An overview of this role As the Senior Director, Global Subject Matter Expertise (SME) Solutions Architecture, you will build and lead GitLab's Subject Matter Expert organization: three regional teams in AMER, EMEA and APJ, each covering Security & Compliance, Platform, Core DevSecOps, and AI & Competitive. This team is the depth layer of GitLab's technical selling model. It wins the most complex opportunities, scales product expertise into the Account SA team, and turns field insight into product direction. This is a leader of leaders role. You will manage three regional SME Managers, not individual contributors, and develop them as leaders in their own right. The SME organization is new, so we are looking for a transformational leader who thrives in ambiguity, builds structure where none exists, and has a track record of standing up high-performing technical teams in fast-growing, evolving businesses. You will work as a peer to GitLab's regional Solutions Architecture Senior Directors and partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Product Marketing and Sales Operations. Together you will make sure GitLab brings the right depth to the right opportunities, and that what the field learns shapes what GitLab builds next. What you'll do Set the strategy, operating model and global standards for the SME organization, aligned to the VP Global SA and GitLab's go-to-market plan. Build the resourcing model from product-level bookings and consumption targets. Size each product group by region based on where the plan needs specialist coverage. Act as the field's senior partner to Product Management and Engineering. Run a structured feedback loop that shapes roadmap, launch readiness and early-access programs. Hire, mentor and develop regional SME Managers and, through them, the full global team. Own the engagement model with the regional SA Senior Directors, Post-Sales SAs and Customer Success: triage rules, coverage thresholds, the closed-won handoff to Post-Sales SAs, and escalation paths. Create and improve upon the processes, metrics and KPIs for SME-led technical evaluations, workshops, demos and Proofs of Value. Partner with CRO staff, regional sales leaders and AVPs on product-category performance, forecast risk and competitive strategy. Partner with Enablement to drive field readiness for new product launches with Product Marketing and Enablement, including Duo Agent Platform, security and platform offerings. Build strong relationships with key customers at the technical sponsor and executive level. Use AI to change how the team works, including deal research, demo creation, PoV automation and knowledge sharing. Drive organizational transformation by finding gaps early, building structure where none exists, and leading change without waiting for top-down direction. What you'll bring 5+ years second-line leadership experience (managing managers) in Solutions Architecture, Sales Engineering or a technical specialist organization. Experience building or scaling a specialist, overlay or global SA team in enterprise SaaS, DevSecOps, security or developer tools. A record of tying technical-team design to bookings and consumption outcomes, with the data to show it. The ability to lead through ambiguity and rapid organizational change, bringing clarity and direction while strategy is still forming. Strong relationships with Product and Engineering leaders, and a history of shaping roadmap from field insight. Fluency across the software development lifecycle, application security (SAST, DAST, SCA), cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), Kubernetes and AI-assisted development, including LLM evaluation and production deployment patterns. Executive presence with technical practitioners, managers and C-level stakeholders. Proven ability to partner across Sales, Partners, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success and Professional Services. A self-starting, entrepreneurial approach. You don't wait for a playbook; you write it. How you'll be measured Global product-category commit attainment and consumption growth. Time from technical win to first workload in customer’s production environment on SME-engaged opportunities compared with non-engaged opportunities. SME coverage and engagement speed on the top 10% of opportunities. Account Team capability lift: fewer escalations and more deals handled without an SME over time. Product impact: field sentiment on the product feedback process along with field-sourced requirements adopted into the roadmap. Team health: hiring against plan, manager development, engagement and retention. About the team The Subject Matter Expertise (SME) organization is part of GitLab's Solutions Architecture team, a trusted technical partner for the field. SMEs bring the deepest product expertise to GitLab's most complex opportunities and carry customer feedback into conversations about product direction, enablement and value messaging. The team is distributed and all-remote, and relies on clear communication, strong judgment and shared operating practices across regions. How we're different We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills. The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences. Come work with us! Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues. Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina Workplace: hybrid Are you ready to join our digital revolution journey? At Aleph, we’re not just part of the digital advertising landscape—we’re shaping its future. Representing the world’s leading platforms, including TikTok, Amazon, Google, and nearly 55 others, we operate in 130+ markets across new and existing geographies. Our mission is to empower advertisers and brands to unlock the full potential of these platforms' advertising capabilities. By fostering long-lasting partnerships, we create limitless opportunities for people and businesses to advertise effectively at both local and global levels. With a presence spanning continents, Aleph offers you the chance to be part of a fast-growing, innovative team where your work makes a direct impact. If you’re ambitious, forward-thinking, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, global environment, Aleph is the perfect place to build your career. We're looking for a proactive, resourceful, and AI-forward Tech & Marketing Operations Specialist to manage our technology projects, keep our learning platforms running seamlessly, and power the marketing engine that brings students to them This role suits someone with a broad technical fluency who thrives on coordination, troubleshooting, and hands-on building. You don't need to be a professional developer, but you do need to be comfortable using tech tools to design, prototype, and ship real solutions. The position will be based at the Buenos Aires office with a hybrid work model. What You’ll Do Platform & Systems Management Tech project management: Manage technology-related projects end to end — defining requirements, building timelines, tracking progress, and identifying improvements that serve broader project goals. LMS management (WordPress & LearnDash): Own the day-to-day health of our WordPress-based LMS and LearnDash plugin — user administration, course administration, email flows, bulk imports, new features, configuration, and troubleshooting. CRM & Marketing Automation (Salesforce & Salesforce Marketing Cloud): Act as first point of contact for Salesforce and SFMC — build and test journeys, landing pages, and lead magnets; investigate and resolve issues the Operations team can't solve; escalate and follow up when needed. System integration: Serve as the architect making sure LMS, CRM, Marketing Cloud, and Power BI talk to each other correctly — designing and implementing the technical architecture for data flows between platforms, including low-code integrations. Data integrity & reporting: Review data integrity across LearnDash, Salesforce, and Power BI; execute queries and build reports/extracts for non-technical stakeholders; handle large-scale data reviews (including million-row datasets) when needed. Website support: Provide general technical support for the website and coordinate with relevant resources to resolve issues. Compliance & security: Help bring the LMS environment up to the organization's IT and security standards, acting as liaison between the Education team, developers/cloud providers, and Security/Legal/IT. Marketing Operations & Growth Campaign execution: Build, test, and launch email and lifecycle campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud — segmentation, audience building, A/B tests, send scheduling, and deliverability hygiene. Landing pages & lead capture: Build and ship landing pages and forms based on designs provided by the internal design team; ensure correct lead routing into Salesforce, field mapping, deduplication, and follow-up automation. Tracking & attribution: Own the measurement layer — GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion pixels, UTM taxonomy and enforcement — so that every campaign, source, and channel is measurable end to end. Lifecycle & retention automation: Design automated flows across the student lifecycle (onboarding, course progress nudges, re-engagement, certification, upsell) connecting LMS events to CRM and Marketing Cloud triggers. Martech stack & compliance: Own the marketing technology stack and its integrations; keep consent management, cookie compliance, and data handling aligned with privacy requirements and company policy. AI for marketing: Apply the same builder mindset to marketing — AI-assisted copy and creative variants, campaign localization at scale, automated performance summaries, and audience insight tooling. Technical Bridge & Coordination Stakeholder liaison: Serve as a primary point of contact between internal stakeholders (especially the development team) and business operations, translating business needs into functional technical specifications. Specification writing & QA: Write clear technical specs, replicate scenarios, and fully test in QA and production before rollout. Documentation: Keep the operations manual and technical documentation current and useful for the team. Cross-functional project leadership: Lead multi-month initiatives (e.g., new catalog builds, platform redesigns, global/language expansions, migrations) from scoping through to launch — defining KPIs, coordinating between design/development/vendors, and testing at every step. AI Development & Innovation AI builder mindset: Go beyond being “AI-savvy” — actively explore, prototype, and build AI-powered solutions that improve how the team works and how students learn (e.g., translation tools, automation of repetitive data tasks, AI-assisted reporting). Tool development: Design and build practical AI tools and workflows (e.g., custom Gemini/Claude “gems”/assistants, scripts, or low-code automations) to solve real operational bottlenecks — not just use off-the-shelf AI features. Exploration & evaluation: Stay current on emerging AI tools and platforms relevant to EdTech operations, and proactively propose where they could create value (efficiency, personalization, translation, content scaling, etc.). AI project ownership: Take end-to-end ownership of AI-driven initiatives — from investigating alternatives and setting up integrations, to testing and rolling out to production (as previously done with AI-powered course translation tooling). Responsible use: Use AI tools in a way that's compliant with company confidentiality and data-security standards, and only with company-approved systems. What You Need For This Role You have a solid, broad understanding of technology and digital platforms, and you're comfortable getting hands-on rather than just directing others. You have 5+ years of experience managing Education and Marketing tech projects. You are genuinely curious about AI and see it as a tool to build with, not just a topic to discuss — you've built something with AI before (a workflow, an automation, an integration, a tool). You bring project management skills with a track record of leading initiatives from scope to delivery. You're a strong communicator who moves comfortably between technical and non-technical audiences. You're a proactive problem-solver, able to identify needs and find the right solutions, people, and tools without waiting to be asked. You understand marketing funnels and growth metrics (CPL, CAC, conversion rate, LTV) and can translate them into technical requirements. Hands-on experience with marketing automation and campaign tooling (Salesforce Marketing Cloud strongly preferred) is highly valued. Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setups is a strong plus. You are comfortable owning both the plumbing and the outcome — not just that the campaign sends, but that it performs. Experience with WordPress and/or LMS platforms (ideally LearnDash) is a strong plus. Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce/Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred) and data/BI tools (Power BI) is highly valued. You're highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple concurrent projects. You're a self-starter, comfortable working independently. What Will Make Us Really Love You You bring a track record of success in a similar role, with hands-on experience. You’re not afraid to challenge the status quo and bring fresh, out-of-the-box ideas to the table. You anticipate challenges before they arise and take initiative to find effective solutions. You have an eye for detail. You thrive on teamwork but also bring a driven, goal-oriented spirit. You’re genuinely enthusiastic about advertising, ad-tech, and staying ahead of industry trends. You have the ability to engage and communicate with internal and external stakeholders in a positive and approachable way. What You’ll Love About Us We care about your individuality by giving you freedom to grow and create within the company, regardless of your position Learn from the best: Our state of the art workshops guarantee the latest insights into digital advertising Be part of a company with a truly global footprint, working with leading brands, platforms, and publishers across 90+ markets. Location: Germany, Berlin Why Sony Interactive Entertainment? Sony Interactive Entertainment isn’t just the Best Place to Play — it’s also the Best Place to Work. Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) is the company behind the PlayStation brand. As a subsidiary of Sony Group Corporation, we’re part of a proud legacy of innovation and excellence. SIE is a dynamic technology company, delivering cutting-edge hardware and network services to more than 100 million people and an entertainment leader, home to some of the most beloved and recognizable intellectual properties (IP) in the world. Our role at SIE is to create and nurture the experiences under the PlayStation brand, a name synonymous with entertainment excellence and creativity. Role Overview: We are looking for a Staff Software Engineer to help shape and build the next generation of our network automation platforms. Our challenge is one of scale, complexity and criticality. We operate a massive global network supporting PlayStation Network, spanning more than 40 interconnection locations and 20+ data centres worldwide. Operating infrastructure at this scale safely and efficiently requires us to move beyond specialist-driven workflows and individual automation tools toward reliable, declarative software platforms. You will help make that transition. You will work on software that turns complex network and infrastructure operations into reliable, API-driven and increasingly self-service capabilities. This includes building control-plane services, declarative APIs and intent-based controllers that manage production infrastructure safely and consistently across our global footprint. This is a Staff-level engineering role with significant technical influence. You will combine hands-on engineering with setting technical direction: defining architectures, solving complex cross-system and distributed-systems problems, writing designs, driving alignment with senior engineers and architects, and mentoring engineers across the team. Your work will directly influence how one of the world's largest gaming networks is operated and automated, while establishing engineering patterns and platforms that can be reused across multiple network domains and services. What you'll be doing: Provide technical leadership and architectural direction for network automation and infrastructure control platforms, treating the self-service network API as a product by working with users and partner teams to define outcomes, establish clear expectations for API behavior and reliability, align on team responsibilities, and ensure those commitments are met. Use domain-driven design with network experts, software engineers and API consumers to establish shared language and bounded contexts, then turn those agreements into versioned, testable contracts. Design and build APIs, services, controllers and reconciliation workflows that manage production infrastructure safely at scale. Build on the Kubernetes API, including custom resources and control loops that continuously converge actual state toward declared intent. Own the operational Kubernetes path: CRD rollout, RBAC and admission, controller health, Helm packaging, deployment drift and incident diagnosis. Design distributed workflows that operate correctly under eventual consistency, at-least-once delivery, concurrent writes and partial failure, with idempotency and safe recovery as fundamental properties. Design stable APIs, schemas and data models used across team boundaries, including versioning and backwards compatibility. Develop patterns for multi-tenant infrastructure platforms, including tenant isolation, authorization, policy enforcement and safe automation boundaries. Establish strong approaches to testing, observability and change safety for software that changes live infrastructure. Improve software delivery practices through automated CI gates, versioned artifacts, controlled promotion, and safe deployment and recovery strategies. Lead complex migrations and modernization of existing automation, services and data models, evaluating when components should be evolved, replaced or rewritten, and ensuring safe coexistence, behavioral compatibility and retirement of legacy paths. Drive technical alignment across software engineering, networking, operations and architecture teams; lead decisions within your area of accountability, contribute constructively to decisions owned by others, and make technology choices based on long-term company and product value. Mentor engineers, lead technical and design reviews, and raise software engineering standards across the wider organization. What we're looking for: Must have Deep expertise in a backend language such as Python, Go, Rust or Java, including asynchronous concurrency, static typing, data modelling and validation, API development, packaging and tooling. Strong experience building Kubernetes controllers or operators, including custom resources and reconciliation/control-loop patterns. Strong experience building event-driven distributed systems, particularly eventual consistency, at-least-once delivery, idempotency, optimistic concurrency and partial-failure handling. Experience designing and building self-service, multi-tenant platforms, including tenant isolation, policy and access control. Strong API and schema design skills, including versioning and schema evolution for interfaces consumed by other teams and systems. Demonstrated technical leadership across team boundaries, including driving architectural designs, building agreement among senior technical stakeholders and mentoring other engineers. A track record of taking ambiguous, technically complex problems from architecture through to reliable production systems that manage large-scale infrastructure, such as networks, compute or cloud resources. Nice to have Networking fundamentals, particularly BGP, IP fabrics and VXLAN/EVPN/L3VPN. Working knowledge of Go, sufficient to understand and contribute to adjacent services and controllers. Experience designing testing and observability strategies for production infrastructure automation, including systems and backends that cannot be fully reproduced in CI. Experience with graph databases, or with source-of-truth systems that model infrastructure and its relationships. The impact You will help establish the architecture and engineering practices behind a new generation of network automation, moving from individual scripts and specialist-driven workflows toward declarative, model-driven and reliable platforms. At Staff level, your impact is expected to extend beyond the code you personally deliver. You will help shape the APIs and designs other teams build on, develop other engineers, and establish technical patterns that can be reused across multiple network domains and services. Please note, Sony Interactive Entertainment conducts background checks at the offer stage for all new employees (which may include criminal background checks for some roles) and will need to process personal information to support these checks. Please refer to our Candidate Privacy Notice for more information about what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your data protection rights. Equal Opportunity Statement: Sony is an Equal Opportunity Employer. All persons will receive consideration for employment without regard to gender (including gender identity, gender expression and gender reassignment), race (including colour, nationality, ethnic or national origin), religion or belief, marital or civil partnership status, disability, age, sexual orientation, pregnancy, maternity or parental status, trade union membership or membership in any other legally protected category. We strive to create an inclusive environment, empower employees and embrace diversity. We encourage everyone to respond. Sony Interactive Entertainment is a Fair Chance employer and qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records will be considered for employment.

Location: Cyprus; Ukraine Workplace: Remote WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR How would you like to shape the product experience behind a portfolio of apps already generating hundreds of millions in ARR, growing 100% year over year, in one of the world’s largest categories that still remains wide open? You’ll lead product development for Welltech’s next app, with real cross-functional authority to take a defined concept and turn it into a product millions of people use. It will be built on the same new, shared tech stack that powers YogaGo, Muscle Booster, and WalkFit, so it can lean on proven foundational capabilities (onboarding, personalization, content discovery, and more) and experiment and innovate faster than it could alone. Reporting to the Head of Product, you will own the new app’s end-to-end in-app experience, from onboarding and activation to personalization and content discovery. As the core Product counterpart to the Head of Growth, you’ll work as one team to turn growth opportunities into product initiatives and scale the app into a top market player. You’ll translate the defined vision into impactful product decisions, balancing breakthrough innovation with fast, iterative feature development to deliver value to millions of users. You’ll also own the unit economics behind that growth, making sure every improvement in activation and retention translates into sustainable, profitable revenue. Our culture encourages collaboration, transparency, passion, innovation, and having fun through continuous self-improvement, learning, and actively sharing feedback to constantly improve performance. You will move fast and are used to driving yourself and your teams in a quickly changing environment. You will challenge the norms and address innovation at pace and at scale. You will be comfortable with ambiguity, prototyping your own ideas (AI-assisted where it helps) before handing them to engineering to build for real, and you’ll address challenges in a systematic, proactive manner to find solutions that increase customer value and happiness. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Own the moment that matters most. Drive the onboarding and activation experience of the new app. You’re not inheriting legacy decisions; you’re making them. - Turn the concept into a product. Translate the defined app vision into a clear roadmap and MVP scope, working closely with the Head of Product, and make the day-to-day trade-offs between speed and quality to get it launched. - Own the unit economics. Track and improve the app’s unit economics (ARPU, LTV, CAC, and payback period), run monetization experiments, and work with Growth on paywall, pricing, and packaging decisions, so you always know whether growth is sustainable and profitable, not just fast. - Build on what already works. Make the most of the shared capabilities, data, and learnings from across Welltech’s apps. - Turn hunches into proof. Design and run experiments focused on activation. You’ll always know what’s actually working, not just what feels right. - Reimagine how content gets discovered. Define modular, quick-access experiences that go beyond long-form-only browsing and meet users where they are, not where the content library assumes they’ll be. - Make big ideas ship. Partner day-to-day with engineering, design, data, and marketing to turn priorities into delivered features, keeping everyone aligned on goals and metrics. - Prototype, build, and ship faster. Build working prototypes yourself, using AI tools and agents where they help, to test ideas before engineering invests in full implementation. You’ll also have the opportunity to build selected new features directly into the app code using AI agents, working within the existing tech stack and development practices. Engineers will review and approve code changes, merges, and subsequent release steps to ensure quality and maintainability. REQUIRED SKILLS - Direct-to-consumer, mobile-first track record: a proven history of building and scaling these products, ideally somewhere that lived and died by retention, not just downloads - Performance marketing partnership: real experience working alongside it. You understand what it’s brilliant at, and exactly where product has to pick up the slack - Proven impact: a track record of shipping features that measurably moved activation, engagement, or retention, not just shipped, but proven - Unit economics and monetization: a solid understanding of subscription unit economics (ARPU, LTV, CAC, payback period, and paywall conversion), and experience using them to shape product decisions and judge whether growth is sustainable and profitable - Data fluency: experience with SQL and a product analytics tool such as Amplitude or Mixpanel to build funnels, analyze cohorts, and measure the impact of product changes - Communication and stakeholder instincts: you can bring marketing and engineering into the same room and actually get alignment - AI fluency: comfortable enough with AI tools to turn a rough idea into something tangible on your own. You don’t need to wait for engineering to know if a concept has legs - Scale-up or startup background: forged in environments where you’re energized by speed, experimentation, and metrics, not slowed down by them Candidate journey: ⭕️ Recruiter call --> ⭕️ Meet the Hiring Manager--> ⭕️ Business Case --> Panel Presentation Check out some of our products Muscle Booster — https://musclebooster.welltech.com/ https://musclebooster.welltech.com Yoga-Go — https://yogago.welltech.com/ https://yogago.welltech.com WalkFit - https://walkfit.welltech.com/ https://walkfit.welltech.com
