Requirements Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development. Proficient in ServiceNow modules like Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, and Service Catalog. Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML for ServiceNow development. Experience with ServiceNow integration tools like REST and SOAP web services. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively. Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications: ServiceNow Developer Certification or related certifications. Experience with ITIL processes and practices. Understanding of Agile methodologies and software development life cycle. Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
