend
UNITED STATES
- 100% medical, dental & vision insurance coverage for you, with partial coverage for dependents
- One Medical annual membership

Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Notion sits at a rare intersection: a product people love, a flexible system businesses run on, and a new platform for people and AI to work together. We’re hiring a Product Manager to turn that opportunity into products that feel inevitable. You’ll find consequential customer problems, set a bold but grounded strategy, and build alongside design, engineering, data science, research, and go-to-market partners. This is a high-agency role for someone excited to shape what Notion becomes next—and make powerful new capabilities feel simple, trustworthy, and delightful to millions of customers.
This role can be based in either San Francisco or New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Uncover the customer problems and product opportunities that will define Notion’s next chapter, then turn them into a focused strategy and roadmap.
- Take ambitious ideas from first principles to launch, building closely with design and engineering to create experiences that feel simple, useful, and distinctly Notion.
- Make the hard calls—balancing customer impact, business opportunity, technical complexity, speed, and long-term product quality.
- Shape how AI changes both the product and the way we build, using it to improve research, decisions, experimentation, and execution.
- Raise the bar for product thinking across the team by creating clarity, accelerating learning, and establishing principles and success measures that endure.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Demonstrated ability to identify meaningful customer problems and turn them into products that are intuitive, useful, and built with a high level of craft.
- Strong product judgment and the ability to make sound tradeoffs among user experience, business impact, technical complexity, quality, and speed.
- A track record of moving ambiguous, cross-functional work from problem definition to shipped outcomes while creating clear ownership and alignment.
- Customer depth: you can learn directly from users across segments and translate differing needs into a coherent strategy rather than a collection of one-off requests.
- Practical AI fluency: you use AI to sharpen research, product thinking, decisions, and execution, and you’re excited to rethink how people and agents work together.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience building collaborative, productivity, or AI-powered products used by a broad range of customers.
- Experience operating across both zero-to-one product development and the improvement of products at scale.
- Technical fluency and comfort partnering deeply with engineering on complex product systems.
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco or New York City, the estimated base salary range for this role is $238,000 - $250,000 per year.
By clicking “Submit Application”, I understand and agree that Notion and its affiliates and subsidiaries will collect and process my information in accordance with Notion’s Global Recruiting Privacy Policy and NYLL 144.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY & ACCOMMODATIONS
We hire talented people from a wide range of backgrounds. If you’re excited about this role but don’t meet every bullet, we still encourage you to apply. Notion is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected characteristic. ABOUT US:
AI NEEDS A NEW INFRASTRUCTURE LAYER. WE'RE BUILDING IT AT MODAL.
Every era of computing brought new workloads that previous infrastructure couldn't support: mainframes, databases, and the cloud. Each time, the company that rebuilt the layer underneath defined the decade. AI is no different, except it touches everything instead of one slice, and the window to build the layer underneath it is open right now.
Our customers include category-defining companies like Ramp https://modal.com/blog/how-ramp-built-a-full-context-background-coding-agent-on-modal, Cognition, DoorDash, and Suno. They rely on Modal for instant GPU access, sub-second container starts, and native storage, so it's simple to serve low-latency inference, fine-tune models, and access production-ready sandboxes at scale.
We've passed $1B in annualized run rate, up 15x from a year ago. In October 2026 we raised a $750M Series D led by Accel at a $15.75B valuation.
Our team includes creators of popular open-source projects (e.g.,Seaborn https://github.com/mwaskom/seaborn,Luigi https://github.com/spotify/luigi), academic researchers, international olympiad medalists, and experienced engineering and product leaders with decades of experience.
THE ROLE:
We are looking for strong engineers with experience and interest in designing, building, and maintaining the novel, high-performance systems that make up our serverless platform. Specifically, you'll be working on the distributed object storage system that underpins every container image, volume, and checkpoint on Modal: hundreds of petabytes of data, replicated across multiple cloud object stores and a CDN, cached on local NVMe across a large fleet of workers in many datacenters, and shared peer-to-peer within each datacenter. You'll make cold starts feel local when the data is hundreds of milliseconds away, designing the caching, preloading, and peer-to-peer layers that hide object-store latency and keep public ingress off saturated uplinks. You'll own durability and cost at petabyte scale, from streaming and batch replication between origins, to garbage collection over billions of objects. You'll work across the stack, from local disk and page cache to distributed blob storage and garbage collection and you'll help shape what storage becomes next as we push storage closer to workloads.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of experience writing high-quality production code
- Experience building high-performance distributed storage or caching systems at a large scale (the more challenges you've worked through, the better)
- Strong cloud skills, including deep familiarity with object storage (S3 or similar), CDNs, and their consistency, throughput, and cost characteristics
- Strong knowledge of low-level operating system foundations (Linux kernel, file systems, page cache, containers, etc.)
- Willingness to step into the thick of it with our on-call rotation and respond to production incidents
NICE-TO-HAVES:
- Experience with replication, content addressing, and consistency models in multi-region or multi-cloud systems
- Experience operating storage systems at scale (petabyte-scale datasets, high-throughput read/write paths, large-scale garbage collection or data migration)
- Experience with data engineering at petabyte-scale.
- Prior experience with Rust
KEY THINGS THE TEAM IS WORKING ON:
- P2P sharing of data across workers within a single datacenter to dramatically reduce ingress
- Replicating data across multiple blob storage providers
- Automating garbage collection across hundreds of petabytes of data
- Deploying colocated storage clusters to datacenters to accelerate high-throughput customer workloads

WHO WE ARE
Help Scout started in 2011 with a simple premise: support software should treat customers like people, not tickets. 3+ billion conversations later, more than 10,000 companies use Help Scout to grow relationships with customers of all types, from clients to patients and beyond.
Now we’re in a new chapter: not only building AI that gives teams more space to focus on the customer experience, but also reimagining how we operate in an AI-native world. That means shipping and learning faster, without compromising on craft. Great work here carries a strong opinion and sweats the details, regardless of the tools we use to drive it.
We’ve been a fully remote team https://articles.helpscout.com/blog/remote-culture/ since day one, with 120+ teammates now all over the world. It’s a culture where you’ll be trusted to take ownership, stay curious, and raise the quality of work around you. It comes with clear expectations and a team that will push you to do some of the best work of your career.
If that kind of challenge gives you energy, we’d love to meet you.
THE OPPORTUNITY
As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Help Scout, you’ll own a named book of 80–100 accounts, representing around $4M in recurring revenue. You’ll be the trusted partner for the people who rely on Help Scout every day, from day-to-day users to the executives who sponsor the relationship.
Your first priority is building a strong relationship rhythm across your book: regular check-ins, executive business reviews, and a clear understanding of what each customer is trying to achieve. You’ll connect those goals to the best of what Help Scout offers, and you’ll be the first to notice when something starts to slip.
You won’t carry an expansion quota. When you spot an opportunity to grow an account, you’ll partner with our expansion team and hand it off warm, so you can stay focused on retention and long-term value. You’ll also be the customer’s voice inside Help Scout, bringing what you learn to Product, onboarding, and the rest of the team.
- Own a book of 80–100 accounts end-to-end. From onboarding handoff through adoption and renewal, you’re accountable for the health and retention of every account.
- Build multi-threaded relationships. You’ll work across levels in each customer, including executives and decision makers, and align on the business outcomes that matter to them.
- Catch risk early. You’ll watch for signals like dropping usage or slowing communication, escalate early, and bring in the right internal partners to turn things around.
- Lead executive business reviews and regular check-ins that drive adoption, surface underused features, and strengthen product alignment.
- Own renewals and retention. Your success is measured on net dollar retention for your book.
- Surface expansion opportunities and partner with our expansion team to close them.
- Bring the voice of the customer inside. Share what you learn with Product and cross-functional teams to help shape the roadmap, onboarding, and how we work.
- Design your own workflows. You’ll have freedom to use AI tools to stay organized and make sure nothing falls through the cracks across a large book.
- Raise the bar for the team. You’ll share what works, document your learnings, and help shape how Customer Success grows at Help Scout.
ABOUT YOU
- You have 5+ years of Customer Success experience in SaaS, with time spent in SMB, mid-market, strategic, or enterprise segments.
- You’ve owned a large book of business. At some point in your career, you’ve managed 50+ accounts and kept a consistent cadence with all of them.
- Retention is your track record. You can talk about your renewal rates, retention, or NDR, and what you did to move them.
- You love the relationship side of the work. You enjoy being a strategic advisor, aligning with executives on business goals, and working with internal teams to get customers where they need to go. Closing deals isn’t what gets you up in the morning.
- You never solve problems alone. When an account shows signs of risk, you raise it early, pull in the right people, and keep the customer informed.
- You’re not afraid of difficult conversations. You can handle tough renewal or recovery conversations with confidence and care.
- You’re a strong cross-functional partner. You know how to work alongside Product, Support, and Sales, and you’ve handed off expansion opportunities to account executives or account managers before.
- You thrive while things are still being built. You’re comfortable shaping processes as we go and don’t need a playbook for everything.
- You’re excited about how AI can transform your work. You look for ways to reduce manual overhead and spend your time where it matters most.
- Technical aptitude. You’re comfortable learning and navigating complex software, and you want to become an expert in our product.
ABOUT THE PROCESS
1. Recruiter Chat - You'll meet with Nahuel on the Recruiting team to chat through compensation, benefits, timeline, and company culture.
2. Value Add - You'll meet with Annika, Customer Enablement Lead, to talk more about the role and your experience in more detail.
3. Project - We’ll give you a take-home project (we’ll pay for your time), then you’ll share it back to the team.
4. Team Chat - You’ll meet with two members of our Customer Success team to learn more about how we work and the customers we serve.
5. Final Chat - You’ll chat with our VP of Customers.
6. References - We’ll ask you for three references. Ideally, we’d like two of them to be managers, but we can be flexible.
COMPENSATION
Each role at Help Scout has a pay range aligned to our salary formula https://articles.helpscout.com/blog/employee-compensation/ and based on national market data. Deep, hands-on experience with frameworks such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001, including leading programs through multiple audit cycles
A track record of building GRC programs from the ground up or scaling them through high-growth stages, ideally at a SaaS or platform company, including experience operating in a public company environment with SOX ITGC requirements
Executive presence and exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to build cross-functional partnerships across Security, Legal, IT, Sales, and Engineering and translate technical risk into business terms for executives, the board, and customers
Experience implementing compliance programs for emerging products, including AI-enabled products, with a strong understanding of cloud-based technologies and their GRC implications, and a builder's mindset comfortable with ambiguity as the program scales
While it's not required, it's an added plus if you also have:
Supported FedRAMP authorization, SSP development, 3PAO coordination, or continuous monitoring activities
Experience with global privacy and data protection regulations, such as GDPR or NIS2

Embedded in our core engineering team, you’ll help shape security decisions from early design through release and adoption. This is a hands-on engineering and research role: you’ll combine your security expertise with frontier AI tools to find vulnerabilities, develop fixes, and make Metabase secure by default across its product, dependencies, and runtime.
Things you’ll do
Partner with engineers throughout feature development, bringing security expertise to design, implementation, release, and adoption.
Build security-focused features, lead security improvements across the codebase, and implement fixes that address root causes.
Use and evaluate advanced AI tools to scale code analysis, vulnerability research, and secure engineering practices.
Conduct offensive research into Metabase, develop proofs of concept, and validate vulnerabilities.
Assess findings based on exploitability and real-world impact, define clear remediation criteria, and verify that fixes are effective.
Turn individual findings into broader improvements that prevent entire classes of vulnerabilities.
What you bring
A demonstrated track record of finding and exploiting application vulnerabilities through source code analysis and hands-on research.
The ability to independently navigate unfamiliar codebases, understand complex architectures, and reason about runtime behavior and trust boundaries.
Experience with application security challenges, including authentication, authorization, injection, and unsafe handling of untrusted data.
Sound judgment about exploitability and real-world impact, and the ability to communicate findings and remediation options clearly.
Strong software engineering skills, including the ability to implement durable security fixes. Experience in Clojure, or a strong desire to learn.
A thoughtful approach to AI-assisted security work, using these tools to extend your expertise while independently validating their output.
Ownership and curiosity: you pursue difficult questions, collaborate closely with engineers, and follow findings through to resolution.
Compensation
The US base salary range for this role is $160K–$225K annually, plus equity and benefits.
Compensation is determined by role, level, location, and individual qualifications, including skills, experience, and scope of responsibility. Pay may vary by geographic location and other job-related factors.
Benefits
We offer meaningful equity and a comprehensive US benefits package, including fully employer-covered medical, dental, and vision insurance (with 75% coverage for dependents), a 401(k) with employer match available to enroll after the first 30 days, flexible and unlimited paid time off including sick time, and an asynchronous, remote-first environment.
We're a global team (50% outside the US), fully distributed (from Thailand to California), who get things done asynchronously, with plenty of uninterrupted time, supporting each other to do the best work of our careers. We offer flexibility (define your own schedule and work from wherever you want), autonomy, and an environment that fosters growth, learning, and development. We're relentlessly user-focused and believe in building long-term value, not short-term hacks. And we raised a $30M Series B to take our approach to the next level for years to come.
For U.S. applicants: Metabase participates in the federal E-Verify program, which confirms employment authorization of newly hired U.S. based employees. E-Verify is not used as a tool to pre-screen candidates and is only initiated upon hire.

ABOUT THE TEAM:
You'll join our GTM Systems team, which owns the systems LangChain's go-to-market actually runs on — Salesforce above all: the account and contact model, territory and routing, the sales process from first touch to closed-won, and the quote-to-cash and provisioning stack behind it.
We design and ship internal product for the GTM organization. AI agents do a growing share of the building: they draft design docs, open changes, and run Salesforce deployments, while humans hold the approval gates. Build capacity — engineers plus the agent bench — sits on this team, and you'll help decide what it works on next.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
You'll own the requirements, prioritization, and quality bar for LangChain's Salesforce-centered GTM systems, turning ambiguous revenue-team needs into shipped process and systems changes that scale.
This is not a ticket queue role. You'll be accountable for a small number of high-leverage GTM systems programs at a time: defining the problem, aligning stakeholders, specifying the solution, and ensuring what ships changes how the revenue org operates.
You'll work across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Support, and Finance in a fast-changing environment where priorities move quickly and influence matters more than reporting lines. The core challenge is operating with authority but not control: aligning teams around tradeoffs as the business changes underneath the plan.
You won't be expected to write production code. You will be expected to write clear enough specifications that engineers and AI coding agents can build from them, and to review the output with enough Salesforce and systems judgment to decide whether it is correct.
Location: San Francisco Bay Area — in office 4 days a week. The people whose processes you're redesigning are in this building, and so are the engineers who build LangGraph.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN:
Carry multi-quarter programs
- Own the Salesforce sales process from lead to close — routing, qualification, territory assignment, and stage progression — driving each initiative from discovery through UAT, change management, and adoption.
- Be the person stakeholders come to before they file a request, especially when the system was never designed for what the business now needs.
- Own the intake and prioritization model for hundreds of quarterly GTM systems requests, ensuring the team works on the highest-leverage business problems rather than the loudest tickets.
Own what gets specified and what ships
- Run discovery and turn ambiguous asks into BRDs, process flows, data models, and acceptance criteria — with a clear problem statement and ROI justification, precise enough to execute without a second conversation.
- Hold the quality gate: you write the specification, engineers and coding agents write the code, and nothing reaches production without your sign-off.
- Run vendor evaluations when the right answer is buy, integrate, or replace rather than build.
Protect revenue data integrity
- Trace anomalies in revenue fields — Net ARR, initial pipeline, lead source — back to the automation, trigger, or integration that wrote them.
- Own the reconciliation seam between Salesforce, usage-based billing, and cloud-marketplace transactions.
- Identify which design decisions are load-bearing and which are cosmetic, and catch the downstream failure modes before they reach production.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:
In your first 6–12 months, you might:
- Redesign the lead-to-opportunity process so routing, qualification, and stage progression are measurable, enforceable, and adopted by the field.
- Create a prioritization model for hundreds of GTM systems requests per quarter, with clear tradeoffs and business rationale.
- Ship a Salesforce change that improves pipeline hygiene, quote-to-cash accuracy, provisioning reliability, or cloud marketplace reconciliation.
- Establish a specification and UAT standard that engineers and AI agents can reliably build against.
- Build enough trust with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Support, and Finance that stakeholders bring you the problem before they prescribe the solution.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
SYSTEMS AND DOMAIN DEPTH
- Domain and tenure — 6–8 years in business systems, sales systems, revenue systems, or GTM systems, with Salesforce as your primary platform throughout.
- Sales process depth — you've partnered with Sales Ops on the things reps feel every day: territory and account coverage, lead qualification and routing, stage gates, and pipeline and forecast hygiene.
- Sales systems / RevOps depth — experience across quote-to-cash, CPQ, territory and lead routing, forecasting, or adjacent revenue processes.
- Technical fluency — you can read a data model, a Flow, and enough Apex to design against what's really there, even though you are not expected to write production code.
PROGRAM LEADERSHIP
- Program ownership — you've been the single accountable owner, at the working level negotiating the commitments yourself, of a program that spanned four or more functions and changed how a revenue org works day to day.
- Release risk — you've delivered a program into a core system on a release process you didn't control, where another team's change could break your release.
- Re-scoping under change — you've re-scoped a program mid-flight because the business changed under it, a sponsor moved, or the original scope no longer matched reality.
- Holding the line — you've turned down a request with executive backing and kept the relationship; you hold the line when something breaks pricing discipline, a legal constraint, or the architecture, and you arrive with the alternative.
JUDGMENT AND COMMUNICATION
- One tradeoff, two audiences — you write for the reader in front of you, not the one you find easiest: the VP gets the page, the engineer gets the spec.
- Maximum agency — you find the friction and start the project. You don't wait for a ticket.
- AI judgment — you give an agent the same brief you'd give a new engineer, and you check its work the same way.
- Architecture judgment — you know which design calls are load-bearing and which are cosmetic: why a usage event belongs on its own object rather than a field on Account, and how you'd catch that renaming one picklist breaks the provisioning saga before anyone deploys it.
STRONG SIGNALS:
None of these is a screen; any one makes you useful faster.
- You've owned a core Salesforce object domain — Account, Contact, Lead, or Opportunity — through a full redesign.
- You've traced a Salesforce field into a usage record into a provisioning step, and seen what broke downstream when it moved.
- You've worked with cloud marketplace operations — AWS or GCP private offers, co-sell, entitlement mapping, metering, and the failure modes when they break.
- You've worked with usage-based billing systems such as Metronome, Orb, or similar, and CRM↔billing identity reconciliation.
- You have LangChain or LangGraph experience, or you're excited to learn it here from the people who build it.
Annual salary range: $180-200k USD

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Notion is looking for an experienced Lifecycle Marketing Manager, Campaign Strategy & Execution to develop and execute campaigns that help users discover value, adopt key workflows, and deepen their use of Notion.
You'll own campaigns end to end: translating business and customer opportunities into clear strategies, defining audiences and journeys, coordinating creative and technical production, launching across email and in-product channels, and measuring incremental impact.
This role combines strategic judgment with hands-on execution. You'll partner closely with Lifecycle Marketing, Product Marketing, Product Growth, Data Science, Marketing Operations, and creative partners. You should be equally comfortable shaping a campaign brief, building a journey in Customer.io http://Customer.io, resolving execution details, and interpreting results.
Scope guardrails: this role owns campaign strategy, hands-on execution, cross-functional delivery, and performance analysis. It is not the primary Customer.io http://Customer.io architect or incident-response owner, a general intake coordinator, or a production-only role receiving prewritten briefs. The person should operate as an independent campaign owner who can take work from an ambiguous opportunity to a high-quality, measured launch.
This role may be based in either our San Francisco or New York City offices. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Own the campaign portfolio. Independently lead a portfolio of launch, one-off, and evergreen lifecycle campaigns with clear prioritization and predictable delivery.
- Turn opportunities into strategies. Translate product launches, lifecycle moments, and business priorities into clear objectives, audiences, journeys, channel plans, and success metrics.
- Build high-impact lifecycle programs. Develop campaigns across onboarding, activation, adoption, collaboration, monetization, retention, and resurrection.
- Execute from brief to measurement. Own audience creation, build, QA, localization, launch readiness, and post-campaign analysis across email and in-product messaging.
- Improve foundational journeys. Audit existing programs and recommend which should be maintained, improved, rebuilt, or retired; lead the rebuild of priority onboarding or adoption journeys.
- Raise the experimentation bar. Develop testable hypotheses and use segmentation, personalization, holdouts, and A/B tests to understand incremental impact.
- Measure customer and business outcomes. Connect campaigns to activation, product adoption, collaboration, conversion, retention, or qualified sales outcomes—not only opens and clicks.
- Lead cross-functional delivery. Coordinate dependencies across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, Demand Generation, Sales, and external partners.
- Create repeatable systems. Turn recurring campaign work into templates, playbooks, and reusable operating patterns that improve quality and velocity.
- Enable safe self-service. Help cross-functional partners execute effectively while maintaining Lifecycle's strategic, customer-experience, and quality standards.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Significant experience owning lifecycle, CRM, growth, or product-marketing campaigns from strategy through execution.
- A track record of independently leading complex, cross-functional campaigns at meaningful scale.
- Strong customer-journey thinking across activation, adoption, engagement, conversion, and retention.
- Hands-on experience with a lifecycle platform such as Customer.io http://Customer.io, Braze, Iterable, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Strong audience segmentation, personalization, experimentation, and campaign-measurement skills.
- Ability to use data to prioritize opportunities, evaluate results, and change strategy; working knowledge of SQL or self-serve analytics is a plus.
- Excellent project leadership: clear briefs, dependable execution, proactive risk management, and crisp stakeholder communication.
- Strong editorial and customer judgment—you care about sending useful, relevant messages rather than maximizing message volume.
- Comfort operating in a product-led, highly cross-functional environment with incomplete information.
- Experience with B2B or product-led growth, product telemetry, in-product messaging, or AI-assisted campaign workflows is a plus.
- 8+ total years relevant + transferrable experience.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE IN THE FIRST SIX MONTHS:
- Establish a clear operating rhythm for launch, one-off, and evergreen campaigns.
- Independently own a meaningful portfolio from strategy through performance analysis.
- Launch a materially improved onboarding, activation, or adoption journey with a defined experiment and measurement plan.
- Establish consistent briefs, segmentation standards, QA, launch-readiness checks, and post-campaign readouts.
- Demonstrate credible incremental movement in a product or business outcome.
- Create meaningful capacity for senior Lifecycle teammates to focus on systems architecture, journey strategy, personalization, and modernization.

Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!
Order Management sits at the center of how Figma turns contracts into revenue — every deal our Sales team closes passes through this team before it's invoiced. As part of the Revenue Operations team within Accounting, we own order form review, invoicing, and billing support for Sales and Support for a global customer base. As Figma grows, we're building the order-to-cash process for what comes next, and this role is a builder's seat: you'll take on our most complex orders while helping shape how orders get processed, reviewed, and automated as we scale.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you'll do at Figma:
Own the order process end to end — from contract review and order entry through to invoicing — processing orders accurately and within SLA, including our most complex work with validation for completeness, accuracy and policy compliance
Serve as a go-to resource for Sales and Support on billing and invoicing questions, and partner with cross functional partners to investigate discrepancies and booking blockers across systems — following up to conclusion
Detail-review routine orders processed by other analysts and our BPO partners, identifying error patterns and driving them to resolution
Play a key role in UAT for new products, SKUs, pricing models, and billing system releases — writing and executing test scripts, running end-to-end tests from order through billing, documenting bugs clearly, and working with cross functional partners to resolve
Support month-end and quarter-end close, including reconciliations, accruals, and data integrity across systems, while maintaining SOX controls, audit documentation, and the SOPs and test cases your areas run on
Take ownership of ad-hoc projects related to process improvement, system upgrades, or controls enhancements across the order-to-cash lifecycle
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
3+ years of experience in order management, order-to-cash, billing operations, or revenue operations at a SaaS company
Hands-on experience with Salesforce (RLM or CPQ), an ERP such as NetSuite, and a payment processor such as Stripe
Clear understanding of how order entry decisions flow downstream into billing and revenue
Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills — pivots, XLOOKUP, reconciling large datasets across systems — and comfort with data query tools
Exceptional attention to detail and a track record of producing quality work under quarter-end pressure, with excellent written and verbal communication across finance and non-finance audiences
