We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
About Grafana Labs:
There are more than 700,000 active installations of Grafana around the globe, monitoring everything from beehives to climate change in the Alps. The instantly recognizable dashboards have been spotted everywhere from a SpaceX launch and Minecraft HQ to Wimbledon and the Tour de France. Grafana Labs also helps companies including Bloomberg, JPMorgan Chase, and eBay manage their observability strategies with full-stack offerings that can be run fully managed with Grafana Cloud, or self-managed with Grafana Enterprise Stack. The Grafana stack has grown to include more open-source projects, including Grafana Loki (for logs) and Grafana Tempo (for traces) and Grafana Mimir (for metrics).
Description of Duties
We’re looking for a Staff Technical Writer to create documentation and learning content that helps people adopt and master Grafana’s observability products. You’ll work with engineers, product managers, and the Grafana writing team to produce content for a range of products and audiences, from first-time users to experienced practitioners. Because our products and priorities evolve, we’re looking for someone who learns new technical domains quickly.
AI is part of how this team works. We use AI-assisted workflows and tools throughout the content lifecycle, from research and drafting to review, validation, and maintenance. You’ll use these tools every day and help the team get better at using them.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, research, write, and maintain documentation and learning content (concepts, tasks, tutorials, references, and in-product learning) that supports adoption and long-term product mastery.
Use AI tools and workflows to work faster and at a higher quality: drafting, structuring, technical validation, consistency checks, and keeping content current. You apply human judgment to everything AI produces and take responsibility for its accuracy.
Contribute to the team’s shared AI workflows and skills, and look for ways to improve and automate how we create and maintain content as tools and models evolve.
Partner with engineers, PMs, and other stakeholders to understand product requirements, interview subject matter experts, and turn complex technical detail into clear, accurate content.
Test what you document. Run the software, follow your own procedures, and flag product and UX gaps you find along the way.
Let data guide your priorities. We have strong docs and learning analytics. You’ll use them, along with user feedback, to find content gaps, prioritize your work, and show the impact of what you ship.
Work with the documentation manager and other writers to improve information architecture, voice, and consistency across our docs, and to make information easy to find for both people and AI-driven search and assistants.
Manage several projects at once, using judgment to prioritize and communicate clearly when the plan changes.
Mentor teammates and share practices that raise the quality of the team’s work.
Requirements
What experience would make someone be successful in this role?
Experience writing or documenting enterprise or developer-facing software, with a portfolio or writing samples that show technical depth.
Hands-on experience using AI tools and models in your writing workflow (such as LLM assistants, agentic coding tools, or custom prompts and skills), and the ability to explain how you evaluate and verify their output.
Experience working with docs-as-code: command-line Git, GitHub (pull requests and reviews), Markdown, and common IDEs.
Comfort working in technical environments. You can set up, run, and troubleshoot software yourself to verify what you write (for example, command line, containers, or Kubernetes, or a willingness to learn quickly).
Experience collaborating with engineers and product managers to get accurate technical information.
Experience working remotely and asynchronously on a distributed team.
What you’ll bring to the role
Curiosity about AI as a craft. You treat AI workflows as a professional skill. You experiment, share what works, and know where AI helps and where it doesn’t.
Technical credibility. You care about accuracy, you learn new technical domains quickly, and you ask questions until you understand them.
Strong judgment and editing skills. You can tell good content from plausible-sounding content, and you hold the line on quality.
Ownership. You manage multiple projects and work well both independently and collaboratively.
Clarity. You write concisely and plainly for readers of all experience levels.
Bonus: Experience with observability, monitoring, or cloud-native tooling, or contributing to open source documentation.

Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!
Production Engineering embeds with product and platform teams across Figma to help them deliver reliable products faster. Our work spans the stack, from browser performance to backend services and infrastructure. We build tools and practices that reduce operational complexity, clarify important signals, and leave teams confident operating their systems. We value curiosity, thoughtful engineering, and practical progress on problems that matter to the business.
As Engineering Manager, you’ll own the team’s strategy, priorities, delivery, and people development. You’ll work with product and platform leaders to decide where the team can make the biggest difference, balancing immediate production needs with lasting improvements. You’ll use your technical judgment to challenge assumptions and assess risk while giving engineers room to lead.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you’ll do at Figma:
Coach and develop production engineers, including experienced technical leaders, through direct feedback and opportunities to shape technical strategy and lead work across teams
Set priorities and guide delivery for the team’s embedded work with Figma’s product and platform organizations. Align partners on outcomes, responsibilities, and tradeoffs, and resolve competing demands
Guide improvements to observability, incident response, and production tooling that reduce recurring toil, surface actionable signals, and make services easier for product teams to understand and operate
Partner with engineers on long-term technical direction, design, and production reviews, supporting their ownership of technical decisions and holding the team accountable for delivery
Anticipate reliability and scaling challenges alongside partner-team leaders, and prioritize improvements that support upcoming product goals
Turn lessons from work with product teams and production incidents into reusable tools and practices that strengthen partner teams’ ownership and make on-call more sustainable
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
Experience managing engineering teams and developing senior engineers, helping them grow their technical judgment, leadership, and impact
Experience building and operating complex software systems at scale, with the technical judgment to guide decisions across the stack and learn unfamiliar systems
Experience leading complex initiatives across engineering teams and cross-functional partners, earning trust beyond your reporting line, resolving competing priorities, and delivering shared business goals
Sound judgment about reliability, security, and sustainable operations, with clear communication and respect for engineers’ technical ownership
While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Experience building shared reliability platforms, observability or distributed tracing systems, or tooling that reduces toil across multiple engineering teams
Familiarity with traffic management, service discovery or service meshes, container orchestration, infrastructure as code, or capacity and performance engineering
Experience improving incident response processes and reducing on-call burden
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make thoughtful decisions using incomplete or imperfect data.
• Experience partnering with campaign, analytics, marketing operations, or other cross-functional teams to improve performance.
• Experience marketing complex technical products to audiences such as developers, information technology (IT) professionals, or other technical decision-makers. Experience in cybersecurity or familiarity with artificial intelligence (AI) tools and automated workflows is also a plus.
What you can expect:
• Own the B2B performance marketing and demand generation strategy for a sales-led growth motion, aligning paid programs with pipeline and revenue objectives.
• Develop annual and quarterly roadmaps informed by business goals, audience insights, performance trends, and experimentation results.
• Manage paid channels and platforms end to end, from strategy and execution through optimization, reporting, and continuous improvement.
• Evaluate Return on Investment (ROI), marginal returns, and channel performance to guide budget shifts, scaling decisions, and investment strategy.
• Monitor leading indicators such as leads, MQLs, conversion rates, and Cost per Lead (CPL), as well as downstream pipeline, opportunity volume, and revenue influence.
• Design, execute, and analyze experiments across audiences, channels, creative, offers, and funnel stages, translating results into scaled programs and clear recommendations.
• Partner with Global Campaigns, Analytics, Marketing Operations, and external vendors to improve lead quality, strengthen campaign performance, and share actionable insights.

We need people who are keen to take on challenging problems, who seek feedback to grow, and who are driven to make an impact. If you're looking for a place where you can settle into a comfortable routine, this might not be the right fit for you. We’re looking for individuals who are proven experts in their fields, as well as those who are highly adaptable, can thrive in ambiguity and through change, are curious, and above all deliver results.
How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others.
Our approach to remote work
We believe in the power of remote work, but recognize that in-person connection is important to help us achieve our mission. Frequency will depend on role and responsibilities, and may include, but is not limited to: annual department-wide offsites, team meetings, and customer/industry events.

As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll help customers succeed with the Figma product suite, from individual designers to large enterprise teams. You’ll join an experienced, close-knit support team that cares about each other and about doing great work for customers. AI is changing how people design and build, and our products are changing with it. You’ll be among the first to see how customers use what we ship, you’ll learn directly from our Product and Engineering teams, and what you hear from customers will help shape what we build next.
This is a full-time role based in our Bengaluru office.
What you’ll do at Figma:
Resolve customer tickets in Zendesk, mostly by email, such as helping a designer get back into a locked account or sorting out who can view and edit a shared file
Troubleshoot technical issues across the Figma product suite, such as figuring out why a prototype isn’t behaving as expected or why a customer’s AI tool won’t connect to Figma
Review AI-generated output and credit usage to make fair, consistent calls, such as deciding whether a customer’s AI credit usage matches what they were charged and explaining the outcome clearly
Write clear bug reports and product feedback, such as documenting the steps to reproduce an issue affecting several customers so Engineering can prioritize a fix
Facilitate calls with customers when email isn’t enough, such as screen-sharing with an Org admin to walk them through their team’s setup
Stay current as our products evolve, such as joining a launch session with Product Managers and Engineers, then turning what you learned into a guide or macro for the team
Work from our Bengaluru office during a schedule that aligns with US business hours
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
2+ years in a customer support role, ideally at a SaaS company
Hands-on experience with design tools like Figma, and regular use of AI tools in your work
A knack for technical troubleshooting and explaining complex things simply
Excellent written English and a warm, human communication style
Curiosity and a habit of learning new technology on your own
While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Professional experience in UX or product design

ABOUT THE TEAM
At Mural, we're changing how teams collaborate, think, and make decisions together. Growth Marketing sits inside Product and owns how people discover Mural and decide to start. Paid is a core acquisition engine for the business, working across both our self-serve and sales-assisted motions. You will own it end to end and work closely with partners across Product, Marketing, and Sales to turn demand into teams that rely on Mural.
YOUR MISSION
You will own Mural's paid marketing end to end: the channels, the budget, and the results. Paid plays a role across the full funnel and supports the different ways Mural grows, from building early awareness to reaching people when they are ready to act. You will bring these efforts together into one connected program, lean on experimentation and measurement to learn what works, and help turn marketing investment into durable growth.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own strategy, budget, execution, and reporting for paid across search, paid social, and video and display, running it as one connected program across the full funnel.
- You will own Mural’s paid marketing end to end, with a focus on generating efficient growth across self-serve acquisition and sales-assisted demand. Success will be measured by the quality and volume of activated users, qualified pipeline, and revenue generated from paid investment.
- Build and run a continuous experimentation program across audiences, creative, landing pages, and offers.
- Lead agency and vendor partners to execute and scale the program.
- Partner with our Data team on attribution and measurement to connect paid spend to real outcomes.
- Partner across Marketing and Web on messaging and the post-click experience.
- Set performance targets and expand the program into new regions and languages, including EMEA and APAC.
- Support account-based and demand generation programs in close partnership with the Sales and RevOps teams.
- Use AI in your daily workflow to move faster across keyword, creative, analysis, and reporting work, with a point of view on where AI is changing paid marketing.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 5+ years of hands-on B2B digital and performance marketing, owning paid search, paid social, and video or display with real budget responsibility.
- A full funnel operator comfortable across both self-serve growth and sales-assisted demand. You have owned awareness and demand creation, not only bottom funnel capture, and can show how top of funnel and account-based work pay off downstream.
- You design and read clean tests across audiences, creative, and landing pages, and you know what to do with an inconclusive result.
- Comfort living in the performance data, with hands-on fluency in SQL, product analytics, and BI tools.
- A real point of view on measurement. You know where last-click falls short and have used holdouts, incrementally, or media mix testing to judge channels that do not attribute cleanly.
- Experience running paid inside a self-serve or freemium model, with a feel for how acquisition connects to activation and retention.
- A self-starter who is motivated and scrappy, thinks through problems, and brings innovative solutions in a high-growth environment.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY
We will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment. Please contact us to request accommodation.
Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, including gathering and analyzing user feedback, writing detailed user stories and specifications, and collaborating with our offshore software development team.

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
