ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.

Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for a Software Engineer to own the device software and data pipeline for our UMI data collection devices - handheld gripper systems used by human operators to demonstrate manipulation tasks. The data they produce is used to train our robots, so the quality of what you ship determines the quality of robots we deploy.
This is a deeply technical, hands-on role. You will write production-grade device software, build reliable sensor fusion and recording pipelines, and own the validation tooling that keeps our training datasets clean. You will work closely with hardware, AI, and data collection teams.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Develop and maintain device software across the full episode lifecycle: session initialisation, per-sensor stream management, episode recording, and graceful shutdown
- Integrate and synchronise sensor streams - wrist and head cameras, 6-DOF pose trackers, gripper aperture encoders, and optionally force/torque sensors - into temporally-aligned, policy-consumable trajectories
- Define and maintain the data contract between UMI devices and the AI team: stream formats, episode packaging, metadata schemas, and the interface between raw recordings and training pipelines
- Build and maintain data validation tooling that detects dropped frames, timing jitter, pose tracking loss, image quality degradation, and sensor faults before corrupt episodes enter the training dataset
- Own operator-facing device software: status indication, start/stop/cancel episode controls, and clear feedback when a session needs to be retried
- Support field data collection sessions - deploying devices to operators, validating data quality in situ, and iterating quickly when issues surface during collection
- Debug integration failures on device hardware: camera driver issues, bus bandwidth saturation, tracker calibration drift, compute thermal throttling, and storage write failures mid-episode
WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Experience in embedded or device-level software in a robotics or sensing context - writing code that runs on the device, not just talking to it
- Proficiency in C++ and/or Python for real-time sensor drivers, inter-process communication, and data recording pipelines
- Solid understanding of multi-modal sensor synchronisation - timestamps, hardware triggers, clock drift - and the practical consequences of getting it wrong for downstream ML
- Familiarity with camera pipelines and the difference between what a sensor reports and what actually lands on disk with correct timing
- Strong instincts around data quality and dataset hygiene - you are uncomfortable shipping episodes with frame drops, tracking loss, or misaligned streams
- Proven ability to debug on real hardware: you read logs, attach profilers, and can diagnose whether a problem is a driver, a bus, or a timing issue
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience with 6-DOF pose tracking systems (VIO, optical trackers, or similar) and their common failure modes
- Familiarity with ML training data formats and what an AI team actually needs from a recorded episode - understanding the consumer of the data you produce
- Exposure to operator-facing tooling for data collection: session management, per-episode quality summaries, rejection and retry workflows
- Experience scaling device software from a small number of prototype units to many devices operated by non-engineers in the field
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive equity: stock options with meaningful upside as we scale.
- 30+ paid days off, including 23 days of annual leave, all UK bank holidays, and additional company closure days (including Christmas–New Year shutdown).
- Private healthcare, including virtual and in-person care.
- Pension scheme with 8% total contribution (5% employee, 3% employer) on full earnings.
- Free daily breakfast, catered lunch, and snacks in-office.
- Work at the frontier - collaborate daily with world-class engineers, researchers, and product experts building the next generation of AI and humanoid robotics.
- Real ownership - direct access to founding leadership, meaningful input on product direction, and the ability to drive key initiatives from day one.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences effectively.
- A track record of delivering customer value by translating technical challenges into solutions that drive outcomes for customers at scale.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience working in professional services, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Experience deploying AI agents autonomously in complex coding or business workflows.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

We hire talented people from a wide range of backgrounds. If you’re excited about this role but don’t meet every bullet, we still encourage you to apply. Notion is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected characteristic. Consistent with applicable law, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records. Notion provides reasonable accommodations during the application process; if you need one, please let your recruiter know.

Notion considers qualified applicants with criminal histories, consistent with applicable federal, state and local law. Notion is also committed to providing reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities and disabled veterans in our job application procedures. Insurance is one of the world's largest industries and one of the most painful to interact with
. Paper forms. Sluggish call centres. Three-week underwriting cycles. Claims that vanish into queues. We are rebuilding all of it on top of a modern platform and AI agents that actually do the work, not pretend to.
You will not be picking up tickets. You will be deciding what to build, prototyping it on Monday, shipping a draft to a real customer by Friday, and improving it from real usage. We expect you to push the product, the codebase, and the way we work.
Why This Role Exists
We are looking for someone who treats AI as a creative material, not a feature on a roadmap. The next year of insurance is being defined right now. What gets automated, what gets reimagined, what gets thrown out. We want builders who want to be in that room and ship the answer.
The team is small. The mandate is large. If your highest-energy work has historically come from solving real problems end to end, this is the seat.
What You Will Do
Own outcomes, not tickets.
Pick the biggest lever for our customers each sprint and drive it to live. Surface the next one yourself.
Build with AI as a primary tool, not a chatbot bolt-on.
OCR, document understanding, generation, agent loops, evaluation harnesses. You decide where each fits.
Ship prototypes fast, then make them production-grade.
A working demo on day three beats a perfect plan on day ten.
Work directly with customers.
You will see real claims, real underwriting screens, real broker workflows. You will watch users hit dead ends and decide what to fix.
Raise the bar on the codebase.
Reviews, refactors, testability, observability. Not as policy, as habit.
Push the team forward.
Skills, agents, internal tools, engineering standards. Propose them, build them, get them adopted.
Who You Are
You ship.
Ideas without execution do not count for you.
High agency.
You do not wait for a card to be assigned. You see what is worth doing and you start.
Strong opinions, loosely held.
You make calls with incomplete information and change your mind when the evidence shifts.
Curious about the domain.
Insurance is messy and full of weird incentives. That intrigues you, not annoys you.
Fluent with AI.
You have shipped something real with LLMs or agents. You know where the magic ends and where you have to engineer carefully.
Care about humans on the other end.
Insurance done right gives people peace of mind in their worst weeks. That is the point.
Your Toolbox
We use Node.js + TypeScript + Nest.js on the back end, Vue (and some React) on the front end, GraphQL, MongoDB, Docker, AWS. AI work spans OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, plus a growing set of in-house skills and agents. You do not need to have used every piece. You do need to be the kind of engineer who picks up a new tool and is shipping with it within the week.
What We Expect at This Level
6+ years building production systems.
Track record of complex, customer-facing software shipped, not just maintained.
Real AI experience.
You have built and shipped at least one substantive AI-driven feature. POCs that died in a notebook do not count here.
Strong fundamentals.
OO, design patterns, testing, web security, performance. You do not need a refresher.
Cloud comfort. AWS, Azure, or GCP.
At least one in depth, the rest enough to hold a conversation.
Communication.
You can explain a tradeoff to a non-technical stakeholder in two minutes and to an engineer in one.
Not Suitable for the Role If…
You prefer tickets assigned to you over choosing what to build.
You measure your work in lines of code, not outcomes.
You see AI as a buzzword to put on your CV rather than a tool you have actually used in anger.
You want a process-heavy environment with detailed specs handed down from product.
You are looking for a maintenance role on a finished platform.
Why CoverGo
Insurance is the rare industry where AI can save people hours of their worst weeks. We are already shipping AI-powered claims, underwriting, distribution, and document automation to enterprise carriers across five continents. The platform is real. The customers are real. The next chapter is yours to help write.

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Design and deliver production-grade AI agents https://sierra.ai/blog/meet-the-ai-agent-engineer: You'll build and ship highly performant, reliable, and intuitive AI agents that are central, mission-critical and drive revenue directly to Sierra's growth. These aren't prototypes—they are powerful, scalable systems running in production environments across industries like finance, healthcare, and commerce.
- Drive the Agent Development Life Cycle https://sierra.ai/blog/agent-development-life-cycle (ADLC): You'll have complete ownership and autonomy from initial pilot through deployment and continuous iteration. You'll be responsible for building, tuning, and evolving AI agents in production environments, defining the standard for ADLC best practices along the way.
- Partner with large enterprises and cutting-edge startups: You’ll work directly with leaders at some of the world’s largest enterprises to understand their most pressing business challenges, and build AI agents that transform how they operate at scale. You'll also partner with the most cutting-edge startups in London, embedding AI agents across their entire business stack to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Build the future of the platform: Your direct work with customers will guide the evolution of Sierra's core platform. You'll surface unmet needs, prototype new tools and features, and collaborate with research, product, and platform to shape the future of AI agent development and Sierra's product.
EXAMPLE PROJECTS
These are some examples of projects that engineers on our team have worked on recently:
- Design and build AI agents for large telecommunications and media companies that consistently outperform human agents in managing subscription churn

- Previous roles where you interfaced with customers or led technical projects with external stakeholders
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.

Creatio is an AI CRM and workflow platform where people and AI agents work together — with no limits on users, agents, or scale. We help midsize and large organizations run customer workflows in the AI era. With a global team and a large ecosystem of partners, Creatio serves thousands of customers in over 100 countries and automates tens of millions of workflows daily. Genuine care for our clients and partners is at the heart of our DNA.
We’re proud to be recognized by top industry analysts as a Leader and Strong Performer in multiple Gartner and Forrester reports.
In 2025, Creatio was named to Inc.’s Best Workplaces list, recognizing our commitment to employee wellbeing and a strong workplace culture.
Who We’re Looking For:
We are looking for an
AI Software Engineer
to design, build, evaluate, and operate AI-powered capabilities within the Creatio platform. This is an AI-first engineering role: you will spend most of your time designing agents, engineering prompts and context, building retrieval and evaluation pipelines, and directing AI coding agents - with solid .NET engineering as the foundation rather than the whole job.
You will join the AI teams building the
agent platform
that enables AI agents to safely perform real work in the product: call tools and APIs, read and write data, maintain context and memory, follow permissions, and escalate to humans when needed.
The team also owns the core infrastructure for evaluation, monitoring, logging, observability, and cost/performance control, ensuring AI agents are reliable, scalable, secure, and production-ready.
This role combines strong software engineering expertise with hands-on AI engineering experience. You will work on enterprise-grade AI solutions, including assistants, copilots, knowledge systems, semantic search, RAG-based capabilities, and agentic workflows - and you will use AI coding agents as your primary daily development workflow.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement AI-powered product features within the Creatio platform: assistants, copilots, agentic workflows, knowledge systems, RAG, and semantic search.
Design agent architectures - tools, memory and context strategy, orchestration, permissions, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop escalation - and choose the right pattern for each problem (single LLM call vs. tool-using agent vs. multi-agent).
Engineer prompts, system instructions, and agent context as first-class artifacts: versioned, reviewed, and covered by evaluations.
Integrate LLM providers, MCP servers and tools, enterprise data sources, embedding pipelines, and vector/hybrid search into the platform.
Build evaluation datasets, offline and online evals, quality gates, and observability (tracing, logging, drift detection) for AI capabilities.
Monitor and improve the quality, latency, cost, reliability, and security of AI capabilities in production, including prompt and model updates.
Identify and mitigate AI-specific risks: prompt injection, data exfiltration through tools, hallucinations, over-permissioned agents, and sensitive-data leakage.
Develop and maintain backend services using C# and .NET.
Use AI coding assistants and engineering agents as the default development workflow; critically review and verify agent output; contribute reusable rules, skills, and prompts to the team.
Follow the AI landscape closely and bring new models, tools, and patterns to the team.
Requirements:
Must have:
Hands-on experience shipping LLM-based features to production: prompt engineering, function/tool calling, structured outputs, context-window and cost management.
Practical understanding of agent architectures (tool loops, planner/executor, multi-agent, human-in-the-loop), MCP, and at least one agent framework or SDK.
Working knowledge of RAG: chunking, embeddings, vector and hybrid search, re-ranking, grounding and citations, and common failure modes.
Experience with AI evaluation (datasets, offline evals, LLM-as-judge), LLM observability and tracing, and AI security (prompt injection, OWASP Top 10 for LLM Applications, Responsible AI practices).
Daily proficiency with AI coding agents: the ability to direct, review, and verify agent output rather than only write code by hand.
Solid experience with C# and .NET, API design, distributed systems, and software architecture.
Experience with SQL databases, automated testing, CI/CD, and cloud-native development; Docker and basic Kubernetes.
Strong knowledge of engineering best practices and production-grade software development.
Nice to have:
Python for prototyping, data work, and evaluation scripting.
Hands-on experience with a major AI platform (Anthropic API, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI).
Experience building agent-facing tools or MCP servers.
LLMOps practices: prompt and model versioning, evaluation gates in CI/CD, canary rollouts of prompt changes.
Fine-tuning, distillation, or adapter-based model customization.
Experience with Creatio or other low-code CRM platforms.
What to expect from us:
Growth & Development:
Clear career paths, mentorship opportunities, and access to continuous learning to help you reach your full potential.
Flexibility & Well-Being:
We provide flexible work arrangements and initiatives that empower you to manage your schedule effectively, stay productive, and thrive both personally and professionally.
Recognition & Impact:
A culture that celebrates achievements, values your ideas, and empowers you to make real contributions from day one.
Innovative Culture:
Be part of a company that embraces new ideas, modern technologies, and bold thinking to stay ahead of the curve.
Benefits & Rewards Package:
We provide competitive compensation and benefits designed to support you and your family. Our rewards approach goes beyond salary, recognizing your contributions and commitment. The exact package may vary depending on your country of residence and employment type.
