ROLE HIGHLIGHTS
- Engineering Supply Chain Manager (Mechanical)
- Location: Netherlands
- Department: Global Supply Chain
- Reports to: R&D Supply Chain Manager
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Office/On-site
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
THE MISSION OF THE ENGINEERING SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER (MECHANICAL)
As our Engineering Supply Chain Manager (Mechanical), you'll join our fast-moving Global Supply Chain organization and work closely with our hardware engineering teams as they design and build mechanical systems and structures on tight and shifting timelines.
You'll be an active part of our engineering projects, helping to execute them and staying ahead of supply. That means identifying long lead items, critical materials and complex parts as early as possible in the process, and securing them before they become bottlenecks for testing and builds. When machining capacity, material availability, special process queues or a late design change threaten a prototype schedule, we need you to act. Our development cycles are fast and iterations are constantly occurring since we thrive on pushing the technology for the best.
You'll also be a key link between Engineering and Production. You'll communicate R&D supply chain risks and the critical parts and materials you've identified to Production, so nothing comes as a surprise at handover. Your work supports the success of every engineering prototype iteration and at the same time prepares Production for rollout and mass production.
This role suits someone who is proactive by nature, with a solution driven mindset and a deep understanding of mechanical manufacturing processes, materials and hardware prototyping, who is comfortable with ambiguity and acts before problems arrive rather than waiting for them. How quickly we get from concept to working hardware in orbit, and then into production, depends on how well this role is done.

AGILITY, RISK MANAGEMENT & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
- Build and maintain a living view of supply risks across all active projects, including capacity constraints, raw material availability, single-source suppliers, special process bottlenecks and export restrictions and qualify alternatives early.
- Keep purchasing details accurate in the ERP system, with clean traceability and build readiness status that the organisation can rely on, even under fast-moving conditions.
- Bring an experimentation mindset: test new suppliers, new sourcing channels, new manufacturing partners, and new tools to reduce lead times and cost.
R&D TO PRODUCTION READINESS
- Communicate R&D supply chain risks and identified critical parts and materials to Production early and clearly, so they are known well before handover.
- Support the success and rapid iteration of engineering prototypes while preparing Production for rollout and mass production.
- Make sure critical and long lead parts, qualified suppliers and special processes, and realistic lead times and capacity are in place before a design moves into series production.
- Help build the sourcing foundations that will carry a design from prototype into repeatable production.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
MUST HAVES:
- 5+ years of direct experience in mechanical sourcing, procurement or engineering supply chain roles in fast-moving hardware environments.
- Strong procurement understanding of machined and composites parts, special processes, engineering materials and prototyping flows.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in startup-like conditions: tight deadlines, shifting priorities, incomplete information, and rapid cycles.
- Hands-on experience running purchasing and material management through an ERP system.
- Confident negotiator, commercially and technically, able to influence engineers, program managers and suppliers without formal authority.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience in space, aerospace, defence, hardware startups or other deep-tech R&D environments.

ROLE HIGHLIGHTS
- Engineering Supply Chain Manager (Electronics)
- Location: Netherlands
- Department: Global Supply Chain
- Reports to: Engineering Operations Manager
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Office/On-site
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
THE MISSION OF THE ENGINEERING SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER (ELECTRONICS)
As our Engineering Supply Chain Manager (Electronics), you'll join our fast-moving Global Supply Chain organization and work closely with our hardware engineering teams as they design and build electronic systems on tight and shifting timelines.
You'll be an active part of our engineering projects, helping to execute them and staying ahead of supply. That means identifying long lead items and critical components as early as possible in the process, and securing them before they become bottlenecks for testing and builds. When lead times, allocation or a late design change threaten a prototype schedule, we need you to act. Our development cycles are fast and iterations are constantly occurring since we thrive on pushing the technology for the best.
You'll also be a key link between Engineering and Production. You'll communicate R&D supply chain risks and the critical components you've identified to Production, so nothing comes as a surprise at handover. Your work supports the success of every engineering prototype iteration and at the same time prepares Production for rollout and mass production.
This role suits someone who is proactive by nature, with a solution driven mindset and a deep understanding of electronics, PCB manufacturing and hardware prototyping, who is comfortable with ambiguity and acts before problems arrive rather than waiting for them. How quickly we get from concept to working hardware in orbit, and then into production, depends on how well this role is done.
WHO WE ARE
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system.
ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.
Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
HIGH-VELOCITY ENGINEERING SUPPORT
- Serve as the hands-on supply chain counterpart for fast-paced electronics engineering teams working on multiple, rapidly evolving hardware projects.
- Be an active member of engineering project teams from kick-off, helping to execute the project plan and reviewing draft BOMs while the design can still be changed.
- Identify long lead items and critical components as early as possible, and secure them proactively (early orders, allocation, buffer stock) before they can delay a project.
- Translate early-stage concepts, evolving BOMs, and mid-design changes into actionable sourcing steps with minimal delay.
- Advise engineers, in real time and in early design reviews, on how component choices affect availability, alternates, obsolescence, cost and lead time.
- Identify supply issues before they become blockers and propose workaround paths immediately.
RAPID SOURCING & PROCUREMENT EXECUTION
- Own sourcing and procurement of electronic components, PCB fabrication, PCBA assembly, connectors, harness, sensors, RF parts, embedded modules.
- Run fast quoting and supplier selection so prototype and builds get their boards and parts on the dates engineering committed to.
- Lead efforts to find alternative components or new supply paths within hours, not weeks, when shortages occur.
- Set stock levels and material availability plans for development and prototype builds.
SUPPLIER INTERACTION & TECHNICAL ENGAGEMENT
- Own relationships with PCB fabricators, electronics manufacturing partners and component distributors, and work with them to understand lead time constraints, manufacturing capabilities, DFM implications and fast-track build options.
- Support technical capability assessments of PCB/PCBA vendors, machining partners, and component distributors.
- Negotiate priority build slots, allocation and expedited shipments, and secure prototypes under compressed timelines.
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL START-UP COLLABORATION
- Coordinate across engineering, manufacturing, program management, and operations to remove obstacles and maintain build readiness.
- Maintain complete visibility into prototype schedules, engineering changes, and material risks, communicating clearly and frequently.
- Operate with a bias for action: if something is unclear, you chase it; if something breaks, you fix it; if something is missing, you find it.
AGILITY, RISK MANAGEMENT & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
- Build and maintain a living view of supply risks across all active prjects, including obsolescence, allocation, single-source parts, counterfeit risk and export restrictions and qualify alternatives early.
- Keep purchasing accurate in the ERP system, with clean traceability, cost visibility and build readiness status that the organisation can rely on, even under fast-moving conditions.
- Bring an experimentation mindset: test new suppliers, new sourcing channels, new manufacturing partners, and new tools to reduce lead times and cost.
R&D TO PRODUCTION READINESS
- Communicate R&D supply chain risks and identified critical components to Production early and clearly, so they are known well before handover.
- Support the success and rapid iteration of engineering prototypes while preparing Production for rollout and mass production.
- Make sure critical and long lead parts, qualified suppliers and realistic lead times and capacity are in place before a design moves into series production.
- Help build the sourcing foundations that will carry a design from prototype into repeatable production.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
MUST HAVES:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, Supply Chain, or similar.
- 5+ years of direct experience in electronics sourcing, component procurement or engineering supply chain roles in fast-moving hardware environments.
- Strong technical understanding of semiconductors, passive components, PCB fabrication, PCBA assembly, embedded electronics, and prototyping flows.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in startup-like conditions, tight deadlines, shifting priorities, and rapid cycles.
- Hands-on experience interpreting electronic schematics, BOMs, AVL requirements, PCB stackups, and manufacturing documentation.

About the role
We're looking for a
Senior Product Analyst
to become the independent analytical voice of our Matching & Relationships team. You'll work across several closely connected product areas - spanning matchmaking, messaging and AI-assisted user experiences - and help us answer the questions that matter:
are we moving in the right direction, and where do we invest the least effort for the greatest impact?
This isn't a role about building pretty dashboards. It's about designing rigorous experiments, challenging assumptions with data, and turning numbers into decisions. If you believe in the craft of real analytics - not just prompting an AI for a chart - and you like being the person who keeps the team honest with the data, you'll feel at home here. You'll partner directly with the product managers behind each area and report to the Head of Product, who cares deeply about analytics and will be a highly engaged collaborator.
What you'll do
Design and run product experiments end to end
- form hypotheses, define test duration and required sample size, assess whether the expected result is achievable, evaluate A/B tests and determine statistical significance.
Unify metrics across our product areas
into one coherent picture, cascading them from our core company metric (MAP) down to the drivers of acquisition, retention, reactivation and churn.
Be the independent analytical check
on whether the team is moving in the right direction - grounding decisions in data rather than intuition.
Find the highest-leverage growth opportunities
- where the smallest effort delivers the biggest effect on key metrics.
Track whether we're winning in the numbers
- connect metrics to goals, estimates and costs, and flag early when we drift off course.
Generate, prioritize and validate hypotheses
("what would happen if…?") together with product managers.
Investigate anomalies and metric deviations
, get to the root cause, and raise the alarm on product issues before they grow.
Calibrate our work against corporate goals
and challenge the flood of initiatives with a clear, numbers-based point of view.
Improve our analytical processes where you see room - we're an open team and we act on good ideas.
What we're looking for
Must-have:
4+ years in product analytics
, ideally at a product with large data volumes.
A degree in
mathematics, engineering or a related technical field.
Strong command of
mathematical statistics and probability theory
, applied in practice.
Proven, hands-on experience
designing and running A/B tests
— including sizing, significance and interpretation.
Fluency in
SQL and Python
; comfortable with data extraction, processing and visualization (Superset a plus).
Deep understanding of
product and marketing metrics
— LTV, CPA, Retention, CR — and how they connect to the business.
Product thinking
— you see the user behavior behind every metric.
High autonomy and ownership
— you find the growth points yourself and see them through to impact.
Critical thinking
— you question the data and the decisions around it, and cross-check your conclusions.
Clear communication
— you back arguments with numbers, explain the complex simply, and structure findings around a clear recommendation and estimated impact.
Nice to have:
Experience with products where data and causal inference are central -
social products, dating, gaming, or two-sided marketplaces (B2B + B2C).
Hands-on experience with
recommender systems.
Background at a
data-rich, high-volume product.
What do we offer
REMOTE OPPORTUNITY to work full-time.
Vacation 28 calendar days per year.
7 wellness days per year (time off) that can be used to deal with household issues, to lie down and recover without taking sick leave.
Bonuses up to $5000 for recommending successful applicants for positions in the company.
50% payment for professional training, international conferences, and meetings.
Corporate discount for English lessons.
Health benefits. According to the paychecks, if you are not eligible for corporate medical insurance, the company will compensate you with up to $ 1,000 gross per year per employee. This can be spent on self-purchase of health insurance or on doctor’s fees for yourself and close relatives (spouse, children).
Workplace organization. The company provides all employees with an equipped workplace and all the necessary equipment (table, armchair, wifi, etc.) in our offices or co-working locations. In the other locations, the company provides reimbursement of workplace costs up to $ 1000 gross once every 3 years, according to the paychecks. This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years.
Internal gamified gratitude system: receive bonuses from colleagues and exchange them for our merchandise, team building activities, massage certificates, etc.
Sounds good? Join us now!
The initial pay level or pay range for this role will be shared with candidates during the recruitment process and before the commencement of employment.

Join OLX and see how far you can go.
About the role
Advertising is one of OLX's most important revenue lines - and one of its biggest opportunities. Today, our advertising business spans multiple markets, formats, and platforms, but it needs a product leader who can take it to the next level: from foundational ad-tech infrastructure to new revenue surfaces powered by AI.
We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to own the global advertising product end-to-end. This means everything from the ad-core stack (serving, auction, targeting, measurement) to growing revenue beyond listings through self-serve advertiser tools, programmatic demand, and retail-media formats. You'll also shape how advertising integrates into AI-native surfaces — balancing monetisation yield against buyer experience.
This is a role for someone who has built advertising products at scale, understands the programmatic ecosystem, and is excited about using AI to create new advertising experiences. You'll work closely with business and commercial stakeholders to grow revenue, while ensuring our advertising never compromises the trust our users place in the platform.
This role reports to the Head of Product.
What you'll do
Own the global advertising product end-to-end: ad-core stack (serving, auction, targeting, measurement) across all marketplaces and platforms
Drive growth of advertising revenue beyond listings, including self-serve advertiser tools, programmatic demand, and retail-media formats such as sponsored listings, native, and video
Own integration of ads into AI-native surfaces such as AutoIQ and agentic search, balancing yield against buyer experience
Define and track advertising success metrics: revenue, fill rate, eCPM, advertiser ROI, buyer experience impact
Partner closely with Engineering, Data Science, Commercial, and Sales teams to build the product capabilities that unlock revenue growth
Represent the advertising product at the leadership level, presenting strategy and results to executive audiences
What we're looking for
Significant product management experience in digital advertising, ad-tech, monetisation, or revenue product at scale
Proven track record of building and scaling advertising products — programmatic ads, third-party ads, billing systems, or ad-serving platforms
Experience taking advertising or monetisation products from early-stage to meaningful revenue
Ability to balance monetisation yield with user experience — making evidence-based trade-offs between revenue and buyer trust
AI-native: you build with AI, not just use it for productivity. You experiment with AI tools outside of work and bring that curiosity into your product craft
Zero-to-one: you see opportunities, not just optimisations. You spot problems, build prototypes, and ship
Comfortable with ambiguity: you don't wait for perfect clarity — you create it
Strong stakeholder management across commercial, engineering, and executive audiences
Preferred:
Experience with retail media, sponsored listings, native advertising, or video ad formats in a marketplace or e-commerce context
Familiarity with AI-native product surfaces and how advertising integrates with AI experiences

WELCOME TO OLX
We're building marketplace sustainable ecosystems that millions of people depend on every month – to buy and sell cars, find homes, land jobs, and trade secondhand goods. It's commerce that matters: safe, smart, and environmentally responsible.
We do this with courage to innovate, commitment to outcomes, collaboration across 50+ nationalities and 7 markets, and a customer-led approach that puts real people first. Add a desire to win – and you get a culture that's ambitious, fast-moving, and built on trust.
Our brands – including AutoTrader, OLX, Otomoto Property24, and more – are loved by millions. And we're backed by Prosus, one of the world's largest tech investors.
Multi-market experience across different regulatory and commercial environments

ABOUT CLIPBOARD
Our mission is to uplift as many communities as possible. We do this through our app-based marketplace that connects healthcare professionals with the workplaces that need amazing workers. This enables hundreds of thousands of people to achieve financial stability for themselves and their families while providing essential care to millions of people across the U.S.
Founded in 2016, we are a remote-first team of over 1,000 people building a top Y-Combinator company https://www.ycombinator.com/topcompanies/ and have been profitable since 2022. We’re the leader in Long-Term Care staffing and are rapidly expanding into Home Health, Hospitals, and more, meaning we have more work to do than people to do it, and are growing our team to support millions more people and their communities.
About the role:
An indispensable component of Clipboard's marketplace is its workplace customers. The Account Manager ensures the continued success of the partnership between Clipboard and its workplace partners, working to deliver an optimal experience at every level of their organizations. The job encompasses being a resource to workplaces when issues arise, liaising with building- and corporate-level contacts, and keeping abreast of a litany of important business metrics for each account.
Your week will be balanced between high-touch customer engagement and internal account strategy, with a laser focus on net revenue retention. You are an avid problem-solver, a strategic communicator, and a diligent executor who can navigate complex relationships to sharpen your business acumen.
Responsibilities:
- Manage & grow your portfolio: Own a book of business with accountability for "Same-Store Shift Postings" (SSSP, which measures utilization) and "Same-Store Net Revenue" (SSNR, which measures profitability). In your pursuit of driving those numbers higher, you will identify churn risks, mitigate issues, and proactively uncover opportunities for commercial expansion.
- Strategic account planning: Build and maintain detailed account plans. Forecast performance accurately and provide regular insights to internal leadership regarding pipeline health and account stability.
- Drive executive value: Establish trust with both clinical and non-clinical executives. Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and strategic meetings to demonstrate value, align on business goals, and negotiate mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Operational excellence: Act as the primary point of contact for complex escalations, ensuring rapid resolution while implementing systemic solutions to prevent recurrence.
- Cross-functional advocacy: Partner with Product, Legal, and Strategy Operations to represent the voice of the customer, driving product improvements and internal initiatives that optimize the client experience.
Beyond the basics, what will make you successful:
- Extreme ownership: The buck stops with you, no matter what anyone else did or did not do. You're self-reliant, and can get things done in the chaos that is an early-stage startup scaling quickly.
- Extreme curiosity: You ask "why" 3-5 times in a row for the same problem, digging and digging and not being satisfied until you truly understand the root cause.
- Scrappiness: You look for ways through problems and refuse to let obstacles derail your progress. You bring solutions instead of asking ‘what should I do?’
- Fast-paced: You thrive on moving quickly and are highly adaptable to a market that evolves quickly.
Our interview process:
1. Application (where you are now!)
2. Case study
3. Interview 1 with a hiring manager
4. Interview 2 with Head of Account Management
5. Culture chat with a partner on our People Team
Why a case study first?
Since this role is remote and requires a high degree of autonomy, the case study helps us understand how you operate in an asynchronous environment. Specifically, we’re looking at how you interpret written context, navigate ambiguity, and identify opportunities independently. This ensures our first conversation is grounded in your actual work style rather than just a resume walkthrough.
Qualifications:
- Relationship management experience not required but strongly preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to try / lack of fear
- Bachelor's Degree
Benefits:
- Do great work that matters for customers who could really use your help
- Competitive pay
- Unlimited PTO
- Fully Remote

Clipboard would never ask you for money or your bank details to participate in our hiring process. Report any scammers impersonating the Clipboard hiring team members here https://forms.gle/SyGaxHFbon7Hg9fW6.
