Location: New York City, New York
What you’ll be part of
Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system — and we’re the only proven player doing exactly that. We partner with employers to redesign how healthcare works: applying 550+ proprietary clinical metrics across 80+ specialties to a dataset of 320M+ patients to identify the best-performing doctors, then using compelling incentives to steer members to the care that helps them get healthier, faster.
The result is a rare “win win” — better care and lower costs for both members and employers. In just five years, our work has helped over 2.5 million people access higher-quality care and saved $1B in healthcare costs. We recently raised our Series E and have doubled five years running. If you've ever wanted your work to solve a problem that touches every person in this country, this is the opportunity to do exactly that. You'd be joining a team fundamentally reimagining healthcare in the U.S. — and using AI to scale that impact further and faster than anyone else can.
About the role:
We are seeking an exceptional Product Manager to join our Data Ecosystem team. This role will report to the Product Lead for Data Ecosystem. This team owns the infrastructure and data that powers Garner’s transformative approach to delivering high-quality and affordable care. In this role, you’ll be given wide-ranging responsibility to shape how Garner ingests and governs the data that powers our business and how we ensure quality and security from the start.
Where you will work:
This role will be based in our New York City office (in the Financial District). You must be willing to work in the office 3 days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
What you will do:
Develop the roadmap for ingesting and processing client data, shaping our strategy and developing scalable and consistent approaches that ensure quality and speed
Own the experience for connecting to client data and making it available to internal consumers to process member payments efficiently and report results to clients
Embed deeply with internal teams, employers, and integration partners to understand their pain points and develop product ideas
Drive new product and feature development from ideation to launch
Develop prototypes and build and ship minor features end to end
Define success metrics for every initiative, ensuring we have the data in place to measure outcomes and rallying the team around what winning looks like and how we get there
The ideal candidate has:
2–4 years of product management experience, ideally on data platforms, integrations, or infrastructure products
Experience with data ingestion and file-based data exchange (e.g., claims, eligibility, or payments data) and partnering closely with data engineering teams
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on using data to define success metrics, drive decisions, and measure outcomes
Technical fluency — comfort working with data pipelines, writing basic SQL, building prototypes, and shipping minor features end-to-end
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with comfort working across technical and non-technical teams and external integration partners
A high level of autonomy and ownership — able to move quickly and independently in ambiguous problem spaces
1 year of working in an AI-forward development environment
A desire to be a part of a high-performing, mission-driven team that operates with intense urgency, a strong sense of individual accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedback
This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company in a transformative role, helping shape the future of healthcare.
Please note: we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
Compensation Transparency:
The target salary range for this position is $143,000 - $170,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including but not limited to: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k), Teladoc Health and more.

Webflow is the agentic web marketing platform for modern marketing teams, helping organizations build, manage, and optimize high-performing web experiences that drive predictable growth and strengthen brand trust. Building at Webflow will need grit, because we move fast, without ever sacrificing craft or quality.
We're looking for a Staff Product Designer to lead design across the Content and Localization teams on our Build pillar. You’ll help shape Source by Webflow https://webflow.com/blog/introducing-source-by-webflow, our new platform where marketing teams and agents build and optimize digital experiences together. Source is where the hard work of web marketing happens: scaling what works, driving impact with every iteration, and keeping brand and content consistent as teams and agents move at speed.
You'll own the Agentic CMS experience: a next-generation content layer that enables enterprise teams to manage content and deliver it across every site, channel, and AI agent they operate. This work spans the full content lifecycle, from authoring and governance to localization and publishing. This is a role for someone who thinks in systems, sweats the details, and gets excited about making complex content infrastructure feel simple — so marketers can move fast, agents can operate reliably, and every experience a brand ships stays coherent and on point.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Location: Remote-first (United States; BC & ON, Canada)
- Full-time
- Permanent
- Exempt
- The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. We've structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.
- United States (all figures cited below are in USD and pertain to workers in the United States)
- Zone A: $191,700 - $230,000
- Zone B: $180,000 - $216,000
- Zone C: $168,300 - $202,000
- Canada (figures cited below are in CAD and pertain to workers in ON & BC, Canada)
- 209,000 - 251,000
This role is also eligible to participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program. Target amounts are a percentage of base salary and vary by career level. Payouts are based on company performance against established financial and operational goals.
Please visit our Careers page https://webflow.com/careers#pay-zones for more information on which locations are included in each of our geographic pay zones. However, please confirm the zone for your specific location with your recruiter.
- Application Information:
- Application deadline: applications accepted on an ongoing basis until position is closed and filled
- This posting is for an existing vacancy
- Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Design
As a Staff Product Designer you’ll …
- Own the Agentic CMS experience end-to-end, from early discovery and UX strategy through prototyping, detailed execution, and making sure what we ship is great. Define how enterprise marketing teams author, organize, govern, and publish content across multiple sites and channels — and how that experience holds together as a coherent system, from the visual authoring surface to publishing workflows to localization.
- Design for both humans and agents. Build surfaces that work for marketing teams operating at scale and for AI agents querying and composing against structured content, with the right controls, transparency, and trust signals for each.
- Think in systems. The CMS touches nearly everything Webflow's enterprise customers do. Hold a coherent experience model across interconnected surfaces while making individual flows feel simple and obvious.
- Work upstream. Partner with PMs, engineers, and researchers to shape what gets built. Align on content models, API affordances, and product strategy before pixels get pushed.
- Raise the bar — in craft, process, and how you use AI to move faster without sacrificing quality. Present work to cross-functional partners and senior leaders, and bring a point of view on how the CMS connects to the broader Webflow platform.
ABOUT YOU:
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of product design experience with a portfolio showing recent, substantive work navigating ambiguous problems within complex products. You know how to make something complex feel obvious to the people using it. Experience with content systems, multi-user workflows, and agentic experiences is especially relevant.
- Systems thinking at scale. You've designed for interconnected surfaces where decisions in one place ripple across others, and
- Comfort with technical depth. You can engage meaningfully with engineers on API design, data modeling, and content architecture to ensure design and systems decisions are aligned.
- Strong interaction and visual design craft, with fluency in AI-assisted workflows — prototyping in code, using AI tools to explore and communicate ideas faster, and comfort working where the line between design and production is increasingly blurry.
You’ll thrive as a Staff Product Designer if you:
- Can hold a long-horizon systems problem and still ship focused, high-quality work in the near term.
- Communicate with precision and can influence product strategy and present tradeoffs to senior stakeholders without losing the room.
- Combine strong craft with the humility to test your assumptions early and often.
- Stay curious and open to growth — demonstrating a proactive embrace of AI, and actively building and applying fluency in emerging technologies to elevate how we work, drive faster outcomes, and expand collective impact.
OUR CORE BEHAVIORS
- Build lasting customer trust. We build trust by taking action that puts customer trust first.
- Win together. We play to win, and we win as one team. Success at Webflow isn't a solo act.
- Reinvent ourselves. We don't just improve what exists, we imagine what's possible.
- Own it all the way. We move fast because the moment demands it, and we hold ourselves accountable to deliver outcomes — for each other, and for customers.
BENEFITS
- Ownership in what you help build. Every permanent Webflower receives equity (RSUs) in our growing, privately held company.
- Health coverage that actually covers you. Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans for full-time employees and their dependents, with Webflow covering most premiums.
- Support for every stage of family life. 12 weeks of paid parental leave for all parents and 6+ weeks of additional paid leave for birthing parents. Plus inclusive care for family planning, menopause, and midlife transitions.
- Time off that’s actually off. Flexible vacation, paid holidays, and a sabbatical program to help you recharge and come back inspired.
- Wellness for the whole you. Access to mental health resources, therapy and coaching.
- Invest in your future. A 401(k) with 100% employer match (up to $6,000/year) in the U.S., and support for retirement savings globally.
- Monthly stipends that flex with your life. Localized support for work and wellness expenses — from Wi-Fi to workouts.
- Bonus for building together. All full-time, permanent, non-commission employees are eligible for our annual WIN bonus program.
Temporary employees may be eligible for paid holiday and time off, statutory leaves of absence, and company-sponsored medical benefits depending on their Fixed Term Contract and their country/state of employment.

Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
Senior Product Manager, Core People Technology
Location:
London |
Work model:
Hybrid |
Reports to:
Senior Manager, People Product
About the team
People Technology builds and runs the systems behind every hire, transfer, leave, pay change and offboard for our workforce across DoorDash, Deliveroo and Wolt. Our mission is to make the operational backbone of People Operations invisible when it works — reliable, compliant, and scalable across dozens of markets — so our people teams can focus on people, not process. This role sits on the People Product team, working alongside Business Systems Analysts, engineers and delivery leadership to bring product thinking to one of our highest-volume, highest-consequence surfaces.
About the role
Core is the Workday and HR platform surface that nearly every People Operations process runs through — pay, leave, employment status, right to work, and multi-country compliance for a global workforce. Demand structurally exceeds capacity, and requests arrive from every direction without a shared shape. You'll be the first dedicated product manager for this space, responsible for turning that inbound chaos into a defensible, well-communicated plan — and, over time, for building the intake, frameworks and partnerships that let the space run on systems rather than on you.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role: you'll be shaping tickets and sizing work alongside analysts and engineers, not managing from above.
What you'll be doing
Own the prioritised order of work for Core — building a clear, ranked plan, explaining the reasoning behind it, and being explicit about what's being deferred and why
Turn vague or incomplete partner requests into documented problems, mapped current-state processes, and testable outcomes
Partner directly and regularly with People Operations, Compliance, Payroll, Total Rewards and Business Systems Analysts, including holding "not now" conversations without damaging the relationship
Work hands-on with analysts and engineers to shape, size, and write tickets, keeping an accurate and current picture of committed, shipped, and carried-over work
Build and evolve the operating model across the analyst and engineering pod — the mechanisms, documentation and intake processes that let the space run with less coordination overhead
Use AI tools to accelerate translation of messy, multi-format, multi-language inbound requests into structured requirements and plans, while applying clear judgment about what should never be automated (anything touching pay, leave, employment status or right to work)
Escalate proactively on statutory or audit exposure, cross-space dependencies, and any trade-off that would move a compliance date
Report progress and delivery against plan to partners and leadership, including clear communication when outcomes fall short
Requirements
Experience owning a product or systems area end-to-end, with real decision rights over scope and sequencing — not co-ownership of a feature
Hands-on background with Workday or a comparable HRIS as a product manager or technical program manager, with genuine understanding of configuration, business processes, and integrations
Demonstrated ability to prioritise when demand structurally exceeds capacity, including a repeatable method (not just instinct) for deciding what to do and communicating what won't get done
Proven delivery in ambiguous, fast-moving environments, comfortable starting when requirements are incomplete or undocumented
Experience translating a partner's requested solution into a well-defined problem, current-state understanding, and testable outcome
Strong collaboration skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders, including compliance, payroll, or other regulated/audit-exposed functions
Practical fluency with AI tools for requirements drafting, documentation, and structuring unstructured information, paired with sound judgment about where not to apply them
Why Deliveroo
Our mission is to transform the way you shop and eat, bringing the neighborhood to your door by connecting consumers, restaurants, shops and riders. We are transforming the way the world eats and shops by making access to food and products more convenient and enjoyable. We give people the opportunity to buy what they want, as they want it, when and where they want it.
We are a technology-driven company at the forefront of the most rapidly expanding industry in the world. We are still a small team, making a very large impact, looking to answer some of the most interesting questions out there. We move fast, value autonomy and ownership, and we are always looking for new ideas.
Workplace & Benefits
At Deliveroo we know that people are the heart of the business and we prioritise their welfare. Benefits differ by country, but we offer many benefits in areas including healthcare, well-being, parental leave, pensions, and generous annual leave allowances, including time off to support a charitable cause of your choice. Benefits are country-specific, please ask your recruiter for more information.
Diversity
At Deliveroo, we believe a great workplace is one that represents the world we live in and how beautifully diverse it can be. That means we have no judgement when it comes to any one of the things that make you who you are - your gender, race, sexuality, religion or a secret aversion to coriander. All you need is a passion for (most) food and a desire to be part of one of the fastest-growing businesses in a rapidly growing industry.
We are committed to diversity, equity and inclusion in all aspects of our hiring process. We recognise that some candidates may require adjustments to apply for a position or fairly participate in the interview process. If you require any adjustments, please don't hesitate to let us know. We will make every effort to provide the necessary adjustments to ensure you have an equitable opportunity to succeed.

Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
Join us in our mission to transform the way people shop and eat, where impact, innovation and growth drive everything we do. Our Product team defines how millions of people experience Deliveroo, turning complex marketplace challenges into simple, high-impact solutions.
Working at the intersection of data, design and engineering, we set direction, prioritise what matters most, and deliver outcomes that move the business forward.
We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our London team. This is a hybrid role. In this role, you’ll help us define and build purpose-built, highly differentiated shopping experiences across our growing portfolio of Retail categories.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be joining the Retail Categories team. Retail only wins category by category; a single, generic shopping experience cannot do justice to the unique ways people buy apparel, auto parts, or home improvement goods. This role owns the end-to-end category shopping experience for a defined portfolio, transforming broad customer promises into shipped surfaces and distinct emotional hooks that drive habitual buying behavior.
Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:
Define Category Strategy:
Formulate the category experience strategy and decide which categories and bets to invest in first, sequencing for maximum growth and impact.
Execute Signature Product Bets:
Translate each category's promise into concrete, testable product bets—such as personal-shopper features using doorstep returns for Apparel or fitment-accurate part lookup for Auto Parts—and ship them end to end.
Optimise Category Surfaces:
Own the category merchandising and storefront surfaces that differentiate one vertical from another while maintaining a cohesive and intuitive Retail experience.
Leverage Platform Capabilities:
Partner with shared platform infrastructure (such as doorstep returns or fulfillment) to build bespoke category experiences without rebuilding core infrastructure.
Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner deeply with BD, Sales, Catalog, and Search teams to ensure category surfaces are powered by accurate data and align cleanly with merchant relationships.
Measure Impact:
Use data, customer insight, and experimentation to prioritise initiatives, define success metrics, and directly move the needle on conversion and repeat purchases.
What You’ll Need to Thrive
Essential
Proven Consumer Product Experience:
Demonstrated success in product management on consumer-facing products, ideally within e-commerce, marketplaces, or multi-sided platforms.
Track Record of 0-to-1 Innovation:
Proven ability to ship brand-new or highly differentiated shopping experiences, navigating ambiguity to break broad opportunities into focused, testable bets.
Strong Analytical Capabilities:
Comfort driving data-informed prioritisation, establishing robust success metrics, and utilising experimentation to measure category-level impact.
Stakeholder & Business Partnership:
Experience partnering closely with cross-functional product teams (Engineering, Design, Analytics) as well as commercial teams like BD and Sales to align business needs with product strategy.
Customer-Obsessed Product Instinct:
A natural intuition for customer behaviour, understanding what makes a shopping experience feel right and how to design the emotional hook that drives retention.
Nice to Have
Specialised Retail Domain Knowledge:
Prior experience working with merchandising, category management, product detail pages (PDP), or specialised shopping flows.
Data Structure Familiarity:
Experience working alongside Catalog or Search product areas to power front-end surfaces with complex item data.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be joining the New Verticals team. New Verticals is Deliveroo’s business for on-demand grocery and retail: expanding what customers can buy on Deliveroo beyond restaurants, from everyday essentials to products from well-known brands and local stores. It’s a key growth area for the company, focused on building a trusted, repeatable shopping experience.
Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:
Own high-impact growth problems end-to-end, identifying opportunities across the customer lifecycle—from acquisition and activation to retention and monetisation.
Lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Data Science, Design, and Commercial to align on priorities and drive execution from concept to launch.
Partner with Customer Research to uncover barriers to transaction and translate those insights into high-conviction growth bets.
Design and run controlled experiments to understand how affordability and selection influence behaviour, validating hypotheses through data.
Drive alignment and trade-offs by balancing customer experience with unit economics and marketplace dynamics, communicating clearly to senior stakeholders.
What You’ll Need to Thrive
Our ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in some of these areas and curiosity to grow in others:
Proven ability to solve complex problems, with a knack for asking the right questions and translating ambiguity into actionable roadmaps.
High analytical fluency and significant experience being data-savvy, with the ability to diagnose performance drivers and partner effectively with Data Science.
Demonstrated ownership of high-velocity execution, maintaining a sharp eye for detail in an environment where impact is paramount.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience navigating trade-offs across diverse disciplines like Marketing, Operations, and Engineering.
A growth mindset and the resilience to learn fast, adapt to failures, and keep moving forward in a highly experimental environment.
