THE ROLE
As a Product Manager on the Vibe team, you will define and execute the strategy for Mistral Vibe Code and Mistral Vibe Work—Mistral AI’s flagship interfaces for AI-driven productivity.
Mistral Vibe Code is a coding assistant designed for developers and engineering teams. It helps users write, understand, refactor, and ship code through developer-native interfaces like the CLI, IDE, and web. It leverages Mistral’s advanced models, integrates repository context, and uses tooling and agentic workflows to automate and enhance the development process.
Mistral Vibe Work is an agentic productivity environment tailored for enterprise knowledge work. It enables business users to complete complex, multi-step tasks—such as research, reporting, and automations—across company knowledge, tools, and workflows. AI agents, fluent in enterprise context, drive these processes, making it easier for teams to collaborate and execute high-value work.
In this role, you’ll shape the next generation of AI-driven productivity tools, moving beyond traditional conversational AI to redefine how professionals—from developers to enterprise users—interact with information and create content. You’ll empower millions of users by building experiences that combine Mistral’s cutting-edge models with contextual understanding, tool integration, and intelligent automation.

Your mission is to bridge the gap between AI innovation and real-world productivity, ensuring that Mistral’s tools are not just powerful but also practical and user-centric.

- Lead market and UX research to uncover unmet needs, competitive gaps, and emerging trends in AI-driven productivity for developers and enterprise users.
- Drive end-to-end product development, from ideation to launch and iteration, balancing speed, quality, and user delight.
- Partner with design and research to craft intuitive, high-impact experiences for developer-native interfaces (CLI, IDE, web) and enterprise workflows.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to develop pricing, positioning, and adoption strategies for successful product launches.
- Align engineering, design, and business teams around priorities, trade-offs, and timelines.
- Maintain a dynamic roadmap that delivers quick wins while advancing long-term strategic initiatives for AI-driven productivity tools.

- Experience solving complex problems in dynamic, competitive, and ambiguous environments.

- Relentless focus on solving real user problems for developers and enterprise users, backed by data and qualitative insights.
- Proven ability to align and inspire cross-functional teams (engineering, design, go-to-market) without direct authority.
- Balance of big-picture thinking and hands-on problem-solving, with comfort in both roadmap planning and metrics analysis.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to tell compelling stories for executives, teams, and users.
- Ability to thrive in high-velocity, dynamic settings where priorities shift quickly.
- Low ego, high EQ, with a collaborative approach to building trust and driving decisions.
- Self-directed with a bias for action, owning outcomes end-to-end.
- Hands-on experience shipping generative AI consumer products, founder or early-stage PM experience, or the ability to prototype and dive into code when needed is a plus.

Digital Product Director — IDEO London
Digital Product Director
In a Nutshell
IDEO London is looking for a Digital Product Director to help shape what it means to design AI-driven products that people actually trust. This is a senior role for someone who thinks of AI as a design material — not a feature set — and who understands that the hardest problems in AI aren't just technical. They're human.
You'll spend most of your time embedded in client work, directing product engagements from brief through to market. But you'll also help build something bigger: IDEO's AI product practice in Europe, at a moment when the regulatory landscape — the EU AI Act, CSRD, EHDS — is becoming a genuine creative opportunity for the organisations brave enough to treat it that way.
You'll report to the London Leadership Team and work closely with directors and interdisciplinary teams across the studio. Business development is a natural part of the role — growing relationships, shaping opportunities, and helping clients understand what it genuinely means to build AI into their products and organisations responsibly.
Why is this role important for IDEO's work?
The question has shifted. Companies aren't asking "what can AI do?" anymore. They're asking "how do we make AI investment turn into something our customers actually want — and trust?"
That's the work. And it takes more than technical fluency. It takes the ability to sit at the intersection of human need, business ambition, and the emerging rules that will define how AI gets built in Europe. IDEO's London studio is positioned to lead here — and this role is central to making that happen.
We're not building an ML shop. We're building the practice that helps clients move from aspiration to reality: designing socio-technical systems that are trustworthy by design, not just compliant by accident.
Once here you will
Lead digital product engagements from brief through to market, owning quality, pace, and the client relationship throughout
Act as the main client point of contact on strategic accounts, building trust beyond the immediate project team
Direct multidisciplinary teams with clear thinking and steady hands, keeping work moving without losing rigour or craft
Help clients navigate the shift from AI-bolted-on to AI-native — including what it means to design for agentic systems, human–AI collaboration, and the messy reality of non-deterministic interfaces
Prototype and pressure-test concepts early. IDEO's edge is that we prototype with live models — revealing the nuance of human and AI interaction rather than theorising about it
Contribute to our AIx practice — developing tools, methods, and points of view that sharpen how IDEO and our clients think about designing with AI responsibly and at scale
Help us treat the European regulatory environment as a design brief. The EU AI Act isn't a constraint to manage around; it's a creative opportunity to design through
Coach and mentor designers and product leads, modelling excellent craft and client communication
Scope and frame follow-on work, growing relationships and helping define where IDEO can have the greatest impact
Represent IDEO externally through talks, writing, and thought leadership — particularly at the intersection of trustworthy AI and human-centred design
We're looking for someone with
Someone with a strong track record of leading and launching complex digital products — senior or director-level, ideally across both in-house and consultancy environments
A designer and leader who has shipped products where AI plays a meaningful role — not as decoration, but as something that genuinely changes what the product can do and how people experience it
Someone who can hold both rigour and imagination: the discipline to ship, and the curiosity to prototype what hasn't been built yet
Genuine fluency in how AI is reshaping product design — including agentic systems, LLM-powered capabilities, and human–AI interaction patterns. You understand the real trade-offs, not just the marketing
Confident working in Figma and prototyping early — whether that's a clickable mockup, a coded proof-of-concept, or a live model running in a workshop. IDEO's differentiator is that we build to think
Strong people leadership: you develop talent, manage performance, and create the conditions for good work in fast-moving, cross-functional teams
Experience scoping and framing new work, writing proposals, and presenting to senior clients
Experience navigating complex stakeholders — you know how to build alignment without losing the point of view that makes the work worth doing
A genuine understanding of UX and interaction design fundamentals, with a portfolio that shows breadth across platforms and contexts
It's a bonus if you
Have shipped AI-native products — not AI features layered onto existing ones, but products where AI is structural to the experience
Have familiarity with the EU AI Act or the broader European regulatory landscape around AI — and ideally a point of view on what it means for design practice
Have experience in health, financial services, consumer technology, retail, or sustainability — the sectors where the London studio is most focused
Have helped build an innovation practice or capability within a larger organisation
Are fluent in a second European language
What We Believe
AI is a new material. The outcome still needs design. We build things because people want them — not just because we can. And we believe the best AI products aren't the most technically sophisticated ones; they're the ones that earn trust, create genuine agency for the humans using them, and hold up when the stakes are real.
If that's how you think about this work, we'd love to talk.
What does IDEO offer you?
Innovation and creativity:
Lead work that genuinely matters — from designing AI-powered products and services to building innovation capabilities at some of the world’s most ambitious organisations, working alongside talented people across disciplines.
Learning and growth:
Whether it’s deepening your AI product craft, taking on more senior client relationships, or building your external profile through speaking and writing, we’re here to support your development.
Community and well-being:
Collaboration and community are central to what we do. We foster moments for creativity, connection, and reflection, and respect the need for work-life balance.
Projects with purpose:
We partner with clients to use design as a force for good, solving meaningful problems from inception through to implementation.
Compensation:
£90,000–£100,000 GBP, depending on experience.
Location:
This position is based out of our London studio with an in-person-first working model, including at least three days a week working from the studio.
Please note that the successful candidate must be based in the UK and have the unrestricted right to work in the UK. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer sponsorship for this role. IDEO proudly supports flexible work.
Commitment to Diversity
At IDEO, we are committed to the work of advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion within our organisation and in the world. Our purpose of having disproportionate, world-changing impact through design is directly connected to our ability to bring many different perspectives to the table. This applies to our candidates, the people we hire, the clients and customers we serve, and the communities we learn from in our research.
As a human-centred organisation, we are committed to working with and designing for people of every race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, socio-economic status, physical ability or attribute, religion, national origin, or political belief. We recognise that this commitment requires ongoing work and sustained attention, as well as adaptation to new insights and best practices. We keep our diversity data public for the sake of accountability and transparency.
Application requirements and instructions:
If you identify with our values, are excited about great design, and would like to contribute to our community, we would love to see your CV, a cover letter, and examples of your work.
CV: please highlight experiences related to the ‘We’re looking for someone with’ section above
Cover letter: please share why you are interested in this role and how it aligns with how you are looking to grow in your career
Work examples (confidentiality permitting): please include two or three projects that demonstrate your product thinking and AI fluency. For each, tell us the challenge, your role, the approach, and the impact
We know that many of you are coming from a range of backgrounds — product management, UX design, technology consulting, engineering, or a mix of all of the above. We think of digital product broadly, so include examples of whatever work best represents how you think and what you build.

What the Role Is
Babylist serves nearly a million expectant parents every year through one of the most trusted registry experiences in the market. Wishlist is the next chapter — a product that keeps families connected to Babylist well beyond the newborn phase, giving parents of young children a simple, intelligent way to guide gift-giving for birthdays, holidays, and everything in between. This PM will own the product end-to-end: vision, roadmap, and execution. It sits within Babylist's consumer growth and LTV organization and reports to the Senior Director of Product. You'll run it like a general manager: accountable for the customer experience and the business it builds.
This is a multifaceted job. Be the best Staff PM your team has ever worked with: opinionated, customer-obsessed, outcome-owning, force-multiplying. And help Babylist make the transition into AI-native product development by modeling what an AI-native PM does every day — in your own work and in the standards you set for the team around you.
Who You Are
You've built something from 0 to 1
— a product, a company, or a line of business. You've lived the uncertainty, the false starts, and the iteration, and you don't need a playbook to get moving.
You have sharp product sense and judgment.
You know what's worth building and what isn't, what the right UX is, and what will delight users. You can point to shipped work that proves it - both features you added for a better experience and ones you cut for simplicity.
You think like a general manager, not a feature owner.
You understand how a business like Babylist makes money and which levers actually move it, and you make roadmap calls with the unit economics in mind.
You build engagement and growth loops.
You understand activation, retention, and the push/pull triggers that bring users back around moments that matter.
You're obsessed with customers.
You talk to users directly, synthesize fast, and let what you hear actually change what you build.
You can prioritize across a multi-sided product.
Parents want simplicity, kids have preferences, gift-givers need guidance. You weigh all three without defaulting to whoever's loudest.
You default to action in ambiguity
. Faced with an unclear problem, your instinct is to try something and learn quickly. People who've worked with you would say you just get things done.
You're comfortable getting hands-on when it's the fastest path to an answer
— light SQL, Figma, or AI-assisted prototyping to test an idea or unblock a decision — and you know when to hand off to a specialist instead.
You naturally reach for AI in your work
. At Babylist, every team uses AI daily. You're already using it to move faster and improve your output, and you stay curious about what's coming next. You also stand up working prototypes yourself, query the data and codebase directly, and contribute to code execution when that’s the most valuable use of your time.
You learn visibly and adapt.
The next 18 months won't look like the last. You reflect on what's working, change course when it isn't, and bring curiosity to ambiguity rather than anxiety. You're humble, low-ego, and work across team boundaries without waiting for permission.
How You Will Make An Impact
Make parents' lives easier by simplifying the answer to “what can I get your child for their birthday?”
Extend Babylist's relationship with parents from the 40 weeks of pregnancy into the 1,000 weeks of early childhood that follow.
Define and own the roadmap from today's MVP to a scalable, multi-sided gifting experience.
Discover the needs of your customers: parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, and gift-givers.
Engage users during their most important moments: birthdays, holidays, and seasonal occasions
Set the outcome metrics for the product and own the results — what moved, why, and what's next.
Partner closely with engineering and design to run experiments and iterate fast, serving as the connective tissue between product, design, and engineering as the team grows.
Why This Role
You get access to nearly a million new parents per year from day one. Most founders spend years trying to acquire the audience this product already has.
This is a net-new line of business with no prior PM, meaning the roadmap, the team shape, and the definition of success are yours to establish.
There's a clear path to real revenue, and you'll be building something that matters to Babylist's long-term business.
Who We Are
Babylist is the leading platform for expecting and new families. More than 10 million people shop with Babylist every year, making it the go-to destination for seamless purchasing, guidance, and expert recommendations. As a modern, AI-forward tech company, Babylist has expanded from a universal registry into a full ecosystem — the Babylist Shop, Babylist Health, Babylist Money, NYC and LA showrooms, branded content, and more — generating $750M in revenue in 2025. Building the generational brand in baby, Babylist is reshaping the $235B kids and baby market and helping parents feel confident, connected, and cared for at every step.
Our Ways of Working
Babylist is remote-first with team members across the U.S. and Canada who move fast, think smart, and use AI as part of how they work every day — not as an experiment, as an expectation. We come together twice a year to build the relationships behind the work, and we hire people who are genuinely excited about what's possible and prove it through how they show up.
Why You Will Love Working At Babylist
Our Culture
We work with focus and intention, then step away to recharge
We believe in exceptional management, and we invest in the tools and the time to connect with colleagues
We build products that positively impact millions of people's lives
AI is part of how we work, not a side experiment. You'll have leading tools like Claude and ChatGPT from day one, with no waiting on access, so the busywork gets handled and your judgment goes where it counts
Growth & Development
Competitive pay and meaningful opportunities for career advancement
We believe technology and data can solve hard problems
We're committed to career progression and performance-based advancement
Benefits
Company-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance

ABOUT YOU
We're looking for a Staff Engineer to join our Identity & Access Management (IAM) platform team. This is an individual contributor role with outsized technical scope: you'll be the technical anchor for how Xsolla builds secure, high-scale auth infrastructure — setting direction, making hard architectural calls, and raising the bar across the org.
You will own the strategy behind authentication, authorization, and session management at scale, and evolve our OAuth 2.0 / OIDC flows and token lifecycle to meet both product and compliance needs. You operate with significant autonomy, but your decisions ripple across teams — so you'll spend real time building buy-in with engineering and security stakeholders, not just designing in isolation.
You are technically deep, calm under pressure, and comfortable being the escalation point when production IAM issues get hard. You write the RFCs and design docs that people actually read, and you create leverage for the broader engineering org through documentation, tooling, and mentorship — without needing a management title to do it.
HOW WE WORK
Xsolla operates across multiple time zones, and the IAM platform underpins authentication and authorization for every product we ship. Strong written communication is essential — your architectural decisions and designs need to stand on their own and be actionable without you in the room.
We value directness, technical depth, and follow-through. If a design or production issue has real security or reliability implications, we expect you to say so clearly, defend your position with evidence, and stay engaged until it's resolved.

About the role
🤓
We are looking for a
Senior Analytics Engineer
to own the analytics enablement layer across seQura's core business domains — building the trusted, well-governed data foundation that business, product, and data science teams rely on to make decisions and ship models.
This role sits at the intersection of data modeling, business domain understanding, governance, and semantic precision. You will design and deliver production-grade dbt models, shape the semantic layer to be AI-ready, and set the quality bar for the analytics enablement team. You will work closely with business circle leads, Data Scientists, across Risk, Finance, Payments, and Collections, and the Platform and Data Engineering team.
What challenges you'll be solving 🚀
Championing a single source of truth for core business metrics — unifying definitions, socializing, and governing the canonical KPIs used across seQura, so that whether a metric appears in a dashboard, a DS model, or an executive report, it means the same thing.
Building domain data products that serve both operational reporting and ML feature needs, ensuring downstream teams can self-serve reliably.
Designing, building, and shipping production-grade dbt models across multiple business domains — Payments, Debt Collection, Risk, and Finance — writing clean, well-tested, and well-documented SQL.
Owning the governance layer: data contracts, column-level lineage, tests, and semantic definitions — not just shipping models, but making them trustworthy.
Structuring the semantic layer to be machine-readable and AI-ready, supporting both self-serve BI and AI-powered use cases.
Setting and upholding standards for testing, documentation, and data quality across the analytics engineering team.
Collaborating closely with Data Scientists, circle leads, and the Platform team to understand domain logic deeply and translate it into precise, unambiguous data models.
Making cross-domain architectural decisions with a systems mindset — thinking beyond individual models to how the full data layer fits together.
About the Data team
🧩
Team mission
To turn seQura's raw data into trusted, well-governed data products that power decision-making across the company.
The team builds the foundations that enable Product, Finance, Risk, Payments, Data Science, and AI teams to work with reliable, consistent, and discoverable data, ensuring everyone speaks the same language when making decisions.
What we own
The dbt transformation layer across business domains
The Single Source of Truth (SSOT) for key business metrics
Semantic models that enable consistent reporting and analytics
Data contracts and governance standards across domains
Data lineage, documentation, and discoverability
Data quality, testing, and monitoring to ensure trusted data products
Team Structure
The Analytics Engineering team consists of four Analytics Engineers working alongside a Data Governance Lead and reporting to the Head of Data.
The team partners closely with business stakeholders across Risk, Finance, Payments, and Collections, while collaborating with Data Platform, Data Engineering, and Data Science teams to ensure data products are reliable, scalable, and easy to consume.
How we work
Product mindset: we treat datasets as products, with clear ownership, quality standards, and consumers.
Strong focus on data governance, documentation, and discoverability.
Collaboration with business stakeholders to translate operational concepts into trusted data models.
Analytics Engineering sits at the intersection of business knowledge, software engineering, and data architecture.
Continuous improvement through testing, observability, and reusable modeling patterns.
What to expect in the next 90 days
🏁
Month 1:
You'll immerse yourself in seQura's data ecosystem, becoming familiar with our dbt project, semantic models, and governance principles. You'll work closely with business stakeholders and fellow Analytics Engineers to understand your domain, existing data models, and opportunities to improve consistency and data quality.
Month 2:
You'll deliver your first production-ready dbt models for your assigned business domain, applying testing, documentation, and governance best practices. You'll begin contributing to the team's standards around data quality, maintainability, and semantic consistency.
Month 3:
You'll take ownership of a meaningful portion of the Single Source of Truth within your domain, enabling downstream teams to confidently self-serve reliable data. You'll also contribute to cross-domain initiatives, helping define shared semantic models, governance standards, and reusable data patterns across the organization.
Tech stack & environment
🛠️
Our modern data platform is built on AWS, with dbt at the heart of our transformation layer and Redshift as our analytical data warehouse.
Analytics Engineers work extensively with SQL and dbt to build trusted, reusable data models, while leveraging Git-based development workflows, automated testing, documentation, and data quality monitoring to ensure reliable data products.
The team collaborates closely with Data Platform and Data Engineering, building on top of cloud-native infrastructure and contributing to a governed data ecosystem designed to support analytics, business intelligence, and AI use cases across seQura.
What you’ll need 🤝
5+ years of experience as an Analytics Engineer, with a strong track record of building and delivering production-grade data models (mandatory).
Genuine curiosity about the business domains you model — you want to understand what decisions are made using the data not just how the data looks
Strong hands-on dbt experience: modeling, testing, data contracts, documentation — not just running dbt, but understanding how to design a reliable model layer (mandatory).
Expert SQL on a modern cloud data warehouse (Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake, or similar).
Systems thinking: ability to make cross-domain architectural decisions, not just implement individual models. You see how the pieces fit together.
Semantic precision: you write metric definitions and data documentation that are unambiguous to both humans and AI agents.
Experience with Python for data tasks is a plus.
Familiarity with data governance and lineage tooling (OpenMetadata or similar) is a plus.
Fintech or financial services domain knowledge is a plus.
English proficiency required. Spanish is a plus.

We have a strong and sustainable foundation, where we provide a secure and reliable workplace. You have the freedom and trust to make the best contribution possible.
One of our most valued strengths by our employees is our fellowship and supportive culture, which fosters a sense of belonging by working closely with our values. With us, you will have challenging projects to work on and push your skills and knowledge.
In addition, we are very proud of the unique office we have, which offers a comfortable and inspiring environment to work in with everything you need.

A personal budget for professional development.
Office workshops and meet-ups to encourage community participation and career growth.

About The Opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Staff Mobile Engineer to join our OEX Mobile Growth team — a pure mobile team sitting at the intersection of engineering rigour, consumer growth craft, and product instinct. This is not a feature delivery role. You will own the client-side architecture for new user acquisition, referral and virality mechanics, and the reward and conversion funnels that drive growth for millions of users.
You bring deep expertise in mobile attribution — from MMP design and evolution through to anti-fraud, channel revenue sharing, and ROI evaluation — and you know how to turn attribution data into decisions. You are also fluent in AI-assisted development and bring the discipline to build, maintain, and continuously improve your own AI engineering workflows.
What You'll Be Doing
Own the client-side architecture for core growth conversion flows — new user acquisition, referral and virality loops, reward mechanics, and activity-driven engagement systems.
Design and evolve the mobile attribution system — including MMP integration, attribution modelling, and the application of attribution data across anti-fraud, channel revenue sharing, and ROI evaluation scenarios.
Build and optimise growth infrastructure including funnel instrumentation, experiment frameworks, and acquisition loops that directly serve the mobile user base.
Collaborate closely with Product, Business Development, and local market teams to translate commercial goals into concrete, data-backed engineering proposals.
Drive technical decision-making on growth infrastructure, articulating trade-offs clearly and defending or revising positions based on evidence.
Apply AI coding tools actively in your workflow — not just for code generation, but to build and maintain repeatable personal AI development workflows.
Mentor engineers on the team and help establish a culture where engineers bring solutions, not just responses.
What We Look For In You
8+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of shipping production-quality systems at scale.
Deep familiarity with new user growth, referral and virality mechanics, activity and reward systems, and the client-side architecture behind core business conversion flows.
Strong expertise in mobile attribution design and evolution — hands-on experience with attribution platforms and solutions, and proven ability to drive attribution data into anti-fraud, channel revenue sharing, and ROI evaluation applications.
Proficient in AI-assisted development — able to independently build and maintain personal AI engineering workflows, not just use AI tools ad hoc.
Data instincts: you think in funnels, know how to instrument what matters, and use metrics to drive decisions.
Outspoken and proposal-driven — you come to the table with a point of view, push back when you disagree, and bring data and a counter-proposal rather than just flagging concerns.
Strong cross-functional communication — comfortable working with Product, Business Development, and local markets to align on goals and hold the line on engineering quality.
Nice-To-Haves
Mobile development experience in iOS (Swift/Objective-C) or Android (Kotlin/Java) — or backend experience building growth systems that serve mobile apps directly.
Depth in MMPs such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or SKAdNetwork.
Experience building referral systems, k-factor mechanics, or anti-fraud layers.
A/B experiment framework ownership at meaningful scale.
ASO operational experience (App Store Connect, Google Play Console).
Background in fintech, crypto, or regulated consumer financial products.
Experience operating across APAC, EEA, or US markets.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants

Location: Tbilisi; Warsaw; Minsk; Chișinău; Belgrade
Workplace: remote
About the Role:
BOSS Revolution helps millions of people around the world stay connected with family and friends through international calling, mobile top-up, and money services. As a Senior Flutter Developer on the DTC Calling team you'll build and evolve the flagship BOSS Revolution app.
Your main direction is Product-Led Growth (PLG): the referral program (Refer-a-Friend), onboarding and activation funnels, promo and reward mechanics (loyalty and subscription offers, first-transfer and recharge bonuses, upsell offers), and the experiments that decide which of them ship. It is the main direction, not the only one: you'll take on any work the team owns — home, calling, money-transfer and top-up flows, subscriptions and payments — as the roadmap requires.
You'll work in one of the largest Flutter codebases in production — a monorepo of 100+ internal packages, feature-first clean architecture, and a strong engineering culture around code quality, testing, and automation — and ship in short, instrumented iterations: hypothesis → flag → variant → metric → decision. The app also carries a native calling stack (SIP/VoIP on Android and iOS); experience there is welcome, not required.
What You'll Do:
Growth (main direction)
Build growth mechanics end-to-end
: referral flows (invite links, deferred deep links, reward tracking), onboarding & activation funnels, promo/reward dialogs and offer surfaces, in-app surveys — from a PRD with a success metric to a measured result in production.
Run experiments as a habit
: ship behind feature flags, wire variant assignment from our remote-config / A/B service (fixed-split and multi-armed-bandit tests) and Firebase Remote Config, tag events with test and variant, watch guardrail metrics, and remove the flag once the test is decided.
Instrument and validate analytics
: define and implement Amplitude/GA events and properties, keep the event taxonomy clean across releases, verify events before launch, and read funnel dashboards together with the PM and data team.
Render server-driven promo content
: integrate with our in-house campaign platform — targeted campaigns, remotely configurable copy and creatives, layout updates pushed from the backend in real time — with versioned fallbacks, so campaigns launch without an app release.
Integrate third-party growth SDKs
: attribution (AppsFlyer), Braze (push, content cards), ads (AdMob / AppLovin), payments and KYC vendors — mostly through Flutter plugins, occasionally extending them in Kotlin/Swift via platform channels.
Across the app and team
Ship product features beyond growth
: home screen, calling flows (Flutter UI over the native SIP stack), money-transfer and top-up flows, subscriptions and payments (card and wallet flows, Google/Apple Pay), country selection, chat and social features, performance and tech-debt work — the same standards, a different surface.
Own features within our architecture
: feature-first clean architecture, Bloc/Cubit state management, repositories, immutable state, Result-based error handling; migrate legacy Provider/ViewModel code in the modules you touch (e.g. the referral module) to the current patterns.
Work at real scale
: a Melos-managed monorepo with 100+ packages, strict dependency hierarchy, code generation (json_serializable / freezed), a shared design system, and a 90% diff-coverage gate enforced per package in CI (bloc_test + mocktail).
Keep releases healthy
: trunk-based development, ~2 releases a month through GitHub Actions and Fastlane, Crashlytics plus product-metric monitoring, staged rollouts and kill-switches for risky changes.
Collaborate cross-functionally
: with product managers (growth and core product), backend engineers (campaign, config and A/B services), data & BI, marketing (Braze campaigns) and QA — and push back on asks that cannot be measured.
Use AI-assisted development
as part of the everyday workflow: Cursor / Claude Code / Copilot with in-repo prompts, agents and MCP integrations.
We're Looking For:
5+ years building mobile apps, including 3+ years with Flutter in production.
Strong Flutter/Dart: Bloc/Cubit or comparable structured state management, async programming and isolates, code generation, dependency injection, clean architecture and modularization.
Hands-on, experiment-driven product development: feature flags and remote config (Firebase Remote Config, LaunchDarkly, Statsig, GrowthBook or an in-house service), A/B rollout mechanics (staged rollout, sticky assignment, kill-switch) and analytics instrumentation (Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA or similar) — including knowing how your experiments ended.
Deep linking, including deferred deep links and App Links / Universal Links setup; understanding of attribution flows.
Working knowledge of native Android (Kotlin) and/or iOS (Swift) at the level of platform-channel and SDK integrations.
Strong testing culture: unit and bloc tests with mocked collaborators, deterministic tests, comfortable working under coverage gates.
Full lifecycle experience: Git, CI/CD (e.g. GitHub Actions), code signing, store deployment, post-release monitoring.
Product mindset: can work from a PRD with success metrics, propose instrumentation and guardrails, and explain trade-offs to non-engineers.
English: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
It Would Be a Plus:
Time on a dedicated growth or monetization team: referral programs, onboarding optimization, paywalls / subscriptions, retention work, multi-armed bandits.
Attribution and marketing SDKs by name: AppsFlyer, Kochava, Adjust, Branch; Braze, Iterable, CleverTap.
Server-driven UI or remotely configurable content systems.
Payments and subscriptions on mobile: card flows, 3DS, in-app purchases, Google/Apple Pay.
VoIP / real-time communication: SIP, WebRTC, CallKit / Telecom framework, push-triggered call handling, audio session management.
Large monorepos (melos, Mason, Dart workspaces); migrating legacy state-management patterns.
Beyond mobile: backend / BFF for growth features, data pipelines, observability.
Telecom, fintech or other regulated consumer products (KYC, fraud vendors).
Comfort with AI-assisted development tooling.
