Your Purpose
We're looking for a resourceful, analytical, and execution-obsessed B2B Growth Marketing Specialist to become the operational backbone of our marketing team. This is a hybrid role that spans demand generation, event operations, campaign execution, and marketing ops, all with a relentless focus on pipeline growth and efficiency.
You'll own programs end-to-end: from building the strategy and managing vendor relationships to tracking budgets, analyzing results, and iterating fast. Events are an important part of the mix, but so are ABM plays, content-driven lead gen, partner marketing, and everything in between.
We need someone who doesn't wait for instructions. You see a gap, you fill it. You use AI tools daily to multiply your output. You're as comfortable building a campaign report in HubSpot as you are negotiating a venue contract or writing a landing page brief. If you thrive in fast-paced, "do more with less" environments, this role is for you.

About the Client
Our client is a multi-brand e-commerce and digital marketing business focused on growing brands through channels such as TikTok Shop, creators and affiliates, Meta Ads, Shopify, Amazon, and organic social. The company operates in a fast-moving environment where multiple brands, campaigns, and marketing functions need to stay aligned. This role is focused on bringing structure, accountability, and operational efficiency to that growth environment.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Project Manager to bring structure, organization, and accountability to projects across our marketing and creative teams. Operating across multiple brands, departments, and marketing channels, we need someone who is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities and moving pieces simultaneously.
The ideal candidate has a background managing marketing projects for
U.S.-based DTC marketing agencies or in-house DTC brands
. They should have experience overseeing complex, multi-channel initiatives with a minimum of
$1 million in monthly marketing or advertising budgets

Experience simply managing tickets, scheduling meetings, or updating project boards is not enough. The ideal candidate has worked somewhere with multiple brands, campaigns, departments, and deadlines moving at the same time—and knows how to bring order to that environment.
Responsibilities
* Manage multiple projects across multiple brands and departments
* Create clear timelines, deliverables, owners, priorities, and deadlines
* Keep projects and team members aligned, accountable, and on track
* Follow up on outstanding tasks and make sure important work gets completed
* Identify blockers, missed handoffs, and potential delays before they become problems
* Keep leadership updated on project status, priorities, and risks
* Improve internal processes, workflows, and organization
* Coordinate across marketing, creative, creators, paid media, social, e-commerce, and leadership
* Help ensure launches, campaigns, and important deadlines do not fall through the cracks
AREAS YOU WILL WORK ACROSS:
• TikTok Shop • UGC & creative strategy
• TikTok creators / affiliates • Trybe / creator programs
• Shopify • Organic social / social management
• Meta Ads • Creative production
• Amazon • Product launches & campaigns
* You do not need to personally execute every channel, but you should understand how modern digital marketing and
creative teams operate.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
* Everyone knows what they are responsible for and what matters most
* Priorities and deadlines are clear and visible
* Leadership can quickly understand where projects stand
* Blockers are identified early instead of becoming last-minute emergencies
* Teams communicate and execute effectively across departments
* Processes continuously improve as the company grows
* The organization becomes more structured without becoming slower or overly corporate
Requirements
3+ years of experience managing marketing projects for a U.S.-based DTC marketing agency or in-house DTC brand.

Hands-on experience with projects across Amazon, TikTok, and Shopify.

Able to establish ownership, maintain accountability, and ensure deliverables are completed on time while maintaining strong working relationships.
Able to identify inefficiencies and help improve systems, processes, and project workflows.

We’re looking for an ambitious and commercially driven
Account Director
to join our growing sales team and help accelerate our expansion across ASEAN.
This is a
true hunting role

Identify, target and win new clients across ASEAN, with a strong focus on strategic and enterprise accounts.

Penetrate strategic accounts:

Drive significant revenue:
Consistently achieve and exceed individual revenue targets through disciplined pipeline generation, opportunity management and deal execution.

Navigate multiple stakeholders, longer sales cycles and commercially complex negotiations while maintaining momentum and deal control.
Expand relationships:
Once new business is secured, identify opportunities to deepen relationships, expand into additional teams or markets and increase account value.
Maintain strong forecasting discipline:
Own your pipeline, accurately forecast revenue and maintain clear visibility across opportunities, next steps and close plans.

Strong strategic account planning skills and the ability to identify buying committees, business priorities and commercial opportunities.
Excellent consultative selling, presentation, negotiation and commercial skills.

B2B marketing, demand generation, ABM, digital marketing or the technology ecosystem
is highly advantageous.
Commercially astute, resilient and persistent, with the ability to maintain momentum through complex sales cycles.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
A collaborative team player who can operate independently while working effectively across a broader commercial organisation.
The Person We’re Looking For
You are a
hunter by nature
.
You don't wait for leads to be handed to you. You know how to identify the right accounts, find the right people, create a reason to engage and turn a cold prospect into a commercial conversation.
You are comfortable operating at senior levels and can hold your own in conversations with experienced marketing and business leaders. You understand that enterprise sales is rarely about one conversation or one contact — it's about building a compelling business case, navigating stakeholders and creating momentum towards a decision.
You're commercially ambitious, resilient and competitive, but you also know how to build genuine relationships.

take ownership
. You own your territory, your pipeline, your opportunities and your number.

As a Public Sector Solutions Architect, you'll be a trusted advisor to U.S. government customers, helping them understand how GitLab's Enterprise Edition and DevSecOps platform can address real business and mission outcomes. You'll own the technical evaluation and validation stages of the sales cycle, guide customers through proofs of concept and value, and connect GitLab's modern software development, operations, and cloud capabilities to measurable value. In this role, you'll work closely with sales and cross-functional GitLab teams, provide technical guidance from first conversation through successful deployment, and act as a customer advocate back into Product, Sales, and Marketing.
What you'll do
Engage with public sector customers, both onsite and remotely, to provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the pre-sales process, including tailored demos, technical presentations, and hands-on workshops.
Collaborate with the sales team to shape and execute account strategies that drive GitLab adoption within government environments.
Own the technical evaluation process, including proof of concept (POC) and proof of value (POV) design and delivery, tender and audit support, and technical input into proposals.
Lead the creation of Customer Success Plans that capture technical success criteria and handoff details from the pre-sales process, ensuring a smooth path to deployment and adoption.
Build and deepen relationships with technical and business stakeholders so they become advocates for GitLab within their organizations.
Serve as the customer advocate internally by channeling feedback and insights to Product, Sales, Marketing, and other GitLab teams to influence roadmap and messaging.
Maintain and expand your expertise in GitLab and related technologies, including modern software development, operations, and cloud practices, and create reusable examples and assets for customers and partners.
Run Value Stream Assessments to identify opportunities for customers to improve their software delivery with GitLab.
What you'll bring
Background in technical pre-sales, consulting, or information technology roles, ideally with U.S. public sector or federal customers, where you guided customers through evaluations and solution design
Hands-on experience using GitLab and familiarity with modern software development and operations practices, such as CI/CD, DevSecOps, and automation
Experience with cloud computing platforms and related technologies in regulated or security-conscious environments.
Ability to connect technical solutions to measurable business or mission outcomes and to advise senior stakeholders on tradeoffs and options.
Strong, confident communication and relationship-building skills, including leading customer meetings, demos, and value-focused conversations in close partnership with sales and cross-functional teams
Openness to learning, seeking feedback, and building new skills, including familiarity with GitLab's Solutions Architect handbook and related resources.
About the team
The Public Sector Solutions Architect role is part of GitLab's Solutions Architect team, a group of trusted technical advisors who help government customers understand, evaluate, and adopt the GitLab DevSecOps platform. The team is distributed and collaborates asynchronously across time zones using GitLab and our handbook-first practices to share knowledge, reusable examples, and best practices. You'll help the team address unique public sector challenges such as security, compliance, and mission-critical software delivery, and contribute customer insights that shape our product direction.

We are looking for an Application Security Engineer to join a greenfield digital news platform build for a major international news brand. Security is not a pre-launch checklist here — it is an engineering requirement embedded across every phase of delivery, from architecture through launch and into multi-year support.
You'll be the security authority on a full-lifecycle engagement, validating controls across a composable CMS, video pipeline, advertising integrations, personalisation services, and public-facing APIs — on a platform designed to sustain extreme traffic during breaking-news events.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Define and validate application and platform security controls across all delivery phases.
- Perform architecture and threat-model reviews at design stage and as the platform evolves.
- Review authentication, authorization, and privileged-access controls across CMS, APIs, and integrated services.
- Validate API and integration security across a composable, multi-vendor platform architecture.
- Review secrets, credentials, and token-management practices across the full stack.
- Support vulnerability scanning and penetration-testing activities — coordinating findings and remediation.
- Validate encryption and secure data handling across storage, transit, and third-party integrations.
- Review security logging, monitoring, and incident-response requirements.
- Support GDPR and privacy engineering requirements throughout delivery.
- Conduct third-party security assessments for integrated services and vendors.
- Provide remediation guidance and produce security acceptance evidence ahead of launch.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of experience in application security, security engineering, or a closely related role.
- Experience performing threat modelling and architecture security reviews on complex, multi-component platforms.
- Strong knowledge of authentication and authorization patterns — OAuth, OIDC, RBAC, privileged access management.
- Hands-on experience validating API security and reviewing integration patterns across third-party services.
- Solid understanding of secrets management, credential handling, and token lifecycle best practices.
- Experience supporting or coordinating vulnerability scanning and penetration testing programmes.
- Knowledge of encryption standards and secure data handling practices across storage and transit.
- Familiarity with GDPR and privacy-by-design engineering requirements.
- Ability to produce clear remediation guidance and security acceptance documentation for engineering and delivery teams.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience securing composable CMS or media platform architectures — AEM, Amplience, or similar.
- Background working on high-traffic, public-facing platforms where availability and security intersect.
- Experience with security logging and monitoring tooling — SIEM, alerting, incident response playbooks.
- Familiarity with third-party vendor security assessment processes.
- Relevant certification — CISSP, OSCP, CEH, or equivalent.
- Experience working within a phased, full-lifecycle delivery programme alongside engineering and architecture teams.
When you join Solvd, you'll…
- Shape real-world AI-driven projects across key industries, working with clients from startup innovation to enterprise transformation.

We are looking for a CMS & DAM Engineer to join a greenfield digital news platform build for a major international news brand. There is no legacy system, no migration burden — this is a new platform built from scratch, video-first and breaking-news-first, designed to sustain extreme traffic during major events and support complete newsroom workflows from draft to publish.
You'll own the CMS configuration and digital asset management layer end-to-end — from content models and editorial workflows through DAM taxonomy, rights management, and integrations with video, search, and distribution services. This is a full-lifecycle engagement: discovery, build, launch, and multi-year support.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
CMS Configuration & Development
- Configure and develop the selected CMS platform — AEM or Amplience.
- Implement content models, templates, components, and editorial configurations.
- Configure authoring, approval, scheduling, and publishing workflows to support full newsroom operations.
- Support breaking-news and major-event editorial capabilities, including homepage mode-switching under high traffic.
- Implement taxonomy and structured-content models.
- Configure permissions and newsroom roles.
- Implement preview and publishing capabilities.
- Develop CMS extensions where native functionality does not meet requirements.
- Integrate CMS with DAM, search, video, and downstream distribution services.
- Support testing, editorial training, and production stabilization.
Digital Asset Management
- Own the design and configuration of digital asset management workflows end-to-end.
- Define image and video metadata structures, taxonomy, credits, captions, source, and rights metadata.
- Design embargo, licence, and expiration management workflows.
- Establish image rendition, crop, and focal-point workflows.
- Define duplicate and near-duplicate asset handling approaches.
- Design asset usage and reference tracking.
- Establish replacement, restriction, and takedown workflows.
- Integrate DAM with CMS, video pipeline, and distribution services.
- Support asset migration, editorial training, and operational governance.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Hands-on experience configuring and developing on AEM or Amplience in a production environment.
- Experience implementing content models, editorial workflows, and publishing pipelines for a content-heavy platform.
- Strong understanding of DAM concepts — metadata, taxonomy, rights management, renditions, and asset lifecycle.
- Experience integrating CMS and DAM systems with third-party services — video platforms, search, CDN, or distribution APIs.
- Ability to configure permissions and role-based access for multi-user editorial teams.
- Experience working on structured, phased delivery programmes with clear milestones and launch targets.
- Strong communication skills — able to work with editorial, product, and engineering stakeholders.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience delivering CMS/DAM solutions for news, media, or publishing organizations.
- Familiarity with breaking-news editorial workflows and high-traffic event scenarios.
- Experience with video asset management and broadcast clip ingestion pipelines.
- Knowledge of GDPR compliance requirements as they apply to content and media platforms.
- Experience with accessibility standards for content-heavy web platforms.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tooling.
- Experience supporting editorial training and operational handover programmes.
When you join Solvd, you'll…

We are looking for a Video & Streaming Engineer to join a greenfield digital news platform build for a major international news brand. Video is not a feature here — it is the product. The platform is built around an always-on livestream, automated broadcast clip ingestion, and a player architecture that needs to perform reliably under the extreme traffic conditions of breaking-news events.
You'll own the video and streaming layer end-to-end: platform integration, adaptive playback, livestream workflows, newsroom clipping tools, advertising, analytics, and resilience testing ahead of launch.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own video, livestream, and player technical implementation across the platform.
- Integrate the selected video platform and player with the broader content and delivery architecture.
- Implement adaptive bitrate streaming and device-aware playback across web and mobile environments.

- Integrate video advertising and analytics capabilities.

- Experience implementing livestream workflows in a production environment.
- Familiarity with video processing concepts — clipping, transcoding, thumbnail generation, caption and subtitle integration.
- Experience integrating video advertising — VAST, VPAID, or similar — and video analytics.
- Ability to implement playback telemetry, error detection, and fallback handling.
- Experience supporting performance and resilience testing for high-traffic video delivery scenarios.
- Strong collaboration skills — able to work across CMS, frontend, and infrastructure teams.

- Experience delivering video infrastructure for news, media, or broadcast organizations.
- Familiarity with rights management, availability windows, and geoblocking implementation.
- Experience with CDN configuration for video delivery at scale.
- Background working on platforms designed for major-event traffic spikes.
- Familiarity with DRM implementation — Widevine, FairPlay, PlayReady.
- Experience with poster frame, chapter marker, and structured metadata workflows for editorial video.

Job Summary
We are looking for an aggressive, highly analytical Senior Growth Marketer / Media Buying Specialist to take ownership of Google and Meta advertising campaigns. Our primary objective is simple: generate qualified inbound calls and leads profitably. This is not an account-maintenance or monthly-reporting role. We want someone who treats every account as if their own money is being spent. You will work directly with leadership to launch campaigns, analyse performance, cut wasted spend, identify overlooked opportunities, test new angles, and aggressively scale profitable campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Build, manage, optimize, and scale high-intent Google Ads campaigns, with Meta Ads as a secondary channel
Develop campaigns specifically designed to generate qualified inbound phone calls and leads
Analyse campaign performance quickly and identify winning and losing campaigns, keywords, audiences, ads, and landing pages
Aggressively cut wasted spend and reallocate budget toward profitable opportunities
Identify new customer-intent angles, search opportunities, audiences, and campaign structures competitors may be missing
Continuously test new messaging, offers, targeting, keywords, creative, and landing-page approaches using direct-response principles
Optimize campaigns against CPA, CPL, conversion rate, lead quality, and overall acquisition economics
Monitor search-term data, conversion tracking, attribution, call tracking, and landing-page performance
Launch new campaigns and work directly alongside leadership to expand into new markets and industries
Take increasing ownership of advertising spend, with a target of managing at least $100k/month in Google Ads spend within 90 days
Make fast, data-backed decisions rather than waiting for lengthy reporting cycles
Requirements
Proven track record in Direct Response marketing with a deep understanding of customer desire, intent, and buying behaviour
Advanced / expert-level Google Ads expertise
Strong Meta Ads experience
Proven experience generating leads and/or inbound phone calls through paid advertising
Demonstrable experience optimizing campaigns against commercial performance metrics such as CPA, CPL, ROAS, conversion rate, and lead quality
Highly analytical mindset with the ability to turn campaign data into immediate, actionable decisions
