We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
About Grafana Labs:
There are more than 700,000 active installations of Grafana around the globe, monitoring everything from beehives to climate change in the Alps. The instantly recognizable dashboards have been spotted everywhere from a SpaceX launch and Minecraft HQ to Wimbledon and the Tour de France. Grafana Labs also helps companies including Bloomberg, JPMorgan Chase, and eBay manage their observability strategies with full-stack offerings that can be run fully managed with Grafana Cloud, or self-managed with Grafana Enterprise Stack. The Grafana stack has grown to include more open-source projects, including Grafana Loki (for logs) and Grafana Tempo (for traces) and Grafana Mimir (for metrics).
Description of Duties
We’re looking for a Staff Technical Writer to create documentation and learning content that helps people adopt and master Grafana’s observability products. You’ll work with engineers, product managers, and the Grafana writing team to produce content for a range of products and audiences, from first-time users to experienced practitioners. Because our products and priorities evolve, we’re looking for someone who learns new technical domains quickly.
AI is part of how this team works. We use AI-assisted workflows and tools throughout the content lifecycle, from research and drafting to review, validation, and maintenance. You’ll use these tools every day and help the team get better at using them.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, research, write, and maintain documentation and learning content (concepts, tasks, tutorials, references, and in-product learning) that supports adoption and long-term product mastery.
Use AI tools and workflows to work faster and at a higher quality: drafting, structuring, technical validation, consistency checks, and keeping content current. You apply human judgment to everything AI produces and take responsibility for its accuracy.
Contribute to the team’s shared AI workflows and skills, and look for ways to improve and automate how we create and maintain content as tools and models evolve.
Partner with engineers, PMs, and other stakeholders to understand product requirements, interview subject matter experts, and turn complex technical detail into clear, accurate content.
Test what you document. Run the software, follow your own procedures, and flag product and UX gaps you find along the way.
Let data guide your priorities. We have strong docs and learning analytics. You’ll use them, along with user feedback, to find content gaps, prioritize your work, and show the impact of what you ship.
Work with the documentation manager and other writers to improve information architecture, voice, and consistency across our docs, and to make information easy to find for both people and AI-driven search and assistants.
Manage several projects at once, using judgment to prioritize and communicate clearly when the plan changes.
Mentor teammates and share practices that raise the quality of the team’s work.
Requirements
What experience would make someone be successful in this role?
Experience writing or documenting enterprise or developer-facing software, with a portfolio or writing samples that show technical depth.
Hands-on experience using AI tools and models in your writing workflow (such as LLM assistants, agentic coding tools, or custom prompts and skills), and the ability to explain how you evaluate and verify their output.
Experience working with docs-as-code: command-line Git, GitHub (pull requests and reviews), Markdown, and common IDEs.
Comfort working in technical environments. You can set up, run, and troubleshoot software yourself to verify what you write (for example, command line, containers, or Kubernetes, or a willingness to learn quickly).
Experience collaborating with engineers and product managers to get accurate technical information.
Experience working remotely and asynchronously on a distributed team.
What you’ll bring to the role
Curiosity about AI as a craft. You treat AI workflows as a professional skill. You experiment, share what works, and know where AI helps and where it doesn’t.
Technical credibility. You care about accuracy, you learn new technical domains quickly, and you ask questions until you understand them.
Strong judgment and editing skills. You can tell good content from plausible-sounding content, and you hold the line on quality.
Ownership. You manage multiple projects and work well both independently and collaboratively.
Clarity. You write concisely and plainly for readers of all experience levels.
Bonus: Experience with observability, monitoring, or cloud-native tooling, or contributing to open source documentation.

This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who enjoys working with ambiguity, finding meaningful insights, and turning research into measurable product outcomes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Wireframing & Prototyping — Use Figma or Visily to translate research insights into wireframes, user flows, and low-to-mid fidelity prototypes that guide product and design decisions.
- User Personas & Journey Mapping — Develop and maintain player personas, customer journey maps, and mental models that inform product strategy and prioritization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration — Work directly with Product Managers, Designers, and Developers to embed user insights into the product lifecycle from ideation through launch.
- Stakeholder Reporting — Document and present research findings clearly to stakeholders, making complex insights accessible and actionable.
- UX Standards — Champion user-centered design principles, accessibility standards, and usability best practices across all product initiatives.
- Continuous Discovery — Proactively identify new research questions, monitor industry UX trends, and propose process improvements to keep our research function sharp.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in UX research, with a portfolio or case studies demonstrating research-to-product impact.
- Proficiency in Figma and/or Visily for wireframing, prototyping, and user flow design.
- Proven experience conducting user interviews, usability testing, and surveys — both moderated and unmoderated.
- Familiarity with analytics and behavioral tools such as Mixpanel, Hotjar, FullStory, or Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical mindset — ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into clear, prioritized insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to present research clearly to non-research audiences.
- Advanced AI user — comfortable leveraging AI tools to accelerate research synthesis, generate interview guides, and surface patterns at scale.
- English fluency required.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in sweepstakes casino, online gaming, fintech, or consumer subscription products.
- Experience working in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments.
- Exposure to game mechanics, reward loops, or player psychology research.

- Granola takes notes during our interview calls so our team can focus on the conversation with you.

AI tools assist us but never replace human judgment, and these practices are conducted in compliance with applicable data protection, AI governance, and labor laws. Your data is not used to train AI models.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp is hiring a Lead Recruiter to own Director-level and above hiring across our G&A and business functions. You will lead some of the company’s most critical leadership searches, partnering directly with senior stakeholders to identify and hire leaders who will shape Ramp’s next stage of growth.
You will own searches from initial scoping through close, partnering directly with executives and senior leaders across the business. You will be expected to develop real fluency in each area you support, translate ambiguous business needs into clear hiring strategies, and bring an independent point of view on talent.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is equally strong at research, assessment, stakeholder partnership, and closing. You should be comfortable challenging assumptions, navigating sensitive and confidential searches, and creating structure without slowing the business down. You should be a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, builds pipelines from scratch, and takes ownership of moving searches forward even when the role, target profile, or process is still taking shape.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own full-cycle recruiting for Director-level and above roles across G&A and business functions, from intake and market mapping through offer and close.
- Develop real fluency in the functions you support and quickly build context when taking on a new area, so you can identify the signals that distinguish exceptional leaders beyond title, company, and tenure.
- Build proactive pipelines through market research, targeted sourcing, referrals, and thoughtful engagement with passive candidates. Independently build momentum on confidential searches where broad outreach or an existing pipeline may not be available.
- Develop assessment approaches that surface a candidate’s leadership effectiveness, functional expertise, and ability to operate at Ramp’s pace and scale.
- Move fluidly across functions, evolving role definitions, and competing priorities while maintaining a consistently high bar for talent, execution, and candidate experience.
- Exercise discretion throughout sensitive searches, managing candidate information and stakeholder communication with sound judgment.
WHAT YOU NEED
- 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- A track record of independently leading complex senior-level searches from initial scoping through accepted offer.
- Ability to advise senior leaders, challenge requirements, and influence hiring decisions through clear communication, market insight, and data.
- Demonstrated ability to build fluency in unfamiliar functions, context-switch across very different searches, and maintain strong judgment as priorities and scope change.
- A high level of ownership and comfort with ambiguity. You can turn an open-ended business need into an actionable search, build a pipeline from scratch, and drive progress without waiting for direction.
- Strong closing skills, including experience navigating competing offers, senior candidates, and sensitive searches.
NICE-TO-HAVE
- Prior experience in executive search or a dedicated leadership recruiting role, particularly across G&A or business functions.
- Experience partnering directly with CEOs or other C-suite leaders on critical hires.
- Experience improving interview architecture, scorecards, market maps, or recruiting processes where structure was limited or still being built.
- Experience developing AI-enabled recruiting workflows that were adopted beyond your own individual searches.
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
- Weekly coffee stipend

We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
This is a remote position. We are seeking candidates in US and Canada.
The Opportunity
Application Core Services (AppCore) is a group within Platform, in the Foundations department. We build and operate systems that support Grafana’s business operations and customer experience, working closely with product teams and internal business partners.
The Usage squad works on billing, rates, usage calculations, usage visibility and cloud marketplace integrations. Our software helps customers understand their consumption and costs, and helps internal teams operate accurate, reliable billing processes.
We are looking for a Staff Fullstack Engineer with strong backend experience who enjoys making complex business systems reliable, understandable and easier to operate. You will help deliver new capabilities while improving existing services, reducing repetitive manual work and addressing edge cases that affect customers and internal stakeholders.
This is a hands-on Staff engineering role within the AppCore Usage squad. You will lead complex technical work, contribute directly to implementation and share ownership with the squad’s other Staff and Senior engineers. Your primary focus will be Usage’s systems and outcomes, collaborating with adjacent teams when the work requires it.
Our ownership includes application code, data stores, deployment configuration and the cloud infrastructure supporting our services. You should be comfortable following a problem across those boundaries and making improvements with the appropriate platform teams.
We are remote-first and global. For this role, we prefer candidates in NASA’s Eastern Time zone to provide more overlap with our EMEA colleagues.
What You’ll Be Doing
Your initial focus will be approximately 75% backend and 25% frontend. This balance will evolve with the squad’s priorities. You should be comfortable delivering across the stack, from business logic and APIs through to the interfaces customers and internal teams use.
Design, build and operate backend services and APIs supporting billing, rates, usage calculations, usage visibility and marketplace workflows.
Build and maintain backend services primarily in Go, with Node.js also present in our stack, and contribute to TypeScript/React applications to deliver complete features.
Improve the correctness and reliability of billing and usage workflows, including validation, reconciliation, error handling and recovery.
Identify recurring manual tasks and replace them with maintainable automation, clear operational workflows and appropriate controls.
Maintain and evolve the infrastructure supporting our services, including Kubernetes workloads, scheduled jobs, cloud resources and deployment configuration.
Use infrastructure as code and automated delivery pipelines to make changes repeatable, reviewable and safe across environments.
Investigate production issues across application code, databases and infrastructure, including resource exhaustion, failed jobs, slow queries and replication delays.
Plan and execute service deployments, database changes and infrastructure migrations, including validation, monitoring and recovery plans.
Build and maintain integrations with cloud marketplaces and external business systems where required by the squad’s work.
Deliver projects from understanding requirements and proposing an approach through implementation, testing, rollout and production support.
Make changes traceable and testable, supporting audit requirements and clear explanations of system behaviour.
Collaborate with product management, Support, DealOps, GTM, infrastructure teams and adjacent AppCore squads to clarify requirements and resolve dependencies.
Share technical leadership through design discussions, code reviews, mentoring and practical improvements.
Participate in the squad’s on-call rotation after onboarding. Improve dashboards, alert quality, runbooks and recovery procedures, and follow through on incident findings.
What Makes You a Great Fit
You enjoy engineering work where correctness, reliability and business impact matter. You find value in improving an established system, removing a recurring operational problem or making a billing workflow easier to understand and support.
You take ownership from understanding the problem through delivery and production support. You can turn an ambiguous request into manageable increments, make sound trade-offs and follow through without needing each step prescribed. You ask useful questions, seek feedback and raise uncertainty or blockers early.
You adapt as priorities change, learn unfamiliar systems and technologies, and contribute where the squad needs you. You bring a strong backend specialty while remaining willing and able to work on frontend features and supporting infrastructure.
You reason about how a service behaves in production: how it is deployed, where its data lives, what happens when dependencies fail, and how the team detects and recovers from problems.
You communicate clearly in writing and in conversation. In a distributed team, you make decisions, progress and risks visible so colleagues can contribute across time zones. You work independently while staying connected to the squad.
As a Staff engineer, you bring technical depth and sound judgment while remaining close to implementation. You collaborate constructively with other experienced engineers, welcome different perspectives and help the squad reach decisions and move forward.
We embrace thoughtful use of AI-assisted development. We value engineers who use these tools to support exploration, implementation, testing and documentation while taking responsibility for the quality and correctness of the result.
Requirements
Substantial experience designing, delivering and operating production backend systems, with the depth and judgment to lead complex work hands-on.
Strong experience building and operating production backend systems in Go, our primary backend language.
Professional experience contributing to frontend applications using TypeScript and React, or comparable technologies, and willingness to work across the stack as priorities change.
Experience reasoning about distributed systems, including partial failures, retries, consistency and interactions between services.
Experience with relational databases, including data modelling, schema migrations, query performance and safe production changes.
Practical experience deploying and troubleshooting containerised services and jobs in Kubernetes.
Experience managing cloud infrastructure through code and working with CI/CD pipelines, environment configuration and controlled rollouts.
Ability to investigate production problems using logs, metrics and traces, and turn findings into lasting improvements.
A record of delivering projects end to end, clarifying requirements, making trade-offs and following through after release.
Experience working remotely, with clear asynchronous communication and dependable collaboration across time zones.
Ability to learn unfamiliar domains and technologies, adjust your approach as new information emerges, and take ownership beyond your main area of expertise.
Experience writing readable, well-tested software that other engineers can understand, maintain and operate.
Willingness to participate in on-call and take responsibility for the production behaviour of the systems you build.
Experience supporting colleagues through code reviews, mentoring and constructive technical discussions.
Bonus Points For
Usage metering, billing engines, pricing and rates, financial reconciliation or customer-facing cost management applications.
Reducing operational toil and automating workflows with recurring exceptions or manual interventions.
Systems with auditability, traceability or financial-control requirements.
MySQL operations, replication, database upgrades and performance tuning.
Terraform, Jsonnet and Kubernetes deployment configuration.
Argo Workflows or comparable deployment and job-orchestration tooling.
Cloud infrastructure involving managed databases, object storage, service accounts and access controls, particularly on GCP.
Data synchronisation pipelines and BigQuery integrations.
Cloud marketplace integrations across AWS, Azure or GCP.
Integrations with business platforms such as NetSuite or Salesforce.
Observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Loki or OpenTelemetry.

About the Team
Research & Insights is the team that helps Salmon understand its customers, market, and business opportunities. The CX/UX Research team sits within it and works side by side with Product and Design, turning customer evidence into better product decisions.
As Salmon continues to scale, the need for hands-on, in-depth customer understanding grows with it. This team works closely with Product, Design, Marketing, Strategy, and Operations to make sure decisions are informed by real user behavior, not assumptions.
We're looking for curious, hands-on researchers who enjoy getting close to users, uncovering insights, and helping teams act on them.
About the Role
As a CX/UX Researcher, you will expand hands-on research capacity across Salmon's product portfolio. You'll work closely with product designers and PMs to run studies from kickoff to readout, including interviews, usability tests, and journey mapping, and help teams make decisions based on evidence.
This is a hands-on role. You'll run your own fieldwork, recruit participants, moderate sessions, and write reports. You'll also help build the research infrastructure: intake standards, a methods library, and a research repository the whole product team can use.
This is an excellent opportunity for a researcher who wants to see their work shape products used by real customers, and to help build a research function from an early stage.
What You'll Do
Research Planning & Execution
- Plan and run moderated usability tests, in-depth interviews, and quantitative/unmoderated studies
- Own assigned studies end-to-end: recruitment, moderation, analysis, and reporting
- Maintain a research backlog together with the research lead, and align priorities with product and design teams
Participant Recruitment & Fieldwork
- Recruit and screen participants, and manage logistics including panel vendors, screeners, and incentives
- Run virtual and in-person fieldwork and ensure a positive participant experience
- Conduct field research directly with users, which is expected and resourced
Collaboration with Product & Design
- Work closely with product designers and PMs: participate in team rituals, discuss research priorities, and align on study scope and timing
- Facilitate synthesis workshops, insight reviews, and journey mapping sessions with design and product teams
- Negotiate research priorities with stakeholders, and push back when needed
Journey Mapping & Insights Reporting
- Build and maintain customer journey maps for prioritized product areas
- Write clear, decision-ready reports and present findings to product teams
- Drive change based on research: track whether insights are actioned, follow up with teams, and escalate blockers to the research lead
Research Operations
- Contribute to research repository standards, the intake process, and the methods guild
- Help build the processes and tools that make research faster and more reusable across the product team
What Makes You a Strong Fit
- 2+ years in UX research for consumer products
- Track record of running moderated tests and in-depth interviews independently
- Experience facilitating workshops and collaborative sessions with design and product teams
- Ability to discuss and negotiate research priorities with PMs and designers, and comfort pushing back when needed
- Experience creating journey maps, personas, or service blueprints
- Proven ability to drive change based on research: you track whether findings are actioned, not just delivered
- Comfortable operating with limited process; you help build it rather than wait for it
- Clear, concise writing for non-research audiences
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Filipino/Tagalog
Knowledge & Domain Expertise
Interest or familiarity with:
- UX and customer experience research
- Qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
- Customer journey mapping and service design
- Research operations and repository management
- Evidence-based product decision-making
Bonus
- Experience in credit, lending, payments, or fintech
- Exposure to banking, technology, or consumer-focused industries
- Experience working with panel vendors and research recruitment platforms
Why Join Us?

We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
This is a remote position. We are seeking candidates in US and Canada.
The Opportunity:
Application Core Services (AppCore) is a group within Platform, in the Foundations department. Foundations produces the Internal Engineering Platform (IEP) and partners closely with our Cloud, Enterprise, and Grafana teams. Our team develops the essential systems driving Grafana's business operations. We utilize the grafana.com platform to engineer bespoke integrations and solutions that unify the diverse technical ecosystem of a modern software enterprise.
The team owns important domain areas that help keep both our customer workflows and internal business processes running smoothly. AppCore is made up of multiple squads, each focused on one or more of these domains. Our work includes maintaining the billing engine responsible for customer usage calculations, automating provisioning after a customer signs a contract, integrating with cloud marketplaces such as AWS, Azure, and GCP, and building and maintaining the user portal our customers rely on to manage their accounts.
This is a team working at the intersection of product, platform, and business operations. The systems we build are critical to how Grafana Cloud scales. We are looking for engineers who enjoy solving complex workflow and systems problems, improving reliability and developer experience, and building software that directly supports both customers and internal stakeholders.
As a company we are remote-first and global, we embrace people of different experiences and backgrounds to build diverse teams where every person brings a unique perspective to the software. Engineers at Grafana Labs also have the opportunity to contribute to Open Source communities and collaborate across teams beyond their immediate scope.
What You’ll Be Doing:
The Usage squad owns the essential systems driving Grafana's business operations and customer usage calculations. Our domain encompasses maintaining the billing engine responsible for customer usage calculation, cost management and billing applications, automating provisioning after a customer signs a contract, integrating with cloud marketplaces such as AWS, Azure, and GCP, and building and maintaining the customer user portal.
Our work sits at the intersection of product, platform, and business operations. We build full-stack web applications, customer portals, backend services, APIs, and data integrations across internal Grafana platforms and third-party systems like NetSuite and Salesforce. When this domain works well, customers get clear usage visibility, reliable billing, and seamless account management workflows. This role is about 75% FrontEnd and 25% BackEnd.
Design, build, operate, and evolve reliable full-stack web applications, customer-facing account portals, and backend services that power core customer usage and billing workflows
Build and maintain backend APIs (Golang, Node.js) and intuitive user interfaces using modern frontend technologies (TypeScript, React)
Design and maintain integrations between Grafana systems and external business platforms such as NetSuite, Salesforce, and cloud marketplaces (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Develop and automate business logic for customer usage metering, pricing structures, promotions, and billing reconciliation
Collaborate across product management, DealOps, GTM, Support, and adjacent AppCore squads to deliver robust end-to-end features
Address technical debt, optimize CI/CD pipelines, strengthen test coverage, and improve system observability and operational resilience
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers while shaping pragmatic solutions for complex systems challenges
Contribute to roadmap planning, technical design, OnCall improvements, and long-term simplification of stack operations
You will help own the production behavior of the systems you build. That includes improving runbooks, dashboards, alerts, reconciliation safety, rollout controls, and recovery procedures. You should be comfortable debugging across service boundaries and making careful changes in systems that affect customer stacks
What Makes You a Great Fit:
At Grafana, we actively embrace AI-assisted and agentic development practices, integrating these technologies into both our engineering workflows and the systems we deliver. We encourage our engineers to thoughtfully leverage AI tools to enhance every stage of the lifecycle, from design and implementation to testing, documentation, and operations. We also look for strategic opportunities to embed agentic capabilities within our services to eliminate toil, bolster reliability, and ensure that complex customer workflows remain resilient and safe.
We are seeking a Staff FullStack Engineer who thrives on building production systems where correctness, scalability, and user experience are paramount. As a remote-first organization, you should be comfortable collaborating asynchronously across time zones and taking full ownership of the critical systems powering Grafana Cloud. Our team is small and operates with a high degree of independence; you will be expected to lead major projects, coordinate across service boundaries, and help define the technical direction for our domain.
You will be particularly successful in this role if you enjoy solving challenges related to stateful systems, eventual consistency, and reconciliation loops. We value engineers who can take ambiguous lifecycle requirements and transform them into explicit, modular solutions. You should be adept at breaking down complex systems work into safe, iterative increments while clearly communicating technical tradeoffs to both internal stakeholders and adjacent product teams.
Some things you might be expected to do could include:
Writing efficient, readable, and easy to maintain code
Designing new microservices or systems
Collaborating with teammates and other departments to reach consensus on proposed solutions
Coordinating with product and UX when needed
Responding to customer requests and feedback
When ready, participating in our follow-the-sun OnCall rotation
Participating in team decisions, such as roadmap planning and prioritization
Requirements:
You have at least 1 year of fully remote work experience
You have worked on a big SaaS platform and dealt with common distributed systems problems (e.g. scalability, multi-tenancy, data isolation, HA, …)
Strong professional experience with backend technologies (Golang, Node.js) as well as modern frontend web development (TypeScript, React)
Care deeply about developer and user experience and the quality of the products that you work on
Have some experience with delivering projects from gathering requirements, and brainstorming ideas to shipping a product to the customer’s hands in a self-driven way
You write clean, robust, well-tested software that other engineers can understand, operate, and maintain
Have experience with mentoring junior engineers in a collaborative but asynchronous environment
Can take on complex challenges and break them down to achieve tight learning loops: to analyze, design, and build modular solutions, deliver MVPs, gather data and feedback, and then progress iteratively
You are willing to work across teams. Your work has to be aligned with the needs of other squads and external stakeholders. You make your plans transparent, bring stakeholders on board, and are open to feedback and suggestions
Strong Kubernetes experience in AWS, GCP, or Azure, and familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tooling (Helm, Terraform, Jsonnet, etc.)
Bonus Points For:
Experience with high-volume usage metering, billing engines, or customer-facing cost management applications
Experience designing, building, and maintaining integrations with third-party business systems (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce, Cloud Marketplaces)
Experience with frontend component libraries, design systems, and modern CSS-in-JS tooling
Familiarity with cloud marketplace integrations (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SaaS provisioning/tenancy patterns
Experience working on SaaS provisioning, tenancy, regional expansion, plugin rollout, or customer lifecycle systems
Experience with incident response involving configuration drift, partial failure, or cross-service state mismatch

ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for an Employment Counsel to join Ramp's Legal team. This is a generalist employment role with broad scope. You will handle U.S. employment counseling as your base load, cover non-U.S. jurisdictions as needed, and own immigration and global mobility. You will partner directly with People, Talent, Total Rewards, Finance, Tax, Equity Admin, Compliance, and business leaders, and you will manage outside counsel in jurisdictions where we do not hold the expertise in house. We are a small, high-leverage team supporting a company that moves quickly, so you will cover a lot of ground and be trusted to run matters independently.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Day-to-day employment counseling: Advise People partners and managers on hiring, worker classification, compensation, leaves and accommodations, performance management, discipline, separations, and more
- Immigration and global mobility: Collaborate with the People team on the immigration program, including work authorization outside the U.S. Set and communicate the sponsorship policy, manage outside immigration counsel and case volume, and partner with Talent on offer-stage decisions. Support relocations, cross-border remote work requests, and business travel, and work with Finance and Tax on permanent establishment and mobility tax exposure
- Investigations: Collaborate with the People team on internal investigations and advise on findings and outcomes
- Disputes: Handle demand letters, agency charges, arbitrations, and litigation with outside counsel
- Agreements and templates: Own offer letters, employment agreements, separation and release agreements, contractor and consultant agreements, restrictive covenants, and the local-law variants of each
- Transactions: Support employment and immigration diligence, employee transitions, and post-close integration for M&A and new-market entry
- Build for scale: Produce manager training, policies, self-serve guidance, and repeatable processes as we expand in the US and globally
WHAT YOU NEED
- 8+ years practicing employment law, with a combination of top law firm and in-house experience at a high-growth technology company
- JD from an accredited law school and active membership in at least one U.S. state bar (New York or California preferred)
- Deep U.S. employment counseling experience across the full employee lifecycle, including wage and hour, leaves and accommodations, investigations, performance management, and separations
- Working knowledge of employment law outside the U.S. and the judgment to triage a cross-border question quickly
- Hands-on experience with U.S. business immigration and global mobility, including running a sponsorship program and managing immigration counsel at volume
- Demonstrated ability to independently run multiple time-sensitive matters
- Exceptional written and verbal communication. You can turn an employment law question into guidance a manager can act on in one reading
- High judgment on sensitive and confidential matters, and the steadiness to advise on them under time pressure
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and processes are still being built, and a bias toward action
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience at a fintech, payments, or regulated financial services company
- Experience standing up employment infrastructure in a new country, including EOR-to-entity transitions and works council or employee representative consultation
- Employment experience across EMEA, APAC, LATAM, or Canada
- A track record of using AI or automation to eliminate manual legal work
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering

Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
As Director, Global Field Sales Operations, you’ll partner with Sales and Revenue Operations leadership to run the operating rhythm of a global sales organization serving customers from Small and Medium-sized Businesses (SMB) through Enterprise across multiple regions. You’ll lead forecasting, pipeline management, planning, and productivity initiatives while building a scalable field operations function. By helping sales teams operate with greater clarity and consistency, you’ll support 1Password’s mission to help businesses protect what matters most with simple, human-centric security. Reporting to the Vice President, Revenue Operations, this role is remote in the USA or Canada.
How we’re using AI today
Across GTM, we’re transforming the way we work with AI. We expect every seller, CSM, and team member to become a power user, using it daily to work smarter and move faster. AI is already embedded in how we operate – from real-time coaching that sharpens how we sell and interact with customers, to surfacing insights that help us anticipate needs – creating more time for meaningful customer engagement. If you’re excited to reshape how you think, make decisions, and drive growth with AI, you’ll feel right at home here.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
Note: All go-to market roles will have an in-person onboarding in Toronto.
What we're looking for:
• 8+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or sales strategy and operations within Business-to-Business (B2B) software, including 3+ years leading teams.
• Deep experience with sales forecasting, pipeline management, sales process, and operating rhythms across multiple segments.
• Experience leading annual planning, territory design, quota setting, and in-year adjustments.
• Experience supporting sales organizations across multiple regions, including Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA).
• Ability to build trusted relationships with senior Sales leaders, communicate clearly, and influence decisions using sound judgment and data.
• Experience hiring, developing, and coaching strong sales or revenue operations leaders.
• Experience using Salesforce and artificial intelligence (AI) to improve forecasting, pipeline management, or sales productivity.
What you can expect:
• Partner with Sales leaders to set quarterly priorities, align hiring plans and trade-offs, and create recovery plans when teams fall behind.
• Establish consistent global standards for forecast calls, pipeline reviews, and quarterly business reviews.
• Develop independent forecasts for each team, lead large-deal reviews, and turn insights into clear decisions.
• Improve sales productivity through stronger coverage, faster ramping, and effective support from solution engineering and Privileged Access specialists.
• Lead the use of AI in forecasting and pipeline work, helping managers reinvest time saved into selling and coaching.
• Run annual planning with Sales Strategy and Planning and Enablement so that teams begin each year with clear territories and quotas.
• Lead and develop a high-performing global field sales operations team.

How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others.
Our approach to work
We recognize the power of both in person collaboration and remote work. Some roles are designated as remote-first, with an expectation that individuals work from their homes majority of the time, while others are designated as in-office roles, with an expectation of being on-site on a regular basis. We recognize that certain roles benefit from regular, in-person connection to support collaboration, team cohesion, and customer engagement.
For all roles, occasional travel may be required. This includes things like: department-wide offsites, quarterly department meetings and periodic customer events. These events are typically held in varying locations across Canada, USA and/or EMEA. In leadership roles, you can expect to travel once per month on average.
Note: All go-to market roles will have an in-person onboarding in Toronto.

✨ ONE PLATFORM, A WHOLE WORLD OF OPPORTUNITY
The best jobs have always clustered in a handful of the world's wealthiest cities. But talent is everywhere. Oyster set out to close that gap - building a global employment platform that lets companies hire, pay, and care for brilliant people anywhere.
We're proof that a high-performing culture doesn't need an office. Distributed across 60+ countries since 2020, we've built something the industry keeps noticing:
- Ranked #10 of 250 on TIME and Statista's 2026 list of America's Top WorkTech Companies https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-hr-named-10-of-americas-top-worktech-companies-of-2026-by-time
- Named one of America's Greatest Startup Workplaces 2026 https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-2026-newsweek-award by Newsweek
- A G2 Spring 2026 Leader https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-named-best-roi-for-any-global-employment-platform-for-g2-spring-2026 across Employer of Record, Global Employment, Multi-country Payroll, and HR Compliance
- The only B Corp-certified global employment platform ~ independently verified since 2023
Two of those rankings measured our business impact from the outside. One measured how our own people feel about working here. They landed in the same place ~ because at Oyster, culture and performance aren't separate conversations. They're the same one.
And we're just getting started. If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who care as much as you do, we'd love for you to apply.
THE ROLE
Location: While this position is posted in a specific location, all of Oyster’s positions are fully remote and you can work from home. Forever. To create the best experience for our new hire, this role requires you to be based within UTC−6 to UTC+3.
Role Summary
Oyster is hiring an Integrated Campaign Manager to lead the planning and execution of integrated growth campaigns for global prospective customers, turning target accounts into pipeline and accelerating open opportunities. Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation and Growth Marketing, you'll partner closely with our Product Marketing, Brand, Digital, Events, Ops, and Sales teams to deliver one coherent buyer journey across every channel.
This is a role for a marketer who wants their work measured in pipeline, not page views. You’ll own Oyster’s integrated campaigns end to end. Deciding the strategy, the channel mix and the spend, and you’ll see directly how your work drives revenue. You’ll sit at the centre of Marketing and Sales, with the scope to shape how we reach companies hiring across borders.
Key Responsibilities
Demand Generation & Campaign Execution
- Develop, execute and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns. Including content syndication, webinars, virtual events, email nurtures, direct mail, referral programs, and demo programs: to drive net-new pipeline and accelerate open opportunities.
- Build quarterly campaign plans that balance always-on programs with high-impact moments for the full prospect lifecycle, modeled backward from pipeline goals to determine program mix and spend.
- Partner with Product Marketing and Brand to turn positioning into campaign messaging, offers, and content that is tested and refined based on results.
- Build campaign enablement (talk tracks, email templates, one-pagers) and align with BDRs on follow-up expectations so campaign interest converts into meetings.
- Manage timelines, budget, and resources to ensure successful campaign delivery with ROI accountability.
Cross-Functional Partnership & Continuous Improvement
- Partner closely with stakeholders in marketing, sales, operations and external vendors to ensure consistent, aligned campaign execution across the business.
- Optimize campaigns and refine strategies based on data-driven results, including A/B testing and performance reporting.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve research, segmentation, personalization, campaign development, content distribution, analysis, and execution.
- Facilitate retrospectives and turn performance findings into optimized campaigns and repeatable playbooks.
Core Requirements
- 6+ years in B2B integrated or demand generation marketing, including substantial ownership of demand generation, integrated campaigns, growth marketing, or account-based marketing.
- A track record of building campaigns that tie directly to pipeline coverage and revenue outcomes, not just engagement metrics.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Data-driven, with working knowledge of attribution and pipeline measurement.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for campaign planning, content acceleration, or workflow automation.
- Experience with Salesforce and HubSpot, or equivalent CRM/MAP platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting strategy and results to senior stakeholders.
You'll also need
- A reliable home internet connection and fluency in both written and spoken English.
