ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp builds software that moves real money, from bill payments and corporate cards to reimbursements, accounting integrations, and travel. Our customers rely on us to keep their operations running: invoices get paid, books get closed, and finance leaders can trust the data behind every decision.
In this role, you will be the person who spots where customers are getting stuck and drives issues to a clear resolution. You will learn a complex product deeply enough to troubleshoot across payments, bank linking, accounting syncs, and card programs, then partner with teams across Engineering, Risk, Product, and Partnerships to get problems solved. This is not script-based support. You will triage, investigate, and make high-signal judgment calls throughout the day.
You will thrive in this role if you are a systems thinker and deeply customer obsessed. Support is the baseline. How you think about improving processes, tools, and outcomes is what sets you apart.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Be the voice of Ramp's Customer Support. You'll spend your day engaging with customers, primarily via live calls, email, and chat.
- Diagnose across a broad product surface. Ramp isn't one product — it's payments, cards, travel, accounting integrations, and more. You'll need to understand how they connect and where they break.
- Operate with an ownership mindset, managing escalations end-to-end. You take full accountability for every ticket you handle. When an issue crosses team boundaries — risk, engineering, product, partnerships — you route it correctly, follow up, and make sure the customer isn't left waiting. You'll work across Zendesk, internal tooling, and Slack-based escalation workflows.
- Build and shape AI tools, not just use them. Ramp is building AI into CX operations. You'll use AI-powered research tools and proprietary tools like Glass daily, provide direct feedback on what's working, and play an active role in how these tools evolve. You're not just a user — you're a builder. We are all builders at Ramp.
- Ship improvements, not just flag them. When you notice a process gap, a missing SOP, or a knowledge base article that's sending associates down the wrong path, you don't just raise it — you have the autonomy to roll up your sleeves and fix it. Leverage AI to solve problems, build automations, and improve the systems around you. The best people in this role make the whole team better.
- Communicate with precision and empathy. Our customers are financially sophisticated. You need to explain what's happening, what you're doing about it, and what they should expect — clearly and without filler.
WHAT YOU NEED
- You're a systems thinker: you don't just solve the ticket in front of you, you ask why the problem exists and how to prevent it from happening again.
- You actively use AI tools — Claude, Notion AI, research and workflow tools — and can demonstrate how you've applied them to get real work done. This is a hard requirement.
- You're fast-moving while holding yourself to a high bar for execution: you balance speed, accuracy, and thoroughness in every interaction.
- You can hold a technical conversation about how systems connect (APIs, bank integrations, accounting software) even if you're not writing code.
- You manage competing priorities without dropping things. When you have 15 open issues across 4 internal teams, nothing falls through.
- You write clearly and concisely. You can explain a payment reconciliation issue to a CFO without jargon.
- You're comfortable on the phone. Many interactions start there.
- You have a demonstrated track record of exceeding key performance standards, including CSAT, QA, and speed-of-service metrics.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience building workflows or automations using AI tools, not just prompting
- Familiarity with accounting workflows (AP/AR, GL, reconciliation) or ERP integrations (NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage)
- Background in payments infrastructure (ACH, wire transfers, card networks)
- Track record of working somewhere that shipped product fast and expected CX to keep up
WHY BE A CX ASSOCIATE AT RAMP
- Cross-functional exposure from day one. You work directly with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams — not siloed into a support queue.
- AI tools and unlimited access. Unlimited tokens, proprietary AI tools like Glass, and a culture that expects you to use them to move faster and build smarter.
- Career growth that you own. Grow within CX, explore other functions internally, or carve out a path that doesn't exist yet. If you're invested, we're invested.
- Culture that's different from a call center. Team events, in-person offsites, and a genuine commitment to building a team people want to be part of.

WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE YOU APPLY

Ramp's customers operate on financial deadlines that don't pause.

1Password is growing. We’ve surpassed $500M in ARR and we’re continuing to accelerate, earning a spot on the Forbes Cloud 100 for four years in a row and teaming up with iconic partners like Oracle Red Bull Racing.
About 1Password
At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.
If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
As a Staff Security Engineer on Security Incident Response, you'll serve as a senior technical leader and builder for the team, helping shape both how we respond to incidents today and how our response capabilities evolve over time. This role is about advancing what the team is capable of, not just responding when something breaks. You'll design and build the AI-assisted systems that extend the team's reach, lead the response to the most complex incidents, and own programs that make the organization more prepared over time, from tabletop exercises and gamedays to the continued advancement of threat hunting and insider risk capabilities.
You bring engineering depth, sound incident judgment, and the ability to plan, and deliver complex work against a longer-term maturity roadmap not just execute against a queue.
This is a senior individual contributor role with organization-wide impact on how 1Password investigates, contains, and learns from security incidents.
This role reports to the Manager, Security Incident Response.
How we’re using AI today
Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What we're looking for:
- Significant experience leading complex, high-severity security incidents across multiple environments, including serving as an incident commander or equivalent technical lead.
- Experience designing and building AI-assisted or agentic automation for security operations (triage, investigation, containment), with sound judgment about where automation should and shouldn't hold decision authority.
- Strong software engineering skills, and experience building production tooling, automation, or systems rather than only operating existing security platforms.
- Experience owning a security program or capability roadmap end to end, including planning, sequencing, and delivering multi-quarter work.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native, SaaS, and identity-driven attack techniques and response approaches.
- Experience designing and running tabletop exercises, gamedays, or comparable readiness programs and translating findings into improvements..
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to represent technical tradeoffs to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience mentoring engineers or otherwise raising the technical and investigative capabilities of a team.
How you'll work:
- You look for opportunities to build systems that scale the team's capabilities rather than relying on repeated manual effort, and you're interested in thoughtfully applying AI and automation where they can improve security outcomes.
- An experienced incident commander who brings structure to complex incidents, makes sound decisions with incomplete information, and helps teams move forward during high-pressure situations.
- You're comfortable taking ownership of a capability from strategy through execution, including defining priorities, sequencing work, navigating dependencies, and delivering against a longer-term roadmap.
- You can operate as a technical partner to leaders and cross-functional teams, independently representing technical priorities, risks, and tradeoffs.
- You value continuous improvement and contribute to an environment where teams can examine incidents, decisions, and failures openly and turn what they learn into stronger systems and practices.
What you can expect:
- Serve as incident manager and technical escalation point for complex, high-severity events, bringing structure, sound judgement, and clear decision-making under pressure.
- Design and build AI-assisted and automated systems that improve how quickly and consistently the team can triage, investigate, and contain incidents.
- Establish appropriate safety controls, approval gates, auditability, and rollback mechanisms for automated and AI-assisted actions, ensuring high-impact decisions remain appropriately human-controlled.
- Own the team's readiness programs, including tabletop exercises and incident gamedays, from scenario design and execution through debriefing and translating finishes into concrete (or measurable) improvements
- Advance the team’s threat hunting and insider risk capabilities by identifying opportunities, defining priorities, and delivering roadmap work that improves investigative depth and coverage
- Plan, sequence, and deliver multi-quarter initiatives that mature the team's capabilities, bringing project management discipline to work that doesn't fit neatly into a sprint.
- Mentor and provide technical leadership to other engineers, strengthening engineering rigor and investigative judgement across the team.
- Partner with Security Operations, Product Security, and Engineering teams to close gaps surfaced through investigations, hunting, and simulations.
- Foster psychological safety and blameless learning across incident retrospectives, gamedays, and tabletop debriefs.
- Extend strong incident response practices beyond the immediate team by building reusable systems, tooling, and operating patterns that strengthen response capabilities across areas such as PSIRT, Privacy, and Engineering.
USA-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $192,000 USD and $278,000 USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
Canada-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $167,000 CAD and $242,000 CAD, plus immediate participation in 1Password’s generous benefits program (health, dental, RRSP and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
At 1Password, we approach each individual's compensation with a promise of fair market value and internal equity commensurate with experience and specific skill set.
This posting is for an existing vacancy.
Our culture
At 1Password, we prioritize collaboration, clear and transparent communication, receptiveness to feedback, and alignment with our core values: keep it simple, lead with honesty, and put people first.

If you're looking for a place where you can settle into a comfortable routine, this might not be the right fit for you. We’re looking for individuals who are proven experts in their fields, as well as those who are highly adaptable, can thrive in ambiguity and through change, are curious, and above all deliver results.
How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others.
Our approach to remote work
We believe in the power of remote work, but recognize that in-person connection is important to help us achieve our mission. While we are a remote-first company, travel for in-person engagement is a part of almost all roles, and we require our employees to be ready and willing to take part. An overview of this role
As Director, Product Management: Agentic Software Delivery, you'll own one of GitLab's most strategic sections, spanning Continuous Integration, Artifact Management, Continuous Deployment, and Observability. You'll lead senior and principal product managers and be accountable for adoption, retention, and revenue across build, package, deploy, and monitor. Today, these are separate stages with a human making the call at each handoff. As agents take on more coding, pipeline, and deployment work, you'll set the three-year vision for how much of that judgment the system can make safely and how quickly a production signal can turn into a fix without waiting for a human to notice it first. You'll define how customers move from today's manual checkpoints toward agent-driven software delivery at a pace that fits their risk tolerance. In your first year, you'll bring four connected roadmaps into one coherent strategy, establish how investment is allocated and reallocated, deepen partnerships with Engineering and go-to-market leaders, and give customers a credible path for managing software delivery at scale.
What you’ll do
Own the strategy, three-year vision, and business outcomes for GitLab's Agentic Software Delivery section, with a clear point of view on how artificial intelligence is changing software delivery.
Lead and develop senior and principal product managers across Continuous Integration, Artifact Management, Continuous Deployment, and Observability, helping them grow as independent decision-makers.
Establish the frameworks, standards, and operating rhythm that support consistent, high-quality product decisions without unnecessary escalation.
Own section-level key performance indicators and adoption funnels, using the results to reallocate investment or stop work that isn't paying off.
Evaluate major strategic bets, partnerships, and build, buy, or partner decisions, and develop the business cases that support them.
Partner with Engineering leadership on platform investment, architectural direction, and trade-offs across the section, while connecting build, package, deploy, and monitor into one coherent customer experience.
Drive pricing, packaging, go-to-market strategy, migration, and adoption with Product Marketing, Sales, Pricing, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineering across free, commercial, and enterprise offerings.
Represent the section with GitLab's senior leadership, key enterprise customers, partners, and industry audiences, while modeling AI-native product management across discovery, synthesis, prototyping, roadmap exploration, and concept development.
What you’ll bring
Experience leading product managers, including developing senior and principal talent, hiring, and addressing performance directly.
A track record of owning a portfolio across multiple product areas and being accountable for adoption, retention, and revenue, not only roadmap delivery.
Product management depth in one or more relevant areas, such as continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines, artifact or package management, release management, or observability.
Sound judgment about where to invest and where to stop, including experience making and defending build, buy, or partner decisions with a business case.
Technical fluency to work with engineers and architects on pipeline design, artifact workflows, deployment strategies, and observability signals such as logs, metrics, and traces.
Experience shaping pricing and packaging for technical products across free, commercial, and enterprise offerings.
Experience working with technical customers in developer tools, DevOps, or software delivery environments where engineers and engineering leaders are primary users.
Executive-level communication and influence.
Practical use of AI tools in product management workflows, along with a thoughtful view of how AI and agentic workflows are changing software delivery. We welcome candidates whose experience may come from different but transferable product and leadership paths.
About the team
The team brings together senior product leaders across GitLab's software delivery platform and works closely with Engineering, Design, and go-to-market partners so customers experience these capabilities as one connected system. The team helps customers manage today's delivery complexity while shaping how AI-powered and AI-native workflows influence the next generation of software delivery. As part of GitLab's all-remote organization, the team collaborates asynchronously across regions with a focus on transparency, written communication, and clear decision-making.

Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
We’re seeking an Intermediate Developer with a full-stack or backend-focused background to join our Enterprise Tenants and Policies team,
This team focuses on the B2B side of our Enterprise Password Manager. We build features that help large organizations manage 1Password at scale. Our team focuses on multi-tenancy and linked accounts, policies that give businesses control over how 1Password operates across their organizations, and intuitive admin experiences for managing groups, teams, and other configurations. As we continue moving from a monolithic application toward a microservice architecture, you’ll help evolve our policy services and build enterprise features that work across multiple services and codebases.
- You have 2+ years of experience in software development
- Experience with a modern backend language (e.g. Go, Node.js, Ruby, or Python)
- A drive for and proven experience in software development best practices and coding standards
- You enjoy solving moderately complex problems and have demonstrated an ability to propose effective solutions
- You enjoy communicating and collaborating, with experience working effectively across teams and explaining technical concepts to non-technical cross-functional partners
- You’re passionate about testing methodologies and debugging techniques that ensure high-quality code
- You’re comfortable working across multiple services and collaborating with other teams to deliver complete, impactful solutions
Bonus points for:
- Experience with DevOps practices while also contributing to application development
- Experience working with Kubernetes and infrastructure configuration
- Experience working with microservices or distributed systems
- Experience building frontends with TypeScript and React
- Exposure to security, enterprise, or admin-focused products
What you can expect:
- Code, test, debug, deliver, and maintain production software systems for new and existing enterprise features
- Build features that support multi-tenancy, linked accounts, policy management, and the admin console experience
- Contribute to the team’s transition from a monolithic application toward a microservice architecture
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders throughout the development cycle to ensure smooth releases
- Coordinate with partner teams working in areas such as authentication and authorization, insights, and managed service providers
- Work with your teammates and project manager to communicate technical requirements to stakeholders and solve technical problems in a scalable and realistic way
- Contribute to design and architecture documents, helping ensure solutions are thoughtfully planned and deliver their intended impact
- Mentor junior and new team members by helping them understand team expectations, providing technical guidance, sharing knowledge, and engaging in pair programming sessions
- Participate in planning by identifying major tasks and breaking down, estimating, and planning work
- Write comprehensive tests during various stages of the development cycle, ensuring code functions as expected
- Review code for others to maintain high code quality, share knowledge within the team, and support a safe environment for giving and receiving feedback
- Generate and review documentation on code and development processes to ensure scalability
- Stay informed about the latest industry trends, technologies, and development best practices
- Be available for on-call rotational work to ensure uninterrupted support and resolve emergencies

The company is backed by leading investors including Coatue, Goldman Sachs, Insight Partners, and Sequoia Capital, and has been recognized by organizations such as the World Economic Forum and CB Insights for its contributions to blockchain security innovation.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced compliance and financial crime leader to help shape and expand our work across anti money laundering, virtual asset compliance, and blockchain risk management. This role is designed for someone who understands compliance from both sides of the market: traditional financial institutions and virtual asset service providers. You should be comfortable operating at the intersection of regulation, financial crime prevention, blockchain analytics, and commercial strategy. You will serve as a senior subject matter expert on AML and virtual asset compliance, helping the company strengthen its compliance capabilities, advise financial institutions and VASPs, and engage credibly with regulators, law enforcement agencies, clients, and industry partners.
About You
You are a practical and commercially minded compliance leader with deep experience in AML, financial crime, and virtual assets.
You have worked within, or closely alongside, both traditional financial institutions and VASPs, and understand the differences between conventional transaction monitoring and the risks presented by blockchain based financial activity. You are equally comfortable reviewing a complex financial crime case, designing an AML framework, advising senior leadership, speaking with a regulator, and explaining blockchain risk to a bank, exchange, or government stakeholder. You do not approach compliance as a purely administrative function. You understand how strong compliance programs, credible risk controls, and effective blockchain analytics can support responsible business growth.
Responsibilities
Build and improve AML frameworks, virtual asset compliance strategy, sanctions, risk assessments, transaction monitoring, and investigation processes.
Advise financial institutions and VASPs on virtual asset compliance, regulatory expectations, and blockchain related financial crime risks.
Monitor regulatory developments and translate them into practical compliance guidance and product requirements.
Where applicable, serve as MLRO or support the designated MLRO on suspicious activity reviews and regulatory reporting.
Partner with product, engineering, business development teams, regulators, law enforcement, and other industry stakeholders.
Requirements
Prior experience as an MLRO, Chief Compliance Officer, Head of Financial Crime, or a similar senior compliance role.
Experience across both traditional financial institutions and the virtual asset industry.
Strong knowledge of AML, financial crime, sanctions, transaction monitoring, regulatory compliance and reporting, and virtual asset financial crime risks.
Hands on experience with blockchain analytics, KYT, wallet screening, or similar on-chain compliance tools and processes.
Strong communication skills and CAMS or an equivalent AML qualification.
Bonus Points
Experience owning the AML program of a regulated entity, VASP licensing, regulatory examinations, or remediation.
Established relationships across regulators, law enforcement, banks, exchanges, or the virtual asset industry.
The expected annual base salary range for this position in the United States is $150,000 to $220,000. Compensation for candidates outside the United States will be determined based on location, experience, and qualifications.
