Location: Hong Kong (Onsite)
Type: Full Time
The Role
We’re looking for a QA Engineer who loves games, sweats the details, and enjoys learning new technology. Motion-based QA is different from traditional game QA: you’ll test with your whole body in real-world environments (lighting, room sizes, player heights, 1–4 players, etc.). Prior motion-gaming experience is
not required
—strong QA fundamentals and a learning mindset are.
What You'll Do
Create and execute test plans and test cases for motion-based games and the Nex Playground experience.
Validate core player experience for living-room play: onboarding, clarity, responsiveness, and “is this fun and understandable?”
Test motion-game fundamentals such as responsiveness/latency, recognition consistency, occlusion handling, and edge cases.
Perform functional, usability, regression, localization, and device/compatibility testing across the product surface area.
Write excellent bug reports with clear repro steps, expected vs. actual results, environment details, and short video captures when helpful.
Collaborate cross-functionally: clarify requirements, ask good questions, and flag risk areas early.
What We're Looking For
1–2 years of experience in IT or the game industry (or equivalent hands-on experience).
Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Hands-on comfort with hardware and TV setups, including basic troubleshooting (network, setup flows, updates)
Willingness to perform physical movements during testing and appear in internal test recordings.
A genuine interest in games and player experience—especially party/family-friendly titles.
Nice to Have
Cantonese and/or Mandarin fluency
Experience testing camera-based, motion, AR, or computer vision products.
Experience testing multiplayer/local co-op or party games.
Familiarity with Unity, Android-based hardware, or mobile gaming.
Experience setting up consumer electronics (TVs, consoles, streaming devices).
Experience with test automation or scripting (even small personal projects).
We Offer
Competitive compensation package.
Flexible working hours and vacation policy.
Product-driven culture that treasures talents and individual growth.
Front-row seat and hands-on experience with cutting edge technologies in the evolving gaming field

We are looking for a Senior Unity Developer to join our Core Game Tech (CGT) Team — the small, senior team behind the technology that every Kolibri game runs on.
Our work spans consulting game teams on technical decisions, investigating problems where nobody has defined the requirements yet, and building the systems and integrations that the games depend on. That ranges from compliance features and third-party SDKs to shared systems, standardization and keeping our engine and tooling current.
You'll work in a small specialized team alongside technical decision makers to have strong impact on all the games across our portfolio.
If you like being the person who takes on the technical problems other teams can't, and you don't shy away from constantly diving into new unknowns, learning new skills and driving topics forward, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
Design and build the shared systems multiple live games with dynamic events and scheduled content for millions of users run on

Ability to plan, communicate, and execute technical solutions in a way that is both understandable for other developers as well as non technical stakeholders
Ability to derive requirements yourself from ambiguous or external sources — regulation, platform policy, vendor documentation — rather than working from a written spec

Desirable skills
Experience debugging below the C# layer into Android and iOS platform code, and profiling performance on mobile
Exposure to compliance, privacy or platform policy work — GDPR, CMP, age assurance, ATT or similar

We're looking for a Principal iOS Engineer to lead the iOS engineering team and shape the architecture of Aave App. You'll combine hands-on technical depth with day-to-day team leadership to deliver a secure, intuitive consumer savings experience built on blockchain infrastructure.
This role owns the technical direction for iOS, from application architecture and engineering standards to wallet security, transaction flows, performance, and release quality. You'll turn product goals into a clear roadmap, guide engineers through complex decisions, and partner closely with design, product, backend, protocol, and security teams.
Production experience integrating blockchain functionality into an iOS application is essential for this role. The successful candidate will be able to lead decisions around wallets, private keys, transaction signing, RPC interaction, and onchain state.
How you can make an impact:
Own and evolve the technical architecture of Aave App on iOS, setting direction that supports rapid product development without compromising security or maintainability
Design and ship core blockchain functionality, including wallet creation and connectivity, key management, transaction construction and signing, gas estimation, RPC interaction, onchain reads, and account-abstraction flows
Lead the integration of onchain and offchain data across savings, funding, withdrawal, bridge, vault, portfolio, notification, and analytics experiences.
Set standards for application architecture, Swift and UIKit code quality, testing, observability, performance, release safety, and incident response
Remain hands-on in the codebase, particularly for foundational architecture, security-sensitive functionality, complex integrations, and critical production issues
Partner closely with design to deliver precise UI, refined interactions, accessibility, and a cohesive mobile design system
Coach and mentor iOS engineers, delegate meaningful ownership, provide clear technical and performance feedback, and contribute to hiring and team development
Let's connect if you have:
8+ years building production iOS applications, including experience operating at Principal, Lead, or equivalent level
Deep Swift and UIKit expertise, with a strong understanding of iOS architecture, concurrency, networking, navigation, application lifecycle, and native frameworks
Hands-on production experience integrating blockchain functionality into an iOS application, including wallets, private keys, transaction signing, RPCs, gas, and onchain transaction lifecycles
A track record of setting architectural direction for a complex consumer application
Experience leading engineers through ambiguous, high-impact work, raising quality through mentoring and review, and creating clear ownership across a team.
Strong judgement around performance, testing strategy, observability, release safety, incident response, and production reliability
Proven ability to deliver polished, design-precise consumer experiences and collaborate effectively across product, design, backend, protocol, and security teams
Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders, particularly when explaining architecture, risk, priorities, and trade-offs
Haven’t quite met all the criteria? Let’s not miss out on the chance to speak. Whilst you might not meet every single requirement, you might bring other, more exciting skills to the companies!

You’ll spend significant time meeting prospective partners in the field, while working closely with internal teams to make sure each partnership is set up for a successful launch.

Own the full new-business sales cycle: identify prospects, create opportunities, pitch the value proposition, negotiate terms, and close deals.
Build and manage your own pipeline of restaurant and retail merchants across Greece.
Proactively source new leads through outbound outreach, market mapping, referrals, and in-person meetings.
Meet decision-makers regularly and lead commercial discussions with both independent merchants and larger organisations.
Turn market feedback and merchant needs into clear commercial opportunities and practical solutions.
Work closely with Operations, Product, Marketing, and other internal teams to ensure partners are ready to launch successfully.

Maintain accurate CRM data, keep a clear view of your funnel, and take ownership of progressing opportunities forward.
Share market insights, partner feedback, and learnings that help shape the development of the new business line.

A proven track record of proactively sourcing, developing, and closing new commercial opportunities.
Comfortable owning negotiations independently and building trust with decision-makers.
Strong commercial judgement, persistence, and a practical, solutions-oriented mindset.
Highly proactive and self-directed: you can prioritise your time, create momentum, and move deals forward without waiting for instructions.
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
