HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.

THE ROLE
We’re looking for an IT Operations Engineer to be the face of IT at Baseten: the person who makes technology just work for our team, in the office and remotely. This is an on-site role based in San Francisco.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be the go-to point of contact for hardware, software, and access issues across a macOS-first fleet, with some Windows.
- Give every new hire a great first day, from a ready-to-go laptop to working accounts, whether they’re in the office or remote.
- Run onboarding, role changes, and offboarding through our automated workflows, and catch the exceptions they don’t cover.
- Keep the office running smoothly: conference rooms and AV, network and Wi-Fi, printers, and walk-up support on office days.
- Support new office buildouts and plan workplace IT as we grow.
- Manage IT assets, and vendor relationships, including stock and shipping for remote teammates.
- Build a self-serve knowledge base and workflows that reduce ticket volume and help people help themselves.
- Find recurring friction and automate it within our AI ITSM (Serval) and existing tools, collaborating with IT Engineering on new integrations as needed
- Handle day-to-day administration of our core SaaS tools within delegated, scoped roles.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years in IT support or IT operations, ideally at a fast-growing company
- Hands-on experience supporting a macOS fleet end to end: troubleshooting login, FileVault, permission, and profile issues; enrolling devices and deploying apps and OS updates through an MDM (e.g. Kandji), including remote lock and wipe; and managing hardware through Apple Business Manager, AppleCare repairs, and reimaging for redeployment
- Hands-on experience administrating Google Workspace, Slack and Zoom
- Experience with conference room, AV, and office network setup and troubleshooting.
- Flexibility to support events in the evening may be occasionally required
- Experience with automation or scripting to streamline repetitive work.
- Excellent communication and a real care for the support experience.
- Strong organization across competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to be in our San Francisco office 5 days a week and lift standard IT equipment.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.

Our vision:
A world where everyone is free to focus on their most purposeful work, together.
About the Role:
With flexible, distributed-first ways of working, you'll have the support to do your best work, wherever you are. As the
Lead Identity & Access Management Specialist
you will be the primary architect and team leader driving our cloud application security posture. Your mission is to balance business agility with absolute data protection across our sprawling SaaS ecosystem (including M365, Slack, Salesforce, etc).
In this role, you will bridge the gap between user enablement and risk management by owning Identity and Access Management (IAM), deploying SaaS Security Posture Management (SSPM) tools to prevent configuration drift, and governing the entire lifecycle of our business applications. Crucially, you will lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of IT engineers with a strong security mindset, fostering a collaborative culture rooted in automation and proactive risk reduction.
Your Impact:
By building and automating robust Identity pipelines:
You will design, configure, and maintain our Identity Providers (IdP) using SAML 2.0, OIDC, and OAuth 2.0. You will leverage SCIM to automate provisioning and ensure immediate, airtight offboarding to prevent orphan accounts.
By hardening our SaaS posture against configuration drift:
You will deploy and manage SaaS Security Posture Management (SSPM) tools. You will establish and enforce security baselines (such as CIS benchmarks) across our key tools, catching unauthorized administrative changes in real time.
By governing the security of third-party integrations:
You will audit, restrict, and manage OAuth permissions granted to third-party add-ons and AI extensions, ensuring our enterprise data remains inside approved boundaries.
By mitigating Shadow IT and assessing third-party risk (TPRM):
You will analyze CASB, proxy, and endpoint logs to discover unauthorized SaaS usage. You will partner with Procurement to assess the security profiles of new software vendors by auditing SOC 2 reports, ISO certifications, and CAIQ sheets.
By championing technical leadership and team growth
: You will build, mentor, and guide a dedicated team of IT professionals. By establishing engineering best practices, leading agile workflows, and promoting continuous learning, you will multiply your impact across the entire organization and cultivate the next generation of cloud security talent.
Your Qualifications:
Experience: 5+ years of dedicated experience in Cloud Security, IAM Administration, or IT Security Operations, including 1-2 years of experience leading, mentoring, or acting as a technical coordinator for other engineers.
Technical Skills:
Deep expertise in identity protocols: SAML 2.0, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, and SCIM.
Hands-on administration experience with modern IdPs (Okta or Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD).
Scripting capabilities in Python, PowerShell, or Bash to automate security workflows and interact with SaaS APIs.
Soft Skills: Exceptional collaboration and communication skills to explain complex security practices to non-technical stakeholders, combined with a pragmatic, problem-solving mindset and proven leadership capabilities to unblock and motivate team members.
Standout Qualities:
You hold an industry-recognized Cloud Security certification like CCSP or CCSK (Cloud Security Alliance).
You hold a specialized identity certification like Microsoft SC-300 or an Okta Certified Professional/Administrator credential.
You have direct experience deploying and running enterprise-grade SSPM or DSPM solutions (e.g., Wiz, AppOmni, Reco, or Defender for Cloud Apps).
Leadership Excellence: You have a proven track record of designing technical roadmaps, translating business objectives into actionable engineering sprints, and successfully leading a small-to-midsize IT or Security team through complex migrations or infrastructure overhauls.
Team Dynamics:
Reporting: You will report directly to IT Ops Lead, joining a team that values proactive protection and automated operations.
The Neighborhood: You will collaborate daily with IT Operations, HR Ops (for automated onboarding/offboarding workflows), Security, Procurement (for vendor assessments), and departmental leads across the company.
Our Work Style: We operate in a highly flexible, remote-friendly, and data-driven environment. We live in Wrike for project management, utilize Okta / Entra ID, and scripting (Python, PowerShell) for API-driven automation.
Our Philosophy: We follow a Zero Trust security approach. We believe in securing through smart automation and user education rather than simply "blocking" productivity tools.

2 Volunteer Days
Medical Insurance (Employees + Dependents)

ABOUT US:
AI NEEDS A NEW INFRASTRUCTURE LAYER. WE'RE BUILDING IT AT MODAL.
Every era of computing brought new workloads that previous infrastructure couldn't support: mainframes, databases, and the cloud. Each time, the company that rebuilt the layer underneath defined the decade. AI is no different, except it touches everything instead of one slice, and the window to build the layer underneath it is open right now.
Our customers include category-defining companies like Ramp https://modal.com/blog/how-ramp-built-a-full-context-background-coding-agent-on-modal, Cognition, DoorDash, and Suno. They rely on Modal for instant GPU access, sub-second container starts, and native storage, so it's simple to serve low-latency inference, fine-tune models, and access production-ready sandboxes at scale.
We've passed $1B in annualized run rate, up 15x from a year ago. In October 2026 we raised a $750M Series D led by Accel at a $15.75B valuation.
Our team includes creators of popular open-source projects (e.g.,Seaborn https://github.com/mwaskom/seaborn,Luigi https://github.com/spotify/luigi), academic researchers, international olympiad medalists, and experienced engineering and product leaders with decades of experience.
THE ROLE:
We’re looking for a People Operations Generalist to join our growing People team. You’ll touch the employee lifecycle end-to-end, from offer acceptance through offboarding, while helping to build the processes and documentation that let our People function scale with the business.
This is a great fit for a highly organized, systems-oriented people person who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to build operational foundations, not just maintain them.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON:
- Own and continuously improve the new hire onboarding experience, ensuring employees are set up for success and internal tasks are tracked and completed on time
- Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions across the full HR spectrum, triaging and routing more complex issues to the right People team member or external partner
- Maintain and improve self-service resources (FAQs, Notion pages, etc.) so employees can find what they need quickly and always feel supported, even when no one’s in the room
- Support rollouts of new People programs and policies, including communication planning, manager enablement, and documentation
- Help bring employee experience programs and events to life that reinforce culture and make people feel valued, from team offsites to milestone recognition
- Process employee changes (promotions, equity refreshes) accurately and on time, including preparing updated employment letters and maintaining compliant employee files
YOU MAY BE A FIT IF:
- You have 2+ years of People Operations experience, preferably at a high-growth startup
- You’ve built and documented HR processes from the ground up, not just executed existing ones
- You have strong written communication skills: you write clearly, keep things simple, and know your audience
- You’ve managed employee data with accuracy and discretion
- You’re comfortable handling competing priorities without losing track of the details

Location: Rotterdam, Netherlands
About the Role
The company is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the Back Office & Integration squad. This is a dedicated people-management and hands-on technical leadership role — it is not a Tech Lead or Senior Software Engineer position. You will have direct line-management responsibility for a team of 4 to 8 engineers, taking full ownership of their performance, professional growth, and delivery.
The company develops a fast-growing travel management platform tailored specifically for the maritime, aviation, and energy sectors. Headquartered in Rotterdam with a team of ~200 people, the company builds mission-critical software that keeps complex global industries moving.
In this role, you will balance approximately 60% people management and delivery with 40% hands-on technical work, tackling complex architectural tasks and conducting code reviews.
Key Responsibilities & People Management
Line Management. Directly manage a team of 4–8 intermediate to senior engineers (7+ years of experience).
Performance & Growth. Conduct regular 1-on-1s, lead performance reviews, and foster career development within your team.
Hiring & Firing. Hold active input and decision-making responsibility for recruitment, team expansion, and offboarding.
Accountability. Take full ownership of your team's delivery and culture, standing by your team when challenges or mistakes arise.
Technical Contribution (~40%). Solve complex engineering problems, lead code reviews, and drive architecture decisions using modern .NET technologies.
Requirements

Recent People Management Experience. Active experience in a direct line-manager role within the last 3 years.
(Note: Mentorship, code reviews, or acting as a Tech Lead without direct people management do not qualify)

Ability to work remotely initially with a mandatory agreement to relocate to the Netherlands after 4 to 6 months (Full visa sponsorship and relocation support provided), willingness to start on a fixed-term contract during the initial trial period.
Technical Evaluation & AI Expectations
During the technical selection process, candidate AI usage will be evaluated. While AI is welcomed as a productivity tool, using AI merely as a basic search engine/shortcut for fundamental engineering problems is considered a reject signal.
Self-Rejection Criteria (Please do not apply if):
You are primarily looking for an Individual Contributor (IC), Tech Lead, or purely advisory role without direct line management responsibilities.
You are looking for a permanent contract from Day 1 without an initial fixed-term/trial period.
You are unwilling or unable to relocate to the Netherlands within 4 to 6 months.
You have not actively used C# / .NET as your primary tech stack within the last 5 years.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT US:
Notion helps you build beautiful tools for your life’s work. In today's world of endless apps and tabs, Notion provides one place for teams to get everything done, seamlessly connecting docs, notes, projects, calendar, and email—with AI built in to find answers and automate work. Millions of users, from individuals to large organizations like Toyota, Figma, and OpenAI, love Notion for its flexibility and choose it because it helps them save time and money.
In-person collaboration is essential to Notion's culture. We require all team members to work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, our designated Anchor Days. Certain teams or positions may require additional in-office workdays.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Millions of people rely on Notion to do their most important work. Protecting that trust starts with protecting the people who build Notion: our employees, their laptops, their identities, and the SaaS apps they rely on every day.
We are looking for a hands-on Corporate Security Engineer to own and improve the technical controls that keep our workforce and corporate environment safe. This is a security engineering role focused on building scalable controls and automation across identity, endpoints, SaaS, and workforce infrastructure, not a traditional IT support or corporate engineering role.
You'll own and evolve core security controls, design systems and automation that scale with the company, and help make security both stronger and easier to use. You'll partner closely with IT, Infrastructure, GRC, and Detection & Response to improve the security foundations that employees rely on every day.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Harden our identity and access management stack, including Okta and Google Workspace, with phishing-resistant MFA, strong SSO and SCIM lifecycles, and least-privilege access across SaaS.
- Run our endpoint security program across a macOS-first fleet, including MDM, EDR, and configuration baselines, with working coverage for Windows and ChromeOS.
- Secure AI tool usage at the endpoint, including governance of large language models, AI agents, and model context protocol (MCP) integrations; detect and prevent unauthorized or risky AI service access and data exfiltration through AI-enabled tools.
- Reduce SaaS risk at scale through SSPM tooling and custom automation, including detection of risky OAuth grants, excessive permissions, shadow IT, and configuration drift.
- Write code (Python, Terraform) to automate access reviews, onboarding and offboarding, configuration drift detection, and audit evidence collection.
- Partner with Detection & Response to ensure corporate systems produce the telemetry needed to detect identity, endpoint, and SaaS abuse.
- Support SOC 2, ISO 27001, and customer audits as a byproduct of good engineering, not a separate workstream.
- Partner with Detection & Response on investigation and response for corporate security incidents, including phishing, account compromise, lost devices, and BEC.
SKILLS YOU NEED TO BRING:
- Have 5+ years of hands-on experience in corporate security, enterprise security, or IT security engineering at a cloud-native company.
- Have working knowledge of a major identity provider (Okta, Entra, or Google Workspace) and the underlying protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SCIM).
- Have hands-on experience operating endpoint management and detection tooling across macOS and enterprise environments.
- Write production-quality scripts and automation in Python or Bash, and have shipped Terraform or other infrastructure-as-code for security configuration.
- Are familiar with SaaS security risks (OAuth governance, audit logging, SSPM) and the realities of integrating a long tail of vendors.
- Have working knowledge of at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure) at the security configuration level.
- Communicate clearly in writing and work effectively across IT, Engineering, Legal, People, and GRC.

What you’ll be part of
Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system — and we’re the only proven player doing exactly that. We partner with employers to redesign how healthcare works: applying 550+ proprietary clinical metrics across 80+ specialties to a dataset of 320M+ patients to identify the best-performing doctors, then using compelling incentives to steer members to the care that helps them get healthier, faster.
The result is a rare “win win” — better care and lower costs for both members and employers. In just five years, our work has helped over 2.5 million people access higher-quality care and saved $1B in healthcare costs. We recently raised our Series E and have doubled five years running. If you've ever wanted your work to solve a problem that touches every person in this country, this is the opportunity to do exactly that. You'd be joining a team fundamentally reimagining healthcare in the U.S. — and using AI to scale that impact further and faster than anyone else can.
About the role:
We are looking for an engineer who can walk into messy, cross-functional workflows and turn them into clean, automated systems that scale. This role focuses on identifying high-friction operational processes across the company and replacing them with durable, API-driven automation. You will work across IT, Security, Engineering, and Business teams to reduce manual work, improve reliability, and build systems that scale with the company.
This is not a ticket-driven IT role. You will operate with a high degree of ownership, driving initiatives end-to-end from problem discovery through implementation and rollout. You will be part of the Business Technology - Corporate Engineering team and report to the Director of Business Technology.
Where you will work:
This role will be based in our New York City office (in the Financial District). You must be willing to work in the office 3 days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
What you will do:
Identify and automate high-impact operational workflows across onboarding, offboarding, access management, and service delivery
Replace manual, fragmented processes with scalable, API-driven systems
Build and maintain integrations across HRIS, identity providers, SaaS platforms, and cloud environments
Develop internal tools and automation using platforms like Retool, Okta Workflows, and custom scripts or services
Apply infrastructure-as-code to manage and version system configurations
Incorporate AI into workflows to improve efficiency in areas like ticket routing, knowledge retrieval, and decision support
Design and automate access and security workflows that enforce least-privilege and auditability
Own and drive cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, from problem definition through implementation and rollout
The ideal candidate has:
4–7+ years of experience in IT, platform engineering, automation, or similar roles
Strong scripting or programming ability in Python, Go, Node.js, PowerShell, or similar
Experience building API-driven automation across multiple systems
Ability to design and implement workflows that span multiple tools and teams
Experience with infrastructure-as-code such as Terraform or similar
A desire to be a part of a high-performing, mission-driven team that operates with intense urgency, a strong sense of individual accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedback
What will make you stand out:
Hands-on experience with identity and access systems (Okta, SSO, SCIM, RBAC), including implementation and ongoing management
Proven ability to build and scale internal tools using platforms like Retool or other low-/no-code solutions
Familiarity with security automation and orchestration (e.g., Tines), with an eye toward reducing manual effort and risk
Practical experience leveraging AI/LLMs to streamline and enhance operational workflows
Strong understanding of compliance and security standards (HIPAA, SOC 2, HITRUST) and how they shape systems and processes
Focused on driving meaningful outcomes
Able to identify root-cause, system-level issues and design durable solutions rather than quick fixes
Comfortable navigating cross-functional environments with competing priorities and constraints
Operates with urgency while building scalable, maintainable solutions
Defaults to automation and efficiency wherever possible
What you’ll get here
You’ll work on problems that matter, at a company working to change healthcare at scale. You’ll work at the intersection of AI and systemic healthcare reform, where the problems we solve are as interesting and compelling as the mission.
At Garner, you’ll take on real, ambitious problems with real ownership and autonomy, alongside exceptional, principles-based people who genuinely want you to win. It’s demanding by design. You’ll be challenged to stretch beyond what you thought possible and receive consistent coaching to help you grow and do the best work of your career. This isn't the right fit for everyone, and that's intentional. The people here are driven by what's at stake for real people, and that's what gives our intensity its purpose.
Technologies we use:
Okta, Okta Workflows, Retool, FreshService (ITSM), Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian (Confluence and Jira), MDM platforms (Jamf Pro, Kandji/Iru, Intune), Airtable, AWS and GCP, Terraform, Rippling (HRIS), SOAR (Tines), and AI-enabled operational tooling (Claude, Gemini, OpenAI)
This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company in a transformative role, helping shape the future of healthcare.
Please note: we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
Compensation Transparency:
The target salary range for this position is $189,000 - $220,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including but not limited to: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k), Teladoc Health and more.
