WHAT YOU'LL DO
The agent must collect and use a card number but can never see it. This work sits across four hard technical domains: payments, security, real-time voice, and LLMs. Voice is the core challenge. A caller speaks or types a card number in a live, low-latency audio stream, and the digits must never reach the model, while the model stays on the call.
Sierra owns every system that touches card data, and one small team owns it end to end across three workstreams: Platform, Product, and Safety & Integrity. Customers keep their own telephony and payment gateways. Payments is live in production for some of the largest consumer enterprises, on a platform that handles hundreds of millions of calls a year. The platform is certified to PCI DSS Level 1.
- Build real-time card capture for voice: intercept keypad and spoken digits in a live audio stream, upstream of the agent runtime in a network-segmented environment, while the LLM stays live on the call. Make it work across every telephony provider and protocol Sierra supports.
- Build and extend the tokenization platform: agents receive and send short-lived tokens, and the platform swaps a token for the real value only when it calls the customer's payment gateway.
- Own the payments egress control plane: every destination for card data is approved, versioned with the agent release, and enforced by infrastructure below the application, not by convention.
- Make payment actions correct: an at-most-once action primitive in the Agent SDK, validated amounts and items, and monitoring that compares what the agent said about a payment with what really happened.
- Keep card data out of places it should not be: deterministic detection in the agent's hot path that catches what general-purpose models miss. No LLM, including any we build ourselves, ever sees a plaintext card number.
- Make payments self-serve: one payments API across Agent Studio, the Agent SDK, and Ghostwriter, Sierra's agent-building agent; gateway middleware that developers write against tokens; and support for single-tenant and customer-cloud deployments. Any team can add payments to an agent without a payments engineer in the loop.
- Grow the platform beyond cards: extend tokenization into a privacy vault for all PII.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 5+ years building backend, platform, or infrastructure systems, with a track record of shipping and operating high-reliability services in production.
- A deep security instinct. You design as though every component will eventually be compromised, and you reason naturally about blast radius, least privilege, and making bad states impossible rather than reacting to them.
- Rigor about correctness under failure: retries, idempotency, at-most-once behavior, and clear handling of timeouts and unclear results from external systems.
- Fluency in a systems language (we use Go) and comfort owning critical systems end to end, from design through production and on-call.
- Range and ownership. You like a small team with broad scope, you build clean abstractions over messy external systems, and you're never satisfied solving a problem once per customer.
- Clear communication. You can explain a design or a risk to other engineering teams and to non-engineers.
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
You don't need payments experience. The engineers who built this platform came from backend, infrastructure, and security work, not payments. We care more about how you build correct, secure systems than about the word "payments" on your resume.
EVEN BETTER…
- Real-time or streaming systems: voice, telephony, media, or low-latency pipelines.
- Applied cryptography and key management, network isolation, egress control, or cloud security.
- Platforms other engineering teams build on, such as APIs, SDKs, and self-serve developer services.
- Deployments into customer-owned clouds or single-tenant environments.
- Customer-facing technical work, such as architecture reviews with customers.
- Setting technical direction on ambiguous, high-stakes problems.
- Payments, fintech, or another sensitive-data domain such as healthcare or identity.
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
When someone calls an airline, texts a retailer, or opens their bank's app and talks to a Sierra agent, our systems carry that conversation. Phone calls, SMS, WhatsApp, email, and the chat inside our customers' apps all run through this team.
AI voice, chat, and messaging agents are new and they must operate with global communication networks. Nobody has fully solved how to make the two work together at the speed of a real conversation. We have to solve it for millions of calls, and you will be building the future of how entire industries will operate with AI agents.
Demo: Finding the perfect stay https://sierra.ai/resources/videos/demo-finding-the-perfect-stay
Demo: Flight disruption recovery https://sierra.ai/resources/videos/demo-flight-disruption-recovery
- Multi-modal: Make one conversation work across voice, text, and screen. A customer can start by talking, switch to typing on a crowded train, send a photo of a broken part, and get a link or a form back on screen. The agent remembers everything, whichever way the customer talks and personalizes it. You will build on the frontier here, and decide what it should feel like.
- Make AI voice feel like a real conversation. Every call crosses carriers, telephony networks, and contact centers around the world before it reaches our agent. Making AI agents feel lively and real across global infrastructure is a critical problem to get right for end users.
- Give personal AI agents a safe way in. More people now have their own AI assistants. Today a company can either block them or hand them the user’s full account access. The Personal Agent Protocol https://personalagentprotocol.org/ is an open standard that offers a better option: a safe way for personal agents to work with a company and its Sierra agent. You’ll help build it.
- Build the agent experience inside the app. ChatKit is our library of native iOS, Android, and web components for talking to an agent. It covers voice controls, live waveforms, transcripts, and chat. Customers use it to build an agent experience inside a customer’s flagship app, not like a widget added on top. You decide what those components are and how they behave.
- Get every call to the right agent. You’ll build and own our global telephony stack: SIP, WebRTC, the Sierra Voice Protocol and our integrations with major contact-center platforms. That means millions of calls and messages, and every one of them reaching the right agent.
- Put Sierra on every channel. SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, email, LINE, Messenger and Instagram. You’ll build the tools that let developers launch a new channel on their own, delivering value in hours not weeks.
WHAT OWNERSHIP LOOKS LIKE
- A bias for shipping. You move fast, and you finish what you start.
- Curiosity about the hard parts. You go deep where other engineers avoid going: protocols, edge cases, and end to end multi-modal experiences.
- An AI-native way of building. You not only use AI tools every day, it is ingrained in the way you operate and think. You’ve deleted all old priors and re-invented the way you and your teams work from the ground up. Come ready to tell us about something you built that you couldn’t have built 6 months ago.
- An obsession with the details. When one call in ten thousand fails, you want to know why. You obsess about the product experience and pixels as much as you do latency and reliability.
- Strong backend fundamentals. You can also work comfortably across backend, infra, mobile and web.
- 3+ years building production software that real users depend on.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- A passion for being on the frontier of AI products.
- Pride in building reliable, maintainable, and secure systems that scale.
- Motivation and high-agency to drive outcomes in a high-autonomy culture.
- 4+ years hands-on experience building production systems.
- Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
EVEN BETTER...
- Experience building AI products for enterprise or consumers
- Experience building native SDKs for iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin)
- Experience building messaging apps, voice apps or voice agents
- Experience with SIP, WebRTC, Twilio or contact-center platforms
- Experience with real-time, low-latency distributed systems
None of these are required. If the problems above excite you, we’d love to hear from you.
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. - Improve retrieval and grounding. You’ll build systems that ensure agents provide accurate, trustworthy responses by effectively retrieving and using knowledge.
- Build evaluation systems. You’ll design frameworks that allow us and our customers to measure and improve agent quality over time.

You have operated at Group or enterprise level with responsibility spanning multiple products, business lines, regulated entities or jurisdictions
You have advised executive leadership and Boards on complex compliance and regulatory matters and are comfortable challenging senior stakeholders when required
You have significant experience engaging directly with financial services regulators and understand how to manage regulatory relationships effectively
You have strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks relevant to payments, cryptoassets and digital financial services, ideally across the UK, EU and US
You have experience supporting product development and understand how to translate regulatory requirements into practical solutions without unnecessarily slowing down innovation
You’re able to operate strategically while remaining close enough to the detail to work through complex or high-risk matters when required
You have experience building and scaling compliance programmes, teams and infrastructure within a growing international organisation
You’re comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where regulation and business priorities evolve quickly and where there may not always be an established playbook
You are able to satisfy applicable FCA fitness and propriety requirements and are comfortable holding individual regulatory responsibilities in respect of our UK regulated businesses, including registration as an EMD and MLR Individual.
Haven’t quite met all the criteria? Let’s not miss out on the chance to speak. Whilst you might not meet every single requirement, you might bring other, more exciting skills to the companies!

Mysten Labs’ mission is to advance the internet through step-function improvements in what technology makes possible. We build foundational infrastructure and products that give people, businesses, and developers new ways to interact, transact, and create value.
Our work spans on-chain finance and the emerging agent economy. Through Sui, Move, and our broader technology stack, we’re building the systems that make these experiences possible - from secure, scalable blockchain infrastructure to new ways for businesses and AI agents to interact.
Responsibilities
- Build and operate the Security Observability & Data Platform (tens of TB/month and growing). This covers ingestion, normalization and retention, plus the query and detection layer on top. Detections are code: tested, reviewed, and measured for precision.
- Own endpoint security across the fleet: deploy, tune and respond with EDR; run and configure binary authorization; and set hardening baselines with IT Operations.
- Lead threat hunting, internal investigations and insider-threat work. Handle security incidents end to end: triage, containment, forensics, root cause, and the control that prevents a repeat.
- Build the next generation of security services and run them in production: zero-trust AuthN/AuthZ, a uniform blocking service, an application proxy, asset inventory, developer portal, and compliance as code.
- Build and run the agent platform (local and Kubernetes). Use LLM agents to automate triage, enrichment, investigation and response, with deterministic checks wherever a model's answer isn't enough.
- Review infrastructure and cloud designs (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP, bare metal, CI runners) for security, and help engineering teams adopt the shared services instead of building their own.
- Run red-team and adversary-emulation exercises, and turn the results into detections and fixes.
- Write runbooks and post-mortems that someone who wasn't in the room can follow at 3 a.m.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years in security engineering, detection and response, or infrastructure/SRE with a security focus, including hands-on incident response on endpoints and in the cloud.
- Experience operating an EDR, writing and tuning detections. Knowledge of macOS and Linux internals as attackers use them: persistence, credential theft, process injection, living-off-the-land binaries.
- Experience building or operating telemetry pipelines and a SIEM or security data lake at TB scale. Strong SQL, including detection logic over large datasets.
- Hands-on production engineering: Linux, containers, Kubernetes, at least one major public cloud, infrastructure as code, monitoring and alerting.
- Proficiency in Python or Go, and comfort with Rust or willingness to work in it (most of Mysten's stack are Rust).
- Working knowledge of identity: SSO (OIDC/SAML), phishing-resistant MFA, device trust, and how session and token theft work.
- Strong written communication: can run an incident channel and write the post-mortem.
- Interest in the web3 space is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building zero-trust access, identity-aware proxies or policy engines.
- Binary authorization or allowlisting at fleet scale
- Familiarity with the threat actors that target crypto companies and their methods, from social engineering and fake campaigns to supply chain compromises.
- Digital forensics (memory, disk, macOS unified logs) and malware analysis.
- Experience building security tooling with LLM agents (Claude Code skills or comparable), and a clear sense of where models help and where deterministic tooling has to do the work.
- Compliance as code (CIS benchmarks); experience in ISO 27001 or SOC 2 environments.
- Publications, conference talks or open-source security tooling.
Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check, which may include verification of employment history, education credentials, criminal history, and other relevant information.
Regarding the recent rash of technology job scams: Be aware that emails from genuine Mysten Labs group recruiters will always come from the @mystenlabs.com http://mystenlabs.com domain or related subdomains (e.g., mystenlabs.com/careers http://mystenlabs.com/careers). HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
MISSIONS
As Alan’s Corporate Paralegal, you will own the corporate governance of a fast-growing international group (six jurisdictions and a dozen entities today, more in the coming months) and rebuild how that work gets done with AI. The role has three parts:
Own Alan’s corporate governance with full ownership.
- Prepare Boards, General Meetings and committees documentation across the group, with internal teams and auditors;
- Keep entity records, registers and filings accurate and up to date;
- Run the annual accounts approval and filings for each entity, with Finance and auditors;
- Be the go-to contact for shareholder and Board questions;
- Support cross-border projects with research and drafting.
Build the governance playbook as Alan expands.
- Set up governance for each new entity, in a way the next one can reuse;
- Write the playbooks, templates and guidance local teams need to follow our processes;
- Adapt equity frameworks and documentation to new countries and local rules.
Automate the repetitive work with AI.
- Build workflows that run in the background with light human review, using no-code tools and Alan’s internal AI, with support from our tooling team;
- Start with recurring events such as meeting minutes, equity movements and the filings calendar.
You will join the Corporate Governance Area, led by Anne-Lise Delfanne https://www.linkedin.com/in/anne-lise-d-4a454bb/, and work alongside a team of legal and corporate operations experts. Our collaboration model encourages growth and curiosity, so you will never feel cornered in your role.
KEY OUTCOMES AFTER SIX MONTHS
After six months, you will have:
- Taken ownership of the recurring governance work for our French entities;
- Built AI agents and workflows that take a large share of manual work off you and the team;
- Improved our templates and documentation;
- Reviewed or drafted legal documents in several areas;
- Supported our international expansion, for example by opening an entity or onboarding a local team on our processes;
- Built strong working relationships with the Corporate Governance Area, Finance, People and local advisors.
From then onwards, the role grows with you: M&A, fundraising, reorganisations and more.
PROFILE AND COMPETENCIES
SKILLS
This role sits at the intersection of legal knowledge, corporate operations, and AI tooling. We don't expect anyone to arrive fully skilled across all three dimensions. What matters most is your ownership mindset and genuine appetite to build. For the rest, we'll grow together.
- Experience: Ideally 2+ years owning corporate secretarial work, as a paralegal in a law firm, in legal or corporate ops in-house, or as a company secretary.
- Legal knowledge: a law degree or paralegal qualification, and/or hands-on experience with several of the following: board and shareholder documentation, entity management, corporate filings, equity documentation, due diligence or transaction coordination;
- (Bonus) AI and tooling appetite: you already use no-code or AI tools (e.g. Make, Zapier, Notion automations) to save time, or you are keen to learn fast;
- Language: excellent written and spoken English (working language at Alan) and French.
We encourage applications from career changers who do not have all the above qualifications, if you have a strong interest in working at the heart of corporate operations and willingness to learn fast.
BEHAVIOURAL TRAITS
- Highly organised and rigorous, with exceptional attention to detail;
- Hands-on and self-starter: not scared of getting your hands dirty;
- Automation mindset: sees repetitive work as an opportunity to build something better, not just a task to complete;
- Intellectual curiosity: you enjoy learning, and new jurisdictions, equity mechanics, areas of law and AI tools are puzzles to solve, not constraints.
Location: We welcome applications that meet the above criteria from France, Belgium, Spain and Canada.

And beyond.
THE M&A AND INTERNATIONAL EXPANSION ROLE
Alan is diversifying its activities in the fields of healthcare, prevention and insurance through mergers and acquisitions, and is actively expanding internationally. In addition, Alan recruits talent worldwide and enables its employees to work remotely in complete safety.
“Alaner, everywhere”. The role makes sure each acquisition and each country opening is legally secure, fast and humane: from HR due diligence, to transferring employment contracts, to fully integrating the people who join us.
You'll join the Expansion crew inside the People team. You'll work closely with the crew owner, and with Corporate, Finance, team Leads and General Managers involved in each deal.
THE PEOPLE TEAM
The People team is made up of 13 people who work in an environment shaped by Alan's Leadership Principles. Every one of them is a genuine fan of our products (Culture being one of them) and deeply committed to Alan's Prevention and Health mission.
The team covers Learning and Development, Payroll and Admin, Employee Experience and Operational Efficiency, Compliance and Employment Law, Comp and Ben, and now M&A and International Expansion.
It is a generalist team: everyone shares three core missions, namely People on-call (answering the day to day questions from Alaners, which is now AI-powered), individual situation management, and HRBP responsibilities. This represents roughly 50% of our time. Then each person owns one or more cross-functional topics depending on their flavour. In your case: M&A and expansion.
YOUR MISSIONS
On top of the core missions shared across the People team, you will work on a very diverse range of high-impact topics:
You will own to the People workstream of M&A transactions from due diligence to integration, alongside the crew and in close collaboration with the Corporate team, Legal, Finance and the business owners of each deal.
Depending on the nature of the deal, you will own:
- HR due diligence: reviewing headcount, employment contracts, collective agreements, compensation & benefits, liabilities and risks of target companies, and flagging red flags clearly to the deal team;
- Transferring employment contracts in France and abroad, and choosing the right path for each deal and country;
- Integrating acquired teams: day-1 and first-months plans, harmonising contracts and benefits, communicating with acquired employees, onboarding them into Alan's way of working;
- You will support the people transition of acquired teams, working with the crew and leads on team set-up, keeping key talents, and supporting every individual situation with care;
- Working with external advisors (law firms, HR advisory, relocation and EoR providers): writing clear briefs and challenging their advice.
Also:
- Opening new countries on the People side: entity vs employer of record, compliant local contracts, benefits and payroll partners
- You will handle international relocations and cross-border situations for Alaners moving or working between countries (visas, social security, tax, type of contract);
- Building reusable playbooks (HR due diligence checklist, integration playbook, "country opening – People" checklist) so each new deal is faster than the last
- Taking on global and cross-border individual situations (mobility, work from anywhere, sensitive cases)
- Raising the team's expertise: sharing your knowledge of employment law and M&A practices with the crew and the wider People team
- Leveraging AI and automation to multiply the impact of your work
OUTCOMES WITHIN YOUR FIRST MONTHS IN THE TEAM
BY 2.5 MONTHS:
- You are autonomous on day-to-day People on-call requests;
- You have mapped our current M&A and country-opening practices and shared a first list of gaps and quick wins;
- You have contributed to the People workstream of at least one live deal or country opening (due diligence, contract transfer or integration);
- You have contributed to our reusable playbook (e.g. HR due diligence checklist);
- You have shadowed and been reverse-shadowed on individual situation management.
BY 5 MONTHS:
- Depending on the ongoing projects, you own the People workstream of a deal end to end, from due diligence to integration, with the crew as a sounding board;
- You have run, or co-run, one talent density assessment and the parting ways cases that came with it;
- You handle cross-border individual situations without supervision;
- Your playbooks are used by the crew and by Legal / Finance on new deals;
- Leads and crew members come to you as the go-to expert on these topics.
IS THIS WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR?
You may be a great fit for this role if:
- You have around 5 years of experience focused on HR M&A and integration topics, for example in a reputable HR advisory firm or in an HR team that focuses on these topics.
- You have worked on acquisitions in the Tech industry, not only on very large corporate groups, and you know the method is not the same.
- You master HR due diligence and the transfer of employment contracts.
- You have worked on post-merger integration, including talent density and parting ways, not only on the pre-signing side.
- You have international exposure: you have worked on deals or entities outside France.
- You are fluent in English, written and spoken (all of our internal processes, documentation and communications are in English).
- You are adaptable and creative: you adjust your method to each type of company and deal instead of copy-pasting one process.
- You are very organised: you run several confidential workstreams in parallel without dropping balls.
- You are a strong communicator, with very different audiences (founders, acquired employees, leads, lawyers), in writing and orally.
- You are strong technically and can teach us things.
- You show judgement and discretion with confidential information and sensitive human situations.
NICE-TO-HAVE
We are not looking for all of the below. Any one of these can be a strong signal.
- You have a legal background, ideally in employment law.
- You have worked in or with a Tech scale-up that made several acquisitions.
- You have opened entities or set-up employers of record in new countries.
- You speak another language relevant to our expansion (e.g. Spanish, Portuguese; Arabic).
- You are AI-enthusiastic and actively use tools to multiply your impact.
LEVEL RANGE
For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the C0-D level range.

- Proven ability to lead complex technical sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, ambiguous requirements, and material commercial value.
- Executive presence and the ability to communicate credibly with C-level leaders, senior architects, developers, product teams, commercial leaders, and delivery partners.
- Strong commercial judgment, strategic thinking, and ability to connect technical recommendations to customer outcomes and business value.
- Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and create alignment across internal teams and customer organizations.

ROLE HIGHLIGHTS
- Engineering Supply Chain Manager (Electronics)
- Location: Warsaw, Poland
- Department: Global Supply Chain
- Reports to: Engineering Operations Manager
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Office/On-site
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
THE MISSION OF THE ENGINEERING SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER (ELECTRONICS)
As our Engineering Supply Chain Manager (Electronics), you'll join our fast-moving Global Supply Chain organization and work closely with our hardware engineering teams as they design and build electronic systems on tight and shifting timelines.
You'll be an active part of our engineering projects, helping to execute them and staying ahead of supply. That means identifying long lead items and critical components as early as possible in the process, and securing them before they become bottlenecks for testing and builds. When lead times, allocation or a late design change threaten a prototype schedule, we need you to act. Our development cycles are fast and iterations are constantly occurring since we thrive on pushing the technology for the best.
You'll also be a key link between Engineering and Production. You'll communicate R&D supply chain risks and the critical components you've identified to Production, so nothing comes as a surprise at handover. Your work supports the success of every engineering prototype iteration and at the same time prepares Production for rollout and mass production.
This role suits someone who is proactive by nature, with a solution driven mindset and a deep understanding of electronics, PCB manufacturing and hardware prototyping, who is comfortable with ambiguity and acts before problems arrive rather than waiting for them. How quickly we get from concept to working hardware in orbit, and then into production, depends on how well this role is done.

Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
HIGH-VELOCITY ENGINEERING SUPPORT
- Serve as the hands-on supply chain counterpart for fast-paced electronics engineering teams working on multiple, rapidly evolving hardware projects.
- Be an active member of engineering project teams from kick-off, helping to execute the project plan and reviewing draft BOMs while the design can still be changed.
- Identify long lead items and critical components as early as possible, and secure them proactively (early orders, allocation, buffer stock) before they can delay a project.
- Translate early-stage concepts, evolving BOMs, and mid-design changes into actionable sourcing steps with minimal delay.
- Advise engineers, in real time and in early design reviews, on how component choices affect availability, alternates, obsolescence, cost and lead time.
- Identify supply issues before they become blockers and propose workaround paths immediately.
RAPID SOURCING & PROCUREMENT EXECUTION
- Own sourcing and procurement of electronic components, PCB fabrication, PCBA assembly, connectors, harness, sensors, RF parts, embedded modules.
- Run fast quoting and supplier selection so prototype and builds get their boards and parts on the dates engineering committed to.
- Lead efforts to find alternative components or new supply paths within hours, not weeks, when shortages occur.
- Set stock levels and material availability plans for development and prototype builds.
SUPPLIER INTERACTION & TECHNICAL ENGAGEMENT
- Own relationships with PCB fabricators, electronics manufacturing partners and component distributors, and work with them to understand lead time constraints, manufacturing capabilities, DFM implications and fast-track build options.
- Support technical capability assessments of PCB/PCBA vendors, machining partners, and component distributors.
- Negotiate priority build slots, allocation and expedited shipments, and secure prototypes under compressed timelines.
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL START-UP COLLABORATION
- Coordinate across engineering, manufacturing, program management, and operations to remove obstacles and maintain build readiness.
- Maintain complete visibility into prototype schedules, engineering changes, and material risks, communicating clearly and frequently.
- Operate with a bias for action: if something is unclear, you chase it; if something breaks, you fix it; if something is missing, you find it.
AGILITY, RISK MANAGEMENT & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
- Build and maintain a living view of supply risks across all active prjects, including obsolescence, allocation, single-source parts, counterfeit risk and export restrictions and qualify alternatives early.
- Keep purchasing accurate in the ERP system, with clean traceability, cost visibility and build readiness status that the organisation can rely on, even under fast-moving conditions.
- Bring an experimentation mindset: test new suppliers, new sourcing channels, new manufacturing partners, and new tools to reduce lead times and cost.
R&D TO PRODUCTION READINESS
- Communicate R&D supply chain risks and identified critical components to Production early and clearly, so they are known well before handover.
- Support the success and rapid iteration of engineering prototypes while preparing Production for rollout and mass production.
- Make sure critical and long lead parts, qualified suppliers and realistic lead times and capacity are in place before a design moves into series production.
- Help build the sourcing foundations that will carry a design from prototype into repeatable production.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
MUST HAVES:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, Supply Chain, or similar.
- 5+ years of direct experience in electronics sourcing, component procurement or engineering supply chain roles in fast-moving hardware environments.
