ABOUT VOODOO
Voodoo is a consumer tech company founded in Paris in 2013, with one mission: entertain the world. Today we are 1,000 people, generating $1b+ in annual revenue, profitably. Our games and apps have passed 7 billion downloads and reach 200 million+ active users every month, making Voodoo the #3 mobile publisher worldwide in downloads, after Google and Meta. We were backed by Goldman Sachs, Tencent and GBL along the way.
TEAM
Our Corporate teams support the company's performance and growth whilst putting people at the core of everything they do. As a French tech leader and global successful company, our Corporate teams are constantly looking for ways to innovate and increase organization efficiency to keep Voodoo ahead of the market. Voodoo's Corporate function is composed of three teams: HR, Legal and Finance, working together to drive Voodoo's success.
We are looking for a Procurement Manager - FinOps with a solid background in cloud cost management and vendor negotiations. You will be part of a high-performing Procurement team and will have direct impact on one of Voodoo's largest cost lines: cloud and data infrastructure.
ROLE
Your main challenges will be to:
- Own all IT indirect procurement: SaaS tools, software licences, data platforms, observability tooling, and any tech vendor relationship
- Lead global negotiations on IT spend and drive subsequent savings, running benchmarks to ensure Voodoo pays the right price
- Own cloud cost visibility (GCP, AWS) by maintaining billing data and dashboards (BigQuery exports, BI tooling) and leading monthly cost reviews with Engineering and Finance
- Build data-driven cost reduction strategies through unit economics by product and workload (cost per user, per event, per training run)
- Prepare and run cloud vendor negotiations: GCP committed-use discounts, enterprise agreements, AWS Savings Plans, renewal calendars, and price benchmarks
- Challenge internal needs and partner with Engineering on cloud optimization opportunities, including rightsizing, storage tiering, egress, and query-cost reduction
- Drive renewals to successful completion and put in place contracts and MSAs, working closely with Legal
- Track realized savings against joint targets and forecast IT and cloud spend in collaboration with FP&A
- Own procurement processes and drive strategies that deliver efficiency and ROI across the full IT scope
PROFILE
- 5 to 8 years of experience in FinOps, cloud cost management, procurement, or data-heavy analytics, ideally within a scale-up, hyperscaler, or cloud consulting environment
- Able to open a raw billing export and extract meaningful insights autonomously
- Solid working knowledge of cloud pricing mechanics: committed-use discounts, savings plans, spot instances, storage classes, egress pricing, and BigQuery pricing models
- Commercial mindset with the ability to build fact-based negotiation cases and drive vendor negotiations
- Credible with technical audiences: able to defend analyses in front of senior engineers and translate findings for Finance stakeholders
- Result-oriented, autonomous, and problem-solving oriented
- Willing to evolve in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English; French is a plus
- FinOps Certified Practitioner or GCP certification is a plus
- Experience with gaming or adtech data stacks (streaming pipelines, ML workloads) is a plus
BENEFITS
- Competitive salary based on experience
- Swile Lunch voucher
- Gymlib (100% covered by Voodoo)
- Premium healthcare coverage with SideCare, 100% covered for you and your family
- Wellness activities in our Paris office
- Remote Fridays

Are you ready to join our digital revolution journey?
At Aleph, we’re not just part of the digital advertising landscape—we’re shaping its future. Representing the world’s leading platforms, including TikTok, Amazon, Google, and nearly 55 others, we operate in 130+ markets across new and existing geographies.
Our mission is to empower advertisers and brands to unlock the full potential of these platforms' advertising capabilities. By fostering long-lasting partnerships, we create limitless opportunities for people and businesses to advertise effectively at both local and global levels.
With a presence spanning continents, Aleph offers you the chance to be part of a fast-growing, innovative team where your work makes a direct impact. If you’re ambitious, forward-thinking, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, global environment, Aleph is the perfect place to build your career.
What You’ll Do
Platform & Systems Management
Tech project management:
Manage technology-related projects end to end — defining requirements, building timelines, tracking progress, and identifying improvements that serve broader project goals.
LMS management (WordPress & LearnDash):
Own the day-to-day health of our WordPress-based LMS and LearnDash plugin — user administration, course administration, email flows, bulk imports, new features, configuration, and troubleshooting.
CRM & Marketing Automation (Salesforce & Salesforce Marketing Cloud):
Act as first point of contact for Salesforce and SFMC — build and test journeys, landing pages, and lead magnets; investigate and resolve issues the Operations team can't solve; escalate and follow up when needed.
System integration:
Serve as the architect making sure LMS, CRM, Marketing Cloud, and Power BI talk to each other correctly — designing and implementing the technical architecture for data flows between platforms, including low-code integrations.
Data integrity & reporting:
Review data integrity across LearnDash, Salesforce, and Power BI; execute queries and build reports/extracts for non-technical stakeholders; handle large-scale data reviews (including million-row datasets) when needed.
Website support:
Provide general technical support for the website and coordinate with relevant resources to resolve issues.
Compliance & security:
Help bring the LMS environment up to the organization's IT and security standards, acting as liaison between the Education team, developers/cloud providers, and Security/Legal/IT.
Marketing Operations & Growth
Campaign execution:
Build, test, and launch email and lifecycle campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud — segmentation, audience building, A/B tests, send scheduling, and deliverability hygiene.
Landing pages & lead capture:
Build and ship landing pages and forms based on designs provided by the internal design team; ensure correct lead routing into Salesforce, field mapping, deduplication, and follow-up automation.
Tracking & attribution:
Own the measurement layer — GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion pixels, UTM taxonomy and enforcement — so that every campaign, source, and channel is measurable end to end.
Lifecycle & retention automation:
Design automated flows across the student lifecycle (onboarding, course progress nudges, re-engagement, certification, upsell) connecting LMS events to CRM and Marketing Cloud triggers.
Martech stack & compliance:
Own the marketing technology stack and its integrations; keep consent management, cookie compliance, and data handling aligned with privacy requirements and company policy.
AI for marketing:
Apply the same builder mindset to marketing — AI-assisted copy and creative variants, campaign localization at scale, automated performance summaries, and audience insight tooling.
Technical Bridge & Coordination
Stakeholder liaison:
Serve as a primary point of contact between internal stakeholders (especially the development team) and business operations, translating business needs into functional technical specifications.
Specification writing & QA:
Write clear technical specs, replicate scenarios, and fully test in QA and production before rollout.
Documentation:
Keep the operations manual and technical documentation current and useful for the team.
Cross-functional project leadership:
Lead multi-month initiatives (e.g., new catalog builds, platform redesigns, global/language expansions, migrations) from scoping through to launch — defining KPIs, coordinating between design/development/vendors, and testing at every step.
AI Development & Innovation
AI builder mindset:
Go beyond being “AI-savvy” — actively explore, prototype, and build AI-powered solutions that improve how the team works and how students learn (e.g., translation tools, automation of repetitive data tasks, AI-assisted reporting).
Tool development:
Design and build practical AI tools and workflows (e.g., custom Gemini/Claude “gems”/assistants, scripts, or low-code automations) to solve real operational bottlenecks — not just use off-the-shelf AI features.
Exploration & evaluation:
Stay current on emerging AI tools and platforms relevant to EdTech operations, and proactively propose where they could create value (efficiency, personalization, translation, content scaling, etc.).
AI project ownership:
Take end-to-end ownership of AI-driven initiatives — from investigating alternatives and setting up integrations, to testing and rolling out to production (as previously done with AI-powered course translation tooling).
Responsible use:
Use AI tools in a way that's compliant with company confidentiality and data-security standards, and only with company-approved systems.
What You Need For This Role
You have a solid, broad understanding of technology and digital platforms, and you're comfortable getting hands-on rather than just directing others.
You have
5+ years
of experience managing Education and Marketing tech projects.
You are genuinely
curious about AI
and see it as a tool to build with, not just a topic to discuss — you've built something with AI before (a workflow, an automation, an integration, a tool).
You bring project management skills with a track record of leading initiatives from scope to delivery.
You're a strong communicator who moves comfortably between technical and non-technical audiences.
You're a proactive problem-solver, able to identify needs and find the right solutions, people, and tools without waiting to be asked.
You understand
marketing funnels
and growth metrics (CPL, CAC, conversion rate, LTV) and can translate them into technical requirements.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation and campaign tooling (Salesforce Marketing Cloud strongly preferred) is highly valued.
Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setups is a strong plus.
You are comfortable owning both the plumbing and the outcome — not just that the campaign sends, but that it performs.
Experience with WordPress and/or LMS platforms (ideally LearnDash) is a strong plus.
Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce/Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred) and data/BI tools (Power BI) is highly valued.
You're highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple concurrent projects.
You're a self-starter, comfortable working independently.
What Will Make Us Really Love You
You bring a track record of success in a similar role, with hands-on experience.
You’re not afraid to challenge the status quo and bring fresh, out-of-the-box ideas to the table.
You anticipate challenges before they arise and take initiative to find effective solutions.
You have an eye for detail.
You thrive on teamwork but also bring a driven, goal-oriented spirit.
You’re genuinely enthusiastic about advertising, ad-tech, and staying ahead of industry trends.
You have the ability to engage and communicate with internal and external stakeholders in a positive and approachable way.
What You’ll Love About Us
We care about your individuality by giving you freedom to grow and create within the company, regardless of your position

Capital.com is hiring a UA Manager (PPC) to own paid acquisition performance across our Asia and Australia markets. You'll join a team of regional specialists with day-to-day accountability for campaign performance, budget efficiency, and growth against regional revenue and ROAS targets.
This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role: you will manage live campaigns directly, not oversee an agency at arm's length. Google Ads is the core of the role; paid social experience is a valuable bonus but not a requirement.
What you'll do:
Own and optimise Google Ads (Search, PMax, UAC, Display, YouTube) campaigns across Asia and Australia markets — this is the primary focus of the role.
Where capacity and skillset allow, extend into paid social (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat) to support the broader regional media mix.
Manage budget pacing and reallocation across markets and channels within your regions.
Deliver against regional KPI targets: ROAS and CPA per first-time deposit.
Run structured A/B tests on creative, bidding strategy, and audience targeting; report results with clear before/after evidence.
Monitor and account for iOS attribution limitations (ATT/SKAD), PMax's lack of placement-level visibility, and regional regulatory constraints (e.g. licensing regimes across Asia markets) when planning campaigns.
Localise campaign strategy to market nuance: language, competitive landscape, regulatory regime (e.g. ASIC in Australia; varied licensing across Asia markets), and payment/funding behaviour.
Partner with regional marketing and compliance stakeholders on creative sign-off and go-to-market timing.
Liaise directly with Google (and, where relevant, Meta/TikTok/Snapchat) account teams on platform features, budget commitments, and escalations.
Maintain a weekly reporting cadence on spend, revenue, ROAS, and CPA for your regions, flagging anomalies before they show up in monthly numbers.
What we're looking for:
3+ years of hands-on PPC management,
with fintech, trading, or regulated financial services
experience is a must have. You understand compliance-driven creative constraints, deposit-based KPIs, and CFD/trading audience behaviour — this is not transferable from a generic e-commerce or app-growth background without a steep ramp-up.
Direct, deep platform experience in Google Ads (Search, PMax, UAC) — this is the core requirement.
Paid social platform experience (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat Ads Manager) is a strong bonus, not a requirement.
Working knowledge of mobile attribution constraints (iOS ATT/SKAD, modelled vs deterministic conversion data).
Comfort operating across multiple markets and currencies simultaneously; prior exposure to APAC or ANZ paid media specifically is a strong plus.
Analytical fluency: able to read a performance dashboard and turn it into a budget or bidding decision without hand-holding.
Experience working within a regulated advertising environment (financial promotions rules, regional ad standards bodies) is a plus; willingness to learn the company's compliance doctrine is a requirement.
Fluent written and verbal English
; additional Asia-region language skills (Mandarin, Vietnamese, Bahasa) are a plus but not required.

- Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into clear, pragmatic technical solutions
- Comfortable working autonomously, prioritising competing needs, and delivering value incrementally
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, in French and English
- Curious about the evolving data and AI ecosystem — you test new approaches on real problems and form your own point of view
- Rigorous, detail-oriented, and focused on measurable outcomes; pragmatic in technology choices, knowing when to build, adopt open-source, or buy commercial solutions

You won't work alone. The Client Solutions team and the Performance team support you, and together you work toward the best results for each client. You bring in the right advertisers; together, you make them successful.
What you'll do
Find, approach and sign advertisers, brands, performance agencies and media agencies in CEE, starting with Cyprus-based companies
Understand each client's marketing goals and recommend Microsoft Advertising solutions that deliver measurable results
Advise clients on campaign planning, digital media strategy and performance
Collect product feedback from advertisers and agencies
Negotiate agency deals and guide clients through contracts and account setup
Research the market, follow competitors, and represent Aleph at industry events
Forecast pipeline and revenue weekly, monthly and yearly, and keep the CRM up to date
What you need for this role
Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in digital advertising, ad tech or an agency. We care about your experience, not your degree.
A good grasp of digital performance metrics. Search advertising experience is a strong plus.
Knowledge of the Cyprus business community, or of CEE markets, is a strong advantage
Confidence with complex relationships between clients and agencies
Strong organization and the ability to handle several priorities at once
Practical use of AI tools (for example Copilot, ChatGPT or Claude) to research prospects, prepare proposals and work faster
Excellent Russian and English, spoken and written
Readiness to work on-site in Limassol. Candidates willing to relocate are very welcome.
What will make us really love you
You're excited about digital marketing and sales, and it shows
You take ownership, solve problems creatively, and never settle for "good enough"
You combine drive to close deals with real relationship-building. Clients and colleagues enjoy working with you.
You adapt quickly and do well in a fast-moving environment
What you'll love about us
Grow your career fast.
You'll join a global company and work directly with one of the world's largest advertising platforms.
Learn constantly.
Our training includes Aleph's own programs and training specific to each platform, so your skills grow a lot.
Be part of a real team.
You'll have Client Solutions and Performance specialists behind every deal.
Private health insurance
Visa support
if you relocate
A great place to work.
Our office is in Limassol's Old Town, a short walk from the sea.
An international team that celebrates creativity, ambition and results
In line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive, we are committed to fair and open pay. For this role, the minimum gross annual base salary is EUR 32,480.

At Aleph, we're committed to ensuring that all of our customers' and partners' data is protected and that our work complies with data protection legislation across the markets we operate in — including as AI regulation reshapes that landscape. We're looking for an experienced AI Tech and Data Privacy Associate Manager (or Manager, depending on experience), to join our global team and help manage sensitive information, support contract preparation, carry out data protection assessments, and advise on the growing intersection of AI governance and privacy compliance across our global footprint.
What You Will Do
Advise on and support the practical implementation of legal requirements across all AI risk categories (e.g., under the EU AI Act — prohibited, high-risk, limited-risk, and minimal-risk systems), including risk classification, compliance obligations, and coordination with product and tech teams.
Monitor emerging AI regulations more broadly and advise on their intersection with data protection across our markets.
Advise the business on responsible AI governance and internal AI use policies.
Advise, coordinate, and support colleagues across the business on data protection and privacy compliance issues, including in non-EU markets.
Collaborate on internal audits at Aleph Group level in the field of data protection.
Help prepare reports, presentations, and educational materials on data protection, privacy, and AI compliance topics.
Participate in data protection, privacy, and AI-related legal projects.
Promote a strong culture of data protection and responsible AI compliance across Aleph.
Support AI-related technology projects, including API integrations with third-party AI providers, ensuring data protection, IP, and contractual compliance throughout implementation.
Negotiate and draft agreements related to AI/technology procurement (vendor contracts, API and data-sharing agreements, licensing terms), including IP protection, ownership, and indemnification provisions.
Coordinate with product, tech, and other teams to assess IP, confidentiality, and data protection risks before onboarding new AI tools or vendors.
Organize and maintain data protection records and related documentation at a global level.
Support the preparation of contracts with business partners and other legal documents (for example, internal policies) in the field of data protection and GDPR compliance.
Carry out Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) together with the wider team.
Take on other ad hoc legal and compliance-related tasks as needed.
What We Are Looking For
A degree in Law.
Minimum 4–6 years of hands-on experience in data privacy and compliance, with a strong focus on GDPR — this is not an entry-level role.
Solid expertise in data privacy laws and practices, including a deep understanding of GDPR.
Hands-on experience completing legal/compliance requirements for the implementation of AI systems across all risk categories (e.g., under the EU AI Act), including but not limited to high-risk systems — this is a requirement, not just a plus.
Working knowledge of AI-related legal and regulatory frameworks more broadly.
Demonstrated ability to research and apply data privacy requirements in non-EU markets (LATAM, APAC, and/or MEA), given our global operating footprint.
Proficient English communication skills, written and verbal — this is a must.
A tech-oriented mindset, genuine curiosity about how AI and emerging technologies intersect with privacy law, and strong motivation to continuously learn new legal frameworks and compliance tools.
Experience working in a global or regional setting, with the ability to operate confidently outside a single-market (EU-only) focus.
Practical experience negotiating and drafting technology/AI related agreements (vendor contracts, API and data-sharing agreements, licensing terms), including IP protection, ownership, and indemnification provisions.
Why Join Aleph
Shape data protection and AI governance practice at scale: your work will directly protect the trust of Aleph's customers and partners across a global footprint spanning Europe, LATAM, APAC and MEA.
Apply AI compliance expertise at scale: you'll drive real implementation work across the full spectrum of AI risk categories as regulation matures, not just policy-watching.
Build deep expertise fast: exposure to DPIAs, cross-border data transfers, AI risk assessments, and multi-jurisdictional privacy frameworks gives you a faster path to becoming a recognized privacy expert than most single-market roles.
Join a growing, collaborative legal team based in Warsaw that values mentorship and hands-on learning over hierarchy.
In line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive, we are committed to fair and open compensation practices. The minimum gross annual base salary is EUR 39,000, with the final level (Associate Manager or Manager) and offer reflecting your experience, skills, and scope of the role.
In addition to base salary, this role includes a variable component, paid annually.
