We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
About Grafana Labs:
There are more than 700,000 active installations of Grafana around the globe, monitoring everything from beehives to climate change in the Alps. The instantly recognizable dashboards have been spotted everywhere from a SpaceX launch and Minecraft HQ to Wimbledon and the Tour de France. Grafana Labs also helps companies including Bloomberg, JPMorgan Chase, and eBay manage their observability strategies with full-stack offerings that can be run fully managed with Grafana Cloud, or self-managed with Grafana Enterprise Stack. The Grafana stack has grown to include more open-source projects, including Grafana Loki (for logs) and Grafana Tempo (for traces) and Grafana Mimir (for metrics).
Description of Duties
We’re looking for a Staff Technical Writer to create documentation and learning content that helps people adopt and master Grafana’s observability products. You’ll work with engineers, product managers, and the Grafana writing team to produce content for a range of products and audiences, from first-time users to experienced practitioners. Because our products and priorities evolve, we’re looking for someone who learns new technical domains quickly.
AI is part of how this team works. We use AI-assisted workflows and tools throughout the content lifecycle, from research and drafting to review, validation, and maintenance. You’ll use these tools every day and help the team get better at using them.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, research, write, and maintain documentation and learning content (concepts, tasks, tutorials, references, and in-product learning) that supports adoption and long-term product mastery.
Use AI tools and workflows to work faster and at a higher quality: drafting, structuring, technical validation, consistency checks, and keeping content current. You apply human judgment to everything AI produces and take responsibility for its accuracy.
Contribute to the team’s shared AI workflows and skills, and look for ways to improve and automate how we create and maintain content as tools and models evolve.
Partner with engineers, PMs, and other stakeholders to understand product requirements, interview subject matter experts, and turn complex technical detail into clear, accurate content.
Test what you document. Run the software, follow your own procedures, and flag product and UX gaps you find along the way.
Let data guide your priorities. We have strong docs and learning analytics. You’ll use them, along with user feedback, to find content gaps, prioritize your work, and show the impact of what you ship.
Work with the documentation manager and other writers to improve information architecture, voice, and consistency across our docs, and to make information easy to find for both people and AI-driven search and assistants.
Manage several projects at once, using judgment to prioritize and communicate clearly when the plan changes.
Mentor teammates and share practices that raise the quality of the team’s work.
Requirements
What experience would make someone be successful in this role?
Experience writing or documenting enterprise or developer-facing software, with a portfolio or writing samples that show technical depth.
Hands-on experience using AI tools and models in your writing workflow (such as LLM assistants, agentic coding tools, or custom prompts and skills), and the ability to explain how you evaluate and verify their output.
Experience working with docs-as-code: command-line Git, GitHub (pull requests and reviews), Markdown, and common IDEs.
Comfort working in technical environments. You can set up, run, and troubleshoot software yourself to verify what you write (for example, command line, containers, or Kubernetes, or a willingness to learn quickly).
Experience collaborating with engineers and product managers to get accurate technical information.
Experience working remotely and asynchronously on a distributed team.
What you’ll bring to the role
Curiosity about AI as a craft. You treat AI workflows as a professional skill. You experiment, share what works, and know where AI helps and where it doesn’t.
Technical credibility. You care about accuracy, you learn new technical domains quickly, and you ask questions until you understand them.
Strong judgment and editing skills. You can tell good content from plausible-sounding content, and you hold the line on quality.
Ownership. You manage multiple projects and work well both independently and collaboratively.
Clarity. You write concisely and plainly for readers of all experience levels.
Bonus: Experience with observability, monitoring, or cloud-native tooling, or contributing to open source documentation.

Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!
Production Engineering embeds with product and platform teams across Figma to help them deliver reliable products faster. Our work spans the stack, from browser performance to backend services and infrastructure. We build tools and practices that reduce operational complexity, clarify important signals, and leave teams confident operating their systems. We value curiosity, thoughtful engineering, and practical progress on problems that matter to the business.
As Engineering Manager, you’ll own the team’s strategy, priorities, delivery, and people development. You’ll work with product and platform leaders to decide where the team can make the biggest difference, balancing immediate production needs with lasting improvements. You’ll use your technical judgment to challenge assumptions and assess risk while giving engineers room to lead.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you’ll do at Figma:
Coach and develop production engineers, including experienced technical leaders, through direct feedback and opportunities to shape technical strategy and lead work across teams
Set priorities and guide delivery for the team’s embedded work with Figma’s product and platform organizations. Align partners on outcomes, responsibilities, and tradeoffs, and resolve competing demands
Guide improvements to observability, incident response, and production tooling that reduce recurring toil, surface actionable signals, and make services easier for product teams to understand and operate
Partner with engineers on long-term technical direction, design, and production reviews, supporting their ownership of technical decisions and holding the team accountable for delivery
Anticipate reliability and scaling challenges alongside partner-team leaders, and prioritize improvements that support upcoming product goals
Turn lessons from work with product teams and production incidents into reusable tools and practices that strengthen partner teams’ ownership and make on-call more sustainable
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
Experience managing engineering teams and developing senior engineers, helping them grow their technical judgment, leadership, and impact
Experience building and operating complex software systems at scale, with the technical judgment to guide decisions across the stack and learn unfamiliar systems
Experience leading complex initiatives across engineering teams and cross-functional partners, earning trust beyond your reporting line, resolving competing priorities, and delivering shared business goals
Sound judgment about reliability, security, and sustainable operations, with clear communication and respect for engineers’ technical ownership
While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Experience building shared reliability platforms, observability or distributed tracing systems, or tooling that reduces toil across multiple engineering teams
Familiarity with traffic management, service discovery or service meshes, container orchestration, infrastructure as code, or capacity and performance engineering
Experience improving incident response processes and reducing on-call burden
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.

Join the team as Twilio’s next Fraud Specialist, Supplier Operations & Governance (P4).
About the job
We are actively recruiting for this role to fill an existing vacancy. This position will be responsible for working constructively with our customers and partners to resolve billing issues and fraudulent misuse of services.
We are seeking a sharp, highly data-oriented, and tenacious Fraud Specialist to join our team. Unlike a traditional billing or collections role focused on routine outreach or simple invoice review, this position is a hybrid of financial investigation, root cause analysis, and strategic dispute negotiation. In this role, you will look for billing discrepancies, investigate Artificially Inflated Traffic (AIT) or IRSF (International Revenue Share Fraud), dig deep into messaging and call data, project manage high-value customer and vendor disputes, and build data-backed cases to resolve discrepancies. You will build dashboards to communicate key metrics and drive action. If you love solving complex data puzzles, negotiating with external parties, and finding win-win outcomes, this is the role for you.
You will be part of a company that is the category leader in Communications Platform as a Service (CPaaS), an organization working with the largest customers and partners, and a team of operators and former consultants that have delivered exceptional impact. If you have an extreme owner / founder mindset and a desire to solve big challenges, you’ll find yourself at home.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
Advise account managers, accounting, and management on best practices to handle billing disputes

Wealthsimple currently serves more than 4 million Canadians and holds over $155 billion in assets under administration. The company was founded in 2014 by a team of financial experts and technology entrepreneurs, and is headquartered in Toronto, Canada.
We're proud of what we've built — and we're just getting started. Read our Culture Manual https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/culture and learn more about how we work https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/careers.
At Wealthsimple, we take our clients' security seriously. The Fraud Investigations team is the front line of defense within our Security & Risk group. We are looking for a sharp, decisive, and detail-obsessed Team Lead to oversee a pod of Fraud Investigators.
You won't be tied to just one type of fraud. As a Team Lead, you will be the player-coach guiding the detectives who protect our platform from everything from complex account takeovers to sophisticated money mule networks. You will act as the ultimate escalation point, drive team performance, and ensure our defenses stay one step ahead of the bad actors.
What You Will Do:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of a pod of Fraud Investigators. Conduct 1:1s, run side-by-sides, and actively coach your team to elevate their investigative techniques and decision-making.
- Oversee complex fraud queues, ensuring the team strictly maintains case-closure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) without sacrificing investigative quality.
- Step in on the most complex, ambiguous, or high-dollar investigations. You are the final set of eyes when an investigator needs help navigating a tricky bank indemnity, a complex crypto trace, or a sophisticated identity ring.
- Lead weekly calibration sessions with your pod. Spot emerging fraud typologies across the platform, document trends, and partner directly with Risk, Compliance, and Product to build better automated defenses.
- Ensure your team’s case documentation is flawless, empowering client-facing teams with exactly what they need to manage the client relationship during high-stress situations.
- Serve as the chief quality-control officer for your pod, establishing investigative playbooks and ensuring all decisions align with Wealthsimple’s risk appetite and regulatory requirements.
What you bring:
- 3+ years of direct, hands-on experience in backend fraud investigations (e.g., banking/fiat fraud, account takeovers, payments, or digital assets).
- Proven track record of mentoring, coaching, or leading peers. You know how to build a culture of psychological safety, calm, and focus in a high-stress environment.
- Deep understanding of fraud typologies and financial ledgers. You can look at complex data (IPs, device IDs, transaction metadata) and instantly spot the behavioral anomalies.
- Strong bias for action. You make sound, high-stakes decisions with incomplete information, and you know exactly when to escalate and when to hold.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You can translate complex fraud investigations into clear business impact for leadership and partner teams.

ABOUT NIANTIC SPATIAL
AI has learned from almost everything online, but it still struggles with the physical world, where 99.5% of economic activity happens. It doesn’t know where things are, how spaces fit together, or what changes over time.
That’s one of the biggest unsolved problems in AI, and it’s the one we’re solving at Niantic Spatial. We build spatial AI models and services so people and machines can reason, learn and act safely in the physical world. We turn camera imagery, video, sensor data and archives into accurate, AI-readable representations of real places that robots can train in and machines can use to know exactly where they are.
In physical AI, mistakes have real consequences. That’s why we build AI grounded in measured reality, not guesswork, so the people and machines relying on it can trust it to get things right.
Our team built some of the world’s most widely used maps. Now we’re building something bigger: a living, measured record of the real world that machines can query, learn from and use to understand how places change over time. If you want to help AI understand the world we actually live in, come build with us.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You'll help build the geometric foundation of the next-generation world map — joining our World Map Research Engineering team (Geospatial Alignment) as a Research Engineer or Senior Research Engineer. This is an end-to-end applied research role that spans from strong engineering and data-systems work to R&D in 3D deep learning, transformers, and foundation models. You'll develop new algorithms, produce the research data and evaluation assets needed to advance them, and engineer the resulting capabilities into dependable production systems.
The World Map team works with heterogeneous captures from phones and handheld devices, aerial imagery, LiDAR, and 360 cameras, as well as external geographic and elevation data. The central challenge is to harmonize these data sources, quantify uncertainty, and maintain consistency as the map evolves.
You'll work at the intersection of cutting-edge research and scalable engineering — developing new approaches to geospatial registration, correspondence, and geometric optimization, then productionizing these technologies to directly improve Niantic Spatial's world model.
What You'll Do
- Geospatial Registration — Develop and advance algorithms for world-scale georeferencing and registration across imagery, 3D reconstructions, point clouds, and geographic reference data.
- 3D Geometry & Correspondence — Build and improve methods spanning multi-view geometry, SfM, SLAM, feature matching, learned correspondence, bundle adjustment, point-cloud registration, and ICP.
- Data & Evaluation — Create the data and evaluation flywheel for world-scale mapping — design and maintain large-scale datasets, pipelines, benchmarks, and evaluation methodologies that expose hard failure modes, accelerate research iteration, and support production.
- Learning-Based 3D Reasoning — Explore and develop learning-based approaches for geospatial understanding, combining transformers and 3D foundation models with geometric priors and uncertainty modeling.
- Production Robustness — Design robust solutions for challenging real-world conditions: sparse or noisy GPS, changing appearance, inconsistent reconstruction quality, large geographic extents, and imperfect reference maps.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration — Partner with leading researchers in visual localization, 3D computer vision, and mapping — as well as engineering and product teams — to identify high-impact problems and turn research breakthroughs into end-to-end production systems.
- Research Communication — Share results clearly through technical writing, design reviews, and internal presentations; contribute to publications and open research where appropriate.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Machine Learning, Photogrammetry, or a closely related field — or equivalent research or industry experience.
- Strong grounding in 3D computer vision, machine learning, robotics, photogrammetry, or a closely related area.
- Demonstrated experience with 3D geometry and several relevant areas — multi-view reconstruction, SfM, SLAM, camera pose estimation, point-cloud registration, image-based localization, georeferencing, or sensor fusion.
- The ability to formulate ambiguous real-world problems, choose the right mathematical or learning-based tools, and evaluate solutions rigorously.
- Strong Python skills and experience with modern ML and scientific-computing libraries (PyTorch, NumPy, SciPy).
- Strong software engineering skills — you can turn research prototypes into reliable, scalable, and maintainable systems.
- A track record of taking an algorithm from research idea and experimental prototype through evaluation, benchmarking, and deployment on real-world data.
- Clear written and verbal communication; able to collaborate effectively across research and engineering disciplines.
NICE TO HAVE
- PhD in computer vision, robotics, machine learning, photogrammetry, geodesy, remote sensing, or a related field — not required, but valued.
- A strong publication record or active involvement in the research community at venues such as CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, NeurIPS, ICLR, SIGGRAPH, 3DV, ICRA, or RSS.
- Experience with learning-based approaches for visual or 3D understanding — transformers, point transformers, foundation models, or methods combining learned representations with explicit geometric priors.
- Experience with aerial or satellite imagery, GNSS/GPS, geodesy, mapping systems, or large-scale spatial data.
- Evidence of technical leadership, mentorship, or successful cross-functional delivery.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary: Competitive market rate. Compensation also includes an annual bonus, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package.
LOCATION & WORK MODEL
This role is based in our London office, with three days per week in office. We welcome applications from candidates who require visa sponsorship.
INCLUSIVE APPLICATION
We know the strongest candidates don't always tick every box. If you're excited about this role and believe you could do it well, we encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't match every qualification listed — you may be exactly who we're looking for.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

What you’ll be part of
Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system — and we’re the only proven player doing exactly that. We partner with employers to redesign how healthcare works: applying 550+ proprietary clinical metrics across 80+ specialties to a dataset of 320M+ patients to identify the best-performing doctors, then using compelling incentives to steer members to the care that helps them get healthier, faster.
The result is a rare “win win” — better care and lower costs for both members and employers. In just five years, our work has helped over 2.5 million people access higher-quality care and saved $1B in healthcare costs. We recently raised our Series E and have doubled five years running. If you've ever wanted your work to solve a problem that touches every person in this country, this is the opportunity to do exactly that.
