Location: Philippines
About the role:
You'll be working with some of the biggest DTC brands in the USA, on creative work that actually moves business outcomes, with cutting-edge AI tools and workflows we've built in-house. And you'll be doing it inside one of the fastest-growing companies in U.S. performance marketing.
We're hiring Project Managers to run the day-to-day operations behind our highest-priority accounts. You'll be assigned to multiple top-tier clients and work across the workflows and work streams that keep campaigns moving and performance climbing.
This is an operational role at its core. The work spans creative and analytical territory, from research and copy to QA and reporting, and a lot of it gets done with the AI tools and proprietary systems that give our team an edge.
About us:
Advantage HQ is a tech-enabled growth firm helping leading brands scale profitably and predictably. We combine full-service performance marketing with proprietary tech, including:
• A creator marketplace managing over 80,000 influencer partnerships monthly
• An AI-powered platform to streamline discovery, outreach, and whitelisting
• Proven playbooks in influencer marketing, paid media, performance creative, and CRO
We’re trusted by 200+ high-growth DTC brands across beauty, wellness, lifestyle, and health. Our team of 100+ growth operators, analysts, and creatives manages over $500M in annual media spend and drives meaningful bottom-line impact for our partners.
What you'll actually do
You'll be assigned to multiple high-priority accounts and run operations across them, working alongside Creative Strategists, Performance Analysts, and Influencer Leads. The work is hands-on and detailed:
Writing creative briefs for senior review, drafting and refining ad copy using our AI workflows, running competitor research and brand deep-dives (review mining, Reddit threads, founder interviews, anywhere insights live), studying top-performing scripts across our portfolio and adapting them to specific brand voices, QA-ing new creative against brief and brand guidelines, and reviewing raw footage to flag the best clips for editors.
You'll also handle the operational backbone: keeping projects moving, tracking deliverables, coordinating across creative, strategy, and performance teams, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Training
You're not expected to walk in knowing every discipline you'll touch. We invest the first two weeks in deep training on the fundamentals, including Creative Strategy and the other specialties you'll be supporting. We have proprietary courses, frameworks, and SOPs. Plan to learn fast and apply faster.
Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in project management, marketing operations, or a similarly detailed cross-functional role. You're obsessive about quality, the kind of person who notices the typo, the off-brand color, the script that doesn't quite hit. You're comfortable working with data and comfortable working with creative, and you don't see those as separate worlds. You've used AI tools in your workflow and you're excited to use more of them. You can write clearly. You read carefully. You're proactive without needing to be told to be. You're fluent in our stack: Asana, Google Sheets, Slack, and modern AI tools. You communicate well in writing because most of our work happens in writing.
Compensation:
$700 - $850 USD per month. Strong performers move into bigger scopes, more strategic accounts, and senior operator seats across the business.

Who We Are
Advantage HQ is a tech-enabled growth firm helping leading brands scale profitably and predictably.
The Role
We are looking for a Head of Creative Strategy to own and evolve the creative product across our entire client portfolio. This is not a creative director role in the traditional sense. You are the operator behind a performance creative machine, the person who builds the frameworks, installs the best practices, mentors the strategists, and ensures that every format, hook, and concept we put into market is informed by what actually works at scale.
You will sit at the intersection of creative excellence and direct response performance. You understand platform dynamics deeply, you know what makes someone stop scrolling and convert, and you have the leadership range to raise the output of an entire team, from junior strategists to editors to the clients watching it all in real time.
What You Will Own
The creative standard.
Across every client, every format, every platform, you set the bar. That means tracking what's gaining traction on Meta and TikTok before it becomes consensus, translating those signals into SOPs, playbooks, and best practice frameworks the whole team executes against, and ensuring that individual wins compound into repeatable systems. When the industry moves, we move first.
The team.
A group of performance creative strategists owns our day-to-day client accounts. Your job is to make them significantly better: sharper at diagnosing underperformance, more fluent in direct response principles, more confident in owning a creative point of view. You raise the floor and build a culture where creative decisions are grounded in data without killing instinct and taste.
The production process.
Great strategy executed poorly is still a loss. Working directly with our lead editor, you will build the standards, workflows, and SOPs that make our production team as systematic and high-output as the strategy behind it.
Creator and talent alignment.
You will work closely with our head of talent to ensure creative strategy and creator process are fully in sync; so that what we brief, what creators produce, and what we run as paid media are pulling in the same direction.
New client launches.
The first 30 days with a new client either build momentum or create debt. You will own the creative side of onboarding – building the frameworks that find early wins fast and turn the first month into proof of concept, not ramp-up time.
The senior creative voice.
When a founder or CMO needs to understand why their creative is underperforming and exactly what to do about it, you are the person in the room. You present creative strategy with conviction, give hard feedback without losing confidence, and make clients feel like the smartest person on creative just joined their team.
What We Are Looking For
You have spent 7+ years in performance creative, the majority of it at an agency managing a large portfolio of clients simultaneously. You know what it means to context-switch fast – from a DTC skincare brand to a fitness app to a consumer tech launch – without losing the thread on any of them.
You have driven revenue, not just creative output. The work you've led has a measurable downstream effect on conversion rates, on cost per acquisition, on the growth trajectory of the brands you've worked on. You can point to it specifically and explain exactly what you did to make it happen.
You are genuinely fluent in direct response creative. You understand what drives thumb-stop, what kills conversion, how to diagnose a hook that isn't landing, and when to kill a concept versus iterate on it. You have strong opinions about what makes an ad work on Meta versus TikTok and you can back them up with data from accounts you've actually run.
You have built people, not just campaigns. You know how to develop a junior strategist, challenge a senior one, and run a team that owns live client accounts under real performance pressure. You raise the bar without creating chaos, and you build cultures where creative decisions are grounded in evidence without draining the room of instinct.
You have operated at volume and thrived. You are someone who has kept quality high, clients confident, and teams aligned while juggling more than most people think is possible — and you have the results to show for it.
Compensation & Location

About Advantage HQ
Advantage HQ sits at the intersection of performance marketing and creator-driven growth. We manage over $850M in annual media spend across Meta, TikTok and YouTube, run 80,000+ creator partnerships every month across a network of 400,000+ influencers, and use Meteoric AI, our proprietary intelligence platform, to power discovery, outreach, whitelisting, and creative decisioning at scale.

Advantage HQ is not just an agency. We are a scalable growth platform with a proven track record, and a culture built for A-players.
The Role
We are hiring a Strategic Projects Lead to work directly with the Founder and own the company's highest-priority initiatives. You will take ambiguous, high-stakes problems, turn them into clear plans, and drive them to completion across teams, from scoping and research to execution and review.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy and operations. You are the Founder's force multiplier: the person who protects their time, sharpens their decisions, and makes sure what they set in motion actually ships. You think like an owner, you move fast, and you are comfortable operating with limited direction.
You are structured and analytical in equal measure. You turn a loose idea into a clear brief, use data to pressure-test it, and keep a fast-moving organization aligned on what matters most.
What You Will Own
Strategic project delivery.
Own cross-functional initiatives from the Founder's agenda end to end. Define objectives, owners, timelines and success metrics, then drive them through to completion.
Founder operating rhythm.
Run the Office of the Founder: weekly priorities, meeting agendas, follow-ups, decision logs and the cadence that keeps leadership aligned.
Research and analysis.
Run market scans, competitive reviews, process audits and financial analysis that inform strategic decisions, and turn findings into clear recommendations.
Communication and briefings.
Prepare briefing materials, board and investor updates, and internal communications. Speak on the Founder's behalf with teams and partners, with clarity and conviction.
Risk and blocker removal.
Spot risks and opportunities early. Bring solutions, not just problems, and clear the obstacles that slow teams down.
Systems and playbooks.
Build repeatable systems, playbooks and dashboards so initiatives run without constant oversight.
AI fluency.
Use AI as a core part of your workflow, from research and analysis to automation of recurring work.
What We Are Looking For
You have spent [3-6+] years in strategy, consulting, operations, chief-of-staff or startup roles. You know what it means to context-switch fast across projects without losing the thread on any of them.
You have led complex, cross-functional projects to completion, and the work had a measurable effect on the business. You can point to it specifically and explain exactly what you did to make it happen.
You are analytical. You can take messy information, pull out what matters, and turn it into a decision or a plan. Spreadsheets, dashboards and basic financial modeling are second nature.
You are a strong writer and communicator. You write clear briefs, give honest feedback, and present your thinking to leaders with clarity and confidence.
You thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with shifting priorities. You hold a high bar for quality, handle sensitive information with discretion, and stand your ground respectfully when you disagree.

Experience in performance marketing, DTC or creator-driven businesses
Experience building automations or AI-assisted workflows
Comfort in Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides)

You are organized and analytical in equal measure. You use data and team feedback to find bottlenecks, and you build systems that raise output without adding friction.
What You Will Own
Project leadership.
Lead operational improvement projects from scoping to delivery. Define scope, assign owners, manage timelines and dependencies, and report progress clearly.
Process design and documentation.
Map, document and improve core business processes. Write clear SOPs and playbooks that teams actually use.
Cross-team coordination.
Align priorities across departments, resolve dependencies and keep projects moving when work crosses teams.
KPIs and reporting.
Define and track operational KPIs. Build dashboards and regular reports that give leadership an honest view of performance.
Tools and automation.
Select, implement and improve the tools and automations that remove manual work and speed up delivery.
AI fluency.
Use AI as a core part of your workflow, from process analysis to documentation to workflow automation.
What We Are Looking For
You have spent [3-5+] years in business operations, project or program management, ideally at an agency or fast-growing company managing multiple projects at once. You can juggle competing priorities without losing quality.
You have delivered operational projects with measurable results, such as time saved, cost reduced or output increased. You can point to them specifically and explain what you did to make them happen.
You are strong at process design. You can map a workflow, find where it breaks, and document a better one that people follow.
You are analytical. You can work with data, track KPIs and turn reporting into action. Spreadsheets and project management tools are second nature.
You are a clear communicator who works well with leadership and individual contributors alike, gives direct feedback, and keeps stakeholders informed.
You thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. You stay organized and proactive, and you keep teams moving when priorities shift.
Nice to Have
Project management certification (PMP, Scrum or similar)
Experience building operations from scratch in a startup or scaling company
Experience with workflow automation or AI tools
Comfort in Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides)

The Opportunity
Our media organization is growing, and strong performance at scale requires more than talented Media Buyers.
We need leaders who can build the systems, processes, and operating rhythms that allow teams to deliver consistently as client volume grows.
The Media Operations Manager will manage Media Buying teams while owning the systems that support their performance. You will be responsible for turning a group of capable individuals into a well-run operating unit.

The Opportunity
We’re looking for a strong people leader to lead and develop our Creative Talent Management team. This person will be responsible for building a high-performing team that consistently sources, vets, onboards, and coordinates creative talent to support our performance marketing campaigns, UGC production, design, and other creative initiatives.
You will own team performance, develop talent management processes, and ensure the team delivers qualified creative talent within agreed timelines and quality standards. You will coach and develop team members, establish clear performance expectations, address performance gaps, and build systems that support efficient and consistent execution as the business grows.
Working closely with Creative Leadership and other stakeholders, you will anticipate talent needs, manage team capacity, and align priorities with business objectives. This role requires someone who can lead people effectively, make data-informed decisions, solve operational challenges, and take ownership of team results.

Support the recruitment, onboarding, and integration of new team members as business needs evolve.
Build a culture of ownership, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Team Performance and Operational Excellence
Own the team's performance against agreed KPIs, service-level agreements, quality standards, and delivery targets.
Monitor team productivity, talent pipeline health, turnaround times, talent quality, and stakeholder satisfaction. Identify performance gaps, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions.
Ensure the team maintains a strong pipeline of qualified creative talent to meet current project requirements and anticipated demand.
Oversee sourcing, screening, vetting, briefing, onboarding, and talent coordination processes to ensure consistent execution and quality.
Establish and improve workflows, SOPs, and quality standards that increase efficiency, consistency, and accountability.
