ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Build account strategies using company context, growth signals, financial workflows, and stakeholder priorities.
- Research and engage finance leaders through personalized phone, email, and multi-channel outreach.
- Qualify prospects through consultative discovery, connecting workflow challenges to business impact.
- Clearly explain how Ramp can help finance teams simplify spend management, reduce manual work, and gain visibility and control across financial operations.
- Handle objections with sound judgment and earn the right to a next conversation.
- Partner with Account Executives on account planning, sequencing, and opportunity creation.
- Use AI and other tools thoughtfully to strengthen research, prioritization, personalization, and workflow efficiency; validate outputs before using them.
- Maintain accurate prospect and activity data in Salesforce and use performance data to improve outreach quality.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Proven SDR/BDR, closing, or equivalent quota-carrying experience, with measurable evidence of attainment or overachievement.
- If transitioning from a non-sales background, a demonstrated record of exceptional performance in that field, supported by specific outcomes.
- Experience prioritizing accounts, engaging senior or complex buyers, and tailoring outreach to customer context.
- Strong written and verbal communication: concise, customer-focused, and specific.
- Strong discovery and objection-handling fundamentals.
- Commercial judgment: form a point of view, explain tradeoffs, and adapt based on new information.
- A builder mindset: identify improvements, create repeatable systems, and learn from results.
- Practical AI fluency and sound judgment using tools to improve quality and speed.
- A data-driven approach to performance: diagnose results, seek feedback, and change behavior.
- Interest in building a long-term sales career and taking on the scope of a Mid-Market SDR role.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience selling into finance, accounting, operations, or technology teams.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or another high-growth environment.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp’s Sales organization is looking for self-motivated teammates who are excited to learn the craft of outbound selling and help accelerate our growth. As an SMB Sales Development Representative, you will be an early point of contact for prospective customers by researching, engaging, and qualifying finance leaders at growing businesses.

- Build thoughtful phone, email, and multi-channel campaigns that create relevant conversations with finance leaders.
- Qualify prospects through consultative discovery and uncover business challenges before positioning Ramp.
- Clearly explain how Ramp can help finance teams simplify spend management, reduce manual work, and gain visibility and control.
- Maintain accurate prospect and activity data in Salesforce and other sales tools.
- Use AI and other tools thoughtfully to improve research, personalization, and workflow efficiency; validate outputs before using them.
- Use coaching, data, and feedback to improve performance and contribute qualified pipeline.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
- Curiosity about business challenges and how finance teams operate.
- Comfort in a fast-paced, high-volume environment that includes repetition, feedback, and rejection.
- A builder mindset: you spot friction, create simple improvements, learn from results, and adapt quickly.
- Demonstrated coachability and willingness to ask for help, practice, and improve.
- Practical AI fluency and sound judgment when using tools to improve work quality and speed.
- A genuine interest in beginning a sales career and building foundational outbound skills.
NICE TO HAVES
- Customer-facing, sales, fundraising, service, or leadership experience.
- Experience working toward goals, metrics, or performance targets.
- Familiarity with CRM, outreach, or productivity tools.
- Exposure to a high-growth or ambiguous environment.
- Interest in finance operations, spend management, or B2B technology.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This role is based in New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
This role sits on Notion’s Creative Studio, a small team of designers, illustrators, and filmmakers. Our work tells the story of our offering in a way that reflects the products themselves: smart, refined, and with a dash of wit on the side.
As a Brand Designer, you’ll work on high-impact brand initiatives and campaigns: setting direction from early strategy through final execution, partnering closely with stakeholders and executives, and raising the bar for craft and systems. You’ll be asked to define approaches, resolve ambiguity, and influence both project outcomes and how the team works.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE
- Concept, art direct and design high-visibility moments from brand campaigns, product launches, and events, developing approaches that can scale across a broad range of surfaces, moments, and channels.
- Contribute to our brand systems and develop standards and tooling that improve velocity and consistency for teammates near and far.
- Mentor and raise the bar for other designers and creative partners through feedback, critique, and patterns that make great work repeatable.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING
- 10+ years in an agency or in-house environment, with demonstrated leadership on ambiguous, complex, high-impact work.
- A strong portfolio of work that’s culturally resonant and visually diverse, and that showcases your ability to tell stories across many channels.
- A deep commitment to systems thinking, typographic excellence, and sensitivity to small details.
- Experience working with a broad range of makers. You’ve teamed up with illustrators, animators, copywriters, filmmakers, photographers, and beyond to bring your ideas to life.
- Excellent partnership skills. You can work hand-in-hand with cross-functional stakeholders, drive alignment, and make pragmatic tradeoffs.
- A tinkerer’s mindset. You're curious about how your tools are evolving and have a strong perspective on how AI can expand creative expression and drive production. You’ll actively experiment with new AI workflows to concept, prototype, and push our design systems further.
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in New York City, the estimated base salary range for this role is $200,000 - $250,000 per year.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

About Spin.AI
Spin.AI is a global SaaS security company based in Palo Alto, CA, protecting enterprises from SaaS ransomware, Shadow IT, non-compliance, data loss, and data leak disasters in the cloud.
SpinOne is an all-in-one SaaS data protection platform built for mission-critical applications such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Salesforce, Slack, and Atlassian. We deliver the most innovative last line of cyber defense, along with SaaS data management and protection, for more than 2,000 organizations worldwide. Learn more at https://spin.ai/
About the Role
Spin.AI is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to help our customers get the most out of the SpinOne platform. You'll provide technical support by email and chat across the full breadth of what SpinOne protects: Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Salesforce, and — following our acquisition of Revyz — Atlassian's Jira and Confluence.
We're especially interested in candidates coming from a Jira Service Management or Jira administration background. You already know how to run a queue, write a clear KB article, and keep a frustrated user calm while you work the problem. This role gives you the chance to bring that instinct to a security and data protection product, and to broaden it across four more SaaS ecosystems that a huge number of businesses run on every day.
You'll be one of the most direct lines our customers have to Spin.AI. Strong candidates are methodical troubleshooters, clear writers, and comfortable de-escalating a tense conversation without losing the thread of the actual technical issue.
What You'll Do:
Provide technical support to customers via email and chat
Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve customer issues spanning Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Salesforce, and Atlassian (Jira, Confluence) environments
Follow standard procedures for escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
Provide prompt, accurate feedback to customers and set realistic expectations on resolution
Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues in the ticketing system
Prepare accurate and timely reports on ticket volume, resolution time, and recurring issues
Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles
Participate in improving the product FAQ and knowledge base, particularly as Revyz/Atlassian coverage matures
Work closely with the engineering team on unresolved or recurring issues, and help translate Jira/Atlassian-specific behavior for teams less familiar with that ecosystem
What We're Looking For:
Hands-on experience administering Jira and/or Jira Service Management — you understand permission schemes, workflows, automation rules, and how admins actually use the product day to day
Experience with technical support, customer success, or a similar customer-facing role
Comfort with knowledge base tools, ticketing systems, and basic escalation workflows
Strong written communication skills — you can explain a technical concept clearly to a frustrated user without over-simplifying it
Willingness to build working knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, and Salesforce administration alongside your existing Atlassian expertise
Skilled at de-escalation — you can keep a tense conversation productive and focused on resolution
Certifications That Strengthen Your Application:
You don't need to hold all — or any — of these to apply, but the following credentials map closely to the work and are a strong signal of fit:
ACP-120: Atlassian Certified Jira Administrator for Cloud — the closest match to this role; covers Jira Cloud configuration, permissions, workflows, and automation
ACP-620: Atlassian Certified Confluence Administrator for Cloud, or equivalent Confluence admin experience
Atlassian Certified Organization Administrator (Cloud Organization Admin), for candidates who've worked at the org/Atlassian Access level
Nice to Have:
Prior exposure to SaaS backup, recovery, or data protection concepts
Experience supporting more than one of Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, or Salesforce in addition to Atlassian
Experience writing technical documentation or how-to content
Benefits:
PTO
Paid Holidays
Health Insurance
Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance
Employee Wellness Program
Great opportunity to work with amazing people

At Offchain Labs, we aren’t just building products: we’re leading a movement.
As pioneers in blockchain scalability and security, we're at the forefront of transforming how the world interacts with decentralized applications. We're laying the foundation that will define the next generation of digital commerce, governance, and human interaction. This involves tackling real-world challenges that come with scaling blockchain technology, without compromising on its core principles: decentralization, security and transparency.
At the center of this vision is our people. Our team is made up of thinkers and doers that embrace new challenges and seek solutions that push existing boundaries. If you’re energized by solving unprecedented problems, and believe in the role that decentralized systems will play in creating a more equitable digital future, then we want to hear from you.
Why Offchain Labs?
Offchain Labs is setting the pace for the entire Ethereum ecosystem. We built the Arbitrum stack that powers Arbitrum One, the most widely adopted Ethereum scaling solution that exists today.
Arbitrum’s ecosystem is undergoing tremendous growth with hundreds of projects and dApps on Arbitrum One today. Over 100 different teams have used Offchain Labs technology to build their own Arbitrum chains. Major players in the space, Robinhood, BlackRock, Ethena Labs, Securitize, Aave, and Apechain are all using the Arbitrum stack.
Arbitrum’s thriving ecosystem wouldn’t exist without our advanced technology stack. Arbitrum, Prysm, ZeroDev. These aren’t just product names. These are tools that are actively reshaping what's possible on Ethereum and advancing its core infrastructure.
To top it all off? We’re backed by $124 million in funding. We’ve demonstrated consistent execution with billions in secured value, thousands of supported projects, and infrastructure processing millions of transactions seamlessly.
What is the role:
As the Corporate Development Sr. Associate at Offchain Labs, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of blockchain technology by identifying, acquiring, and building blockchain solutions at scale. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to identifying opportunities, evaluating them, and executing transactions that align with Offchain Labs' vision for decentralized infrastructure.
What you'll do:
Support M&A and strategic investment activity end to end - screen and evaluate targets, lead market and operating diligence across engineering, product, legal, and finance, build valuation models, write investment memos, and support leadership on deal structuring and negotiation.
Own post-merger integration planning and execution - define the integration thesis prior to signing, build the integration plan, and drive the workstreams required to realize deal objectives.
Support in fundraising preparedness - maintain diligence-ready materials, data rooms, financial models, and KPI reporting, and manage process timelines and open items during live processes.
Develop strategic business cases for new opportunities, including market and competitive analysis, target segments and use cases, deal or partnership economics, and execution roadmap.
Be a strategic thinker to the leadership team - bring an informed external view on competitors, market structure, and emerging models into strategic planning, and translate it into clear recommendations.
Drive internal strategy communications - synthesize company priorities into clear strategy memos, and support planning and execution tracking against the agreed strategy.
Establish scalable processes and develop strategies that enhance Offchain Labs' corporate development capabilities, keeping pace with the rapidly evolving blockchain industry.
Build relationships with blockchain founders, and industry leaders while maintaining a robust organic pipeline of opportunities.
What you’ll need:
4–6 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, management consulting, or a corporate development or strategic finance function.
