ABOUT US
Ruby Labs is a leading tech company that creates and operates innovative consumer products. We offer a diverse range of opportunities across the health, education, and entertainment industries. Our innovative teams are driving the future of consumer-led products, and we're always looking for passionate individuals to join us. Learn more about our story at: https://rubylabs.com/about-us/
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are building a category-defining document management platform. We are way past the MVP stage, battle-tested in production, recently profitable, serving hundreds of thousands of customers globally.
We are rapidly scaling with multiple products and new funnels. Currently, we are looking for a Senior CRO Manager who thrives on ownership, speed, and building things that scale. Not a 9-5. Read on if you want challenge, autonomy, and fast growth.
This isn't a hand-off role. You'll own the full optimization loop end-to-end: deep funnel analysis, hypothesis generation, high-fidelity wireframes and visual specs, working directly with engineers, and the performance outcomes that follow.
We are not just looking at landing page optimizations, in this role you'll be working across the entire user journey, from acquisition through activation, retention, and monetization. The pace is fast and iterative. We ship in days, learn, and keep the engine running.
We've built a compensation structure that directly rewards people who exceed targets. Top performers see meaningful financial upside tied to their impact.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own end-to-end optimization cycles: research → hypothesis → design → test → rollout, while keeping the cycles short.
- Use AI tools daily to accelerate research, ideation, design, analysis, and documentation. This is core to how we work, not an afterthought.
- Perform deep funnel and product analysis across the full user journey - acquisition, activation, retention, monetization - plus competitive benchmarking to surface high-impact opportunities.
- Design high-fidelity wireframes and visual specs that clearly communicate your vision while protecting brand integrity. We're a code-first team - design is built in Next.js and TailwindCSS, not Figma.
- Partner with engineers to ensure flawless test implementation and rapid deployment.
- Analyze results with statistical rigor and make confident scaling decisions.
- Document learnings and maintain a continuously prioritized testing roadmap.
- Present insights and results clearly to stakeholders, building alignment and momentum.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven CRO results: 3+ years of hands-on CRO experience, ideally with subscription or SaaS funnels, with documented performance lifts.
- Funnel + product thinking: You don't just optimize landing pages. You think about the full user journey and how product decisions compound with funnel decisions.
- AI-native workflow: You actively integrate AI into your daily process - prompting, prototyping, analyzing, drafting - and have opinions about what actually works. Almost a must.
- Design taste: Strong UI/UX sensibility and the ability to recognize and create ideas that convert. You can build compelling, detailed visual specs yourself.
- Speed and iteration: Bias for shipping. You'd rather get two well-designed tests live today than one perfect test in a week, and you keep the cycle moving.
- Analytical depth: Skilled in Mixpanel, GrowthBook, Google Analytics, or similar.
- Execution excellence: Remarkable attention to detail in fast-moving environments.
- Ownership: Self-driven, proactive, fully accountable for outcomes.
- Fluent English: strong written and verbal communication.
NICE TO HAVE
- Exposure to marketing attribution models, UTM parameters, and ROAS measurement.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute quickly.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

1Password is growing. We’ve surpassed $500M in ARR and we’re continuing to accelerate, earning a spot on the Forbes Cloud 100 for four years in a row and teaming up with iconic partners like Oracle Red Bull Racing.
About 1Password
At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.
If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
Our Infrastructure Services organization is responsible for the underlying infrastructure that powers the 1Password application. It includes Compute Services, Network and Edge Services, and Stateful Services.
As a Senior Staff Cloud Platform Engineer, you set the multi-year technical strategy for Infrastructure Services. You decide where the organization invests, define the architecture and standards that every infrastructure team and internal tenant builds on, and make sure our compute, network and edge, and stateful platforms evolve as one coherent system rather than three separate ones. You partner with engineering and product leadership, security, and finance to balance reliability, security, cost, and delivery speed, and you are the senior technical voice for infrastructure across the company.
This is a hands-on role. You write design docs, prototype, review the hardest designs, and step into the most serious incidents. But your main impact comes from making many teams more effective and from the decisions that hold up for years.
How we’re using AI today
Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What we're looking for:
- You have set technical direction across multiple teams. You have owned an infrastructure strategy or architecture spanning several teams or an entire organization, and you can point to the multi-year outcomes: what others adopted, what shipped, and what measurably improved.
- You have operated Kubernetes at production scale. This includes multi-cluster, multi-tenant, customer-traffic-bearing environments (EKS or similar managed platforms preferred). You know it deeply, from autoscaling and admission control to GitOps, workload identity, and fleet-wide cluster upgrades.
- You combine depth with breadth. Beyond Kubernetes, you have working fluency in networking and edge and in stateful data systems, and you understand how a decision in one layer affects the rest.
- You have made reliability a standard, not a project. You defined SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets, and you got multiple teams to adopt them. You have improved incident response, post-incident learning, and disaster recovery across an organization, not just on your own team.
- You have cut cloud costs through engineering. You can show measurable, real-dollar impact from work such as capacity automation, right-sizing, architecture changes, or commitment strategy, and you have worked with finance on forecasting and tradeoffs.
- You build security in by design. You have driven practices such as workload identity, least-privilege IAM and RBAC, credential rotation, and strong isolation in multi-tenant environments, and you have partnered with security teams on risk decisions and compliance requirements.
- You still build. You are proficient in Go (or a similar language) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), and you have a track record of automating complex, high-toil operational workflows at fleet scale.
- You influence without relying on authority. You write clear strategy and design documents, present to senior leaders, resolve technical disagreements between teams, and build alignment on difficult tradeoffs.
- You grow other engineers. You have mentored Senior and Staff engineers, raised the bar on design review, and helped shape how your organization hires and evaluates technical talent.
Bonus points for:
- Hands-on experience with service mesh and service-to-service networking, such as Linkerd or Amazon VPC Lattice.
- Experience operating scalable database technology, such as MySQL, Postgres, or DynamoDB.
- Designing developer platform abstractions for internal teams, such as paved-road service toolkits and production readiness frameworks, that measurably improved usability and productivity.
- Helping build AI-assisted operations tools, such as auto-remediation or AI-assisted diagnosis, rather than only using them.
- Operating highly available, multi-region services in a large SaaS environment, including capacity planning and performance optimization at scale.
- Experience in a security, identity, or other high-trust product environment.
What you can expect:
- Set the multi-year technical strategy and architecture for Infrastructure Services, working with directors and senior engineering leadership to shape roadmap and investment decisions, including build versus buy.
- Define the patterns, standards, and guardrails across compute, network and edge, and stateful services that internal teams depend on for years.
- Represent Infrastructure Services in cross-organization reviews with product engineering, security, and finance, and serve as the senior technical voice for the platform.
- Serve as an escalation point for major incidents, and drive organization-wide improvements to incident management, reliability targets, and disaster recovery.
- Lead cost, capacity, and efficiency strategy for our cloud footprint, with measurable goals.
- Drive adoption of automation and AI-assisted operations to reduce toil across the organization.
- Mentor Staff and Senior engineers, raise the bar on design review and engineering practice, and help us hire and develop the next generation of infrastructure leaders.

How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others.

About the Role
This position is 100% remote and will be based in the United States and Canada.
The Pipeline Programs Manager turns GitLab's pipeline targets into programs the field can run. You'll own execution of pipeline generation programs, including sales plays, PipeGen days, and run the hygiene checkpoints that keep pipeline data trustworthy. You'll also help surface the risks and upside behind our pipeline plan working across Sales, Marketing, Field Enablement, Sales Strategy, and RevOps.
What You'll Do
Execute global and regional pipeline generation programs, including codified sales plays and PipeGen days, against an established program calendar.
Coordinate in-quarter program delivery across regions and segments: timelines, owners, communications, and follow-through on action items.
Run weekly, monthly, and quarterly pipeline hygiene checkpoints, and report on adherence and trends with RevOps and Sales Strategy.
Partner with Marketing and Enablement to bring pipeline generation programs to the field with the right messaging, content, and training.
Work with the team on the GTM plan by identifying the drivers, risks, and upside that could move the pipeline numbers, and making them visible to decision-makers.
Give input on the design of sales plays, hygiene standards, and related incentives from what you see during execution.
Track program performance against success measures, and summarize what worked, what didn't, and what to change next time.
Coordinate global outbound program execution with Sales Development and sales leaders, and help bring it to regional and team levels at scale.
Identify process and systems improvements in Salesforce and reporting that increase metric visibility and reduce manual work, and work with RevOps and Systems to land them.
What You'll Bring
5+ Years experience in Sales, Sales Programs, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Field or Sales Enablement, or Marketing Operations, with a record of delivering programs on time and with quality.
Experience running cross-functional programs with operational rigor: multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and clear follow-through.
Comfort working with pipeline data. You can use Salesforce and BI dashboards to spot gaps and explain what they mean. Basic SQL (Snowflake or similar) is a plus.
Understanding of the B2B sales funnel: pipeline creation, conversion, velocity, and hygiene.
Clear communication and presentation skills. You can explain a program or a risk to Sales leaders and to cross-functional partners.
Ability to influence without authority, earning trust and moving work forward across teams you don't manage.
Good judgment in a fast-moving environment. You move quickly, keep quality high, and know when to escalate.
Curiosity about how AI and automation can improve go-to-market execution.
Ownership mindset. You carry programs through to outcomes, not just activity.
Experience in a quota-carrying or sales role is a plus.
About the Team
The Pipeline Excellence team builds the pipeline engine that turns GitLab's growth targets into predictable, repeatable revenue outcomes. We set pipeline targets and the GTM plan, run the programs and cadence that keep the field moving, and turn pipeline data into recommendations on where to invest.
We work with Speed with Quality, so our cadence and standards let go-to-market teams move fast without sacrificing forecast accuracy. We hold an Ownership Mindset, meaning every stage of the funnel has a defined owner and standard. We measure ourselves on Customer Outcomes: pipeline health exists to drive real bookings and real customer relationships, not just activity. We work closely with Sales leadership, Sales Strategy, Marketing, Field Enablement, Sales Development, Finance, and Analytics, and we're scaling that engine for the agentic era.

ABOUT MISTRAL
Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
THE TEAM
Mistral is building a sovereign AI cloud for Europe. Our customers in finance, healthcare, and the public sector run frontier models on European-jurisdiction infrastructure, and the Cloud Platform team builds the systems that make that possible — compute orchestration, Kubernetes, bare metal, storage, networking, and the datacenter fleet that runs it all.
European Compute Units let enterprises commit to multi-year capacity on that infrastructure, and we are scaling toward a gigawatt of compute across Europe by 2030. You will design and ship the layer every sovereign AI deployment depends on and shape the team building it.
THE ROLE
A datacenter is not a cloud until software makes it one. You will lead the team that turns arriving hardware into accepted clusters.
Cabling validation, burn-in, firmware, deployment validation, software stack install — all of it automated, none of it click-ops. Your KPI is time to acceptance: the hours between a rack being physically installed and it serving customer workloads. Across the industry that number is measured in weeks. You will drive it toward days, then hours, as we scale toward a gigawatt of compute across Europe.
This is a founding leadership role at the intersection of hardware and software. Early on it is deliberately hands-on: most of your time in the code and the architecture, some of it on datacenter floors, because the automation has to survive contact with the machines it runs on.
But the job is building and leading a team from day one — hiring your first engineers, coaching them, setting their growth paths, and running the rituals that keep quality high. As the team grows, the balance shifts toward people leadership, and you decide how fast. You shape this new team's charter and set the standard for how every future Mistral datacenter comes online.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Build the delivery pipeline in Go: provisioning, configuration, validation, burn-in, network bring-up, software stack install.
- Build the team from scratch: make the first hires, onboard and coach them, own their performance and growth paths — and set the tooling standards and the playbook every future site reuses.
- Own time-to-acceptance and drive it down relentlessly — measure it, break it down, kill the slowest step first.
- Work shoulder-to-shoulder with Hardware Design and Fleet Health — reliability starts at delivery.
- Handle GPU fleets at scale: H100 and GB200-class nodes, InfiniBand and RoCE fabrics, and the failure modes they bring.
- Partner with Product Managers and the datacenter org to plan delivery waves against capacity commitments.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- You have automated bare-metal fleets — you have written the software that turns racks into clusters. If you have done it by hand, you resented it and scripted it.
- Hardware fluency: servers, GPUs, NICs, switches, firmware — you can read a parts list and a topology diagram.
- 8+ years building backend or infrastructure systems, with at least 2 years leading engineers — real people leadership: you have hired, coached, and grown engineers, not just set technical direction.
- Deep Linux: you are comfortable well below the application layer.
- You have shipped production systems in Go. Not dabbled. Shipped.
- Willing to travel to datacenter sites when the work demands it.
- A low-ego, team-first mindset. We care less about your exact domain and more about whether you are the kind of technical force other engineers want to work alongside.
WHAT WE OFFER
We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance. Benefits vary by country and may include healthcare coverage, parental leave, retirement plans, relocation support, wellness programs, meal and transportation allowances, and other location-specific perks.
For the most up-to-date details on benefits available in your location, please refer to our Benefits page https://app.notion.com/p/mistralai/Benefits-at-Mistral-36e6ba59a7fe836b93dd01737fcc27ef?source=copy_link.

Workplace: Hybrid
Perplexity is seeking an experienced Machine Learning Engineer to advance how AI systems search, reason, and work together to solve complex problems. Our work spans search and retrieval, LLM post-training, multi-agent training, and the harnesses that make these systems effective.
We control the full stack: the models, the agent harnesses, and the search infrastructure underneath. That gives us the freedom to develop new approaches across all three training models to use search more effectively, designing tools and execution environments around learned behavior, and improving retrieval to support how agents actually work.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Push search and agent quality forward through improvements to models, training data, tools, and system design.
- Develop LLM post-training methods, including reinforcement learning, to improve reasoning, search, tool use, and task completion.
- Train and evaluate multi-agent systems, exploring how agents divide work, share information, and coordinate effectively.
- Design and build agent harnesses around the tools, context management, execution environments, and orchestration that support reliable work over many steps.
- Improve retrieval and ranking models and the search interfaces agents use to find and assess information.
- Build datasets, reward signals, and evaluations that expose meaningful failures and guide improvements.
- Own experiments end to end, from a clear hypothesis to scalable training, deployment, and measurable gains in quality, latency, and cost.
- Collaborate with AI, Search, Infrastructure, Data, and Product teams to bring new capabilities into production.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A strong track record of building and shipping ML systems, with deep experience in one or more of LLM post-training, reinforcement learning, search and retrieval, or agent systems.
- Strong software engineering skills and the ability to work across model training, experimentation infrastructure, and production systems.
- Experience designing rigorous evaluations, diagnosing failures, and translating experimental results into practical improvements.
- Comfort with open-ended problems that require both research judgment and hands-on engineering.
- A strong sense of ownership, curiosity, and the drive to carry an idea through to a working system.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with training models to use tools or complete tasks over many steps.
- Multi-agent training, coordination, or evaluation.
- Building agent harnesses, distributed training systems, or scalable inference infrastructure.
- Large-scale retrieval, ranking, or recommendation systems.

THE ROLE
We are hiring a Senior Frontend Engineer for two platform products:
Xsolla ID is the identity and authentication platform behind sign-in, account management and SSO across Xsolla products.
Xsolla ZK is Web3 wallet infrastructure: smart wallets and account abstraction on a zkSync-based L2.
Both products sit on users' most sensitive flows: logging in and signing transactions.
Responsibilities
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
The frontend of your product area end to end: shaping tasks with Product and Design, implementation, release and production monitoring
Technical decisions for that frontend. You make them and justify them in writing, rather than only implementing someone else's
The architecture of frontend applications and the shared UI library / SDK that other teams build on
Measurable frontend quality: performance, reliability and security of user flows
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Design and build user flows: sign-in, account management, wallet onboarding and transaction signing
Track how these flows behave in production (errors, performance, drop-offs) and act on what you see
Make architectural decisions for frontend applications and document them
Develop the shared component library and frontend SDKs used by other Xsolla teams
Agree API contracts with backend engineers, including error handling, retries and edge cases
Own performance budgets: Core Web Vitals and bundle size
Improve the engineering environment: build, linters, tests, CI
Review code
Set up and maintain AI tooling in the repositories (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor: rules, context, harness) so the team uses it effectively
Nice to have
Language and platform
5+ years of commercial frontend development
TypeScript in strict mode: generics, utility types, discriminated unions, typing module boundaries and external data
JavaScript at the platform level: event loop, asynchrony, closures, memory. You can find a leak and explain its cause
Frameworks and state
Deep experience with React: rendering model, profiling, eliminating unnecessary re-renders
Separating local, server and global state, and justifying the choice of tool; reasoning about when SSR is worth it
UI quality and performance
Semantic, responsive, cross-browser layout; modern CSS (CSS Modules, CSS-in-JS)
Accessibility: ARIA, keyboard navigation, screen reader support
Performance analysis: profiling, bundle analysis, Core Web Vitals
Integration and security
REST API integration: error handling, retries, request cancellation, contract alignment with backend
Web security fundamentals: XSS, CSRF, CSP, secure handling of tokens, sessions and user data
Engineering practices
Testing at the right level: unit, integration, E2E
Git, CI, Docker, linters and formatters
AI-assisted engineering
Daily hands-on use of AI coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) for development and review, including configuring them for a repository
English
Reading technical documentation in English
Experience in security-sensitive domains: authentication and identity (OAuth2/OIDC flows on the frontend), payments, crypto wallets
Web3 frontend: wallet integration (embedded and browser wallets), EIP-1193, EIP-6963, EIP-712; viem, wagmi, ethers.js
Next.js or Nuxt, SSR in production
Design systems and component API design, UI kits
Hybrid applications: WebView, React Native
HOW WE WORK
Decisions in writing. Significant technical decisions are written up as an RFC or ADR that lays out the options and trade-offs. We discuss the document, not a blank whiteboard.
AI is part of everyday engineering. We use AI coding tools for development and review, and we treat configuring them for a codebase as real engineering work.
HOW WE HIRE
Intro call. Your background, your motivation and the role.
Technical interview. Built directly on the What you will own and Required sections above. We won't ask about anything this posting doesn't promise.
Bar raiser. An engineer from outside the hiring team checks that you raise the overall engineering bar.
THE TEAM
You will work alongside product managers, designers, frontend and backend engineers, and QA.
BENEFITS
We are passionate about fostering a supportive environment for our team, so we prioritize the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our employees and their families through a comprehensive Benefits Program. This includes medical, dental, and vision, PTO, and a personalized career roadmap for each employee. By investing in professional development through training and educational opportunities, we ensure that our team thrives both personally and professionally. Together, we're not just building a business; we're cultivating a community that values creativity, collaboration, and the transformative power of play.

About Somnia:
SOMNIA is the Agentic Chain - a hyper-performance L1 operating at an order of magnitude faster than existing networks. We empower builders and traders to create real-time, autonomous, and fully decentralized products, powered by agents, that were previously impossible and cannot be built anywhere else. It’s where the future of Web3 protocols will be built, so we’re facilitating a new wave of on-chain applications from DEX to Prediction Protocols and much, much more.
Somnia is being developed by Somnia Foundation backed by Improbable https://www.improbable.io/, a British tech Unicorn +++ that has been at the forefront of building virtual worlds for over a decade. Somnia received initial funding from MSquared https://www.msquared.io/, which raised $150 million https://www.businesswire.com/news/home/20220407005101/en/Improbable-Raises-US150m-to-Establish-M%C2%B2-MSquared-a-Metaverse-Network-and-Ecosystem-Powered-by-Its-Morpheus-Technology from a16z crypto, SoftBank, Mirana Ventures, CMT Digital, and SIG.
About the Role:
DreamDEX makes a hard claim: CEX execution without DEX custody. A fully on-chain CLOB with sub-10ms, zero trading fees, self-custody and transparent rules, competing head-on with Hyperliquid, Lighter and the large centralised exchanges.
An exchange wins or dies on liquidity, and early liquidity comes from relationships. Market makers must sign and quote tight. Builders must route flow to us. Institutions must trust a new venue with size. You will own those relationships.
You'll run business development for dreamDEX and carry the wider Somnia story (the L1, Somnia Agents, Prophecy) into institutional conversations. You'll work directly with the GTM leads and core team, with a mandate to source, structure and close the deals that put depth on the book and volume through it. We measure every deal by the liquidity, volume and TVL it produces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the market maker pipeline: source, pitch, negotiate and onboard MMs, from DeFi-native firms early on to an anchor tier 1 relationship, structuring deals across CLOB rewards, fee arrangements and liquidity commitments
- Get DreamDEX integrated with the major spot and cross-chain aggregators, then manage those relationships so we keep winning flow on price
- Build and activate the institutional pipeline: trading firms, funds, family offices, OTC desks, prime brokers and custodians, with white-glove onboarding for qualified institutions
- Build an active Builder pipeline: Trading terminals, AI strategies and native apps to drive users and volume to the Dex.
- Close liquidity deals that grow TVL: institutional LPs, protocol and DAO treasuries, and vault operators
- Land distribution partnerships that feed the exchange: wallets, perp aggregators and bridges
- Support broader Somnia BD where your network applies: ecosystem projects, stablecoin partners and treasury deals on the L1
- Feed market intelligence back to product: you hear first what MMs and institutions need (RFQ flow, reporting, credit arrangements, API features) and help shape the roadmap
- Represent DreamDEX and Somnia at conferences and in the rooms where these deals get done
Requirements:
Must Have
- Business development experience at a crypto exchange (CEX, perp DEX or spot DEX) covering market makers, institutional clients or listings
- A real network across institutions in crypto and/or TradFi: trading firms, market makers, funds, prime brokers and OTC desks. You open doors on day one rather than building a list from scratch
- Closed deals with measurable impact on volume, liquidity or TVL, and the ability to walk us through the numbers
- A working understanding of exchange mechanics: order books, spreads and depth, perps and margin, liquidations, MM economics and incentive design
- Ability to run a full deal cycle alone, from sourcing through structuring and negotiation to post-signature relationship management
- Comfort operating early in a venue's life, when you are selling the roadmap as much as the product
Nice to Have
- TradFi background in prime brokerage, electronic trading or institutional sales
- Existing relationships with DEX aggregators, wallets, custodians or vault operators
- Experience taking a new venue through cold start; you have solved the empty order book problem before
- Experience structuring token or incentive-based deals
- Working knowledge of DeFi: CLOB DEXs, vaults, stablecoins and yield products
- Experience selling to DAOs and protocol treasuries
Why Join Somnia?
Design The Future: Join Somnia to work remotely with a global team, earn competitive compensation with token incentives, and help build the future of Web3 at a company where your impact truly matters.
First of its Kind: Make Somnia famous as the only hyperspeed L1 with native AI inference.
High Stakes: Influence a brand targeting a $1M+ launch budget in the 2026 peak-fragility market.
Incentives: Competitive salary + tokens.

- Exceptional communication, writing, and analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to translate complex regulatory and business concepts to a range of audiences

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp is building a dedicated function to drive its partnerships across the AI ecosystem — labs, AI-native companies, and the investor community — and convert those into real technical and commercial outcomes. This is a newly created, high-visibility role that sits at the intersection of strategic business development, product partnership, and ecosystem relationship-building.
Ramp is already embedded with key partners across the AI ecosystem, from working with leading labs on the latest models to serving as a design partner for emerging product capabilities. This role exists to deepen those relationships across every major lab and AI-native company, and turn them into something commercially meaningful.
There is no playbook for this.
This person will own and grow Ramp's most strategic relationships across the AI ecosystem, leading the technical side of those relationships end to end with partner product and engineering teams. The mandate spans product integrations, technical partnership strategy, deal-making, co-selling, and the creation of new revenue channels, pairing real product and engineering depth with commercial execution and ecosystem credibility.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Demonstrate technical depth to lead AI product and integration conversations end to end with partner engineering and product teams.
- Own Ramp's relationships with emerging labs and AI-native companies at a true partnership level — not account management
- Be embedded in the San Francisco AI community and know who is actually driving decisions at the labs, not just what the org chart says
- Convert ecosystem relationships into commercial outcomes — referrals, integrations, co-selling, and new revenue channels
- Do both the business development and product/integration work, combining deal-making with genuine technical engagement
- Stay ahead of how leading AI companies are commercializing and going to market, and help Ramp move with them — and ahead of them
- Represent Ramp externally across the San Francisco AI community: founders, investors, lab leaders, and operators
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Deep, trusted relationships at leading AI companies with the people who make decisions and influence direction — not just formal contacts
- Commercial outcomes tied to those relationships, including initiatives with measurable revenue potential and smarter product integrations on both sides
- Ramp is known and respected across the San Francisco AI community as a must-know fintech partner
- Ramp keeps pace with — and ideally stays ahead of — how quickly the labs are changing, evolving their go-to-market strategies, and commercializing
- A repeatable business development and product motion built for the AI ecosystem, not a series of one-off partnerships
- An ever-evolving AI partnership strategy that includes sourcing, negotiating, contracting, executing, and growing relationships with leading AI companies
Over the course of a year, success means launching public products, integrations, go-to-market initiatives, and distribution channels with labs and applied AI companies.
Near-term objectives could include inclusion in model-launch announcements and joint product-integration launches. Longer-term goals will incorporate adoption of integrations and revenue targets as distribution partnerships are executed.
Every day will look different, but the work will include meeting with cross-functional stakeholders internally and externally, keeping a pulse on applied AI and the labs, negotiating active contracts, refining and executing Ramp's AI partnership strategy, and helping Ramp get closer to the teams that matter at the top AI companies.
NICE TO HAVES
- The ideal candidate combines two qualities that are hard to find in one person:
ECOSYSTEM CONNECTOR
- Deep personal relationships in the San Francisco AI community — founders, lab leaders, and investors — at a level where people pick up the phone
- Experience working inside or alongside leading AI partners in a way that provides genuine credibility, not just familiarity
- Known and trusted by the venture capital and investor community in AI
COMMERCIAL OPERATOR
- Has built partnerships from zero at a high-growth company and been accountable for commercial outcomes
- Can do the product and business development work simultaneously — technically fluent enough to engage on integrations and commercially sharp enough to close deals
- Has a builder mindset and can design scalable programs, not just one-off relationships
KEY CRITERIA
- Strategic business development — can identify and close partnerships that drive real commercial outcomes
- Technical aptitude — enough depth to hold credible conversations with AI lab and product teams
- Systems thinking — builds scalable programs, not just one-off deals
- Access — personal relationships at the decision-maker level inside labs, AI-native companies, and the investor community
WHY THIS ROLE IS EXCITING
- Ramp's AI partners are among the most influential partners any technology company can have right now. Getting this right matters enormously.
- There is no playbook. Anyone who can do something distinctive here will create a significant advantage — for Ramp and for their own career.
- This is one of the few roles that is genuinely AI-focused at a leading company in AI and technology.
- Ramp is already embedded with leading AI companies and is ahead of the curve in building this function. The groundwork is there.
- Ramp will give this person real runway — not a constrained, narrow mandate.
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
- Weekly coffee stipend
