ABOUT SENTRY
Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building.
Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for an experienced engineering leader to own one of the most critical areas within Platform: the runtime and stateful systems Sentry runs on. You'll lead multiple engineering teams and Staff engineers responsible for OLTP and OLAP databases, real-time compute and stream processing, blob storage, and distributed caching.
These systems power Sentry's products, including Seer, and are mission-critical to the business. When they perform well, every product team moves faster. When they don't, the whole company feels the impact.
You'll set the technical vision across these systems, lead significant architectural changes, and develop the engineering leaders and teams responsible for building and operating them. This role requires someone who brings deep technical judgment, thinks strategically, and has a track record of driving complex engineering initiatives from concept through execution.
You'll have the opportunity to shape both the technical direction and organizational growth of a critical part of Sentry's platform as our products and infrastructure continue to evolve.
This is a hybrid role based in the San Francisco Bay Area, with an expectation of working from our San Francisco office three days per week.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Lead multiple engineering teams and Staff engineers responsible for the runtime and stateful systems supporting Sentry, Seer, and the products built on top of them.
- Set the technical vision and strategy across multiple systems, identifying opportunities to evolve our architecture as the business scales.
- Drive significant architectural changes and technical initiatives, making informed tradeoffs around scalability, reliability, performance, cost, and complexity.
- Provide technical leadership across teams, working closely with senior engineers to evaluate architectural decisions, challenge assumptions, and establish technical direction.
- Own the execution and operational excellence of mission-critical systems, ensuring teams deliver reliable, scalable, and high-performing platform components.
- Build and develop a strong engineering organization, including hiring, mentoring, and growing engineering managers and senior technical leaders.
- Foster a culture of engineering excellence, technical accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Partner across Platform, Infrastructure, and Product to align priorities, navigate ambiguity, and deliver complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Anticipate evolving product and infrastructure needs, identifying opportunities to build new platform capabilities and improve existing systems.
YOU'LL LOVE THIS JOB IF YOU
- Enjoy solving complex distributed systems problems and have strong opinions about architecture, backed by experience and sound technical judgment.
- Thrive in roles where you're equally responsible for technical direction, execution, and developing engineering leaders.
- Like taking ownership of ambiguous technical challenges, establishing a clear strategy, and bringing teams together to execute.
- Are passionate about building large-scale systems where reliability, performance, and efficiency directly impact the business.
- Enjoy partnering with senior engineers, challenging technical assumptions, and helping teams make thoughtful architectural decisions.
- Take pride in building high-performing teams, developing future leaders, and raising the engineering bar.
- Want to shape the runtime foundation supporting Sentry's products and AI capabilities for years to come.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 12+ years of experience in backend, platform, or infrastructure engineering, with significant experience designing and operating large-scale distributed systems.
- Director-level engineering management experience, or equivalent senior engineering leadership experience overseeing multiple teams at comparable scale and complexity.
- Deep technical expertise in at least one of the following domains:
- OLTP databases
- OLAP databases

- Blob/object storage
- Distributed caching
- Demonstrated experience driving significant architectural changes, including evaluating technical tradeoffs, establishing direction, and leading implementation.
- Strong technical judgment and the ability to engage deeply in architectural discussions across multiple distributed systems domains.
- Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional engineering initiatives from strategy through execution, with measurable technical or business impact.
- Experience hiring, developing, and leading engineering managers and senior technical talent.
- Strong communication and organizational leadership skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts, influence senior stakeholders, and align teams around a shared strategy.
- Experience operating mission-critical infrastructure with a strong understanding of reliability, scalability, performance, and operational efficiency.
The base salary range that Sentry reasonably expects to pay for this position is $300,000 to $450,000 USD, plus an annual performance bonus of up to 20% of base salary. A successful candidate’s actual base salary amount will be determined by a variety of relevant factors including, without limitation, the candidate’s work location, education, work and other relevant experience, skills, and job-related knowledge. A successful candidate will be eligible to participate in Sentry’s employee benefit plans/programs applicable to the candidate’s position (including incentive compensation, equity grants, paid time off, and group health insurance coverage). About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic is looking for a Communications Lead to own external communications for the Claude Platform, our API. The Claude Platform is how many of our customers put Claude to work, and this role shapes how that work is understood beyond Anthropic: from flagship product launches to the steady cadence of capability releases and developer-facing news.
You'll sit on the Product Communications team and work day to day with the Platform product and engineering teams, Product Marketing, and Developer Relations.
You should understand how developers and enterprises actually build with APIs and be comfortable engaging with developer tools and hold a clear point of view on what makes a product land.
Key responsibilities
Own communications for the Claude Platform end to end: capability releases, product updates, and the steady cadence of developer-facing news
Build and maintain strong relationships with the journalists, newsletter writers, and creators covering AI platforms, enterprise software, and the API economy
Prepare Platform leaders to be effective spokespeople for press, podcasts, panels, and the smaller moments in between
Partner with Product and Engineering to align external narratives with how these products are sold and supported, and surface customer feedback back to the teams who can act on it
Work across press, social, owned, and community channels, with the judgment to know which one carries a given moment and when to coordinate more than one at once
Minimum qualifications
Experience in communications, PR, or product marketing, including meaningful time on platform, API, developer, or enterprise products
An understanding of both developer culture and enterprise buying, and the judgment to read timing and tone when the conversation around AI gets noisy
Strong instincts for which product moments deserve the spotlight and which don't, and genuine curiosity about what makes a launch land
A demonstrated ability to operate with high agency and low ego, with a bias to action
Preferred qualifications
8-10 years of experience in communications, PR, or product marketing
Communications experience at a developer platform, API-first, or enterprise software company
Existing relationships with reporters and analysts covering AI platforms, enterprise tech, or the developer ecosystem
Experience managing communications for AI or ML products
Are very online: you follow the right channels, know what's moving through Hacker News and developer social chatter, and catch things early
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$265,000
—
$295,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About the Role
ElevenLabs is building its first private equity and growth investor partner channel, and you’ll be the first person to own it. You’ll embed ElevenLabs in funds’ value-creation programs and drive AI adoption across their portfolio companies, so we sell portfolio-wide through the sponsor instead of one company at a time.
You’ll work with Operating Partners, Value Creation teams and portfolio executives on the fund side, and with our Sales, Solutions Engineering and Customer Success teams internally. You’ll report to the Global Head of BD & Partnerships and own the pipeline and ARR sourced through PE partnerships.
This role suits someone who has worked inside a PE or growth-equity firm and now wants to build the channel from the technology side.
Responsibilities
- Launch the ElevenLabs PE & Growth Investor Partner Program and recruit the first 8–10 partner firms
- Build executive relationships with Operating Partners, Value Creation leaders and investment professionals
- Structure partnership agreements, joint GTM plans and commercial models
- Identify priority portfolio companies and build joint account plans with PE operating teams
- Work with AEs, FDEs, Customer Success and Product to take portfolio deployments from introduction to production
- Own PE-sourced pipeline and ARR, and expand single deployments into portfolio-wide programs
- Build repeatable playbooks and represent ElevenLabs at PE conferences and operating-partner forums
Requirements
- Experience inside a PE or growth-equity firm as an investor or operator (investing, value creation or portfolio operations)
- Go-to-market or partnerships experience at a technology company after that fund-side work
- 6+ years of experience across private equity and enterprise AI, cloud or software
- Strong relationships with Operating Partners and Value Creation teams
- A track record of turning PE relationships into measurable pipeline and revenue
- Executive presence with Managing Partners, Operating Partners and portfolio CEOs
- Comfortable carrying a number and building a motion from zero
Bonus
- Built a PE or growth-investor partner program at a high-growth or large tech company
- Experience selling AI or automation into support, contact center or sales use cases
- Hands-on use of voice or chat agents, including ElevenLabs

Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!
You will be the first engineering manager for Growth Platform, and you’ll help shape its vision, starting with the Communications capability.
Today, running a growth experiment requires engineering work, code rollouts, and manual coordination. We are creating a new Growth Platform team with two core missions: enable 10x more experiments at quality, and own the shared notification platform that powers all notifications and transactional emails across Figma. Together, these capabilities help teams experiment faster and deliver reliable, personalized communications to users across every Figma product.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you’ll do at Figma:
Build and lead the team: Hire the initial engineers for the Growth Platform’s first team. Set the team’s culture, operating rhythm, and engineering standards. Mentor engineers, create career growth opportunities, and help scale the organization as scope expands
Build capabilities that unlock new experiments: This isn’t about building an experimentation platform—it’s about building the product capabilities (personalized messaging, self-service publishing, cross-system integrations) that make it dramatically easier for teams across Figma to run growth experiments without engineering bottlenecks
Leverage AI to scale quality and speed: Explore and integrate AI-driven approaches—for brand consistency checks, visual quality validation, copy generation, and experiment governance—that allow experiment volume to grow without proportional growth in manual review
Provide hands-on technical leadership: Guide architecture decisions, review system designs, and make build-vs-integrate choices
Partner across the company: collaborate with Marketing to align on cross-channel messaging, partner with growth teams to identify platform capability needs, and work with product teams to ensure growth messaging improves rather than detracts from the end-user experience
Shape the platform vision: Define what to build next based on adoption, impact, and what you learn from each phase. The roadmap will evolve as we learn—you’ll be central to how it evolves
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
3+ years in engineering management, with a strong track record of building and shipping application platforms
7+ years of software engineering experience at the application or product tier
Experience driving outsized impact from small changes—say, a UI layout change that lifted growth 20%—and energized by enabling such wins at 10x scale
Demonstrate strategic insight to optimize impact for both longer and short term.
Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments, delivering continuous value while building toward a longer-term platform vision
Track record of prioritizing by impact, leveraging existing assets to accelerate, and scaling through platform-level thinking
Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, product, design, and data
While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Experience at a product-led growth company during a period of multi-product expansion
Experience building platforms that enable non-engineering teams (marketing, design, content) to run experiments or publish content independently
Background in personalization systems, recommendation engines, or ML-driven content selection
Experience integrating with customer data platforms, marketing automation systems, or building user attribute services from product usage data
Familiarity with using AI for quality assurance, brand consistency, or content governance at scale

We're hiring a Compensation Lead to build Perplexity's compensation function and own its day-to-day execution. You'll build the programs and processes that support how we hire, recognize, and retain people.
You should be comfortable moving between program design and an individual offer, building longer-term structure while keeping today's decisions moving. The goal is a compensation approach that is competitive, financially sound, and clear enough for people to use, without adding unnecessary complexity.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Build the compensation foundation. Assess existing practices, data, and tools; prioritize the gaps; and develop recommendations on compensation philosophy, market positioning, and cash and equity guidelines.
- Develop salary ranges and market benchmarks. Establish a consistent approach to pricing roles across functions and locations. Partner with People and business leaders on job scope and leveling, and explain where market data is useful or incomplete.
- Own day-to-day compensation decisions. Be the primary partner for offers, promotions, pay adjustments, and compensation questions. Evaluate recommendations against market data, internal equity, and budget, with clear approval paths for exceptions.
- Design and run compensation reviews. Build the calendar, planning models, manager guidance, and approval process. Coordinate with Finance, People Operations, Payroll, and equity partners to carry decisions through to accurate implementation.
- Inform leadership decisions. Model the cost and employee impact of proposed changes to salary and equity programs. Present a recommendation and its trade-offs, then own execution once approved.
- Identify and address inconsistencies. Assess pay compression and potential inequities across teams, levels, and locations. Partner with People leadership and Legal on appropriate reviews and recommend actions.
- Build processes people can use. Establish decision records, recruiter and manager guidance, and clear explanations of compensation programs. Improve recurring workflows so consistent decisions don't depend on individual knowledge or one-off conversations.
- Own the data and tools behind the work. Establish reliable compensation records, select and manage benchmarking resources, and improve reporting and quality checks. Use approved automation and AI tools where they help, with appropriate protection for employee information and verification of results.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Experience building compensation programs: You've established or substantially rebuilt compensation frameworks and processes with limited infrastructure, and stayed accountable for running them after launch.
- Technical compensation depth: Hands-on experience with market pricing, salary ranges, cash and equity programs, compensation reviews, and individual pay recommendations.
- Strong analytical judgment: You can build and audit models, reconcile imperfect data, and explain your assumptions. You know when a benchmark is a useful comparison and when it misses the role.
- Ability to influence decisions: You can turn analysis into a clear recommendation, discuss trade-offs with leadership, and constructively challenge an approach that isn't working.
- Independent, hands-on execution: You can set priorities, build a workable process, and manage urgent requests without losing progress on longer-term work. You're comfortable being both the person designing the program and the person checking the data.
- Discretion and clear communication: You handle sensitive information carefully and explain compensation decisions in language that recruiters, managers, and employees can understand.

You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
The Opportunity:
Grafana Labs is looking for a technically fluent engineer who loves building powerful demos, explaining complex systems clearly, and helping SRE and platform engineering leaders understand the value of our open approach to observability.
As Grafana’s offering shifts from dashboards to industry-leading agentic observability, our Product Marketing team is responsible for closing the gap between what our products can do and how customers understand that value. That means building clear, consistent positioning, enabling sellers with trustworthy technical narratives, and creating content that helps Platform Engineering teams quickly grasp why Grafana Cloud is the right choice for them.
As a Technical Product Marketer you will play a critical part in that transformation. You’ll be the hands-on engineer who brings our technical story to life for buyers, not just practitioners. You’ll build core demos, run technical workshops and webinars, and act as the technical bridge between our Product and Sales orgs. Your work will help SRE and platform engineering leaders evaluate Grafana with confidence, equip sales engineers with better tools and talk tracks, and ensure our technical value shows up clearly and consistently across the entire customer journey.
This is a unique chance to shape how Grafana tells its story as we evolve our positioning in the AI era, strengthen seller enablement, and build a repeatable system for communicating product value.
What You'll Be Doing:
Build strategic, buyer-focused demos, videos, workshops, and webinars
Create and maintain polished, narrative-driven demos that highlight Grafana’s value for SRE and platform engineering leaders.
Record high-quality technical demo videos and walkthroughs in partnership with our video and content teams.
Lead webinars, workshops, and technical sessions designed for evaluators.
Teach customers not just how Grafana works, but why our approach is differentiated and valuable.
Use AI tools to generate variations, summaries, and reusable assets that scale technical content across channels.
Enable Solutions (Sales) Engineers with clear, consistent technical storytelling
Serve as PMM’s technical liaison to the SE org, ensuring consistent messaging and demo guidance.
Produce technical enablement assets, value-driven talk tracks, competitive narratives, and demo best practices.
Help SEs and sellers communicate Grafana’s story with clarity, confidence, and differentiation.
Collaborate with PMMs to drive technical buyer engagement across high-impact channels
Partner with PMMs to identify the most important buyer personas, problems, and technical messages, and help shape the content strategy needed to reach them.
Extend technical narratives into impactful buyer-facing channels including analyst briefings (Gartner, Forrester), industry forums, podcasts, conferences, and online technical communities.
Bring a technical perspective to PMM planning—helping ensure our content, campaigns, and enablement reflect the real challenges and priorities of SREs and engineering leaders.
Use automation & AI to scale technical content
Partner with software engineers to streamline demo setup, content workflows, and asset updates through workflows, agents, scripts, and AI-driven tools.
Use automation to make technical content more repeatable, discoverable, and scalable across teams.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
5+ years in a technical role (solutions engineering, SRE, DevOps, backend engineering, technical PMM, or similar).
Interest and ability to travel to training and customer events 10-12 weeks per year.
Strong understanding of observability concepts and the needs of SRE/platform teams.
Ability to translate deep technical concepts into clear, value-focused stories.
Experience presenting technical content through demos, workshops, or webinars.
Excellent written and verbal communication, with a crisp, structured, persuasive style.
Strong cross-functional collaboration; comfort working with PMM, Product, SEs, DevRel, and Field Engineering.
High ownership mindset with the ability to drive projects from concept to completion.
Comfort with light scripting or workflow automation.
Bonus Points For:
Hands-on experience with Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, Mimir, Tempo, or similar observability tools, or a background in Observability or Platform Engineering.
Prior experience in Sales Engineering, DevRel, or technical product marketing.
Familiarity with demo environment automation or infrastructure-as-code tools.
Exceptional live presentation or workshop facilitation skills.

We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.

You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
The Opportunity:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, tech-forward product marketer to grow our Observability products by boldly positioning them and running campaigns to attract, convert and retain customers. As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will be in charge of the messaging and positioning for a broad product area. Then you’ll work closely with product managers and the marketing team to deliver campaigns, content, events, and training that help buyers buy (and sellers sell) our value.
Product Marketing lives within the Product org rather than the Marketing org at Grafana Labs, and we think differently about the job. Rather than purely executing launches or campaigns, we want PMMs to teach product managers and engineers in our org how to think about growth and demand, and to codify product marketing knowledge into AI-forward tools and processes that anyone in the organization can use. For example, we all contribute product information to a shared knowledge base, which we use to generate enablement materials and decks.
Grafana Labs is a fast-paced and growing organization. As such, this role requires strategic skills, an interest in teaching, and hands-on tactical execution (blogs, webinar outlines, video scripts, etc). Our team is full of people who crave impact and independence - if you are seeking a role with narrow scope where you run a defined playbook, this is not the job for you.
What You'll Be Doing:
Actively partner with and teach product managers to define product value, messaging, and go-to-market strategy, from competitive positioning to sales enablement collateral.
Partner with product management, engineering and various go-to-market functions to create materials that help customers evaluate and adopt our products: reference architectures, implementation guides, detailed product information and more.
Own customer lifecycle campaigns (competitive positioning, retention, upsell/cross-sell) to strategically shape marketing programs and drive growth across the entire customer journey.
Conduct market and customer research to understand pain points, competition and opportunities.
Teach go-to-market and sales teams our products’ capabilities and the value they provide, deliver training and enablement, ensure customer facing teams are able to effectively engage with customers, partners, and prospects.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
4+ years of relevant experience (product marketing, solutions marketing, product management)
Experience with marketing and selling to a technical audience
A passion for open source, cloud native, and infrastructure technologies
Proven ability to take on complex projects and efficiently drive them from start to finish
Ability to clearly articulate the value of technical products to customers and sellers alike
Experience leading product or feature launches autonomously as well as part of a team
Experience working with AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude to automate messaging and workflows
Comfort working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders in complicated processes
Strong product and technical curiosity that translate to clear packaging, positioning, and messaging
Demonstrated quantitative analytical skills for analyzing campaign performance, evaluating lifecycle metrics, and making data-driven recommendations.
Exceptional writing and communication skills
A high “say-do” ratio in executing and delivering impact
Compensation & Rewards:

We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
