SENIOR ENGINEER, SALESFORCE PLATFORM
THE ROLE AND ITS IMPACT
Xero's Salesforce platform powers our go-to-market solutions and is increasingly the core infrastructure for our agents. As a senior engineer, you'll spend most of your time in hands-on work: writing and reviewing code, joining design reviews, responding to incidents and building proofs of concept. You'll help shape how the platform is secured, released and operated.
Your impact is measured in results. Today the platform runs at 99.95% uptime, with 100% path-to-production compliance, zero Sev 1 or Sev 2 incidents and 150 to 200 deployments a month. You'll help maintain that standard as the platform scales significantly. This role lets you Go Bold by challenging how the platform is built, Go Fast by removing friction to production, Go Further by building things that last and Go Together by lifting capability across every team that depends on you.
THE TEAM AND HOW THEY CONNECT
The Platform team sits within Customer Platforms, the engineering group behind Xero's go-to-market and customer experience technology. You'll work closely with engineering leaders across Security, Data and AI, and with colleagues across Australia, New Zealand and our offshore partners.
THE TEAM IS CURRENTLY WORKING ON
- Platform security: access control, Connected Apps governance and vulnerability remediation, setting the standards that make secure the default.
- CI/CD and release engineering: championing automation so every engineer building on the platform can ship safely and quickly.
- Observability and operational health: growing observability, managing org limits and preventing customer-facing issues before they start.
- Agent path-to-production: building a safe route from idea to production for agentic changes, including evaluation baselines, an agent registry and shared standards. This is a new area with no established playbook, so you'll help write it.
WHERE AND HOW YOU CAN WORK
Based in Melbourne, we encourage one day a week in the office to stay connected with your peers. The pods you support are spread across Australia, New Zealand and offshore, so you'll be comfortable building trust and aligning people asynchronously and in writing.
HERE ARE SOME OF THE THINGS WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- You bring hands-on Salesforce development depth at enterprise scale, from code and reviews through to production support, with a platform engineering mindset.
- Your background includes owning CI/CD pipelines and release engineering across major release cycles, with GitHub, SFDX and test automation experience.
- You've secured platforms that other teams depend on, and you've turned post-incident reviews into lasting change.
- You can make code and design decisions across multiple teams, and you write RFCs and design docs that build alignment through persuasion rather than authority.
- You help senior engineers grow through code review standards, and you use AI tooling fluently while evolving your own practice as the tools change.
- You turn business goals into technical plans with Product, and you're comfortable pushing back on unclear scope.

Salmon Bank (Rural Bank) Inc., the banking arm of Salmon Group Ltd, is a technology-driven challenger bank in the Philippines operating under a BSP license. We combine the trust of a regulated financial institution with the speed and convenience of a modern banking experience.
Here, product, risk, compliance, operations, technology, and customer experience work closely together to build and run a modern bank.
We work with fewer layers, close collaboration, and a culture where every voice can make a difference.
If you want to build reliable financial systems at speed, take on real operational complexity, and help raise banking standards across the Philippines, come build with us.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You'll own credit scoring across the full customer lifecycle — from application decisions to behavioral models that drive portfolio profitability.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and improve Application and Behavioral Scorecards that drive underwriting and collections decisions across live credit products.
- Work within a regulated environment — prepare model documentation and defend modeling decisions to internal governance and external reviewers.
- Collaborate with product, analytics, and engineering to translate model outputs into strategy changes and implementation specs.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Own the full modeling cycle: data exploration, feature design, model build, validation, deployment specs, and post-production monitoring.
- Track scorecard quality — AUC, KS, bad rate, stability index — and validate against real portfolio outcomes via NPV and backtesting.
- Prepare model documentation and governance artifacts for regulatory review.
- Shape credit strategy — your models directly influence approval, pricing, and collection decisions, not just inform them.
WHAT MAKES YOU A STRONG FIT
- 3+ years of hands-on experience building credit risk models — Application Scorecards and/or Behavioral Scorecards specifically (ECL/IFRS9-only experience does not substitute).
- Experience with model audits, documentation, or regulatory review support.
- Strong Python (pandas, scikit-learn) and SQL — you build models yourself, not just review others' work.
- Experience covering the full lifecycle: data, feature engineering, validation, and production monitoring.
WHAT WE OFFER
WORK AND OWNERSHIP
- Hybrid-first work environment with a modern office in Bonifacio Global City, Manila
- Company-provided tools and equipment
- Work with an international team combining global fintech experience with deep Philippine market knowledge
- Direct access to decision-makers and a real voice in how we build for the Philippine market
HEALTH AND TIME OFF
- Medical insurance for you and your family
- 22 vacation days, Philippine public holidays, and 15 sick days
- 105 days of paid maternity leave and up to 14 days of paid paternity leave
LEARNING AND TEAM EXPERIENCE
- Opportunities to learn and share your expertise through internal expert meetups, external conferences, speaking opportunities, and industry publications
- Regular team offsites, sports activities, and team events
- High-performing teams can earn a dedicated beach house week in Southeast Asia
We believe strong teams are built by people with different backgrounds, experiences, and points of view. Salmon is an equal opportunity employer, and we make hiring decisions based on skills, experience, and potential.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As of May 2026, Claude authored
more than 80% of the code we merge
. In September 2026, we merged more than
30,000 changes per day
. Writing a change is fast now, and the hard part is knowing what is correct and safe to ship. Platform Acceleration builds the internal tools that close that gap for Anthropic's product engineers, who own the Claude API, our SDKs, and the rest of the Claude Platform. We work like a small product team whose customers are other Anthropic engineers.
We're looking for Staff+ engineers with a strong background in backend or infrastructure who care about developer experience and have built tools other engineers rely on. We prefer candidates who can work from our San Francisco office, and we'll also consider candidates based in Seattle.
What you'll do
Design, build, and operate the tools that help product teams ship faster
Own the technical strategy and roadmap for your area, and make sure its hardest problems get solved, by you or through others
Define what it means to trust a change, especially changes written by Claude, and build the tooling that holds the bar throughout the software development lifecycle
Build agents that take on repetitive engineering work, such as diagnosing failures, fixing broken tests, and running migrations
Embed with partner teams to find their biggest sources of friction, validate a solution with them, and turn the fix into a product other teams can adopt
Move between building new tools and improving the shared systems that teams already depend on, as priorities shift
You might be a good fit if you:
Experience building and operating backend services or infrastructure in production, in Go, Python, Rust, or TypeScript
Deep experience with developer tooling, CI/CD, test infrastructure, or deployment systems
Experience leading large, complex technical projects across teams, from an ambiguous problem to a solution developers adopt
Clear written and verbal communication, with experience supporting internal partner teams
Interest in Anthropic's mission of building safe, beneficial AI
Preferred qualifications:
Experience at a startup or on a similarly small team, taking a product from zero to one and talking directly to your users
Substantial experience with agents that do engineering or other technical work
Experience building widely adopted CLI tools, developer-facing services, GitHub automation, or open source developer tools
Experience measuring developer productivity and using the data to decide what to build
A point of view on how software engineering changes as agents write more of the code
Deadline to apply:
None. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
Location Preference:
Preference will be given to candidates based in NY, SEA, SF or the Bay Area given the current location of team.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$405,000
—
$485,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About the role
We are seeking a Senior Deal Desk Analyst to join the Deal Desk team within our Revenue Operations function. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role at the center of how we structure, price, and close business globally — partnering with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product to turn deals into signed revenue.
You will lead the quote-to-contract execution cycle for our global sales team while helping build the systems, processes, and playbooks that scale a world-class Deal Desk. As the organization continues through a period of rapid growth, we are looking for someone who wants to shape the function rather than inherit it — bringing structure to ambiguity, modernizing how deals get done, and raising the bar for commercial excellence.
This position reports to the Senior Manager, Global Deal Desk, and is preferably based in a hybrid capacity out of our London office, working standard US business hours.
What you'll do
Deal Management — Own the day-to-day deal review and closing process end to end, including deal approvals, deal structuring, and quote configuration within Vercel CPQ, ensuring every deal is executed accurately and on time.
Commercialization & Execution — Drive deal execution in close partnership with Finance, Legal, GTM, Partnerships, Product, and Pricing. Design, build, and continuously optimize the sales and deal processes that bring new pricing, packaging, and product launches to market.
Trusted Advisor — Serve as the subject-matter expert for the Sales organization, providing deal guidance and operational support. Approach complex, non-standard deals with creativity and sound judgment, developing practical solutions in ambiguous situations.
Revenue Integrity — Act as the gatekeeper of data hygiene and opportunity data, partnering with GTM and Finance on audits for revenue recognition, financial reporting, and forecasting.
Insights & Enablement — Analyze deal performance and market trends to develop new sales motions, deal levers, and training materials that increase sales velocity and reduce business risk, in partnership with the Pricing and Field Enablement teams.
Operational Excellence — Identify opportunities to streamline, enhance, and automate processes. Translate needs into clear business requirements and leverage AI and automation to scale.
What you need
4+ years of experience in deal desk, pricing, quote-to-cash, contract management, or a related Revenue Operations or Sales Operations function within the technology sector.
A proven record of partnering effectively with Sales and cross-functional teams to move complex deals forward.
Demonstrated experience in project management and process improvement.
A collaborative team member who consistently delivers excellent sales support.
A resourceful self-starter with strong critical-thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
You think naturally about operational implications and downstream impact.
You thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and operate effectively amid change and ambiguity.
Nice to have
Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ (or a comparable CPQ platform)
A track record of using AI or automation to improve operational workflows.
Bonus if you
You’re located within London (HQ). We have offices for you to help build our office culture.
Benefits & Compensation:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.
The London base pay range for this role is £65,000 - £85,000. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. The total compensation package may include benefits, equity-based compensation, and eligibility for a company bonus or variable pay program depending on the role. About the Role
What you'll do
Short-form editing (TikTok, Reels, Shorts, Facebook)
Edit a high volume of vertical short-form videos (roughly 30–90 seconds) built to stop the scroll in the first 1–3 seconds.
Cut for each platform's native style: pacing, captions, safe zones, aspect ratios, trending audio and formats.
Turn raw footage, founder content, creator clips and transformation shoots into multiple hook and format variations per concept.
Repurpose long-form episodes into clips, carousels-to-video and cutdowns without losing the story.
Long-form editing (YouTube and Facebook)
Edit 8–30+ minute YouTube videos with strong story structure, retention-driven pacing, B-roll, music and sound design.
Build intros, chapter breaks, lower thirds and end screens that keep viewers watching.
Collaborate on thumbnails and titles with an eye on click-through and retention.
Motion graphics and AI generation
Create motion graphics, animated text, transitions and branded templates in After Effects.
Stay current on new AI video tools and pitch ways to use them to ship faster or try new formats.
Workflow and ownership
Own projects from brief to delivery: organize footage, edit, self-QA, export platform-ready files and hand off on time.
Maintain and improve our editing systems: project templates, file naming, folder structures, presets, LUTs, caption styles and export settings.
Track work in our project management tool (ClickUp), updating status as each piece moves through the pipeline.
Turn around revisions quickly and fold feedback into future edits without being told twice.
How we work
Fully remote, async-first. Briefs, footage and feedback live in shared drives, Frame.io and ClickUp, so work keeps moving across time zones.
Daily overlap. A short daily check-in during your overlap window with Pacific Time, plus written updates on what shipped and what's blocked.
Turnaround expectations. Short-form edits typically delivered within 24 hours of brief; revisions within one business day; long-form on an agreed schedule.
Volume. Expect a steady weekly output across short- and long-form. [15–25 short-form + 1–2 long-form per week.]
Requirements
What you bring
Must-haves
3+ years of professional video editing, with a portfolio showing both short-form and long-form work.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects..
Hands-on experience generating video with Higgsfield AI, with examples of AI-generated or AI-assisted footage used in finished edits.
Proven experience editing for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, and a clear understanding of how each platform's content differs.
A fast, repeatable workflow: you can show how you organize projects, use templates and presets, and ship multiple finished pieces per day.
Strong instinct for hooks, pacing, story and sound; you know why one edit holds attention and another doesn't.
Clear written English for async communication, briefs and feedback.
Reliable high-speed internet, a capable editing machine and your own Adobe Creative Cloud license.
At least 4 hours of daily overlap with Pacific Time (PT) for check-ins and fast revisions.
Nice-to-haves
Experience with other AI tools (Runway, Kling, Veo, ElevenLabs, CapCut AI features, Topaz).
Experience with brand, DTC, beauty, wellness or transformation/before-and-after content.
Thumbnail design skills for YouTube.

Comfort reading organic analytics (retention curves, watch time, saves, shares) and editing toward them.
Experience with Frame.io and ClickUp or similar review and project tools.
Use Higgsfield AI to generate and extend shots, B-roll, product visuals, scene transitions and stylized effects that would be slow or costly to film.
Blend AI-generated assets seamlessly with live footage so the final piece feels on-brand, not obviously synthetic.
