About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As an Enterprise Account Executive at Anthropic, you'll join the foundational team at the forefront of introducing our cutting-edge AI productivity API and SaaS solutions to industrial organisations across the EMEA markets. You'll drive the adoption of safe, frontier AI by securing strategic deals with manufacturers, engineering groups, energy and utilities providers, and logistics and supply chain businesses. You'll leverage your consultative sales expertise in the industrial sector to propel revenue growth while becoming a trusted partner to industrial stakeholders, helping them embed and deploy AI while uncovering its full range of capabilities across engineering, operations, supply chain, maintenance and field service. In collaboration with GTM, Product, and Marketing teams, you'll continuously refine our value proposition, sales methodology, and market positioning to resonate with industrial decision-makers.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing new market segments, pinpointing high-potential opportunities, and executing strategies to capture them. By driving deployment of Anthropic's emerging products, you will help enterprises obtain new capabilities while also advancing the ethical development of AI.
Responsibilities:
Win new business and drive revenue for Anthropic within the industrial sector. Navigate complex, often global, industrial organisations to reach key decision-makers, educate them about our services, and help them succeed with Anthropic. You'll own the full sales cycle, from first outbound to close
Design and execute innovative sales strategies tailored to industrial procurement cycles, capex and opex budgeting, and supplier qualification processes to meet and exceed revenue quotas. Analyse industrial market landscapes, trends, and dynamics to translate high-level plans into targeted sales activities and campaigns
Spearhead market expansion by identifying new use cases within engineering and R&D, plant operations, supply chain and procurement, quality, maintenance, and field service. Collaborate cross-functionally to differentiate our offerings for industrial applications
Navigate complex industrial stakeholder ecosystems including executives, operations and engineering leadership, IT and OT teams, digital transformation functions, and procurement offices to build consensus
Inform product roadmaps and features by gathering feedback from users and conveying industrial market needs. Provide insights that strengthen our value proposition for industrial clients
Continuously refine the industrial sales methodology by incorporating learnings into playbooks, templates, and best practices. Identify process improvements that optimise sales productivity and consistency
You may be a good fit if you have:
8+ years of B2B sales experience in SaaS, API solutions, or emerging technologies
A track record of managing complex sales cycles within industrial organisations and securing strategic deals by understanding both technical requirements and industrial use cases
Demonstrated ability to navigate large, multi-site industrial organisations and procurement processes, building consensus among diverse stakeholders including executives, operations and engineering leadership, and IT departments
Extensive experience negotiating complex agreements within industrial procurement frameworks, including supplier onboarding, security and data governance reviews
Proven experience exceeding revenue targets by effectively managing an evolving pipeline and sales process
Excellent communication skills and the ability to present confidently to various industrial audiences, from plant and engineering managers to senior executives
Deep understanding of industrial buying cycles, decision-making processes, and key pain points, including the regulatory, safety and sustainability pressures industrial businesses operate within
A strategic, analytical approach to assessing the industrial market combined with creative, tactical execution to capture opportunities
A passion for and/or experience with advanced AI systems and their applications. You feel strongly about ensuring frontier AI systems are developed safely and ethically for industrial use

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.

Proven ability to evaluate new projects, market-entry plans, strategic initiatives and investment theses independently and to challenge assumptions constructively.
Excellent research and intelligence capabilities, including the ability to synthesize market, competitor, regulatory, technology and customer signals into decision-relevant implications.
Experience preparing executive and Investment Committee / Board-level materials, recommendations and concise decision memos.
Prior experience leading and developing a high-performing strategy, research or analytical team, with strong quality-control standards.
Experience in financial services, FinTech, digital assets, payments, banking, brokerage, investment or financial infrastructure is strongly preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills; able to build trust while maintaining independent judgment.

Responsibilities
Group Strategy & Portfolio Stewardship
Own and maintain the group strategy process, including the strategic narrative, priorities, key choices, assumptions and periodic refreshes.
Maintain a portfolio-wide view of businesses, products, markets, capabilities and strategic initiatives, and identify imbalances, gaps, duplication, concentration risk and adjacency opportunities.
Develop evidence-based recommendations on where the group should focus management attention, strategic resources and future investment, while preserving the Investment Committee's decision authority.

Set the strategic research agenda based on the group's highest-priority decisions and uncertainties.
Build and maintain structured intelligence on markets, competitors, regulation, technology, customer behavior, business models and relevant macro trends.

Value Creation Opportunities
Continuously identify and prioritize value creation opportunities across the existing portfolio, including growth, cross-business synergies, product / market adjacencies, partnerships, operating-model improvements and other strategic moves.
Structure each opportunity into a clear thesis covering expected value, strategic rationale, risks, dependencies, required capabilities, sequencing and success measures.
Work with the Portfolio Management Team and Business Owners to convert approved opportunities into roadmaps and executable initiatives without taking over day-to-day execution ownership.
Evaluation of New Projects, Markets & Strategic Moves
Lead independent strategic review of new project proposals and market plans before they are submitted for approval.
Assess strategic fit, market attractiveness, competitive position, economics, risk, execution readiness, alternatives and portfolio implications; test critical assumptions through scenarios and sensitivity analysis.
Formulate a clear recommendation - proceed, revise, stage, defer or stop - and define the key conditions or milestones required for success.
Partner with the M&A and Deal Team on strategic fit, investment thesis and portfolio impact of potential acquisitions, divestments and other transactions, while the Deal Team retains transaction execution ownership.
After-Action Review & Portfolio Learning
Establish a systematic after-action review approach for major strategic actions, initiatives and completed deals.
Compare actual outcomes with the original strategic thesis, expected economics, risk assumptions, milestones and value-creation plan, and assess the resulting effect on the group portfolio.
Capture lessons learned, identify repeatable patterns and feed findings back into strategy, evaluation frameworks and future recommendations.
Investment Committee & Executive Decision Support
Prepare clear, concise and decision-grade strategic recommendations for Investment Committee and senior leadership consideration.
Work with the Board / IC Secretary to ensure strategic materials are complete, internally consistent and framed around the decision required, alternatives, trade-offs and implications.
Support interpretation of execution feedback and result reporting from the Portfolio Management Team and Business Owners, focusing on strategic implications and any need to revisit prior assumptions or decisions.
Maintain a disciplined distinction between analysis / recommendation, governance decision-making and execution ownership.
Team Leadership & Functional Excellence
Lead, coach and develop the Strategy and Research Team; allocate work against the highest-value strategic questions and maintain clear accountability for output quality and deadlines.
Build repeatable methods, templates and analytical standards for strategy development, market / project evaluation, portfolio review, research and after-action analysis.
Create a high-trust culture that values intellectual honesty, constructive challenge, clear writing, collaboration and decision usefulness.

Wrike is the most powerful work management platform. Built for teams and organizations looking to collaborate, create, and exceed every day, Wrike brings everyone and all work into a single place to remove complexity, increase productivity, and free people up to focus on their most purposeful work.
Wrike is our people, not a place. As a distributed team, we own our growth, stay globally connected, and rely on the product we build to deliver impactful work alongside brilliant minds. You'll have real ownership over meaningful work, a global team that has your back, and the flexibility to do your best work your way. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
Our vision:
A world where everyone is free to focus on their most purposeful work, together.
About the Role:
You'll help build the very AI-powered platform you use every day, with real autonomy over the features you ship. Wrike’s Work Intelligence Unit is building the foundation for a work delivery platform for humans and agents. MCP gives AI assistants secure, permission-aware access to Wrike, Skills help them use that access effectively and GraphQL provides a structured foundation for retrieving and acting on work data.
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the product direction for Wrike’s AI Platform & Ecosystem, including MCP, Skills and GraphQL. You will make Wrike easier for AI assistants and agents to understand, use and extend.
This is a platform role with broad leverage. You will lead the core MCP team, help other Wrike teams create their own MCP tools and Skills where they hold domain expertise and give the GraphQL engineering team clear product direction on how its capabilities and tools should evolve. You will also own the publishing and ongoing quality of the Wrike MCP plugin across relevant AI marketplaces, including OpenAI, Anthropic and Microsoft.
Role Scope:
You will own the strategy and roadmap for Wrike’s agent-facing platform, working closely with the core MCP and GraphQL engineering teams complemented by Architecture, Security, customer-facing and product teams across Wrike.
MCP, Skills and GraphQL Strategy:
Lead the core MCP team and define the roadmap for how external AI assistants and agents securely interact with Wrike.
Define MCP standards and enable other Wrike teams to create high-quality tools for the domains where they have expertise.
Lead the discovery and creation of Skills that help agents and AI assistants use Wrike effectively, while establishing standards that other teams can follow.
Set the product direction for GraphQL and the tools built on top of it, ensuring its evolution improves the coverage and usefulness of Wrike Core.
Ecosystem, Quality and Distribution:
Own the publishing, maintenance and evolution of the Wrike MCP plugin across relevant marketplaces, including OpenAI, Anthropic and Microsoft.
Create a clear approach to MCP quality, reliability, governance, documentation and developer experience.
Work with customers, partners and internal teams to identify the highest-value agent workflows and improve them through feedback and usage data.
Translate technical trade-offs into clear product decisions; hands-on coding is not required.
What You Will Help Shape:
A scalable MCP and Skills ecosystem that lets AI assistants and agents securely understand and act on work in Wrike, while enabling Wrike teams to contribute their domain expertise.
GraphQL capabilities and tools that broaden the coverage and usefulness of Wrike Core for MCP, Skills, and future agent experiences.
A strong marketplace presence and high-quality plugin experience across the AI assistants where customers want to use Wrike.
Your Impact:
Make Wrike a trusted, useful system of action for AI assistants and agents working across customers’ existing ecosystems.
Give customers reliable, permission-aware ways to let AI assistants retrieve context and take action in Wrike.
Turn customer needs, ecosystem signals and technical constraints into a focused roadmap for MCP, Skills and GraphQL.
Enable other teams across Wrike to contribute agent-ready tools and Skills while maintaining shared standards for quality and governance.
Your Qualifications:
5+ years of PM experience in technical, platform, AI, developer, or enterprise software.
Experience with MCP and Skills, including how agents use tools and guidance to act effectively.
Technical fluency in AI agents, MCP, Skills, permissions, reliability, and developer experience; hands-on engineering is not required. GraphQL experience and an understanding of structured product data is a major advantage.
Use customer research, adoption data, experiments, and feedback to set priorities and improve outcomes.
Explain complex technical concepts clearly to engineers, customers, partners, and senior stakeholders.
Proactive and can-do: take ownership, solve problems, and adapt as you learn.
Why This Role Is Unique:
You will help define how Wrike becomes a trusted platform for AI assistants and agents, not just a destination where work is stored.
You will work at the intersection of agentic AI, developer experience, enterprise permissions, platform strategy and customer value.
The role is remote across the European Union, with a preference for Prague, Czech Republic and Cyprus.

With 20 offices across six continents and London as our HQ, we’re shaping the future of fintech – and we’re just getting started.
Checkout.com http://Checkout.com's Process Architecture pillar designs how operations should work. This role builds what that looks like in practice.
You'll use modern AI-assisted development tools, Cursor, Claude Code, n8n, and LLM APIs, to rapidly prototype and ship internal tools that eliminate manual effort across our operational teams. Your primary customers are Disputes, Due Diligence, and Transaction Monitoring: high-volume, high-stakes teams where the right automation meaningfully reduces analyst burden and improves decision quality.
You'll move fast. You'll take processes that currently live in spreadsheets and manual case queues and turn them into something that mostly runs itself. Process Architects redesign how work flows; you make the new flow real.
What You'll Do
- Use AI-assisted development (Cursor, Claude Code) to prototype and ship tools for operational teams - fast.
- Build workflow automations that connect case management systems, document stores, APIs, and LLMs into end-to-end pipelines
- Create analyst-facing interfaces, triage tools, summary generators using self-built applications, Retool, or similar.
- Apply LLMs where they reduce cognitive load: classification, case summarisation, structured extraction, decision support.
- Embed with Disputes, CDD, Periodic Review, and Transaction Monitoring to learn how analysts actually work - not how the process doc says they do.
- Translate vague pain points i.e "this part takes forever" into shipped tools in days or weeks, not quarters.
- Demo early, iterate based on what analysts actually use versus ignore.
- Treat every tool as a product: instrument usage, capture feedback, measure time saved or quality gained.
- Document what you build and share reusable patterns so good ideas compound.
What We're Looking For
We care more about what you've built and how you think than years of experience or formal credentials.
Must-haves
- You've used Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, or similar to build something real, a script, a tool, a side project, that solved an actual problem. Not just tutorials
- Comfortable in Python, or willing to be within weeks.
- Basic API fluency: you can read a doc, make a request, parse the response, and chain a few calls
- Familiarity with at least one LLM API. You've written a prompt, gotten structured output back, and understood why it sometimes goes wrong
- Bias to ship - you'd rather get a rough version in front of users on Friday than a polished version in three weeks
- Curiosity. You're the kind of person who opens the hood - you want to understand how things work, not just use them
Nice-to-haves
- Workflow automation tools (Zapier, n8n, Make)
- Retool, Gradio, or similar lightweight UI frameworks
- Git, basic SQL, or comfort with JSON/CSV at scale
- Exposure to payments, fraud, compliance, or risk operations - even tangentially
- A portfolio, GitHub, or demo you can walk us through

ABOUT US
Ruby Labs is a leading tech company that creates and operates innovative consumer products. We offer a diverse range of opportunities across the health, education, and entertainment industries. Our innovative teams are driving the future of consumer-led products, and we're always looking for passionate individuals to join us. Learn more about our story at: https://rubylabs.com/about-us/
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a results-driven Senior Growth Product Manager for one of our core D2C subscription products. You will work on a single product and be fully responsible for increasing ARPU through higher product value: delivering winning tests in the post-purchase experience that make the product more valuable for each user.
You will own the full cycle from research to a proven result and report to the Head of Growth, with AI tooling as a core part of your workflow. The bar is high and so is the upside - strong results are significantly rewarded, with a proven path to career growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Research & Competitor Insights: Find where users miss value and why they leave, using product and historical data, user feedback, and competitor analysis.
- Hypothesis Pipeline: Turn those insights into a continuous, prioritised backlog of product ideas, each backed by evidence and a clear expected impact.
- Product Value: Grow ARPU by giving users more value after purchase: improve onboarding, core features, and the moments where users decide whether the product is worth keeping.
- Specs & Delivery: Write clear, testable specs and work daily with engineering so every test ships fast and works as intended.
- Growth Collaboration: Coordinate with the CRO and data teams so product and funnel tests run in sequence and every result is read correctly.
- Test Wins: Deliver a steady stream of A/B test winners on post-purchase metrics, with ARPU as the main one, and raise the share of tests that win over time.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Product Management: 3+ years in product growth roles on D2C subscription or consumer products (web-to-web, web-to-app, mobile apps) or similar markets.
- Proven Wins: A track record of A/B tests or product changes that measurably grew revenue, with results you can attribute to your own work.
- User Journey & Product Sense: Strong understanding of consumer user journeys and of what turns a first purchase into lasting value for the user.
- Research & Analytics: Hands-on user research, competitor analysis, and product analytics (Mixpanel or a close equivalent) to build the evidence behind every idea.
- Experimentation: Experience designing and interpreting A/B tests, including significance, sample size, and test duration.
- AI Tooling: Active daily use of AI tools (Claude or equivalent) to accelerate concept, analysis, and prototype work, especially UI/UX design of experiments.
- Lifecycle Experience: Experience with subscription onboarding, engagement, or cancellation flows is a bonus.
LEADERSHIP ATTRIBUTES
- Results-driven - measures their own work by test wins and revenue impact
- Evidence-led - backs every idea with data, user research, or competitor proof
- Ownership mentality - treats the product as their own: proposes, prioritises, and drives ideas to a result
- Bias for action - makes sound decisions quickly and iterates fast
- Communicates with clarity - explains ideas and results in writing so they can be reviewed without a meeting
LOCATION
Ruby Labs operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply for the position as long as they are located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET. This ensures optimal collaboration and communication during working hours.
