About the Job:
At LaunchDarkly, our Product-Led Growth (PLG) motion is evolving rapidly. We are looking for an experienced, highly analytical, and strategic Senior Growth Marketing Analyst to help us decode the digital body language of our prospects and users.
In this role, you will leverage wide-ranging experience across GTM disciplines to help build, optimize, and scale our PLG engines. Reporting to the Principal Growth Marketer or Director of Growth Marketing, you will resolve complex data and operational issues requiring an in-depth evaluation of variable factors mapping user and account signals across channels, establishing the "next best action" for high-value leads, and optimizing conversion pathways. You will act with a high degree of independence to determine methods and procedures on new assignments, collaborating across Marketing, Product, RevOps, and Data engineering teams to drive function-impacting results.
Responsibilities:
Data & Signal Strategy
Audit, track, and categorize 1st-party, 3rd-party (e.g., 6sense, GitHub), and product/marketing signals across target contacts and enterprise accounts.
Evaluate variable factors and intangible data nuances to distinguish technical practitioner actions (e.g., SDK deployment) from broader enterprise intent (e.g., security evaluations).
Partner cross-functionally with Data Engineering and RevOps to clean, enrich, and continuously source high-intent signal data.
Feed signal combinations, recency, and frequency into predictive models to refine lead routing and account prioritization.
Activation Strategy
Use signal combinations to define the right "next best action" for accounts and individual users based on their segment, ICP fit, and stage (e.g., prospect vs. existing customer).
Map and trigger appropriate activation responses ranging from personalized marketing content to white-glove outreach from Product Advocates or automated handoffs to SDRs and Enterprise AEs.
Operational Motion & Cross-Functional Integration
Act as the primary business lead to cross-functionally implement, refine, and maintain activation workflows across Marketing, Product, Sales Ops, and Data teams.
Apply an understanding of the interrelationships between different disciplines to navigate complex cross-team dependencies and drive strategic alignment.
Help define and iterate on sales-facing tools (such as a "single pane of glass" interface) that surface product affinity, app usage, intent signals, and account fit to enable sales execution.
Maintain structured feedback loops with Product Advocates, SDRs, and sales reps to assess lead quality and continuously refine signal logic.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) & Experimentation
Analyze and optimize conversion rates across the end-to-end flow—from initial signal capture to activation, handoff, and pipeline generation.
Independently design and run growth experiments (in-product onboarding adjustments, messaging, routing logic) to maximize engagement and move accounts through the buyer journey.
System Administration & Technical Tooling
Manage technical configuration, tracking setups, and ongoing maintenance for core data and analytics platforms (e.g., GA360/GA4, customer data platforms, product analytics).
Maintain rigorous data flow standards and proper tag/tracking setups across web properties, marketing tools, and product analytics environments.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 8–10 years of related experience in growth marketing, marketing analytics, revenue operations, or PLG strategy within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Cross-Disciplinary Expertise: Deep understanding of B2B SaaS growth tactics, PLG motions, marketing technology stacks, and revenue analytics, with a proven ability to bridge Marketing, Sales Ops, Data, and Product management.
Independent Problem Solving: Proven track record of independently determining methods and procedures on complex, ambiguous assignments requiring evaluation of variable factors.
Technical: Hands-on proficiency with web analytics (GA360/GA4), product analytics (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel), CDPs, SQL, and CRM/automation platforms.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Corporate Security at Ramp owns the security of our internal environment: the device fleet, the identity and access layer, and the AI tools employees use for their work. We are hiring a Systems Engineer to build and operate the controls across these systems.
The role is hands-on, writing code and building agentic loops wherever possible rather than solving problems manually. You will help manage device configuration and patching via configuration-as-code, authentication and authenticator policies in Okta, network and gateway enforcement in Cloudflare, and the controls around our enterprise Claude and OpenAI deployments. These systems overlap heavily in practice, and the work is largely about integrating them and automating what would otherwise be manual administration.
You will report to the Corporate Security lead and work closely with IT, Security Engineering, and AI DevX.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Maintain update policies for both OS and software, and monitor the fleet so that newly introduced applications are brought into the patching cadence
- Build automation for endpoint security agent remediation across EDR, DLP, VPN, and similar tooling — detecting missing, stale, or unhealthy agents and bringing devices back into compliance
- Maintain device configuration baselines as code, including drift detection and hardening standards
- Configure authentication and authenticator policies in Okta: SSO, MFA and authenticator enrollment, device trust, and conditional access
- Remediate identity posture gaps surfaced by ISPM tooling: stale accounts, orphaned service principals, over-scoped OAuth grants, MFA gaps, and excess privileges
- Implement and operate controls for enterprise AI usage, including identity-aware access, logging and retention, DLP where appropriate, and enforcement
- Automate across these platforms using their APIs, build reporting on control coverage, and document how the controls you build are operated
WHAT YOU NEED
- 3–5 years of experience in Client Platform Engineer/Endpoint Engineering, Identity Access & Management, or Corporate Security
- Hands-on macOS management at scale: MDM (Jamf, Fleet, Kandji, or equivalent) and macOS update mechanisms
- Working knowledge of an identity provider (Okta or similar): SSO, authentication and authenticator policies, SCIM provisioning, and conditional access
- Scripting ability in Python, Go, or Bash, and experience automating against platform APIs
- Experience with EDR and endpoint vulnerability management (CrowdStrike or similar)
- Ability to evaluate tradeoffs between technical enforcement, policy, and user friction, and to explain those tradeoffs clearly
NICE TO HAVE
- osquery and Fleet, or other query-based fleet visibility tooling
- Identity posture management (ISPM) tooling, or access review and governance platforms
- Cloudflare Zero Trust, or other proxy, DNS, or network-layer enforcement, including TLS inspection
- Exposure to AI and LLM security concerns: agent authorization, tool calls, model gateways, data leakage through AI tooling
- Infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD experience (Terraform, GitHub Actions)
- Windows fleet management alongside macOS
- Compliance frameworks (SOC 2, PCI) as they apply to endpoints and access
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
- Weekly coffee stipend
UNITED STATES
- 100% medical, dental & vision insurance coverage for you, with partial coverage for dependents
- One Medical annual membership
- 401(k), including employer match on contributions made while employed by Ramp
- Fertility HRA (up to $10,000 per year)
- Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay
- Pet insurance
- In-office perks: lunch, snacks, drinks, and more
- Relocation expense coverage to NYC or SF (if needed)
CANADA
- Group medical, dental, and vision coverage through Sun Life
- Life, AD&D, and disability coverage
- Fertility drug coverage (up to $4,000 lifetime)
- Group Retirement Plan with employer match (RRSP + DPSP)
- Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay, with additional time available at reduced pay
- Employee Assistance Program and virtual care through Lumino Health
UNITED KINGDOM
- Private medical insurance through Freedom Elite
- Virtual GP and at-home care via eMed x Livi
- Workplace pension through Penfold, with salary sacrifice option
- Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay with additional time available at reduced pay

Wealthsimple currently serves more than 4 million Canadians and holds over $169 billion in assets under administration. ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Senior Lead, Credit Card Growth to own how we acquire new Credit Card clients and deliver against ambitious growth targets.
You’ll own the growth model, projections, roadmap, and execution across every acquisition lever at our disposal. A major focus of the role will be building and scaling our offer engine — testing and optimizing sign-up offers, welcome bonuses, referral incentives, and other promotions to drive incremental growth.
You’ll partner closely with Product on product-led growth opportunities and with channel leads across paid, search, affiliates, referrals, lifecycle, and other acquisition channels. Where there isn’t an owner, you’ll build and run the channel yourself.
We’re looking for someone analytical, highly hands-on, relentless about results, and willing to find or invent new ways to grow.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own the growth plan: Build and maintain the model for how we’ll hit Credit Card new-client targets, and translate it into a clear, prioritized growth roadmap.
- Build the acquisition engine: Own the plan for delivering new clients across paid, search, affiliates, referrals, lifecycle, partnerships, and new channels — partnering with channel owners where they exist and directly owning execution where they don’t.
- Own the offer engine: Develop and optimize sign-up offers, welcome bonuses, referral incentives, and other promotions to drive incremental growth efficiently. Run a high-velocity experimentation program to continually improve performance.
- Obsess over the funnel: Know the acquisition and application funnel inside and out, identify the biggest opportunities to improve conversion, and work closely with Product to prioritize the product growth initiatives that will have the greatest impact.
- Deliver the number: Be accountable for hitting Credit Card new-client targets. Know where growth is coming from, where we’re behind, and what needs to change to close the gap.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- A track record of building 0→1 growth playbooks, owning ambitious targets, and exceeding them.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver tangible growth, not just develop strategy or manage programs.
- A highly analytical, hands-on approach to growth, experimentation, forecasting, and execution.
- A relentless, channel-agnostic mindset: you’ll use any channel that works — and build a new one if you need to.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and the ability to drive results through Product and channel teams without directly owning them.
Nice to have
- Experience in credit card growth
- Experience building or optimizing incentive offer programs
- Experience with credit card affiliate programs
- Comfortable using SQL to analyze performance and uncover growth opportunities

ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Growth Manager to own performance and lifecycle marketing for our active trader and crypto business. This role runs the programs that grow our self-directed trading and crypto segment - acquiring high-intent traders and crypto investors through the channels they live in, converting them into funded active traders, and deepening engagement through lifecycle across the trades, products, and benefits that drive volume and revenue.
You'll own paid media and lifecycle end-to-end, from media buys on trader and crypto-native channels through in-app journeys that turn a new account into an active, funded trader. You'll partner closely with Product, Product Marketing, Lifecycle, Sales/BDR, and Analytics; operate with a high degree of day-to-day autonomy; and be accountable for funded active-trader and crypto engagement outcomes.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own active trader and crypto demand generation across the channels traders and crypto investors live in — paid social (X/Twitter, Cashtags), trading platforms (TradingView), finance and crypto media (Yahoo Finance), trading and crypto newsletters, SEM, and influencers/community — measured through to funded accounts and sustained trading activity, not clicks.
- Own the media buys end to end — plan and manage budgets, negotiate placements and rates with vendors, run creative and landing-page testing, and diagnose what's working (reactivation vs. acquisition, channel vs. landing page) rather than just reporting spend.
- Own the trader and crypto lifecycle alongside Lifecycle and Product — activation, first-trade, funding, and "nearly active" re-engagement journeys across Braze content cards, AT status screens, and rewards. Bring performance and LCM best practices to how these journeys are built, even where you're not hands-on-keyboard for every send.
- Drive go-to-market for active trader and crypto products and benefits — options, futures, margin, USD, and crypto (spread pricing, coin selection, staking) — coordinating paid, lifecycle, web, and product surfaces into a single launch, and owning the brief end to end.
- Build and maintain clear reporting across the trader and crypto funnel — first touch through sign-up, funding, first trade, and retained trading value. Partner with Analytics on incrementality and true lift, and make clear recommendations on where to double down, test, or pull back.
- Run a consistent testing cadence across creative, audiences, offers, and landing pages, and turn what you learn into repeatable programs.
- Actively embed AI tools into performance and lifecycle workflows — creative and copy iteration, audience research, landing page iteration, and campaign experimentation.
- Contribute to the quarterly plan alongside other Growth leads, then own delivery against it.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 4–6 years in performance marketing, growth, or lifecycle marketing with a track record of generating high-quality consumer demand and optimizing it through to downstream value.
- Deep hands-on experience in paid media — you've owned budgets and managed campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, X, YouTube, or programmatic, negotiated with vendors, and optimized for downstream value rather than cost per click.
- Lifecycle marketing depth — you've built or owned activation, onboarding, nurture, or re-engagement journeys and understand how lifecycle compounds the demand you generate. Hands-on with a lifecycle platform (Braze, Iterable, HubSpot, or similar) is strongly preferred; at minimum you bring the best practices and can direct the work.
- Experience marketing to engaged, high-intent audiences who know the product and compare it closely to alternatives — you understand how messaging, channel mix, and creative shift for that kind of buyer.
- Strong cross-functional partnering — you've worked closely with Product and Analytics (segment definitions, funnel diagnosis, incrementality) and Product Marketing (messaging, GTM briefs), and made those relationships an advantage.
- A demonstrated habit of using AI to accelerate your work — creative at scale, research and enrichment workflows, faster insight from data. You treat AI as a core part of how you work.
- Analytical mindset — you use data to diagnose funnel problems, prioritize opportunities, and recommend change, not just report on results.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Personal or professional familiarity with self-directed investing, active trading, or crypto — options, margin, futures, high-frequency trading, or digital assets — and the platforms and communities traders live in (X/FinTwit, TradingView, trading and crypto newsletters, YouTube).
- Experience running go-to-market for a product or benefit launch across paid, lifecycle, and product surfaces.
- Experience in consumer fintech, investing, brokerage, trading, or crypto platforms.

The Group Head of Internal Audit is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the audit function, designing and operating a hybrid audit framework, and providing the Group Board, Audit Committee, and senior leadership with timely, credible assurance on the adequacy and effectiveness of governance, risk management, and internal controls across the group.
The role has an unconditional duty to escalate material control failures, significant audit findings, and regulatory concerns directly to the Group Audit Committee, independent of any instruction from executive management or any group function.
The role operates at the intersection of group governance and local regulatory accountability, requiring both strategic thinking and deep knowledge of multi-jurisdictional financial services regulation. The postholder works in close coordination with the Global Head of Compliance and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment between audit and compliance risk assessments, while maintaining the independence required of an effective third-line function.
Responsabilities
Strategic Leadership
Develop and own the multi-year internal audit strategy aligned to group growth plans, regulatory expectations across all six entities, and the evolving risk landscape of a digital CFD and trading business.
Build and lead a high-performing, independent internal audit function capable of providing credible assurance across a complex, multi-jurisdictional group.
Act as a trusted adviser to the Group Board, Audit Committee, and CEO on control environment quality, emerging risks, and regulatory developments with audit implications.
Audit Planning and Delivery
Develop, maintain, and execute the annual group audit plan, covering all entities, material business processes, technology infrastructure, regulated activities, and outsourced functions.
Lead and oversee audit fieldwork and reporting across operations, trading systems, technology and cyber, AML/KYC, financial crime, market abuse surveillance, conduct risk, Consumer Duty (UK), product governance, third-party and outsourcing arrangements, model risk, and financial controls.
Assess the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, identify control weaknesses and gaps, and provide actionable, proportionate recommendations.
Ensure audit reports are clear, accurate, evidence-based, and issued within agreed timescales.
Issue Management and Follow-Up
Maintain a group-wide audit issue log, tracking the status of all open findings across entities, escalating overdue or high-risk items to the Audit Committee as appropriate.
Challenge and validate management remediation responses and closure evidence to ensure issues are genuinely resolved rather than administratively closed.
Regulatory and Governance Alignment
Ensure the audit programme addresses the regulatory expectations of all relevant regulators: FCA (UK), CySEC (Cyprus), ASIC (Australia), SCB (Bahamas), SCA (UAE), and CNMV (Spain).
Provide independent assurance on material business change programmes, new product launches, strategic outsourcing decisions, and regulatory change implementation across the group.
Liaise constructively with external auditors and regulators, coordinating audit coverage where appropriate and providing regulators with access to audit documentation as required.
Requirements
Significant internal audit leadership experience within a multi-jurisdictional financial services group, broker, or investment firm — ideally including FCA-regulated and CySEC-regulated entities.
Strong working knowledge of FCA requirements for investment firms (MIFIDPRU, SYSC, COBS, PROD, DISP, AML/CTF, Consumer Duty) and familiarity with CySEC, ASIC, and other regulatory frameworks relevant to Capital.com's operational footprint.
Proven experience designing and operating a hybrid or co-sourced internal audit model at group level, including methodology ownership, panel governance, and quality assurance of specialist providers.
Experience auditing trading platforms, CFD or derivative products, technology infrastructure, financial crime controls, AML/KYC processes, and outsourced services.
Demonstrated ability to build and sustain productive relationships with Boards, Audit Committees, and senior management while maintaining audit independence.
Track record of preparing clear, compelling assurance opinions and presenting findings at Board and Audit Committee level.
Experience managing or developing an internal audit team across multiple locations or entities.
Qualifications
Professional audit qualification (CIA, ACCA, ACA, CISA, CPA or equivalent) — CIA strongly preferred.
IIA membership or equivalent professional body membership.
Strong knowledge of the IIA International Professional Practices Framework (IPPF) and its application in a multi-jurisdiction financial services context.
Familiarity with UK SMCR and equivalent senior manager/controlled function regimes across relevant jurisdictions.

THE ROLE
As a Senior Tax Planner on our Wealth Management team, you'll ensure that financial plans built for our high-net-worth clients are optimized for tax efficiency. Your job isn't to build a financial plan from scratch — it's to take an already sound plan and push it further: identifying every applicable strategy and maximizing tax alpha for each and every wealth management client we serve.
This is a role for someone who thinks like both a tax expert and a financial planner. You'll need the technical depth to spot the strategy, and the CFP-level fluency in financial planning to know how it fits into the bigger picture of a client's plan.
We move fast here, and we expect this role to move with us. Naive ambition is one of our core values — and this team pushes hard to find better, faster ways to do the work, including using AI as a genuine extension of how we operate.
Unlike traditional roles in this space, this position is fully salaried with no commission structure or sales targets.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Review and optimize financial plans across our $1MM–$3MM client segment (with some exposure up to $5MM), ensuring every applicable tax strategy has been identified and applied
- Maximize tax alpha for every wealth management client — finding the incremental value that even a good plan misses
- Act as the internal liaison to our Advisor team on complex tax strategies, including building and modeling those strategies as needed
- Apply your expertise to complex situations involving corporations, trusts, and estates
- Support occasional client-facing conversations on sophisticated tax planning questions — note that you will not be providing specific tax advice directly to clients or acting in the capacity of their accountant
- Contribute to the ongoing evolution of our "CPA Designed" financial planning offering
- Bring an AI-native mindset to the role — using AI tools to work faster, model strategies more efficiently, and raise the bar on what the team can deliver
WHAT YOU BRING
- CPA designation required
- CFP designation required, with genuine comfort and fluency in financial planning — this isn't a tax-only role
- 5+ years of experience in tax planning, wealth management, or financial advisory roles
- Strong knowledge of Canadian tax law and financial planning strategies
- Proven track record of implementing effective tax optimization strategies for HNW clients
- Experience with Conquest strongly preferred
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex tax concepts clearly to advisors and clients alike
- A client-first mentality in everything you do
- An AI-native mindset and enthusiasm for using AI tools to move faster and work smarter
- Bilingual (English/French) capability is a significant asset
WHY YOU'LL LOVE WORKING HERE
- A purpose-driven role focused on client outcomes, not sales targets
- The chance to challenge industry norms and put clients first, for real
- A fast-moving, ambitious team that isn't satisfied with the status quo
- Access to cutting-edge fintech tools and an AI-forward way of working
- Career growth in a rapidly expanding company
- Competitive salary and benefits package
- Be part of revolutionizing how wealth management is delivered in Canada

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
As an office coordinator at Sierra, you will be responsible for creating and operating exceptional workplace environments that enable our teams to do the best work. You will bring the same level of craftsmanship, intensity, and customer obsession to our physical spaces that we bring to the products we build for our customers.
In this role, you will own day-to-day office operations, including the experience across our customer facing spaces at our San Francisco headquarters. You will partner closely with Operations, IT and HR teams to ensure every office runs seamlessly and reflects Sierra’s high standards.
We are looking for a hospitality-minded, detail-oriented person who can effectively prioritize in a fast-paced environment. You should take deep pride in delivering an exceptional experience for employees, candidates, customers, and visitors.
This role is based in San Francisco and is fully onsite five days per week given the hands-on nature of the position.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Oversee the daily operations of our customer-facing spaces.
- Greet guests at reception and foster a warm, welcoming office environment.
- Pick up incoming mail, distribute packages to employees, and coordinate package pickups.
- Maintain the organization and appearance of kitchens, storage rooms, and self-service stations.
- Manage office inventory and assemble gift packages, including baby and customer gifts.
- Support Executive Assistants with meeting logistics, including lunch and coffee setup for customer and internal executive meetings.
- Track CPR and First Aid certifications for office staff and ensure first aid kits and safety equipment are stocked and up to date.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for facilities requests and repairs, partnering with property management as needed.
- Partner with the People team on new hire onboarding logistics, including workspace setup, badge access, and office orientation.
- This is a 6-month contract position that is ineligible for the benefits listed below. The role may be extended or converted to full-time.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- 2–4 years of experience in office coordination, administrative, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
- A commitment to unreasonable hospitality and a willingness to go above and beyond for employees and guests.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing position is preferred.

- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.
