About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
Our Global Food Safety team exists to keep Wolt’s operations safe, compliant, and trusted across every market we’re in. We partner closely with the business on growth and operational excellence initiatives, building customer trust through clear standards, data-driven improvements, and food safety programmes that actually hold up on the ground.
We’re looking for an Associate Manager, Food Safety to help us build and run these programmes across our European markets. You’ll work closely with operations, legal, policy, and frontline teams to protect our customers and partners, and to keep our sites compliant as we grow. Expect regular travel across our European locations.
What you’ll be doing
This is a hands-on role that blends policy work with real, on-the-ground problem-solving. You’ll partner with country and area leaders, support external audits, and help translate global food safety standards into steps that actually work locally.
Day-to-day in this role you’ll:
Partner with country and area leaders to manage food safety compliance and find pragmatic solutions to emerging risks.
Support our external audit programme, coordinating schedules with third-party auditors and local food authorities.
Help develop and maintain our global food safety policies, procedures, and HACCP plans, translating them into concrete steps at country level.
Handle food safety issues, enquiries, and product recalls, guiding country and site teams through execution and customer communication.
Work with Legal and Policy to keep us ahead of food safety regulations across our European markets.
Track compliance metrics and use the data to spot trends and drive improvements
Our humble expectations*
Formal food safety qualification (e.g. Food Science, Microbiology, Public Health), or equivalent hands-on experience.
5+ years of progressive food safety or regulatory compliance experience in hospitality, retail, quick commerce, or manufacturing.
Strong working knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards such as FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, IFS, or BRC.
Proven experience managing food safety programmes across multi-country, multi-unit operations, with a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach.
Proven track record conducting internal/external audits, risk assessments, and gap analyses, with the ability to drive follow-up actions that deliver real compliance improvement.
Experience implementing policies and procedures in response to new business initiatives or evolving risk environments.
Fluent in English, given the multi-country scope of this role.
Willingness and ability to travel regularly across our European markets.
What we offer
The chance to build and shape food safety practices across a fast-growing set of European markets, with real ownership over how you get there.
A seat on a collaborative, supportive global team genuinely invested in your growth as a leader.
Cross-functional exposure — you’ll work directly with legal, policy, ops, and country teams, not from behind a desk.
Next steps*
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. If shortlisted, you’ll start with a screening call with our Talent Acquisition Partner, followed by an interview with the hiring team, a short take-home assignment, and a final debrief. We aim to move quickly and will keep you posted throughout.
Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion
We’re committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That’s why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that true innovation happens when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel.

With 20 offices across six continents and London as our HQ, we’re shaping the future of fintech – and we’re just getting started.
We’re looking for a high-ownership self-starter who can originate, structure, and close strategic partnerships that drive measurable revenue impact. Our ideal candidate is an operator with strong drive and bias for action - they move fast, take on meaningful challenges, and are recognized for the impact they deliver. At Checkout.com, ambition and the quality work done gets met with opportunity, and growth is in your hands.
We view partnerships as a core growth engine for Checkout.com - not a support function.
This role exists to turn partnerships into a repeatable, scalable revenue channel through disciplined execution, strong commercial instinct, and relentless ownership.
What you’ll be accountable for
1. Deal Origination & Ownership
- Source and develop high-impact partnerships (including but not limited to advisories/consultants, ISVs/fintechs, SIs and agencies) to go deep with.
- Lead end-to-end partnership cycle: from first conversation → commercial structuring → negotiation → signature → go-live
- Own pipeline generation and progression, through collaboration with Sales Managers for different product pillars.
- Drive clear commercial outcomes: sourced / influenced revenue, pipeline contribution, conversion, partner growth and profitability.
2. Commercial Structuring & Negotiation
- Design scalable partnership models with provided guidance (referral, reseller, embedded)
- Navigate partner negotiations across commercial, legal, and operational dimensions
- Balance short-term revenue vs long-term strategic positioning within your portfolio, be able to forecast and plan ahead
- Operate with precision - all numbers, assumptions, and deal logic must be bulletproof
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as the single-threaded owner across Sales, Legal, Product, Partner Engineering, and Marketing.
- Drive momentum and remove blockers - you own the outcome of the partnerships in your portfolio.
- Ensure internal alignment and readiness for launch (onboarding, integration, enablement, GTM)
4. Partner Performance & Revenue Delivery
- You’ll get recognized on partnerships converting into live merchants and revenue, not pipeline logos
- Track and manage performance against targets (Net Revenue, Total Processed Volume, Product Penetration, Conversion Rate, etc.)
- Identify and execute on growth levers, solo or in collaboration with the team (e.g. joint GTM, integration optimisation)
5. Operational Excellence
- Maintain high standards of forecasting accuracy, CRM hygiene, and reporting
- Contribute to building repeatable frameworks (tiering, integration health, GTM motions)
- Raise the bar on quality of output across the team - every deliverable has meaning.
What “good” looks like in this role
- You own your number - and consistently deliver against it
- You operate with speed and clarity, even in ambiguity
- You don’t wait for direction - you create momentum
- You can go from strategy → execution → revenue, without dropping the thread
- You build credible relationships externally and internally, and know how to leverage both to close deals
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
EXPERIENCE
- Experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic sales in payments / fintech / SaaS / platforms
- Track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals is a plus
- Experience structuring commercial models (rev share, reseller, embedded partnerships)
SKILLSET
- Strong commercial acumen - understands what drives revenue and margin
- Solid negotiation skills - can hold ground while progressing deals
- Ability to operate in cross-functional, high-ambiguity environments
- High attention to detail - no room for approximation
MINDSET
- Owner mentality - accountability without excuses
- Performance-driven - focused on outcomes, not activity
- Low ego, high standards - direct, constructive, and solution-oriented
- Comfortable being challenged - and challenging back when needed

About the Advanced Technology Group
The Advanced Technology Group (ATG) is a part of Foundational Systems and Experiences Engineering (FSEE) within the Platform Business Group. Established over 20 years ago as part of PlayStation®’s first-party game development studios, ATG has always focused on helping game developers get the most out of PlayStation® hardware - a mission that continues to this day. As a team, we are responsible for large parts of the graphics software stack used by all PlayStation® games, and collaborate with leading engineering teams worldwide, from game developers to hardware vendors, to deliver key platform technologies.
What you’ll be doing
You will be working on Razor GPU, a GPU performance analysis and debugging tool, for current and future PlayStation® platforms.
You will be developing GPU Capture and Replay technology, which allows GPU commands, shaders and resources to be captured, analysed and later reinstated, so that graphics frames can be re-executed on the GPU independently from the running game.
You will be developing profiling and debugging features upon this core technology, to help game developers worldwide to realize their creative vision and push PlayStation® hardware to its limits.
You will be developing internal features used by platform software and hardware teams, to help build and improve the PlayStation® graphics software stack, as well as diagnose low-level platform issues.
You will collaborate with game developers and platform engineers to gain a deep understanding of their needs, with a view to creating efficient, reliable and scalable tools, which are a joy to use for new and deeply technical engineers alike.
This is a unique senior engineering role at the heart of PlayStation® GPU technology, where you will work within a highly experienced technology-driven team. We are looking for developers who are passionate about their craft, the products they build, and who would like to make a lasting impact on the PlayStation® graphics software stack, its tooling, and its future.
What we are looking for
Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to design and implement highly reliable performant systems in C++.
Strong debugging skills, including the ability to understand and reason about complex systems, as well as unpick their interactions.
Experience developing on consoles, particularly using console graphics and memory management APIs.
An interest in GPU architecture and low-level graphics engineering.
Experience using GPU profiling and debugging tools.
An eagerness to learn and take responsibility of features end-to-end, from building core systems, to influencing end-user UX design.
Please note, Sony Interactive Entertainment conducts background checks at the offer stage for all new employees (which may include criminal background checks for some roles) and will need to process personal information to support these checks.
