From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.
Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact.
During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Corporate Accounting to lead our corporate accounting function and help shape the next generation of our Finance organization. This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for the day-to-day General Ledger (GL) accounting function while also serving as a key transformation leader across Accounting and Finance.
The ideal candidate combines strong accounting expertise with a builder's mindset. You will ensure an accurate, timely, and well-controlled close while rethinking how accounting work gets done—simplifying processes, improving systems and data, expanding automation, and driving practical adoption of AI across the accounting organization.
This role requires a leader who can operate at both strategic and detailed levels, from defining the future-state accounting operating model to solving complex accounting, process, and systems challenges.
What You'll Do
Lead Corporate Accounting
Own corporate accounting operations, including the General Ledger, month-end and quarter-end close, reconciliations, accruals, prepaids, fixed assets, intercompany, and related activities.
Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close, ensuring financial results are accurate, well-supported, controlled, and delivered on time.
Maintain a strong internal control environment and build processes that scale with the growth and complexity of the business.
Partner closely with Technical Accounting, Revenue, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Payroll, Legal, IT, and other teams on accounting and business matters.
Support external audits and financial reporting requirements.
Drive Transformation & AI Adoption
Serve as a transformation leader for Accounting, developing and executing a roadmap for a more automated, scalable, and data-driven organization.
Identify opportunities to eliminate manual work, accelerate the close, improve data quality, strengthen controls, and standardize processes.
Lead cross-functional initiatives involving accounting systems, financial data, integrations, workflow automation, and process redesign.
Champion the responsible adoption of AI across Accounting, identifying and implementing high-value use cases that improve productivity, quality, and employee experience.
Build AI capabilities across the team through training, experimentation, and best-practice sharing while establishing appropriate governance and human oversight.
Establish metrics to measure improvements in close performance, automation, productivity, and quality.
Build and Lead a High-Performing Team
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing accounting team capable of operating effectively in a fast-growing SaaS/Data environment.
Develop future leaders by increasing ownership and building stronger accounting, technology, and business capabilities across the team.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement where the team challenges existing processes and embraces technology, automation, and new ways of working.
Balance operational excellence with transformation, ensuring the organization executes reliably while continuously improving how work gets done.
What We're Looking For
10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership of corporate or GL accounting functions within a public company or similarly complex environment.
4+ years of people leadership experience; experience managing managers preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial close processes, internal controls, and accounting operations.
Experience within a SaaS, software, technology, or data business strongly preferred.
Demonstrated success leading meaningful Accounting or Finance transformation initiatives.
Strong systems orientation with experience improving ERP, close management, reconciliation, workflow, or other Finance technology platforms.
Strong understanding of AI and automation and an ability to translate emerging capabilities into practical accounting applications.
Excellent project management, change leadership, and executive communication skills.
Ability to move seamlessly between strategy and execution and influence stakeholders across Finance and the broader organization.
What Success Looks Like
Success in this role goes beyond delivering an accurate close. You will help build an accounting organization that is increasingly automated, intelligent, scalable, and forward-looking.
You will create a more efficient and predictable close, reduce reliance on manual processes, embed AI and automation into how the team operates, and build a strong leadership bench. Ultimately, this role will help define what a modern Accounting organization should look like in an AI-enabled SaaS/Data company.

Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!
Figma is building its founding Forward Deployed Engineering team to solve the complex, real-world challenges that emerge when bringing Figma’s products into large-scale enterprise environments and looking for founding Forward Deployed Engineers. As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you’ll embed directly with strategic customers, working across their codebases, design systems, developer environments, and workflows to make Figma’s products successful within their unique technical constraints. You’ll tackle the hardest adoption challenges hands-on, from complex frontend stacks and legacy systems to security and access requirements, while building trusted partnerships with customers’ senior engineering teams.
This is a senior/staff-level engineering role within Product and Engineering, not a sales or services function. You’ll work directly in customer environments when needed, using the minimum access required. Your goal is smooth adoption by the customer’s product and engineering teams, which means making complex workflows work simply in their environment and solving the underlying problems You’ll do that hands-on, often by writing Figma product code, then turn what you learn into a reusable path for future customers instead of taking permanent ownership of the customer’s codebase. Working closely with Figma’s Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Experience teams, you’ll help shape both the product and how this brand-new function works and scales. The role is highly collaborative, deeply customer-facing, and built for engineers who thrive in ambiguity, take end-to-end ownership, and want to solve the highest-impact problems at the intersection of product, engineering, and customer needs. This role includes periodic travel to work alongside strategic customers in person.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you'll do at Figma:
Make an enterprise design system agent-ready so AI tools generate faithful, on-system code: fix tokens, naming, and guidelines, wire up Code Connect, and run evals
Get Make Local, Code Layers, and our newest products working in a customer’s real environment, writing code, config, agent skills, and guideline files against their systems and ours
Run technical discovery: understand a customer's dev environment, toolchain, and constraints, then scope the fastest credible path to value, in addition to setting the customer up for long term success
Debug hard, unfamiliar integration problems (git workflows, CI, dev-environment setup, non-standard stacks)
Build LLM-powered workflows: MCP setup, agent skills, and prompt engineering tuned to each customer’s context
Turn one-off solutions into reusable playbooks and product feedback, so patterns you solve once become self-serve or shipped product
Bring learnings on friction back to Figma's Product and Engineering teams, influence what gets built next, and often build it
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
5+ years shipping production software end-to-end, with meaningful time embedded with customers or partner teams
Excellent customer-facing communication and technical partnership skills, with the ability to build trust with senior engineers and translate customer needs into actionable product and engineering solutions
Strong engineering fundamentals and adaptability, with the ability to quickly navigate unfamiliar codebases, languages, and technical environments to deliver production-ready solutions
Hands-on experience with design systems and design-to-code workflows, including component libraries, tokens, documentation, and the tooling that connects design artifacts to production code
Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript or Python, including demonstrated fluency with agentic coding tools (e.g., MCP, agent orchestration). You have hands-on experience integrating APIs and SDKs, troubleshooting toolchains and CI environments, and navigating enterprise requirements such as SSO, security reviews, access controls, data residency, and compliance frameworks
Comfort owning ambiguous technical problems end to end, identifying patterns across customer engagements, and turning field learning into reusable product improvements
While it's not required, it's an added plus if you also have:
Background in forward-deployed engineering, solutions engineering, professional services, developer experience, or a similar customer-facing technical role
Familiarity with developer tools, design-to-code workflows, or AI/LLM products, including tools such as Code Connect, Storybook, Style Dictionary, or comparable technologies
Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Experience, Solutions Architecture, or related teams to deliver complex enterprise engagements
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.

About the Opportunity
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who lives in the top of the funnel. This is a hands-on, sourcing-first role focused on building and owning talent pipelines across the US, LATAM, and APAC — with the heaviest emphasis on APAC, where our fastest hiring growth is happening and where deep market knowledge is hardest to buy.
You will spend the majority of your time proactively identifying, engaging, and converting passive talent — not processing inbound applications. You will map markets, build long-term talent communities, and become the person hiring managers come to when they need to know who’s out there. If you are energized by outreach that actually lands, by knowing a market better than anyone else in the room, and by building pipelines before the req even opens, this role is for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
Proactive Sourcing (Core Focus):
Own top-of-funnel sourcing across US, LATAM, and APAC. Build and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean and X-ray search, GitHub, Behance, Dribbble, Telegram, Discord, WeChat, Maimai, BOSS Zhipin, referrals, alumni networks, and crypto-native communities.
APAC Pipeline Building:
Serve as the sourcing engine for APAC hiring. Develop deep talent maps across key hubs — Singapore, Hong Kong, mainland China, Japan, Malaysia, Australia, and India — and build region-specific outreach strategies that account for local platforms, languages, notice periods, and compensation norms.
Talent Mapping & Market Intelligence:
Produce competitor org maps, talent availability reports, and compensation benchmarks by region. Translate market data into practical guidance that shapes role scoping, level calibration, and hiring plans.
Candidate Engagement & Conversion:
Write and test outreach that gets replies. Own the candidate experience from first touch through handoff, running screens that assess motivation, mobility, and fit while keeping candidates warm through long hiring cycles.
Pipeline Ownership & Nurture:
Build and maintain evergreen pipelines and talent communities for recurring and hard-to-fill roles. Keep silver-medalist and passive-candidate pools active so we are never starting from zero when a req opens.
Stakeholder Partnership:
Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and regional HR teams across time zones. Run intake and calibration sessions, share pipeline reviews, and set realistic expectations grounded in market reality.
Sourcing Data & Reporting:
Track and report on sourcing funnel metrics — outreach volume, response rate, screen-to-submit, submit-to-onsite, and pipeline health by region. Use the data to redirect effort toward the channels that convert.
Employer Brand in Market:
Represent OKX to passive talent. Support regional recruiting events, meetups, and community engagement, and help position OKX as the destination employer in crypto across every market you cover.
What We Look For In You
3+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting or dedicated sourcing experience, with a demonstrable track record of building pipelines from scratch rather than working inbound applicant flow.
Hands-on APAC sourcing experience strongly preferred — you have hired into at least one major APAC market and understand its platforms, candidate behavior, and hiring norms.
Experience recruiting across multiple regions and time zones, ideally including US and LATAM alongside APAC.
Advanced sourcing toolkit: Boolean and X-ray search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, portfolio platforms, and region-specific channels. Comfortable finding talent where it is not looking for you.
Strong written outreach skills — you can craft personalized, high-response messaging at volume.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing CRMs; disciplined about data hygiene and pipeline tracking.
Comfortable operating with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Nice to have:
crypto, Web3, or fintech recruiting experience; additional language capability relevant to APAC markets (Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, Bahasa); experience building talent communities or running sourcing jams and hiring events.
Perks &
Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependents
More that we love to tell you along the process!

The salary range for this position is $143,111 - $178,888
The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered. About the role
We are seeking a Senior Deal Desk Analyst to join the Deal Desk team within our Revenue Operations function. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role at the center of how we structure, price, and close business globally — partnering with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product to turn deals into signed revenue.
You will lead the quote-to-contract execution cycle for our global sales team while helping build the systems, processes, and playbooks that scale a world-class Deal Desk. As the organization continues through a period of rapid growth, we are looking for someone who wants to shape the function rather than inherit it — bringing structure to ambiguity, modernizing how deals get done, and raising the bar for commercial excellence.
This position reports to the Senior Manager, Global Deal Desk, and is preferably based in a hybrid capacity out of our San Francisco headquarters, working standard US business hours.
What you'll do
Deal Management — Own the day-to-day deal review and closing process end to end, including deal approvals, deal structuring, and quote configuration within Vercel CPQ, ensuring every deal is executed accurately and on time.
Commercialization & Execution — Drive deal execution in close partnership with Finance, Legal, GTM, Partnerships, Product, and Pricing. Design, build, and continuously optimize the sales and deal processes that bring new pricing, packaging, and product launches to market.
Trusted Advisor — Serve as the subject-matter expert for the Sales organization, providing deal guidance and operational support. Approach complex, non-standard deals with creativity and sound judgment, developing practical solutions in ambiguous situations.
Revenue Integrity — Act as the gatekeeper of data hygiene and opportunity data, partnering with GTM and Finance on audits for revenue recognition, financial reporting, and forecasting.
Insights & Enablement — Analyze deal performance and market trends to develop new sales motions, deal levers, and training materials that increase sales velocity and reduce business risk, in partnership with the Pricing and Field Enablement teams.
Operational Excellence — Identify opportunities to streamline, enhance, and automate processes. Translate needs into clear business requirements and leverage AI and automation to scale.
What you need
4+ years of experience in deal desk, pricing, quote-to-cash, contract management, or a related Revenue Operations or Sales Operations function within the technology sector.
A proven record of partnering effectively with Sales and cross-functional teams to move complex deals forward.
Demonstrated experience in project management and process improvement.
A collaborative team member who consistently delivers excellent sales support.
A resourceful self-starter with strong critical-thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
You think naturally about operational implications and downstream impact.
You thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and operate effectively amid change and ambiguity.
Nice to have
Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ (or a comparable CPQ platform)
A track record of using AI or automation to improve operational workflows.
Bonus if you
You’re located within San Francisco Bay Area (HQ). We have offices for you to help build our office culture. This role primarily works on Pacific Standard Time (PST).
Benefits & Compensation:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.
The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $125,000 - $150,000. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. The total compensation package may include benefits, equity-based compensation, and eligibility for a company bonus or variable pay program depending on the role. Your recruiter can share more details during the hiring process.
