ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
ABOUT THE PUBLIC SECTOR TEAM
- Sierra recently received FedRAMP High certification, enabling us to bring our industry-leading technology to partners in the US public sector. We’re now building our founding public sector team to redefine the relationship between the government and its citizenry.
- Today, our agents already enable citizens to access social services, report fraud, and understand complex government systems. Simultaneously, they empower government officials to better hear the concerns and inquiries of their constituencies.
- We are explicitly nonpartisan and committed to empowering public servants to leverage AI to advance their important missions.
- In our journey, we are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and Family. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
As an Agent Strategist, you own how Sierra’s AI agents come to life for our customers — from first pilot to a production agent handling thousands of conversations a day. You sit at the intersection of product, building agents and customer-facing work, and stay just as close to the technology as you are to the people you build for. You transform a customer’s thorniest, highest-stakes problems into agents that measurably move their business.
- Own the Agent Development Life Cycle https://sierra.ai/blog/agent-development-life-cycle. Take agents from initial scope through conversation design, tooling, evaluation, launch, and continuous iteration in production. Translate mission goals, policy requirements, and operational workflows into an agent that performs reliably in the real world.
- Be a trusted strategic advisor to public sector leaders. Work shoulder-to-shoulder with agency executives and program leaders to define success, prioritize opportunities, and shape an AI strategy grounded in mission impact.
- Partner with working teams day to day. Run working sessions with program, operations, technology, security, legal, and procurement stakeholders; resolve issues as they arise; and make the decisions that keep deployments moving toward launch.
- Identify new ways to expand our impact. Understand our partners' most urgent needs and develop roadmaps for new use cases, including proactive outreach, multilingual access, and long-horizon agents that can support people across multi-step journeys.
- Directly shape the product and our public sector strategy. Surface unmet needs from customer work, prototype new approaches, and partner with research, product, platform, and public sector leadership to influence Sierra's roadmap, market strategy, and repeatable solutions for government.
EXAMPLE PROJECTS
These are the kinds of projects that strategists on our public sector team have worked on recently:
- Improve access to benefits and services. Launch an agent that helps residents understand eligibility, gather the right information, and navigate a complex application or recertification process across channels and languages.
- Modernize constituent support. Design an agent that answers policy and program questions, provides case or application status, and routes sensitive or exceptional situations to the right public servant with full context.
- Make critical reporting easier and safer. Build trusted conversational experiences for reporting fraud, safety concerns, or other high-stakes issues while meeting rigorous privacy, security, accessibility, and auditability requirements.
- Enable proactive government services. Create a roadmap for outbound agents that remind people about deadlines, explain program changes, or help them complete important next steps before a benefit or service is interrupted.
- Build repeatable public sector capabilities. Use a live agency deployment as a design partnership to shape new platform capabilities, evaluation standards, or implementation patterns that can serve institutions across federal, state, and local government.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Ownership and delivery. A track record of leading multiple complex, high-visibility initiatives and driving cross-functional teams from an ambiguous starting point to measurable outcomes - for example as part of an early team, consultancy, or otherwise..
- Technical aptitude. Comfort engaging directly with technical concepts, including reading API documentation, understanding data models and system architecture, and following engineering and security tradeoffs in design discussions.
- Commitment to public service. A passion for public sector work and a belief in the potential of institutions to improve outcomes for the people and communities they serve.
- Communication. Clear, direct, and persuasive communication across executive, operational, policy, and technical audiences, with the ability to turn complexity into shared decisions.
- Strategic problem-solving in ambiguity. Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to break down complex problems, spot risks early, and adapt as policy, stakeholder, or implementation conditions change.
EVEN BETTER...
- Experience building or deploying AI/LLM agents in production — hands-on with the tools behind them (eval frameworks, agent tooling, RAG, prompt engineering) — working closely with technical counterparts.
- Experience working in or with federal, state, or local government, including familiarity with procurement, security and compliance, accessibility, policy implementation, or systems integration.
- You’ve been a founder, founding team member, or operator — you know how to balance craft, ownership, and speed.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience — and/or an MBA or comparable experience at the intersection of technology and business.
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.
WHAT WE OFFER
We want our benefits to reflect our values and offer the following to full-time employees:
- Flexible (unlimited) paid time off
- Medical, dental, and vision benefits for you and your family
- Life insurance and disability benefits
- Retirement plan dependent on country of employment
- Parental leave

BE YOU, WITH US
We're working to bring the transformative power of AI to every organization in the world. To do so, it is important to us that the diversity of our employees represents the diversity of our customers. We believe that our work and culture are better when we encourage, support, and respect different skills and experiences represented within our team. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't precisely match the job description. We strive to evaluate all applicants consistently without regard to race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, pregnancy, gender expression or identity, sexual orientation, citizenship, or any other legally protected class.

BUILD YOUR ENTERPRISE SALES CAREER AT N8N
n8n is growing rapidly at the intersection of AI, automation and enterprise software. More than 1.7 million active builders use n8n each month, and we’re scaling our enterprise business as more organisations look for ways to connect AI with the systems, data and workflows that run their businesses.
We’re building our SDR team in Berlin and looking for an Enterprise Sales Development Representative to join us.
You’ll partner closely with Enterprise Account Executives to break into some of the largest organisations in the DACH region. This isn’t about maximising email volume. You’ll take a thoughtful, account-based approach: researching strategic companies, identifying the right stakeholders, understanding their priorities, and creating relevant conversations around automation and AI.
If you’re succeeding in an SDR/BDR role and want greater exposure to enterprise selling, strategic account planning, technical buyers and a genuine path towards AE, this could be a great next step.
WHY N8N?
🚀 Serious momentum. n8n has grown rapidly into a major player in workflow automation and AI, with more than $100M in ARR, 1,400+ enterprise customers, and a $5.2B valuation following strategic investment from SAP.
📈 Build towards AE. We want the SDR role to be a platform for your next step. High-performing SDRs can develop through our structured SDR → AE programme, with live deal exposure, discovery and MEDDPICC coaching, call reviews, and opportunities to take greater ownership of real opportunities alongside experienced AEs.
✏️ Learn enterprise selling. Work alongside Enterprise AEs on account strategy, stakeholder mapping, messaging, discovery and opportunity creation - gaining exposure to how complex enterprise deals are built from the start.
🤖 Sell where the market is going. You’ll engage technical and executive buyers around AI, automation and some of the most important technology challenges businesses are tackling today.
⚡Use AI to sell smarter. Experiment with AI, n8n and modern sales technology to research accounts, understand buyers, personalise outreach and improve how you work. You don’t need to be an engineer - but you should be curious about technology and excited to learn.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Build enterprise pipeline: Prospect into a focused set of strategic accounts and create qualified opportunities.
- Develop account strategies: Partner with Enterprise AEs to identify priority companies, stakeholders, challenges, use cases and engagement strategies.
- Research your prospects: Understand the business and technical priorities of stakeholders across IT, DevOps, SecOps, Engineering and related teams.
- Create outreach that gets attention: Develop thoughtful, personalised messaging tied to real account priorities rather than generic sequences.
- Prospect across channels: Engage prospects through email, phone, LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
- Lead early-stage discovery: Understand business needs, technical environments, priorities, urgency and potential fit with n8n.
- Continuously improve: Use Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo, AI tools, coaching and performance data to sharpen your approach.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for someone with a strong SDR foundation who wants to develop into an excellent enterprise seller.
You’ll likely be a good fit if you have:
- SDR or BDR experience in B2B SaaS, software or technology
- Experience generating pipeline through outbound prospecting within mid- market or enterprise accounts
- A strong sales track record against your targets
- Fluency in German (C1 level- fluent or bilingual)
- Confidence engaging senior business and technical stakeholders
- A thoughtful approach to account research, personalisation and qualification
- Curiosity about technical products, automation and AI
- Resilience, consistency and ownership of your results
- The ability to work from our Berlin office three days per week
Bonus points if you have: experience prospecting into technical audiences; familiarity with buying committees, Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo or MEDDPICC; experience using AI or automation in your own sales workflow.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
Success here is about quality, not just activity.
You’ll build a deep understanding of your accounts, identify the right stakeholders, create messaging that earns attention and generate qualified enterprise opportunities that can turn into meaningful revenue.
Along the way, you’ll build experience in enterprise account strategy, technical selling, discovery, AI and automation, and complex B2B sales - giving you a strong foundation for the next stage of your career.
INTERESTED?
You don’t need to meet every requirement to apply.
If you have a strong foundation in outbound sales, you’re curious about technology, and you’re excited by the opportunity to help build n8n’s enterprise business while developing towards your next step in sales, we’d love to hear from you.
n8n is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
We can sponsor visas to Germany; for any other country, you need to have existing right to work.
Our company language is English.
You care about diversity and inclusion? We do too! These drivers shape how we work together and what we expect from ourselves and our leaders.
We are seeking an analytical, enthusiastic marketing professional to join us as a Senior Customer Acquisition Manager. In this role, you will own the marketing budget for our games and partner with various teams to develop and execute a data-driven user acquisition and growth strategy. You will spend millions of dollars per month across multiple platforms in pursuit of Wooga’s user acquisition goals, while continuously identifying opportunities to improve performance through testing, experimentation, and innovation.
A key part of the role is to continuously develop and test new hypotheses across channels, audiences, creatives, and the user journey, turning insights and data into actionable experiments and scaling successful learnings. You will work closely with Creative Production, Product, Analytics, and other teams to develop and test new ideas that drive acquisition and overall game growth. In addition to managing UA campaigns, you will support the marketing team’s internal analysis pipeline, producing regular reports and insights for executive management and the wider marketing team.
About the role
Take responsibility for allocating our marketing budget for your respective networks. Participate in high-level strategic discussions on growing our games and determining the size and allocation of our budgets.
Develop and continuously evolve UA strategies through ongoing testing and experimentation. Proactively identify opportunities, formulate hypotheses, design tests, analyze results, and scale successful learnings across markets, platforms, and campaigns.
Collaborate internally with the User Acquisition team as well as externally with the Playtika organization to share knowledge and drive best practices across teams.

Support game teams through structured experiments and advise Product teams on features and improvements that can positively impact user acquisition and growth.
Foster a culture of experimentation by continuously challenging existing approaches, bringing new ideas to the table, and turning insights into actionable tests.
About you
Relevant prior work experience in mobile games or apps (gaming experience is a big plus).
A professional background in quantitative analysis.
Up to date on current marketing trends, tools, and consumer behavior.
You can juggle multiple projects simultaneously, and use data to figure out what's actually working.
You proactively spot issues before they become problems, and don't wait around for someone else to flag them.
You bring your own ideas to the table, back them up with data, and know how to find consensus.
You are comfortable collaborating closely with people from different disciplines, prioritizing the best idea over being right.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Please note: Research has shown that some under-represented groups in the gaming industry (eg: women) tend to apply only if they meet every single requirement. Here at Wooga, the desire to learn and the willingness to solve problems are more important to us than your experience on paper. We encourage you to apply even if you do not think that you tick all the boxes - thinking outside of such boxes and embracing the diversity of mindsets and backgrounds is what we believe makes our teams thrive.
Our Promise
Shape the future! Challenge the status quo and team up with a diverse group of experts (over 50 nationalities!) working on crafting the world’s best games.
We offer a generous relocation package and home search support if you are not already located in Berlin. Did we mention that we also cooperate with Kindergartens?
Make use of a significant education budget and extra days off for self-development. Join our meet-ups, talks, brown bag lunches, internal trainings, workshops and many others.
Enjoy the pilates, mindfulness app, sports and transport subsidies. And a Purpose Day to donate your time to a worthy cause!
Did you know that German is the third most commonly taught language worldwide? Learn it too! We offer German language classes for you and your significant other.
With our hybrid work model you will work in the office with your teams twice a week, to encourage in-person collaboration and team bonding. The other three days you can choose if you want to work from home or from the office. We also offer 10 days a year to work from abroad.
At Wooga we are committed to providing a friendly, safe and welcoming environment for everyone who works here or with us, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age, religion (or lack thereof) and game preferences. Be yourself, we like you that way!

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About Us
Moongate
is building the world's leading sound therapy app, helping people sleep better, get focused, and relieve stress. We're bootstrapped, profitable, and focused on scaling to eight-figure ARR while keeping the team small and nimble.
The Role
You'll own the growth and monetization engine for our app: our web funnels, activation, onboarding, pricing, paywalls, and win-backs. Moongate has strong product-market fit and a large, growing subscriber base. What we need now is someone who can turn that base into compounding revenue through relentless, data-driven experimentation.
You'll be thinking strategically, but primarily hands-on: designing tests, building the campaigns and lifecycle journeys, shipping paywall and pricing changes, reading the results, and iterating. You'll work closely with the founders, head of marketing, and our engineering team, to build both growth features, but also to implement the tooling and systems that empower your role.
Requirements
You're a Fit If
You have a demonstrable track record of driving measurable revenue growth through pricing, paywall, and lifecycle experimentation on a subscription product.
You're as comfortable executing as strategizing: building the campaign, configuring the CRM flow, or shipping the paywall yourself.
You have hands-on experience with subscription billing flows, like Apple IAP or Stripe.
You've built and run CRM/lifecycle campaigns end-to-end.
You have a strong mobile subscription/monetization background.
You're a good writer with exceptional written English, able to internalize our brand voice and make it your own.
You know how to leverage AI tools to increase your capacity and execute faster with a lean team.
Benefits
Why Moongate?
No bureaucracy.
You'll be making top-level decisions alongside the founders every day.
Maximum impact.
You'll directly own the revenue engine for an app with over 1 million downloads and 100,000 subscribers.
High growth potential.
We're aiming for 10x (100x!) growth. You'll directly contribute to that, and have a stake in it.
Positive mission.
Our goal is to improve people's wellness through sound therapy. We hear stories every week of the life changing impact Moongate has had on people's sleep habits, mental health, and overall wellbeing. In a world full of addictive, engagement-driven products, this is a rare opportunity to help promote wellness instead.
