Provectus is an AWS Premier Partner and an Anthropic Strategic Partner, helping enterprises across Financial Services and Life Sciences design, build, and operate production AI systems. Our Forward Deployed Engineering model lets us embed with clients and deliver AI outcomes, not just advice. With offices in North America, LATAM, and EMEA, we partner with clients worldwide to reimagine how they operate and compete.
We're looking for a Business Development & Partnerships Associate to help grow two revenue motions: converting partner-sourced leads from Anthropic and AWS into Provectus clients, and building new pipeline in our target industries. This is a high-growth role for someone with solid BD experience who wants to sell AI services at the center of the industry's most important partnerships. You'll work closely with our BD leadership, take ownership of deals as you grow, and develop into a full-cycle enterprise seller.
What You'll Do
Partner motion: Anthropic and AWS
Act as a day-to-day point of contact for Anthropic's and AWS's partner and field sales teams.
Receive and qualify enterprise leads shared by our partners, run discovery calls, and move qualified opportunities through to proposal and signed SOW, with support from BD leadership on larger deals.
Keep the joint pipeline up to date, and help prepare quarterly business reviews and co-sell planning sessions.
Build relationships with Anthropic and AWS field reps so Provectus is their first call for implementation needs.
Support partner program activities: certifications, co-marketing campaigns, case studies, and partner events.
New business development
Prospect into enterprise accounts in Financial Services and Life Sciences through outbound, networking, events, and referrals.
Run discovery, scope opportunities with our architects, and own deals through the sales cycle.
Build a growing network of decision-makers on the East Coast.
Cross-functional collaboration
Work with delivery leads and solution architects to scope proposals accurately. You'll be selling consulting engagements, not software licenses.
Share market insights (buyer objections, competitor moves, industry trends) with leadership and marketing.
What You Bring
3–5 years of experience
in business development, partnerships, or sales, ideally in B2B technology, cloud, or consulting.
Hands-on experience working with a technology partner ecosystem (AWS, Anthropic, Microsoft, Google Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks, or similar), for example co-selling, joint pipeline, or co-marketing.
A track record of moving deals through the sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to proposal and close.
Strong written and verbal communication, and confidence presenting to VP-level and senior stakeholders.
Curiosity about AI and a genuine interest in how enterprises adopt it.
Comfort in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where you take ownership without being micromanaged.
Willingness to travel up to 40% for client meetings, workshops, partner events, and conferences.
Nice to Have
Experience in Financial Services (banking, insurance, capital markets) or Life Sciences (pharma, biotech).
Experience selling services or statement-of-work (SOW) engagements rather than SaaS subscriptions.
Exposure to AI/ML, LLM-based products, or cloud data solutions.
An existing network in New York's financial services or life sciences communities.
Why Join Us
Work at the intersection of two of the most powerful partnerships in AI: Anthropic and AWS.
Sell with confidence, backed by a world-class AI/ML team that delivers what you sell.
Learn directly from experienced BD leadership, with a clear path to a senior partnerships or sales role.
High-impact role with direct visibility to leadership.
Strong earning potential with performance-based bonuses.
Choice of B2B contract or full-time employment.
Unlimited vacation policy.
Generous health, vision, and dental insurance.
401(k) matching plan.
OTE range $120-140k. The salary range is determined through interviews and a review of the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, and alignment with market data.

About Huzzle
At Huzzle, we connect exceptional talent with top opportunities at leading companies across the UK, US, Canada, Europe, and Australia. Our clients include fast-growing startups, digital agencies, SaaS companies, and tech-enabled businesses across industries such as MarTech, FinTech, EdTech, and eCommerce. Unlike traditional outsourcing agencies, we place you directly with innovative companies where you become a valued member of the team.
Job Summary
This is a rare 0→1 Founding Engineer opportunity to build a financial platform from the ground up within an already established and profitable ecosystem.
We are looking for an exceptionally strong, hands-on engineer with direct fintech experience who has previously built core banking, payments, ledger, cards, or money-movement infrastructure at an established fintech, neobank, or financial technology company.
This is not a management-first position. We need someone who still wants to architect systems, solve difficult technical problems, and write production code. You will work directly with the founders and an existing technical developer, taking significant ownership of the architecture, product, and technical direction.
As the platform scales, you will also have the opportunity to help shape and build the engineering team around you.
Key Responsibilities
Architect and build core financial infrastructure, including accounts, balances, ledgers, transaction state machines, and money-movement systems.
Build KYC/KYB, onboarding, compliance, permissions, limits, and approval workflows.
Design integrations with banking partners, card issuers, payment rails, FX providers, and other financial infrastructure partners.
Develop provider-independent architecture that supports multiple banking and financial providers without vendor lock-in.
Build secure, reliable APIs and financial data models capable of handling reconciliation, event processing, retries, and exception handling.
Own technical problems end-to-end, from architecture and database design through implementation and production deployment.
Work directly with the founders to translate product requirements and business constraints into scalable technical solutions.
Help establish engineering standards, technology choices, and the long-term technical direction of the platform.
Requirements
3–8+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong backend or full-stack fundamentals.
Direct experience building financial infrastructure within a fintech, neobank, payments company, or similar financial technology environment.
Experience with core banking, payments, ledgers, cards, FX, reconciliation, KYC/KYB, or money movement.
Proven experience building production-grade APIs and distributed systems.
Strong database architecture and data-modeling skills.
Experience with asynchronous workflows, queues, events, retries, idempotency, and transaction processing.
Strong engineering judgment and product instincts, particularly when balancing speed, scalability, reliability, and correctness.
Comfortable operating in a highly ambiguous 0→1 environment and taking significant ownership without requiring extensive direction.
Natural initiative, creativity, and problem-solving ability.
Highly hands-on and excited to continue writing production code rather than moving into a primarily managerial role.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience as a strong individual contributor, early engineer, founding engineer, or technical lead within a high-growth fintech.
Background at companies such as Revolut, Wise, Monzo, N26, Nubank, Brex, Stripe, Plaid, Airwallex, Nium, Razorpay, Adyen, Checkout.com, PayPal, Column, Modern Treasury, or similar.
Deep understanding of financial ledgers, reconciliation, transaction processing, or money-movement architecture.
Experience integrating multiple banking, payment, card, or financial infrastructure providers.
Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements surrounding KYC/KYB and international financial services.
Experience building multi-currency, FX, card issuing, or cross-border payments products.
Previous experience helping build a product or engineering function from an early stage.
Benefits
💰 Milestone-based compensation
🌎 Fully remote and flexible work environment
🚀 High-impact founding role with 0→1 ownership
📈 Direct influence over architecture and technical direction
🎯 Opportunity to build on top of an already profitable platform
🛠️ Modern tech stack and provider-agnostic architecture

Job Summary
This is a rare 0→1 opportunity to build a financial platform from the ground up within an established and profitable ecosystem.
We are looking for a highly hands-on Founding Fintech Engineer – Banking & Payments who has previously built serious financial infrastructure and now wants significantly more ownership.
You will work directly with the founders and alongside an existing technical developer to architect and build a neobank-style platform spanning business onboarding, KYC/KYB, accounts, payments, cards, FX, ledgers, reconciliation, and money movement.
This is not a traditional engineering management position. We are looking for a strong individual contributor or technical lead who remains deeply technical, enjoys writing production code, and is comfortable solving difficult problems without an established playbook.
As one of the earliest engineers on the financial product, you will have substantial influence over architecture, technology choices, financial domain models, provider integrations, engineering standards, and eventually the team built around the platform.
Key Responsibilities
Architect and build core financial infrastructure, including accounts, balances, ledgers, KYC/KYB workflows, transaction state machines, and reconciliation systems.
Design and implement integrations with regulated banking partners, card issuers, payment providers, and payment rails including ACH, wires, international payments, and FX.
Build provider-independent architecture that enables integration with multiple banks and financial infrastructure partners without creating dependency on a single provider.
Develop secure, reliable financial APIs and data models capable of supporting complex transaction and money-movement workflows.
Build asynchronous systems involving queues, events, retries, idempotency, exception handling, and transaction processing.
Develop card issuing and card management integrations alongside multi-currency and FX functionality.
Build internal operations, compliance, permissions, limits, and approval tooling.
Own systems and features end-to-end, from architecture and database design through implementation, testing, deployment, and production operation.
Work directly with the founders to translate business and product requirements into pragmatic technical solutions.
Establish engineering standards and technical foundations that can support the future engineering team.
Take initiative in ambiguous situations and independently identify solutions to complex technical and product problems.
Requirements
3–8+ years of professional software engineering experience with excellent backend or full-stack fundamentals.
Strong hands-on experience building production-grade APIs, backend services, and distributed systems.
Proven experience working on complex systems where reliability, consistency, and data integrity are critical.
Strong database architecture, data modeling, and system design skills.
Experience with asynchronous workflows, including queues, events, retries, idempotency, and failure handling.
Strong engineering judgment and the ability to balance speed, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
Demonstrated experience owning technical systems or major product areas end-to-end.
Strong product instincts and an ability to translate ambiguous requirements into working software.
Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, early-stage or 0→1 environment.
A natural technical leader who takes initiative without needing a large team or established processes.
Highly hands-on and genuinely excited to continue writing and shipping production code.
Nice-to-Haves
Significant hands-on experience within fintech, neobanking, banking infrastructure, payments, or financial technology.
Experience building core banking, payment, ledger, card, FX, reconciliation, or money-movement infrastructure.
Previous experience as an individual contributor or technical lead at a leading fintech, neobank, payments company, or financial infrastructure provider.

Experience with card issuing or payment-processing infrastructure.

WHY WORK AT HIGGSFIELD AI?
Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $1B in annual revenue run rate, 30M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands.
We're building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn't just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like.
WHAT ORGANIC GROWTH MEANS AT HIGGSFIELD
Organic growth here is the set of channels that convert without media spend: search, AI assistants, and the content ecosystem they pull from. The channel has already brought in $2M in under a month, and conversion keeps climbing.
So this isn't an experiment in the dark. It's a proven channel that nobody has figured out how to scale yet, because the rules are still being written.
Millions of people now ask ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity which tool to use instead of typing it into Google. What those answers say about Higgsfield decides who discovers us and whether they choose us.
An Organic Growth Manager here is a high-agency operator who:
- treats SEO, AEO and GEO as one channel, not three disciplines;
- turns observations into hypotheses, tests them, and scales what moves the number;
- builds systems and automations instead of doing the same research by hand every week;
- moves work through adjacent teams, not just through their own hands;
- owns the line from visibility to sign-ups, not just rankings.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
Visibility across search and AI assistants
- Understand how Higgsfield and competitors appear across Google and across LLMs — and why;
- Map how people actually ask for products in our category, and identify the queries worth winning;
- Find the gaps and the weak spots, including results that currently work against us.
The source ecosystem
- Understand which sites, communities, creators and formats different engines trust and retrieve;
- Shape what information exists about Higgsfield online and how our category gets described;
- Work with content, product and external partners to turn that into things that actually get published.
Measurement and experimentation
- Connect visibility, citations, traffic, sign-ups and revenue — the channel is judged on conversion, not vanity metrics;
- Build lightweight systems (Sheets, APIs, scripts, automation tools) to cut manual work;
- Continuously test new sources, formats and tools as the engines evolve.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We don't require experience in AEO or GEO — almost nobody has it. We care about how you solve unfamiliar problems, and about what you've already delivered somewhere else.
Must-have
- A measurable result you can walk us through. Which metric you moved, by how much, and what part of it was yours;
- You turn data into decisions — and can explain why that decision and not another
- Technically curious: you figure out new tools, systems and data on your own;
- Has built or automated something before, rather than doing the same thing by hand every week;
- Can move work through adjacent teams and external sites, strong cross-functional and partner skills
- Fluent English, and comfortable working with content when needed;
- High ownership: you don't wait for a task list, you understand the goal and figure out how to get there;
Good to have
- Experience in SEO, growth, analytics, content, engineering or automation;
- Familiarity with LLM retrieval, RAG, or technical SEO;
- Your own project, product or business — anything you built without a brief;
- Strong understanding of the GenAI ecosystem.
WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT
- It's not a channel with an existing playbook to execute;
- It's not a role where someone hands you a task list;
- It's not a fit if you prefer strategy over execution, or want predictable 9-to-5 workdays.
THE DEAL
- Competitive salary in USD, reviewed as you grow;
- On-site role in Almaty, Kazakhstan;
- Access to Higgsfield products and the AI tools we use internally;
- Breakfast, lunch and good coffee on us;

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
MISSION
Alan is scaling internationally (800+ employees, 100+ healthcare professionals, 5+ countries) and needs IT Engineers to build and own the internal technology platform every Alaner works on: identity and provisioning, endpoint and SaaS security, the tooling behind our clinics, and the automation that keeps IT from scaling linearly with headcount.
The scope below is what the team owns, not a checklist for one person. You'll be staffed on one or two of these areas at a time, according to your strengths and interests, and it will evolve through time based on company needs and personal appetite.
Staying close to users keeps us building the right things: you'll spend up to one day a week on IT support, seeing first-hand where friction lives and what's worth automating next.
SCOPE
⚙️ PLATFORM & AUTOMATION
- Own and extend automations on Alan Home, our internal provisioning engine
- Maintain, extend and improve helpdesk automation, SaaS provisioning flows, and onboarding/offboarding pipelines
- Own the meeting room AV and room-booking platform as a product, replicable across offices
🔑 IDENTITY & ACCESS
- Own the IT side of the employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, mobility between jobs and countries) across Google Workspace, SSO/SAML and our SaaS ecosystem.
- Grow our role-based access model: extend it to more tools and refine the permission groups, so access is granted by role rather than case by case
- Make employee lifecycle events reliable, fast and auditable end-to-end
- Own access reviews and least-privilege models; produce and maintain the evidence our auditors rely on
- Own SaaS procurement and license management: vendor relationships, renewals, and cost optimization across our stack
🔒 ENDPOINT & SAAS SECURITY
- Own the Mac fleet in Kandji: enrollment at scale, role-based blueprints, fleet compliance
- Cloudflare WARP, SaaS security controls
- Maintain and strengthen our ISO 27001 certification and drive ACPR and pentest remediation on the endpoint and platform scope
🩺 HEALTH PROFESSIONALS IT
- The IT layer behind Alan's clinics: practitioner tooling, equipment, access
- Role and permission automation for healthcare professionals, and their support and escalation process
🌍 INTERNATIONALISATION
- Make international expansion something IT accelerates, not something it slows down: a repeatable process where every new market (Canada, KSA, Armenia...) launches on our standard stack from day one
- Bring acquired entities onto that same platform
MILESTONES
First 3 months
- Acquire technical knowledge on Alan's platform: Alan Home, Google Workspace/SSO, Kandji, Cloudflare WARP
- Take one project end-to-end and ship a first increment
- Join the IT oncall team as technical escalation
First 6 months
- Own a workstream end-to-end
- Deliver one automation or hardening initiative end-to-end
- Take up documentation and automation on your scope and reduce significantly the bus factor on it
- Mentor IT teammates on your core expertise
First year
- Deliver measurable IT toil reduction on your scope
- Set the technical standards on your domain: how we build, document and review it
- Build strong cross-functional partnerships (Engineering, Security, Workplace, Clinic, People, Audit)
- Contribute to hiring and onboarding new teammates
3 years
- Lead major projects end-to-end across several communities
- Be the reference the team relies on across at least two domains
- Mentor the IT team and beyond, and scale IT without a linear increase in manual work
As the community grows, there is room to take on more responsibility: leading a crew, owning cross-community projects, mentoring, hiring.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Must-have - Technical/hard skills:
- 3+ years in IT engineering, platform, systems or corporate engineering, with real ownership of production-facing systems
- Depth in at least one area (platform & automation, identity, endpoint & security) and demonstrated range beyond it.
- You write code: not as a full-time software engineer, but Python, APIs and pull requests in a shared repo should feel normal
- Structured problem-solving: diagnoses methodically, asks the right clarifying questions, thinks about failure modes and rollback
- Comfort with regulated environments: health data, ACPR, ISO 27001, HDS
- Automation & AI appetite: uses AI tools smartly to accelerate their own delivery, with an instinct for what should be automated or delegated to AI rather than repeated
Must-have - Behavioral / soft skills:
- Ownership & autonomy: drives topics forward without hand-holding, including when they cross into someone else's perimeter
- Written communication: Alan is written-first; decisions get argued in public documents and challenged by people outside your team
- Pragmatic judgment: balances "perfect" vs. "good enough", decides with incomplete information
- Documentation culture: reduces bus factor through clear documentation and knowledge sharing
Nice-to-have skills / Bonus points if you have:
- Experience with an internal provisioning or IdP-driven automation platform
- Kandji or another MDM at scale
- Cloudflare Zero Trust / WARP, Datadog
- Audit remediation experience (ISO 27001, HDS)
- Multi-country rollouts, or IT integration after an acquisition
- Having mentored, coached or led a (small) crew
- Health or healthtech ecosystem familiarity

And beyond.
MISSION
Alan is scaling internationally (900+ employees, 100+ healthcare professionals, 5+ countries) and needs IT Operations Specialists to own device security, SaaS platforms, identity & access, and the daily IT experience of every Alaner, while contributing to build projects that remove operational toil.
IT at Alan is more than just a helpdesk. Operations and support ('Run') take roughly 60% of your time initially, while the rest goes toward owning project-based initiatives ('Build') tailored to your experience level.
As you ramp up alongside senior engineers, your focus will naturally shift toward more build-focused work with wider impact.
The scope below is what the team owns, not a checklist for one person. We staff people according to their strengths and interests, and it evolves over time.
SCOPE
🛟 SUPPORT & ONCALL
- Own L1/L2 oncall for 900+ Alaners across 5+ countries, with a clear escalation path to engineers
- Triage, communicate to users during incidents, and escalate appropriately

- Fully autonomous on the User Experience & Platform workstreams
- Lead medium to high-complexity IT projects end-to-end
- Mentor newer team members, reduce bus factor through documentation, automation and knowledge sharing
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Must-have - Technical/hard skills:
- 1-3 years in IT operations (or strong internship / student association background in a tech environment): device management (MDM, ideally Kandji), SaaS administration, basic identity & access management (Google Workspace, SSO)
- Operational reflexes: can triage issues, communicate to users during incidents, and escalate appropriately. Has oncall or production support experience
- Automation & AI appetite: scripting basics (Python, Bash) or low-code, and an instinct for what should be automated or delegated to AI rather than repeated
- Documentation mindset: writes clear, structured documentation
- Learning velocity: Picks up new tools and processes quickly.
Must-have - Behavioral / soft skills:
- Written-First Communication: Clear, effective written communicator who instinctively documents workflows, shares knowledge transparently, and thrives in an asynchronous work culture.
- Empathetic Problem-Solving: Balanced user-first service mindset with operational pragmatism—delighting colleagues while diagnosing root causes rather than applying band-aid fixes.
- Autonomous Growth: Self-directed problem solver who takes early project ownership, learns rapidly alongside senior engineers, and actively seeks feedback to level up.
Nice-to-have skills / Bonus points if you have:
- macOS fluency: comfortable troubleshooting macOS, understands the Apple ecosystem (Apple Business Manager, DEP enrollment)
- Experience with Kandji specifically
- Exposure to security compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, HDS), even just awareness
- SaaS vendor management and/or license administration
- Interest in automation and coding (even from college/school projects)
- Experience in a fast-growing, multi-country tech company

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic's Beneficial Deployments team accelerates the work of organizations doing some of the world's most important under-resourced work: nonprofits, education institutions, scientific researchers, and organizations advancing economic mobility. Research institutions sit at the center of that mission. They produce the science the rest of the world builds on, and they are structurally short on time, budget, and technical capacity to figure out new technology on their own.
You will lead our targeted approach to research institutes and research intensive universities globally. Where our scaled motion reaches thousands of organizations one to many, this role is the opposite end of the same ecosystem: a deliberately short list of institutions where depth matters, where a lab, a department, or a whole campus adopting Claude changes what science gets done, and where the buying process runs through provosts, research offices, procurement, grant budgets, and security review.
Reach comes first, and commercial results follow from it. That ordering is deliberate and it is shared across every leader on this team: a research institute that adopts Claude to move its science faster is a win on its own terms, and you will be measured on creating that value with the institutions that matter most, not only on pipeline. You are the single accountable owner for the research Enterprise book globally: its target list, its AEs, its numbers, and its field voice inside Anthropic.
You are half seller, half domain translator. You will personally run the most complex institutional deals, and you will be credible in a room of scientists and research leaders. You know how research is funded, how a university decides, and what it takes for a research sales motion to land in a software company. You will bring that knowledge to the product, applied AI, and marketing teams who build for this audience.
This is a player coach seat. You will be directly involved in deals and directing the account executives who cover research institutes and universities today, and the role is expected to grow thoughtfully with more AEs in key regions globally.
Key responsibilities
Co-design our global research strategy: the target list of research institutes and research intensive universities that advance scientific discovery.
Serve as the lead on our most complex institutional deals — setting the pursuit strategy, opening doors with lab and research-office leadership, university provosts, and personally resolving the toughest hurdles: procurement, security review, and grant-funded budgets.
Direct and coach the account executives working research accounts today: joint account plans, deal reviews, and a repeatable motion for landing a university and expanding within it.
Build the institutional playbook: how an institute goes from a pilot to a working deployment across a department, what good adoption looks like, and when to bring in applied AI, customer success, or partners.
Own the book's numbers, institutions reached, activated, and expanded against goals, and use them to decide where the effort goes next.
Work in lockstep with our PLG 1:many motion, so that an institution moves cleanly between scaled programs and direct coverage in both directions.
Minimum qualifications
Research sales. You have sold software as a service into universities, research institutes, or academic medical centers, and you have personally closed complex institutional agreements involving procurement, security review, and multiple decision makers.
Science background. You have trained or worked in a scientific field, or spent a meaningful part of your career selling to or building for scientists, and you can hold a credible conversation with a principal investigator about their research.
Sales leadership. You have led a sales business end to end and been the accountable owner for its results, whether as a team lead, a player coach, or the sole owner of a strategic book.
Preferred qualifications
Global research landscape: experience selling to universities or research institutes in more than one region, an understanding of how funding and procurement differ from country to country, and comfort working across time zones with regional teams.
Experience with research funding: grants, indirect costs, and how a fixed annual budget shapes what an institution can buy.
Track record landing an institution wide agreement at a research intensive university, and expanding from a single department to a campus or system.
Familiarity with how AI is already used in research settings, and a point of view on where it should go next.
Experience working with academic consortia, national labs, or research networks.
An impact, education, research, or mission driven go to market background, and genuine interest in these institutions' constraints.
A daily working habit with Claude, and agentic workflows you have built for yourself.
You might thrive here if you
Want your work measured in science that moves faster, not only in pipeline.
Have sat in a faculty meeting or a research office and know why the obvious commercial playbook does not work there.
Are comfortable being the only person accountable for a book while depending on teams you do not manage.
Would rather close the first three institutional deals yourself and write the playbook from what you learned than write the strategy deck first.
Find the constraint interesting rather than frustrating: long procurement cycles, grant timelines, and security reviews are the job, not an obstacle to it.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$380,000
—
$450,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit
anthropic.com/careers
directly for confirmed position openings.

The Position
CallRail is looking for a Vertical Marketing Manager to own our healthcare business. CallRail is a lead engagement platform: we show businesses which marketing drives their calls, forms, and chats, and we help them answer, qualify, and route those leads around the clock. Healthcare organizations are one of our largest and fastest-moving markets. Think of this role as the general manager for healthcare at CallRail: you set the strategy, you own the number, and you are the person the rest of the company turns to when they need to understand this market.
You'll build the healthcare personas, positioning, and messaging, verticalizing our go-to-market narrative for this audience. From there you'll partner with demand generation, customer marketing, and content on how it comes to life, and work closely with sales, product, and leadership on what we build and say. You'll decide which healthcare subverticals we go after, how we talk to them, what we need to build or partner on to win.
It's a role for someone who is energized by ownership, is happiest when they know a market better than anyone else in the room, and would rather bring a plan than wait for an assignment. The mix is roughly equal parts strategy and execution: you'll build the plan, and then you'll roll up your sleeves and go run it, with cross-functional support.
What You'll Do
You act like an owner.
Healthcare is your line of business. You know its performance, its risks, and its opportunities inside and out, and you carry the accountability that comes with it.
You come with a point of view.
You represent heathcare in cross-functional and leadership conversations, and your perspective carries weight because it's grounded in real expertise — what customers are telling you, what the data shows, what competitors are doing.
You advocate for what your market needs.
You don't wait for a door to open; you open it. When you see something we need in order to win in home services, you build the case for it, bring the rationale and the numbers, and champion it until it gets a real decision.
You go deep.
You're genuinely curious about this industry, its buyers, and the forces shaping it. You want to keep learning, testing, and refining what works.
What You'll Own
Healthcare strategy and business performance
Own the go-to-market strategy for CallRail's healthcare business, including which subverticals we prioritize, how we position and message to them, and the plan to hit our acquisition and revenue goals
Live in the numbers that define the health of the business: customers, new MRR, churn, ARPU, and conversion rate, and product adoption. You'll spot emerging trends and issues early, work cross-functionally to understand what's driving them, and bring a plan when one is needed.
Report on healthcare performance to leadership with the insight and executive presence to explain what's changing, what it means, and what you're doing about it
Market and competitive expertise
Be CallRail's subject matter expert on the healthcare market: the buyers, the workflows, the regulatory realities, the vendor landscape, and the economics of how these businesses grow
Own the healthcare buyer personas and the value propositions, positioning, and messaging built on them — the work that differentiates CallRail in an increasingly crowded lead engagement and AI voice market
Develop real depth in the specific subverticals where our opportunity is biggest, not just a broad view of "healthcare"
Track the competitive set continuously: who's winning, who's new, where they beat us, where we beat them, and what we should do about it. Feed that intelligence to product, sales, and leadership
Regularly surface the headwinds and tailwinds shaping the vertical — regulatory shifts, consolidation, AI adoption, patient acquisition economics — and translate them into implications for our strategy
Validate market requirements through customer interviews, surveys, win/loss analysis, sales insight, and usage data
Be the face of CallRail in the healthcare market: conference and industry speaking engagements, webinars, panels, podcasts, etc.
Cross-functional leadership
Serve as the hub between sales, product marketing, customer marketing, demand generation, and product development, feeding market insight into each function and making sure everyone is marching in the same direction
Serve as the messaging authority for healthcare: consulting across marketing for campaign and content development
Pressure-test the work happening across teams against a simple bar: does it solve a real healthcare customer pain point, strengthen our competitive position, resonate with the segment we're targeting, and drive measurable results?
Partner with product development teams as the voice of the healthcare customer, bringing market insight that shapes the roadmap
Build business cases for the partnerships and integrations we need to win
Enable sales and support: train them on the problems we solve for healthcare buyers, and work with sales enablement to build the internal tools and external collateral they need
What You'll Need
BS/BA and 4–6 years of experience in a strategic marketing role, with direct experience in healthcare, healthtech, or an adjacent health-related field required
A track record of owning a strategy end to end and being accountable for the results, not just executing someone else's plan
Strong analytical instincts and genuine comfort with data — you can get to the story behind the metric and build a case around it
Excellent written and verbal communication, and the confidence and presence to represent your point of view to senior leaders and to external audiences
Demonstrated ability to influence and align cross-functional partners without formal authority
Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment where you'll prioritize, make tradeoffs, and shift between strategic thinking and hands-on execution in the same day
Nice To Have
B2B SaaS or martech vertical, industry, or product marketing experience
Experience presenting at industry conferences or building a personal presence in a vertical community
Familiarity with healthcare marketing and patient acquisition, HIPAA-conscious marketing practices, or the healthcare technology stack (EHR, practice management, patient engagement, and CRM tools)
Experience building or influencing a partner and integration ecosystem
If you do not meet all the requirements listed, we still encourage you to apply! No job description is perfect, and we may also have another opportunity that aligns with your skills and experience.

About the Role
We're looking for an experienced commercial attorney to lead legal support for Nex's content and partnerships ecosystem - the agreements and relationships that bring games, experiences, and brand collaborations onto the Nex Playground platform. You will be the primary legal partner to our Content, Partnerships, and Business Development teams, negotiating content and IP licensing deals, developer and publishing agreements, and strategic partnerships that grow our content catalog and platform reach. You'll also provide secondary support on our commercial vendor, retail/distribution, and hardware supply chain agreements as needed, in partnership with the GC and outside counsel.
This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to build the playbook for a growing platform business, not just execute one that already exists.
What You'll Do
Content & Developer Agreements
Draft, review, and negotiate developer and publishing agreements for third-party studios and content creators building games and experiences for the Nex Playground platform, including revenue share, IP ownership, quality/certification requirements, and platform terms.
Structure and negotiate Play Pass content licensing and distribution agreements, balancing catalog growth with sustainable economics and IP protection.
Brand & Strategic Partnerships
Lead negotiation of brand and content licensing agreements with entertainment and children's media partners, including royalty structures, approval rights, marketing commitments, and IP/trademark compliance obligations.
Serve as the go-to legal partner to Business Development and Partnerships teams on strategic collaborations, co-marketing arrangements, and platform integrations, functioning as a strategic advisor embedded in partnership planning rather than a late-stage reviewer.
Independently lead complex, multi-party negotiations involving revenue-sharing arrangements, joint go-to-market plans, and cross-promotional commitments.
Commercial, Vendor & Hardware Support (Secondary)
Support retail, distribution, vendor, and marketing agreements as needed, partnering with Legal Operations on templates and process.
Provide secondary review and negotiation support on manufacturing, supply chain, and OEM/ODM agreements alongside the GC and outside counsel.
Partner with Product Counsel to identify commercial, product liability, regulatory, and privacy issues arising from any transaction you touch. Flag privacy/COPPA-relevant terms to Product Counsel, who owns Nex's privacy program and day-to-day privacy advisory work - you are not expected to advise on these substantively yourself.
Cross-Functional Partnership & Process
Build trusted relationships with [Content, Partnerships, Business Development, Product, and Marketing] - you'll be known as the attorney teams want in the room when a deal is taking shape, not just when paper needs signing.
Partner with Legal Operations on intake triage, template design, and CLM workflow design for content, developer, and partnership agreement types.
Manage and coordinate outside counsel on specialized or high-stakes IP, regulatory, or hardware/supply chain matters, with Legal Operations administering the underlying vendor relationship and spend.
Use AI-powered legal tools to accelerate contract review, drafting, and analysis, and help identify opportunities to further integrate AI into the team's workflows.
Contribute to Nex's broader legal function build-out over the next 18 months - templates, policies, and training - as one of the company's early in-house attorneys.
You Might Thrive in This Role If You
Hold a J.D. and active bar membership in good standing (California or another U.S. state, as applicable).
Have 7-10+ years of combined law firm and in-house experience, including meaningful time supporting a content/media partnerships business.
Have direct experience negotiating publishing/content licensing deals; experience with brand/entertainment IP licensing is a strong plus.
Understand partnership economics: how revenue share and attribution work, and how to structure incentives that align interests between Nex and its content and brand partners.
Are comfortable operating in an entrepreneurial environment with little existing precedent. You are proactive, independent, and energized by building rather than maintaining.
Communicate with clarity and business judgment, tailoring advice to enable responsible, fast-moving growth, and are comfortable presenting partnership strategy to business leaders.
Demonstrate sound judgment in ambiguous or fast-changing situations, and can distinguish real risk from theoretical risk.
Are willing and able to flex into commercial, vendor, or hardware-adjacent agreements when the business needs it, even though that's not the core of the role.
Bring genuine curiosity about AI tools and how they're reshaping commercial legal practice.
Nice to Have
Experience at a gaming or consumer content/media company. Experience negotiating with entertainment studios, media brands, or children's content licensors.
Working knowledge of children's privacy frameworks (e.g., COPPA) or international data privacy regimes as applied in a commercial/platform context.
Some exposure to hardware, manufacturing, or supply chain agreements - helpful for the secondary scope of this role, though not the primary focus.
Familiarity with CLM systems (Spotdraft, Ironclad, or similar) from a heavy end-user or template-owner perspective.
What Success Looks Like
[Content, Partnerships, and Business Development] teams have a legal partner they trust to move deals forward quickly and with confidence.
Developer, content, and brand partner agreements are negotiated efficiently, with clear risk framing and business-enabling solutions.
Brand and licensing partnerships are structured to protect Nex's IP and reputation while still closing quickly.
Privacy and platform compliance issues are surfaced early and routed to Product Counsel, not resolved after the fact.
Templates and negotiation playbooks scale with the business so Legal doesn't become a bottleneck as Nex's content and partnership ecosystem grows.
We Offer
Competitive compensation package.
Flexible working hours and vacation policy.
Product-driven culture that treasures talents and individual growth.
Front-row seat and hands-on experience with cutting edge technologies in the evolving gaming field
