ABOUT US
At LangChain, our mission is to make intelligent agents ubiquitous. We build the foundation for agent engineering in the real world, helping developers move from prototypes to production-ready AI agents that teams can rely on. We began as widely adopted open-source tools and have grown to also offer a platform for building, evaluating, deploying, and operating agents at scale.
With $125M raised at Series B from IVP, Sequoia, Benchmark, CapitalG, and Sapphire Ventures, we’re at a stage where we’re continuing to develop new products, growth is accelerating, and all team members have meaningful impact on what we build and how we work together. LangChain is a place where your contributions can shape how this technology shows up in the real world.
Today, our platform includes LangSmith (Observability, Evaluation, Deployment, Fleet, and Sandboxes), our open source frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, and Deep Agents), and the newly launched LangSmith Engine for autonomous agent improvement. We have 100M+ monthly open source downloads, 6,000+ active LangSmith customers, and 5 of the Fortune 10 use LangSmith in production (+ 35% of the Fortune 500 overall), including teams at Klarna, Clay, Coinbase, Workday, Lyft, Cloudflare, Harvey, Rippling, Vanta, LinkedIn, Monday.com, Nvidia, and Bridgewater.
ABOUT THE TEAM
The Deployed Engineering team works directly with companies building and running AI agents in production, helping turn ideas and prototypes into systems teams can rely on.
This is a hands-on, highly technical team that partners closely with customer engineers across the full lifecycle, from pre-sales evaluations to post-deployment advisory work. The focus is on achieving the technical win, co-designing agent architectures, and helping customers operate agents reliably at scale using the LangChain suite.
Deployed Engineers sit at the intersection of engineering, product, and go-to-market, shaping how LangChain is adopted in the field and feeding real-world insights back into the platform.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Deployed Engineer…You’ll work on some of the hardest problems in applied AI — not demos, not research, but systems that real teams depend on in production. The feedback loop is fast, the impact is visible, and the work you do directly shapes how AI agents are built in the real world.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Co-architect and co-build production AI agents with customer engineering teams
- Own the technical win in pre-sales by designing POCs, answering deep technical questions, and guiding evaluations
- Help customers deploy and operate agent-based applications such as conversational agents, research agents, and multi-step workflows
- Advise customers post-sale on architecture, best practices, and roadmap-level decisions
- Run technical demos, trainings, and workshops for developer audiences
- Surface field feedback and contribute reusable patterns, cookbooks, and example code that scale across customers
- Occasionally contribute code upstream when it meaningfully improves customer outcomes
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 5+ years in a relevant technical role (software engineering, customer engineering, solutions engineering, founding/product engineering), ideally in a startup or scale-up
- Strong Python, JavaScript and systems fundamentals
- Have designed agent-based or LLM-powered applications beyond simple API calls, including multi-step workflows, orchestration, and failure handling
- Are comfortable working directly with customers during POCs, architecture reviews, and technical evaluations
- Can explain technical tradeoffs clearly and build trust with developer audiences
- Take responsibility for outcomes, not just recommendations
- Have a bias toward action and enjoy figuring things out as you go
- Are excited about operating AI agents in production, not just building demos
NICE TO HAVE’S:
- You’ve deployed AI agents in production, especially using LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks
- Worked with LLM evaluation, observability, or guardrails
- Have experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure), containers, and basic Kubernetes concepts
- Have shipped and operated production software and are comfortable owning systems under real-world constraints
COMPENSATION
Annual OTE range: $165,000–$380,000 USD

We are hiring for this role across a range of scope, and the compensation band reflects that. Your offer depends on what we learn about your impact, craft, leadership, and communication during the interview process. We will tell you early where you’re tracking and talk comp with you before offer stage. Team members in the EU, UK, and APAC receive locally competitive benefits aligned with regional norms and regulations.

In 2026, we launched Computer, the defining product for the new era of agentic AI. Millions of people now use Perplexity to transform knowledge into action, and the Growth team owns the product loops that help them discover, adopt, and build lasting habits around our most important AI experiences.
As a growth engineer at Perplexity, you'll work across the full funnel — activation, onboarding, SEO, lifecycle, conversion, retention, and paid upgrade moments — while also building the applied AI systems that make those experiences smarter. Engineers are responsible for end-to-end projects from training and productionizing classifiers to identify high-intent users, personalizing value discovery, shipping contextual onboarding experiments, or wiring new AI capabilities into measurable adoption and revenue outcomes.
Growth at Perplexity goes beyond incremental funnel optimization. The team sits close to the core product - we translate behavioral signals, model outputs, and fast experimentation into durable product surfaces used across consumer and enterprise workflows. You'll move fast, run many experiments in parallel, and own the outcome end-to-end.
Tech Stack: TypeScript | Next.js | React | Python | PostgreSQL | Eppo | AWS
WHY PERPLEXITY IS DIFFERENT
- Craftsmanship. We build high quality, tasteful products targeting both the AI native and AI curious.
- Ownership. You identify the problem, design the solution and ship it.
- Entrepreneurship. We think like founders, act with urgency, and hustle to deliver for each other and our users.
- Scholarship. Work among highly talented peers, pursuing knowledge and truth, upleveling ourselves, our teams, and our products.
- Partnership. We amplify each others' strengths, break down silos, and give selflessly to help our colleagues deliver excellence.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design, build, and own growth surfaces across the full funnel — activation, onboarding, SEO, lifecycle, conversion, retention, and paid upgrade moments — for Computer and every Perplexity product.
- Lead experiments end-to-end, from hypothesis and instrumentation through implementation, analysis, and rollout, shipping many in parallel and learning quickly from each.
- Build applied AI systems that power growth: classifiers for high-intent segments, personalization for value discovery, and AI-driven onboarding and recommendation surfaces.
- Launch vertical-specific experiences (e.g., students, enterprise organizations) that connect new AI capabilities to measurable adoption and revenue outcomes.
- Hill-climb on the metrics that matter: activation rate, paid conversion, retention, and habit formation, instrumented with clean data and trustworthy experiment readouts.
- Partner closely with Product, Design, Data Science, Monetization, Marketing, and Applied AI to translate behavioral signals and model outputs into durable product surfaces.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of professional software engineering experience (we're open to strong junior and mid-level candidates with a track record of shipping).
- Full-stack engineering skills, with comfort across a modern web stack (we use Next.js, React, TypeScript on the frontend and Python on the backend).
- Strong execution: you ship many experiments and product improvements in parallel and drive them to a clear outcome.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation platforms (Eppo, Statsig, Optimizely, or in-house equivalents).
- Comfort with SQL and data-informed decision-making — you can pull, segment, and interpret your own funnel data.
- Strong product judgment; you translate user behavior and growth opportunities into simple, effective technical solutions.
- Self-motivated with strong ownership instincts; you propose experiments, ship features ahead of schedule, and drive improvements without asking for permission.
- Genuine interest and adoption of AI products and willingness to learn quickly.
NICE TO HAVE
- Direct experience on a growth, activation, conversion, retention, or lifecycle team at a consumer or PLG/self-serve SaaS company.
- Experience training and productionizing ML models (classifiers, ranking, personalization) and connecting them to product surfaces.
- Experience with SEO, lifecycle marketing tooling, or paid acquisition surfaces.
- Familiarity with subscription and/or usage based billing products, paywalls, or paid upgrade experimentation.
- Experience shipping for both consumer and enterprise audiences.
- Time spent at a fast-growing startup or on a high-ownership engineering team.
- Familiarity with mobile development - Swift/Objective-C/Kotlin/Java, in-app payments, mobile release cycles, Apple App Store and/or Google Play Store guidelines, and rollout monitoring

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.

- Partner closely with business leaders to translate strategy into execution and drive accountability
- Help run bi-annual budgeting and headcount planning cycles
- Manage company performance against financial targets — identifying where to course-correct and where to accelerate
- Build and maintain internal tools that reduce manual work and improve data accuracy across the finance org
WHAT YOU NEED
- 4+ years in Investment Banking, Management Consulting, VC/PE, or Corporate Finance at a top-tier technology company
- Excellent financial modeling and quantitative / data analysis skills
- Extreme attention to detail with a high regard for precision
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

- A "get things done" mentality — you dissect complex problems, find solutions, and drive them to completion with a high degree of autonomy
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and adapting to evolving priorities
NICE TO HAVES
- Expertise with Looker, SQL, and/or Python
- Systems thinking — you design processes to be reliable, scalable, and maintainable
- Curiosity about AI tools — prior experience is a plus, but not required

From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!
We are looking for a strategic, data-driven Voice of the Customer (VOC) Program Manager to build and run a company-wide VOC program at Figma. Sitting within the Product Support org, this role is responsible for pulling insights from across Figma's customer-facing surfaces, Support, Sales, NPS, community, and more, and translating them into fast, actionable signals for Product, Engineering, and Support. This isn't just a reporting role: you'll own the full insight loop, from surfacing and prioritizing the biggest customer pain points to tracking whether they're being addressed and bringing wins back to customer facing orgs and our product partners. You'll work cross-functionally across Support, Sales, Research, Marketing and Product, and leverage AI to move faster than ever. It's a rare opportunity to build something that matters at company scale.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you’ll do at Figma:
Own the rhythm of VOC reporting and define the mechanisms that feed into the program, including launch insight reporting and ensuring insights are visible, shareable, and easy to act on across the org
Surface and prioritize the biggest customer pain points, align with Product and Engineering on roadmap prioritization, and advocate for customer needs – bringing wins back to Support and Sales to demonstrate program impact
Monitor and report on customer sentiment from pre through post-product launches, providing recommendations across Product, Support, and Sales on where to act — from unresolved pain points and product gaps to process improvements and sales blockers
Set shared, data-backed goals with Product and Engineering partners and monitor progress to help keep those goals on track
Work directly with Sales to bring customer problem statements into the VOC program and ensure field insights inform priorities
Integrate signals from NPS, Research, Sales, and community alongside Support data into a unified narrative that reaches Product and Engineering swiftly
Strategically implement AI workflows to build scalable processes that generate and deliver insights faster
Communicate customer insights across a range of audiences, from frontline support to Product leadership, with clarity and a strong point of view
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
Experience building and running a VOC program, as a PM or Manager, with a strong POV on what good looks like
A background in a customer-facing function (Support, Success, or Sales – Support preferred)
Demonstrated ownership mentality — a track record of identifying problems, driving solutions, and ruthlessly prioritizing when capacity is limited
Fluency in AI workflows and demonstrated ability to build lightweight, scalable processes quickly
Strong analytical and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to translate data into compelling customer narratives, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and drive action across a range of audiences
While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Previous experience with Figma products
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. - Department: ICEYE Germany
- Location: Germany (Berlin)
- Reports to: CEO, ICEYE Germany
- Employment type: Permanent
- Working type: On-Site
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
THE MISSION OF THE SECURITY OFFICER
Build and own the classified information security posture that lets ICEYE Intelligence GmbH handle Verschlusssachen (VS) and the NATO and EU equivalents.
You will build the defensible, audit-ready Geheimschutz framework for ICEYE Germany. You design it, run it, and represent it to the competent authorities. You are also the trusted advisor to the Geschäftsführer and the first point of contact for all security matters.
This is a role for a builder: someone who is confident in defining, maintaining and communicating the security framework that enables ICEYE's continued growth and lets us meet our obligations to our customers.
WHO WE ARE
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system.
ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.
Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the roadmap. Define and execute the plan that takes ICEYE Intelligence GmbH from today's baseline to fully cleared operations at the required national, NATO and EU levels. This covers admission to the Geheimschutzbetreuung (facility security clearance), personnel clearances, IT approval and the operational processes underneath.
- Be the appointed Geheimschutzbeauftragter. Act as the company's official security officer. Represent ICEYE with the respective authorities. Lead all interactions with these bodies with credibility and precision.
- Build the framework. Partner with Global Security to implement the hardened frameworks and systems.
- Run the clearance pipeline. Coordinate Sicherheitsüberprüfungen (SÜG) and Sicherheitserklärungen across the German organisation, plus NATO/EU personnel clearance certificates, in close coordination with Global Security so the business stays ahead of programme needs.
- Drive IT approval. Work with IT and Global Security to take classified systems through BSI-aligned approval (Zulassung) for the required classification levels.
- Enable the business. Translate security requirements into practical guidance: handling of VS, visit requests, travel, subcontractors and procurement. Run incident reporting and rehearsed crisis procedures.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Deep, hands-on knowledge of the German classified-information regime.
- Track record as Sicherheitsbevollmächtigter or directly equivalent in a relevant organisation.
- Working fluency in NATO and EU classification frameworks and how they map to national classification levels.
- Credibility with the relevant authorities and administrative bodies.
- Fluent German and English, with the ability to brief at executive, authority and working level.
- An existing valid security clearance is a strong plus.
APPLICATION PROCESS
1. Intro conversation with Talent Acquisition or local Chief of Staff (30 min)
2. Technical case: a take-home roadmap exercise. Show how you would get from the current state to the highest target classification level, covering facility, personnel and IT approval, presented and defended in person to a panel (90 min)
3. Hiring manager interview with the CEO, ICEYE Intelligence GmbH (60 min)
4. Cross-functional interviews with Operations, Legal/Compliance and ICEYE's Chief Security Officer (3 x 45 min)
5. Final conversation with the Group CEO of ICEYE
