Contribute to and improve core People programs, onboarding, L&D, DEI, total rewards communication, within your client groups
Collaborate across the broader People team on cross-functional initiatives and process improvements

10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior HRBP or HR generalist role supporting corporate / G&A functions
Experience operating in a fast-scaling, global tech company; startup or high-growth background strongly preferred
Demonstrated ability to build trust with senior executives and operate as a genuine business partner, not just an HR service provider
Deep expertise in organizational design, performance management, talent planning, and employee relations
Strong analytical skills; you use data to tell stories, identify trends, and inform decisions
Outstanding communication, facilitation, and executive presence; equally comfortable in a 1:1 coaching session and presenting to a leadership team

Strong experience building backend systems in languages such as Rust, Go, C++, Java, Python, or similar
Deep understanding of systems programming concepts
Strong understanding of distributed systems, databases, and API design
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
Experience with blockchain infrastructure, indexing, or node operations (a plus)

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.

- We create insights to help our colleagues focus on what is most impactful.
- We build features and tools powered by data that directly help our members.
- Examples include:
- going deep into health consumption patterns,
- understanding our product usage,
- creating visibility to help our sales team perform,
- automating how we reimburse our members,
- building products that help our members stay healthy...
We also believe in having a full stack approach:
- Each one of us contributes to all 3 aspects of the data spectrum (analytics, engineering, science). This encourages strong ownership and drives impact.
- We own our infrastructure. We pride ourselves on a nimble data stack that gives us the flexibility we need. We're mainly using SQL, Python, R, Airflow, Snowflake, and Metabase.
- We build in-house tooling to organize our data and serve it to the rest of the company.
🎯 EXPECTED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
You would thrive at Alan if most of this sounds like you:
- Passionate about owning ambitious problems and developing simple solutions for them
- Demonstrated impact during a first successful experience.
- Experience or willingness to grow in all 3 aspects of the data spectrum (analytics, engineering, science) -- being specialized in one of these areas is good too!
- Proficient in SQL, Python and/or R- Setting a high standard of rigor and precision for yourself, interested in your craft
- Great listening and communication skills
- Humble, kind, collaborative, and still willing to grow (no matter your seniority!)
- Fluent and clear in English, both oral and written (no need to speak French!)
For this role we are looking to hire within the C1-E level range https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity.
⚙️ IMPORTANT NOTE: WE HIRE PEOPLE, NOT ROLES.
If you're excited about this opportunity but don't check every box, we'd love to hear from you. Everyone, no matter how underrepresented, should feel free to apply, as it can only bring learnings or success.
If you identify yourself as a woman: Did you know that research shows women often apply only when meeting 100% of requirements?

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Most businesses have no idea if they're overpaying for their software. They renew on autopilot, negotiate without benchmarks, and discover vendor alternatives only after the contract is already signed.
Ramp is uniquely positioned to change that. We see billions of dollars of real-world spend and contract data across thousands of companies, and we're turning it into an intelligence layer that tells businesses exactly what they should be paying, which vendors to consider, and when to act.
As PM for Vendor Intelligence & Marketplace, you'll own the product that powers this: our price benchmarking engine, contract analysis (extracting structure and risk from vendor agreements), and the emerging B2B marketplace that connects Ramp's buyer base to the right vendors at the right price. You'll be one of the first PMs building a true buyer-side intelligence layer inside a financial platform, replacing renewal anxiety and negotiation guesswork with data-driven, AI-powered decisions.
Please note that this role requires in-person presence at our NYC or SF office at least 2 days/week.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own the strategy and roadmap for price benchmarks and contract intelligence, turning Ramp's aggregated spend and contract dataset into the most accurate price benchmarking product on the market.
- Build the B2B marketplace primitives that let Ramp's customers discover, compare, and engage with the right vendors, and give vendors a channel to reach Ramp's buyer base with transparent, competitive pricing.
- Design "decision moments": surfaces inside Ramp that deliver the right benchmark, contract context, or vendor alternative at exactly the moment a customer is about to sign, renew, or spend.
- Partner with data science to build the extraction, normalization, and modeling pipelines that power price benchmarks, going from raw contract PDFs and spend data to unit-normalized, SKU-level intelligence a customer can act on in a negotiation.
- Define the evaluation methodology, quality bar, and feedback loops for AI-powered contract analysis, ensuring the accuracy and explainability that enterprise customers require.
- Cover the full vendor lifecycle: discovery and intake through price negotiation, contract signing, and renewal, with the right intelligence surfaced at each step.
- Develop deep understanding of how procurement, finance, and legal teams evaluate, select, and renegotiate vendors, and translate that into sharp product bets with clear customer outcomes.
- Drive cross-functional alignment on dependencies and launch readiness: GTM enablement, customer communications, compliance review, and supportability.
WHAT YOU NEED
- BA/BS in a technical or analytical field (Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics, Mathematics, Economics, or related).
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with products where data quality and customer trust are the core value proposition.
- Sharp product judgment on data products and marketplaces: you understand flywheel dynamics, network effects, coverage-versus-accuracy tradeoffs, and the cold-start problem.
- AI fluency: hands-on experience building AI features, comfort with LLM-based extraction and retrieval, evaluation methodology, and human-in-the-loop design.
- Strong commercial instincts: you understand how businesses buy software, what levers drive negotiation outcomes, and why price transparency changes behavior.
- Track record building products where trust is earned over time: explainability, auditability, graceful degradation, and clear user controls.
- Comfort working in technical environments (Figma, SQL, Git) and prototyping quickly with modern AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor).
- Clear, direct communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders; ability to make a crisp case for a product bet without a deck full of slides.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Experience building price benchmarking, market intelligence, or contract analytics products, anywhere from procurement software to B2B SaaS to fintech.
- Marketplace experience: supply/demand matching, seller acquisition, buyer discovery, and the trust primitives that make two-sided systems work.
- Document understanding: OCR, LLM-based extraction, normalizing structured data from unstructured contracts.
- Background in procurement, vendor management, or enterprise SaaS buying and selling, either as a PM or as a practitioner.
- Familiarity with compliance-adjacent domains: vendor due diligence, security reviews, NDAs, audit trails.
- Experience at a high-growth startup taking 0→1 products to scale.

We’re looking for two Senior Full-Stack AI Engineers to help us develop Newton, Aghanim’s AI product for partners.
Newton is already a working product with an established architecture. Your role is to ship features across the backend and frontend, build new agent capabilities, and own the engineering quality of what you deliver.
You’ll work closely with product and design to understand what partners need, translate specifications into reliable software, and challenge requirements when something does not add up. Product direction, design, and infrastructure have dedicated owners, so your focus is engineering execution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver features from specifications and designs to production, covering database schemas, APIs, agent capabilities, React interfaces, tests, and deployment.
- Build agent tools and skills, integrate with Aghanim’s Dashboard API, and access analytical data through the data gateway.

- Own Kubernetes operations on GKE, including upgrades, scaling, and operational hardening
- Maintain platform tooling, deployment infrastructure, and operational standards
Observability and Incident Management
- Build and improve observability using Datadog, including monitoring, logging, and APM

- Operate core security tooling and coordinate remediation efforts across teams
- Improve deployment reliability and developer experience through CI/CD automation and platform guardrails
Cost Optimization
- Own infrastructure cost visibility, optimization, and FinOps initiatives
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering roles
- Proven experience operating production SaaS infrastructure with defined reliability targets and SLA/SLO ownership
- Strong expertise in GCP, Kubernetes (GKE), and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
- Experience with Cloudflare, observability platforms (Datadog or similar), and modern CI/CD practices
