ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.

If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp's first post-sales hire in Europe doesn't just activate customers, they set the standard for what post-sales excellence looks like in a brand new market. This is a role for people who have been inside organizations when change was hard, who speak the language of a CFO, and who can move a customer from onboarding to true business value without losing the commercial thread. You'll own a book of customers end-to-end: responsible for driving genuine activation and adoption, and for finding and closing the expansion opportunities that follow when customers are actually getting value. There is no handoff here. Onboarding and growth live in the same seat. As one of the first people on the ground in London, you'll have real accountability from day one, and the work you do will directly shape how Ramp builds its post-sales motion across Europe. If you're someone who uses AI the way high performers use any sharp tool (as a default, not an experiment), who is energized by building from scratch, and who wants to own outcomes rather than just execute a playbook, this is the role.
What You'll Do
- Lead customers through the full transformation journey, from implementation through agentic workflow adoption.
- Own the revenue target for your book of business.
- Build and own the change management strategy for each account: map stakeholders, diagnose resistance, build internal coalitions, and drive adoption past the finish line.
- Quantify and communicate Ramp's impact in the language CFOs and Controllers care about
- Help customers understand and adopt Ramp's agentic finance capabilities, positioning new workflows not as features, but as fundamental changes to how their finance team operates.
- Maintain tight feedback loops with Design & Engineering, ensuring market signals from customers land where they can drive product decisions.
- Support the GM on the highest-priority strategic initiatives of the moment; competitive landscape, ICP refinement, new segment exploration, and more.
What You Need
- Right to work in the UK is required. Willingness to travel frequently across the UK and Europe.
- Founder-mode mentality with proof to back it up. You own outcomes, not deliverables and you have a track record of building, selling, or figuring something out on your own. You make fast decisions with incomplete data and don't wait for a playbook that doesn't exist yet.
- AI fluency as a daily habit. Ramp is a builder culture: if you don't instinctively reach for AI before doing things manually, this role will be a hard adjustment.
- Deep product expertise that translates into prescriptive recommendations. You know Ramp's full range of products, integrations, and configuration options inside out and you use that knowledge to anticipate customer needs and position solutions before they ask.
- Technical acumen to hold your own with Product and Engineering on integrations, APIs, and workflow architecture.
- Commercial instinct. You proactively identify expansion opportunities and know how to turn customer success into revenue growth.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- High frustration tolerance and resilience. Building from scratch means things will break constantly.
Nice to Haves
- Fluency in additional European languages
- Experience in a high-growth startup, consulting, VC, IB/PE, or other analytically intensive environments
- Exposure to fintech, SaaS, or B2B sales cycles
- Track record of entrepreneurial activity: founding a company, running a meaningful side project, or building something from zero

About the Opportunity
We are looking for a Security Operations Engineer who combines hands-on engineering skills with security operations expertise. You will be deeply involved in the operations and troubleshooting of both server-side and client-side components within our Zero Trust architecture, drive security risk governance initiatives, and leverage AI tools to continuously improve system stability and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
K8s Operations & Vendor Engagement: Develop deep expertise in K3s / Kubernetes, including version management and disaster recovery. Independently identify and reproduce system issues, proactively engage with vendors to drive root cause analysis and resolution — not just workarounds.
Zero Trust Network Access Governance: Work closely on Zero Trust initiatives, participate in cluster network configuration and troubleshooting, identify device compliance risks, drive remediation of non-compliant devices, and continuously optimize access control policies.
Monitoring & Observability: Build and continuously improve log monitoring systems; proactively surface system risks through alert rules and trend analysis.
AI Agent Implementation: Lead the adoption of AI Agents in security operations — design and deploy AI Agent workflows for log analysis, alert triage, and automated incident remediation (e.g., Multi-step Agents using Claude / GPT with tool-calling), reducing manual intervention and improving response efficiency.
Requirements
Must Have
Solid understanding of Kubernetes / K3s core concepts; able to independently diagnose cluster-level issues.
Foundational knowledge of security principles and Zero Trust model; strong networking fundamentals with the ability to independently troubleshoot and analyze network connectivity issues.
Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., Claude, Codex, or equivalents) for day-to-day tasks including log analysis, scripting, fault diagnosis, and documentation.
Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Security, Network Engineering, or a related field; 3–5 years of relevant experience.
Nice to Have
Experience with DACS / NAC or similar device access control system operations or risk governance.
Familiarity with monitoring and logging platforms such as Prometheus + Grafana, ELK, or Loki.
Hands-on experience building AI Agents or implementing tool-calling workflows.
Proven track record of collaborating with external vendors to drive issue resolution.
Who You Are
AI-Forward: You actively explore and integrate AI tools into your daily workflow to boost efficiency.
Owner Mindset: You take genuine ownership of system health — you don't just close tickets.
Strong Communicator & Driver: You can clearly articulate technical issues and effectively push cross-functional teams and vendors toward resolution.
Self-Starter: You don't wait to be told — you proactively spot problems and drive them to closure.

Design at Ramp looks very different than it did a year ago: we’re building tools and agents, designing memory, shipping PRs, and rethinking the process every few months as new capabilities unlock. A few things have not changed, the role of design is to distill problems to their essence, obsess over craft and delight where it matters most, know customers deeply and advocate for them, lead with creativity and storytelling, and keep it fun, because a product built with joy always wins.
We're looking for a Director of Product Design to lead a team of builders across some of our highest-priority bets. This role is for you if you’re excited by:
- Leading through craft, setting vision and unlocking customer impact: you will define where a product should go, then jump into the details with the team to unblock, teach, and ship. You raise the bar through product judgment, design craft, and your ability to make everyone around you better.
- Actually shipping and demonstrating real impact: You'll start by owning a product area and team to build trust and get your bearings at Ramp, with room to take on broader leadership over time. You'll stay close to customers and ship meaningful work alongside your designers, product managers and engineers.
- Building the environment where great work comes from: clear roles, high standards, low ego, and just enough structure to keep the bar high without slowing people down. That means building a caring yet demanding structure, investing deeply in people — coaching, feedback, growth — so designers can do the best work of their careers and develop in this new age of Design.
It’s never been a more interesting time to build.
Please note that this role will require you to be comfortable with working in-person at our NYC HQ (located near Madison Square Park) at least 3 days/week.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead and grow a high-performing team of product designers
- Own product vision and design direction across critical product areas
- Partner with product and engineering to shape strategy and deliver customer impact
- Stay close to customers and use their feedback to guide product decisions
- Jump into the work when needed to unblock teams and accelerate progress
- Create clarity, raise quality, and help teams ship faster
- Raise the bar for product thinking, interaction design, systems thinking, and craft
- Coach designers through clear feedback, high standards, and strong mentorship
- Help define how design works in an AI-native world
- Build strong partnerships across product, engineering, data, and design
WHAT YOU NEED
- Experience leading and developing high-performing product design teams
- Strong product judgment, design craft, and systems thinking
- Track record of shipping products with meaningful customer and business impact
- Deep customer empathy and comfort operating in ambiguity
- Ability to influence across functions and develop exceptional talent
- Curiosity that borders obsession over how AI changes the nature software and how we work
NICE TO HAVES
- Founder or early-stage startup experience
- Experience designing AI-native, automation, or agentic systems
- Experience building workflow or operations tooling
- Experience leading managers or multi-layered teams
- Comfort working closely with technical teams on implementation details
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
- Weekly coffee stipend

Ramp's Strategic Finance team sits at the center of how the company allocates its time and resources. We're hiring across three complementary tracks — and looking for people with sharp financial instincts, a builder's mindset, and the drive to take on a large scope quickly. Whether you lean toward GTM strategy, FP&A infrastructure, or broad strategic partnership, this is a rare opportunity to shape a pre-IPO company at a pivotal moment in its growth.

- Partner closely with business leaders to translate strategy into execution and drive accountability
- Help run bi-annual budgeting and headcount planning cycles
- Manage company performance against financial targets — identifying where to course-correct and where to accelerate
- Build and maintain internal tools that reduce manual work and improve data accuracy across the finance org
WHAT YOU NEED
- 4+ years in Investment Banking, Management Consulting, VC/PE, or Corporate Finance at a top-tier technology company
- Excellent financial modeling and quantitative / data analysis skills
- Extreme attention to detail with a high regard for precision
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Track record of developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external partners
- A "get things done" mentality — you dissect complex problems, find solutions, and drive them to completion with a high degree of autonomy
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and adapting to evolving priorities
NICE TO HAVES
- Expertise with Looker, SQL, and/or Python
- Systems thinking — you design processes to be reliable, scalable, and maintainable
- Curiosity about AI tools — prior experience is a plus, but not required
