About Us:
Tabby is on a mission to give people power over their money. For too long, financial systems have worked for the institutions that built them, not the people using them. Runaway interest, fine print and limited access have left many behind, feeling shut out of a system that wasn't setting them up for success.
We're building a different kind of system—in a complete money app to send, spend and save. One that's clear, flexible and puts people and businesses in control. Founded in 2019, we serve customers and businesses across Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Kuwait. Millions of customers and 65,000 global brands, government services and small businesses rely on us today.
What began as a better way to pay at checkout has grown into a financial system working the way it should have all along.
About the Role:
The role supports and independently delivers key elements of the business continuity and operational resilience programme across Tabby's UAE entities, helping the business understand which services must keep running, how long they can be disrupted before customers are harmed, and whether the firm could recover within that time. The role works closely with first-line owners across the business and supports the firm's response to regulatory expectations on operational resilience.
Key Responsibilities
Support the delivery of the business continuity and operational resilience programme across both UAE entities, in line with Central Bank of the UAE (CBUAE) expectations and the Group risk framework.
Run the business impact analysis cycle with departments — gathering, challenging and consolidating what each team does, what breaks if it stops, and how quickly.
Support the identification of critical operations and the setting of impact tolerances, working with first-line owners and senior management.
Develop and maintain business continuity and recovery plans, dependency mapping and crisis playbooks, keeping them current, practical and usable.
Coordinate and support the exercise and testing programme, including tabletop exercises, and document outcomes, lessons learned and follow-up actions.
Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of business continuity and operational resilience policies, standards and methodologies.
Contribute to resilience reporting for senior management, risk committees and the regulator, including maturity and self-assessment positions.
Support third-party and technology dependency work where it affects the resilience of critical operations.
Provide practical support to first-line owners on business impact analyses, recovery objectives, continuity planning and remediation actions.
Act as a point of contact for internal audit and support regulatory or external reviews relating to business continuity and operational resilience.
Support ERM governance and tooling, including use and administration of GRC tools, maintenance of documentation, committee materials, action trackers and audit-ready evidence.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
2–4 years' experience in business continuity, operational resilience, operational risk or a related role within Financial Services, FinTech, Payments or another regulated environment.
Practical working knowledge of business continuity and resilience concepts — business impact analysis, recovery objectives, continuity planning and testing — with the ability to apply them pragmatically.
Awareness of regulatory expectations for operational resilience; familiarity with CBUAE requirements or an equivalent regime is an advantage.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the confidence to run workshops and interviews with department heads and to challenge the answers constructively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing clear plans, reports and presentations.

About the role
As the Senior Marketing Analyst for CRM, you will be the
single analytics owner
of CRM - the person marketers come to as a partner. You will own how campaigns are measured, how the communication data is built and trusted, and how insights turn into decisions: what to stop, scale, or fix.
You will work closely with CRM marketers, Product, and the data platform team. You define what data you need and accept its quality; you do not build the pipelines yourself.
What you will be doing
Be the analytics partner to CRM marketers and Product on every initiative. Work with them on how to improve results.
Answer "how do we correctly measure CRM activity" questions: choosing the right measurement design for a campaign type (always-on journeys vs one-off blasts vs product launches), defining what "delivered" means per channel, and defending the methodology to stakeholders
Explain the technical side in plain language: how an experiment works, what a holdout is for, why a number can or cannot be trusted, so marketers make decisions they actually understand
Own how CRM performance is measured: control groups, holdouts, A/B tests
Own the CRM analytics data in dbt on BigQuery: who gets which message, on which channel, for which product, and how often
Be the customer of the data platform team: say what data you need from the CRM and attribution tools, agree on timelines, and sign off on quality. You own what the numbers mean; they build the pipelines.
Build Tableau dashboards that earn their place: visualisations stakeholders can open to check a hypothesis, answer their own question, or spot an insight in minutes.
Keep the self-serve AI analytics assistant up to date, so non-technical colleagues can get answers to simple questions and run their own ad-hoc analysis without waiting for an analyst
Work with a data science team, ask the right questions about a recommendation or propensity model, spot when it is not doing its job, and drive the test that proves it
What you will need
3+ years of experience as a data/marketing/CRM analyst, with exposure to CRM, lifecycle, or retention analytics
Strong SQL and hands-on dbt experience (we run dbt on BigQuery); experience designing and maintaining data models, not just querying
Experience with CRM engagement platforms:
Customer.io
, MoEngage, Braze, Iterable or similar: you understand journeys, events, profile attributes, and delivery semantics
Solid experience with marketing experimentation: holdout design, global static control groups, control group integrity, A/B tests, incrementality vs attribution
Proficiency in Python
Proficiency in Tableau (or similar BI tool)
Proactive ownership:
you find problems in data and processes before stakeholders do, audit your domain independently, and bring your own agenda and ideas on how to achieve business goals.
Thinking partnership:
stakeholders should be able to brainstorm with you, not just hand you tasks.
First-time-right quality:
numbers you ship are trusted without a second verification pass;
Nice-to-have
You now how Uplift modeling and causal ML works and can create MVP version
Propensity / churn / LTV modeling

We’re looking for a
Senior Technical Product Manager
with a strong system analysis background to join Tabby’s Financial Platform domain. Every product Tabby launches passes through this domain. We define the financial logic behind each product: how it charges, settles, accounts, and reports. We make sure every launch meets regulatory and financial audit requirements, and we turn one-off needs into reusable platform solutions that the rest of the company builds on.
This is a cross-functional role spanning product, system design, financial operations, and platform architecture. It suits you if you want to shape how the financial side of every product is designed, and to see those designs through to robust, best-in-class implementation.
What you’ll do:
Turn business, product, finance, and regulatory needs into clear system requirements and implementation-ready specifications
Define how money and financial data flow end to end across products, partners, and internal systems, from transaction to accounting record
Contribute to platform architecture and service interaction design across product services and CoreBank components
Work with PMs, engineers, Finance, Compliance, and adjacent teams to define scope, dependencies, and delivery phases
Identify the services, integrations, and teams affected by each change
Shape and prioritize the team backlog with the product lead
Support engineering and QA through implementation, covering edge cases, expected behavior, and incident analysis
Keep technical and functional documentation current and usable for engineers and business stakeholders alike
What you’ll bring:
3+ years as a Technical PM, System Analyst, or Business Analyst
Upper-Intermediate English or higher
Ability to break down large business processes into clear technical flows
Experience with distributed, service-based architectures
Solid API and integration design knowledge (REST, SOAP, gRPC)
Strong documentation skills: functional specs, sequence diagrams, state models, API contracts, data models
Knowledge of UML, BPMN, or similar notations
Strong plus:
Fintech, payments, banking, wallets, cards, lending, or ledger/accounting experience
Hands-on work with financial transactions, reconciliation, or money movement systems
Exposure to regulated environments, such as central bank requirements or e-invoicing
ERP integration experience (NetSuite or similar)
Product mindset and appetite for broader ownership over time
What success looks like:
Ambiguous financial, product, or regulatory requirements become clear, scalable platform designs
Teams ship changes safely in critical money movement systems
Reusable platform capabilities improve consistency across products
You grow from owning requirements into shaping the direction of the platform
What we offer:
Full-time B2B contract
Up to 20% tax allowance
22 paid leave days annually
Stock options (ESOP) in a fast-scaling, pre-IPO company
Flexi benefits you can use for wellness, travel, or learning
Work alongside a high-performing, international engineering team in a global fintech unicorn
Relocation support is available to our hubs in Armenia, Georgia, Serbia, Portugal, and Spain, including flights, temporary accommodation, and legal setup (if needed).

About Tabby:
We are looking for a Financial Reporting Lead to support finance operations for our Saudi Arabia entity, ensuring accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and strong financial governance. This role will support and oversee statutory reporting, tax compliance, treasury, audits, and internal controls while partnering closely with cross-functional teams to support business growth and new product launches. As a key member of the finance team, you will help strengthen finance processes, maintain compliance with SAMA, ZATCA, SOCPA, and IFRS requirements, and contribute to building a scalable finance function in one of our fastest-growing markets.
Key Responsibilities
Own and deliver the monthly, quarterly, and annual close for KSA, ensuring accuracy, timeliness (D+3 target), and completeness.
Prepare IFRS financial statements with local (SOCPA) adjustments, along with
supporting schedules and reconciliations.
Apply IFRS (esp. IFRS 9, 15, 16) and SOCPA standards correctly in the financial
statements, and keep accounting positions well documented.
Prepare and support ZATCA filings (CIT, Zakat, VAT, WHT, CTDF) and SAMA
regulatory/prudential returns, ensuring they reconcile to the financial statements.
Perform balance-sheet reconciliations and maintain the integrity of the general
ledger.
Support provisioning and ECL calculations under IFRS 9 for customer and merchant
receivables.
Support external audits — prepare audit-ready financials with complete
documentation and act as a key contact for auditors on reporting matters.
Maintain and strengthen internal controls, reconciliations, and segregation of duties
across reporting processes.
Support treasury and settlement reporting and related reconciliations (bank
accounts, merchant settlements).
Support intercompany and transfer-pricing reporting in coordination with Group Tax.
Drive process improvements and support ERP (Oracle NetSuite) reporting, data
integrity, and automation.
Mentor and review the work of junior finance team members.
Partner cross-functionally with Compliance, Legal, Product, and Operations to
support finance readiness for new product launches (wallet, BNPL, cards,
remittance, loyalty/cashback).
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
3–5 years of experience in financial reporting, statutory reporting, or external audit, preferably in a fintech, bank, or Big 4 environment.
Strong technical knowledge of IFRS (esp. IFRS 9, 15, 16) and SOCPA/local GAAP,
with working knowledge of Saudi tax regulations (Zakat, Corporate Income Tax,
VAT, Withholding Tax).
Hands-on experience preparing IFRS financial statements with local adjustments
and running month-end close.
Experience supporting statutory audits and regulatory submissions to authorities
such as ZATCA and SAMA.
Professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, or SOCPA) — qualified or in progress preferred.
Advanced Excel skills; ERP experience preferred (Oracle NetSuite is a plus).
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and an ownership mindset.
Fluent in English and Arabic (written and verbal).

BNPL businesses don't run on a single core system — they run on a chain of vendors: KYC providers doing identity
checks in milliseconds, bureau data feeding underwriting decisions, processors moving money at checkout, and
collections agencies chasing missed payments on our behalf. When any link in that chain fails, it isn't an internal
inconvenience — it's a customer who can't check out, a credit decision made on bad data, or a regulator asking why
a critical service went down with no warning.
As Vendor Risk Manager, you will own our third-party risk program end to end, from the first due diligence
questionnaire to the day a vendor is offboarded. You will be the person who can tell leadership, in plain terms,
which vendors carry the most risk and why, and you will make sure vendor failures never become customer failures.
Key Responsibilities
Due Diligence & Onboarding
Run due diligence on new vendors before contracts are signed, including financial health checks, SOC 2 / ISO 27001 review, breach history, and subprocessor mapping.
Issue a clear risk rating for every prospective vendor, with conditions attached rather than a simple pass or
fail, covering KYC, identity verification, fraud detection, credit bureau, payment processing, card issuing,
banking, and collections partners.
Sit inside the contracting process with Legal and Procurement to secure the terms that matter: audit rights,
breach notification windows, data localization commitments, exit assistance clauses, and SLAs tied to real penalties.
Risk Assessment & Ongoing Monitoring
Own vendor risk assessments across our active third-party portfolio, prioritizing critical and high-risk vendors for annual deep-dive reviews.
Build and run tiered monitoring cadences — quarterly for critical vendors such as KYC, payment processing, and banking partners, annual for the rest — tracking control drift, subprocessor changes, and
adverse media.
Maintain the concentration risk and critical-vendor register, and be ready to explain single points of failure, such as one bureau covering the majority of underwriting volume, and what the contingency plan actually
is.
Cross-Functional Partnership
Work with Product before new vendor integrations go live — you're in the room when a new checkout partner or fraud model vendor is being evaluated, not brought in after the contract is signed.
• Prepare vendor risk reporting for the Risk Committee and Board, translating control gaps and incident
trends into decisions leadership can act on.
Offboarding & Exit Management
Manage the offboarding process for exited vendors, confirming data deletion, access revocation, and transition continuity for anything customer-facing.
Ensure regulatory and contractual exit obligations are met and documented, particularly for vendors
classified as critical or important.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
3–4 years in third-party risk management, vendor risk, or operational risk, ideally at a payments company, lender, bank, or fintech where vendor failure has direct customer or regulatory consequences.
Working knowledge of NIST CSF, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and standardized assessment tools like SIG or
CAIQ — you know how to read a SOC 2 report and spot what's missing, not just file it away.
Familiarity with the regulatory landscape vendors sit inside: consumer credit rules, data privacy obligations
(GDPR/CCPA depending on footprint), PCI-DSS for anything touching card data, and
outsourcing/operational resilience expectations for critical third parties.
Comfort negotiating directly with vendors — you've pushed back on a processor's standard MSA, gotten a
fraud vendor to commit to a real SLA, and know when “our legal team will follow up” means the deal
needs to walk.
Ability to translate risk findings for people who don't think in risk terms, including explaining to a
commercial lead why a cheaper KYC vendor isn't worth the onboarding delay it will cause six months later.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret vendor performance and control data to support
operational decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of
the organization.
Full professional proficiency in English required; Arabic is a plus.
Nice to have:
Direct BNPL or consumer credit experience — you've worked with bureau data, alternative credit scoring
vendors, or collections agencies specifically.
Hands-on experience with a GRC platform such as OneTrust, ProcessUnity, or Archer for assessment
workflows and vendor inventory.
CTPRP, CRISC, CISA, or CISM certification.

- Process Scaling: auditing existing sales processes (CRM, minutes of meeting automation, meeting prep framework….), identifying and implementing improvement areas
- Go to Market Strategy: along with the crew lead or the Business Segment Lead, opportunity to dig deeper into a topic to crack (Unions market in France, brokers market…)
⭐ IS IT YOU WE’RE LOOKING FOR?
You would be a great fit at Alan if most of this sounds like you:
- Are fully fluent in French & English (written and spoken)
- Are analytical and think strategically : selling to very large accounts asks for the ability to map organizations to find the best interlocutor and have a clear picture of our positioning on the health insurance market
- Have a strong business sense: bringing a disruptive vision on a conventional market such as health insurance is hard. It requires the ability to convince high level stakeholders and be able to outline our product's impact at a strategic level.
- Are self-organized and autonomous: you are well-versed in missions requiring precision and reliability. You are able to manage a project from start to finish with minimal external assistance.
- Communicate effectively: given the number of internal stakeholders with whom Very Large Sales interact on a daily basis, the ability to communicate with clarity is essential.
- Display a growth mindset: you know how to ask for and receive feedback in order to grow and take the best of this experience to set you up for success in your early professional life.
- Excel at teamwork: given the strategic implications of our Very Large business segment, volume and timeline of work, you have the ability to lead transversal initiatives towards a particular objective.
- Show versatility: given the scope of work, you should be able to jump from one topic to another
- Have a strong product and “Tech” sense: Alan is an innovative company offering the most high-end healthcare software on the market. In order to thrive in selling it, you need to enjoy deep diving in the technical dimension of the software industry.
Level considered for this position is between A0 and A2.
We're looking for someone to start in January 2027, ideally for a 6-month internship.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐ THE ENGINEERING TEAM ⭐
In our engineering team, we build the infrastructure, interfaces, and applications to provide first-class service to our members, health professionals, and even ourselves!
Being an engineer at Alan means joining a team of talented, committed and passionate engineers, with a lot of product interaction.
We move fast, with a lot of ownership, and are proud to tackle big problems!
Our process is very simple: those who make product decisions are the same ones who build them.

🛠️ THE STACK
Python services on FastAPI, async SQLAlchemy and PydanticAI, Temporal for durable execution, PostgreSQL, MCP, Daytona sandboxes, various LLM model providers, Terraform on AWS, React with Vite. Our main backend is a Flask monolith. We deploy daily and believe in distributed ownership: you build it, you own it.
🤖 THE AGENTIC PLATFORM AREA
In 2027, we expect to run more AI agents than we have employees.
Agents already do real work at Alan. They answer members' health questions, resolve support requests, read medical documents, detect fraud, automate operational tasks, and write a large share of our code.
But every team building an agent ends up solving the same hard problems again: how to call models safely with health data, how to give an agent tools and the right permissions, how to know whether a prompt change made it better or worse, how to debug what it did. The result: several agent frameworks and evaluation stacks, each with its own security and compliance story.
The Agentic Platform area was created to fix that. Our mission: make it cheap, fast and safe for every Alaner or crew to build, run and improve agentic products and workflows.
We own the environment agents run in (infrastructure, runtime, evaluation, observability, skills lifecycle), with security, privacy and compliance by design, and the generalist products on top: Hopper and the Agent Studio. Product teams and all Alaners own their agents, skills, and their outcomes. We give them the paved road.
Two crews, one team:
- Hopper is every Alaner's AI companion. Five months after it started, 80% of Alaners use it, 3k sessions are created each day, and about 30% of our pull requests are opened from it (watch how we built it https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hAu7Ngfd0ys).
- AI Product Platform builds the shared blocks every AI product at Alan runs on. For instance, our ops teams now build agents autonomously on our Ops AI Platform (read how https://medium.com/alan/how-we-bootstrapped-an-ai-agents-platform-for-operations-at-alan-fefd87ed6314, watch the talk https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_pg1ij8k5Rw).
🧩 PROBLEMS YOU'LL ONLY FIND HERE
Run agents at scale
- 🧠 One runtime for every AI product. A shared agent framework, from a single model call to multi-agent workflows with live streaming, and one gateway to every model: routing, failover across providers, quotas and cost per use case built in.
- ⏳ Agent sessions that last for hours. Durable sessions, started from the web, Slack, Linear or GitHub, that survive pod restarts and deploys, and pick up exactly where they left off.
- 📦 Sandboxes at scale. An isolated environment for every agent session and every evaluation, on an infrastructure compliant with sensitive data, with negligible boot overhead.
Make agents trustworthy and proactive
- 🔌 One tool gateway to the whole company. An MCP gateway that connects agents to internal tools and data, external services, computer use, managing identity and credentials.
- 🔐 Agents safely acting on critical data. We give each agent no more than the access it needs. Every tool call goes through identity, permissions, confirmations and audit. No sensitive data leaks.
- 🧪 Evals you can replay in time. Re-run an agent or skill against production as it was at a past point in time, on real data, safely isolated. Anyone can ship knowing their change is an improvement rather than a regression.
- 🔁 Agents and skills that proactively fix themselves. Every run is traced, and every human correction, failed tool call or escalation becomes a prioritized fix that Hopper can apply.
Put agents in everyone's hands
- 📚 Skills as a product. A registry where Alaners and teams publish, share and version their skills, so that nothing needs to be repeated twice.
- ✨ AI that non-engineers can own. Alaners who ship code through Hopper, Operators or Sales who build their own agents or skills in our Studio and operate them from their day-to-day tools.
- ⏰ Automations and artifacts. Agents that run on a schedule or on an event, and build the dashboards and hosted sites that become the go-to places for collaboration.
⭐ IS IT YOU WE’RE LOOKING FOR?
What you'll do
- Own some of the problems above end to end, from design to production, with significant influence on architecture and code quality
- Work closely with the people who use what you build: Alaners, product teams, ops
- Own reliability, cost and security in production
- Mentor engineers, contribute to our product and engineering culture, and help build the team
Experience we value
- 3+ years in software engineering, with solid backend fundamentals
- Platform-leaning or product-leaning: both are welcome. Depth in at least one of: distributed systems and runtimes, evaluation and data quality, security and authorization, product UX
- A good sense of user and developer experience, whatever you build
- You built products, platforms or infrastructure used by other people
- Experience with LLM APIs, agent frameworks, evals or MCP is a strong plus; ML or MLOps experience is a plus
Mindset we value
- You measure success by adoption, not by what is available
- You make concrete tradeoffs between speed, reliability, cost, security and user experience
- You simplify complexity with clear abstractions and maintainable code
- You care about whether people can understand and verify what an AI system did
- You keep up with the latest AI technology and know the open-source AI ecosystem
- Self-directed, pragmatic, humble, collaborative, enthusiastic about learning and teaching
- Excited about AI changing who can build, investigate and automate work
Above all, we look for high potential and curiosity: make sure to show us this when you apply. Everything else is a bonus.
You should be fluent in English (no French required).
🌍 HOW WE WORK

About the role
We're looking for an experienced Analytics Engineer to join our Data team as one of its first hires. You will own the transformation layer between raw data and business decisions: modelling our data in dbt, defining the certified metrics the company runs on, and setting the standards that every analyst and data scientist at ElevenLabs builds.
- Drive the implementation of a world-class metric layer for the company: modelling conventions, project structure, testing, CI, and documentation.
- Design and maintain the certified KPI layer for product (activation, adoption, retention, usage), finance (billing, ARR, revenue), and company-wide topics, built to withstand audit scrutiny.
- Partner with Data Engineering on evolving the data warehouse architecture, and with stakeholders to turn ambiguous questions into trusted, reusable data products, including data served through AI agents.
Requirements
Demonstrated experience building and scaling a dbt project and metrics layer, ideally as one of the first analytics engineers on a growing team.
- Expert knowledge of dbt and advanced SQL (required); strong grasp of dimensional modelling, grain, and incremental patterns.
- Proficiency across the modern data stack (BigQuery or similar warehouse, Python, BI tools such as Looker).
- Rigour around data quality: you test, document, and reconcile by default, and you spot a model that runs cleanly but is quietly wrong.
- Strong ability to understand varied stakeholder requirements, push back where needed, and translate them into generalised, well-documented models.
Bonus:
- Experience modelling billing, subscription and ARR data (Stripe, Salesforce) or product event data at scale.
- Experience serving data to LLM-based agents or building semantic / metrics layers consumed by AI tools.
- Experience with CI for data (Slim CI, data contracts, PII policy tags) and infrastructure-as-code for warehouse access.
