ABOUT THE ROLE ElevenLabs operates a complex and fast-evolving revenue model – enterprise contracts, self-serve API subscriptions, usage-based billing, and expanding international markets. As a Revenue Accountant, you will play a key role in ElevenLabs’ revenue accounting function. You will own significant portions of the monthly revenue close, support the application of ASC 606 to customer arrangements, and help build scalable processes and controls as ElevenLabs grows toward IPO readiness. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Billing Operations, Engineering, and FP&A to support contract review, usage and billing completeness, new product launches, and accurate and timely revenue recognition. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role in a lean Finance team – the right person will independently run recurring workstreams, identify issues early, and help scale the revenue accounting operating model as the business grows. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Execute significant portions of the monthly revenue close, including journal entries, deferred and unbilled revenue schedules, reconciliations, and flux analysis - Perform recurring usage / consumption completeness and billing-to-GL reconciliations; investigate exceptions and drive resolution with cross-functional partners - Review customer contracts and apply established ASC 606 guidance to standard arrangements; escalate novel, high-judgment, or precedent-setting matters - Support accounting for credits, refunds, contract modifications, cutoff, and variable consideration, with clear and audit-ready documentation - Prepare revenue workpapers, audit support, and control evidence; support external audit, walkthroughs, and SOX readiness activities - Support accounting readiness and UAT for new products, pricing structures, billing models, and partner / channel launches - Improve and automate recurring revenue processes, reconciliations, documentation, and exception reporting as the business scales REQUIREMENTS - Deep expertise in ASC 606, including multi-element arrangements, SSP evaluation, variable consideration, contract modifications, and principal vs. agent analysis - Experience leading the revenue close: deferred revenue management, unbilled receivables, journal entry review, and month-end flux analysis - Track record of partnering with Sales and Legal on contract review and revenue impact assessments - Experience operating in a pre-IPO or public company environment, with direct exposure to external audit, controls build-out, and revenue accounting documentation - CPA, ACA, or ACCA qualification (active); Big 4 or public accounting background a strong plus - Strong systems proficiency; Stripe, Metronome, HubiFi or a comparable revenue recognition tool preferred BONUS: - Experience with consumption/usage-based and subscription billing models - Familiarity with ASC 326 (CECL) and AR accounting in a high-volume SaaS context - Multi-entity or international revenue accounting background LOCATION This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere in Central Europe or Eastern US timezones. THE ROLE ElevenLabs runs a deliberately lean finance team across 10+ legal entities and 40+ countries. The stack is built around NetSuite, Stripe, Ramp, Deel, HiBob and Pigment, with a BigQuery/dbt warehouse underneath. We want a close where people review exceptions and agents handle the rest. You'll own that stack, from architecture and integrations to controls and vendors. This is a builder role, not a ticket queue. - Run NetSuite end to end. That covers multi-subsidiary setup, chart of accounts and segments, scripting and workflows, release management, and roles and segregation of duties as we build toward public-company controls. - Own the integration layer: Stripe, Ramp, Deel and HiBob into NetSuite, and NetSuite into the warehouse. Month-end should reconcile by design instead of by hand. - Lead selection and rollout of new systems, including usage-based billing and equity administration. You'll also handle the finance setup of every new entity. - Build with AI, alongside our Automations and Data teams. Examples include agents and automations for invoice coding, people-cost reconciliations and accounting requests. - Be the systems voice in finance decisions on new pricing models, new geographies and audit readiness. REQUIREMENTS - You've administered a multi-entity NetSuite OneWorld instance yourself, including SuiteScript/SuiteQL, saved searches, roles and releases. - You've owned an ERP or billing implementation or migration end to end, and you know how Stripe data flows into the ERP and into revenue recognition. - You build integrations, through iPaaS or code, that reconcile and alert when something breaks, and you're comfortable in SQL. - You understand R2R, P2P and O2C and the controls behind them, and you can work with accountants, engineers and auditors in the same week. - You work AI-first: tools like Claude Code or Cursor are part of your day, and you automate a workflow before you staff it. - Bonus: experience with Ramp, Pigment, Metronome or another usage-billing platform, Deel/HiBob, or n8n, or dbt/BigQuery; SOX or ITGC work at a pre-IPO or public company. GROWTH POTENTIAL We believe in hiring the best talent in the world to make an impact in the right role at the right time. At ElevenLabs, strong performance creates opportunities for growth. Here are some of the career paths you can expect after excelling in this role: - Lead a Finance Systems & Automation team as the company scales. LOCATION This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere in Europe, with the ability to operate in CET timezones required. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in Warsaw and London. We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses.

Location: Spain Paired is a global staffing and recruiting agency that pairs remote work with top-tier talent. We help individuals from around the world connect with great companies that are looking for their specific skill set. Our mission is to provide great jobs to talented people, no matter where they are located. About the role Come and join the fastest growing Google Ads agency in the world, and run real spend on ecommerce accounts where search and shopping mastery decides who wins. Our client is the fastest growing Google Ads agency in the world. Led by their founder and CEO, Jem, they manage nine figures in annual ad spend across 180+ ecommerce DTC brands, powered by direct relationships with Google's product teams and access to alpha and beta features most agencies never touch. Their strategies are not public, their standards are high, and their results do the talking. They grow fast because the work is that good, and they keep the team senior and selective on purpose. Their average client stays with them well beyond a year, close to unheard of in this industry. Join them and you plug into a team operating at the top of the game, and a founder whose personal brand is becoming the loudest signal in performance marketing. - This is a senior seat for a full stack Google buyer whose core is search and shopping, done at real scale, and who can prove it. You own accounts end to end and run them against real spend, where the numbers are the only thing that matters. Search and shopping are the heart of the role. Get those right and the rest follows. - On the search side, you build a clean, profitable structure, you split brand from non-brand without being told, and you research top of funnel keywords that open a category before a buyer knows the brand, at the category level, the problem level, and the ingredient or mechanism level. You know which demand is worth paying for and which is not. - On shopping, the feed is the account. That is the part most buyers get wrong, and it is where you are strongest. You live in DataFeedWatch, Channable, or Google Sheets, and you turn a raw product feed into a shopping and PMax engine: clean attributes, smart custom labels, supplemental feeds, and constant title and image testing at the feed level. You know a title test can move an account more than a bid change, and you run those tests as a discipline, not a one off. - You are full stack, so YouTube and Demand Gen are part of the picture too, but we are happy to teach those if your search and shopping foundation is elite. And you are deep in the data throughout: Triple Whale and Northbeam are where you check your work, and you optimize to profit, not to whatever the Google interface wants to celebrate. Responsibilities: ● Own Google Ads accounts end to end, with search and shopping as the priority ● Build and manage profitable search structure and the brand versus non brand split ● Research and structure top of funnel keywords that open new demand at the category, problem, and mechanism level ● Own the feed as part of the account: build and optimize attributes, custom labels, and supplemental feeds in DataFeedWatch, Channable, or Sheets ● Run continuous title and image testing at the feed level and turn the winners into scale ● Grow into YouTube and Demand Gen, scaling them deliberately as you go ● Scale winners and cut waste quickly against real spend ● Live in Triple Whale and Northbeam and let profit lead every decision ● Partner with the creative team so the right angles and formats get tested against the right traffic ● Keep clients informed with clear, honest reporting on what is working and why Requirements ● Proven experience buying Google Ads for ecommerce at real scale, with a core in search and shopping and results you can point to in hard numbers ● Elite on search: account architecture, the brand versus non brand split, and top of funnel keyword research at the category, problem, and mechanism level ● Elite on shopping and feeds: hands on in DataFeedWatch, Channable, or Google Sheets, with real command of attributes, custom labels, and supplemental feeds ● Runs structured title and image testing at the feed level as a habit, and reads the results honestly ● Full stack across Google, comfortable owning whole accounts. YouTube and Demand Gen experience is a plus, but we will teach it if your search and shopping are strong. ● Deep in the data: Triple Whale, Northbeam, and the Google Ads interface, always optimizing to profit ● A genuine understanding of the whole Google Ads ecosystem, not just the buttons in one campaign type ● Ecommerce or DTC experience Benefits Fully remote. Work from anywhere, with flexible hours. A seat inside a premium agency managing nine figures in ad spend, running accounts that move real budgets from day one. A small, senior, global team with no bureaucracy and no busywork. Direct access to the founder and to work that actually stretches you. Weekly personal mentoring directly from the founder himself. Paid time off. A wellness bonus. Team retreats and workations
