Novakid is a global leader in online English education for children aged 4–12, serving 100,000+ students across 50+ countries. As Senior Product Manager for Monetization & Expansion, you will own how existing Novakid families discover and buy additional courses, products and services, and be fully accountable for the product metrics behind them, including added revenue and ARPU.
Your goal is to turn the Parent Area and other in-product touchpoints into a scalable self-service channel for add-ons and upgrades. You will own the product, offer, pricing and experimentation decisions that drive results, supported by our Revenue Growth Lead across Sales and CRM.
Senior Product Manager – Monetization & Expansion
Focus: Parent Area, Add-ons & Upgrades, Purchase Journeys, Monetization Experiments
What you’ll do
Work with a team of designers and developers (with access to analytical and research resources).
Own the roadmap for the Parent Area as a storefront for add-ons and upgrades: placement, merchandising, pricing visibility and one-tap purchase.
Improve purchase, upgrade and win-back journeys to lift conversion from offer view to paid.
Build configurable catalogue, bundling, pricing and promo logic so new offers launch without engineering effort each time.
Run the experimentation programme for offers, bundles and pricing, with clear guardrails on retention, refunds and parent satisfaction.
Define the product events and eligibility signals that power in-app nudges and CRM segments.
Work with Content and Pedagogy to discover, validate and launch new paid products that children learn from and parents value.
Adapt flows by market, balancing self-service and manager-assisted buying and local pricing conditions.
What you’ll have
4+ years’ experience in a PM role, including 2+ years owning monetization, pricing, checkout or subscription growth in a B2C subscription product.
A track record of shipping in-product upsell, cross-sell or add-on flows with measurable revenue impact.
Strong experimentation skills: test design, sample sizing, guardrails and honest readouts.
Understanding of subscription billing, entitlements and payment providers such as Stripe.
EdTech or family products experience, where parent and child are different users, is a strong plus.
You thrive in a 100% remote, distributed team environment (core hours GMT+3) and are a master of tools like JIRA and Slack.

The role & impact
As an Engineering Manager in our Machine Learning & AI team, you'll lead a high-performing, inclusive team of engineers building and operating AI-powered experiences and capabilities across Xero. The team's work spans traditional machine learning, from predictive models and intelligent automation through to LLM-powered and agentic AI experiences that bring new ways for customers to interact with and get value from Xero.
- You'll lead engineering across a broad range of technology surfaces, from customer-facing AI experiences and intelligent product workflows to the backend services, platforms and infrastructure that power them. You'll help turn research, models and emerging AI capabilities into reliable, secure and scalable production products that make a real difference for millions of small businesses.
- You'll balance predictable delivery with a relentless focus on engineering quality and system health, building our maturity across MLOps, LLMOps, observability, evaluation and the operational practices needed to run AI systems in production. As AI continues to evolve, you'll also champion AI-native engineering practices and help your team adapt how we design, build, test and operate software.
- Working closely with senior individual contributors, including staff and principal engineers, you'll help shape technical direction while focusing on team growth, delivery excellence and sustainable engineering practices. This is a role for someone who wants to build both the systems and the people that enable Xero to deliver AI-powered products at scale.
The team & how they connect
You'll join Xero's Data & AI organisation, within the AI Products division, reporting to the GM of ML Engineering. The team partners closely with Applied Science, Data Engineering, Product and other engineering teams to bring AI capabilities from research and experimentation into production.
Our scope goes beyond building and serving models. We build the end-to-end engineering capabilities that bring AI to life in Xero's products, spanning traditional ML-powered automation and predictions, conversational AI assistants, LLM-powered workflows and agentic experiences. This means working across the full stack, integrating AI into customer experiences and product workflows while building the front end & backend services, platforms and infrastructure needed to make those experiences safe, reliable and scalable.
It's a collaborative, evolving space where you'll help translate advances in ML and generative AI into practical customer outcomes, while building the engineering foundations to support the next generation of AI-native products.
The team is currently working on
- Production ML and AI engineering: Building and operating the platforms, services and practices that support traditional ML models, generative AI and agentic systems in production.
- JAX (Just Ask Xero): Powering Xero's conversational GenAI assistant and evolving the underlying capabilities to support increasingly sophisticated, context-aware and agentic experiences.
- Intelligent financial workflows: Developing capabilities such as Automated Bank Reconciliation and smart document capture, using ML and AI to match transactions, extract information from bills and receipts, and automate complex tasks.
- XeroForce: Building the platform for AI-powered workflows, enabling agents to plan and execute complex tasks across Xero’s products and supporting reliable, reusable agentic experiences at scale.
- End-to-end AI product experiences: Integrating AI into customer-facing experiences and product workflows, alongside the backend services, orchestration and infrastructure that make them work.
Where and how you can work
We support a flexible working model that empowers you to balance your professional and personal life. You'll have the option to work in a hybrid capacity, combining the focus of remote work with the collaboration of our office spaces and team boost days to foster connection and alignment.
Here are some of the things we're looking for, for this role
- You'll bring a strong track record of leading, coaching and developing engineers, building team capability and creating an environment where people can do their best work.
- You have strong technical judgement across architecture, system design and engineering trade-offs, and can guide decisions across a broad and evolving technology landscape.
- You've translated business goals into executable engineering plans, balancing near-term delivery with long-term technical health and maintainability.
- You're experienced in delivering roadmaps predictably in fast-paced, evolving environments, navigating ambiguity and adapting as priorities and technology change.
- You understand what it takes to build and operate production-grade software, from customer-facing experiences and backend services through to distributed systems, platforms and infrastructure.
- You stay hands-on when it counts, comfortable writing, reviewing or debugging production code to unblock your team, support an incident or help resolve a complex technical challenge.
- Experience with machine learning, generative AI or AI-powered products is a bonus rather than a requirement. You don't need to be an ML specialist, but genuine curiosity about the space and an appetite to learn how these technologies are changing software engineering will help you thrive here.
Apply even if your experience isn't a perfect match! At Xero, we hire based on your skills, passion, and the unique perspective you can bring to enhance our culture and team.

We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
This is a fully remote position and we're considering candidates in the US EST.
About Product Management
As a Product Manager at Grafana Labs, you'll develop a vision and strategy for your product domain. You will own the experience for your product as well as its roadmap and competitive positioning, and you will collaborate with company leadership on setting your product's goals. You will be the primary advocate and expert in your area, with a strong ability to communicate needs, functionality, and details effectively both to external customers and internal stakeholders. The teams and people you will be interacting with will be 100% remote and globally distributed, so strong and proactive communication is essential.
Product Managers are the bridge that connects R&D to GTM. You are a facilitator who ensures the free flow of information across these teams and are expected to be technically proficient when representing our products to our customers.
The role
As the Staff Product Manager for Enterprise Deployment Solutions, you'll own the Grafana Labs offerings that run outside our standard multi-tenant SaaS. That includes
Grafana Federal Cloud
, for organizations that need FedRAMP-authorized observability: US federal agencies; state, local, and education (SLED) customers; and commercial companies that sell FedRAMP offerings of their own. It also includes
Grafana Cloud Bring Your Own Cloud (BYOC)
, which delivers the full Grafana Cloud experience while the customer pays the infrastructure bill directly to their cloud provider, saving them significantly at scale.
Your mission is to make Grafana Labs the obvious choice for organizations that can't use standard SaaS because of compliance, data, or cost-at-scale constraints. Deployment choices change the product: features that are simple in standard SaaS can be hard, expensive, or impossible in a regulated or customer-owned environment. You’ll be responsible for adapting existing Grafana Cloud capabilities to these environments, deciding which features come in, which wait, and which stay out, and occasionally building something specific to BYOC or Federal Cloud. You'll also help shape which deployment models we offer next.
Along the way, you’ll use AI tools daily to speed up research, analyze product signals, and develop positioning, applying strong judgment to the results.
As the Staff Product Manager for Enterprise Deployment Solutions, you will:
Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Grafana Bring Your Own Cloud and Grafana Federal Cloud products, using product data and market research to balance customer value against engineering cost and technical constraints
Own positioning, messaging, and differentiation for these products, including how they compare to regular Grafana Cloud, and partner with Product Marketing on launches, competitive analysis, enablement, and demand programs
Partner with Engineering and Technical Program Management on buildouts for these environments, balancing customer timelines with engineering capacity
Work directly with customers, prospects, and the field on strategic deals and brief partners, resellers, and analysts on our deployment options
Partner with Security, Compliance, and Legal to work through product changes affecting our authorization or existing customer commitments
We’re excited about you because you have
5+ years of product management experience on a technical B2B product,
or
a technical background (software engineering, solutions architecture, SRE, or technical program management) plus a demonstrated move into product ownership
Hands-on experience with a non-standard SaaS deployment model, such as self-managed, air-gapped, sovereign, BYOC, single-tenant, or FedRAMP/government cloud, and a firsthand understanding of how it changes the product, its operations, and its economics
Experience with cloud infrastructure, platform software, or developer tools
Clear product and go-to-market judgment: you've shaped what a product should be and how it's positioned and sold, not only when it ships
Interest in working with US public sector customers and learning their needs and buying cycles. Deep compliance expertise isn't required.
Experience leading across multiple teams without direct authority, with excellent written and verbal communication in a remote, globally distributed organization
Bonus Points
Experience selling to or building for US federal, state, or local government customers, or other highly regulated industries
Familiarity with government or sovereign cloud frameworks, such as FedRAMP, StateRAMP/GovRAMP, BSI C5, or SecNumCloud, or with offerings such as AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, AWS European Sovereign Cloud, or GCP Sovereign Cloud
Experience with pricing and packaging across deployment models
Experience with observability, monitoring, or other data-intensive infrastructure products
Experience working with resellers, systems integrators, or cloud marketplace partners
Familiarity with open source software or commercial open source companies

Vulnerability Management Engineer
to join our team!
About the Role
The Vulnerability Management Engineer drives risk-based vulnerability and exposure management across infrastructure, applications, cloud services, endpoints, and software dependencies. The role combines vulnerability data, asset and configuration intelligence, application-security testing, threat intelligence, and AI-assisted analysis to determine whether vulnerabilities are reachable, exploitable, and likely to represent an imminent organizational threat.
Key Responsibilities
Correlate threat intelligence and vulnerability findings with asset inventory, software configuration, system configuration, application testing, network exposure, ownership, and business criticality.
Assess exploitability and reachability rather than relying on vulnerability severity alone.
Incorporate exploit prediction, known exploitation, open-source threat intelligence, adversary activity, and environmental context into prioritization.
Determine whether exposure requires immediate incident response or remediation under established operational objectives.
Use AI-assisted workflows to ingest and correlate vulnerability intelligence against the organization's actual technology configuration while independently validating conclusions.
Partner with Red Team to validate practical exploitability of significant vulnerabilities.
Identify compensating controls such as configuration changes, access restrictions, segmentation, or filtering when immediate patching is impractical.
Automate vulnerability ingestion, analysis, prioritization, remediation tracking, mitigation, and verification where appropriate.
Qualifications
Experience with enterprise vulnerability or exposure management.
Strong understanding of infrastructure, applications, cloud, containers, networking, and software dependencies.
Experience interpreting vulnerability intelligence and assessing practical exploitability.
Knowledge of risk-based prioritization techniques including CVSS, exploit prediction, known-exploitation intelligence, and environmental context.
Experience correlating vulnerability, asset, configuration, SAST, DAST, SCA, endpoint, or related security data.
Experience with scripting, automation, or data analysis.
Familiarity with continuous exposure management, attack-path analysis, AI-assisted analysis, or automated mitigation is preferred.
Strong understanding of OWASP Top 10, MITRE ATT&CK, MITRE D3FEND, and STRIDE.
Familiarity with OWASP Top 10 for LLM, OWASP Top 10 for Agentic Applications, MITRE ATLAS and MAESTRO.
At this point, we hope you're feeling excited about the job description you're reading. Even if you don't meet every requirement, we still encourage you to apply. Learning, developing, and growing are key parts of our culture. We're eager to meet people who believe in our mission and can contribute to our team in various ways. We want people to feel comfortable expressing their true selves and to come, stay, and do their best work here.
At Backblaze, we value being fair and good to our customers, partners, and employees. That’s why diversity, equity, and inclusion are at the core of our values. We are committed to fostering a workforce where all employees feel a sense of belonging regardless of race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, age, religion, socio-economic status, ability, veteran status, and education. We believe that our dedication to cultivating a diverse workspace not only allows us to better serve our customers in over 175 countries, but further reinforces our commitment to doing the right thing.
